Extremely basic. One layout for all humankind.. The layout is the most basic layout available in the internet. It will easily camouflage your resume with probably 90% of all the other resumes out in the job market. They make an attempt to provide “templates”, but they ALL look the same! I honestly consider this purchase a mistake.

Life Saver. I hate writing resumes. I was asked by my daughter to help her create a resume so I downloaded Resume Pro and within 20 minutes we had a very professional resume. It was VERY painless.

Great App... Period. I'm was trying to update my resume as so many of us are, and I stumbled across this app. My initial concern was that I didn't have the functionality to include a cover letter but to my surprise it did. Additionally, it seems to allow you to store multiple resumes/formats on here making it a one stop shop/backup when it comes to applying for different jobs in different sectors. Great product! Keep up the good work! Only recommendation I would have, if it's not already incorporated, is to continually update sample resumes with current resume trends and standards. Best, JP

If I could give this negative stars I would. What is this piece of garbage? I have to delete someone else’s info to type mine in? This is the stupidest waste of money I’ve ever seen… just give me blank fields to fill in and send me on my way!!!

Very good resume writing application. I just updated my resume for the first time since 2007 using this app. The overall process is good, and the functionality is intuitive and well designed. The example resumes included are great for a starting place if you haven't written a resume before, or haven't done so in a long time. I am very happy with the final draft of my resume that I produced with the app. One feature that I didn't see, and would really like is the ability to import an old resume from Word, PDF or various other formats. The only real usage issue I had is that finishing one entry and beginning another entry within the same section is a bit cumbersome and requires backing out one step and then back into the same section (of course this shortcoming could also be due to fatal ID-10-T errors, and inadequate attention to detail and not reading any instructions on the part of the end user...)

USED THIS TO WRITE A FRIEND'S RESUME. I used this app to write a friend's resume. The app was very easy to use. It comes with 11 formats. It would be great if they added more formats and fonts. Handy app to have. I only had to use my iPad. The resumes are the same in the company's other app. I paid for both of them. Different names, but same content.

I already had a resume so I.... Thought this app wouldn't help. Plus it seemed like it would take a while to make a custom resume, and it did. Took a half and hour but I am actually pleased with the results. I'm glad I tried it and it's wonderfully simple and convenient on your phone. There's no reason not to get it, I recommend it. Makes resume making simple.

Thank You. I had been needing a resume for so long but dreaded formatting and was so unsure of the proper layout and really had no access to a computer. This app saved my a**. All I did was select a section and enter in my info from my phone, it saves automatically so I never lost the progress, and I emailed myself the resume when I was finished. Then if I needed a printed copy I went to a relatives n made one and made copies of that at staples cuz I felt bad if I used more ink than that at their house. So a month and a half later I got a job at Five Guys after about 4 other interviews I landed plus numerous phone calls from the internet resume I posted on career builder. Yay! Just made a resume for my boyfriend today. Prayin for the same results. Fingers crossed!

Extremely useful app. This app has worked perfectly. I love having my resume in a form. It makes updating sooooooo much easier - especially in comparison to Word templates. Great App. This has been a great app. It creates a professional looking document that gets results. I have had no difficulty in using it and I am able to export each resume to any file for later usage or updates. It, however doesn’t know your history or is able to articulate your thoughts. That part is on you.

Very Helpful. Am using this to write my resume right now! (Don't tell my boss!) Is very simple and easy to use. The templates offer a great place to start. They could use more options. Something between "Senior Management" and just starting off. A couple of other font options would be nice too. Easy to send to anyone.

Nice app that makes writing a résumé easier. A nice app that lets you easily create a custom résumé that formats it neatly and gives you a good chance that it will be read by the hiring representatives. It's also a fairly simple app to use and I found it was a lot faster than a clunky word processor on a desktop.
