Fun & Fantastic. The Tutorial and FAQ are very specific in answering my questions. The app for iPad is very customizable and sends an email very fast. I especially like how I can easily create a colorful Signature, eliminate the default Greeting and Closing (Valediction).

A Serious Email App for iOS. I’ve been using Preside on my iPhone and iPad for several months and I am hooked. The human interface is well-thought out, the configurability is amazing, and it has a long list of features that I haven’t seen before in an email client.

Best email client. This is the most functional, if not the prettiest, email client. Has the full power of a serious desktop emailer (e.g., MailMate), which is very hard to find in iOS. Only pet qualm is that the settings menu are a little complicated. But fantastic app for anyone who wants to move through mail quickly and efficiently. FANTASTIC APP.

Preside. This email application is the best one I have ever had. Rich configuration, pretty intuitive. I recommend it to all enthusiastics.

Solid Email App, Could Be Great. For years, I've wanted an email app that would download my entire email archive to my iPad and index it all. I had given up on that dream, and then I heard about Preside. That feature works *exactly* as I hoped it would, and its search easily beats every other email app I've tried. (I have over 70,000 emails in my twelve-year archive for the non-profit I work for, all in a plain vanilla IMAP account.) There are a few, small features lacking in this app (robust keyboard shortcuts, better handling of attachments, and automation—either via Shortcuts or a URL scheme), and if those were to be added, it would be a great email app. It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the app on first launch, but all you need to do is take a little bit of time to explore the various settings. They also have a support page on their site that walks you through the options, and I found that very helpful. It took me a few weeks to get the app set up the way I wanted it to be. I'm very happy that this app exists, and it's now my daily email driver.

Great App!. Great features in the recent update. My favorite - When an email is sent to my task manager (2Do), it's URL field has a link back to my email 🙂 ------------------------------------------ This is by far the most powerful email client I have found for iOS. I can do almost everything I generally do with my Desktop client. Thanks for the great app!

A REAL Email App. I have never written an app review in the 8 years I’ve owned iPhones, but this is hands down the best email app I’ve ever seen. As a business user stuck on Exchange, it lets you do almost anything you can do in Outlook for Desktop — and surpasses Microsoft’s own mobile app in several ways (eg. support for Categories). Technical support is excellent. For business professionals who want full control over their email client, this is the one.

Amazing. Simple and sophisticated, smart and well supported. The reviews are true, this has an amazing feature set and great support and is frequently preferred over desktop apps. It’s as simple or as customisable as you want it to be. The unique and useful features are smart replies and auto-filing. The fact it is free is amazing and a testament to the (extremely supportive) developer, and if you can, it’s well worth paying for to support its continued development and to keep it freely available for others. It’s clearly a labor of love.

Great Email Client for Managing Multiple Accounts/Folders. Preside rivals my desktop email client with functionality. While it may take some time getting used to using and setting up the settings you need/want, it is definitely worth doing. They also have great support and helped with a minor bug I encountered. If you are looking for an email client for your phone that handles multiple accounts with many folders easily, Preside is your only option. (I feel like I’ve tried them all)

Want to Use, but not Google sec Compatible. I want to try the app, but I’m caught in a loop trying to setup a Google Workspace email (of which I have 10) and after going through google’s annoying security verification,Chrome to smartlock, I’m never taken back to Preside even if I’ve successfully allowed it via Google….so I’m caught in a loop. Preside isn’t aware that Google provided an access token. I can’t lower my security just to use an email app, I don’t have these issues with any other email app.

Powerful and well supported. I have been using this app for years. It readily beats all the apps I have tried on the desktop or iPhone. With its vast array of features, it offers many approaches one can use to deal quickly with the deluge of emails we all get. Furthermore, the app is well supported. The rare issue that arises is always resolved quickly.

Best email client!. I only use email for personal use now (since retiring), but I do have 3 accounts and value organization and personalization in a mail app. I’ve tried several since deciding the native iOS app is too simple and vanilla, including Spark, Gmail, Newton, Outlook, etc. Preside’s flexibility to make it function as I wish is incredible for a free (and ad-free!) app. The menus are intuitive and help articles are clear in case a function needs explaining. I may upgrade to the pro version just to support the developers even though I probably don’t need the extra features. Thanks for a wonderfully designed product!

Lacks a basic capability. No option to disable download of remote images beyond switching to text only view. This option makes for unreadable messages. Other apps have this basic capability. Please add.

Finally found email app with collapsible folders!. I have hundreds of sub folders that I use to organize my work and personal email. The native iOS app makes it difficult navigating through your folders because it’s not collapsible. And I searched all over for an app that would do it. I finally found this! Customer support had also been outstanding. Quick responses and they don’t mind going through detail with you.

A stunningly customizable email application. This app does things no desktop email application can do. And it keeps it all on your phone, not using services that compromise your privacy.

A TON of Configuration Options, 1 Item on My Wish List. First off, the app offers some of the most powerful customization that I’ve seen. You can really dial it in to do what you want and how you want. As an email power user (for business, not because I want to be). For me, I have found a feature over the years that is hard to live without and I can’t wait for Preside to consider it: - Delayed Outgoing Messages My previous email app allowed me to customize a 5,10,15 second delay just in case I change my mind about an email I just sent...I can cancel it and it pulls back into my drafts folder to edit. Preside doesn’t offer this yet.

The Ultimate Email App. Finally, a professional, highly configurable email app for iOS. Strongly recommend for advanced users wanting complete control over every aspect of how their email client behaves. I have no affiliation with the company offering this app.

Great Email app for business. Best email app I have found yet. I use office 365 for my work and have a ton of email folders. This app will let you work with email folders and give you the ability to expand / collapse your folders. Also it has a email file function that is very impressive that how accurate it is.

How do use this for years ever since it first came out can’t live without it. The name is absolutely perfect. This program presides over all of my files/folders. As an accountant I have many clients many folders, sub folders, categories. Trying to locate them on an iPad or iPhone takes far too much time. With Preside I just type in the first few letters of the folder and up it will pop. From this program, I can forward my emails, resend them, copy them, access them. I use Preside every day many MANY times. I tell all of my clients and friends and family about this wonderful program. The IT person for my office introduced it to me so many years ago and for that I am forever grateful!

Not a beauty but it sure is a BEAST. This app does it all. 3rd party app integration and all the power features you’d want in a heavy hitter. I heard about this app on a podcast and its now the one for me. I have no idea how this app isn’t out there with the big names - its like Airmail on steroids!

FINALLY - CAN COLLAPSE OUTLOOK FOLDERS. This is far and away the best Mail app for using Outlook I have ever seen. This should be exactly how the native mail app works on an iPhone with the ability to collapse/open folder groups, create new folders, and an incredible variety of other built-in features. ** I can’t believe Apple hasn’t purchased this app and incorporated it into the basic Outlook/iPhone features. Take the time to read all the instructions and options on customizing. Highly recommend.

Truly Amazing. Absolutely the finest email app on a mobile platform Ever! Does everything needed and a whole lot more. Easy to set up, easy to use. In a matter of weeks it has become indispensable to my workflow.

5 stars. This app does everything I had hoped all of the other email apps I tried would do but failed. Integration with the IOS, Cloud Services etc is great. It allows you to actually incorporate email into your work flow. It’s a little involved to get setup exactly as you like it but well worth the time. No cookie cutter here, use email to fit into your individual requirements and not what the developer tries to guess you want. Top it off with great support and I can tell you from several years of experimenting with other apps, you will find none better.

If you are an email power user,.... This is your app.. If you are an email power user, filer, and task tracker. This is your app. With hundreds of emails from multiple accounts, this saves me, swipes, taps, and most importantly time. Lots of folders? There is no better app. Smokes Outlook on a PC for speed in filing, tasks, and I love Defer.

Finally an iOS email client for grown-ups. This review is going to be short because, if you have a serious need to organize/handle or otherwise deal with a lot of email in any number of accounts, you need to get Preside and spend the time it takes to learn it and customize it to your needs. I’ve gotten (& paid for) and used every email client that the App Store has (that’s updated regularly and works on iOS 11). Nothing compares to Preside. No, it’s not “cute” out of the box but if your email is serious to you, this is the serious app you need to manage it. Be prepared to spend some time learning how to customize Preside and you’ll be VERY well rewarded. And the tech support second to none, by the way...

A rich, well thought out email app. I think it's Preside for me. Nice things * It's quite a rich and well though out email app, with a huge depth and breadth of features. It might take some getting used to, but it's worth the small effort involved if you like playing with apps and getting the most out of them. * The developer is responsive and thorough in his responses. * You not only can easily file emails in folders (the first thing I was looking for), you can also easily go to a folder using the folder search feature. That is super convenient. * It has a proper "Send Again" like standard Apple Mail. You would be surprised at the number of iOS mail clients which don't have this important feature, including Outlook, Gmail, and Spark. * The ability to customize the top bar and pop up in different contexts (reading Mail, composing) is great. You can add the tools you use and remove ones of less interest. I added the Thread feature to the top bar, which makes reading threads easier. And you can touch each item in a thread to see the full email in formatted detail. * You can also customize the tab bar, which appears the same in different contexts. For example you can add inboxes there as an easy way to get back to inboxes from anywhere. * Notifications allow you to set different actions when you long touch them. Clever. There are a few things I'm going over with the developer, but as I said, he's very responsive

Too much!. The UI is way too busy for me! If you need everything available, and I mean everything, this is the app for you, but there's just too much going on for me (and I'm pretty demanding of an email client). I'll be back, i'm sure, after this is toned down a bit.

By far the most versatile and configurable email app. For those that prefer structured file management systems, this is a must have productivity tool. The predictive filing is excellent. Also, the tagging capability and ability to create dynamic smart filtered folders enables you to have the best of both worlds.

The best email client I've used (and I've used a lot). Support responsiveness, flexibility of customization, ability to unify my inboxes , ability to make tasks directly from my emails… The list goes on. This email client is the best I've ever used. Sometimes I search to see if anything better has come along, but it hasn’t. I can move email between accounts, see all my email accounts in one place... no one else gives me these features.

Excellent app!. I have searched high and low for an app that manages both email and tasks. This is it. Highly customizable I can tweak it to maximize productivity. Also, app developers are super responsive with support requests. Love this app.

Nested IMAP folders. Excellent app. The big clincher is that my highly complex desktop nested folder system with 1,000s of folders appears how I organized it and is easily navigable through the app.

Great and as fiddly as you want it to be.. I also love these folks are local (to me). Like the feature of looking up only the past 26-hours email, suggestions for working with email i using the last few actions…. Worth the price.

Great Tool. Helps me organize my email and let’s me manage my mailbox and emails rather than them ruling and dominating my life. A tremendous tool.

Even beats outlook desktop for filing. This app is a game changer for those who make use of lots of folders in Outlook. It has features that I’ve not found in any other app. I find myself using the app even when I have the desktop handy, because it actually learns where to file your emails, and I don’t have to give up anything I regularly use in outlook desktop. You can create reminders and events from email, tags work, and tons of options. Love it.

The VERY BEST!!!. I’ve tried them all and this is THE VERY BEST mobile App anywhere. In fact, aside from the small form factor, it’s as good or better than the top desktop clients. Yes, there are a few things to nitpick about, but they aren’t worth mentioning. The main challenge is that the learning curve is more than the average user will want to commit to in order to really maximize from what Preside offers. I suppose that’s ok because it is for serious email users, or those who care about great software. If you want the best without compromising your privacy by having your email and other credentials stored on and routed through the developer’s server, get Preside now.

Best organizer of messages. The feature I love best is it suggests which file to put a read message without having to search all my client files. Makes filing of messages easy and time saver

Super Email App with unique features. 1) Great unique feature for me is ability to use any email to create a task, calendar event or note (with multiple email account providers) with a link that takes you back to the original email in Preside for easy reference. Works with other productivity apps too. 2) Easy to display your tasks and other features on the customizable tab bar with a huge amount of options. 3) Superior email search compared to native mail app and other apps. 4) App creator always very responsive with any queries.

A comprehensive, complete app. I finally gave up on Apple Mail's search capabilities. Time and time again, Apple Mail would return no results for emails I *knew* existed in my archive. Preside gives me the ability to *completely* sync my accounts, store all of my messages locally, and search everything. As of that weren't enough, it is incredibly customizable. Smart folders, button placement, gestures, fine control over list and message view, even colors. It's a weird looking app, but it more than makes up for it in functionality. If email is important to you, this is a fantastic app.

Amazing. Update: this app just keeps getting better and better. Keep up the good work. This is the best email app you will ever find. I've tried them all over the years and none come close. If you are a hardcore email user, and you like to keep organized, this app is a must have. It is feature-rich and highly customizable. As an added bonus, the folks over at GoodHumans go out of their way to respond to questions and concerns. It's almost like having them in your office.

Pro iOS E-Mail App with Top Notch Support. A few years ago, I came to realize that my system for archiving emails, a collection of nested folders that had grown to over 150, was unmanageable. It was taking me 20 to 30 seconds to file each email. After reviewing alternative strategies, I landed on tagging and archiving. This works great for exchange email accounts on the desktop (using categories). However, almost all iOS apps I tried included folders as a feature (but not categories/tags) until I found Preside. Preside handles the simple tagging function well, but takes it to the next level. You can create simple automation with one click that both adds a specific named tag on an email and archives it. I can process dozens and dozens of emails I want in no time flat. I’ve enjoyed the app so much, I decided a year ago to purchase a premium subscription. I renewed for a second year. You get most of the productivity features without the premium subscription, but this is an app I’m wiling to pay for the subscription just to support the developers. I’ve had a couple of support queries and they responded quickly and were helpful in solving my issues. Thanks for making a great app.

An app that does a lot with emails. It is particularly helpful for users who have multiple mailboxes

Great app. I needed an app to allow me to use categories with my emails and tasks that would sync with Outlook. This app works great for that. Highly customizable. The developer is very responsive to support requests. Very satisfied.

Powerful and Fast. You won't find a more powerful email app, or a developer that cares like this one! It is not fancy like other email apps, but it is a workhorse ready for action.

Solid, reliable. I was never as opposed to iOS mail as some others— seemed fine to me, even great, for my needs. Except that the ML became so pushy— often electing to break rather than give up on what it had decided I want to see on open: a a blank screen if had deleted the whole thread in a vain attempt to end the game, or else an actually incessant replication of a prominent aspect of my email habits from recent days (in spite of my attemtps to escape them, for example it would follow threads into the trash to fire them up on open), and in general constantly seeking to give me what I no longer wanted. I tried several remedies, including re-installs, log out and ins, & other various ostensibly efficacious reset actions, all to no avail— and eventually found Preside. Haven’t looked back. Glad it all happened, I feel like I can stick with this one. I know this is like a grudge letter to ios mail— but it’s intended more as a background to why the frankness of Preside appeals to me so much. Very good client.

Worth every penny. I spent hours using Preside. It is perfect tool to manipulate your emails. Machine learning takes away guessing of where you had put your previous emails from same person before. It recognizes context. It is fully customizable. Most importantly, it has a team of dedicated people like Rich who responds very quickly to any tech support or feature request. iOS Pro Email!. Incredibly powerful & hugely configurable. This is the email client for iOS and email power users. Honestly wish I knew about this sooner, as it’s the answer to nearly every email need I’ve had on iOS. Features like Smart Folders, IMAP Keywords, Meta Actions, Snippets and more all combine to give unprecedented control over your email environment. Crucially, it does everything whilst being respectful of your privacy! Your data stays on your device. Unlike a lot of third party iOS email clients out there, Preside doesn’t “proxy” your mail through someone else’s infrastructure. Responsive developer who really understands the true needs of email pros.

Hands down the best email app for Outlook users!!!. I spent a lot of time messing around with other apps that didn’t do what this one does. It’s ability to handle Outlook categories makes it the piece de résistance of all emails apps, including MS Outlook on iOS which doesn’t !!! Will happily support these guys!

Ads. It's too bad the ads they inject into your inbox view weren't mentioned, as I wouldn't have even bothered trying the app. If I wanted ads in my inbox, I'd use Google and save the $7/month, given they don't mention whether paying makes the ads go away or not. That lack of transparency doesn't breed trust, so why on earth would I trust the developer with my email?

Hidden Gem!!. I am, by no means, a "power user", but I find Preside to be an absolute delight to use. It provides every option that one could think of, yet is simple and elegant to navigate. From novice to IT professional, Preside delivers to all. The multiple colour options makes it a snap to focus on flagged items. The ability to expand/collapse groupings was the clincher for me. Highest recommendation possible.

Great solution for iOS iMap e-mail. Run it straight or you can customize pretty much everything. Search, sort, organize, manage folders (and toggle them shut) all the approaches you're used to on a desktop machine are finally avaioable in iOS.

Excellent for people with multiple roles. Maintaining email accounts for consultation, work, and personal roles is a challenge for most applications. Preside handles it well

I wish I could give it more stars. I have spent hours and hours of my life trying to find an e-mail app that both shows IMAP tags (you know, outlook categories or gmail labels) and works with my work email, which requires SSO. It sounded like very basic requirements to me, but is weirdly *impossible* to find an app that could meet these two requirements. I looked at hundreds of apps, and none of them could do it... except Preside. The fact that Preside can easily handle what literally no other app can would absolutely be worth 5 stars just by itself, but I am consistently delighted every time I find something new in the app. In addition to being the most settings/options heavily app I’ve ever downloaded (you can personalize almost every aspect of the user experience, it’s honestly incredible), I love that the developers just seem like solid people. They provide easily comprehensible blurbs explaining how data privacy works within the app for any given setting, have a clear ethics stance that’s so refreshing after dealing with apps made by tech giants, and it seems like they’ve made and support Preside just because they want to help provide a solution to a problem. It’s also so nice to see a freemium model that isn’t just a subscription service masquerading as a freemium app, where you actually need to buy the premium subscription in order to do the basic functions that you downloaded the app for in the first place (I hate those, it’s like being catfished by an app). I truly can not say enough good things about this app. Is it the absolute prettiest app I’ve ever seen? No. But if you want an aesthetically guided and lightweight email app then there are thousands out there for you to choose from. Preside is for when you need your email to actually... do email things. There are only 2 things that I think take my review from 1,000,000 stars to 999,999 stars: 1. I can’t use Preside on desktop without emulating a mobile environment....... if there were a web version or desktop app of Preside, I would cry tears of happiness. Or even if you just made the mobile version available for download on desktop - Preside is so good that I would happily use it as a tiny mobile-sized window. 2. The settings are so comprehensive that sometimes I get lost in them and can’t remember where I saw a setting that I’m now trying to find again. If there were a sitemap-style directory for where to find things, that would be amazing! Seriously, thank you so much for making this app. It has truly changed my life.

Problems Various Issues and Reindexing. I’ve been using this as a secondary app since I focus on Android, Windows , and Apple OS for most of my email. However, I keep confronting issues like: layouts that interfere with the UI rather than support it, exclusive use of features that require a known message to be displayed before allowing movement to a different folder, full and partial directory listings from the listing of folders for various holiday sources and phone contacts, pagination (of index files possibly) that have to resynch when looking at All Vs each Account content in drafts taking significant time, and more. I continue to like the goal but the lack of search in the FAQ and manual (stated as outdated) limit help to asking rather than looking through avail sources. I’ll update this should I return to the app, right now it’s slowing and interfering with my email needs.

Best email app by far!. I have used them all. This app is by far the best and the customization options are endless. I was intimidated at first by all of the options and settings but once I got the hang of it the true beauty of this app was revealed. The customer service is almost immediate when I did have a question. Using this app on my iPad Pro is by far my preference, even over my desktop! Thanks Rich!

Great email app. I was searching for an iOS email app with collapsing folders and found this one. I got the collapsible folders and so much more. Syncs with Exchange great too.

Finally, iOS email for power users. This is easily the best email app I've used on a phone and even rivals most desktop clients. If you use Mailmate for OSX this is the perfect companion app.

Great Performance and excellent supports. I was frustrated with the other email App I purchased few month ago but it's very sluggish and hard to use.. I am glad I found Preside, downloaded it and noticed the great performance and many powerful features.. I decided to purchase the annual subscription which is a lot cheaper than monthly subscription. I still need to explore on some of the cool features. I initially had a small problem with the registering process and it was due to my internet connection probably.. Emailed Rich the founder and received response immediately with clear instruction of trouble shoot, problem solved... Really impressed~~

Best Email App for iPhone. I have used Preside and its sister product Emailganizer for at least five years. I find it indispensable in my day-to-day law practice, as I have hundreds of folders into which I file my emails, and I receive at least 100 emails every day. The app is extremely smart, accurately predicting which folder you want to file something in 98% of the time. The native iPhone email app has no smart functionality like this. My old BlackBerry had this smart feature built in, but this app was the reason I was able to switch away from the BlackBerry to iOS approximately 5 years ago. Were it not for this app, I would still be stuck with my BlackBerry, if they even still exist.

Closes nested folders, downloads all of emails. This is an essential app for road warriors. You can close nested folders (I have lots of them), it downloads ALL your emails in all the folders so you are not out of luck when you don't have Internet access to read old emails in nested folders, the search engine is great. Why can't Apple do this?

Preside will stretch your expectations of an email application.. Preside floored me right out of the box and continues to surprise me. What brought me to Preside? I am a devoted user of OmniFocus on both my Mac and my iPhone, and as a heavy user of email I was looking for an email client that would talk to OmniFocus. I found a few but either they were unstable or seemed to have potential privacy issues. Preside communicates easily with OmniFocus as well as over 20 apps besides. Moreover, it is robust and privacy respecting. It also gives easy access to the entire tag/label/folder structure and is customizable beyond what I had imagined possible for any app, particularly for a phone app. Yet it is easy to use. There are a few issues which I have historically had with email on the phone, and so far I have been able to find a way to customize Preside to address them. I also enjoy the feedback available within Preside: you can see where the newly filed/archived/trashed email is, in its process towards syncing with you mail on the IMAP server. You really have to try it out yourself because there is really much more customization than I can describe here. This is easy to do, because Preside is free and the free verion does everything that all but a technical user would want to do, and at a volume that all but the heaviest of users would need. There are two separate subscription options and I bought the annual subsciption before I determined whether or not it would be necessary for me because I wanted to support Preside. I like the fact that subscription does not automatically roll over; so I can relax without having to keep track of when that cost will hit again. This is the first app for which I have paid a subscription, and that is because of Preside's capabilities, performance, the fact that the subscription does not roll over, and the subscription explanation given by the developer in the FAQs. If you ever feel constrained or annoyed with Mail.app, you need to give Preside a test-drive.

Preside. This app is truly efficient AND effective because, if you're on the go, as I am, you can manage your inbox right from your phone. And it's ability to pull archived emails from file folders is fantastic, much better than Outlook. A MUST have! Woody

A Great Email Client. The intelligent filing system is a wonder. This alone would be worth 5 stars but there is much more.

Incredible product. If you have any number of folders in Outlook/exchange this is a must application. It allows you to rapidly go through your folders and subfolders both searching for and filing messages. Finally there is an application that lets you use your I-products effectively with Exchange. I could not do my business without it

Great App. I've been looking for an email aoo for my iPad for some time and came across Preside. I've been using it for a week now and am impressed. It has many features not found in Mail, it's fast, and a pleasure to use. One of my primary requirements was the ability to be able to collapse/expand folder trees to make filing mail easier. Preside does that wonderfully. In addition Preside provides a list of "recommended" folders for the mail item you're looking at and you can file it in one of the recommended folders with one click. You won't be disappointed. The support I've recieved from the developers looking for ways to do various functions (currently the user manual is written for the iPhone but I'm sure an iPad version will be available soon) has been fast and accurate.

Top notch email client. The product description is accurate when it says that this is a "real" email client. It is full featured, highly configurable, and very efficient. Highly recommended.

Wow. I just downloaded this and love it a lot. It is packed with practical features that I have been looking for but only found by using numerous apps at the same time to do what this does. Anyway, I am still using/learning the free version and very impressed!

best ios email app. cant recommend this email app enough. definitely the best pop email app in ios. there are presets for simple out-of-the-box use or many advanced configurations for power users that want it very customized.

Excellent iPad Version. I've been a longtime user of the iPhone app eMailGanizer, produced by the same folks. It never really suited the iPad. This new product is essentially the same product, but made for the iPad. It offers a Premium version in addition to the free version. I currently use the free version and so far everything is perfect. I emailed the company to ask how to get the data and settings transferred from the iPhone app. They replied within 24 hours with simple, easy-to-understand instructions to complete transfer. Everything was transferred without a hitch. This is a great product with excellent support.

So Far So Great!. Like many my exchange email account is a monster. I am working mobile a great deal and this app gives we what I need to stay effective and efficient with my email. YES collapsible folders on my iPhone. Once it's synced and learns your folder structure it's quick and easy to put emails where they belong. Get the upgrade it's worth it. Great if you are a GTD advocate. Can't wait to try on my IPad.

Uauuuuuu!!!. This is a fantastic app. I have been searching for these for a long time as I use IMAP and had no way to contract/expand folders. Preside, as far as I know, is the ONLY app that does that. These people deserve to get the credit and make money with such a great, unique and totally obvious application for an E-Mail client. Kudos!!!

It is a true geeks configuration nirvana with every possible tweak you wish to make, OR a very simple app that you can just pick up and start using. That's the beauty of what the team put together. Generally Superb. Generally Superb, except for the "throttling" on which occasionally limits downloads from Microsoft 365. Company says it's a Microsoft issue while the latter says it's an app issue.

File emails!. If you use a lot of folders with IMAP email, this app is for you! This app makes it not only easy to file IMAP emails, it does "smart" filing, remembering where you last filed emails from a sender so it can suggest the correct folder automatically. It will even file your reply along with the email you received. This email app has a ton of options! The upside of that is that you can make your email on your iPhone or iPad integrate into your workflow much nicer than the native iPhone email app. The downside is that sometimes figuring out the configuration can be a little hard-- just because there are so many options. The developer is very quick to answer questions however, and to solve any issues.

Wish there were 6 star. Have used both iPhone version and iPad. Amazing app. Even more amazing customer service.

Best email client for IOS!. I was part of the pre release and this is an application I've been waiting for. The developer put a great deal of thought and effort into Preside and this email client is truly powerful! Desktop experience with IOS ease, speed and simplicity. Send and file and the overall filing experience is one of my favorite features. Love it!

Collapsible folders! Thank you!! :-D. It boggles the mind that apple does not allow users to collapse their folders in the email app. Really?? Maybe I'm more of a folder user than most but I have tons of folder within folders and it would take me tons of scrolling to ever find what I needed with this app. This app is exactly what I was looking for to help me file and sort my emails so I can be productive and work on clearing out my inbox wherever I am. Also, you can search for your folders by name! If you're a folder power user like then this app it definitely for you. Also, the customer support was really great. I emailed them about an issue I was having and they got back to me right away.
