Very helpful for running our store.. Love being able to keep track of our store on the go. I wish we could change the preferred fields in the sold section (& any othe sections too) & it would save them. The default is shipped items. We are only doing FBA, I want to see which listings just sold not the shipped ones. If I was shipping the orders myself I would also want to see new sales & not shipped items. Over all a great tool.

Very effective app for basic monitor on-the-go. I use this app regularly as a seller to find and manage my product inventory effectively. It’s a important tool of my FBA business. As a free app I would highly recommend it. The main reason not to give it a 5-Star is enhancements To provide a more robust app including many of the Seller Central features provided online would be very helpful for sellers on-the-go. For example, ability to address case log items or messages from seller support. Then we can address issues immediately then wait for computer access. Or the ability to open the listing from the Inventory menu so I can more easily check reviews by customers or troubleshoot any issues if I make changes to the listing. These are just a couple of suggestions.

Not well thought with new improvements. Simple stuff is missing so I am forced to go to desktop site. 1) I see a sale but dont see the customer info like its displayed on Sellecentral. (Repeat customer, Business Customer, Name, etc) 2) I have to keep refreshing the app to see if sale occurred. I am a high margin slow seller. Its important for me to see notification that I sold something. 3) Navigating reviews and disputing is way beyond easy. Feels like someone is just milking this product management. 4) Sales graph limited to 30 days. That dumb. Why wont you allow atleast 365 days. This app is my livelihoods window not some fun game for amusement. THINK BIG, OBSESS OVER CUSTOMER.

Sales. I am new to this and I am so excited that this is a viable for us to have a chance to better our selves and our life’s ! But I do feel that it is a little hard for us that when we do start selling we should have a list or pamphlet of the items that we are allowed access to because there is more then we are not able toIt would be nice if we was able to get to the I Other accounts h

Great App - could use less quirks. The app is very helpful for on-the-go updates, preliminary product research, tracking daily sales, etc but often fails to be accurate with current price, buy box price and does not show sale prices. No problem to log into dash board in browser to make changes, see changes, correct sale price, etc. if glued to my computer. Would be nice to get all features available on App. Someday.

Big Help. Wouldn’t be able to make money without this app. We use it and scan everything unless we are in a store we frequent often. The only thing I dislike is that it seems slow more than not when working with it and I know I’m not the only one to make the comment about it. I did keep it 5 stars because I have not seen enough people make the claim so I can’t be certain it is the app.

Great and usable app. This app has improved over time but today the app is very functional and for sellers it makes it easy to respond to sellers, review shipped and unshipped orders. Making the portal very simple to use without going through the web interface. Managing inventory is also good. It is limited as to how much you can edit on your listed items but I think this app is a tool to use for managing your business not running everything from it. The website is details but this app is broad when it comes to features.

Hasn’t worked in weeks.. Works ok at home but says there is no connection outside of that. It could be a setting on my phone that I changed and didn’t realize so I will change my rating if I can get it figured out or get help On a sidenote I have really enjoyed using this app I would like to suggest however a feature that would help users determine if a product listing has a expire date requirement and a little bit more clarification about how far out cosmetics and beauty products need to be and a good resource in deciphering the date codes. Mostly Good - Needs Some Bug Fixes. I’m mostly a fan of the seller central app! I love that I can check how my products are doing from my phone rather than my desktop. The main two things that I think could be worked on are the UX and the advertising/PPC data. The UX is a little slow and doesn’t look super pretty. The PPC data is flat out incorrect. Maybe I have a setting off but the data on the ap always reports double my ACoS that is reported on the web app. Other than that well done!

Account services. This is a very confusing and aggravating App and system to use compared to EBAY. The system is not user friendly at all and the customer care teams is unable to resolve your request nor do they give you a phone access choice to resolve any issues you have. I attempted to close my account less then 2 weeks after opening because of the complex and inability to list anything for sale but they continued to charge my bank after I made it clear I wanted to close the account. I am still being billed and they have not closed my account either, very disturbing.☹️

Now works - Top bar not updating. This issue has been resolved. Thank you for sending out an update quickly. —————————- The top bar no longer updates when pulled down to refresh. Work around is to click on the menu and select inventory or orders and then go back to main page for the top bar to update. Very frustrating. Please correct problem soon.

Customer support issues. I have been trying to get my account going for about 2 months now. On and off with customer support about sending pictures for verification but they never tell me what I’m missing in the photos. I have sent so many different photos of different things and I am still being denied and told to resend the proper pictures within 30 days. There is literally a list of what they want to see in the photos so there’s really no messing up here... can someone please guide me in the right direction?

Useful but Glitchy. Being able to quickly check for customer messages and reviews or where sales are is great..... when it works. It has a tough time loading data generally. It’s slow and often just can’t load the information at all. This has caused the most issues with customer messages. pretty often the communications screen will say that there are no messages, but once you go all the way through and refresh you will find they are there. The only times I have had messages go over SLA was when I relied on this app. It is worth having even with the issues, but it shouldn’t be the only way you access your Seller Central account.

I lost a lot of money. When I first started I had a good first payment check after that I spent so much money to get the product and loss all my money. Then you don’t have a lot of help a lot of things are self taught bottom line if you don’t have money to play with it don’t get involved because you will lose a lot of money as I did my second check was $372 and I spent over 1000 to send out products to my customers so I just gave away free items they do returns and get their money back and I’m just out of my product and my money I quit.

Very Functional App. I love that I can see a snapshot of my inventory and that I can view messages and orders. I also love the bar graph charts that show sales for the last 7 days!! I would like to be able to make listing picture adjustments by mobile or iPad and not have to wait until I get home and use my laptop. Would also like to see the business reports using the app as well.

Highly Functional and Clean. This app is highly functional, easy to use and clean considering all the features it has. The data is delayed less than expected compared to logging in to seller central from PC (understand since balancing user experience and bandwidth). Haven’t tried it for rare occurrences, like unit removal request or customer escalations. Overall, great for monitoring your account and when on the road.

Inventory search screwed up. I’ve used this app every single day and it’s been great but today when I try to search for an item in my inventory the item will appear for about a second and then it will go to the top of my inventory not allowing me to select what I searched. Please fix

Does the Basic Job Compared to Online Dashboard. This is a good app, but does have areas to improve on. I like that it alerts me when a sale order is placed, it has a nice summary chart on the main page, it allows me to view my inventory, and allows me to add new Products. Some of the things I would like to see improved: creating a new listing is limited compared to the online dashboard version, I can’t add variations, and it’s also hard for me to update my listings especially the ones with variations. Another problem I find is when building a new listing, placing them in the right category is manual and there is no search option. Overall, the app is good, but with some improvements, it has the potential of becoming excellent.

Would love to change the order of the links. I don’t use the app to list, don’t care about news, and most of the features offered in this app, as I use my laptop or pc for those actions/features. I use this app when I’m traveling or away from my studio. Therefore, what’s most important (for me) is knowing when I have orders, emails from customers, and returns. I’d love the option to move those three action links to the top of the the list so I can view them at a glance. Also the communications feature isn’t always accurate so I’ve missed emails when I’m away from the studio.

Your Account Is At Risk Of Deactivation. This is unfair. I am not going to send a product to a fake buyer and risk not only that the product get lost but also the fake buyer asks for a refund and keeps buying from me. If these buyers were real, I would have shipped the product. I am the first person who wants my products to sell and the first person who wants these products to be shipped, but to real buyers. Before threatening with account deactivation, you should monitor/screen what's behind the seller choosing to cancel an order. Because one thing is to do it viciously and another thing is to do it to protect the store. Help the seller, not the fake buyer.

Not very functional. Overall this app is OK. It would be better if you could see all units sold separately. I have several different items that I sell on Amazon's platform, and I am unable to differentiate which items have sold on this app. I also wish that I could adjust advertising costs, and PPC budgets. Seems silly that you can't do any of this from the app..... I am an Apple user so not sure if it's different on other phones? Also I think there should be a notification option for when an item has sold, either FBA or FBM.

Unable to list & no support. I really want to love this app. It is amazing when I’m acquiring inventory making it so much easier to see whether something is profitable. And then I discovered that I had the ability to list right then and there. I just came into a huge estate buy of over 4000 books so any way I can make my life easier I will. So the first book no problem but everything after won’t list. So I contacted support who was not helpful, letting me know that I can list from a desktop computer. *sigh*. Anyway I guess I’ll have to keep at it till someone can really help me. Fix that part and I’ll be happy to give it 5 stars

I love it. But they need to have a phone number to call when we have issues !!! And answer Sian it take so long to receive answer another problem is when you upload pictures from you computer or cell they don’t verify it I don’t know why there are no screenshots they are pictures from computer or cell very bad service it

Terrible app. Extremely glitchy, couldn’t go back and forth smoothly. Tried to verify my business, submitted my business registration and certificate of incorporation as a merged pdf (per their request) OVER 10 TIMES, yet they still ask me the same thing, ‘please provide your business registration and certificate of incorporation as a merged pdf’ (which I did). I opened over 10 tickets with customer service, ALL of them closed, saying my problem has been solved. I told the customer service to call my phone multiple times, no response. OVERALL A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN

Great app, needs two things added. Really like the app, great easy way to check my account, especially to keep up with customer messages. The two things I would really like added would be PPC monitoring and ability to modify. Also I would like to be able to modify sale prices, currently I can only modify the regular item price, which doesn't help me when I want to run a sale or modify a sale. Otherwise it is great. The app actually has something that I can't get on the web app- I can filter messages to see all received messages. This is awesome for following up on customer messages that I may not have gotten a response on in a while or something. On the web app I cannot find those conversations back easily if I send several other messages out in the mean time. That would be nice to pull from the phone app and get in the web app functionality.

Seller Beware. Almost as bad as EBay GUI If you don’t know what your doing you will screw up orders and it will cost you money Take a look at shipping settings first time you use it or you will get screwed shipping to Canada! and that apparently is the preferred process tons of bugs and a royal pain to use I doubt the developers have ever sold using it

Must Have App - Easy to Work With. This app is great! It saves time, it is easy to navigate, and you get up-to-date real-time information on your account, which in turn helps your customers. If you have some product photos downloaded on your phone, that is a big time saver as you can add products to your inventory right on your phone. That helps me if I have to wait somewhere for a while. It gives me something to do and enables me to get more done. I highly recommend it!

Love it. I love this app. Who ever created worth their salt software engineer(s). I don't sign in my account as often as I used to; thank you so much; every time I open this app, it puts smile on my face :) Just one, tiny thing though, can I get the "Inventory Check" Feature back? It has taken away, I am not sure why! Thank you so much! I can't put in words how appreciative I am. Just adding couple things (I wish I had your email instead of asking in my review) Manage Inventory ; I can’t manage my inventory by scanning an item. If I type the items’ barcode numbers, I can, if I could scan the items, that would’ve been time-saving.

Pretty Good. I like the app. It allows us to do the basic things, I just wish it let us look at and manage feedback. That way, when we are traveling we can see feedback remarks and handle them on the road. Etsy has that feature. I also wish it had links to the days forums. Reading them in the app would enable us to read them everyday, rather than just reading them while sending out orders. There’s much to learn from reading the two “topics” of the day. Otherwise, it’s fine.

Fees. Your fees are so high we have to charge 10% more to cover them. It’s the price per unit cost on our smaller items. Borderline worth the effort but we are trying hard to make it work. People often give us a low review over things we have 0 control over. Like “you refunded an order I canceled at the last minute but I never received my money.” Or altogether inaccurate reviews where they say “I reviewed the wrong seller.” “You did great they’d say but I can’t change my review. It was another seller that didn’t perform”. This is frustrating for us as sellers when trying to earn 5 stars!

Difficult to navigate. I haven’t even been able to get passed the id scanning because the scan button module isn’t fit to screen and it wont allow me to scroll down. When I click back or try to view the side panel of options it’ll show just a glitching screen I have to tap it a few times for it to actually pop up. I went on my tablet and I can scan the documents but when I try to submit it keeps saying error message upload documents and no button that allows me to. App is garbage

Good for checking sales and a couple other things. Good: -The sales chart is very nice, better visual than anything in the full Seller Central interface. -Handy for checking orders coming in -Buyer-seller messaging tool is nice, notification integration is great -Able to check on basic inventory availability -Ability to contact Seller support Would be nice: -If sales metrics refreshed when re-focusing on app instead of showing an error message and keeping stale data -To manage Sponsored Ad Campaigns!! -To see inventory non-available counts (FC transfer, sold, etc), could be summed up -To see sales by ASIN. I currently check a 3rd party tool for this in a mobile browser. -To view and interact with seller feedback -To view product reviews -To manage promotions

If I could give it zero stars I would…. Selling here as a small business has been extremely frustrating… I love how the order has already shipped and their systems messed up and refunded my customer… not like they already don’t take enough of my money as it is… the app is hard to use, nothing works properly. The support is non existent and have the time does not help. I’m left to figure out most of it on my own, if you’re thinking about selling here.. don’t… they don’t care about your small business.

Trying to set up store. I have been trying to set up my store for three days and all the page does is go white and acts like pages flipping in a book. As soon as that stopped the first time, I can type all of my information in, but after I press continue, it does the same thing and wipes out all of the information I had just put in. I am not sure how someone is to use this unless maybe the issue is that I need to set up my store on a desktop and use the app for daily, as needed store maintenance. It’s quite irritating and I would appreciate some guidance. Thanks!

App review. Some aspects of this app are good but there are many functions that need to be added or upgraded. I need to be able to add new product from my phone app, as well as modify existing listings and photos. Right now all I can do is change the price and quantity. The seller app for ETSY is far more functional and easy to use. It would also be helpful if I could click on pictures to make them larger and more visible on the phone. I make small jewelry that can look similar, so it’s difficult to see the fine detail for identification purposes with such a tiny picture. I take my product photos with my new phone, so the ability to work on my store within the phone would save a lot of time and be far more convenient.

A little useless apart from Scanning. This app needs some upgrades. Great that I can track my shipments to a certain point (not actually where they are at any given time), but I can also never see my customer orders, which I know are there because they appear on the website. Also, I’ll see communication notifications in-app and when I click “communications”, there’s nothing there. At just little things here and there, but it could be a great app otherwise. I find myself opening a browser on my phone to check things way too often. Defeats the purpose of having an app.

Good start...More features please. A year later and some of the things I pointed out in my previous review (below) has been taken care of, like seeing all inventory and opening cases. However, we need to see seller feedback reviews. Repricing via inventory page isn’t helpful especially when you have items on sale because it only shows the lowest price and buy box price. If your item is on sale it only shows your original price against the lowest price (which could be your sale price, but you won’t know unless you log into seller central via browser). We should also be able to put items on sale from the inventory page. A lite version of Reports would be awesome...At least being able to see the comparison to last year’s numbers. I love the addition of the product photo studio and B2B Central. Previous Review: I use this app all day, but it needs more features. We need to be able to see all inventory, reprice, check seller reviews and open cases.

I like but. I give the app 5 stars but with a condition. I wish the app would tell if an item is considered hazardous material at the time of scanning. Many times I have purchased something to sell only to find out when trying to list as fba, it is considered as hazmat and not eligible for fba. If I could be told this st the point of scanning, I would know not to buy.

Push Notifications is bugged. I've had this app for a few years now and after the new update for iOS. The push notifications stops telling you if you made a sale or any other of the specific preferences you set. All of my notification settings say they are in but never work. Please someone address this issue.

Great app but would like more features. App is great and has a lot of what you need. One thing I’m surprised it doesn’t have and surprised that more people aren’t asking for is the ability to have real-time alerts to sales. Other words a lock screen notification as sales occur so you don’t have to open the app each time. People open the app 90%+ of the time for sales so why can’t they have an option to just see them in an lock screen notification?

Frustrating...😤. I downloaded the app put my information in and got the account ready. So I went to go sell my stuff and it’s very very very complicated to just even know how to sell it know what type is it you know I download the app put my information and got the account ready. I didn’t really get most of it it was very frustrating because I put in information in the app was not cooperating. Very very frustrating.

I only use the app to check status on the go.... but I have not listed any items or anything of that nature so I can't comment on those features. It's a great way to stay up-to-date on your storefront, but I prefer the desktop for any needed duties or functions. It seems to fail at loading correctly when I click on notifications quite regularly. I have a brand-new iPhone 7, so I believe the fault lies with the app.

Immediate Deactivation of Account. I started my account as normal, activated as normal and within 15 minutes of actually looking at the app to understand how it works, I got a deactivation notice. I provided all critical documents as requested from the bot that assists you, however was still not activated. There is no phone number to call to receive further guidance on how to resolve the issue and their last message states that they will not respond to any further messages. This leaves me with a useless app. I understand that there are policies and procedures to adhere to for legal reasons, but with no live associate to assist with how to navigate said procedures, I cannot use the app for its intentions.

Limited access. This is a quick review while I'm trying to use the app from my iPhone in October 2019. I've just spent 20 minutes trying to find a way to access Prime shipping options. Can't find them. Also, it's been a while since I tried to use the communication feature but I expect it hasn't changed recently and i recall it's hard to use and unclear whether you actually replied to a customer, which caused me to resend a message to a customer because the app looked like it just flaked out instead of confirming my message was sent. The app may be useful for some basic things like inventory updates, but you need the browser version for other tasks.

Registration is buggy. Maybe it’s better to register on desktop first and the app runs smoothly, but just trying to set up an account on my phone through the app is impossible. The pop ups to submit documents won’t minimize and even when I use browser the buttons don’t work. So I can’t even sign up! It also takes forever to load and the screen loading bar just keeps restarting and it’ll say “we’re still working on it”.

Waste of Time. This app asks for way too much verification, and they’re very nitpicky about it. I had to send in an image of my passport and bank statement twice because the first submission wasn’t good enough for them! And once I finally got on the app to sell my first product (a CD), it told me I needed this “Approval for Music Selling”, asking for even MORE verification, one of which was an invoice for 10 music purchases that I’ve made. I don’t just go and buy 10 music products at any given time! I swear they are just asking for this redundant information because they’re bored. Ugh! I just wanted an app to sell some of my belongings in a SIMPLE AND QUICK MANNER, but this app clearly doesn’t know what that means.

I like it but I could be really happy with it.. As a seller I will appreciate ways to edit/adjust advertising campaigns and a way to see all my listings maybe alphabetically or by category Of products. Will also love to have a sound (ding) when an FBA purchase comes in, so I will not refresh so many times a day. But it tells me what items have been purchased, in shipping or payment has been completed. Which is general helps me to keep an eye on my business.

Glitches. App has a crazy amount of glitches I was wondering has anyone else experienced this lately definitely with that payments It saying a certain amount on your Home Screen and another amount when you open up your payment tab ? And also another thing I’m not sure how much this matters but the whole fba thing advertising seller don’t have to worry about shipping because fba fulfills our orders for us so we don’t have to worry about shipping fee isn’t true paying a ( picking and packing fee on some items is the same as paying for individual shipping ) right lol

Does it's job, let's me know what's going on when not on desktop. I use the app all the time, mostly for monitoring and responding to customer messages. I would like to see the advertising (ppc) added into the app. For me, that is the main thing that is missing. I have to go to desktop version to adjust bids and have had to access on my cellphone which was very difficult for tweaking keywords and bids on a smartphone.

“Revenue Calculator” worst addition possible. Why would you go from having your revenue automatically calculated on the front page of each item you look at in your inventory, to forcing users to click several buttons to get to it, only to still not properly show up half the time? Mine often has trouble loading, especially when service isn’t great, so I can’t even access this critical information a majority of the time. To make such a shift in the way the app runs is absurd and infuriating. I use the app all throughout the day, and it went from a mostly neutral/positive experience to absolutely rage-inducing with this one idiotic change. WHY. JUST WHY.

Still hasn’t got Australia on the list of countries. I cannot use this app downloaded months ago as Australia is still not added. Also Shopify integration only works if the Shopify store is in US dollars which understandably isn’t the case as we are in Australia. Please fix ASAP so everyone can actually use it.

Latest update broke Chart Settings. After installing latest application update, the Chart Settings in the Campaign Manager is no longer working on my iphone. Tried to log out and reinstall the application, but it is still not working.

Seller support don’t provide any support. Seller support have all prefix answers they don’t provide live support according to Situation. Always give same answer that available..

Great app!. I love this app, I find it really easy to navigate and find what I need to know, in order to check my inventory and sales.

Checking sales the easy way. This is the first thing I do everyday at the moment. I check how many sales I’ve had overnight. It’s the best way to start the day.

Can’t push through. I try to create an account in Australia, but the app did not show any to continue for the next step.

Queries. I find it very difficult to lodge a case & customer service for sellers is not user friendly or readily available. I would like to see a link on orders & inventory shipments so when we see an issue we can easily lodge a case. Janine.

Makes managing my store easy on the go!. Takes the need out of logging into the desktop seller portal when I’m out and about. Could be a little more versatile with some other bits included ie. campaign management, viewing. Otherwise great!

Poor Quality Support and No Helpful Supervisors. I have a problem in getting my product description reflected since July,2021 and till now not fixed. Several cases were opened but the poor support team keep closing it. I have even spoken to two supervisors, both promised to fix the issue but nothing happened. Seems there is no one monitoring support staff and everything is automatically running We are now in Feb,2022 and my case is not yet resolved And the worst thing is: they are changing me massive storage fee while they are not able to fix my product listing problem since more than 6 months

Good start but needs some improvement. Great for monitoring sales. However, for a big company it lacks a lot of features: - No iPhone X support - No ability to adjust sponsored ads - Does not allow quick switching between amz marketplaces - Sales graph seems to get cut off at the top -

Bugs. This app has a lot of bugs, I have to install and uninstall every time, it blings on and off and nothing comes up then I have to uninstall and reinstall every few days.

Good app, but can’t change sale price. This is a good app but would be made great if it were possible to change the Sale price rather than just the List price. Maybe on the next update....

Poor Seller Support, Buggy App, Expensive FBA and Cumbersome Processes. re the App itself, could not list my products and kept saying the EAN/product are not valid. Re seller support, booked a phone appointment with seller support. Guess what? They never called. Emailed them 3 times and got ZERO reply. Re pricing, FBA x times more exxy than 3PL when an order has multiple items. Re process and user interface, feels like jumping through hoops to get anything done. Product update is not instant and at one time had to list the same product 3 times before it showed up. Feels like a company from the last decade

$1.5 Trillion company?. Tried to register as a seller through this app. Hard to imagine a tech company worth $1.5 trillion that can’t get an app right. There are developers with almost no money at all who create apps that actually work and function as described. This is rubbish. An online marketplace that can’t get sellers to register. Just like Microsoft who can’t get a word processor to work. This world is truly backwards.

Locked in a never ending cycle. It tells me my credit card is no good that I need to update, so I click update then tells me to enable 2 step authentication, then takes me to the login page where it won’t accept the password but when I go to the menu I have an option to logout which implies I am logged in

The glitch is unreal. Very mediocre app and glitches all the time. Do better Amazon. Information on the app isn’t up to date. Many missing information and I cannot solely rely on the app. I have to log in via my computer to get relevant info.

Garbage. I thought the reviews were bad for no reason but they are all true. Typed in all my information just for it to tell me error at the very end. Total waste of time. Don’t make the same mistake.

APP KEEPS RELOADING AND SHUTTING DOWN. I downloaded this app less than three hours ago and all it’s done is give me problems. I’ve never written an app review, because I never have issues with the apps I download, but this is just too weird. The app continues to reload and shut down. The app is updated, I have incredible fast speed internet, and Amazon is the Walmart of the online world, but still their seller central app is somehow the worst app I’ve ever encountered. I just don’t get it! All I can say is I have had a terrible first impression of Amazon’s Seller app so much so that I felt the need to express my shock. I hope I’be just been really unlucky, but the app on my phone has been pathetic.

Many Features Quit Working In This Version. Communications section stopped working and other sections that I can’t remember off the top of my head. Extremely frustrating to keep getting white screens. Amazon should consider testing their app for releasing it.

App needs improvement. Just started on Amazon sellers app however it’s not that easy to navigate . When going onto amazons app , it’s more clear but doesn’t work due to them wanting you to use the sellers app. How come it doesn’t show deposit method on the seller app but shows on amazon. Not easy to work. I’ve been trying many times to start my selling page but I couldn’t. Not easy app at all. My phone app always different with desktop and some inventory doesn’t show in each. During the add inventory, the app or desktop always crashes, so just wasting time!

CS11 Error. After the recent update I am getting this problem. Amazon seller app encountered a problem (CS11). I tried reinstalling after deleting and restarting my phone but issue is still there.

Easy to Navigate. I have been enjoying using the Amazon seller app. So easy to navigate!

Seller’s battles. If there was lower than one star I would have definitely chosen that as a seller on Amazon. I invested lots of times , efforts and money in different stores to find right products to sell on Amazon, the products that were eligible, Amazon allowed me to sell. After buying them. Replacing his bar code, labeling , shipping and paying so much money to ship, Amazon kept my stuff for a while in their warehouse . I paid for storage , now I’m recovering my products one by one , everyday I come home I see a new box outside waiting. They keep canceling my listings. I received all my shampoos in broken boxes. In one simple sentence.. amazon seller “SUCKS” big time . I can’t never trust them. I lost so much time, money and energy over nothing.

Great app 95% works, 5% doesn’t.. So i can basically do 95% of the work to put up a listing, but its the last 5% which is the issue. That part never works… error after arror after error, then when you get that fixed, you press submit and it just hangs or crashes. Thanks Amazon. Your App deserves an A+! Great if your in college but this is the real world!

Amazon Seller Support Techs!. Amazon Seller Support Techniciancs needs to be trained and educated. After talking for three hours over phone they can’t explain why I can’t add any books to sell on my amazon app. One of them actually told me that I can’t sell books because I’m not the author. LOL. Good app but it’s buggy. Very useful app if you are selling on Amazon, and it’s been on the market for many years. On my iPhone 11, app suddenly tries to refresh screen and it starts blinking for 10-20 seconds . It happens all the time. It’s very annoying and it drains phone battery. It doesn’t matter what screen you are on . I can’t believe they did not fix it. Same problem on my iPad. iOS 15.7

For now, 1 star rating. Must have a lot of patience to set it up. Takes about a month or a month and a half to fully set it up. Wait for 2 separate codes in the mail then a video chat with an amazon representative. Sucks was looking forward to start selling sooner than later

Notifications. The only reason I’m not giving the app 5 stars is because I’d prefer to have the option to receive notifications when my items have been purchased, even with FBA

Inactive status and product bans. I used to really like selling on Amazon it was very simple to list and sell. But ever since they banned selling used brand name electronics like Apple, Dell, and etc, this platform is useless to me. It’s also very annoying to keep changing charge methods every time I want to re-activate my account. I don’t get it, I sell my used electronics every once in a while not all the time.

Stick to Etsy. If you’re a seller on Etsy and debating on joining Amazon Handmade, please don’t waste your time. First of all, the app does not work - I’m unable to post listings on my phone and have read many other reviews about people struggling to as well. Even if it worked, the process is extremely long. You have to do many steps and then it glitches at the end. Second, it’s way more costly than Etsy. Third, they claim your products are being seen by millions of their customers but only people who know about Amazon Handmade will look on the handmade site. Your products will not be on their main Amazon page. Such a shame because I love shopping on Amazon and have never had a problem but selling on here is a totally different story.

Horrible Customer Support and System. I just signed up for Amazon about a week ago, already confirmed my identity and received the code in the mail to verify my address. As soon as I start watching tutorials videos it says my account is deactivated. The site/app says to check performance health to see what the issue is and it’s not very helpful. All it says is show I have a valid credit card on file, however I was told I could use debit which I connected all my banking information, still didn’t work. I tried contacting Amazon seller support and they replied with the same automated email that said they couldn’t help me cause my account was deactivated. Very useless and unsupportive management.

Beginner. Greetings all the app is amazing easy to used, honestly it brilliant. However the fees are hindered our success on the platform us beginner who’s trying to integrate this new adventure. PPC is way to expensive since we are here trying to creat a better life by earning passive income. In the beginning stages there should be some FREE trials between 6-12 periods after a certain amount of effort to be in the competition Amazon support should Grant those who are really working the business a grace period with free PPC and other advertising models. Another thing sellers who are doing FBA should not help responsible for customers dissatisfactions because before products goes out the people at the warehouse use should verified is everything okay. Overall I am blessed to be in the Amazon family. Thanks for such opportunities ❤️

DO NOT SELL ON AMAZON. Amazon has terrible seller support. I lost access to my two verification numbers and have contacted seller support well over 20 times and they have never got me back into my account, having now charged me $300+ while I haven’t been able to access the account. Terrible

I wish. Very slow to use I which there were more features to use

App is nothing but a never ending Glitch. For the last few 3-5 months I’ve been fighting with this app. If you do an action it starts flashing screens and reloading a few times a second. Almost like it was hitting it’s own ‘Back’ button. When it’s done, you find yourself on a page you were on much earlier. Happens every time I use the app. I have to go to the home page of the app and then load what I want… or force quit the app so when it relaunches it’s at least on the main page. Now when I launch it, I quickly see my dashboard but then it looks like it’s entirely overlaid by a white box and can’t get rid of it. If you reinstall the app it’s the same thing over and over. If you search within the App half the time it doesn’t find anything yet it’s competitors seem to have no problem. Amazon can’t even reference their own catalogue properly… go figure. Revision History is full of “Bug Fixes and Updates” titles but I have yet to notice anything resolved in almost 2 years

Amazon seller. I have sent items that amazon claimed they never received. I've sent items that went missing after receiving and I did not sell. When I called support they told me to hang up and they'll call me in 20 minutes,10 minutes later I receive an email that they tried contacting me but they weren't able to although I did not receive any calls. Some of my campaigns are not visible on my desktop and sometimes sales are slow to calculate. I have been unable to see or edit my advertising campaigns on the website and that is very frustrating considering it’s still charging me

Good daily snapshot. The app is addicting. If you can’t be at a computer, the mobile access is a good option to get an overview. A computer is still necessary to do detailed adjustments like (but not limited to) updating advertising settings, product details, uploading inventory and filing a help ticket.

Customer Service Is Trash. Nothing gets resolved and there’s no quick response and|or update outside of “elaborate your inquiry and provide more specific information like the attribute or screenshot of the issues to help us serve you better” type of messages without providing better service. Just resending that same information over and over and over again. Amazon’s practices as a company make me question ethics of really unprofessional standards normalized by some of these large companies.

iPad Configuration. Hi, everything is great with the app except that it has not been updated to fit an iPad screen. I am not sure if this is just a problem with my iPad in particular but I would like it to be fixed. Please give update me if it has been fixed! My business has began selling in large volumes and I cannot look on my phone anymore because the screen is too small.

Great app!. As a seller the app is very helpful but yes I too would like to see more features and a sound when I get a sale. It would also be nice to see the exact profit from the sale or exactly what fees were taken out without having to log into seller central. Quicker when scanning books. Other than that a very good app! Very useful!

The worst app on my phone. Initially, it wouldn’t let me get past “Sign Up”. Every time I finally get to a page with any buttons or options it shoots me through 47 blank screens and stays there. Tried with and without WiFi. Tried closing out the app. Tried logging out and back in. Tried leaving app open. Nothing. Brings me back to the same page (pick a merchant) and when I do... sent right through 79 more blank loading pages and never loads anything. I’m furious.

Great but could be even greater. I love the app. It’s faster than the others, I just wished it was more smart device friendly, bigger photos. Why is it so hard to list an item that hasn’t been listed yet? It should be easier to go through your inventory with just a partial SKU number. Overall it’s a great app.

Ways to improve. Over all the app good and it can definitely get better. Please improve sync times. It took weeks if not months to update my reviews and ratings. Please take a peek at other platforms and their apps (Shopify) That app gives more insight and you are able to do more tasks within the app without resorting to the web app. I’d like to create MCF via the app at times that be wonderful. This app is a requirement, good app. Technically, I would wish to have more features that assist in keeping track of my sales and inventory. But I understand the amount of users that this app supports and the limitations that come with that. Therefore, taking everything into consideration I would say this app is extremely necessary and useful. Helps me with day to day operations as well as yearly business info.

Easy to use. I could not ask for more in a mobile business application. I can “almost” run my business from my phone. At the very least, I can keep track of sales and customer service when away from the office.

Good for quick checks on performance. I mostly use the app to check daily sales, but would love ad campaign adjustments and monitoring and seller feedback functionality/viewing. The latest update is buggy af! More UX issues than I care to type up. Errors out the chart, order detail menu is buggy and interface overlaps, missing ranking on inventory. App has not been updated for iPhone X.

Quick and Easy Seller Info Updates on the Run. Has pretty much every function you need to obsess over during the day when checking your numbers. Easy links into the desktop necessary functions as well.

Overall useful, but is glitchy and need Improvement.. I use the app daily, almost continuously to monitor my account. It is slow to reflect new sales data and sometimes does not register my new listings when I create them, and the whole app will sometimes just crash out of the blue. Overall it’s very handy for basic seller functions and the “create listing” function is very convenient.

Much better. There has been much improvement in this app over the last month. Although it isn’t perfect, it is a giant step in the right direction. And I have few complaints.

Awful on iPad but otherwise great. The seller central has been a great application on all my other devices but the iPad app does nothing to take advantage of the iPad features. It is simply the iPhone app that doesn’t even default to fill the screen and can only be used vertical, it won’t even rotate laterally. Until they develop for iPad it makes more sense for me to go online and use the website than it does to use the app, very disappointed.

Horrible. Have several questions about fulfillment and how things work and there is no information on the app spent and hour trying to find a phone number to gather information that is not on the app and there is no way to contact anyone with these concerns, via email a 10 minute call would take 2 months going back and forth via email every 12 hours who has 2 months to waste to gather information on how becoming a seller and fulfillment center etc works and fees and processes ????

Becomes More Helpful with Each Update. The updates, thankfully, always include on-point adjustments and improvements. I have found myself referring to the app version and utilizing it more and more these days. I still prefer the ease of complete overview of the desktop but I can address many concerns through the app.

Crashes too much. The app crashes constantly and I have to sign up all over again (it doesn’t recognize my user and password automatically so I have to manually insert them every time, sometimes three to four times a day! It’s really irritating, specially for a business critical app like this

Great but still needs more work!. It would be nice to be able to go to main product page through listings in the app. It would be great to also see product listings with zero inventory so you can restock through the app instead of getting on the computer every time you want to restock your inventory.

Needs some more options and features. I hate that I have to manually switch the filter view to "all" when I go to the inventory page. There should be a default view option. I also wish the add product screen would tell you if a scanned UPC or search result is already in your inventory instead of needing to switch menus. Also, I get different prices when I scan some things and then go to the view details page.

It nice, but it could have more. It’s really simple to use and I like that it has the graph. What I don’t like is that you can’t view details within your balance. The app glitches sometimes when you are scanning barcodes for inventory. It will show you the rank, but sometimes it won’t let you know that the item is restricted until you try and list it. For me that is frustrating since I mainly focus on retail arbitrage.

Update did no fix bugs. Don’t know what happened but we have had trouble with this app since late lat month. When you start the app, it will keep refreshing the screen . All you can you is force close it and restart the app. I really liked this app (although wish it could expand its capability) but not anymore since this happened. It is very annoying. Please fix it asap.

A fan.... but. I love the app so far, has as many features tied to it as you’d wish it would. My real complaint is that it doesn’t make the most fun part, the SALES, exciting or easy to pull up! I’d find this app much more fun to use if it notified me for each sale, rather than an email, and gave me detailed info for each sale as well without having to dig for that info.

Worst customer service. I have experienced very disappointing customer service. Evertime I call it takes at least 4-5 calls just realize what for them what the real problem is then it take several days to comes to a resolution. Overall experience is very frustrating and helpless. the process of solving problem needs to be better since as a seller we all paying to get those service and we expect the issues to resolve as soon as possible to it doesn't hurt our business.

Pictures often don’t load. When I list an item and upload an image it almost always takes forever to upload or it will say there’s an error and won’t upload. This is a huge problem and has turned me away to using EBay instead to sell items because their photo uploads in seconds without issue.

Super Helpful! Room to grow!. Love this app! It makes selling and tracking SUPER easy and convenient! I would give 5 but I think there’s room to grow. Would be nice to access a little more: link to actual product listings for buyers, seller feedback details, etc. But I’m very happy for how this app has made my selling life a bit easier overall!!!!

Very functional. I like the app it is very convenient for scanning items and viewing your inventory quickly. I wish you were able to go dir curly to The item page from your inventory or you could see all offers to better know how to price your offer instead of just seeing the lowest and the buy box.

Has almost everything at the palm of my hand. It’s a great app! I can check my sales wherever I am. I can adjust my advertising budget. The only thing I wish it had was all the advertising features on the desktop app, like promotions or coupons

This update broke the app. Its not possible to copy paste the tracking number anymore. The keyboard is always in the way. Before you just pushed and held the tracking field, paste, done. Now? No way to push the field without the stupid keyboard popping up, which cant be hidden.

Still loving it. I like the fact that I can list items straight away. I'm hoping that the developers can incorporate a tax feature, that way it'll be like having seller central in the palm of your hands. That would just make it completely for me. Full experience! It's great by far...this addition will really set things up!

Currently broken. This new release is currently broken. When launched it flashes though various screens for like a minute or so. Then it eventually stops on a random screen. Of note these screens are ones never use so it’s not flipping g though precious views. This just gets worse and worse with each launch. Eventually it just starts fail and you have to quit the app and relaunch.

A barcode reader needs to be added when submitting tracking numbers. This app needs to have a barcode reader option for submitting tracking numbers. When I am shipping multiple packages at a time it takes too much time typing each tracking number. A barcode scanner would be much more efficient and accurate.

App rating. I like the seller app, but there’s a delay in its sales reports by a day or so. Sometimes too, it won’t allow adjusting information (menu headings) that can be half off the page and unreadable. Otherwise, I really like its convenience, design and usability. Thank you.

App is not working right. When I click on my app, it starts flipping through various pages I’ve been on recently. Sometimes it finally stops and lands on a page but other times it just keeps flipping through, never stopping. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times but the problem keeps recurring. I am essentially unable to use this app and thus unable to source in the actual stores. Please fix!!!

Timeframe of Sales. I have been using Etsy as my marketplace for the past seven years, and although I am leaving their marketplace for US Sales, I certainly did appreciate the Etsy app for sellers. It is top-notch. Whenever there is a purchase made, it’s almost instantaneous that there’s a notice given through the app. For handmade shops like mine, sometimes a few minutes means a lot because we are in the process of making multiple items at once. I’m so hoping that an app will be made in order for us to list items from cell phones too. Mobile app vs website. The mobile app is not as responsive as the web site interface. It just isn’t. The numbers lag in comparison from my experience. I have no idea why this is. The app is helpful when you’re on the run just to check your numbers. But I wouldn’t rely on it by any measure. I don’t think they are really in sync with running numbers the same way. I would imagine(and hope it does) get better in the future.

Great with one huge drawback!. The app is great with so many features that are much easier to do on a phone than via Web. One huge drawback is that I have to sign out of North American market and sign into Europe to see the other markets. There’s no way to seamlessly toggle between the countries, like there is on the web. If there was, this would be a 5-star app. Please fix this!

So far so good!. I’ve been selling for about two weeks and love the ease of checking sales using the app. It’s going to take a little time to learn my way around but appreciate having all the information at my fingertips.

Good app. Could use some improvements.. There are some good tools in the app but it needs more functionality and less clicking. Particularly for making informed decisions about changing price and what the profitability is. The inventory tab allows you to change the price but you have to go to another tab and search to find out what the profit would be if you changed the price.

Seller issues. Should have advanced issues listing why card could have problems in advance with payments already coming out previously then it being an issue randomly. Also shouldn’t have to wait 180 days to update listings when all required issues have been handled accordingly this can hurt me having contact with customers during sales process and not being able to reach them to respond risking my account even more so as this getting to be outrageous

Pain. It is impossible to invoice or ship from the app- it keeps redirecting you and then you need to inter passwords and texted codes- takes a frustrating period of time. It is also: awkward to make listing changes, see Amazons commissions after listing and will not allow you to zoom in on pictures of sold items - this has led to much confusion and easily avoided mistakes. In general- not a fan and I end up using the full website-even on my cell.

Helping my business. Now that I’ve learned more about the features, including visual scan and favorites. I am able to source more quickly. Also, now that I have started creating listings, the photo upload feature has also come in handy.

Great but could be better. Right now I can't print through my phone bc formatting through app is off and won't line up w labels. Also false UPC codes go through where product isn't what it really is. Has happened to me on multiple occasions. Pics don't ever get accepted even on a white construction board background. Gets a little frustrating

App is lacking in basic features. The app doesn’t always show FBA sellers as such on many products. The app doesn’t always show the lowest Prime price, which is the only low price I’m interested in seeing. The app needs a HISTORY tab where you can access all scanned items, at least recently scanned items. The app should have ASINs plastered all over products, instead you cannot find an ASIN via the app in 98% of products. 2 stars, app needs to get serious.

Love the new features after last update!. Love the new ability to scan product and list with ease. Still not 100% bug-proofed but works much better than before. Great job to the developers for a well designed app with great features for sellers!

Open Orders Count Badge Needed. Pretty good app but I would really love if it would show me the number of open orders that I have on the app icon itself before I even open the app. Like what Gmail, Facebook and every other app on my phone does. Sometimes I think I’ve fulfilled every order but find Ive missed one. If I saw that (1) on the app icon I would be able to catch it before its too late.

Great for phone needs a tablet version.. Great app for the phone. Needs a tablet version or one that’s scaled to the tablet. Still honestly even better than the web browser version. Makes communicating with customers easy, and makes it easy to keep track of orders. Love it.

Could be better. I would give 5 stars if the app was able to show past sales orders if you need to look up a past sale longer than a few orders. Like seller central I have leave app and go there to check on some older order. Otherwise, no problems! Get a button for past orders to look up. Thanks

Customer support non-existant. My account was immediately suspended once opened, was asked to send documents which I did and only kept getting generic emails time after time, spoke on the phone with support and they keep on asking if I had already send the documentation which I did several times without positive results and the same generic emails, canceled account to open a new one to try my luck only to have it linked to my first one and immediately suspended and start playing the game with the lack of customer of support.
