Can’t stop playing this game!!! I love it!!!!!. This game is so much fun. I can’t literally stop playing it. I catch myself going on it all day long to collect the bonus every so often just so I can build up my coins. I’ve even got my mother and sisters and plenty of other people hooked onto playing this game and they can’t stop playing it either. So many different slots to play for all different types of amounts. But the only thing I would recommend is (they do give bonus coins) but should give a little more for other reasons and for in the allotted time span for free coins. Keep up the GREAT work with updates and everything else. Doing a terrific job!!!!! Thanks for all the time I can kill playing this.

Waste of time and space. Just another money hungry slot app. I like how they have a few of my favorite slots I like to play but the amount of coins and wins are just too little! If you’re lucky you’ll probably get two/three bonus a month. Bets are also set big and the amount of coins you are able to collect are very little. I can only collect 20,000 coins every two three hours which isn’t even enough for one spin at my minimum bet 😑 Deleted the game because I been playing for a couple of months now and had not won more than 400k and I only won that once! Even after purchasing their coins with them guaranteeing me a win I don’t win 😡 There has also been a lot of time where I hit the bonus and they don’t give it to me! Plus they CHEATED me to! received an ad telling me to re-download their app and I’ll receive 10 million coins and they lied! I contacted them about the issue and why I cannot ever win on their slots and they didn’t bother to do anything and say that’s how their app work. Anyways I got blocked out for requesting a refund after I got upset about not winning even after they guaranteed me

Liz rating your games. I would like to win the grand once in a while. I enjoy your games but you loose your winnings as soon as you win them. The prize games take to long to win and you never reach the jackpot. Also I play everyday for years and I still haven’t even reached bronze level. Also as long as you are playing a low amount you win something but if you raise the bet you stop winning. After years of playing I have won the grand prize once. You must allow people to win big if you want them to continue playing. Dispute that I do enjoy playing and have been playin your slots for 8-10 years. I would like to win the grand prize once in a while.

so very disappointed with this Game, Heart of Vegas. I guess after looking back 5 years ago nothing has changed with this game , my feelings are exactly like the folks who nailed it greedy developers, the return is a rip off while hoping you can gather enough coins to at least match what you spent in buying coins to play . I purchased some coins because they barely give you any free coins . But the disappointment was when I purchased this huge amount of coins I did not know that I would have the coins issued out to me daily something like, 400,000 . which is nothing if you are playing the min or the next level up in order to win something with these games , usually high limits must be used. But What do you think I am a baby? do you think I can't manage my coins ? You took full payment for coins to hand feed me sone of the coins daily. Absolutely terrible !!! And the games I like start at a minimum of 10,000 coins . The games do not pay well when you finally hit . It will require you to spend your real hard worked for money, for no rewarding return!! Absolutely a rip off!! in my opinion ! I say no to this game or please at least beware you could end up broke . Big Daddy. It should be illegal they way these casino games rip people off. You download the app, get free credits and win for a day then the app takes it all back. Take screenshots and watch the same repetitive icons come up all the time. This is not a game, it’s a program designed to make money for the developers. Then come the “buy chips adds”, why should I buy chips on a game that says “free game”? Then they tell you everyone has different luck but the same thing happens to everyone. BTW; your chips are way overpriced and if by some odd coincidence I should win, you don’t pay me back in cash. STOP SUPPORTING THESE RIP OFF APPS PEOPLE!!!!!!! I’m reporting this app to the better business bureau, I contacted there customer support only to get some moron tell me that the games are designed with a random icon generator. He honestly expected me to believe this load of donkey dung. These people will lie and they don’t care if you have a complaint. You’ll be told, “it’s your fault you lost”. Because if you didn’t play you wouldn’t lose. I reported them to the better business bureau, there already being investigated. They get many compliments on these ripoff games. I’m sure it will be there downfall by advertising it’s a “free” game . Just take screenshots and video of the game play, you’ll see the icons repetitive action. Wins too infrequent and most often too small. Hearts of Vegas has many many games, giving people options which is good although there are much too many and I end up playing only 2 to 3 on average. In some of the special items like the cosmic collection or whatever they’re called each time where you can end up with a grand prize, after getting many chests all the news etc. I have been playing this game for quite some time and have had only one chest to still find, and yet more than a month has gone by and I have not gotten that last chest, which would give me $1 billion bonus. I find they work many different avenues to get you to purchase frequently and all too infrequently award you reasonable points so as to not have to spend hundreds and hundreds often thousands and thousands to continue to play at any reasonable rate or frequency. in some of the games there are times where the bonus that gives you dollars is changed before it goes into the bonus round, and those changes are to a lower dollar amount. Good game selections. They have a good selection of real casino slots. The 3 stars is mostly for how tight the games can get. You can literally spend a ton of money and if it’s a day that the games are tight, it doesn’t matter how much you spend, you will not enjoy the money you paid for a little entertainment. It’s not uncommon to go 10-15 spins without a line hit. It is also not uncommon to not get a single feature on any games. The bonus spins at the moment do not payout more than 10x your bet and the games with the multiple jackpots seem to only be hit by guest accounts or the same accounts over and over again. The coin packages could use a little bump also. Compared to Cashman casino or lighting link casino, heart of Vegas always has the least value to real money when purchasing coins. Loosen the games up a bit. You’re not giving any real prizes back so why be so unbalanced when it comes to chip vs real money?

New player. Was promised coins to start. Didn’t get the amount they promised. Sent a message and all I get was a bull corn answer back at an att to make me look stupid. I spend a lot on other slot games and though5 I would try this one and see if it was better. Nope it’s just like the rest. To the owners of the slot games, you charge way to much for games that we get nothing back from. You are way to tight on games we get nothing back from. You are not a casino. If you were we would get our money back but you give nothing back. Stop we stupid answers from your help and all the generic comme of reaching out to you because that never works. We do not take pictures of issues while we are playing. That is stupid to ask from any player. We all know how games are written and know you can go in and look fore yourself. Heart of Vegas. While waiting for the update to complete I read some previous reviews and was surprised to find that others feel the same as Ido about this app. The coin package are outrageously priced compared to other apps and other Aristocrat apps. The reward bonuses are a joke hardly covers the minimum bets on most of the games. The game payout returns are awful out of all of the games I play this is the only one that requires multiple coin purchases for me to continue playing. I spent as much money on this app as I did in the real casino last year with no chance of getting it back. Also we’re bombarded with purchase pop ups which are very annoying. The games are fun but the money making aspect isn’t and takes advantage of retired people like me that like playing as an enjoyable pastime. Please as a courtesy to your loyal patrons rectify this issue.

Love love love it!. Exciting and thrilling. The reels can get real tight sometimes, but mix it up with different games and it's a blast!! Add more 4 reel games and sticky wilds game. I've paid plenty to this game and would like the opportunity to play more when I don't have to pay and can actually win daily bonuses that actually give you a chance to hit some bonuses. If I don't pay, I have to play for weeks for only like a couple minutes at a time cause it's so hard to even make enough coins to enjoy the game for a while. Bigger daily bonus please. But I love this game even though some of the games are ALWAYS losers. Mix it up get rid of some like Shaman and Nutcracker and add more like More Chili, More Hearts and Miss Kitty. Heart of Vegas. Love the games, lots of fun. One problem has not been resolved as yet. Has anyone else had a problem when purchasing coins, and spinning the bonus wheel and getting 2x, but never receiving the extra coins. Debl. I 100% agree with (debisnotin) and with (not so lucky Liz) they have nailed my exact thoughts! You can buy and buy and Heart of Vegas is the only ones receiving anything and you are not considered a valued player because you will not receive anything in return for your money. This way they can keep you paying! Beware! I have had issues and contacted VIP several times and told, “Great let me turn this over to the team”! 20 minutes later you get a reply saying, “ this conversation has ended”! Real good support! Not! I’m pretty sure no one is on staff through the weekend because you never receive anything worthwhile to play with and therefore you just keep buying small packages of coins which has been a total waste for me! I’m getting more and more frustrated with them and see that they have no morals or value you as a paying customer! It’s a shame because I do like there games and I know that I can’t always win but truthfully when I have bought coins from Heart of Vegas I only win very small amounts and rarely ever see a bonus come up and my coins are gone within minutes.

Heart of Vegas. Your price have gone up to purchase coins. It’s not like people are receiving cash back And when you do purchase coins you make sure the purchase is spent without receiving any bonus within the game’s played. When the total bundle isn’t received. There is no way of getting a return of what you have not received. There are no actual people to talk to when you are trying to get help. I have erased the game twice, but I enjoy playing it. The game does cheat you out of coins. I use it as entertainment, but I’m seriously going to stick to my guns the next time I delete it. The provider does not have to be so harsh regarding rewards when you the only person receiving cash. Yes, I know you provide entertainment, ? You think?????

Addictive game. This game is very addictive and I think you know it. Granted all gambling can be addictive. I have bought coins, but have found that whether the are free or bought, they go very quickly. Slots are tighter than in the casino. You said that you do this to give the casino experience. Keep in mind, if I win big in the casino I can spend that money on something else. Win big on this game, and I can only loose it to the game. Your cost for coins is more than other games. Your daily bonus wheel is also less. Loosen up. Award your purchasers once in a while. Your status awards are not worth it and you take that status away when the player doesn’t buy. I give your game one star at best.

I'm Deleting it!. I've been with them for about 4 years. Got frustrated and about to delete it just as soon as I get rid of the rest of my chips. The site is designed for people who doesn't mind buying chips. It's very hard to win and you have to lose millions (and I mean a lot!) to level up. I lost like 70 million betting 450k in no time trying to win and I was only level 22 I was shocked that I finally leveled to 23 after losing millions. Once I lost 50 million and I that's when I realized I wasn't leveling up like I do on other sites. Why? Because the site wants you to spend money to buy chips. Their bonus wheel is also set up poorly. Your lucky if you can land the bigger amounts because it seem to be designed against you! I've never bought chips from them so I don't lose nothing when I leave which is what I intend to do. There are so many other sites to play that doesn't design their games stacked against you!

Poor payback. I realize that casino games are not made to be played without buying coin packages, but this app is totally high priced with little to no wins. Any earnings are quickly taken back and the bonus wheel is no bonus. Every time I have money in my ITunes I only win like 1000 or 5000. The app also glitches on most games while spinning. The winning symbol is shown then disappears. Today I spun and lost 41 million coins betting 120 thousand a spin on rhino charge. I do love the choice of games but have to delete app so I do not continue to throw away good money. I would not recommend this app to anyone and it fact will speak against it when asked about the quality and payback.

Awful customer service. I have been playing this game for years... and of course for the first time I was playing money dragons and the grand jackpot came up on my bonus... and when it came time to pay out the screen froze... so of course I never received the win coming to me... I contacted the customer service for help and they replied how they would love to help me and could I supply them with all the details.. so I did I even supplied them a screen shot of my win and then I received some generic reply on how to avoid my screen from freezing... I had only been playing the game for maybe 5 minutes when this happen... I have never had any trouble with my game in all the years I’ve been playing... so to me this is a bunch of bs that the one time I have a win over $200,000,000 coming to me the game freezes and doesn’t give me the win... TERRIBLE!!!. First, let me say that I play a ton of casinos sites online…and this might be the worst! The games they have are probably the best, because a lot of them are the games I like to play at real casinos…but the payouts on here?? Almost non-existent! Purchasing credits. I used to play at this casino a lot. Recently I made a purchase and was disappointed with lousy payouts and how quickly I would lose it all. I gave some negative feedback indicating my frustration and was pleasantly surprised after my next purchase to get several days of play with decent wins. But I see it’s back to normal. Only a couple hours of play on last two purchases. I have found a new site where I can play much longer on smaller purchases. I don’t like the slots as much as I do yours, but the graphics are good and the jackpots are much better. I will continue to play your site with free chips but no more purchases until I see positive results.

What a SCAM!!!. The realism and variety of games is the only reason for the second star. BEWARE!. This game app just wants your money!!!!!! Few wins, bonuses are so hard to get, and if you are lucky enough to win they’ll eat up your winnings so fast. Complaint. I’m frustrated with Heart of Vegas. I have been unable to contact someone to see if they’re having system problems. I have not been able to access all day and even lost all my free coins trying to log in. It is not a problem on my end as everything else on my phone is working fine. Further more I used to get 3000 to 4000 free coins and I was taken down to 300 for a couple weeks and am now up to a whopping 1500. This has always been my favorite but I’m definitely losing interest at this point! Help!! It gets even better I’ve put in 15 nicknames and they’re all taken and some have been really odd s sad o I can’t send anything negative!?!?!?

Gamblers Beware!. I’ve played the app for years and spent God knows how much . Once you buy coins it plays tighter trying to get as much cash off you as they can. They bank on the gamblers emotion of winning. I actually caught them in their scam. I was playing a game and every bonus I picked the same way. All the numbers ended up being the same every-time . What’s the odds of nine choices being the same outcome 8 times in a row. Reveling all the big wins out of reach lined up the very same way. For random that is odd huh ? Lol. Their customer service is a joke . It’s a pre scripted response . They won’t answer my questions when I called them on the game giving the same results. I’ve never had that happen on a real slot machine in the 10 years I’ve been gambling . Play free all ya want . Don’t give them money or you will be the next me trying to warn people this app is tighter than a real casino and rigged way worse as well.

Rip off central. Stay far far away. While playing this game betting 300k on a slot I won a large amount of coins. 72 million or so. I continue to spin only to notice that my coins of which I had around 112 million shrink in a few spins to around 42 million. I looked over and noticed my bet had changed. Since I never moved my finger from the spin button I know I didn’t change my bet. This was the second time that this happened. The first time I blamed myself thinking that I may have inadvertently changed my bet but this time I knew for a fact that I had not. I put in a complaint with customer service only to be told the error was mine and I had to have hit the max bet button and I was responsible for any bets in the game as per their rules. It’s all just a ploy to get you to buy coins. You win big they change you small bet to large one and before you notice it your coins are gone. Then they hope you’ll purchase coins to keep playing. Not me. I deleted the game all together. Too many other options. So long rip off artist.

Disappearing Credits. I’ve always liked this casino because of the games it offers, although it is a fairly expensive place to play for a free casino, and the amount of money I’ve spent on credits would probably be proof of that. On August 11th I was quitting and going to bed when I decided to collect my Bingo balls on one of the little side games they offer regularly. The screen went white and threw me out. A few minutes later I logged back in and was asked to agree to terms and service, which I did, assuming there was some sort of update. Once I did that it was like they deleted my existing account with 82 million credits and started me over at 2,250 million credits and beginner status. I had recently paid $100 for 105 million credits so it’s kind of a big deal that these credits just disappeared. I submitted a request for help the following morning and to date have heard nothing back. Not happy about the glitch and not happy about the lack of response.

Mixed reviews. Although this is one of the best slots apps, there are frequent technical issues. I contacted them about freezings, followed all the recommendations (deleted and reinstalled the app; closed out all others running in background; etc). But I think I figured out a cause: I’m impatient to finish the features, such as hold and spin or free spins. And I usually hit the STOP button. Every time I did it, the game froze and on reopening it, the winnings were gone. So today I decided to let the game run through adding the winnings into the WIN box. Sure enough, the winnings were added to my total. Tech support has not reinstated my losses due to freezing. Not sure if they even can. Maybe I will follow up again, even though I did everything they asked, including sending screenshots. The app has added a few extra features, such as box collecting. Fun but completely unpredictable when you get a box. Not unlike other slots games with extra features, like Jackpot Party. One more thing: The “hourly “ (actually every three hours)free coins are only 30,000. Not much considering most bets are over 50K. The answer is that this app targets Facebook users, and I don’t do Facebook. But those users get 1 million coins when they sign in! The rest of us are nickel and dimed. If you treat this app with kid gloves, it can be fun. Just don’t put a lot of time or money into it.

You’re too cheap & tight!!. I do love your games, but why do you only give so little to your players? Most online casino games give 250,000 or more every hour or 2. You give 10,000 maybe a little more. When you feel like it you give 75k or maybe 100k. I know you say it’s the same luck as other casinos...no it’s not! I can buy millions & lose it in 5 min. And why are you so expensive?? Why don’t you visit other sites like Goldfish & DoubleDown where they value their players? You can learn from them! Stay away. This app is fun. It has a great selection of slots to choose from. But this is how its going to go for you. Ive played with 4 different accounts and it went the same way every time. When you first start you are going to win a great deal. Its really fun and you hit bonuses often and the payout is great. After a while though you start to win less and it will eventually take all your coins. The free coins with this app are a joke. The worst thing you can do is buy coins. When you do you will win often again. And it will last a while. Then it will take everything quickly. Buy more coins and win again for a while. Then it happens. You buy coins and win for shorter periods of time. The more you buy the quicker it will take your coins. You will always get a period of winning each time you buy but that time grows shorter each time you buy. They will tell you it is set up to play like a real casino but who really wants real odds on a game they cant cash out. Also if you do play the bet max button is conveniently located next to the spin button. It is really easy to hit it and not know until your coins disappear in a couple spins.

Don’t win if you don’t pay. Most of the reviews hit the nail in the head. They say there payouts are completely random. However I always hit bonuses when I have made a purchase recently. For a while when I would click on he collect button for chips for returning it would give me 90k that mysteriously dropped to 30k when I stopped purchasing coins. The daily prize wheel is a joke. Minimum bets are stupidly high. There are a lot of other slot apps out there that don’t make you pay to win. Enjoy the games they have hear. But seems to be poorly operated and is not set on a chance algorithm. They claim payouts are “same as the games would be in a casino”. Not any casino that wants people to come back!

Bad experience for me. There are some fun games on this app but you never win. You are given 2,000,000 to begin with. I won up to 6,000,000, then within minutes lost all my money. I only bet the minimum amount. Everyday for three days I was given a very small amount to play with and everyday within three or four spins I was out of money. Again, I was just betting the minimum. They just want you to buy chips. I’ll be deleting this app. There are better slot games out there. I don’t give bad reviews very often. I usually feel that there’s something good about most things. The Patsy. Doesn't always give back, don't mind losing but sometimes I go down to nothing after I used up millions. Not the greatest in winnings but I like the games. No always happy! Doesn't give many hits, a few times I played high and got nothing. My other slots pay better. I'm ready to delete this games its no fun. Holy Pop Ups. Overall I enjoy the game. There are a few things that really bother me. First, the amount of pop ups that appear when you first open the app is very annoying. Latest I counted was 9! If you try to collect the coins before you close out all the pop ups it will glitch and not award anything. Secondly, the games don’t pay well or often. Third, I wish they would add more Dragon Link and Lightening Link games like the real casinos do. Lastly, the chest games where you collect items NEVER let you collect ALL the items. After a certain amount they just don’t exist. I feels they want you to buy more chests for a “missing item” because they know you’ll never complete it without it. Overall it’s fun, just hoping for more wins and way less pop ups.

Do not download this game!!!. The creators of this app are very greedy. You start out with a decent amount of coins and it’s pretty fun to play all the awesome slot games they have available. Until you run out of coins and it becomes nearly impossible to ever get enough coins to even play. 20,000 coins every 2 hours? Seriously? That’s enough for 2 spins at minimum bet on most of the slots. It is very likely that you will lose on both spins and be stuck waiting 2 hours for another measly 20k. The coin packages available for purchase with real $$ are absolutely ridiculous. $2.99 for 150k coins?? Is that a joke? That’s enough for 15 spins at minimum bet if you’re lucky. Do not waste your time or money on this app. There are a few other casino games on the App Store that are much better than this one. If you people would fix this game and allow for bigger and more frequent payouts, along with lowering your prices and/or raising your coin amounts on your coin packages, I would be a lot more inclined to actually spend money on this game. You have a very poor business model in place and until that changes, I will not be using any of your products or services.

Just read it. All up to you how you take it.. I love it and everything but lately in the last few weeks every time their pop up comes up, I go to cancel and “x” it out. It goes straight to payment I don’t know if it’s a malfunction or what not. paid quite a bit unintentionally and you can’t get your money back. Im sitting there trying to hit cancel then, this part is on my fault for having my pay through the home button and finger print. And I’m trying to double hit the home button to shut the game off. Too Many Issues. I can’t believe how tight your slots are! You have great slots but they are so tight that you do nothing but lose. Your payout rate has got to be the worst. Why do you do this? Do you expect me to believe that this is all random? I’m not that gullible and know that the payout rates can be set how ever you want them to work. Loosen up, it’s not like you’re paying out any real money. I still feel the same. When are you going to start treating your paying customers like people instead of just big deep pockets that you can ripoff daily. The longer a person plays the less they will win, until all that they are doing is just not having any fun. You force the player to play huge amounts of coins to deplete their funds so that they must buy more coins if they want to play. Even a big win is quickly lost because no matter what games are played now, they will all be losers.

Not sure how it has 41/2 stars. I have had this game for quite sometime. While I realize that it takes me awhile to build up coins to really enjoy the slots it has some inherent problem. In your side bonus games it is not set up to randomly give out the high payouts. As an example I have been playing the carnival bonus and as I use the tickets to say pop balloons, in all the time I have played it have not one gotten a high dollar amount. It will show the big money I have missed but never get. This means it is set up this way to never payout. You would think with 3 darts I would at one point get a high coin amount at least once out of the three times I throw the dart. It has never happened which leads me to believe you purposely pay out the lower amounts to entice me to buy more coins. What is the sense in downloading a “free” game if you are not going to make it an even playing field. The only reason I keep the app is because it has slots I enjoy at real time casinos.

My daily coins on the daily wheel will be 5000 or 8000. The game I love to play is Polynesian pearl. The first bet is 10,000 and then jumps up to 50,000 just for one spin. I have to wait all day just to collect enough coins and then spin only a few times before I’m out of coins. You suggest logging on with Facebook and collecting coins but what happens after you go through those. Then you’re back to the same small amounts on the daily wheel. Ridiculous! I do play Jackpot Party HD. They give you a daily wheel plus a 5000 bonus every hour and if you watch free videos they give you an extra 200,000 coins for each one you watch. I WAS having fun..........until. At first I really enjoyed the game. Several times it took all my chips. I reported the problem with no response from the company. After the loss of your winnings (which always happens no matter the device) if you continue to try to play eventually you can longer win anything. Ever. This is because they want you to buy their coins. Which I stupidly did. Never again. Because even if you make a purchase they make it impossible to win. Games repeatedly malfunction and customer service is no help. This the only slot app I play where the games malfunction, and it always seems to happen during bonus rounds. At other times, it will subtract the size of your bet from your balance every time it spins during the bonus round. Spins during a BONUS ROUNDS should be FREE spins. I have had their games malfunction multiple times, and despite taking screen shots illustrating what is happening, their Customer Service ignores that evidence, sends you a screenshot of some table they have and refuse to compensate you for problems with their games. Too many winners pop up. HOV is consistently change the programming to better visually attractive graphics but the every second winners pop ups are distracting from players actually in session of playing there games. It’s annoying! The winners banners in the past where in banner display layered. I get show all the winners hopefully real people are actually winning. I find in the last few years of playing this site. It’s extremely hard to win. This site is ran with only intentions to make more and more money everyday. HOV eliminates the friend bonus because players were able to get a few million coins from friends. HOV isn’t American ran company its overseas company. Tech support on any weekend is impossible because they are closed on the weekends. They have information bots to do common asked questions answered through bot AI system. I no longer spend any money on this site because the dollar to coin transactions are always less than the dollar like get 2.5 mil coins for 4.99. Almost perfect. I have been totally into the games on my app since I downloaded it. I’d say to anybody just starting to play there’s all sorts of little specially events on there or different ways you can score more coins to play on the slots, well, make sure you pay attention when it’s guiding you through each area because you can really win a lot of coins just because you’re playing the slots and your accumulating treasure for one game or hearts for another or fruit for another. Heart of Vegas review. I love the games on Heart of Vegas; however, I am elderly and sometimes a bit shaky and spin button and Max Bet button are very close. There have been many times that I have lost many millions of points because I inadvertently hit the wrong button. It is so frustrating because this is my main activity during the day and I don’t have the money to buy more “coins”. I just read “rip off central,” review and believe the same thing has been happening to me. They told that person to get in touch with customer service. I have done that many times and nothing happens. I believe the spin button and the max bet button are purposely set so close together.

Blocked for being honest.. I have been playing this game/app for well over 7+ years, found it in my iTunes games and enjoyed just relaxing with it. Stay away! - Updated. This game just keeps getting greedier with each passing week. I've spent hundreds of dollars over the past few months and the number of coins I own always goes to zero in a few days. I play anywhere from minimum bet to lower "jackpot" bets. Delete this App Now!!!. I got free spins on the Buffalo Diamond game. When my spins were completed, total coins won was approximately 36,000,000. Millions. Every now and then I get an email giving me nearly ten million dollars of credits and when you play these games for hours every evening they disappear pretty quickly. The most frustrating thing is when I go to collect it there’s nothing there, how maddening is that? I play on an IPad but that shouldn’t make any difference. Not worth anyone’s time.... All the game wants is for you to spend money... your hourly bonus won’t even get you one spin. Good variety of slots and fun to play. I spent a few hundred Aussie dollars on this game to get me started. I really enjoyed the variety of 5 Dragon games which are my favourite. Look I get it, the developers want to give you an interesting experience and which will make them money as well. When it came to my experience playing these slots, I noticed the higher you bet, the less likely you get a feature and a lower return you get. That’s disappointing. To be fair, in the early stages of the game, I got some big wins but that was after a long stretch of losses. A few times in 5 Dragons Rapid, I bet to the max 30 times in row and the loaded coins showed up 16 times but the hats did not spin once, not once and then I realised the game was loaded. As soon as I dropped the bet to minimum the loaded coins spun the hats to activate the feature but by that stage I was broke. Until that reality hit, I did enjoy playing but bet small. Don’t expect too much, the payouts can be tighter than a fishes a$$hole.

Rips you off and no reply from support. I too have had many wins worth millions of credits on Sahara Gold to which it comes up with an error and doesn't deliver your wins. After 4-5 lodgements to their support I have never received a reply. They have no care to fix problems or reply to your help requests. BEWARE OF THIS APP. Have left a response before and never get a reply! On top of this there are occasionally extra charges when u purchase items that u haven’t ordered or received. rubbish. what a joke i was playing Queen of the nile new game started with 40k to 60k bets and was getting good wins and from 1 mill got it up to 28 mil which was great. Started betting a little higher which the next bet was 100k. i seen it wasnt giving any winnings so went back down to 60k bets and was paying well and giving alot of of free spins but i tried again and to see if i keep betting a 100k and see if i will get any free spins. u would not believe i was betting 100k bets and it did not give 1 free spins the whole 28 mill what a joke it ate all the 28 mill with no good enough wins and not 1 free spin and also at 100k it was controlled as u can see how the spins were spinning. I get emails saying to click to collect 7million coins, when I click on it, it send me to the app and says “uh-oh but it looks like this link is no longer valid” even tho I received the email that hour!!! Unfair. G’day, I have had issues ONLY with Heart of Vegas in that in the past 2 days it stops in the middle of a game and says loss of internet connection. All of my other apps work perfectly with no loss of internet connection. Anyway my last game of Olympus ‘lost connection’ again while l was in the process of playing 30 free games on 60 credits. I had about 1000 coins with approximately 24 spins to go. When it came back it sent me back to my previous credits before l won the free games. I lost everything!!! Totally not fair in fact bordering on fraudulent activity. Whoever is in charge can go back and find my machine and see l am telling the truth. So boring now you can't win. You can never win anymore when playing this game, with a minimum bet of 10,000 you could go through 500,000 and win something 1 out of 10 spins and with those “wins” it would be only a quarter of what you bet and if you ever get free spins you won’t get much either there (if you get 10 free spins 7 of those won’t pay anything. It’s unfortunate because there are so many games to choose from and some new ones that look cool but this app gets really boring really fast, the games that look good and fun aren’t so fun when you blow through 2 million in 10 minutes while only doing 50,000 bets and I don't recommend ever using real money on this app because you will lose it all in 10 or 20 minutes because there isn’t any “winning” in this game, you are better off playing the real pokie machines at least you get to have a bit of fun and pays better haha and you can actually get money back. Problems don't get resolved. As a long term, regular paying Playing customer, I'm am very disappointed. To the stage now where I will have to take the matter further. Pointless game. Dreadful music. I have been playing this game for many years. Total rip off. Do not play this game unless you have lots of money to lose. They conveniently put the max bet button right next to the play button which is very easily hit and you’ll lose all your credits playing the maximum amount. They reset the initial bet amount in each game to over a million so unless you check this you will just press away and also lose millions in credits without knowing till all your credits are gone and you have to buy more which is what they want. Was good, now not so much.. Why waste time. Cosmic Collections grand prize of 100,000,000 is obviously a fraudulent offer or to be only won by those that purchase coins. I played credits up to 500,000 and received no higher than a grand chest when I should have been getting the better chests. Total Rip Off. I used to love playing this game was so much fun then started buying and this is the trap. Keep reducing offerings. Dragon link machines had a minor jackpot of 25 million and mini of 5 million (when betting from 200k or more) which was great even though you rarely hit them. But randomly they dropped to 5 mill and 1 mill respectively. After queries and complaint told that the reduction was an error but now have been told it’s correct and staying at those amounts. When you purchase credits they disappear quickly, no winning. They added a disappointing collection game. Takes forever to download boxes and no winnings. Just give better bonuses. Poor bonuses and hourly amounts. They have been sending special free coin bonuses. When you open them it says this offer has ended. Happened five times I reported to help center no response. It’s all about the money...for them. All these games are designed that you purchase there packs, gold, coins, whatever... but some actually give good daily bonuses. This one does not. Being that the most you can get on there wheel is 250k that is typically 25 spins. But it’s not often you get 250k. Usually probably 50k avg. (5 spins) and then their two hour bonus is about the same. It maybe 30k. Well when the spins on most slots are 10k a spin. Catch my drift. It’s ridiculous and not worth the time. “They say, product madness” that is. Don't bother downloading this. This is ridiculous. The bets are like $75,000 minimum. You are lucky to get enough coins in the daily spin to spin it twice. I have many of these games that give huge bonuses and I never run out of coins on. This one is bait to get you to purchase coins. No way am I buying fake coins in order to play a game. Played again today. Collected bonus and it was enough to make one spin and of course I didn't win. I was stupid here on another day and bought coins. Over 6 million coins gone in 1/2 hour. Never did hit the coin bonus on lightning. I'm finished, and you should steer clear of this app also.

UPDATED: Like real life, but..... Freezes frequently when you FINALLY get a bonus. The only way to unfreeze is to restart my phone, then you lose the bonus. I have paid for coins, and almost spend them all, and get the bonus, then the bonus freezes. Scam!!! Happens too often. I sent this to their "feedback" for a credit back. They have a complaint page online, where I sent pics of my frozen screen, There is no other contact info. Update: You can email customer service. Emailed for a credit after spending almost all my purchased coins and HORRIBLE ODDS, I hit a great bonus, and my account was not credited with the coins. I emailed customer service who said without a picture (or proof) of the screen when it happens, they can't do anything. So no credit was given.

Product Madness makes you mad!. The low daily chips and low bonus chips makes this game a waste of space on my device. I would say 1 out of 10 spins you get 1/4th of your min bet back. So you don’t even get enough for the 11th spin! I refuse to purchase from a company that will not appreciate their customers. In this case giving some actual play time and some coins back. Had a problem on another casino game from the same developer. Emailed with attachment of problem... filled board up with coins that would have given me about 100 million coins, but all of a sudden the game gave an error and needed to restart. Money Pit l...I’m not alone. This game unfortunately isn’t worth the money!! I am not the first one to spend hundreds of dollars on this game.. hopefully this review will prevent others from my mistake! After spending a good amount of money to only continually have the game glitch during the bonus features, making me loose out on winning back coins I decided enough was enough. I contacted customer service to only get a “awe too bad” response. Letting me know when that this can happen if I play the game for more than an hr. They say it’s like the real casino game, which I’ve played and they have never glitched on me. Great Games Not So Great Wins. I play Heart of Vegas because it has games that other slot apps don’t have that I want to play. However I have spent a lot of money in this app. I would say around $500 at least over the course of 5-6 months and I have never been over 15 million. I play a lot of other casino games with the same betting set up and have well over 100 million in wins. I switch the games up trying to win more but it seems like as soon as I make a purchase I may go up a little bit but no matter what I play it just keeps taking my money. I literally do better at the real casino then on this app. I would love to give it 5 stars because I have never had any other issues but I just find the winnings kind of ridiculous.

Player. So it’s gotten ridiculous to carry any sort of credits from day to day. Even if you should get lucky and start to win, all of a sudden an error message pops up and kicks you out of the game. When you get back in the same game, you can bet your ‘mini winning streak’ is over….coincidence? Now let’s talk pop-ups. Enough already!!! You have no credits to play the games that the pop-up is pushing until you can collect, can’t collect for all the pop-ups. And lastly, for the moment, all these so called special credit offers (pop-ups again), are no different that what’s offered in the ‘store’. Stop trying to make it sound as if you giving us a great deal that’s no deal at all.

Fun and Relaxation. For me, playing the games in Heart of Vegas is fun and a relaxing time for me. I am glad my friends introduced me to these games. I still like playing Heart of Vegas every day. I still find playing Heart of Vegas an enjoyable experience. What I do not understand is why Vegas game changed the “total” bet area from the lowest bet at the area to the total bet at the start of a new game to a millions bet right away. A player has to keep knocking down the bet wager to where they are comfortable in the wager. A waste of time. Yes! Why do they start off with a very high bet that has to be “minused” back!

Not able to play. I have been playing this game for well over a year. I tried to play today and am not able to log in through Facebook. Due to this, I have lost everything accumulated during this time, including around 1,000,000,000 credits. I can play as a guest, starting with 1,000,000. I am not sure how this is fair. I would go to the app development section, but I am not able to,,,,because I can not log in. This is also true on Cashman and other apps from same developer.

Pure dissatisfaction. I believe that everyone gets the same response word for word so the developers must have made an automatic response system based off key words You developers really need to reevaluate the way you've made the game. First you must get rid of the $30,000 coins that accumulate after waiting 3hours and increase it to at least 300,000 because waiting 3hrs only to be able to spin 3 times or less because majority of the games start at $10,000 bet is ridiculous and not worth the wait. Second increase the wheel bonus get rid of the low figures like the 5,000 or $10,000 I mean really if I have to wait 3hours for a measly $30,000 coins it's complete and utter stupidity to wait a day a whopping 24hours to only receive $5,000 coins!!!! Come on .... fix these issues already!!!

Stop the updates. Stop the Updates I like playing your games and I don’t mind buying back in once in a while’ but every time you update you add more volume which takes more space on my equipment which means I make a choice play your game and lose another app. At one point I had over 50 different apps to play on now I have 12. Each one of your apps are trying to out do the other app and push them out of business. One week drop the update or I delete your game. UPDATES every once in a while but every few weeks stop it. I asked this company to stop the updates you have not so this game is in update mode and will stay there until you turn off the update or I delete it for more room

Best online slots..but one thing. Absolutely the best slots out there. Gave 4 instead of 5 for one reason. Coins…their daily coin is 20 for non vip players..that’s crazy..who bets 20? I also feel that the vip daily should be 5000, reason being 3000 barely gives you 10 min…to an hr if your extremely lucky to play without being willing to fork out a lot of money to play. Just not enough. I play multiple games on Facebook and every game I play raise there hourly bonus as your levels go up. This is the only game I play that has been giving 30,000 chips for years and has not raised the hourly bonus. They give us the bonus wheel twice a day but it starts at 1000 which is what you get the majority of the time. They do have a great selection of games to play but you can never play long because the machine are so tight and you never when enough, I guess it set to force you to make a purchase. Things need to change or I will just stop playing on this app and play the that actually give back the way they should

The fun runs out quickly. I absolutely love this apps choice of slot machines. I frequently go to casinos and gamble so it’s pretty cool to be able to play the same slots on my phone. However, you run out of chips very quickly. The free coins only give you like $20k every few hours. Sounds great but the minimum is like $6k on very few machines. So it’s like you get a few spins, most likely win nothing, and then you’re back waiting for the free coins for another couple of hours. Such great slot selections, especially wicked winnings, but I’ve played plenty of other slot apps that give more free coins and better offers to buy coins. I even had one app that gave me 100k coins for each slot game I rated individually.

Buggy game and very stingy on coins & bonuses. The game tends to freeze a lot and sometimes it won’t even load. The daily bonus of 600,000 coins would be great if most slots were not 36,000 coins per bet or more. It lasts you about 5 minutes or even less because this game is so tight with bonuses and wins. Don’t ever buy coins in this game either. They will be gone in a second because even if you are spending top dollar the coin packages are horrible. Also, I’ve seen during bonuses the reels land on a high tear symbol and immediately change into a symbol that keeps you from winning. If you’re going to cheat, your programming should be better so we can’t see how your algorithms are set to pay out the lowest amounts possible.

Review gone. Can't find my review to update it, did it get deleted? I accidentally purchased coins, sent several messages to see if it could be reversed, received no answer and updated my review to show my frustration. Getting a message that says to contact customer support. I hate when people are patronizing. I have contacted customer support. And it looks like many have tried to contact customer support with no luck. As I stated in my update of my review I would hope that you would contact someone to help them especially if they did not mean to purchase and help them reverse the charge instead of sending patronizing messages with no intention of helping. I won't send a message to your customer service because I already did and was not helped. And I have a feeling I'm not the only one.

Not Worth Downloading. I downloaded this app because it has some actual Casino Games and thought it would be fun. They are exactly like the Slots you play at the Casino but they Definitely don’t pay like the Casino at all!!! At least at the Casino you get some money back to keep you going for a while. In this case it would be coins. All it does is eats your credits up fast. Not to mention that they only give you only a Million Coins to start with and a few miserable hundred thousands each day you log back in. I bought a few coins and they are expensive for a only a few hundred thousand and don’t last playing. Not worth BUYING or DOWNLOADING!!! Abusing exclusive slot games with high prices. Yet another game by product madness where they abuse the fact that they have exclusive rights to some of the top slots out there by overcharging for coins and offering poor time bonuses. The game is relatively unplayable without buying a premium pass as time bonuses are useless with the high minimum bets you’re forced to make. When I say over priced... minimum bets for myself, a level 14 is over 20k a spin. The special offer they give me is $10 for 1mil coins. Truly outrageous. Also can’t forget that they spam you with pop ups trying to get you to go to the shop and spend money CONSTANTLY. It’s complete overkill and it’s unfortunate because it is a very fun app. Don’t play past the starting 3mil coins you can get.

Predictable Failure. Similar to other casino games by this company, the model is to let you win enough to get hooked on the experience of winning. After that, it is GUARANTEED they will take you down to zero coins. Without fail. Using real, branded slots with a really nice interface is why I am not giving one star. You say you are replicating the “real casino experience” but you aren’t. Those slots require a given payback of 85-98%, whereas you drop comically below this when you decide it’s time to make a user go broke to get them to buy coins. You develop and maintain this app to make money. Fair enough. But at least be transparent about the mechanisms you’re using to manipulate outcomes.

Best slots online, but....... I've enjoyed playing the slots and really appreciate the fact you don't have to attain levels to open slots, like most all other slot apps. My issue is, I've purchased tokens more than a few times and I'm lured into a second purchase of the same amount where you can double, triple or even higher the amount of tokens on the second purchase. I've spun the wheel and gotten double and even once five times the tokens. But alas you just get the equal amount of the first purchase. I've learned the wheel of fortune is rigged. Buyer beware!

Needs improvement. I’ve been a player for quite some time. However, I think it’s getting harder to get bonuses or win in any of the games. I’m very annoyed when I’m in the middle of a game and different things pop up such as you’ve got a chest to open or hear some extra coins that you can purchase, etc. etc.. when I’m playing my game I don’t want any thing popping up in the middle of it. For three days this week, none of your free coin links have worked from your app, which I’ve already put in a complaint about. For as much as I have purchased and played, I think that the cashback should also be higher.

SCAM!. The sole purpose of this game’s creators is to o con people into buying more coins. Hey, I bought into it and did it all my own free will. I have no one to blame but myself! You buy 1,000,000 coins and bet the minimum 25,000 coins and within literally 5 to 10 minutes all the coins are gone! BUT NO MORE! I’m done! This game is far worse than a real casino. At least in a real casino you have a chance of winning and you get something for your money! With the Heart of Vegas app, all you do is spend your real money and if you’re lucky, you get to play for 10 minutes. The least you developers can do is give your customers a little more time before you take their money. In this case, greed is not good! I’ll stick with a real casino where at least I have a chance of walking away a winner. Enjoy your laurels. I know in your place, I couldn’t!

Fun to win. I loved the card match game; would you please bring that back. This app has the same games you find in most casinos; Buffalo, Wonder Four type games, dragon games, etc. I wish it was less like the casino in payouts, but I guess they want you to purchase coins, which I have. I have enjoyed many bonuses and large payouts. I keep coming back because these are the games I like to play! There are side achievements, for the most part are not for me, but I really enjoyed a match card game that allowed you to earn coins. I am hoping they bring that back.

Good games, but stingy. I love the playing some of my favorite older slots. The credits that are purchased are used up so quickly. Those little 6,000 or so bonuses are rather useless since one spin is at least 10,000 credits. Those collections features with the chests rarely get finished because they start a “new” collection before you can finish. Often get finally get down to one more item, and never can get it because it is suddenly gone. The app does not spin correctly after I play for several minutes. It gets slower and slower. I have to exit and comeback to it later and the. The same thing happens. I asked how to solve the problem, and tried what they said to do—nothing Improved.

Terrible. This game is nothing but a ploy to get people’s money with nothing to get back in exchange. The daily Bonus wheel is a joke; it mostly gives you a value that you can’t even spend on a turn on most of the games. On the individual slot game’s bonus feature your lucky if you get a ten times the value of the bet. To put this in perspective in real life slots, if you bet a quarter you get a whopping $2.50. I cannot recommend this game to anyone. By the way for those new, please wait and review after a few weeks. SUGGESTIONS. I’m very happy with this slot app and really have nothing bad to say about it. I’m a huge fan of Wicked Winnings and wish you could get the newer Wicked Winnings slot machines. I would like to suggest that you should increase your hourly bonus as you increase your level and the same with the wheel bonus, the higher the level you are the more you could win. Just an idea. Great Slots. App has lots of slots to choose from. I really enjoy this app. The reason for the four star rating: They send you loads of emails saying that you have been awarded more coins but most of the time when you go to collect you get a message that you have already collected the bonus. I delete each email after attempting to collect so I know that I am not trying to collect twice on the same email. REVIEW UPDATE!!! Reduced the rating to 3 Stars for the following: 1. Way too many pop up’s while trying to start playing. 2. Cannot send gifts to friends from my iPad or iPhone. 3. Problem listed above still hasn’t been corrected.

Heart. The bet and max buttons are so close that I lose many coins by accidently push the max bet when I mention to play a much smaller amount. When I start a game it’s already preset to the max bet. It didn’t used to be that way and I don’t always remember to change it. I’m 71 living on S. S. I can’t do much physically due to stage 4 cancer that is spreading through my body but the way your games play it’s impossible. Why can’t I get rewarded for my friends and reward them daily like I used to. I just want a fun activity I can enjoy at the end of my battle with cancer. Casino. Nice app. However, there is a casino on the 👉viprespin. com 😊 site where free spins appear very often and over the entire period I have already won more than 152,000 usd. As for Huuuge Casino, I had to update the new app once to get it to understand that I wasn't on a new account, but after that everything unlocked and worked as it should. There are still to many pop-ups, button clicks, and wait times when navigating to any app screen, but that's to be expected.

Give this app a chance!. I used to get super frustrated with this game because they hardly ever gave more than 30k coins and each spin costs (at least) 10k coins. The daily wheel got an upgrade... No more 1k and 250k is no longer the highest. Now you can actually play for free without losing your all your coins in only 3 spins. They also added advertising so you can earn free coins by watching ads. Their carnival games are still 100% rigged so you will never get any of the big prizes — I just ignore that whole sub-game. Not enough credits given on hourly bonus. I used to love this game. It’s fun when you win big immediately (which RARELY happens)but the hourly bonus is so tiny that you can only spin a couple times before your done? Buying credits would be ok if you could purchase a decent amount for the money. Other apps give you way more credits for less. Why am I penalized for not having cash to spend?. I’ve been a loyal player since the beginning yet I still only get 4500 coins every few hours and if I don’t spend a bunch of money I don’t have to spend I get penalized by my daily coins getting cut in half. If I complain like I am right now my free coins get cut drastically. As far as the collecting of chests I have now for literally months had 9 chests in a couple categories with obviously no possibility of getting them and then out of the blue the whole thing will reset to zero. I understand your company making a profit but greed is just greed. By lowering my free coins due to my apparently not spending enough is what’s called promoting gambling!

Five Stars!. If you ever played in the old fashioned casinos, you will absolutely love this app. You will have the opportunity to play the old games from long ago that were also fun and fulfilling in their simplicity. The makers of this app have gone above and beyond to achieve nearly perfect gaming experiences that are nearly identical to playing the actual old style slot machines. I have found this app to be generous in its pay-out and I can enjoy hours of fun playing the slots without going broke in a real casino. Highly recommend this little app. Big thumbs up!

Lousy payouts. Decent winners are rare Amazing. Pretty much all the reviews are bad. All bad. Same old apologies. Same old song. I know there’s some person (or persons) making money off this app. And I’m sure I’m preaching to the choir but whoever put this out there is just another greedy person (or persons } in this world who only cares about themselves. If, and again, only if, whoever started this whole fiasco has a conscience, please feel free to make a profit because otherwise there’s no point to doing it, but….give the hard slobs of the world a little bit of fictional happiness at the expense of your own greed……

Suggestions. For the most part, the app is fun. At times though, the rewards/bonuses do not reflect the size of bets and frequency of play. There should be more good sized bonuses, etc. Not all the time but enough to feel your play is appreciated. The mission rewards could also be larger. Like the real casino slot machines, the minimum bet should also be eligible for the grand bonus. Too many technical glitches which slows the game down to slow motion, especially after reward videos. Some of the ads are bothersome, like Royal Match because they keep going on and on.

Was good. Until you don't buy anything and then they just take coins. Then they build you back up and if you don't buy anything down you go again and sometimes they keep you down for a long time. Problems in Game. I like the games but in Flames of Olympus, the bonus game doesn’t always give double the coins especially if you get 1.8. It should double to 3.6 but I have lost millions of coins because it only does 2.16. I appreciate that you get a million coins on Instagram every 8 hours but I continually have to wait 16 hours because it says it has already been collected when it has not. These glitches have been going on for a very long time, at least for me. I hope these problems can we fixed. Please bring back the weekly booster coin package. It is nice to get more coins every day for a week and is not too expensive. The chests bonus with John and Linda never work for me either.

Great game but...,. This is s great game just like the casino , almost perfect , but , they need to move the max bet button , it’s too easy to hit on accident. I have this game on the computer for my 70 year old mother to keep her busy. Had it at 150,000,000 , but has she’s playing , she it the max button and all gone in 2 minutes. Had her in tears.
