Awesome deals. Very good gas station wonderful staff

Log in. I did what it said to register. The system won’t allow me to log in. I complied with forgot password and the system says it it sent it to email. But when I look in my email there is nothing there and I have done this numerous times.

Rewards. What has happen to the rewards ?

Shippenville pa. All wonderful reviews, however, it saddens me that ppl can’t order on line and have curbside service and that I so important and I forgot to use my scan at checkout also and purchased 3 walking tacos from the counter and no receipt .

Birthday field error. While trying to register, I keep getting an error pop-up “birthday must not be empty”, despite having filled in that field. I tried tapping on various places before tapping “join”: same error no matter what. FWIW, the Circle K app has the exact same problem.

Poor set up!. This app will not update your location. The app also will not let you link your reward card.

Useless app. Very useless. Unlike the Shell FuelRewards that can actually give you a discount everytime you fill up your tank. Some Citgo stations doesn’t even have any way to use your app or id, whatever this app instructs you to do. Fake app that’s what it is

Disappointed. This app is constantly buggy and requires more maintenance than any other app I have...certainly not worth the dollar a month it saves me...deleting it for the third and final time.

Just don’t. Every bad experience you can imagine all in one app. Most CITGO stores don’t participate so you get no check ins, but don’t worry, the ones that do don’t know how to redeem. Garbage.

Hmm. I’m sure this app is great but any time I try to sign up and enter in my birthday, the app crashes. Deleted and redone loaded multiple times and restarted my phone... still crashes

BOGUS. Forget about getting the advertised discounts. Keep getting notifications on the app that I’m eligible for discounts but they’re never approved at the pump. The whole thing is a scam.

Check In does not work. My check ins used to work and would apply to gas discounts. Now they’ve downgraded their number of participating locations and the check in counts still don’t work at the participating ones. Be smart and get the Shell Fuel Rewards app instead.

Couldn’t even sign up. I quadruple checked that my input password met the requirements, attempted to use multiple different random passwords. The app accepted none of them. 👍

Great App!. The only thing that i would like to see change a little , would be the deals they are alway’s the same one’s! Other than that i love the app!

Best way to save money. Simple and easy to use. Discounts are better than most credit cards.

It’s Tuesday and I didn’t get 9 cents off. I specifically made the stop today, Tuesday, June 14th, checked in, entered my loyalty number and the pump only reduced by three cents not the “9cents Tuesday “ as this app says. The 3cents works regardless.

Savings. CoFair is already one of our grocery stops because you have the best deals on several things. Now my wife and I get bonus savings with check-ins on the app. Thanks!

Feedback. Since you updated your app a few months back, your check in counter doesn’t work correctly. It’ll go to 3, stop showing any new check ins, then boom, 10.

Won’t work. Try to use the app every time I fill up at Citgo gas Station does not work, never give me any fuel discount. totally bad service. And fakeA dvertisement

Disappointing. I used to love this app when I first downloaded it, and gave me rewards all the time I’m checking in. Now it’s been at least cold for a year now and I still got no reward for checking in and I check in by about 75 times a month. And then for the check in tracker it’s supposed to be a reward at 500 check in and there is no way that a person can get 500 check in in one month, they are absolutely bonkers and they think that they can. Overall just very disappointed that the rewards are there no more

Complaint. The CITGO on 38th & German Church (Indianapolis, IN store # 299) REFUSES to honor the CITGO Club 9 cent off TuesdayOffer (and I doubt they honor any of the other discounts either) although I signed up there because it is very Prominently displayed on top of their pumps to join AND their location is listed as one that honors the the Citgo Club discounts!! THE first cashier pretended not to under English so I asked for the manager & his excuse is the only way to use it is to scan it and I noticed they mysteriously never use a scanner on the discount days! They both challenged me to just go online and report them because NOTHING would happen!! So here goes my nothing as I doubt anyone else bothers to complain!!

Managing account. Hard to get to manage my card account on this app will not load that information to check balance and pay my bill

Useless to me. I just want to be able to purchase gas through the app like I do with other gas companies. If you can do it with this app, I haven't figured it out!

May not be legit. I Tried to use my first reward( 1$ off 5 gallons or more coupons) and the location i choose to Redeem at denied eligibility which resulted in a waste of time and coupon. App is w waste of time like set up a scheme to get customers by telling them they offering deals.

Sherry Brooks. Great App has a lot of great saving on it! Very easy to use I use mine every day has saved me quite a bit actually good daily deals.

The app is good…. …but the credit card is unusable. The CITGO stations charge more than the reward for using the CITGO branded credit card. I generally avoid CITGO stations for that reason.

No deals!. Wants your location and info, but has no deals or update on rewards earned.

Not bad. It works well, colorful and has maps and directions to the stations. All good

Doesn’t link to rewards card. Can’t get this app to link to my CITGO Rewards card to earn points when I use it. Support was horrible

CITGO. Was a great App to use when you were able to check in for rewards; now that they’ve taken that away and no real incentive to check in on App anymore. 😢😢😢😢😢

The app does NOT work!!. ***** this is an issue with the app that needs to be addressed. ******* I have an iPhone 11 up to date, and I’ve deleted and redownloaded this app multiple times. I just made my account and verified the email. Logged in, but it wants me to turn on notifications. I go to settings, it doesn’t have an option under notifications to turn on for this app. I search CITGO app in settings, only options are share location. (Yes it’s turned on) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I go back to the app, it won’t let me see my account or anything other than “turn on notifications to stay updated on your rewards”. There’s no way to exit out of it or see any of the app’s features. How am I supposed to see my rewards if it won’t let me go past this? I hope this makes sense since I cannot attack screenshots. I love fuel reward programs and apps but not ones that you cannot access. If this is a bug or an issue in the app, please have it updated and fixed ❤️ Sincerely, - a girl who just wants to log into her account and access the app without this issue.

App needs a button that DELETES. This app is wonderful for counting and knowing how many times you visited a particular Citgo. It’s awesome for giving deals on gasoline, however the coupons for gasoline should come at all times during the month. If you are a Citgo Customer who shops at Citgo 5-7 days a week, the other rewards are not relevant. I don’t drink coffee, and the soda fountain machine belongs to Subway and therefore all those coupons need to be deleted because they are not of any use to me. If you could use those coupons on a 20 oz. bottled drink, that would work as well. I’m shocked I haven’t won gasoline for a year as many times as I visit the store. But I haven’t. I can only “log in “ every 2 hours and I’m there much more than I can log in.

Great app. Love the app! However, I think it would be great to add gas prices for every country fair on the ‘near you’ list. That way I don’t have to use gas buddy to find the cheapest Co-fair around.

Terrible. No where does it tell you that if you don't use the reward at the very check in you hit the required points you loose it and you have to reach the next level reward. Even more frustrating is that if even though you can check into you favorite CITGO it doesn't mean they are participating. All this app is is a waste of time

Ray. Works good but make sure the station you are at takes this before trying to use. Just lost the two dollar July coupon when Citgo in Fuquay-Varina, NC did not know what the app was. When home I never have problems, only when traveling to other states.

Updated app. I cannot upgrade the version of the Citgo app. It keeps going around and around when I open the app store and open the club CITGO It keeps telling me to upgrade the CITGO app new version, But won’t upgrade. So I missing chickens and all my deals that I had currently.

Horrible. Not user friendly at all. Employees know nothing about it fail to help you. No where to enter loyalty at pump on Tuesday’s.... when the 20 cents off deal is

Not useful. This app has not been helpful. Once I earn a reward their is no barcode for the cashier to scan. Although signs are at every pump to sign up in Westfield, MA. No one knows how to utilize the app. I’ve tried for over 6 months now and have never been able to use any of the rewards.

Not good. Why do other gasoline apps let you use your app to pay at the pump and purchase items in store. If CITGO has that feature i sure can’t find it. To me app is worthless since i still have to carry my card.

Waste of time. I spend more than $500 dollar's i don't get any rewards ok you can save 3 penny's on gallon that's all. I don't recommend Club Citgo

Not so much …... Not a whole lot of advantage to this app . I wanted it to use for pre ordering food at certain locations but that’s not an option. The $1 (total) off gas is kind of an insult considering the price per gallon.

Citgo App. Great fuel savings! Fun App! Awesome coupons! Question: What happens if someone successfully checks in all 500 times (at participating locations) within the one month time frame?

Not as good as it used to be. When I first downloaded the app, it advertised that you could save up to $9 a month. There were clear check in targets that you had to meet to earn certain rewards. That changed. Gas rewards are now more about being at the store on the right day, rather than something you can earn and redeem on your own schedule. Product coupons are always the same, and not that great. The good news for my local CITGO is that I will still shop there. I just won’t be checking in on the app as frequently.

Slow and doesnt update right away. Subpar quality needs to be real time updated to reflect purchasing history out of everyone yall the worst at that even marathon does a better job

Easy app great savings. Easy to set up and I get savings on every fill up. I really love the Triple Tuesday deal.

Something is wrong. I never get more than a 5 cent discount even on the days where the deals are larger than 5 cents. There is no point of me signing up if it doesn’t even work and help save money on gas

Confused ..... What good is your Citgo App when it can’t be utilized to pay on my Citgo Gas Card . I can’t go on the app to see my balances, pay my bill or see my purchases ... The Citgo App is actually useless . I have to go online to instead going through the app to handle my any business concerning my CityGas Card ... it’s Ridiculous .

App is fine but reward program is BS. The app works fine for me. I checked in at several Citgo's to get my reward which worked flawlessly. Then the biggest issue is cashing it in. You have to go in, wait in line, estimate how much your bill will come to then go pump your gas then go back in and wait to get the amount you didn't use back. My time is worth way more than the $1 off the total (not per gallon). Plus, they take off the $1 off the estimate so if I say I need $50 they make it $49. Then if I use $40 I get back $9. If I didn't use it I would get back $10. My math is probably wrong but it seems I lose $1 by the way they cash it in. Regardless, crappy reward program. I'll just go to a cheaper station nearby and get in and out quickly.

App does not open. I was really excited to start using this app, but unfortunately it freezes when it opens. I've tried deleting and redownloading, restarting my phone, etc :-(

Not working any more.. I was able to check in and it was working. But now I check in and it's not counting it for anything. Needs to be fixed please. I was really enjoying this app.

CITGO app. It’s glitchy and often doesn’t work. It just spins and won’t allow me to check in or pull up earned rewards.

Crappy!. They ignore your questions, so you cannot use this app!

Love the app. I love earning gas discounts just for visiting the local station. A bonus for doing what I'm already doing.

Can't use it. I have an iPhone 6 and every time I try to load this at the gas station it says I have no internet connection when I clearly do. I have numerous apps on my phone I use everywhere so I see this as an app problem. Tried removing from my phone and reloading it. Still nothing. Guy at the gas station says it works for some and not for others. If you are going to have an app to your stations they need to work for everyone.

Nonstop location tracking.. This app tracks your location non-stop. Even when app is closed and phone is locked. (Tinfoilhat) why does citgo need to track my location at all times?(/tinfoil hat) Actually use the coupons? Hah! it's really actually far more involved than it needs to be. 4 steps to get your coupon(in addition to actually opening the app and logging in) oh and my citgo does not have scanners capable of scanning my phone! Epic fail.

Does not track or give rewards.. After getting all your personal information the app doesn't create a citgo rewards account for you like advertised. It wants your rewards number. Citgo gas station attendant doesn't have a rewards card, says you have to download the app. The app wants a rewards number. There is no rewards number.

Poor App. This app is full of glitches keeps losing my rewards also says I must wait before checking in again even though it has been two hours since I was at that location. Just this afternoon I stopped in my local CITGO store and purchased a pack of chewing as we were traveling to a funeral viewing in another town. After standing in line for 30 mins, visiting with bereaving family then traveling back home and again stopping at the CITGO station for fuel. The App said I must wait before checking in again. REALLY!!! Are you only allowed to check in once per day?

Can't find the Sweeptakes registration entry. Along with the issues cashing in the rewards (time, estimate of how much I'm going to pump, trip in/out/back in/standing in line twice), I can't find anywhere to actually register for the Jeep sweepstakes / or is the daily check-in doing that? The fine print isn't clear and the big print says it's easy as 1-2-3. CLICK BAIT SCAM

Don't Get This if you Pay at Pump. While the $2 off a tank of gas each week sounds great, it won't let you pay at the pump - and it doesn't tell you that until you sign up and provide all of your personal info INCLUDING date of birth, address, etc. The only data that was "optional" was your mobile phone (which they may have because you texted them to get the app), and gender (like you can't tell that from a first name?) The app itself looks nice and seems to have good features, but forcing people to wait in line to pay for gas is NOT providing you with a real value, at least not for me.

Major issues!. I started out liking this app and using it all the time. 2 dollars off a whole sub? Sweet! Then that was gone. Check sixty times? That's asking a lot.....but do-able. Checking in two times a day. Got to #23 and BOOM! "Internal error with checkin" I deleted and re downloaded app. SAME THING!!!!!!!

Citgo rewards. I'd give 5 stars only if us as customers could receive a better discount off gas per minimum 5 check ins to like 10 daily ... Even though I greatly appreciate any discount I'm given and I know that every cent counts but as a single mom of 2 it would be much more appreciated if loyalty could become a factor .. Just saying☺️👍

Disappointed. I got the $5 reward but I can't use it till I end up losing it. I went to 4 gas stations here in Baltimore city. They sad they don't know how to use it. I see flyers and ads all over that gas stations, but they can't use it. I'm very disappointed.

Can't upgrade. My phone will not allow me to upgrade the app without iOS 8.0 or later so I can no longer use the app because there is no way around the prompt to upgrade to the latest version. This is unfair !

Rewards lost. All rewards are lost

Crappy app. At first you earned $5 every ten check ins. That went away after a month. Then every week you get $2 off once a week. Now after 2 weeks and over 20 check ins the app does nothing. Huge marketing failure.

Location options missing big time. I never allow apps to always know my location. This app is missing the option to only share location when I am using the app. Major minus for an otherwise useful app.

$1 or $2 coupons will not be accepted anywhere!. Coupons for fuel is not accepted by owners!

Check in feature stopped working. I have 36 check ins and for the past two weeks I get a fatal error every time I try to check in. Deleted app and reloaded it and it still does the same thing. I should have nearly 60 checking by now but the fatal error doesn't count and when you try and check in again it says you already have and need to wait. Somebody needs to fix the bugs and reward those who have shown to be using the app need to be compensated.

Rewards. I love the app. Use it several times a day. But I wish you could earn 32oz fountain drink rewards instead of coffee all the time. To hot for coffee in the summertime.

App freezes upon opening. I downloaded this app after seeing a promotion at a Citgo. It opens to a blue screen and freezes immediately. Won't even show words! I messaged support for assistance and to let them know. Received email stating that the app support email address was no good! Do NOT download this app!!

Crashes on my iPhone 6S. This app crashes if I try to look up nearby Citgo gas stations. Gives a list of stations and distances but crashes if I try to look at them on a map. And it's not like my phone is old, it's a 6S running iOS 10

Love the benefits. Great benefits for something I'm going to purchase either way. What I don't like is location service is always or never, why not when in use. Always drains my battery like crazy, so I put it on never and need to switch it to use it (a real hassle)

Nope. Citgo’s that don’t participate (even if the app says they do) vastly outnumber Citgo reward stations. Free doesn’t mean it’s worth it.

App is a great way to enter sweepstake daily. App is great and easy to use. Sometimes however you are at a CITGO and you check in and it says you are 0.14 miles away for example instead of 0.00 miles. Anyways its great fun with the possibility to win great prizes, highly recommend!

Great value!!!. I use this app to get gas discounts and except for operational issues at the store, I've been able to get my discounts. This is a wonderful program, I wish we could have more checking rewards. Initially the app was allowing me to check in more frequently but them the frequency was limited to every two hours, I think this is fair. My suggestion is to add more variety to the program and keep improving it. Thank you!

Not worth it too many bugs. Only gives you a dollar off with minimum 5 gallon purchase, really not worth it. I also went to use one of my coupons today and it had an error loading then erased the reward. So not only did I hold up the line waiting for my coupon to load, I ended up not getting it anyway. Waste of space on my phones hard drive.

Stop doing updates!. Every time this app updates, I have to delete/reinstall multiple times in a row in order to start checking in again. Just stop updating it, because whatever minor bug fixes you are fixing aren't worth it.
