Cants access my tickets!!!. This site won’t allow me to verify my email so I can’t see my concert tickets I purchased. The concert started almost 2 hours ago and I’m still trying to access the tickets. I hope I’m able to see the show I paid for tonight.

Great experience at the Game. Overall this has a been a grade A experience . Elizabeth was so patient and helpful with my accommodations for the game . Assisted me with handicap parking , comfortable lounge area seating for me and 3 friends . An NBA experience we will never forget . Looking forward to attending more games in the future . Go Rockets

Where’s the updated news?. With this being the Rocket’s homepage app, where is the updated news? Shouldn’t I be able to come to this app and get the latest on inside Rocket’s news? I want to know the potential trades, who Mr. Morley and staff are considering and trying to obtain. I want to know how CP3, Clint, and the rest of the injured players are progressing. Where are the trackers on Harden’s recent record breaking tear? Where is the side link on our D-Leage prospects? I get most my info from other news outlets like Bleacher Report or ESPN. Still this should be my one stop shop for all Rockets and it is lacking some serios updated information.

Great but... It’s a great app but as for trying to watch the game it’s very crappie. I feel that I was lied to just to get this app. But, I do like getting the scores and news about the them and games. I believe they need to more honest with people about their app.

Horrible. This app is awful. I have A LOT to transfer and it will not download. It freezes. I’m am beyond upset and still have several more tickets to transfer. Horrible! Bring back where I could TEXT and not email and plug in their email TWICE!

Can’t download tickets to my wallet. I want to keep my mobile ticket in iPhone wallet, no such option. Need WiFi or good signal to access the app. What if I don’t have internet!?

This ticket exchange is terrible. Bought tickets for tonight’s game for my son. It’s been 3 ours since I got confirmation the tickets were sent and there is nothing in the app. Game starts in 3 hours. No support phone number to get anyone to help.

Sadness. I have direct tv which doesn’t allow me to watch the app then the app wanted me to pay when there was only a few days left. I wanted to watch the games last night and tonight as I’m admitted to the hospital. The heart tower didn’t even offer the game was frustrating. I’ll be home in a day or two and catch the rest from there. Oh well my venting for the night. #BlastoffRockets

I can’t change my email address on the profile.. I think not having this feature is a huge inconvenience. I need access to that part of my profile in order to download some concert tickets and I have to wait until I get a response back to see if that’s even possible.

Laughably Bad. Sincerely, this is the worst app on my phone. It's like a half-finished coding bootcamp project that tens of thousands of people ate told they *must* use on a regular basis. And while I only have to use it a couple times per year (to get into games), each time is a disaster. At the time of writing this, I've tried every trick I can think of to view tickets *I've already purchased*, and still, the "Tickets" screen crashes immediately upon opening. The logout doesn't work, so the only way to reset and try again is to completely delete the app. Oh, and if you touch the "Home" screen in the wrong place (a round button at the bottom of the screen), a modal pops up that says "No errors logged", and there's no way to close it. Amateur Hour.

App doesn’t load properly. The opening page 8-10 times gives a 404 or 403 error message. Please fix. This problem a cured last season as well. Please fix. Thank you

Go Rockets. The app is great I cannot always watch the game but I can keep up with the score by hitting the rockets app. It is such an exciting year for the rockets

Everything is great except.. Everything is great but 1 problem . The pictures I want there not iPhone “ capability” if u know what I mean . Like it’s sideways and there head is cut off. And it’s not up and down . So that’s why I gave it a 4 star rating

Stevie Nicks concert. All the employees were wonderful! Security, food and beverage and other guards. They helped me find my cell phone after the concert. Please let them know I thank them. Really good could do better. This app is really good had it for like 4 years like the new season updates and it’s really good keep it up rockets

Fan SueZQ. I was able to listen to the games home and away for free but that feature went away last week. I could listen on the radio but the app works better with hearing aids. The games would sometimes cut out. Not sure if this is a problem with the app or internet.

App review. Need more realistic information. It’s like everything is good news. There are no candid articles about what is going with team. I was disappointed that there was no information about Luc’s shoulder. No information about prospective playoff schedule. A few narratives would be nice. Not just videos...

Concert tickets on an NBA app?. Why do I have to download an NBA app to get my concert tickets to see an event at the Toyota Center? I am from out of town and will never use this app again. Seems highly inconvenient and not very customer friendly

Rockets Application Review. This app is awesome! It is very direct on stats and info. I do wish one was able to look at game stats from any game of the season.

Alerts aren’t working. Alerts aren’t working. Some times the end of game alert shows up days later.

Recent update broke app. After the app updated two days ago I could no longer launch it. It would open for a second and crash. I had to delete it and reinstall to get it working.

Where are standings?. Where are the standings they should be more easily accessible. Also should have more stories about the game instead of one on one interviews also I don’t want to walk around with an earpiece so I went on my lunch break I’d rather read her story then listen to it

Time to replace coach Silas. It’s been 3 years,it’s about time to replace coach Silas,I am a long time and royalty Rockets fan since 1987. He has no ability to coach rockets,there is no way he can rebuild this team, so far we’ve got many skilled and potential players, but we still can’t see any improvement because we need a skilled and professional coach,his name definitely not Stephen Silas,please believe me. another question is why #15 Nix qualified for a reserve guard??? Rockets are not a high school team, right??? And don’t always use rebuilding as an excuse, please look at other rebuilding teams like San Antonio, OKC……

Great. Great app love it it is very easy to use and there are a lot of different types of things in this app just the pacers app is just a little bit better

Disappearing Tickets. Purchased tickets show up but then they are gone. I have to delete app and log back in to see them. The next time I go in they are gone again. It’s a vicious and frustrating circle.

Extremely good software. As a season ticket holder, the ticket sale and transfer process is much better than the previous flash seats tool. Also just used the concession credit feature and “Beer Me” tool which worked out great. Very happy with tool. Just need the product on the hardwood floor (ie the Houston Rockets team) to be better.

Convoluted. Integration with flash seats not clear. Have spent more hours than I want to admit trying to get tickets to show up. Still don’t have them. Also hate that I have to download an app simply to use my tickets. Last Rockets game I’ll attempt to go too. Not worth the hassle.
