Great App. Wonderful training session.

No Facebook log-in. There is no option to login using Facebook as in the baseball and golf apps.

Great device great app. I play with it very often and is a great tool to have feedback when you don't have a instructor watching.

Can not connect. I can not connect the sensor. No customer service information. By the way they did not provide to Apple Privacy policy details as of today 06-23-23that is the statement on the App Store. Can not use the app. With our connecting the sensor.

Syncing issues fixed and lots of new features. Glad to see profiles added. Makes it way easier to see how I’m improving. Used to sometimes struggle finding the sensor via Bluetooth, but that went away with this update.

Very helpful!!. I bought this for my 8-year-old son and we tested it today! Wow! Great feedback! It also offers tips on how to improve consistency! I may fire his coach! Lol j/k. Truthfully, this is awesome!!

Neat and addictive. Have been using Zepp for a few mths now and find this update useful in helping identify areas I can improve. Whether it be how I can better mix up my shots or which ones could use more juice and spin. Like the videos for inspiration. Also find it addictive in simply counting my strokes. Want more of my friends to have Zepps too so we can compare/compete like we do on Fitbit.

Good update!. Still getting a few groundies being tracked as serves, but overall accuracy seems to be better. And loving the new look and videos. Gives me a better idea of what needs work and how to practice them…unfortunately for me that’s just about everything!

What happened?. Did Zepp stop supporting this app without announcing it? It used to be a little finicky and not the greatest design but worked alright once you got the hang of it. I just tried using it for the first time after a few years and nothing works. It won't connect to the internet so you can no longer access your account. It also fails to connect to the racket sensor more times than not.

Loosing acuracy. Multiple strokes registered as serves when no serving was involved with this new version.

50/50. Very well-designed app, but it's not accurate. I'd say far not accurate. Maybe it's my strokes that are not completely clean, but when I intentionally hit 40 topspin backhands or forehands, it still says that 30% of those shots were sliced. Also I can't find a way to view my stats by day/month — all it gives me is single automatically separated sessions, which it too little data to make any assumptions.

Videos not working and app keeps freezing. I can’t watch videos anymore. This app has the potential to be great but for some reason I can watch the coaching videos anymore. Did the technicians stop updating the software or don’t they care anyone?
