Poorly funded app. Clearly they cut corners with staffing when building this app.

Great time W/ grandson. What a great- time had with my 5yr old grandson. He had a hole in 1 on # 4. Only problem we had was there was people extremely drunk thru out the course. When we mention something , they were more worried about the money and drinks then Being there for the safety for family’s there having a good time . And also the nastiest of the restrooms for lil ones or women. And issues with the app . We will try again in the near future . Other then that it is a good place for the family ..

Terrible. Terrible that you have to order food and drinks on an app. takes forever and super confusing. the app is slow and not beneficial at all, don’t want to be force to download a stupid app.

Unreliable for scores. Being able to order from the app was awesome but the whole point was score keeping. I tracked 4 players scores. Once I entered the scores from the 18th, everything got erased. I can only see my own score in the history.

Works fine, stupid overall though.. It works well for keeping scores. However it asks for a lot of information just to add players, and when you finish and submit the score card it disappears. Then you can only see the total score (not the entire scorecard) afterward for just the account holder. Any other plays who you didn’t spend five minutes each making an account for don’t have their scores show up anymore. So be sure to take a screenshot of the scorecard before you hit submit.

Required to do business with them.. Popstroke now requires you to get the app to see a menu and do business or spend money with them. Well the app is horrible and forcing users to it is even worse. Delete. Use the website.

Infuriating. Acoustic ahh user interface

Can’t even register/ log in. Can’t even get a number sent to the phone for login/registration purposes. My girlfriend was able to do a login and enter scores for the books like they don’t save. The scorekeeping doesn’t keep individual or group scores on the way it just posts to the leaderboard and couldn’t even find her names through a specific number of holes played. We played 18 look for our names, and it shows that nobody is through 18. Useless app.

u guys need to be stopped. most useless use of a phone app. u have to have it to order and it doesn’t work well with apple pay, it’s awful. waste of everyone’s time. you make your order to your table and nobody even the servers know how to find you. uninstalling

Doesn’t work. App crashes when you try to buy a day pass. Useless.

Needs save & next button. When tracking scores, it’s not obvious that you need to hit “save” to save the score for the hole, then tap “next” to go to the next hole. We messed up our score a bunch because we didn’t hit next. The main action button needs to be “save & next” with a secondary button for just saving. This would make much more sense.

Don’t work. It doesn’t work properly

Pop stroke. Perfect app for keeping track of all my favourite sports. No annoying bugs and pop ups. Really like it. 10/10.

Buggy App. Failed 3X trying to use Apple Pay for our food order! Also, the app is kinda hard to navigate. Consider adding photos of the food in the menu area. Terrible how score just vanished when you submit.

App is buggy. App was NOT user friendly, had to do all the servers work, had to redownload multiple time, was way to difficult.

Inconvenient. Makes dining here much more difficult. Regular menus would have been less of a hassle.

Not really a shotgun start for this app. This may very well be the worst app I’ve ever used. Loads slow and crashes shortly thereafter. Not a quick start out of the gate for this company. I am considering withdrawing my patronage from this establishment.

Won’t work. Went to play for the first time and tried to use the app. Well I tried to add my partner but didn't let me add them. So I closed the app and signed back in. Played the first hole and advanced to num 2, the app crashed tried again same thing when advancing to second hole it crashed again, tried again and never would open. We gave up and got paper score card. App is not worth the time or trouble, and neither is the courses.

Virtually useless. No way to buy a pass from the app. Fonts don’t adapt to the device, so text is cut off. Drink ordering is no good either. Need a lot of refining to make it work right.

No was to keep score. The overall app is pretty basic and simple to use. My only issue is that you can’t keep score on the app even though there’s a section for it. The amount you pay for golf I would except the score keeping to be digital and not on a score card like traditional mini golf places.

1st Class Experience - but terrible App. Went to PopStroke in Sarasota last night - and thoroughly enjoyed the Golf experience!! However, the App leaves a lot to be desired. Basic Scorekeeping works fine - but as others have noted, when your Submit your Score, the Scorecard ‘disappears’. I was able to find it in the History section of my Profile - but even then, it was hard to distinguish which Scorecard went with which Course - we played both the Black and the Red. Also, by Submitting my first Round Score, the Current Day Leaderboard did not combine the Results of both my Rounds. And the “Thru” column is apparently the cumulative Strokes, not the number of Holes (which it should be). Very disappointed with these App Feature/Design issues - but loved playing the Black and Red Courses!!

DONT TRUST terrible app. You're better off saving the storage on your phone and grabbing a paper score card, or even using the notes app. First off the app has not been updated in 2 months, as of writing, which shows a complete lack of progress towards solving the MANY bugs reported. My first experience with the app was the app crashing when I clicked quit to add a player to the current game. After this crash the app would not reopen not matter how many times I force quit, so I had to reinstall. Then while using the app checking the total score is overwhelming frustrating. The player names are displayed at the top of the page and the total score is shown at the bottom. Meaning you have to scroll a good deal on your phone just to get see the name and score. Just in general the UI is confusing. The menu UI is painful to navigate, and the score buttons are small, making it easy to put in an incorrect input. This is a deviation but while ordering many of the menu items do not have ingredients listed. When you finish a round of golf you need to save the scores and the user is brought to an apple confirmation for some reason? This actually led to my biggest issue with the app (which surprisingly isn't it having to be reinstalled), which was it deleting my scores, absurd! On our first round of golf by the end I clicked save scores and then went to past scores and they were presented no issue. HOWEVER, on the second game after that by the end I clicked save scores and went to view the past scores again. Nothing was displayed. I tried to check the score keeper again thinking I had not confirmed or something. Nope! that was gone too, so no record of the score was kept whatsoever. When one of the main purposes of the app is failed so emphatically, you know the developer has failed to another degree. I have MANY more complaints about the app that I haven't listed, overall I'd give this a zero out of five if possible.

Chicken was dry. Slipped 5 times. Chicken was dry. Only fun thing to do was hit gaps. Wings were good tho so I gave 1 star.

Nice app if the can fix the score bug. Went last night to the SRQ Pop Golf. Glad I grabbed a scorecard from the counter and used it along with the app because at hole 10 the application crashed, and despite hitting save after each hole, when I started it back up the scorecard wasn’t there. Even in history it was missing. Surly not the end of the world but one would think after they invested all that money into a nice facility they would want the application to be just as nice and work.

Scorecard Issues. Scorecard kept going back to hole 1. Couldn’t tell which course we were playing. Black or Red. Should have functions to share final scorecard to social media or just save as photo. Simplicity of Mini Golf Will my go to.

Unable to buy day passes. App keeps crashing when trying to purchase day passes.

Horrible Ordering. You need to give your waiters a toast system and stop making people order through the app. It is extremely difficult to use the QR code to sync the app to your table. Apple Pay does not work. Forces you to tip upfront instead of after service. Probably the reason why the Katy location is so empty at lunch the day before Thanksgiving

Poor navigation. It is hard to navigate between your scorecard and ordering and then back to the scorecard. Also, when we submitted the scorecard at the end it disappeared, we had no idea how we did. Doesn’t even show up in score history. Poorly designed, poor functionality.

Take a scorecard along with. App was working flawlessly until the end of my third round. I hit submit scores and it all disappeared. I went to my score history which had my previous 2 scores but my third one never showed up. Til this day it has caused a great debate in my family as to who won the third round which we will never know. Suggestion to app creators: After entering scores on a hole and hitting save, the scorecard should automatically advance to the next hole for you.

Won’t send verification code to phone. Have tried for hours to get a verification code sent to both mine and my wife’s phone to set an account through the app to no avail. This app is trash.

Thumbs down!. You can’t even order food in the app. The drinks is the only thing popping out. I deleted my account and remove the app waste of time. 👎
