Christmas tree decorations don’t work. I’m disappointed because there is only one new game to play per day. I assumed that there would be a village that I could visit but it’s only your own house. I am unable to decorate the Christmas tree other than the lights and garland. Nothing else works. It’s beautiful music and beautiful illustrations to help to make it better. I just expected more for $10.

My favorite holiday treat!!. These advent calendars are amazing! Beautiful, whimsical, clever and unbelievably creative!!! And I can go back and visit them throughout the year — Christmas in Paris! Christmas in London! Christmas in Edinburgh!! — they’re all wonderful! I send them to my friends & children for delightful gifts! We enjoy sharing what we explore & discover each day! A cherished tradition!

First disappointing calendar out of all the past years. New parent company to Jackie Lawson get your act together! YOU try out some previous years and continue the quality they all had! A cottage with nothing new in it since Advent started. NO presents, no surprises. Video for Dec. 5th on the ski hill was reused from a previous calendar. First time ever that it’s no where near the 5 star experience it has been in all the years past. Get the quality of interaction back! It’s a Noticeable drop off. So sad…

I Love the JL Advent Calendar!. I can’t remember how many years I’ve been doing the JL Advent Calendar, but I look forward to it every year! It’s well worth the money! Every detail is top notch! The interactive activities are so much fun! I love that there is a surprise everyday! There are elves to find each day! There is a new addition/surprise to/in your apartment everyday. There are many options for decorating your apartment to your liking! I enjoy interacting with my pets! The games are fun! I’m enjoying it so much that I still visit my apartment everyday and we’re heading into April! 😃 I decorate the tree and the apartment to match other seasons. You can still interact with the pets as well. 😁

A little disappointed. This year I was looking forward to a present under the tree as in the previous years. Though the theme to add a village shop each day is cute, maybe there should be a little more active participation. I’ve played the games over and over already in the living room. I’m ready for something new. Today is extra special since it’s my birthday. Had hoped for a new game or activity.

Quiz issues and pub not on display. Love the many scenes and creations as always. Some problems…..1: the new building for the 2nd day does not appear on the shelf next to the main house ( it is appearing on my partner’s). Also, a couple confusions on the quiz. I didn’t write down so I forget….you’ll probably get other comments. I will write down tomorrow when I take the quiz again. ? Asked about what was Swedish Glugg (sp) made of but never gives the answer to that specific question….i think it asked what country, but it had already mentioned Sweden.

Chhristmas Village 2025. Every Christmas as a child my brothers and sister and I would take turns opening the windows on an advent calendar. It was magical and I could hardly wait for my turn. I am 70years old now but still love the season of Christmas. My eldest sister sends this calendar to me and I love the memories it brings back to me.

Loads of fun !!. We have made this a tradition… to give each other one of these advent calendars… and we share our decorated trees, snowflakes etc. with each other. We absolutely look forward to this advent calendar each Christmas. It’s a very nice inexpensive present to give to someone you love or care about.

Love of Advent Calendars. I have loved having an advent calendar since I was a child. Chocolate or a little prize everyday are always fun to enjoy. Never thought I would enjoy a digital version. But, this has been especially fun with a lot of variety. This year adding the elf daily was a really fun bonus. The little guy on the 24th was the hardest to find. Looking forward to next year.

2025 Calendar is artistically beautiful, most boring. A major disappointment. Art is beautiful, derivative. No boxes to open in the very boring room. Elves “hidden” in plain sight. Developers must have been busy with the new Peanuts calendar which is a straight copy of JL—both are American Greetings. The Peanuts calendar has many of the same exact games, trivia, decorating, and setup (daily ornaments, room)—plus some. Last year’s JL was great—maybe the best yet. This year’s might be ok for those who have not experienced the “real” JL calendars. If you are missing the joy and surprises this year and don’t mind Peanuts, that looks like where they put their energy (best developers) this year. The room has plenty of activities and daily trivia. Let’s hope the JL advent calendar gets better attention next year. I’ve bought them from the start and may not buy anymore after this year—it’s just not worth it any more.

It’s lovey as usual, but…. It’s beautiful. The music is perfect (although, sorry, the Scandinavian song sounds more like a dirge). I’m so happy you brought back the ugly sweater activity! And the wreath and flower arranging. It’s terrific. Still, I miss having the activities show up as toys or games in the home base. It was a really nice touch in prior calendars. And I do miss the place-centered calendars. It was so fun to learn about other Christmas traditions and other areas. The sketchbooks also were great fun and I miss them. Have you thought of recreating your older calendars in this new app technology? Your seaside calendar was and probably always will be my favorite and I visited it for years until the link stopped working. Without it, I don’t know that I’d have ever discovered the Newlin School (the Abbey Slip is one of my favorite paintings of all time and the Rain it Raineth every day was marvelous) or learned so much about Archangelo Corelli. You all do a wonderful job making a bit of magic with these charming calendars and I’m grateful.

Fun interactive advent calendar. I buy this year after year. There’s lots of fun and games and interactive activities from the child to adult. It’s a lot of fun and I look forward to it every year. You ““open” a new ornament corresponding to the day of month until the 25th. It’s very sweet and it doesn’t take a lot of time. A very sweet and something good to start your day.

Great way to begin the Christmas Season!. I have enjoyed the Advent Calendars for many years, and I now share the fun with many family members. It has become a family tradition to discover the secrets each day, and to see who can find the “elf” or “Santa” each day. We send each other pictures of our projects, trees, snowflakes, etc. We have many happy memories of the Jacquie Lawson Advent Calendars.

Essential Part of Christmas. The release of the advent calendars have become one of the most anticipated events on Christmas in our family. I buy a copy for each of my adult children for their families including my former spouse and other friends. Each of my grandchildren and others are so excited when the gift email comes through. If I’m late my kids will prompt me and ask if I’m buying one this year.

Didn’t enjoy this year’s format as much as previous years.. My sister-in-law and I look forward all year to the Advent Calendar. This year, with the changed format, we were a little disappointed. The village was quite nice; games and videos and the usual things to decorate. It was spotting where our creations were on display in the village, but there was no need to visit the cottage every morning to see what surprises awaited us. Probably just a matter of preference, but sure hope next year we have presents to open every morning!

Disappointing Year. I have used the calendar for five or six years, and I felt this one wasn’t quite up to their usual standard. There was not much to do in the cottage without any presents (and the textile patterns for decorating were kinda crazy!). I missed being able to tap on different things throughout the village and have them change or move (like the lights or trees in the past). Unfortunately, this was the year my family decided to each get one and do it as a group, but there was very little for us all to share or interact with.

Disappointed in this year's calendar. I'm sad to say I'm a little disappointed in this year's calendar. I've been getting these calendars for a very long time and although there are some really nice things in it, I think the thing I'm most disappointed in is the cottage. I can't tell what's new each day like I could with the Paris apartment from last year. There just isn't much to do in this other than the games. And I much preferred the music from last year's calendar. The Paris one. That music was lovely!

Always AMAZING. I always seem to think it’s the best one yet and then the next year comes around. We’ve been doing these for years. I gift quite a few as well to friends and family. We really enjoy the new annual surprises! Today we unlocked the Pub Trivia. Quite COOL!! The “pre-holiday” setup available at the cottage had plenty of activities to keep us busy until we started into actual Advent.

Slightly disappointing compared to previous years.. My family and I have bought these digital calendars for about 5 years now. This version matches up pretty well to past versions overall, but we have found ourselves disappointed by some of the text in the Christmas book found in the ‘home.’ It is poorly edited, with many spelling errors, and odd sentence structure. Perhaps a proofread would be helpful for next year.

Beautiful and calming. For years, I have done the Advent Calendar. I buy it for others. I look forward with great anticipation of what the theme is and greater anticipation of opening day. I love the music. Love the extra “find it” game for each also. I have been portraying Santa here in the United States for 52 years as of this year. ( I started 12 years old and needed a fake beard and such….at 63…nothing is fake anymore!)

Hope for a return to place themes and this calendar’s previous glory. This calendar has been a favorite part of Advent for me for several years in a row. It’s normally immersive and enchanting, but I feel sort of bad for anyone for whom 2025 is their first experience of the calendar because it’s not up to the quality of previous years. I really enjoyed past calendars that were based in a specific part of the world like Paris, and I hope future calendars will bring back the place theme. I love getting to know some other part of the world through the calendar and was hoping for another city or country this year. Also, I know this totally was not the intention with the Christmas village theme, but it’s actually kind of distressing watching the wildlife disappear over the course of the month as the village takes over! Today the lovely ducks disappeared… The daily elves are actually kind of irritating and repetitive, with few places to hide. The zoom function only works on some parts of the scene — can’t zoom in on the bakery or the nativity scene, for example. I get tired of accidentally changing the decor in the cottage every time I click on something. Please bring back the artistry, wit, and human touches of previous years.

An annual tradition. Family and friends know that it’s the holiday season when they receive their link to the new calendar. We are always eager to see the new location. We exchange screenshots of our decorated rooms, trees, etc thru the season. The games are varied and fun. Highly recommend

Love love love the Advent Calendar. I have purchased every calendar since 2011. It just isn’t Christmas for me without one! Each year they are different and of course; I have my favorites but I will always be a customer of the advent calendars and of Jacquie Lawson cards. Thank you for your wonderful creativity.

Not my favorite. This felt like the least imaginative of the advent calendar apps so far. The last three were so impressive, and a large part of that was the specificity of the theming. Edwardian England had a manor house with animals on the grounds to discover. Paris had the iconic buildings of the great city, Parisian trivia to learn, and French music. But this app so far seems like...generic Christmas? My kids all enjoyed it as usual. They really enjoyed the snowball fight, sleigh game, and ball-dropping game. I did like the sweater design game.

Old Woman’s Christmas Fun. I’ve enjoyed my Christmas Calendar for many years. It gives me joy in seeing the beautiful art and art work, music and the festive times we used to enjoy when my children were small AND keeps my mind fresh! I’m 89 years old and still love the fun. 🥰

Disappointed this year. I have loved these calendars for years, not this year. The village is charming and the animation is delightful. BUT inside the main cottage, there are no new presents to open, nothing changes inside. It takes me about a minute to interact with the cal each morning and then I've done it all. Also to access games that have come up thru the cal, you have to remember what day it came up and get in thru that bauble inside of having a link to the game in the cottage. For example, I have to remember the Santa Drop game came up on day 6, and get in thru that days bauble. I hope next year they do a better job inside the cottage, it used to be such fun.

So much joy!. Last year’s calendar brought my family and I so much joy! The beautiful art combines with such creativity that I look forward to every day of the season. It’s like I can let go of the work day and be transported away to a festive and fun village. I’ll be treating myself, my family, and friends every year!

Advent Calendar. My friend has sent me this wonderful calendar for the past several years. Each year I not one look forward to finding the new day, I absolutely love playing the games. I save all the calendars and play the games all through the year.

Advent Calendar 2025. Despite some disappointment with this year’s calendar, I remain a fan and look forward to next year’s. That said, I should address what was for me (and my family members) the disappointment we felt in the Christmas House this season. In years past, we looked forward to presents arriving each day and to the greater variety of activities. This year, we didn’t stay long in the House and, by extension, the calendar. I realize that it sounds petty and privileged to complain about not getting a present each day, but so be it. More to the point, there just wasn’t much to keep me interested when visiting the house. Sure, the activities were distributed among the various shops, but that decentralized experience diminished the fun just a bit. Otherwise, thanks again for a mostly satisfactory product.

This year is grand... It is a bit early to decide but so far I really like the theme. Of course there are old fun things in years past that I really liked but not provided. And it doesn’t work on my MAC cause of its OS. That makes me sad. Not enough memory on my cheapest iPhone either. It works on the IPad and the PC windows 10 so that is good. Thanks for asking ask me again later in the month too……..

25 Days of Christmas Fun. I’ve been a Jacquie Lawson fan of her advent calendars and cards now for over four years. The advent calendars bring a special surprise everyday up until Christmas and yet there’s still more to discover in your own cottage or flat that you can do like plays games, work on puzzles, decorate up to three trees to display, discover recipes and more surprises. The Advent Calendars let you celebrate every day of December through Christmas and longer if you like. A lovely way to hold the magic every day of advent.

Calendar stopped working!. My daughter gave me the calendar as a gift. I activated it and have the App on my IPhone. Days 1-2-3 works fine. Suddenly it won’t let me login. I have changed the password four or five times …and my daughter has tried from her end. It is “NOT recognizing my email nor the password.” Very frustrating! Please REFUND my daughter’s payment since I am unable to access the advent calendar. NOW you indicate the nickname has already been used! Ten different tries… so I doubt it!? Your system is a mess!

A holiday tradition. I look forward to this calendar every year. I play all the games, decorate my cottage, search for hidden elves, enjoy listening to the music, and adore all the illustrations. Been doing this for years and it never gets old. I’m 59–so bravo to this talented team for creating something so magical for people of all ages! This is my favorite Christmas present to myself each year. Happy holidays and thank you to you all!

So fun!. This game is so fun! I wake up every morning just to play this game! You can decorate a Cristmas tree, have a snowball fight, and make your own snowflake! There are hidden games around the map like puzzles you can tap on them and play games like solitaire! I recommend this game to Christmas lovers!

Miss having gifts & new games in my room!. I have been getting this for years, some have been better than others but still enjoyable. I also buy it for friends who look forward to getting it. Disappointed that we aren’t getting gifts & more games in our room. There’s basically no reason to go back to it anymore which is sad. Also, no word games! Some of my friends & I still play word games from previous years. The elves are very easy to find & while cute aren’t nearly as good as the gnomes from the Nordic calendar. We all loved that those went on a shelf in our room & made sounds when touched, then they sang at the end - which was great. The videos are ok but too many of the activities are the same, decorate tree, decorate vases, decorate wreaths. A bit boring frankly. Will probably still buy next year but am hoping it’s better than this year’s.

I buy one for my friends every year…. UPDATED REVIEW I’ve come back to lower my review - I’ve given it some time and this year’s calendar is good but I would recommend purchasing one of the previous years - last year’s Paris was a 5 star outstanding calendar - for those of us that have bought these calendars for a few years now this years is definitely a bit lackluster- I buy a bunch for friends and everyone has said that while it’s nice it’s not nearly as good as previous years. I’m assuming the company had some problems producing the calendar this year - there is really no pint to the cottage interior - if you’ve never bought one before - buy the Paris one - it’s an absolute delight and well worth the money - I’m hoping this year is a blip and next year it will be back to it’s usually standard. If I was to rate these advent calendars overall it would be 5 stars without a doubt. I have been buying these calendars for friends for years now, I have 6 or 7 past years saved as they make the run up to Christmas so fun and have definitely become a firm fixture in my preparation for the big day. Last year’s Paris calendar was truly outstanding so I’m not surprised that this year’s feels a little lacking. I’m still enjoying it but currently the cottage interior doesn’t seem to have much going on other than a new little house figurine appearing on the shelf every day - there are no presents or games to find - yet! I really loved the artist sketchbooks from previous years too - it’s a wonderful reminder that there are REAL people behind this not blasted awful AI. All in all these are a treasure this time of year - once you buy it one year you will be hooked for years to come!

Disappointing. I love Jacquie Lawson advent calendars and have bought them for the past several years. This 2025 calendar has been a disappointment compared to other years. It feels like minimal effort was put into the creative interactive features. If this year’s calendar was the first I ever bought, I wouldn’t buy again. Hoping the creators can compare what they put into this year’s calendar with the Edwardian and Parisian calendars.

Disappointed this year. I’m disappointed that you don’t get to open a present in the cottage each day. Disappointed that the games don’t become accessible in the cottage so you can find them easily, now you have to remember what day you discovered it. Wish the village was in a specific time and or place. This feels too generic. Not as good as previous years, just OK

Disappointing. The JL Advent Calendars have always been a joy during the holiday season with beautiful graphics and many fun activities added each day. The living room has been full of games with new ones added each day and lovely decorating activities. This year the colors are faded, the setting is overly simplified, the living room decor is dull and options are garish. The games are minimal with no new ones added. The only new thing that is great is the addition of the puppy and two kittens.

advent calendar 2025. i look forward to the calendar every year but found this year’s a bit disappointing in re: to the interior of the house…nothing changed from day to day and the games were the same as year’s prior. The daily elves were too easy to spot but loved how they danced and disappeared. i did enjoy day 23 & 24 and the snowball fight…but will probably not keep this year’s calendar on my desktop past Christmas…but look forward to next year nonetheless …it must take a very long time to create!

Great Every Year!. This is now part of my Advent tradition. There is so much to love about each year’s- I have enjoyed virtual travels to Northern countries, to London and Paris. I love the daily challenges, the gorgeous artwork, lush music, decorating the indoor home and games aplenty. Thank you for every moment at each point of the globe!

Disappointing. I’ve loved the advent calendar every year and have a reminder on my own calendar leading up to the first day. I’m glad the last two years' calendars have been updated for 2025 because I'm going to give up on this year's calendar and wait to do everything on the 24th. I really wish all of the previous calendars were updated as well, they’ve all been so wonderful. I feel like this calendar was meant to be a beautiful visit in a quaint village, but then the artists and designers went on holiday and forgot to finish it. Finding the elves is a joke when there's not many places they can hide at this early stage - in previous years it was sometimes difficult to find them because there were a lot of decorations and buildings to search. Where are the presents in our house that we get to open each day??!! The animals in the village are cute but not nearly as educational as the year where you got to find one per day and then color in their notebook page. I'd hate for this to be someone's first experience with your advent calendar because it it were mine I probably wouldn't buy next year's. I'm hoping this year is just a glitch in the matrix and that next year helps us forget this one ever happened.

My Christmas Tradition. What started out as an annual gift from my sister and brother-in-law, has become a gift I now give to others as well! I look forward to this every year and the few minutes (well to be honest, sometimes a few hours, haha) of a daily holiday escape during a month that can otherwise feel stressful at times!

The Advent Calendar that doesn’t disappoint.. This is the 4th year I have purchased Jacquie Lawson’s Advent Calendar. Each year the Advent Calendar has been unique and original with the settings and beautiful artwork. I’m not the only one who looks forward to December each year. My friends also enjoy the beautiful Advent Calendar produced by Jacquie Lawson.

I look forward each year to the new Advent Calendar!. These calendars are such a joy each year. I believe 2025 is about my 10th year purchasing them. 2025 is one of my favorites as you don’t see the buildings all at once but have a surprise addition each day. I have my own Department 56 village collection so this is very much the same plus games! I liked the new trivia game & I learned a few things too. I enjoy decorating my game room too. So fun! Can’t wait for days ahead. Thanks again for another wonderful year.

Good and bad changes. I like that there are fewer games as a daily ornament treat. But I really miss the cottage/apartment updating every day, we so looked forward to spending time there and there weren’t even any presents in the living room on Christmas Day!! Puppy was awesome though. It was so nice to visit games collections, stories and books in the cottages…..sad!

So far, so good. I received the calendar as a gift a few days ago. It made me really happy to see the puppy and the kittens. They are really darling and doing cute things, like hiding in the stockings or the puppy in the basket. This is important because it gives it a human touch. So far I’m not too impressed with the games, as there are too many puzzles. The Paris calendar has Mahjong and word search, which I really enjoy. Let’s wait for the Christmas countdown, maybe they will be there. I will update my review after Christmas.

So much fun!!. My MIL buys this each year for us, and we have begun to look forward to it each November! It is so fun and cute, and really gets you in a festive mood! We love it! One login allows access on multiple devices, so she buys it for the family and all three of my kids are able to login on different devices so no one messes with “their stuff.” lol. It’s great!!

BIG Disappointment. I had a wondeful JL membership years ago so when I saw the Advent Village I renewed it in order to send the Advent Village to my mother in law. I paid for a new membership and an Advent to send to her. Nope. Once signed in, they make you pay for the Advent Village again. I really wanted her to have it, so I paid for a second one. SHE NEVER RECEIVED IT. I’ve emailed, messaged etc. and NO RESPONSE. The calendar I have access to freezes my screen and I can’t close out of it without shutting my phone off. I want to cancel my membership and get my money back but I can’t get anyone to return my messages. What a shame that quality and customer service have become so frustrating and unsatisfactory. My next step will be on online reviews and contacting the Better Business Bureau. I want a refund.

Our favourite calendar. Every year our friend sends us the latest JL adventure calendar. My son and I love waking up to a new surprise every morning in December and we use the app year round for games, art, creativity. It’s fabulous and we can’t recommend it enough!

Review. I love seeing what’s coming next each day when I wake up, and I love the Christmas carols you play while I either watch a video or play a game I’ve been getting this app each year and I never regret it. I also love finding the elves everyday they look so goofy it reminds me of how I have to find my elf Esmeralda each December morning until the 25th, I hope I’ll get the app again next year. Not as good as previous. These calendars have been the lead up to Christmas for me for many years and this is the first to disappoint. We started with a tranquil country scene of snow and a cottage, with birds and animals and are seeing it swallowed up by shops. I understand the theme is a Christmas village, but to see the bird life and beautiful snow scene disappear behind buildings is jarring. This is the first time I recall lovely things dis-appearing by the day. Also there are fewer surprises in the sitting room - each day I go back and there’s nothing new, as there was other years.

Absolutely love. Best part of the lead up to Christmas is this advent calendar. I have purchased it for the past 3 years. Always something new to keep the magical Christmas spirit alive

Advent Calendar 2025. I have just rejoined this site & am regretting it already! Nothing seems to have changed. Same boring music whic doesn’t appeal to very young children or teens, the age group for whom I’ve purchased this. I got one for myself & find it uninspiring! This of course is my thoughts, but I doubt I’ll renew subscription next year!

Cozy seasonal fun!. I have enjoyed this calendar for several years now and hope it doesn’t get more expensive. Lovely graphics and wide variety of activities.

Beautiful Advent Calendar. I have been getting the Jacquie Lawson advent calendar every year since since they started in 2010. Every year they just get better and more beautiful. The scenes are amazing and there are so many games and activities to do with new surprises each day until Christmas. I give them as gifts to my adult children and my grandchildren. We all enjoy them so much.

I miss the presents. This advent calendar is a fun yearly tradition and this is the first year my toddler can join in. I’m sad there isn’t a daily present to unwrap in the cottage this year. I know she would have enjoyed it and even I feel like there’s something missing every day.

2025 Disappoints. In an attempt to change things up, Jacqui Lawson has lost the essence of the Calendar - the anticipation of going to my room and finding presents. My room is now virtually static (occasionally pet toys appear but then disappear next time) and unless you want to play the same games over and over again, there is no purpose in going home!

So fun!. This is such a fun and festive part of my Christmas every year. I gift it to several people who all love it. I appreciate the music, graphics and games.

Older ones more fun. Very good but similar to others the last few years. The older ones were much more fun.

Excellent Fun!. Jacquie Lawson advent calendars are imaginative and a pure delight. I look forward to them every year and they get me in the Christmas spirit. As I’m a huge animal lover I enjoy having Rémy the dog and the cats in the cottage and all the animals outside.

A New Advent Tradition!. We received the 2020 calendar as a gift and every year since have given it to others. Even though the calendar doesn’t follow the true Advent which is of varied length depending on what day of the week Christmas is, we enjoy it immensely.

Never fails to please. I have been enjoying these for a number of years and am always impressed with the number of new "treats" and surprises each year contains, with little duplication from previous years. The settings are beautiful, idealized but not "kitschy". Fun for all ages!

A Christmas must have. It’s magical and fun and everything you dream Christmas will be. Now a tradition amongst friends and family to compete with the games, share pictures of our creations, and stay more connected over the holidays. Excellent quality

Calendar activities. This is a yearly tradition now for my mom and I . We count the days to dec1- best Christmas advent activity around.

Frustrated. For the past few years friends have gifted me the Advent Calendar. I download it to my iPad from the email. Most years it does not work. Not wanting to disappoint my friends I would buy the Advent Calendar app, not tell them, download it and we would have lots of fun each day because of all the great ideas that the team has come up with. This year it has stopped again. I have followed all the suggestions on resetting my password, reloading and so on. I am not buying this years calendar! I have asked my friends to not purchase it next year for me. We are all VERY disappointed! Don’t need frustration like this there are better things to spend my time on. Michael

Advent village. Never disappointed! The creativity is amazing. My all time fave was Paris but love this one too!

Love. I’ve enjoyed these Advent calendars for many years and now my granddaughters rush down the stairs each morning to open theirs. Finding the elves and playing the games are a great bonus. Thank you So much Ms Lawson

Christmas fun. Love the animations and games very joyous.

We love it!. I buy them every year for my two sisters, myself and my daughter. They just keep getting better and better! We enjoy the different settings and themes, and of course the games. Some of us play the games long past Advent!

Does the clock actually work?. I’m so relieved to have a platform for my concerns. I’ve yet to even hear the clock strike on the hour! Also, no new music this year? I always look forward to something different…all recycled from previous years. I find the Finnish sopranos’s voice strident and lacking warmth due to a straight tone with no vibrato. I have to turn the volume down as I find it rather annoying. As well, I sent out some Advent Calendars last year only to be told that the recipients couldn’t open them! This was a complete waste of my money and I didn’t know who to contact for a refund. Please pass this along! Because of this, I only purchased one for myself. I’m hoping things will get more interesting with this year’s Advent calendar. It’s only day 2, but it all seems rather the same to me. It’s not looking too hopeful, but I’ll wait and see..

Village Advent Feedback. App crashed on my iPad on day 4. Had to delete and reload the app, and create new logon. Very annoying.

Difficult Gift to Access. A friend sent this advent calendar as a gift but even after activating I can’t access it. It worked for 3 days but now won’t allow me to see the 4th of December. Irritating.

Love!. There is no adds, zero glitches, and l love decorating my tree, and LOVE the games!

Advent calendar. Love the advent calendar. I play the games all year. I also love the pets! 2025 is particularly beautiful and fun.

Advent Calendar 2025. I received the calendar as a gift. Loved it until….. The calendar daily ornaments stopped working after the 3rd day. I checked my info and there was a weird strange email address that wasn’t mine. I tried changing the email address but it won’t let me because I don’t know that emails password. It won’t let me change it without the previous password. I sent an email to the company but received a FAQ’s reply to research fixing it myself. Nothing fixed it from my end. I asked them to fix it from their end. No help.

My yearly Christmas treat!. Each year I am as excited as a little girl to get my JL advent calendar!! Thank you so much!!

advent calendar 2025. I miss having a link to the activities in the cottage. Now you have to find the in the menu. I also don’t like the animated characters in the Santa drop game. It’s very distracting. I don’t think it was like that last year. Other than that, the app is beautiful.

A joyful pause. I have had the Jacquie Lawson calendar every year and given it to my children and grandchildren. It’s a few minutes of joy and a pause in the rush and worry that redirects me into the true spirit of Christmas.Thank you.

A special holiday tradition. We love the calendar! We order it every year and open it together each morning. It gives our busy family a chance to slow down and feel the joy of the holiday.

Not great this year. I always enjoy receiving the advent calendar every year from a friend. But this year is totally lackluster. Not nearly as interactive as in past years. No surprise presents and games to open in the house. Only a few games overall and all a repeat from past years. Even the same music as last year. Nothing new. And the decor of the house is horrible. Nothing cozy or Christmasy as in past years. Not worth buying this year’s calendar. Much better to redo a past year. Don’t know what happened but this year’s calendar is a bust.
