It is a scam. Phone number is a joke. Either there are thousands of unhappy customers or there is just no one at the other end.

Average style and doesn’t learn. Shows a bunch of clothe options I could see in an instagram add - sure you take me to the shop to buy it but I can’t afford all that from each option. I barely like a single look from each day. Even after giving the feedback of what I don’t like, the next day has the exact same kind of style. Biggest waste of money for the week - $6 reduced for trying it for a week was not worth it at all. Wish I could have had a free trial before being forced to try it for a week

Refund my money. I have no idea who or what you are. You debited my credit card.

Great concept however….. I am within my trial period. So I signed up and viewed the first day. Saw the recommendations that did not quite align with the style quiz that I took but whatever, no problem I will just open the app a couple of days later and see the next suggestions. However unfortunately I opened the app and I am still stuck on the first day and they won’t let me see day two or day three’s suggestions. I am a little dismayed that you are expected to log on everyday to see new suggestions because I am not capable of doing that. So the suggestions have not aligned with what I like and I have not gotten past the first day.

What are you doing?. I paid for one week. I was instructed to download the app. It didn’t recognize me when I signed in and wants more money. What the heck. Give me my money back or let me sign in. I’m not paying again.

Love my looks. I just started using Stylio and I love it. Live that I can “try on” outfits and see how they REALLY look before buying. Great app!

Not responsive to my input. I am a 72-year-old with no waist. So why do my suggested items include a blouse the is pulled in at the waist and pants tucked into combat boots like a storm trooper. I need column dresses with absolutely no contouring around the waist. I need elegant medium heels that fit an aging (spreading, e.i. wide) pair of feet. Also, I have a “moth problem” and I’m allergic to wool. Questions that address these types of issues were not asked in the set-up portion of the app, so there is no way to say: “make it as high-end as possible but be sure that the garments next to my skin are synthetic blends that look and feel like wool or cashmere. If you want this app to really help people, take these suggestions seriously. Otherwise, make it very easy to get a refund. Thank you.

Charged for subscription after cancellation. I cancelled the trial due to difficulties using the app. Wrong hair color wrong eye color wrong color palette. Five days later, I was charged for the full subscription. I can’t get anyone to respond to cancel this and refund my money. Reporting this to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.

To much to do!. It’s just every time you turn around they want you to do something else. I guess it’s not that much to ask for, considering the price.

Up your style effortlessly. Great app. I am getting compliments everyday I use it. Same clothes but uplifted style.

Annoyed. If I had known how difficult the developers would make cancelling the subscription I never would have tried this. Impossible to cancel from app, just the manage subscription selection just takes you to directions on how to cancel from your IOS or Google platform. But, here’s the catch… it is not in my subscriptions but is somehow still charging me. But don’t worry, there were directions on how to rectify this too. It reads that if you can’t find this POS app in your subscriptions you probably purchased through their website. However, there are no links to said website and when you finally find it, it just takes you to a page to sign up for the NEW updated Stylio! Please help, this is terribly frustrating and should be illegal.

Not impressed. It’s a super basic app and the ‘fashion advice’ is to spend a lot of money on clothes you’d be afraid to go out in because of how much they cost. Not my thing at all. But if money is no object, may be right for you.

Waste of time and money. I signed up for the 1 week trial and answered all the questions about my style and what I’m looking for. I did not select Sporty or Casual for my look. I have zero interest in athletic wear and everything I’ve been shown in the 2 days I’ve had it has been sporty or super casual, and oversized, which I hate since it just makes me look bigger. There were no questions about things I specifically don’t wear, such as heels or bottoms that show my legs. There is no real AI here. The questions being asked aren’t capturing enough information and what questions it did ask, it disregarded my answers.

Interesting. It is interesting to see how all the different outfits look on me.

Terrible. Attempted free trial- immediately hated it and tried to cancel and still have charges on my account! It feels like a scam... on app now still trying to figure out how to get money back or even how ended up paying anything- as I do not recall authorizing charges! zero value

First week downers. The app is smooth but after purchasing you cannot change answers to quiz. The styles (75-90%) given are definitely not me. There is no way to alter or to fine tune style manually. I was shown similar styles in store to purchase but they were different than in formula. Ie. Link went to a Strap vs no strap ballet shoe

SCAM. This app is a scam. I’ve been trying to reset my password in order to cancel my subscription since you cant do it on the app and it isn’t listed on your subscriptions. They don’t send me my reset password link that’s I’ve been requesting for the past week. The connect through google link doesn’t work either. I’ve tried contacting support but have heard nothing. They still have the audacity to charge.

Too young. So you asked age range and I'm over. 70. Most of what you showed me are way too young for me. Not practical for my lifestyle either. On the other hand, a couple would work.

Outfit. Too old looking for me

Not accurate and not flexible. I feel scammed. Immediately upon signing up , I was charged the monthly fee for the trial period (which makes sense) but also an additional amount for a brochure from the company which I DECLINED when asked about. Despite the overcharge, I tried to keep using the AI element of the App to get some value in terms of wardrobe ideas. As other users have mentioned, the AI misread my colors - badly off - and ignored my input about body type and daily ear clothing needs. All ideas are not suitable for me.

Once you get in you’ll NEVER find your way out. Is it helpful? My daughters are WAY BETTER!!!. Don’t do it!!!

Summer. Okay

Terrible app, false advertising, DONT DOWNLOAD. instagrams ads got me with this one, they ran an ad that made it seem like a wardrobe capsule / monthly box type of thing. Had no clue it was just an app subscription and not real clothes being sent. Now I have a random $40 charge from them and have spent the last 30 minutes trying to log in and hoping I can get this rectified. Download at your own risk.

Not Updated Product List. Tried to buy 2 listed items on my recommendations but was either no longer available in that color or sold out.

Horrible. Try to cancel but I can’t access to cancel! I’ve never used it!

Buyer Beware!. This is a scam. As soon as you sign up, there are broken links, no analysis as promoted, and the app asks for your photo to proceed. Once you are in the app, you are asked to for more money in order to move forward. The quality of the clothes and value is poor and not as advertised. As soon as I was charged, another charge was added without my authorization. Don’t fall for the false advertising! Read the reviews!

First look. Good

Impossible to cancel. I’ve googled ways to cancel & none have worked. I never really used it. Thought by deleting the app it would end the subscription. I can’t log in. Tried to restart the app to get in to cancel. That didn’t work either.

Bad AI, worthless app. Wow, this app is truly terrible. Every outfit it suggests is hideous. And for some reason always oversized heavy looking clothing. Absolutely NOTHING is my style (or anyone’s style? Looks very off.) It’s suggesting long pants and long sleeved tops even for summer outfit suggestions. For 3 days now almost every outfit it has shown me is boring beige, black, and grey despite the fact that I’m a summer. It’s weird how bad it is.

Paid for 3 month subscription, received the free version instead. Ridiculous, I signed up on their website and paid for a 3 month subscription but I can’t access it in the app. I only have access to the free features and there’s no way to contact any kind of customer support. I filed a dispute with my bank. Incredibly unprofessional and couldn’t possibly be less happy about it.

Scam!!!. This is a scam! The images they show are ripped from companies website and don’t respond to your input. I still haven’t figured out how to cancel the subscription through the app or through email

Okay. I appreciate the style ideas and shopping lists but at least 50% are not available in my size. I don’t find out that it is not available until I’ve left the stylio site and am on the clothing brand website. Its primary goal seems to usher shoppers to clothing brand websites rather than help paying customers build a better wardrobe.

Do Not sign for a trial. If you only sign for a one week trial be prepared to have Stylio continue to bill you as an ongoing subscription. Their deceptive practices makes them their money. Very disappointing to realize how the business is a scam just waiting to take advantage of a consumer’s interest.

Great styling. This site gave me the most accurate assessment of colors that compliment my hair, skin, age and body type I have ever received. Stylio also recommended clothes I would actually like, buy and wear.

Doesn’t Help. Honestly, I was expecting a little more. I need business casual ideas and keep getting Really casual ideas. Then you have to go shopping at the individual stores and if you don’t spend enough, you are paying for shipping. Don’t waste your money. I’m only on it still because I paid for 3 months.

No New Outfits for a Week. I’ve had Stylio for 2 weeks and have not received any new outfit recommendations since the end of the 6th day on the app. For the first six days, the recommended styles were mostly agreeable but the items that I like are linked to clothing that is no longer for sale or sold out. This leaves me to search the internet for items that are merely similar. So far, I cannot say that I am super impressed and I’m glad that I didn’t commit any more funds to this app as it has not proven to be much of a service for me. I’ll update this post if anything changes. Thank you.

Don’t Fall for This App. I signed up for this and it is not at all what I thought it was. I immediately cancelled my subscription; however, there is no way to email them to request a refund for my 1 month. I will not use this app and will not be ordering anything. I guess I just paid for a big mistake. It won’t let me post this review without clicking a star. I wouldn’t give this 1 star if it didn’t force me to. Clever way to get someone’s money and get a rating.

Not responsive. I just finished the first set of preferences. At the end it shows various items with links to stores that sell them. My results are full of items I specifically said I didn’t like, and when I looked at items I did like, they were not available in petite sizes. Why ask my height if you’re not going to factor it in?

Disappointed & Frustrated. Experiencing a lack of size inclusive non ness… Finding some beautiful pieces only to find they are not available in my size. You advertise being size inclusive and thus far, I am not finding anything that is size inclusive with the exception of purses, and scarves. Right now, they are showing my eyes as grey and my hair as red. The only thing right is I am fair completed, light skinned. How can I retake my photo? Please include plus size wearables in sizes 16W-24W and sizes 1X-3X.

Not worth it. Very disappointed. THERE ARE NOT CLOTHES-ONLY SUGGESTIONS, and bad ones at that.. The styles and colors aren't me. I didn’t like any of them, I actually hated every one of them. I put I look better in silver/white gold and every accessory was yellow/gold. Thought there would be actual clothes, not just suggestions. You rally need to be more clear in ad. Very disappointed. Did not meet expectations at all. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option

Review. I’m an active 78 year old that doesn’t wear mini skirts or thigh high boots however I want to be stylish and relevant. So far I’m not enthusiastic about this site.

Frustrated. I am really frustrated with this app . For the price I paid, it is not worth it. I had another app which I paid less money for and my stylist actually picked out my clothes and sent them to me. I got to send back whatever I did not like. I only paid a $20 styling fee and if I kept at least one item, the fee went toward my purchase. This app bites!

Not customizable. AI conclusions about my colors were incorrect - I’ve had them analyzed professionally and know from my lifetime of wearing clothes that anything with a yellow undertone makes me look like a corpse, but AI chose(with aid of live photo) tan, camel, beige, light yellow green, cream/ ivory, etc. And colors I know look great on me like teal or cranberry were put into the “avoid” category. Would have been fine if I had the option to edit it and remove some. Options afterwards were dominated by the colors I can’t wear. Generally, I liked the outfit styles it selected but again it’s not customizable. I could only “love it” or “dislike it”. Would have liked to be able to deselect items like shoes or shirts(not the umber shirt with a yellow undertone). I know I won’t wear platforms-let me remove those! That cut of shirt doesn’t work for my boobs- wanted it to suggest a replacement versus throwing out the whole selection. I understand you have to “train it” but it started out so badly I just deleted my account and will look for another option.

Color. I wish you can pick your own color scheme. I can’t believe you have me as a cool summer. I’ve had several stylist say I am an Autumn. Navy looks so much better on me than black. My whites are best to be a crème. So I am confused.

Outfits for busy days. I work full-time and don’t have time to think about clothes. The daily outfits are saving me so much mental energy. And they’re cute!

Waste of time. Does not “learn” from preferences. Also I think it would be important to add local climate to the equation. I live in a warm climate and we aren’t wearing high boots and sweaters in spring. It also kept pushing business wear on me even when I kept rejecting them. Glitchy when trying to cancel account. So please don’t charge me!!

Good concept poor execution. Bought the 1 week trial subscription- was good to see that it was easy to cancel the auto payments if I wanted. I had a choice of 5 outfits per day. I liked 1 or 2 of them, but none of the clothes were in stock or in my size. Also some had no links on where you could buy. So this app has not been helpful so far.

Interesting. It gets better over time. I do wish it took my location/climate into consideration. We live in a year around warm/hot climate-which I answered, but I am still getting severe winter wear.

Don’t fall for it. I inputted my details and took a headshot photo but the AI then stated I had grey eyes instead of brown, blonde hair instead of brown etc and It can’t be changed manually so it’s given me the wrong colour scheme. The outfits were weird, only 1 out of 5 seemed okay. Although you only get a small handful of outfit options per day. But when you go to purchase link the items are all USA based or generic items from Amazon. Not helpful when none of is available to purchase in Australia, especially when they’re advertising the app to be used in Australia. Also the ad that stated they show the “$200 H&M capsule wardrobe” is completely not a thing…. You do get some styling tips to suit your body proportions and can see what they’d look like on that body which is helpful to visualise and get inspiration. Overall waste of money and got sucked into an Instagram ad. Better off using free open source AI photo generators

Terrible. My hair and eye colour were completely wrong (grey eyes, red hair… but I’m brown eyes blonde hair). And the outfit suggestions were aweful and the app didn’t seem to learn when I told it something wasn’t my style. Also it’s US shopping so for any Aussie, you can’t buy the clothes. Honestly save the money and just scroll Pinterest.

Potential scam. No way to cancel. There’s nothing within settings to see membership details or how to cancel and it’s not appearing in subscriptions within the App Store

Capsule Wardrobe Suggestions.. I am happy with what I have seen so far, as it suggests items that can be purchased to take my Basic Capsule Wardrobe from Winter to Summer. It’s Winter here now, in Victoria Australia. But I spend time in Queensland during the Summer months. Different style of Shoes and Handbags. Which will change the whole Image, for any location and Climate. Same with Vests, Jackets and Coats.

Worst app ever. The app does not provide any practical outfit options. If you do not like the items provided, you ended without any outfits. There is not option to swap items and the “try on” option is just a photoshopped image of your face on the outfit. It is not accurate, real or near your preferences. The app is just taking data from you. In conclusion, unsatisfactory app, wasted money and time.

Not worth the time. I haven’t found even an item I liked yet alone a capsule . Great idea, what a shame. I’m of a certain age but I don’t want to dress like a grandma. :(

They took my money despite me cancelling. Writing a review again as it appears mine has disappeared. Do not trust this app. I put my card details in for a subscription but cancelled BEFORE the next charge, however I will still charged the full amount. I am still waiting for a refund. Extremely disappointing as I have emails from their customer support saying my subscription was cancelled, then my card was charged 3 days later.

Horrible, don’t waste your money!. Got my style profile all wrong, said I have red hair not blonde, grey eyes not green and the first 3 things it recommended were all out of stock!

Wasted money. Just signed up and super disappointed with what I’m seeing so far. Only 4-5 outfits to look at and all frumpy and not at all my style. Got sucked in to an instagram ad. Wish I’d read the reviews first.

Boring. Outfits are unsuitable but when you choose no, they don’t change what they offer. You also can’t change your original body/colour selections at any stage. Doesn’t offer any alternatives. Hate that you can’t mix and match yourself and only get 3 options a day.

Southern Hemisphere problem. The clothes suggested for me were for seasons in the Northern Hemisphere. The app needs to ask where you are. I want to purchase for the season that I live in

Waste of time and money. I was fooled by an IG ad, and I guess it’s on me for not doing research. Nothing in that ad indicated this was AI based. Which was never ever going to be able to provide advice for a humans aesthetic taste, style and values. Even the idea of trying to set up ai to do that in the first place makes me feel ill, why? Obviously it would fail and it DID. These are innately human questions. Keep your money, don’t waste your time filling surveys or setting up accounts.

Very hard to cancel subscription. When I tried to log in the app said my password was incorrect. Then I tried to change my password and the link didn’t work. The help section sent me instructions which were not helpful.

Despite being a free trial within 1st hour 23 dollars got deducted. The app said there was a seven day free trial, but despite that within the first hour $23 got deducted from my account. Worst part I did not even get any screen authorisation or even the payments confirmation. it is really very concerning.

Charged when not subscribed. I downloaded this to see if I would like it. I didn’t. Unsubscribed and deleted the app but I’ve been charged a month later?! If I could give this no stars I would! Avoid!

Disappointed!. Style completely out of whack - not only with what I had put in as preferences - but I live in the Southern Hemisphere. Autumn looks aren’t for anyone in December - but definitely not in Australia.

Scam. I signed up for a trial to only get an error that my account doesn’t exist. I made the error of assuming that my account didn’t exist. Now to see I am getting charged a weekly subscription fee for a service/account that I cannot access. I can’t reset a password on an account that doesn’t exist and the only other option is to create a new account and be charged another subscription fee. Stay far away!!

Not that great. I am 4 days in. Every other click seems to want to send me here to review, so here it is. All the store sites to purchase are only American, and they don’t tell you that before you spend your money and you can’t change it. The try on feature is pretty cool but limited in use. So far I have seen no mix and match outfits and everything is too expensive. And nothing like what my initial style interview was for. I’m a very laid back retired person with disabilities and 99% of the styles are work related. I was lured by the idea of having awesome outfits picked out for me on Amazon - and I could buy the whole capsule with a click. This is Pinterest with attitude.

My entire subscription was cancelled when I cancelled a free trial for premium access. Where do I begin? As I stated in the title, I cancelled a free trial of their premium service and lost my entire subscription. The same thing happened last month when I subscribed to the first time user reduced price access. Would I subscribe to begin with. No. First of all, their colour profile is incorrect. I’ve had my colours done in person and I am a winter. The app accessed me as a soft autumn. All the colours suggested for a soft autumn look horrible on me. The 5 outfits that are posted everyday, called formulas in the app, are NOT stylish. Every other one has a cape as part of the outfit - yes- you heard me - a cape! Also, I changed my body type (pear, rectangle, hourglass, etc.) in my second subscription (clearly I’m a dog for punishment) and still received mostly the same “formulas”. The capsule wardrobe, that is now only available with the “premium” subscription, is not helpful. I actually ordered some of the suggested items from Amazon and ended up sending everything back. Also, the items suggested are all on US sites. I’m in Canada so I could not access many of the suggestions. In addition, the support team seemed very helpful the first time I contacted them. They told me they would get back to me in 2 days with the solution - never heard back. So to sum up: - entire subscription is cancelled if you cancel a free trial for “premium” access - colour analysis is incorrect - outfit combinations are often ridiculous (remember- CAPES) - same outfits are suggested for different body types - poor customer service

Disappointing. I have yet to see anything I really like or would wear. The option of “No” or “Love it” is limiting. Some outfits I would wear in a pinch but I don’t love them. An option to give feedback on why I wouldn’t wear the outfit may produce better results. Also, most of the outfits presented to me would be more suited to my maiden aunt. I’m 56 not 86.

Misleading features. My profile is showing incorrect information about my appearance (it lists me as having red hair and grey eyes, which I don’t), and I can’t find any way to update or correct it. That alone makes the recommendations feel off. The ad that drew me in promised a capsule wardrobe from Amazon, but I haven’t seen a single Amazon option—only Mango, which isn’t even available where I live. The suggestions I’ve received so far don’t match my style at all, and there’s no way to refine or redirect them. Overall, the app feels misleading and not customizable enough to be useful.

Scammer. I accepted A FREE trial and cancelled it as soon as I saw it was not for me and not wha I thought. I still got charged $20 USD. Awful experience

Don’t Get this App!!!!. I downloaded the app and took the free trial. When I tried to cancel the free trial the subscription doesn’t show in Apple subscriptions. I have now had three charges from them. Every time I contact them they reverse it and say they cancelled my account but they just keep charging me. When you do into the app it automatically turns on the free trial. If you don’t notice you are in a continuous loop of charges you can’t get out of. Terrible company.

Can’t get into the app. There is no other way of accessing the company other than to report it here. Not very professional imo

Too expensive. Too expensive and I am Canadian, stop sending me to US sites with no options for the CDN option

Can’t Find Products. I don’t have a Zara here and the Mango store in Canada doesn’t carry the same products as US. So not to impressed at the moment. Also the app is telling me my hair is Rex but it is grey and my eyes are hazel but app says they are grey. Can I change this anywhere?

Very average suggestion. Not particularly stylish or personalized outfit suggestions.

Not great. Some of the casual looks I’ve gotten have just been like sweats and tshirts/hoodies. Not even stylish. Most of the looks were not great, not awful or worth it at all.

No value. The ad I saw, said clothing from Amazon to which there was not one piece. Several of the items couldn’t be purchased. Some are completely out of stock in all colors and sizes, some cannot be bought online, only in a physical store, not in my area and some were from stores in the eu and I am in Canada. Also I selected budget as a concern and I had a pair of $356usd loafers listed… If you don’t like the outfits there’s no other options to see something else, unless you wait until the next day.

I needed help. I’m short and chubby And they keep showing my clothes for tall very thin women.

SCAM. Never use this app! They promise you something they don’t provide, but you learn it when you subscribe for a trial, and then you can’t cancel subscription from the app and they block log in from web so there is no they to cancel and they charge you for the full month!

Not ideal unless American. Doesn’t take any of my actual personality into consideration, doesn’t change suggestions based on additional information, only recommends shopping options available in the USA.

Missing the Mark. Missing the mark on my style and so little information provided making this useless to me, very disappointing that I paid for this app

Total scam!. I downloaded the app and paid for the trial which was fine. I was unknowingly signed up for a subscription at the same time ($38.95USD/month). This subscription does NOT show up on your Apple account, which is normally used to manage subscriptions. I only noticed until after I was charged and had to redownload the app to cancel my subscription. I requested a refund so hopefully they do the right thing. So scummy.

Didn’t capture my info properly. I answered the questions but somehow they didn’t get my eye colour or my hair colour and showed me styles that for my height would make me look shorter and bigger like long skirts???

Can’t cancel subscription through apple!!. I agreed to the trial to check it out thinking I could cancel as I would normally in my apple subscriptions. When I checked to do this I had no active subscriptions with stylio, I later found out they were charging my credit card directly and had to freeze may card to deal with these charges for an app I had already deleted!!

Items never available. Whenever I “view in store” the items are not available

Terrible. Good idea and concept, until lots of lags arrive! To the point of not proposing any outfit for days, which is the only thing you paid for. Very disappointing.

Limited Use. This app is very restrictive. I have had my colours done many times in my life. I am 78 years old. I have always been considered an Autumn. This app put me under Spring. There are very few colours that I like in the Spring category. I can find no way to change my category in the app. I was also under the impression that I would be given outfit choices to make my purchases on Amazon. In three days I have not been shown any possible purchases from Amazon. I therefore believe this app is useless to me. I also can not find any way to communicate with the company to find out how to make changes that might make the app useful to me. I certainly will not continue with this app, and if asked whether I would recommend the app, I definitely would not.

Starting Out. I just started to use this App. I hardly can rate it, but will see how it goes.

Cool to look at BUT. When went to look at actual items NONE of them were in my size.

Stealing my money. I signed up for one month and cancelled. I was charged DOUBLE the following month. What a scam. I contacted them and they resolved it. Even refunded me. I asked them to cancel my subscription. They said they would but they charged me again! Then I asked for another refund because of their error but they refused. I sent them proof of their emails and they still said they never gave me confirmation so it wasn’t cancelled. Therefore will not refund me due to policy. But they made the error!! I emailed back and now they won’t respond!! Feel like I’m being gaslit

Charged twice, not interested. I got the first trial through and ad on instagram to see what kind of wardrobe capsules I could find. Resulting being charged twice because I did not receive the first email confirmation. Then, realized I was not interested at all and unsubscribed right away. Now, they keep trying to charge me from the first attempt I could not unsubscribe from. Stay away !

Stopped sending outfits. I signed up, and paid, for a month and stopped getting suggestions after six days. This alone is enough reason not to get this app. Also, Zara and Mango are basically the only stores that carry the outfits it suggests and they don’t carry my size. I was accurate in my size description so I don’t know what’s up with that. Further, it cannot account for things like a need for supportive shoes. There are stylish options out there but I had to look for them myself. Which doesn’t matter, as it turns out, because everything they suggest is sold out anyway.

Don’t waste your money. This app is INCREDIBLY limited. You cannot access outfits from prior days and you cannot update your photo, look options, colour preferences, styles, accessories- it’s awful. I canceled on the second day. Really disappointing.

Scam. This app immediately began charging me when I didn’t even complete any information with them. It’s even hard to cancel this app even when they never provided any service. Total scam.

Have to take photos to even get into app. I was looking for fashion ideas and inspiration, not to take my own picture and use AI to match my color. You can’t even access your account within the app to cancel without doing that! Bogus and predatory.

Poor choices. Some clothes were out of stock and not available in my size. Some items were the ones I said I wouldn’t wear

Useless. So sorry I wasted my money. Just shows outfits that are not my style and do not match my lifestyle. I could go on Zara’s website myself and find these pieces. You can’t provide any input to alter results. Waste!

Scam. This company is a scam. I paid my money then tried to sign in on the app but it’s saying I have no account and they have no customer service number. I’ll be getting my money back from my bank.

Waste of time/money. Doesn’t select clothe for size or availability. Don’t factor in the weather where you live, even after asking. Not one single item of clothing that is useful. So disgusted with this.

Huh. Photo tells AI that I am an autymn - so I’ll start shopping that way and see what happens

Mixed review. For me it’s very important to pick preferred material . Because I’m allergic to almost all synthetic and some natural materials , I can’t really use any of my recommendations . However , I like recommended style and colors .

Don’t waste your money. AI incorrectly identified me as a Soft Autumn color palette. That palette is not flattering on me. The models presented didn’t look like my body type. I was only shown 11 days of outfits when I paid for a 1 month subscription.

Unauthorized withdrawals from my CashApp account. I am a new client and paid at 1:30am (cst) but noticed you pulled $9.99 and $6.93 from my account at the same time for just 1 week trial. Why???

Great idea but needs customer support. I signed up when in Europe but live in US but I am set up for Europe shopping and no way to fix. Also want style at range of prices

Stupid. I stupidly thought this would be like a better version if daily look or wantable where your subscription would be put into discounts on ‘boxes’. That is not what this is at all. If you have Pinterest, you don’t need to pay for this app. Rip off.

Can’t Access. I was charged for the subscription (when I never even subscribed) and now I can’t access the non-existent account to remove my card info. This is without a doubt a scam/fake app. Avoid at all costs.

Can’t find anything that suits my style. So far all of the outfits that I have seen were things that I would never wear

Styles are limited. The same few styles keep repeating and are not relevant to living in a warmer climate. Styles are not a fit for my age and the color analysis is inaccurate.

I really want to like this….. But I haven’t had any luck with looks suggested so far and there doesn’t appear to be a way to suggest something different. It also feels like an advertising campaign for brands.

Too many pop-ups. Every five seconds there’s a pop-up that asks you to leave a review also it’s not clear prior to joining that it’s AI styling - the ad seems like you’re getting a capsule wardrobe for $200. All knowledge about what you’re getting is behind a paywall. Lame.

Scam. I can not touch with anyone. I accidentally joined with my Apple Pay and I cannot get in touch now for three months to stop it. Meanwhile , they are charging me 38. A month

First time use. I’ve seen 3 different outfits and chose 1.. I need to see more outfits before I give a true review.

Color lacking. Everything is brown or black or white maybe a dark purple that looks like brown. One red or pink thing thrown in definitely not paying attention to whatever colors I said I wanted and the app is very slow.

Scam. The app is awful. AI-generated outfits that don’t look anything like the outfits generated in the intake questionnaire. No matter how many times you click that you don’t like a certain style it doesn’t care and keeps suggesting similar things. WASTE OF MONEY. I never rate apps but this is so bad I had do.

Awful. Was excited to see options after viewing your ads repeatedly. All I get are pictures of shapeless ugly clothes in muted colors. If I ever gain 100 pounds and want to go to a nuns funeral I now have options. Waste of money do not recommend

Correct size-no, Amazon-no. They never asked for my size, they suggest items that are not available in my size and they send me to stores I'm not interested in. Many items weren't even in stock. A waste of money and time.
