With easy 2-5 minute videos, you can digest loads of puppy training content in the shortest amounts of time. Stuck with a problem? Woofz AI assistant can help with anything you need! All in all, Woofz is a must have app for anyone looking to adopt a furry friend. It can be a lot of work, but Woofz makes it easy! Just to let you know, it does require a subscription so think about that before purchasing.

Very Misleading! Long, honest review of their customer service. I had started using this app with the 7-day free trial. I continued to use the app after 7 days with the $40 subscription. The app itself was fine, easy to follow, as well as effective. It helped me train my puppy. No complaints with the app itself, that is the 2 stars. However, I had canceled my app (1-16)at least a week prior to my subscription due date, but was still charged the $40 fee on 1-24. Reaching out to their customer service has not been very helpful. They did respond back to me in a relatively timely manner, but basically called me a liar saying that my acct was effective until the day they received my email (1-25), but they had canceled it now & I could use it until end of month & wouldn’t be charged again. When I sent screen shots of my acct being canceled/expired by 1/16 they had someone else email me & tell me I had 2 accts & that was why I was still charged. 1 thru the App Store & 1 thru their website. “Canceling one does not automatically cancel the other”, but they would refund 30% of my money “as an exception”. I just emailed them back asking how I could’ve had 2 Accts if I was only being charged 1x/month for my subscription. They charged me for my web acct ONLY AFTER I canceled my App Store subscription? Yeah.. doesn’t make sense to me either.

Resolved. Updated Review.. I had some billing issues but in time those have been completely resolved. This is an excellent program. IF you get a message when purchasing the app on the website to use another payment method, it is an error. Just go back and log in after your first purchase attempt. The app is worth the issues. It is an excellent program. I’ve already referred a friend and she’s now using it and loving it as well. I would not hesitate to purchase this program. But the website has some payment processing glitch as others have said. I think it’s best to purchase through Apple.

Less than 1. I tried to sign up a couple different times. The last time I got through the screens, paid and thought, Yes, we’re ready to go. I got part way into the screens to answer questions about the dog I was going to train and they wanted to sell me something more with no option for ‘NO THANKS’. I stopped & wrote Customer Service explaining what I was running into. BUT, I’ve never heard back. In fact when I was purchasing my package I did it when they’ve been advertising just today, only today, you can take the course for FREE. Hurry because it’s only for today! (They’re still advertising that deal - I see their various ads on lots of apps I go into and lots of times it’s advertising the free course, or, if you’ve already bought their package, they’re sorry, and they’ll give you a refund with some other information.) WOW, what a deal. But when you get into the payment information they nicely tell you that ‘FREE’ part is only after you complete the course and if you complete goals they have set. If you don’t reach the goals then you don’t get the classes for FREE. They offered something extra that I was willing to pay for (I think it was an added amount for tricks or something) and I selected it when I bought the package. I was willing to pay for that and that went on the original bill where I paid for the class but to add something in the middle of asking questions about what training my dog already knows and not allowing a way to say ‘no thanks’, that’s wrong.

Retiree. I’ve only just started using Woofz, having previously tried both a personal trainer for our Havapoo puppy, Bentley, as well as assorted references found online and in bookstores. None of my previous efforts have met my expectations. So why am I writing a review at this early juncture? The answer is simple: Woofz already is the best organized training system I’ve encountered! Early on it has vastly exceeded my expectations. The instructions are well-written, easy to understand, while the video demonstrations are invaluable. And your expectations are well-managed! Whether you have not been happy with previous instructional techniques or beginning right out of the gate, I highly recommend you give Woofz a try. I think you - and I - will find that we’re. glad we did!!!

Paywall. So I’m deleting the app right away. The advertisement looked interesting and got me to download the app to see what it’s about. After answering a few general dog questions I was prompted to pay 12$ for the month or a 3 day free trial after which I’ll be charged 9$…..I haven’t even had a chance to test any of the apps features or see what service this app can even provide for me before a pay wall. If you want to gain more users you have to set up a different trial program that doesn’t involve making users remember to cancel within 3 days or be charged. Most company’s will offer a dumbed down free version of the app where you can at least access a couple of the features to understand how the app/service works.

Beware. Update…while I am still unhappy about their renewal methods and encourage caution and reading the fine print, I have upped the rating from 1 star to 3 because of their customer service, who even though it was a Saturday, still responded quickly to try to help resolve my problem. Beware of the renewal. While they will send constant notifications about everything else, they do not send a reminder before renewal. Even if you notify them on the day of renewal that you want to cancel they will still bill you the nonrefundable $95. It’s a decent app, but way overpriced. I can get in person training for around the same price point.

I love this app.. I really love this app and the way you can advance to the app when you’re done and then when you have to do the task and don’t it just makes more simplicity in life easier for me and my family and my family and I love you and I’m sorry I don’t have any other plans right now I’m trying to do my best but it’s hard for my family and I’m trying so many times and it’s hard to keep my mind busy and so many times so hard for my kids I don’t know why but I don’t have to work I just have a lot going to be busy I don’t know I have a hard on my kids and I don’t know why it’s hard to do it is hard for my family but it’s hard to just keep going on my life is not enough to do it all at once I have a family I have to be doing things I just don’t have time for my family and I’m so thank you so much.

Can't cancel subscription. The app is a decent resource and well designed for user engagement but after paying for an initial subscription, you cannot log into the website (seemingly by design, as Login button links to not work on multiple browsers and devices, and is not a matter of incorrect user name or password on my end). Contacting customer service results in an automated email telling you to log into your account on the website (which, as noted, does not work). This feels like it's by design (what credit card companies call an "unreasonably complicated cancelation process" and is against the law) and to prevent users from canceling active, recurring subscriptions via the website. I anticipate having to go through my credit card company to dispute future charges and will be happy to file a Better Business Bureau complaint until their website has this basic function working and is in compliance with the law.

Alright for absolute beginners but not a good fit for honing in training. This app did not meet my expectations for a paid platform. For starters there were some crucial steps missing in the initial questions that could have saved me a lot of time. Such as how old is your dog and how long have you had the dog. By missing these questions the app automatically assumes you just brought home a puppy and are starting from scratch on training. Even after I later added the birthday it did not update the plan. Additionally the plan that was created was way too basic for my expectations for a paid platform. My dog already knew all of the initial commands, does not need help with desensitization all of the training options given in “my plan” were very elementary. While they were easy to understand some of the illustrations did not match what the words said or were just confusing overall. Lastly, the plan is not continuous even though the subscription is continuous. My expectations were that if I am continuing to pay for content there will be new content being added to “my plan” after completing “my plan” I found out that that’s it. There are some side courses you can do with your dog but no continued courses like a level 1 level 2 format. Pretty disappointing I was really hoping to keep going and getting more advanced with the training. Essentially you get the same thing as a level 1 obedience class.

This is a SCAM. I wish I could put 1 star.. I signed up for 7 day trial. And once I got into my account the ONLY THING I wanted access for which was to chat with a specialist was going to cost me an additional amount-!!! I mean seriously.! And when I requested a refund I was told it was non-refundable. Well if u have fraudulent business actions it should be refundable. You say access to the site & that is a lie since I’m not able to chat with specialist which is what is advertised all over your website. And some guys keeps emailing in a feeble attempt to just drag this out even more. I want my $6.99 & it’s about the principle of this situation.!!!! I DID NOT GET ACCESS TO CHATTING WITH A SPECIALIST & I feel like i deserve my money back. . I’m now gonna file with the BBB / FTC / State of Colorado & I will file a negative review on EVERY SITE I CAN FIND ONCE A DAY & EVERY DAY THEREAFTER UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK. So don’t bother responding with some nonsense cuz I’m not interested unless it’s about returning the small amount of $6.99… but I’m sure that adds up for your company if just a few hundred unsuspecting ppl pay $6.99 & you don’t return it when there are clearly unhappy ppl.. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY

Don’t do it. When i signed up for the trial it was on March 17th June 15th they charged my card with no reminder it was going to renew at the full price tried to go to app to see when it was to renew but that information is not available. Contacted customer service because the rule is 24hr prior to renewal date and they still refused to refund my 59 dollars. They told me I could find all the renewal stuff on the app and the only thing it says is subscription cancelled no further renewal no dates or anything. This is their way of getting at least one renewal out of you. Guess I’ll have to contact my credit card company. Oh and if you sign up online screenshot all the information cause it can’t be found anywhere.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP. I purchased the trial of this app but for some reason it wouldn’t log me in. Every time I went to log in it wouldn’t. Recognize my account. I reached out to customer service and by the time they got back to me my trial was over and I was unable to cancel my account cause I was unable to log in. I reached out to customer service again and they told me their subscriptions were “non-refundable” even though I hadn’t been able to use it at all. Horrible customer service! You think that for a company that is supposed to try to help animals they would care more for their customers. Maybe this company should use their app to train their employees to not be so heartless. $40 down the drain for nothing when I was just trying to help my pups. Please think before you purchase this app. The quiz they give you will have to be taken again and it won’t even reflect when you open the app and log in.

Good luck. Horrible customer service. They will not respond to emails. Which is the only way to contact them, as they aren't anywhere on social media. I got this app while I was at the hospital for a week on heavy medication and I in no way shape or form remember signing up for a $50 service. When they drafted this out of my account I begged for my money back with no response on multiple occasions. (I still check my email for a response, daily) I've never even used this app, and didn't realize it was on my phone until I did some investigating after getting charged $48-which is extremely high and ridiculous. To this day, I still haven't used the app and would like my money back and everything cancelled, please! I don't know why you guys won't respond back to me, but you just absolutely won't. This is wrong. I'm a single mother and I would never knowingly sign up for a $50 subscription.

Would recommend.. It is a little pricey, but it is worth every penny! I have a 1 year old pup who is quite the problem child in our household! He doesn’t take very well to commands & he stresses when we leave for work, he has a lot of problem behaviors. BUT, with this app I’ve been able to watch videos & get a better understanding, why he does it & how to redirect him. They have videos explaining as well as ways to teach them new things! There is even a dog walk tracker & reminder, for those busy with life! I love this app, it’s definitely taught me a lot, as well as my four legged child! <3

Do not buy this app I canceled the app. It’s a scam.. This app is a scam. Scam scam, scam scam I downloaded it through the iPhone app and then I went to cancel it in my app it showed as subscription canceled and they still billed me anyways I contacted them on August 1 and told them that I had canceled and then on August 4 they try to bill me 3999 . it’s a scam. You will not get your money back. Read their purchase policy they make it so you cannot get your money back. There is a no refund policy if they say that you bought the app through the website and the app redirect you to the website and makes you sign in that way to do the purchase it’s it’s a bait and switch and canceled it right away. It doesn’t show in my subscription at all as an active subscription and they just tried to charge my card 3999. Do not download this app. It is a scam scam scam scam. I canceled this on August 1 and they just tried to charge my card today, August 4!!! I canceled it way before the trial. It was over. I didn’t keep it because it’s a garbage app.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.. I signed up to use this app and chose a 1 week trial for 7$. No where did it say after the 1 week they would continue to a monthly subscription. I don’t understand why they would just assume I wanted to pay 40$ a month after I clearly signed up for a trial. Not to mention the methods they use in this app do not work and it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of the 24/7 trainers they have. Stay away from this app. It’s not worth the money, and customer service is a joke, can’t get ahold of a person. They use a automated text service that’s another joke. I’m warning you all, don’t waste time or money on this app. Much better ones out there that are very clear with terms. If I could give a negative star I would. Woofz is a joke

Zero Stars - Woofz is a SCAM. Buyer beware - you will be auto-enrolled into a $40 per month subscription service without notice. Unsubscribing is next to impossible and there is no phone number to contact the company. After sending the company a message, you receive an automated reply stating “Please allow us 24 hours to look into it and get back with a reply.” There will be no reply, even after sending multiple follow up messages. There will be no refunds. There will be no service at all. Just a terrible waste of money for generic training information that is readily available for free online. I had high hopes for a better product and experience, but Woofz is nothing but a complete and total scam. 7/3/25 - Responding to the Woofz reply from 7/2/25. Woofz stated, “ Our support team has recently replied to you and initiated a refund, please check your inbox (and Spam folder, too). Should you need further information, do not hesitate to contact us.” This is false. After waiting nearly 24 hours and checking multiple times, I have not received a reply via email. There is nothing in my inbox or Spam folder, nor has a refund been initiated

Overall happy- helpful. Have to say for my first dog this definitely helps with training a good canine citizen. The tips on how to do the trainings are very helpful for a first timer as some of these tips I wouldn’t have thought of. The many articles are also incredibly helpful and I’ve spent much time sitting reading through them. My only complaint is that the main training course has many articles that are locked until further training has been done, but those articles would be helpful to read at first. My only change I wish would happen is there is a training course, and an article course as opposed of them meshed together.

Excellent app. I download the app and started the free trial within a few weeks of rescuing our six month old puppy. Before the trial was up, I purchased the quarterly plan and haven’t regretted it one bit. This is our first puppy and I knew I wanted to find a way to train him without spending hundreds on classes. Woofz delivered! The instructions and videos are very helpful and clear. I like the library of additional obedience commands, as well as the just for fun commands. Ive also learned a lot from the care section. Thanks for the great app, Woofz team!

Love it!. I got this app for the one week trial and then upgraded to the year plan. My dog just started classes at our local pet store as well but this app gives me so much more. It really helps me with education as an owner to understand my dog and why he does or doesn’t do things when I am teaching him. It is also helpful to have access every day. I had to contact support services once and they responded immediately, kindly, and helped me immediately. I also love that I can share with my Husband so He can train the same way even if I am not home.

Cute app but unsubscribed. It is a cute app with nice visuals if you want to keep yourself busy and happy when you are praised to do a training with your dog, like your step counter or your idle game! It is not nice my rescue dog has big anxiety issues and I am trying to actually get trainer help and app keeps changing the prices. Don’t try to upsell stuff in this kind of app it is not Noom. Some people are desperate to get help for their beloved puppy and that’s why they downloaded the app. I found another app where I already had my first trainer appointment and unsubscribed from Woofz. Keep my 4 weeks subscription money, no responses to emails anyways. Your customer service must be very busy because they didn’t respond to my email for a week now. Great graphics and visuals though.

$60 Random Charge. The app isn’t clear about what you’re being charged after you sign up for the “promotional period” at discount. I stopped using this app when my dog and I hit a stride, but I noticed I recently got charged $60. I messaged customer service to inquire about the charge, as I received no notification about renewal, nor a payment confirmation. The charge was just on my statement. I knew as soon as I found the article under their FAQ’s, “Apple subscription isn’t live but I received a charge”. They say it’s because we paid via a web based system vs the app. It’s unclear, it feels dishonest, I’m not happy about how it was handled, and I do not appreciate their customer service making it seem like I wanted more access to the app. There should be email reminders. Period. I’m very on top of my finances. I can recognize dishonest business practices. In this case, the customer is not important to them, the money is.

Pricing not what it seems and shady customer service. This app is cool and has a lot of good tips and training tricks for dogs, but absolutely shady with the subscriptions. I purchased the app and got the $7.99 weekly subscription. I purchased it on the app, and selected my plan. All was going well until I went to cancel. I couldn’t find the subscription anywhere, and when I checked my bank account there was a $40 charge. When I contacted customer support, they passed me around from agent to agent, each starting over the conversation with- “according to our records, you purchased a weekly intro offer which converts into a monthly subscription, and there is a detailed description on the purchase screen.” I never authorized the switch, and there was no description on the screen. They told me I purchased on the website, which is why there was no subscription through apple, but then they also said their hands are tied because apple is the one who runs the billing.. so which is it? I purchased through the app, but THEY sent it through the website, which means you have to contact them to cancel your subscription. I’m disappointed and frustrated at the lack of transparency and “auto renewal” that was no where to be seen in my purchasing.

Awesome app. This app is so awesome. It defines every step of training my dog and she wasn’t the easiest to train until I found Woofz. I can do it on my time, sure I can set up reminders but in real life even the reminders aren’t the correct time to train but it is a great tool. Sophie has learned so many new things that some I didn’t even think of when I started her on this course. She is a very smart dog but even very active and aggressive dogs can learn from this. Thanks for putting this together as I am from rural KY and you can’t find trainers just anywhere like in a bigger city.

Shady. I paid for a 6 month subscription and never was given any information regarding my subscription. I quit using the app after a few months and could not find anything regarding my account on the app. I disagree that there is any customer service or support. Didn’t realize that they auto renewed my subscription until I received the charges for something I never used. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused. A service minded company would communicate with their patrons and notify them. When I subscribed, it was through an Instagram commercial and I believed that I was only signed up for 6 months. Why would I need training after 6 months. For them to renew my subscriptions without my authorization, gets them money for no service.

Be careful. When you get to the website, it offers trial. The website, then prompts you to download the app. Once the app is downloaded it offers a trial again making you think it didn’t work the first time around. This happened to me and I had actually canceled the subscription before the trial was over but since there was two trial. I was still charged. After going back-and-forth over email with Support, they have refused to refund me. If the website and app were synced then this wouldn’t be an issue. being that this is an issue on the apps part it makes sense to receive a full refund. They even offered to refund just 25% even though it is an issue on their end. This tells me a lot about the app and management. I don’t recommend this app to anyone unless you want scammed.

This app is wonderful!. I’ve had a little under a year of animal training experience, but I wanted Woofz to organize my training regime with my Chihuahua mix. I think this app is phenomenal not just because the training plan you start with is in steps, but because of the chat assistant. I had specific questions about desensitizing my dog, and it answered all of them immediately with great accuracy! My only critique is that it would be nice for training plans to be more customizable. There were behaviors my dog already knew that were further along in the plan than things she hasn’t learned.

Awful “customer service”. While the app itself is decent, the customer service is awful. 1. You can’t actually speak to someone on the phone-only via email/messaging 2. I signed up for the trial and misread when the end date was. I caught the charge immediately and requested they refund me because I wouldn’t be needing the app any longer (decided to take in-person classes). Julia in “customer service” kept saying they don’t try to hide fees and they don’t issue refunds. I reiterated that I understood there was no intention on their end to hide the monthly cost, admitted to my error, and requested to be refunded. Still, they refused. I asked for a supervisor/manager and only Julia responded. So again, while the app is kind of cute and somewhat helpful, the company clearly doesn’t actually care about us pet parents or our pups, only about getting their money.

This app makes my puppy look like a genius!. When we brought our golden retriever puppy home 10 days ago, I knew I wanted to start training her right away. Within one day of downloading this app, she learned to sit, lay down, ring the bell to go potty, sit for a treat when she comes in, and sit to get attention. One. Day. We are already on level three with her! We are really struggling now with biting and the advice has been helpful. One thing that might be helpful is to add a suggestion about sleeping close to the crate at night. We slept on the floor in front of her crate for two nights after a few without much rest and now she goes right in and lays down. At nine weeks old, she’s sleeping in there from about midnight until 5:30 am. She goes potty and comes right back in and we catch another hour on the couch/floor. I’m so grateful for the advice we’ve gotten from your app! It’s helped make the puppy phase a lot more enjoyable!

Amazing Guidance!. My husband and I explored professional training options before we found Woofz. We thought the couple thousand dollars for cost would’ve been worth it considering neither of us had the time to commit to training her. However, our conflicting work schedules never allowed the time for even that! We came across this app and I thought, “Why not? We can try it.” This has brought us closer to our fur baby and increased our bond having this training and time together. She already knew a few commands but is confident in her abilities as much as we are confident in our own due to this systemic small change implemented. Wow! We look forward to more training!

SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE. I signed up for the $7 trial. I set an alarm for the end of the week to make sure to cancel if I didn’t like it. The actual content was the same that you could get from any book, so I went in to cancel. The app and website didn’t show any current subscription, and there was also no way to cancel in my account. I also checked in my subscriptions within my Apple account- no subscription. This made me think my trial had ended. Instead today I received a fraud notice from my credit card that I had been charged $50??? I went back in to look at what I could have possibly been signed up for, both in the app and my apple account. Nothing. Still no way to cancel or mention of what program I was being charged for. Save yourself the hassle and try literally anything else.

Duplicate charges via billing. I thought the service of this app was great until they began billing me incorrectly several times without responding to my emails stating and proving the incorrect charges via screenshots of duplicate charges. The only way to handle any issues or disputes with them is via email and not phone call which is fine if that’s their service, but when I provide all information requested to prove I’ve been charged erroneously and then prove the erroneous charges via screenshots with no response, that is where I draw the line. The representative was going back and forth with me via email and it wasn’t until I provided the screenshots that I stopped receiving assistance. I then cancelled my subscription and coincidentally they charge me again, not only once, but twice!!!! I am so done with this app and I am saddened and disappointed by the terrible treatment that I’ve experienced. STAY AWAY!!! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCE

It was ok. The app had a lot of great information on it and was helpful, but for $40 a month it was not worth it, sorry. If you have the money then great, but if not you can get a lot of the general information online for free. The first dog I put in it took into consideration his breed, but for the other two dogs it didn’t and I was really confused because Pomeranians have very specific traits and I wish I would’ve learned more about them. But my beagle, the first dog I entered, had one or two things about his specific breed which is crazy because I have to train those two dogs very differently. Overall the app was OK and I would be happy paying $10 a month, but definitely not $40.

Helpful but Short. I don’t know if as you go along, they add more training tips and exercises because I signed up for a year and I’m definitely not gonna need this app for a year. I had great success with their drop it training because I was really struggling with that. I’m going to start the leash training, because we are definitely struggling with pulling. I do like the assistant I have not contacted a coach at this time. It’s a good app. Also note that my dog was already 15 months old when I started the program. You will definitely see your results if you follow the instructions and stay consistent and practice every day.

Do not bother. I strongly advise against using this company. It offers no value and has abysmal customer service. As someone with extensive experience in customer service, I can confidently say that the company’s practice of automatically renewing subscriptions without proper consent is not only unethical but also potentially illegal. I purchased this app from the App Store, but I never received a receipt after subscribing. Additionally, I was not notified that the app would automatically renew my subscription. I urge you to save your money and avoid this company. It is evident that this company operates as a scam, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. No reputable company would ever refuse to refund money if they stand behind their service or product.

How to review what you haven’t done. How can I review a plan and you have not yet showed me anything so I can’t review it if I haven’t seen it at this time I don’t know if I like it or not so I can’t rate you if I haven’t tried it so far I’ve only agreed to read it and try and follow the instructions which you haven’t given me any you just took my money and showed me nothing maybe when I get through the first level or get to the second level I can rate the program I haven’t seen the program so I can’t wait what I don’t know For me reading something on a screen or a book does not work for me at all. I need own hands right there training so this program doesn’t work for me.

For most people this is great. For most dog owners, I am sure this is a great app and it really helps to organize the process of training your pup along with reminders to be consistent. However, my dilemma is that I have a processing disorder and mild dyslexia. There are portions of the training path which entails reading and then follows up with a quiz. I struggle with this a great deal. Areas that are written with short directions or with video demonstrations are ideal for me. I would love to give this a 4 or 5 star rating but it was not user completely friendly to me. Which means it is not user friendly to the population of dyslexic’s. I do like the timers, the reminders and advice.

Dog is first language, not English. This app has checks on learning which I think are good recaps but suffer from not being in plain, coherent English so it makes answering some of the questions ridiculous. Also, the drawn images can be improved upon. No one studies a cartoon picture so I was surprised when they popped up on the quizzes as I couldn’t really decipher what the image portrayed (dog holding sandal in mouth). This app also fails to feature a training time change. Because of the way in which this app’s prompts are poorly written, I did not choose the right training time. There’s no way I can change it in the app to give my phone reminders. The bot assistant told me it was editable in the options; I’m sure at one point it was; proceeds to give me a link to an in-app “clicker” that I did not know existed after rushing to get a physical clicker from the store to begin training. Pretty good!. This app is way better than I thought it would be. The main thing I don’t like is that you have to pay for a membership or premium for the actually cool tricks. It’s a good app overall and so far not glitching for me! They have a clicker too! which is really helpful for me and my dogs as a sign of “yes you did it!” I really do like this app and I do know soon if the app is still working I will get the premium. I have had this app for about 1 and 1/2 years now. My suggestion, get this app! No better one out there so far and trust me I’ve tried! My dogs are huge barkers too and after 3 weeks they nearly barked when the doorbell rang or someone knocked on the door! Amazing job on this app and as a reward for this amazing app you definitely deserve a good review! From, just a girl who loves her dogs!

Amazing App—Can’t Wait to Subscribe!. I’ve only completed the tutorial on the Woofz app, and I’m already blown away by how helpful and user-friendly it is. The training tips and techniques are clear, easy to follow, and immediately effective. I haven’t even purchased a subscription yet, but I can tell it’s going to be worth every penny. As soon as payday comes in two weeks, I’m most likely subscribing for the year because I can see how this app will make a huge difference for me and my pup. Highly recommend Woofz to anyone looking for a quality dog training app!

Poor customer service. The app over all is good except for the fact that when you try to find an email or cancel your membership you are unable to do so they do not respond to your email request and they make you go round in circles and then when you do find the chat system, they charge you $4.99 to chat with somebody regarding cancellation or anything regarding your account they should make this app a little bit more user-friendly of where you can find your account information and you can cancel it from there without having to deal with anybody but instead they have to hide it because they don’t want anybody to cancel I’ve already filed a review with the Better Business Bureau. I don’t recommend this app do for due to that reason.

Keeps trying to charge me money!. I downloaded this app to start training my dog, I’m not saying anything about whether or not the training program is good however, I decided that I was gonna get some professional training. Fast forward to today that was over a month ago and I have since then tried to cancel my subscription multiple times. In the app, website, even checking my apple subscriptions. No matter what I did they would not stop trying to charge me money. Not to mention it was not cheep either, $48 some days, and $12 other days I had transactions. I had to call my bank and let them know that any future transactions are unauthorized. Even my bank is easy-going and on top of things. It’s a shame I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone with them to cancel my subscription when the company should just stop trying to charge me money. When I would try to cancel it would say I successfully canceled but the charges kept coming. Stay away from this money embezzlement.

Why the app has ups and downs. I feel like this app is really great it helps new dog owners communicate better with their dogs. But I got this app yesterday and I noticed that the first lesson is free! But all the other ones it’s wants you to join plans and i do t have the money for that I’m about to be a teenager and I got this app to help me understand my dog better both of my dogs and I thought that this app was gonna help me with that but obviously you only want people to download it because you want them to join the plan so y’all go money and people don’t like that so maybe instead of doing that think about others and maybe change so stuff we’re downloading this to help out pups not to spend money if we wanted to do that then we could’ve went on shein just fix it plz. Awesome App. I have two dogs that are brothers and are two years old. They were trained in some areas. They ring a bell to go outside, don’t run out the door if it’s left open, understand come, sit, and no. But in others areas they weren’t. Which made it frustrating when guests came over. After doing one day of training I realized one of my dogs doesn’t know his name. Since the two of them have always been together I never noticed. After just one week of training I saw a big difference in their response and they honestly seem calmer.

Good start. A couple additional features would make this app Great instead of just Alright. The lessons are pretty well explained, though the wording of the command frequency copy could be better. For example, sometimes commands should be taught 10-20 times a day and other times only in 2 15-minute sessions? Setting an alarm for however many times a day owners should reinforce skills would be helpful. Right now I can only set one daily alarm/reminder. Single commands don’t have daily checklists to help you keep track of how long you’ve consistently worked on a skill. That’s only available on training plans when teaching multiple skills at once.

After Trial you are charged $39 a month- beware. I had no idea that after the trial that my account would be charged $39 a month. When I realized this month I had that charge I went to the app to stop the subscription. Oh no you can’t stop it in the app. It took me a while in the bot chat to find out how to cancel. Then I sent a message to talk to someone to return my month for this month. It’s now three days since the bot chat and no response in my email. No phone number listed to call customer service or Email. Only the bot chat box in the app saying someone will contact me. I am frustrated that this company has no way to get a hold of customer service to stop a pending transaction from going through!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!

Great app for the busy parent and dog owner!. It has been 20 years since I last had a puppy. My last dog was a rescue but he had obviously had training. I have 2 young boys 4 and 18 months and I work full time. We got them a lab puppy because we are crazy, but also figured, we are all ready up at night, now is the time. This app has been INCREDIBLY helpful. My lab puppy has been quick to catch on! Between my boys sports and work schedule, we don’t have time to go and do puppy training right now nor do we have thousands of dollars to send him off for training, and we don’t want to train like that. This app has enabled is to train our dog in a way that fits our lifestyle and pocket book. I just needed guidance on how to train him properly. Puppyhood is not for the faint of heart, but this app has put us all in much better place than we were 2 months ago. We got him at 8 weeks, and I started using this 2 weeks after I got him. We went on a hike yesterday and I was SO impressed how well he did! If you are on the fence about this app, do the free trial. I cancelled the app and quickly realized we are no where near done. Repurchased app 3 days later😂

No login option. I downloaded and took out a plan. It’s not horrid, and it’s got good smart phone integration, but if you get logged out, there’s absolutely no way to log in again, you have to take out ANOTHER subscription. meaning you also can’t login to cancel the subscription you already have, or put your existing account on another phone if you use two phone. I have emailed to cancel my plan altogether but these other reviews say that’s been dicey…. so I guess I’ll just block the card it comes out of if it comes to it.

Great app. It’s a great app. But I think it’s a little unfair that if you want to use it you have to pay a subscription. I think if your going to make something like this have a separate way of joining so that those who can’t afford any subscription a way of working towards it. Like other apps they do it so that the person has to watch videos to unlock the next bit. But overall think you can improve the app but it’s good.

Have not completed everything as chose the 3 month plan due to Festive Season so I could settle into the course with my pooches more post family visiting (and family dogs too). SCAM. Whilst this app may appear good on the surface, take extreme caution before downloading. First they advise that it is all free, this is false, they then will charge you a fee for a period and then the renewal details are in the smallest text possible (non existent) so you are unaware of the fee that will be deducted, or even how long that period is for. Try to cancel your subscription this is not possible. There is no way to log into to do so. If you log out it cancels all your data, which is stupid). They conveniently even got my email wrong to make it more difficult.

Helpful. I use this app often with several dogs. I enjoy learning and being reminded, and seeing my dogs and puppies learning new behaviours which help make them manageable inside.

Training plan. Easy to understand so far, subscribed for 3 months. Can't wait to apply what I've learned and work hard with my pup.

Do not use this app. When I downloaded this app I paid for what seemed to be a 3 month subscription at a reduced fee. The app wasn’t working for my puppy and I wanted to cancel my subscription, but there is no option to do so, so I assumed when the 3 months was up it would ask me if I wanted to continue, or at least let me know that there was going to be a charge to my account. Not even 1 month in they took $60 out of my account without telling me and there is no way to cancel the subscription and there is no contact number. I’ve contacted twice, I’m hoping they get back to me. I’ve had to cancel my card because they have all my details. There are much better apps and resources out there to train your puppy. Do not download this app it’s a huge scam.

Don’t do it. I had subscribed to the weekly plan and I didn’t use it enough, I forgot to cancel it which is my fault but then I was charged the monthly fee without any warning when I had the weekly plan. They did not have permission to take that much out of my account which was needed for other things as I could afford the smaller amount but to change it like that was horrible for an app like this!

My real opinion. This is an amazing app truly a life saver and so helpful full this not only helps train your dog but also gives tips on how to pamper them and give them all the goods literally anything you need help with is on the app ready to go even humping and separation anxiety definitely recommend

SCAM. This app is a complete scam. It didn’t teach my anything about training my dog that I didn’t already know. It won’t let you select certain training until you complete all the modules even if you don’t need to go through them. Don’t waste your time. I’ve also canceled my subscription but they are STILL charging me and they won’t do anything to help me or refund my money.

Best training app. This is the easiest and greatest app for dog training My pup is very stubborn and i followed all the training session and it’s working! I was so impressed at my first training with ‘down’ even if it takes time but it literally easy to follow for both owner and dog Thanks!

No good if you dog makes progress and you restart. Installed but found difficult to use because they treat you like a grade 5 kid. You cannot easily complete a step and move on you have to follow there rules to move on ridiculous. I bought a trial found it hard left it trained my dog went back and it’s so so hard to enter all the earlier stages to catch up. A major flaw.

Scammed into ongoing subscription. I cancelled the membership from this through my Apple account only to have it repeatedly charged. I sent so many emails every month requesting they cancel my membership only to receive automated emails back. It should not be so difficult to cancel a subscription and now I am out of pocket 3 months that I did not even use this app. Very unimpressed

Woofz. Woofz has been a great help for my dogs bad behaviour it been 1 month since I started training my dog with this app and he has become the most perfect most well maned dog I just love this app

The start-up. Paddington is my very first dog. The introduction in the Woofz training App has given me a new found confidence with my dog. I love how user friendly the app is. I’m looking forward to creating a deep and trusting bond with my best friend Paddington. Keeping record of all of Paddington's information in the one app is excellent and so handy.

Too expensive. Downloaded this in advance of getting my puppy. 3 days in with an & week old and I decided I wanted to set it up and start further training. He’s already potty trained, knows his name and comes when called. Can be left alone most times for short periods and not cry, doesn’t bark ever and only whines when he can’t get up to high places. So I was keen to try my hand at implementing some commands as early as possible! Went through the process to set up and am really impressed by the quality of the app, it looks great, the user experience from the jump is smooth and appealing. But by the time I got to the payment section I was floored. $15 a week… I understand they need to make a profit. I’m sure a lot of money was and is spent building and maintaining such a good looking app. Plus the cost of living is crazy not just for app users but app owners too and you have every right to price your business as you see it being worth and I’m sure many people agree that it’s worth it! But I just spent a lot of money on a puppy and puppy things, vet bills all the fun stuff that comes with new dog ownership. I can’t afford to drop $60 a month on an app when there are other apps just as good that are far cheaper. I found one app that is nearly identical in every way and is less than half the cost!! Bummed I can’t afford it right now but props to them for making a good looking app I genuinely was impressed by the initial quality experience!!

Be careful!. I signed up with this app when I first got my puppy. I used a introduction offer to sign up. I genuinely enjoyed using it. Few days ago I noticed that $90 had been taken from my bank account WITHOUT any reminder emails from the company that a your renewal is due soon. Extremely disappointing behavior from this company. Set your reminders if you’re going to purchase this.

Takes your money and can’t use the app. Signed up didn’t enjoy it. Then the unsubscribe didn’t work they took my money again. Asked for a refund because now I could not get into the app and use the paid features. They refused a full refund after I asked about 6 times. A scam of a customer service team speaking to a different person every single email. Hopeless.

Step by Step. Its good to start again with a fetch mad dad who drives me batty. He’s a good guard dog too and lets me know when someone is around. I am aiming to live in a van and I need to be able to calm him on occasions.

Subscription issues and dysfunctional app.. I purchased this app for one month and it seemed fine. I was initially happy, but then log in issues persisted with NO help or service from this said company. They then took more money out of my account without permission and I am test to hear back regarding refunds. I am sure now this is a scam as many other people have had the same experience. Asks for likes and reviews constantly. The app seems good so far, but we’ve only been using it for about 10 minutes and have been asked to like and review the app about 4 times. I am hoping by doing this review that they will stop asking and we can get on with using the app.

App locks you out, takes money without receipts. Zero stars! Such a fraud! Do not get sucked into this app subscription- its super dodgy. After you use it a few times you get kicked out of your logon. Then the app doesn’t recognise your account and there is no way to log back in easily - it just resets to the start again. $44+ AUD Repeat subscription fees have been charged to my account without receipts being emailed. No record of the original agreement sent to me either. I thought I was paying for a short trial only!! No prompts in app!! Numerous times trying to delete and the app doesn’t come up under apple subscriptions like everything else. You have to email admin to request stop payment. I’m very suspicious they won’t charge my account again. Why is apple letting this developer operate?! Incredibly disappointed.

Waste of money and misleading. I was very disappointed with this app, it promises you can have you dog trained in the basics in a short time, but after giving this a go and paying for just a month, which I asked to be be renewed. I found it did not work that well, and when raise with a dog trainer they said what this app promises you is not correct. I was more disappointed when a a month later a large amount of money was taken. Trying to find the details of a subscription was not easy and not on the app, I remember when I signed up it said. Nothing about automatic renewal anywhere but when I questioned this I was met with barrier of I should I checked better. You should make everything clear when you sign up.

Unsolicited payments. Paid for a 7 day service with no mention of a $64 fee on the 6th day. This is after I checked Apple subscriptions and nothing was there, no mention pre purchase of this issue either. Few steps out of place but great otherwise. Intro is great, but it starts with key word and name training then goes to first days and home prep. These steps need to be first, spent two nights doing things I shouldn’t have because I hadn’t completed name/word first. All info is great and works amazing. Definitely a must for first time puppy owner.

Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!. I downloaded this and did a 3mth membership to trial it out with our new dog. It’s expensive and there was not really any benefit, I googled and got the same info. After the 3 mth, they took more money out of my account. After contacting and raising awareness that I didn’t think I had signed up to a subscription that they should be advising memberships is up for renew. I got a response letting me know they will be offering 50% refund and I have emailed them twice and all they have done is ghosted!!!!!!!!

Too expensive. I downloaded this app but nowhere on this actual app does it tell you how much it is a month? It’s actually over $60 a month. Informative and helpful ideas. Useful ideas that are really helpful to train my dog. Getting there slowly with her as she is stubborn, but getting attention is what she needs and there will normally be some one around.

What a rip off, this is a scam. Firstly when I tried to subscribe via Instagram it automatically subscribe me twice without any PayPal authorisation. It took a few days to fix this and now when I try to use the app it only lets me get to the first level three very basic commands. This is a rip-off. You should be clearer about what you get for the money. It should not be a premium product to go to the higher levels.

Love it!. As a first time puppy mum this app has been a life saver! Our border collie has responded well to the training steps and my instructions. Would definitely recommend.

Waste of time and money. After my purchase, I could not find a way to log on into the app. The only option is available is to do another subscription. The app doesn’t show in app purchases and you can’t cancel your subscription from your iPhone. Lost an hour of my life to what should have been a smooth experience logging into an app.

Be super careful signing up!. As many others have said, the subscription cancellation process is super hard to find and the trial period doesn’t give you clear disclosure what the recurring cost is. It’s borderline illegal. It is clearly deliberate to not include (a) an ability to cancel in the app and (b) give detail as to when the recurring cost will be - it doesn’t even come up in the subscription page in settings

Way to expensive. I was using this app for my dog at home who already goes to training on the weekend I just wanted to throw in some extra commands for him to leave and see if the app could help me better some of the things he struggles with at training and there wasn’t anything at all really and I didn’t want to pay for such an expensive app when I’m already paying for training and can just ask my trainer to add in more commands for the same price it is every week. I’ve seen some much better apps where they aren’t charging for the app to be used in any sense at all.

Introduction. After using this app for the first time I’m excited to see what I can learn through it. It seems to be a very good learning platform and it has a really simple but engaging layout. I haven’t rated it 5 stars simply because I haven’t been using it for very long.

No access? Still charged??. This has to be the worst customer service experience of my life. When going to create my account it glitched out and shut everything down. When I tried to go back in and log in it told me there was no account matching this email. So I assumed it didn’t go through with setting up the account. This was in May 2023. It is now January 2024 and as I was checking my bank account I noticed that I’ve been charged for the 10 months since I “set up the account”. Seeing as it told me that I didn’t have an account I contacted customer service to ask for my money back due to the fact I’ve NEVER used the app to which they responded with “subscriptions are nonrefundable as per our terms of use”. This would be fine… HAD I CREATED AN ACCOUNT AND WAS NOTIFIED OF THE TERMS OF USE. Since I was unaware of the account actually being created I had no knowledge of these terms. Poor form from you guys. This is unbelievable.

Scammy. Third party app who’s payment cant be cancelled through Apple. Was charged multiple times through their app even though I had deleted and tried to unsubscribe etc - very expensive subscription which must catch a lot of people who don’t check their payments often. Very consistent with the intense marketing campaigns they have across all social media platforms - smart business model built preying off of consumers desire to help their pets. At least there is a very basic app (built by AI) that goes with it.

Super useful and easy to learn. We have a little dachshund and after hearing so many people tell us that this type of breed can be very hard to train, we decided to try this app. It’s so easy to read and goes step by step to help your pup learn. We can’t wait for all the new tricks and commands to come 😊

Takes money unexpectedly.. I Downloaded this app about two weeks ago to train my puppy for the free trial and it was fine but the i stopped using it however today i put my card into my phone to purchase something else on my phone but then this app woofz charged me about 15 dollars without me pressing a single button. i want a refund now!

Scam alert. I joined this app to try and learn tricks. I then read all the other reviews alerting people how It is impossible to cancel. Instructions to cancel come back in Spanish even though everything else in English When I translate them it tells me to cancel via Apple ( it’s not visible on Apple for me for lots of other customers) On website it suggests go to profile and click cancel subscription. There isn’t even a tab for this it just gives you a whole article telling you the process (which isn’t even a process it’s just an article) . Cancel me now please

Charged for a subscription I cancelled. Would not bother with this app. I downloaded and signed up. Cancelled my subscription on phone prior to trial ending. Realised 2 months later that I had 2 charges for a subscription to WOOFZ.. read up on a lot of reviews saying you have to cancel on their website. No login area on website. Found a link on reddit from another unhappy customer. They take your money and will not refund it. Extremely unhappy with this business.

I was charged $99.95 USD per month. First month, I was charged $19.99 USD, which was reasonable. But then, on the 2nd and 3rd month, they charged me $99.95 each month. I admit I should have been more attentive to my credit card statements. But $100 per month is outrageous. Even in the App Store In-App purchases section for Woofz, there is no mention about a $99.95 USD monthly charge.

Poorly put together customer service. I'm having a terrible experience with this website. I've tried to cancel my subscription, but they continue to charge me. It's expensive, and their customer service is horrible. I emailed them a week ago and have yet to receive a response.

They do auto renewal wit out warnig. Got the paid trial for a week and after 7 days they automatically renew at full Price for a month. It is very hard to cancel had to go through the policy to find a link to log on to the website and cancel it. Just be aware of this kind of scam

Watch your credit card. There is nothing revolutionary here but the content isn’t bad, just not worth the money. It’s the type of subscription that I hate that auto renews based on some tiny fine print and hard to cancel. Save your money and just watch some YouTube videos. For the basic content, they should just charge a one time fee for the app to make money and recoup development costs. You don’t even get access to their “trainers” unless you upgrade to a more premium membership.

Horrible customer service. Paid for off of the email offering me a deal. It errored out three times when I went to subscribe saying it didn’t charge my PayPal and it charged my pay pal. Contact customer service right away and have not heard back in two days. Also stuck in the level 1 loop that to get to level two they want you to subscribe again for double the money. Again I reached out to customer service and nothing. DO NOT BUY! I will be lodging a complaint with PayPal to get my money back. If I could do zero stars I would!

The App is obnoxious and here’s why…. I was intrigued by this app because I want to keep track of training my dog, but 1/3 times you click on something in the app, it asks you to buy something or subscribe to their plan. I literally haven’t even gotten through the first category and it’s asked me to purchase the app like 4 times. I put my dogs name in and it was like “are you enjoying the app? Sign up for blah blah blah” REDIRECT**** I JUST PUT IN THE NAME OF MY DOG CAN YALL GIVE ME A MINUTE?! Developers too money hungry and annoying with this one. Give me time to enjoy the app and chill with the apps. Maybe I woulda lasted longer like y’all in bed. Smooches.

Wow!. didn’t expect this app to be so good! i got my dog a couple hours ago, and she moved states. Alabama to florida. My mom got her from a well know friend and made sure its legal! My dog is about 6 or 7 months, and while shes little i would like to grow a good connection with her. I am 10 turning 11 in 2 months on the 14th. ive grown such a strong bond between me and my pup. Definitely better than other apps!

Another frustrating cancellation but they threw me a bone!. I was intrigued by the content and presentation, but decided I wasn’t learning anything i didn’t know from raising previous dogs. Like others, I found the cancellation process to be purposely difficult. It took me a few days to figure out that I had to go to their website, not the app or my Apple subscriptions. I canceled on day 8. Woofz refused my request to be refunded the $40 monthly(!) charge. Yeah, it was in the fine print. Woof. Update: Customer service offered to refund half the charge after a couple of emails back and forth. I accepted.

This explains a lot. I like this app! I have only completed the first 2 courses, but it explains so much. Though it’s really all about patience, it really isn’t easy. lol I scold and I scold and all I get is a grumble and a bark lol. Literally. 😂 I hope this app helps you take care of the “doggie issues” because I don’t want him to stay in the crate because he mis behaves. He is so smart I am almost positive with this app I can do it. So far it explains things so well.

They give you everything you need to know!. when i first got the app they have you pay for the training but it is all a good reasonable price and worth it if you want your dog/puppy to be obedient, they have training options for all ages of dogs, and tell you exactly what you need to do to make sure your pet is safe and trained well, this is my first day on this app and i think it will help a LOT with my german shepherd puppy

I LOVE THIS APP. I love this app so much I love the way. It has a free trial and a option to where you can pay money to get extra. It has actually really helped my dog. She used to eat everything or chew up everything and now she doesn’t chew up anything and she has cool commands and means a lot to me and my dog, because all the other dog apps never are free and you always have to pay a lot of money so thank you to this app because oh my gosh, it helped me and my dog so much

Didn’t help with my Dog. Reached out through their customer support department and got no reply. If there isn’t money involved in the answer, there is going to be no help. The apps set up in a way that you cannot go to the sections that you need without completing all the sections before everything else. I got an older puppy that had already had work. This app was a waste of the money I spent on my fixed income, extremely disappointed. I have sent them multiple emails which they have ignored. You get the automated response that they got the email but there’s actually no who is going to get back with you. I’m glad I didn’t give them more than three month plan.

Watch out if you get a new device. I bought Woofz through an Apple subscription. I was having trouble accessing it on a my new iPhone shortly after, so I tried to access my account via the website. I was charged for a second subscription, and the website help was impossible to navigate. I’d get very late replies that didn’t answer my question because they were automatic. It took weeks to basically be told that there was nothing that could be done. They did ultimately cancel the second subscription, but I could never access my subscription I got through the App Store and the previous training. I ended up spending $157 for a whole lot of nothing.

Dog outside the box. This introduction taught me to look at everyday activities as teaching/learning opportunities. Even though I have owned my rescue Chihuahua for 7 years, I would like to strengthen our relationship. She had a tough year and a half of life before I brought her to live with me. She still reacts to certain movements by me by cowering and hiding even though I have never punished her. I’m a firm believer that if a dog misbehaves, it’s because her human has not properly trained her. I’m hoping going through this training together will help her trust me more.

Love. This app is super good! I never ever leave reviews on the app but this one really deserves it. It’s very well done, it’s informative, it teaches in a simple way yet efficiently. It’s fun. I really love it. Worth every penny. I’ve been taking my dog to puppy classes in person and this app is way better I’ve learn and my puppy has learned more from the app than from the in person classes. Thank you for making such a cool app!

They will keep your money. I noticed a charge on my card this morning and tried to cancel my subscription through iTunes. It was not there. They are saying I signed up on the web, I don’t own a computer so I’m not sure how I would have signed up on the web when I do everything on my phone. Also, if I signed up on the web then why are my login credentials my Apple ID? I sent a message to their customer support requesting cancellation and a refund. They did cancel but are not refunding stating their terms of use. Just know, if you decide to discontinue using this app, you need to check the web version because they will hide your subscription from you.

Failed to provide app and service and overcharged. I tried to download this app and paid for the initial one month subscription. However I tried to close out my screen on Facebook to download and was charged an additional 9.99 usd for some unknown reason. I contacted the company, and they refused to refund this charge via email stating they do not provide any reimbursements. Furthermore they provided a link to use the service, and the app says I do not have a subscription and must repay to use. I have contacted them via email and no response yet. It’s already been two days I purchased this app. I’m afraid this is a scam.

Great app. This app is really nice. Not only does it allow you to train your dog but it also has informative trainings to train you on being a better dog owner. It’s had lots of nice features such as the dog walking tracking, the photo album to take and keep pictures, a journal and so much more. I just used the free version for 3 days and I will buying the app today.

So far so good. I am doing an in person training for socialization and distraction training…but this app I plan to use to guide me with what to do. I have bought 4 books on training and none give a clear idea of how to track our progress. I wanted a work book, activity book type of resource with guide for what to do and when, this app is the best thing I have found for what I was looking for.

Subscription. I will never be using this app AGAIN. When you try to cancel it’s basically impossible. I used Apple Pay to purchase my subscription and cancelled in my settings in Apple which the app directs you to do. After being charged over $100 AFTER I cancelled it to find out on my “Web Profile” that you’re automatically enrolled in auto-renewal. Of course when you try to login through the web profile it doesn’t work. Needless to say if you use this make sure you are okay with being charged still after you cancel.

love it!. I absolutely love this app! I begged my parents to get this app because my dogs are not very well trained and are crazy. I thought it would be fun to train them but it was to hard to do it by myself. When I found this app I wanted to get and use it immediately. I love this app so much and it might just be my favorite! My 4 month berner pup might be a secret baby genius at first wasnt doing a single thing I tried w the pup except she already knew the auto sit for treats a few days later knows everything on command (sit / lay down / paw / and high 5 without much extra training think the steps to build up the commands help a lot with the pup recognizing . Still need work with stay and come when I don’t have treats in hand stubborn Bernese trait I think

I picked up this app randomly on Instagram as I suppose the algorithm heard me and my boyfriend talking about how I should give my little puppy some training since I’ve had him six months already! Once you start exploring the app, you learn, it’s really filled with a lot of great information from training tactics and daily guides to the puppy behavior issues. Basics on inviting a new dog into your home etc

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY?!. I literally completed one level and now I have to pay just to teach my dog tricks. I got this app because I thought it would be a free learning experience for my dog but now I can’t do anything but schedule events and make health checks, which I don’t need this app to do. The sounds only play for five minutes so I can’t play them at night like sound apps. My question is WHAT EVEN IS THE POINT IN MAKING THIS APP FREE?! You can do three tricks and then have to pay. I’d rather buy training books or watch videos on how to train your dog. With those options, this app is pretty useless. The app was fun for the one day of using for free, though. If you read this thank for your time/

Customer support isn’t responding. Did the one week trial purchased on my device, couldn’t cancel through the apple store despite reading that I could. Didn’t want to use the app. Was charged $40. Reached out to customer support and they didn’t refund my money, but was told subscription was cancelled. One month later they charged me again, $40. Reached out to customer support to get that refunded citing the previous communication I had with them and there has been no response. Finally figured out that I had to dig deep on the website to cancel. Understand the terms and also understand that the renewal did not appear for me in my subscriptions.

Deceiving. Trash they obviously make it more difficult than it needs to be to cancel to hopefully keep you on another cycle. And of course their subscriptions are “non-refundable” because this is part of their business model to try to take advantage of not being able to cancel. Many fake reviews posting as 5 stars. And let’s be honest, who in their right mind would pay $40 a month for this app when everything’s easily found online. Maybe I missed it when I signed up for the trial that it’d be $40 but that’s just ridiculous. If it was $5 a month maybe it’d be worth it.

Terrible Company, buyer beware. I did not find this app to be useful and cancelled in October, but then after going through my bank statements realized they continued to charge me until May. The customer service is terrible and when you try to cancel the app stops working and support is useless. They will send links that don’t work and make your account inaccessible when you try to cancel. I would be careful before signing up for this app as it is one of those companies that makes it hard to cancel, will continue to charge after cancelling and the support to cancel or get refunded for charges that were not approved is terrible.

DO NOT!!. They did not alert to an auto renew, so when I got a notice that my back was charged I immediately paused my subscription. However, pausing my subscription took away the access to the subscription that I had just paid for literally that day, instead of giving me access through the month. I contacted support and after receiving a completely unhelpful response about how to cancel, which is what I did NOT want, and getting ghosted through THREE consecutive follow up emails from me, I initiated a refund claim through my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP AND SUBSCRIPTION, THEY WILL ROB YOU AND GHOST YOU!!

It’s been helpful so far I’m loving it!. It has made training for me so much more easier especially cause I’m a first time mom for a dog he’s a 6 month old boxer they are very energetic and it’s hard for me but with woofz, I can’t wait to see the results! It’s been 2 days and he knows his name now I’ve been struggling for months just to get it to work now it’s just woofz that helped me!

Love it. So far it’s a great app! The content is a little expensive in proportion to the amount available (much of the information contained in the app can be found on the internet for free) but the presentation and visuals are wonderful and the dog walking feature is a great addition. The only challenge I could see would be finding the best times to encourage the users to engage with the app (whenever they’re doing an activity with their dog). This could include dog walking reminders and behavior journal logs.

I may be barking up the wrong tree…. But I’ve only just opened this app and I can already tell from the effort that was put into the app, that it is going to be a source of comfort and joy for my new pup and I. So I just got the app I was looking on a app and I saw a app and this is the only dog app I have on my phone and it is so easyThe only thing you need to do is know their age part of days take a picture of them a female or a male and that’s it and you don’t really even have to take a picture so if your dog is a puppy or they’re just not good with learning this is just the best way and it helps know your dogs fears or everything and I just love this app

Can’t Cancel Still Getting Charged. *got a reply that you have to use the App Store to take care of the subscription which isn’t the case. It does not come up under your subscriptions. I had to send 6 total emails, argue a bit and then show them receipts of all of them because they have a no refund policy even thought they make it impossible to cancel without their eventual intervention. Literally can’t get ahold of anyone to cancel payment. I’ve been charged a month for something I’m not using because it’s impossible to reach anyone. If anyone knows what I can do, please let me know. There’s no option in the app at all.

Excellent Training Tool for Bernedoodle Puppies!. I've been using the Woofz app for our Bernedoodle puppy, and it's been fantastic! The training tips and videos to help demonstrate the tricks have made it easy and fun to train our puppy. There is a noticeable difference in our pup's behavior. The app is user-friendly and offers a variety of techniques that are easy to follow. Highly recommend for any new dog owner!

There should be more than a free trial. I think this app has amazing potential but I think there should be 5 commands that are always free. I think if you are seeing results from following those plans you will have more luck with people trying to purchase the subscription if they see the results. The results you are offering happen in a minimum of a week even with your trial I don’t know if I can justify spending the money if I do not see the results.

How are you going about this app. Under a day I was able to have my dog learn how to balance something on his nose and I very much I’m happy because I’m able to have him balance a tree and throw it up and eat it After my dog learned how to balance something on his head I gave him a treat and he just kept on going on and on and I was actually may able to have him catch a treat when he has it on his mouth and I love this app so so much

Immediate Delete. This app is only good if you’ve never met a dog before. Not only is it wildly priced for nearly $40 a month but if it has poor and sometimes blatantly incorrect dog training information, unhelpful graphics, vague lessons, and a few lessons ended with a message that boiled down to “this won’t work if you have a reactive/problem dog” … which is the only reason i got this app!! I will say they have a clicker feature that is a good concept for new dog owners who don’t have one. The app itself is a cool concept but it’s too high of a price for such a low quality product.

Not Worth it. i have a pup that just needs small amount if training, so i downloaded this app just like everyone else. but after see the app itself and then the reviews, i would have to agree with most of the 1-2 Star ratings. the prices are ridiculous! and the ‘free trial’ still doesn’t change anything. With the ‘limited free training’ all it shows is maybe 2 things of basic knowledge, things you should already know before getting a puppy, then before the real training happens it’s locked! So in the end, this app is practically useless, unless you plan on spending an overly priced amount of money for it. just not worth it.

Incredible value. This program is designed specifically for your situation and is so easy to follow that it’s fun. Really useful graphics and information that’s presented in a way that’s not overwhelming. For the cost compared to classes, I find the value to be incredible. The content is of high quality and has already helped me tremendously.

Great app. I’m really pleased with the layout of the app. It’s fun to use and everything is broken down really well. It seems to have worked wonders for my puppies and it’s really nice because the payment plans are flexible. Even at the full price of $60 a year, it’s still cheaper than taking them to one obedience training session. Overall, I’m really happy with the app in general.

Popularity doesn’t mean quality. This app is all over TikTok ads but it’s a scam. You can download it for free but there is no free content. To even finish signing up you have to register for their plan which is a whopping 10 dollars a week!!!! They didn’t make the app a one time payment because they want to steal even more money from their consumers by making it a recurring payment. Just get a training book! It’s the same content and a one time payment. Or even better, if you came from a TikTok ad, watch TikTok training videos. There are lots of great puppy content creators on there with free content for you to consume.

Me and Maizie. A few weeks ago, I had to put down my sweet dog Sooky. She was 14 and we had a great bond. My new dog Maize joined the family a few weeks before Sooky’s illness developed. She’s a great dog but didn’t get as much of my time as I wanted to give her. She’s super smart and full of energy. Now that it’s just her and me, I’m ready to commit to her training. She’s got a few commands already but I know we can do so much more. Woofz looks like a good program for me to give Maize the training she needs and will build our bond.

Initially the app was frozen but now fixed. It’s amazing!. Initially this app was frozen after I paid for it but after working with customer service, the issue was resolved and have been using it for almost two weeks now. My dog has learned her name, sit, and come. Although it’s not perfect 100% all the time yet, she definitely gets the concepts.

Overpriced and hidden charges. Like most subscriptions these days they always give you a free trial and turn around and charge you the full price without notifications. This app is no different. Didn’t use the app but twice and never liked the format. Was disappointed when I tried to cancel the subscription and continued to get an error message. By the time it went through they already charged me the full subscription price… Again, disappointed that apps like these always cloak and dagger you with charges you never wanted.

Really good app! And free too!. This app is FREE and it also includes in app purchases! It also helps me become closer to my dog and teach her new tricks my most favorite is hold on nose! She went from horribly trained to perfectly trained! It also has ZERO ADDS. This app is a completely life saver and it can teach the dumbest dogs the hardest things even not all humans can do! I would completely recommend!!!

Scam. I bought a 30 plan … not trial and time set plan. After it was up my credit card was charge again. In the app and in their website there is no where to go in an review your account or see that you are going to be charged again or to cancel the subscription. I tried to contact them via the chat option and after three messages I sent it want me to pay $5 more to “keep the conversation going”. Do not sign up for this unless you want to pay $40 a month or have no choice but to dispute the charges and/or cancel your credit card to make it stop.

Sharing profiles. App is great, but when I signed up there was an option to share the profile with someone else. I didn’t do that at the time but I want to share the profile with my girlfriend so she can train the dog as well. I can’t find an option anywhere to do this. Did I confuse what that option to share the profile actually was or am I just not seeing it somewhere?

The prescription. So I am a 12-year-old and I think maybe it would be a little bit more fair. If you guys didn’t ask us for money to be exact just let us click out of the free trial . So maybe we can just teach our dogs to do basic tricks not a whole prescription and I think it’s not very appropriate to be fair this is probably a great app, and it works very well for dogs to be trained but the thing I’ve noticed, is that you guys ask for money and that’s not very appropriate I mean I get it you need it for updates but I wish you guys would give us an option to not have to do the subscription

Review. This app is a great idea, tho I do think it needs some fixes. As a young dog owner I think it would be best if you didn’t have to pay for lessons. I mean your making profit yes, but all the owners want to do, is train their dogs to make their dogs have a long happy life knowing how to behave and to learn new tricks. So like I said I feel like you shouldn’t have to pay for all the lessons. If you are willing to pay crazy amounts of money go ahead and download. If you are not, I don’t recommend getting this app.

Cool app!!❤️. I have been using this app for a couple days and I’m very impressed! He now can do stuff that I have never seen him do before! It’s making me proud of him. The dog I had before was a very bad boy so we had to get rid of him because of the damage he did to all of us. So I don’t have much dog experience, but this app helps a lot!!!! My new dog (Beans.) Interesting app, but a difficulty. I really love this app because I am a pre-teen and I care about my dogs, but it wants me to subscribe to pay for watching those useful short videos. I can’t pay so it didn’t let me watch any of the videos, except for the ones that talk about what the lessons will be about. Please fix that for younger dog owners who just want some interesting info to make their dog’s lives better. Overall, it is interesting and you get to customize your dog account and watch the videos to benefit your dog! 👍🏼

Stick with it!. We set this aside for a while because our pup knew some of the earlier commands, but we’re back at it and the consistency is helping her, even though sometimes we’re doing lessons she already knows. It’s building confidence in me as well, since we have an anxious pup who doesn’t like strangers or walks, so we have lots to work on. Thanks Woofz!
