Horrible quality. ALL of the voices are bad. Michael sounds like he's telling ghost stories. Can't read simple numbers like $1.5 billion...can't read simple titles such as COO...it butchers everything and it makes my ears bleed.

This is a scam. Don’t buy this product! It doesn’t work and they have no customer service. Files don’t upload to the app. There is also a cap of 5 uploads a day. I tried the same document 5 times. Won’t work at all. Such a waste of money. Shame on you Apple for not refunding me

Terrible app. Don’t bother wasting your money. This app cannot recognize pretty much every second word so if you try to use it you can barely even comprehend what you’re trying to read. Customer service sucks and their refund policy is to keep your money even if you cancel your subscription immediately and reach out to complain. Steer clear of this garbage app.

If i could give this a 0 i would. If i could give this a zero i would. basically I tried to upload a file and one it wouldn’t let me upload any book file. Then when I tried uploading a resume — which was a much more simpler file, it kept saying try again, try again,try again.
