Nice. I like it but the controls don’t work right all the time

Fun but buggy. I’ve enjoyed the game, but recently I’ve had instances where ads will run between levels bit the game continues to play behind the scenes. So when the ad is done, I find that I have suddenly lost the game because the pills have been piling up while the ad was playing. Please fix this bug!

I like it!. Works just like the original Dr. Mario. Button placement can make for frustrating gameplay sometimes, but overall it’s a lot of fun. Better that the revamped Dr. Mario in my opinion.

MAJOR AD BUGS. This game played an ad shortly after I started level 90- and when the ad was finished I’d lost the level! So frustrating. Don’t invest the time.

Buttons. I love this game but the buttons stick a lot 🤕

Rip-off. This game is not too bad when you actually get to play it, which is impossible when ads that take up the whole page come up right when you are playing and a message box that pops up connecting to iTunes that keeps taking you to some slot app. There is an option to pay 0.99 to "remove" these ads but it doesn't actually do that. Also you can't save or replay any level so if you are on a high level and lose, you start over from the beginning. Don't waste your time with this!!

They stopped using the adds with sound.. Newer review. I checked on the game and there was another upgrade. It looks like they don't have adds that play music and there are a lot less adds than two weeks ago. I raised the rating to 4 stars. The actual game still rates 5 stars. Old review The game rates 5 stars but the last upgrade was to introduce pop up adds with music that you can't turn off for five seconds. There were no pop up adds in the previous iteration. It is a big minus. I deleted this game from my apple. There are plenty of other less advertising aggressive games that I can play.

Glitchy. This used to be a good game. Now when you get up to the higher levels, the advertising kicks in during play, instead of between rounds. And the game continues during the ad, but you’re locked out of being able to control anything until after the ad. By then, you’ve lost the game.

Love this game! Just wish there was another level. I grew up playing Dr Mario, and this is just as addicting as that! I love this game. The only thing that I wish was that there was a more challenging level to start. It takes forever to get to the challenging levels. And once you mess up, and have to restart, it takes you a long time to get back to where you were. Or maybe an option to restart on the level you were just on? Or retry that level?

PillMania takes me back to the 80’s. Was blown away at how much fun this game is. Takes me back to my parents living room in the 80’s. If you were addicted to Dr. Mario, then stand by to relapse!!!!!

Definitely needs improvement. There are several problems with this game. I like that it is like Dr. Mario. No way to select a starting level. If you stop playing, you have to start all over again. Also, if you receive a phone call while playing the game will freak out and the pills will run constantly to the left with no way of stopping it without backing out of the game and starting all over.

Having fun. I’m having fun playing this game. Lol. 😄

Loved the game until.... I hate the google ads that run across the bottom of the game covering the game buttons. I used to be able to hit level 90 now I can’t get pass level 4! Google ads have ruined the game for me. Will be deleting it shortly...I have to wean myself off...the game was addicting

Very buggy. Lock your iPad in vertical mode before launching the game, or the screen will rotate and you will be unable to play anymore. Sometimes the screen after an ad is displayed. Also, not all the pills/blocks drop down to the bottom when you complete a long row or column. If some effort was put into this, it could be a good game.

Fun and relaxing game!. The game is fun and reminds you of the days of Dr. Mario. But for some reason you cannot purchase anything to remove the ads. If that could get figured out, then it would be worthy of 4 stars.

Ugh the bugs!. Last update causes ads to pop up and cover and active game and the only way out is to kill the app. All bad.

Stop interrupting with ads!. Great game but it keeps getting interrupted with offers of other games! I then have to exit out and restart to continue playing!

Pretty close. My only major complaint is the rotating function. If you rotate the pill twice, it moves to the right 1 column. It needs to remain in the same two columns it started out in. Very annoying! Also, sometimes not all virus colors in all directions vanish, especially when combining vertical and horizontal colors. I like the design, and the button placement. It really allows play like a Nintendo controller.

Good but buggy. Needs some work. It seems that any interruption in play will cause the controls to freak out. Get a text the app flips get a call pieces drop at super speed leave and come back everything shifts left.

Great Remake. Thank you for this remake! I always loved Dr. Mario and I'm glad I have a game close to it at my finger tips. However I'm not getting my Dr. Mario music fix....I'll live! Thanks again, my fav game.

Fun game but there are bug issues that ruin experience. Seems in stages 7,8,+ error happens where pills go to the left in uncontrolled machine gun movement. Can’t stop it. Ruins game. Also sometimes when killing pills underneath stack the upper pills remain in air until next pill comes down. Weird error. Pls fix. Thank you!

Controls are unresponsive. Enjoy the game but controls do not respond well. Sticky. Improve these and you’ll have a 5 Star game.

Pill Mania. I would have given this a five star rating until I paid the .99 cents to remove the ads. It got worse after I paid. I got bombed with ads literally every two seconds. It would constantly open up itunes and porno sites. If you want to contact someone you have to call Germany. This ticks me off that itunes allows this junk.

Great fun game!. This is similar to the Dr Mario on Nintendo. Fun game and limited ads. No glitches that I’ve seen just a fun time waster.

Will keep you occupied for a couple weeks.... Had Dr. Mario nostalgia, so I downloaded this app to fill the void. It did a fairly good job, didn't even have many adverts, but I eventually spent most of my time wondering where my paused game went. Doesn't matter how you put your game on hold; within a couple hours, it's likely gone. Tried removing and re-downloading the app with no luck. Good app for the price, but you get what you don't pay for

Auto Restart. I love this game but please tell me why it restarts my game when my iPad goes into energy save mode? Frustrating to get to 90+ stages, set my iPad aside only to come back & see my hours of progress gone & the start up screen!

Great remake. Needs 2 fixes. I play this on my iPhone and iPad. The controls are small for my hands on the phone but there's nothing to be done for that however on my iPad the game will rotate and lock. The only way I have found to fix this is to reboot my iPad. A pain but doable. I have also found that the right and left buttons over correct by just one space. Without a double-backed blind study however one could say it is my fat fingers. It is a fun game though!

Great game, but two major issues need to be worked out!. There's some kind of glitch in the game where the pills will start to come down so fast that they can't be controlled and usually causes you to lose the game and have to start all over again. Also, it's very frustrating that when I lose on level 70, I have to begin again from level one....please let us choose what level we want to begin on!!!!!

Slow. The left and right controls do not move when pressed. I used to love this game. Now it makes me so mad, I’m going to delete it.

Ads. Ad bar appears at the bottom of the screen periodically that blocks the controls. Totally ruins the game.

Could be better. This game has issues controlling once you get to level 15 and I wish it didn't make you start all over after your out. The original dr Mario allowed you to keep working on the board you lost on and start fromThere

Good but lots of bugs. This is a fun game but it has two major issues: 1) at least once every time I play everything moves uncontrollably to the left. Sometimes it corrects after a few minutes and other times I have to restart the game completely. 2) the pop up ads suddenly appear over the controls and it opens iTunes. What's worse is that the game doesn't pause but keeps going.

Pill maina. Good game But you can not pause if so if you go out of game to do other stuff on your phone then you have to start from the beginning again very annoying.

Love this game. I am soooo addicted to this game!! I have played it a million times and I can't stop!! It is just like the Dr Mario game from the Old school Nintendo! My only complain is that you can't save your games to come back to at a later date! Please make this enhancement!!

Update. Doesn’t work well since most recent update. Hope you will fix.

Bugged. App does not let me restore purchase, or make purchases to remove ads. App is also glitched so whenever another app tries to log in with Facebook it opens pill mania instead of Facebook. This is one of my favorite games, I just wish it was not bugged. I have emailed “customer support” over a year ago and received no response still.

Lots of fun.... Love this game..it’s fun to play while requiring eye hand coordination.

Is there a better one?. I really like this game its the ish!, because it reminds me of Dr. Mario. But I don't like it if you mistakenly turn your iPhone sideways, the game turns sideways and won't straighten back up to finish playing the game. I have to keep deleting the game & re-installing it to play upright. This will be my 3rd time doing it. So I hope it's not my iPhones problem, but the games problem and it gets fixed

Needs improvement. If I get more than one text message while playing the game goes very fast and before I can stop it, it's game over and then I'm upset!

PillMania... I love PillMania, however. A while back when I either upgraded my iPad and all games were updated. The game has not been the same. I tap my moves to turn or move to either left or right and the pills do not move as swiftly. I tap,tap, tap and they either get stuck and don’t move it they move very slowly. I had high scores and since I had to delete and reload the game. I don’t play as often because it gets to be aggravating. Not sure what to do at this point except to remove and reload again and hope that works. Thanks, Vera. If it weren’t for the sticky pills I would rate 5 stars...right now I give it 3.

Fun but buggy. This game is lots of fun BUT has a major bug where full screen ads pop up in the middle of the game and sometimes force you into iTunes. What's worse is that the game doesn't pause when this happens so pills continue to fall while you try to get back to the game.

Addictive. I do love playing this game. I played Dr Mario as a kid on Nintendo and this is essentially the same thing. As others mentioned- every so often an ad pops up and the game does not pause it itself so that can be an issue. But when working properly its addictive and fun!

Great game, one little problem. This game is free and an excellent remake of Dr. Mario. The only problem is pills move over one space when they are flipped twice. It takes a little getting used to, but otherwise great.

Love!!. I have played this game for years and absolutely love it. Be careful it is super addictive. Just wish there was a way to pay for it to avoid the ads…

Slow. Has been running slow since last update

Addictive. Would give 5 stars if you could save your game, but you need to start a new game each time you play. Also, I wish I could delete the "easy" games.

Much improved. I had some problems with pop-up ads, but contacted them via email, and the problems disappeared almost immediately. I haven had a problem in weeks. Thanks so much.

Bug in app. The game is fun until it starts making moves and turns on its own. It usually happens once you’ve progressed to a higher level so I wasn’t sure at first but then I intentionally removed my hand from making a move and watched the game make several moves on its own without me touching anything until it filled up and I lost! This is frustrating, annoying and makes the game less fun knowing it’s cheating you out of moves you didn’t even make causing you to loose rounds you would have won

Spraklesoft. Please fix this game. It's hardly working. Going to delete if not fixed. Was a very good addicting game

Doesn't save your last level reached😁. Good game, but, so annoying that you have to go back to level one either when you lose or if you switch game off, always takes you back to level one, it should save the last level you reach!

Ad Overload. The game is good fun and chilled but the number of ads literally make you lose, if the ads were not as interrupting then it's a 5 star game for sure! The ads have forced me to remove the game.

Not bad. Good game, overall. There are glitches in the game where the pill shifts to the left and I've lost games because of it but I still like the game.

Pretty good game. Pretty good game, kinda reminds me of Dr Mario. Controls could be alittle better and there are a few glitches.

Not user friendly on iPhone. Game does not rotate when I turn my phone; I find it hard playing the game on the shorter side of the iPhone- the buttons are spaced too close together.

Dr. Mario lives!. Good game app for price. No add interruptions. I'm old so this is all that matters to me.

Ads make you lose your game. You could be on a really high level and the free version sometimes has ads that pop up at the worst time in the middle of the game and it continues to play in the background and there’s nothing you can do. It makes you pile up and lose with no option to stop it. Super annoying

Love it. This is ma favorite iPhone game by far.

Not worth it. If you love Dr. Mario you will probably hate this game. First off, the game mechanics are quite different. That isn't a bad thing, just something to get used to. Pills rotate on what feels like the wrong axis. The problems begin with the extremely touchy and unreliable controls. Sometimes a single tap creates a double response, sometimes no response at all. Aside from frustrating controls, the game is also quite glitchy. Even if you do get the blocks where you want them, what will happen next is kind of a crap shoot. From blocks remaining suspended in the air instead of falling to only part of a chain being eliminated, you never know what to expect. If, like me, you have already finished the other Dr. Mario clones in the app store, may as well give this one a shot. Otherwise, move on to one of those others.

Controls. I LOVE this game but like another customer wrote I to which the controls were laid out differently. When in your in the zone you sometimes forget that the left and right arrows to move are right beside one another, and automatically when wanting to move right your thumb or fingers which ever you use to play automatically go to the right and then you realize UH FRIG!!!!You’ve made a wrong move.

Poor controls. The layout of the controls is weird and not at all intuitive. Also glitchy, sometimes you tap the key to move over or rotate, and it does nothing, OR it will move over or rotate twice. Too annoying to use, had to delete the app the same day I downloaded. Too bad, it would be a fun game if not for the wonky glitchy controls.
