Rymdkapsel Game Description & Overview

What is rymdkapsel app? rymdkapsel is a meditative strategy game set in space. Take on the challenge of building the best possible station by commanding your minions and exploring the galaxy around you.

Imagine a strategy game where you don't have to worry about selecting units or mounting attacks on your enemies, but rather can focus on building the best base possible.

That's what rymdkapsel is all about.

"Rymdkapsel feels tailor-made for iOS in both form and function, and its elegant, subtle constituent parts nest within one another as neatly as its four-block tetrominos snap together along a space station corridor."
- 5/5 stars, Joseph Leray, toucharcade.com

"Some games nearly make me miss my subway stop. Some games tempt me to keep on playing them while I'm walking down the street. This is one of them."
- Stephen Totilo, kotaku.com

"The game punishes the greedy, and rewards the prudent. If you’re attentive, you’ll notice that there’s actually a happy medium between the two: optimal efficiency."
- Ryan Rigney, wired.co.uk

"Rymdkapsel combines spatial puzzling, tower defence and base-building into a brilliantly coherent and stylish whole."
- Christian Donlan, eurogamer.net

Awesome game... but not on iPhone X. This is a great game that I’ve had a lot of fun with over the years. The UI is extremely frustrating on iPhone X as it overlaps the home swipe up gesture. I would love it if you could refresh the UI to solve this issue.

Great Game But.... The game is great but the few problems are that first of all the minion's ai have no common sense AT ALL. I mean it walks past the closest defense station and goes to the farthest one possible! The second problem is wave intermissions and I call it that because after wave 14-16 I can't even change the focus of a minion without hearing the alarm 4 seconds right after the previous wave. I mean it's so ridiculously fast for the next wave to come that you can't even make more minions to replace the ones that died. PLEASE SLOW DOWN WAVE SPEEDS!!!😡 P.S. On my first try I got to wave 22 barely.

About that AI. I can't say much more than what's already been said by other reviewers, so I'll add some value by responding to the critiques of the AI. The "poor" AI is a part of the game. Complaining about it is like complaining that all of your chess pieces aren't just queens. To elaborate, when you first get into the game, I'd just ignore the AI. After playing for a bit, though, watching where the little tykes are going becomes a part of your decision making. If several are about to waste their time on construction, look at what they're holding. Can you just switch them to Food Service? Can they be used elsewhere? Adapting to the given "controls" is a part of any game. These little not-so-smart minions are no exception.

Easily worth the money, but has a few major AI issues. The good: it's as advertised, a minimalistic real-time strategy game, with geometric puzzle elements. It's challenging but rewarding. It offers a great deal of depth and thus replay value. It won't crash on you or anything. The bad: the AI is the worst I have ever used. It will regularly do things the long way, multiple AI will attempt the same task despite it only needing to be done once (E.G. three ai will attempt to move one item each when only two need to be moved, leading to seconds wasted.). This disrupts priorities and wastes time, which places the player at a severe disadvantage. And if you change the information the minions are working with, they pause for a moment before choosing the worst possible action that still fits within your instructions. Fortunately it at least tries to function, and you can still control it enough to enjoy the game.

Difficult without a strategy guide. This is a fun game. I finally made it through the ‘research all monoliths’ level. The order you research the monoliths makes a huge difference in your success/level of frustration. 1. Research the monolith at 12 o’clock (minion speed) first, then the one at 6 o’clock (slow enemies), then the monolith at 3 o’clock (weapons range) and finally the 9 o’clock monolith (extractor efficiency). 2. You will only need one reactor. Periodically station a minion if the production rate is too slow for construction. 3. You will only need two gardens and two kitchens. Locate them centrally and with their doors close together. Build quarters near the kitchen. 4. Build weapons stations centrally (near your gardens-kitchen-quarters. Build one or two weapons near the monolith you are currently researching. 5. Recycle empty extractors. Recycle unneeded weapons near fully researched monoliths.

Love this game. I love how this games does so much with so little. No fancy graphics just great game dynamics and overall put together very nicely. The minion AI IS irritating, but i was able to get all the achievements in normal mode. Going to move on to 'Plus' mode and try that.

A lot of fun. I admit this sort of game isn’t for everyone. It’s a bit like a rogue-like. You die a lot as you learn. But every time I lost, I was thinking of new strategies to try to survive a bit longer next time. If you think you might like it, I bet you will.

Easily the BEST game on my iPhone!. I have some good games on my phone, but this is the best. The Ai around minions and weapons rooms may be a little weird, but by building the amount of defenses as you have minions. Zen mode is great. There is one problem I've had. After researching a monolith, it will show what the monolith did and then the game will freeze. This does not happen all the time though.

Mini strategy game. This game is one of the few that really gets gaming on the go. It's exactly the right amount of game for your pocket.

To those complaining about the pathfinding. The minions don't automatically go to the closest room, they select rooms such that all are filled in the shortest time

Amazing but crippled. Game is unlike anything I have seen from a strategy game. The simplistic but powerful controls maker this game very repayable. The horrendous AI makes this game a challenge. A challenge is nice but the AI just frustrates me. Carrying 5 resource blocks to a constriction site that only requires one wastes the precious time that you have or don’t between attacks. The rest of the game is a charm. The Textris like strategy style makes each game feel different from the last, and it has you thinking of how you can make the entire system more efficient with different layouts. Yet, there are two things that cripple the game from a full 5 stars and a “perfect” experience: 1. The AI. Like I already said, the AI is just terrible. They sometimes go to the furthest research site when it is near another one. And the construction often take way longer than it had to be. 2. No adjustment options. Adding some options of like how long the time between each attacks could compensate for the bad AI. Or it could be use to be made to be more challenging. Both of which adds to the replayability. And adding the option of how many minions you star with would also be great. Along with the option of resources required to build something. But in the end, games like this (immensly successful) usually don’t get much care from developers. But I hope it gets updated in the future.

Fun aesthetic masterpiece, but heavily flawed by AI.. Let's start with the good part. This game is, overall well worth the money. It features simplistic yet strategic gameplay, paired up with great visuals and an overall artistic appeal. However, there is one thing that heavily detracts from the game's playability- the minion AI. Minions are your workers, who build units, man them(notably weapons, which are crucial to your survival) and research monoliths-one of the primary goals of the game. However, their movement and pathfinders mechanics ignore the most logical options to perform the required task. This hits hard when you need to man your weapon and defend against waves of attackers. Minions will just randomly choose a room, regardless of its proximity- sometimes, minions will go to the other side of the map, ignoring much closer options that they pass along the way. The AI's infuriatingly incompetent path finding has frequently resulted in defeat; losses that easily could have been avoided if it was a better system. Despite this, the game is still quite fun- as long as the pathfinding program doesn't screw you over...

Brilliant. Want more.. A brilliant, minimalist strategy game. For those saying it's impossible after level 12-16: you're just not very good at it. I've hit level 32, it just takes thought and planning. The pace, progression, and flow of the game are spot on. Even the much maligned AI is fine once you figure out how it makes its decisions (go for the most in-need resource, via the shortest path. On weapon runs, fill to the nearest - in the order of orders given,) it's predictable and something you can plan around. Oh, and for the people saying you just have to leave minions in the weapons rooms at higher levels: design your bases better. There's plenty of safe work for minons to do in a well-surrounded core. Even better, it's work without a timer - free labor. The only this I'm really craving is more scenarios and challenges. I loved the changes in strategy the plus towers had, and could go for a few more of those.

Neat game with 2 major issues.. Having to drag and drop rooms and corridors from the top of the screen forces the IPhone Notification Center to open which truly ruins the RTS aspect of the game. A way around may be a long press to *bring up a pop up in the middle of your screen that says “yes or no”* then it places the shape on the “field”.

Does not work on iPhones. Game is awesome, but literally unplayable on an iPhone. The user interface buttons ALL involve swiping around on the top and bottom edges of the screen. So it’s EXTREMELY difficult to use most of the controls, since everything you do either opens the system notification tray, or activates the app switcher. If the developer had put the controls on the sides, all this would be moot. But top and bottom simply make the game unplayable. Maybe it works differently on iPad or something. I dunno. Just not on a phone.

FINALLY A UPDATE!!!!. This game got me through so many boring class! Starts off slow but then BAM! THINGS ARE GOING SO FAST YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. If you liked a good challenge, BUT RIGHT NOW YOU WILL NOT REGRET! PS. I see people complaining about the AI so I'll just give you a tip from right now after 6 minions the rest should always be in the defense.,😉

Short but lovely. This game is beautiful and engaging, and then it's over. Once you've researched all four monoliths and lasted through 28 waves of enemies (which, granted, is no easy feat), that's all there is to it. Took me about two hours, which is far less time than I expect to spend on any game that costs more than a dollar (yeah, #firstworldproblems, I know). I would love to see more resource fields and monoliths to conquer, particularly in zen mode. I would love (as others have mentioned) a bit more common sense to the movements of minions. I would love a fast forward button.

Amazing!. I still love this game. It takes getting used to but there is a rhythm to it and getting to the artifacts and defense. Once you have all of the mechanics down, it is just a matter of obtaining the goals and survival.

Its good and its bad. Followed the hype and instabought this today. Just played the first game and LOVED it ... ... UNTIL I got to ~wave 20 from where on you can't practically do anything anymore but have all your minions in the weapons room and hope it goes well. Which it doesnt for very long. Also, minions are STUPID. The AI and wayfinding is really a bad joke. This could be one of my favourite games on iOS and a rock solid 5 Stars IF you work on the AI and give me something like a relaxed mode where attacks dont speed up and I can focus on base-building. UPDATE: Sorry, after playing some more, I have to downgrade to ONE star. The reason is this useless, crappy, worthless, unbearable AI. WHY do they run by empty weapons rooms instead of just going in? If I continue researching after a wave, WHY dont the minions in the weapons room right next to it go there, but some random ones from far far away ??? This feels like an alpha preview, NOT a finished game. Will stop playing until this is resolved. Update: For two years now, no update, not a peep. They just took our money and ran. Big BOOO! And I will NEVER buy any of your apps again. Update: After AGES, finally an update. Minions are as unforgivingly stupid as ever, which was the main flaw with this game. Total FAIL, you guys should just not try to make games if you are not up to it.

Mind boggling and addicting!. It took me a little while to gain experience and a bit of patience was needed. I play all the building and crafting games out there like Minecraft, Don't starve, Terraria…I was unsure about this one in the beginning because the style looks almost too basic, but that's actually where everything changes once you get in deeper. Once you get the hang of it it's quite brilliant and I have yet to get to the end but it is immersive enough to stay on the journey. A game that you'll always go back to.

Amazing simplicity. This unusual and engaging strategy slash tower defense game is outstanding. It's not unbeatable. It's hard especially after wave 20 but I've only player end 3 times so far and have gotten to wave 28. I didn't win wave 28, but I got there and with relatively little in game experience. It's al about planning and careful resource management with being aware of strategic defense points. Build without a plan or strategy and yeah, you'll end up with an indefensible mess. That's not an unbeatable game, that unskilled or impatient players. This game is a true 5 star marvel.

A lot of potential, but.... It's a good start, but not worth the price. It's fun and addictive, but there's only one level, one map, few strategies to be found and few goals to meet. I only got a solid 4 nights (or about 5-6 total hours) out of the whole game. There have been very few updates since the game came out.

A gem. A true masterpiece. It is addictive but does not pump you for cash like so many "free to play" games out there. The design is simple and beautiful. The game is easy to play yet hard to master. The additional game modes recently added were a very pleasant surprise. A big thanks to the developer for not charging for this.

Excellent game with fatal flaw. Home bar on iPhone screen prohibits play. This is/was one of my favorite games to play through again and again but it is rendered unplayable by home bar.

My #1 All-Time Favorite!. Incredible in its diversity. I'm a huge tower defense gamer and this is, by far, the best one on the market. The expanded mode in the last update adds even more to this beautiful masterpiece.

Easy to learn, fun to master. Some games get too difficult way too quickly. This one did not do that; all objectives were challenging but not "impossible." The only one I thought was very difficult was 28 waves on plus. Very fun until then because there are more than one method to do things.

Good game but crashes often. Simple, elegant, and challenging. Only complaint is that it consistently freezes up when I achieve missions, often losing my progress when I have to restart (iPad mini 4).

A favorite. Even better now that it has been expanded

Not worth the money. Fun and strategic but honestly it's not worth $4 I was expecting something to happen when I got the monoliths but no it just says "the end" then you can play 2 new game modes 1 removes the only real reason it's challenging the other takes away some material but the map is smaller but it's a good game just not worth the money

Good game but needs a fix for iPhone X. It’s almost unplayable on iPhone X. The bottom apple bar needs to be disabled or the bottom row of worker placement locations need to shifted up a little. Every time I try to move people to a new job it swipes to a new app. Or closes the game. Everything else is great. I wish there were more game modes too. Maybe a new turret block which assists the workers in defending. The workers would fill the turret block with 3 turrets using engineering materials.

AWESOME! But one thing..... This game is awesome and also very hard. 26 is my highest wave so far and wow it was hard. The only problem is the AI which should be fixed soon please. The AI goes with the materials to places where they are not needed sometimes. Overall 4 star game and it's really fun. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice concept, too short. Really nice concept, very minimalistic, well done visually. The AI is pretty terrible, but that is ok. My big issue, is there isn't really any way to win. Just survive as long as possible, no way to mount a counter attack. It just feels a bit pointless.

Great game. I just want to point out to all those people complaining about the game being unbeatable. That is the point of this game. There is no end. You just make the most efficient base until you die. And you will die every time. The AI is kind of stupid but I take that as being part of the game. I don't think it is poor programming, everything else about this game is top notch so I don't think they just forgot to make a smart AI.

Meditative tower defense. The idea of a meditative tower defense/simulation game seems like a contradiction in terms, but this game pulls it off. It's all of what I like about tower defense but none of what I don't like.

Home Bar!!!!. This game is so fun and I could get very addicted to it but the white home bar on iPhone X is in the way of the worker job manager and so every time I try to change a workers job it thinks I am trying to close the app or switch apps and it gets very frustrating.

Could Be Great. The game provides insufficient control over the allocation of resources. Worse, the algorithms that mange this do so inefficiently, even waste fully. Imagine playing chess where some outside agency periodically throws crucial pieces away, or randomly prevents winning moves. This is a strategy game which makes implementing the best strategy impossible. Disappointing.

New update is not helpful.... I love this game, it’s one of my go to games when I’m looking for a focused past time. However, with this new update I am having serious problems. The font and all the buttons is much smaller, which is nice for game play, however, because the font is so small, when I go to drag down a new room or corridor, every time, I pull the notification screen on my iPhone. Every time. Which pretty much renders the game unplayable for me. I’ve tried to turn off the setting in my iPhone and I’ve tried to adjust the way I drag down corridors to no avail. This is the first update in 2 years, so I’m not sure my review will make much difference since maybe there aren’t many players anymore, but hopefully something can be done about this. Thanks!

Great potential, but falls short.. The soundtrack is one of the best parts. Put the soundtrack on iTunes, I will buy it. I let the game run on my iPad at night and fall asleep to it. Awesome. No iCloud backup? Hmmmm…. Many complaints buy iPhone 11 users. Game ends far to quickly as the waves of enemies come far to quickly after about wave 20. It destroys the zen like nature of the game. Waves need to scale much more slowly. After about wave 28 the waves are continuous and you are left just watching all play out. Your minions just fight and make new minions until you are overwhelmed. The minion AI could use an upgrade. They needlessly pick up materials that are not needed. Run past weapons stations right next to them only to run to ones clear across the map. All in all a decent game with great potential. Hopefully the developer will listen.

Played this game for years but needs iPhone 11 tweaks. Can’t play the game on iPhone 11 because trying to make rooms always opens the drop down tab, game is unplayable as it is

Crippled iPhone X support. One of my favorite games, got to wave 37 on my old phone. But I got a new phone and now it’s unplayable because whenever I try to move my minions to another job it closes my app or switches to another app. Please update the game to find a way to fix this.

Love this game. Great game, I even had this on my vita when they still supported PlayStation mobile

replayability. Others seem to praise this game for its replayability but I found this game quite boring to play again. I got further than a lot of the reviews claimed to get on only my second game, then I played the other game modes and then I was just done. It wasn't fun to play again because it was exact same thing again. Nothing really changes from game to game besides the order of the block shapes that you're able to put down, which affects the game very minimally. Some things that I would enjoy adding to this game: -fast forward button I seem to spend a majority of the game waiting for the minions to go and do it's tasks -bigger I would love to play a game longer just to see how many waves of aliens I can fight off but unfortunately i'm crippled by the fact you're only allotted a certain amount of resources. I'd like a seemingly infinite map so I can play a game longer -AI efficiencies button people complain about the AI being dumb but it makes the game harder and I enjoy that. So I would enjoy being given the option of choosing the "smartness" of the ai

Great gameplay but buggy. Love the gameplay and sound effects. There are a lot of bug. From minions walking across unbuilt corridors to achievements not being unlocked. Went from lvl 17-35 and didn't get the no quarters for 10 levels achievement. Wish there were some sort of upgrade system for weapons for more replay-ability.

God the concept... This game has a simplicity to it that boggles me. Beautiful ascetics and sound track, and most importantly is completely original in every way. But... It has one flaw that most people will notice after playing the game twice or so times through: before around wave 12 it is essentially impossible to die, and after wave 16 it is impossible to survive. This is a major flaw that could be solved if the developer made the game into a more puzzle strategy archetype with levels, changing goals and maps, rather than a repetitive sprint to level 16, at which point waves come to fast for you to even regenerate troops, let alone actually expand on infrastructure and decode monoliths. Good start though.

Good, but can be better. All the other reviews are pretty spot on. It's a fun game with great visuals, but the AI of the minions is horrible. My big complaint is that once you beat the few missions it has to offer, then there isn't much more to do. If there was some way to play against other players or a computer, then I could see this being my favorite game. In all, it's worth the purchase and hopefully in the updates the developers build upon this pretty solid game.

Love it. Really love this game. I have a hard time hitting the home button and toggling options on my plus phone. And I wish it wouldn't stop my podcasts while playing the game b

Awesome but broken on 11.2.2. Maybe my favorite ios strategy game ever, but after updating to ios 11.2.2 mostly unplayable. Apple must have increased the hit area for dragging down from the top of the screen and now I trigger notifications whenever I try to place a tile.

Beautiful and promising, but doesn’t work on newer iPhones. Alas! It seems I discovered this game a few years too late. I wish the App Store would alert you when an app hasn’t been updated in a while. Such optimism, such promise. Alas! This game is beautiful and fun. Wish it would work on my darn phone, but essential controls are outside the playable space (namely, the main people instructions are in the part of the screen that causes me to quit the game and I can’t even figure out how to start again after dying).

Last update ruined it.. This game has always had some AI issues, but the last (4.01) bug fix release added lots of new bugs! I really hope the developer will take an interest in the game again, because it really is awesome. Just not right now…🫤

A splendid little game. Quick to learn, impossible to master. That is the appeal though. Use Tetris like pieces to build the most perfect efficient space station and defend it against waves of enemies. Hopefully the dev continues to add new features, this game is a winning idea!

Pew pew pew!. I adore this game because it has a zen feeling. When you die, I play a different game, then after 3 days I start over on rymdkapsel. I love the lasers and your cute blocks running around restlessly. Everyone should get this game. I wish you could have multiplayer. (Bluetooth) so you can share your base and items.

Great game!. Love the game! Art style is cool. Only gripe I have is this needs random generated maps of some sort in an update. Starting to get repetitive. More missions and levels please.

Fun!. Fun game play, really great graphic design, will provide you with a few hours of meditative strategy joy! Although, I do agree with some of the criticisms regarding frustratingly dumb AI. The game play is ultimately a bit limited, but it's unfair to expect tens of hours of game play from a little indie strategy game. It does what it sets out to do very well and will give you a good few hours for sure!

Awesome but very short. Great game and great concept but only one mission? I finished it in under an hour. I thought I'd just completed the first level and then it goes 'the end'. Holy cr*p, are you kidding me?

Great!. I loved the game. My only suggestion is another game mode (for when I don't feel like a huge challenge and want to relax an play for fun). That is much easier and has an enormous map with many more totems. I love the resource management side of things.

Great game but needs changes. Excellent concept and look of the game but my problem is when you get to around the level 25 mark, there is no time to make crew members. It is because of this that sometimes it seems a little pointless when the game virtually just ends around level 25. This has to fixed because otherwise it is a game without a challenge, and seems boring after killing you off after a certain amount of time after every game. That is the end of my rant and all I have to say for this game, it's a fantastic, immersive and fun game but needs to be fixed up.

Sweet but short.. Very nice minimalistic game. I'd recommend it but unless you screw up all the time you finish the 'missions' in 3-4 runs. Quite short for a $5 game but it's a very nice game at least.

Great fun but a tad short.. Finished all the missions. While the tiles are randomised, placements of the resources should be random too. Also, the path finding job scheduling AI needs ALOT of work. Most games can be lost because the workers picked the longest dumbest route.

Great. Short but fun!

Beautiful but WAY too short. Amazingly simple game, I love this style, but there’s not enough to do. Some sort of online mode, maybe a co-op would be good? Happy to pay the $ but not for a game that you finish so quick.

Oops there goes an hour. Tricky, fun, and pretty! Highly recommended and worth every cent! Great job and will be keeping a keen eye out for more of your work

Incredible but shallow. This game is excellent. Great concept, gorgeous visuals, and fun to play. I died pretty quickly the first two times I played, then got the hang of it. Now I've completed the three challenges and I don't necessarily see myself picking it up again. A bit disappointed to see one of the more expensive apps be featured when it's only got a couple of hours worth of gameplay. I know it's weird to complain about a couple of bucks, but at $1.99, this would be my all-time favourite iPhone game and I'd be recommending it to everyone. As it stands, it's a great experience I'll just have to keep to myself.

Good for a while. I like the game , but after playing it maybe ten (?) or so times I had mastered it and beaten all the objectives and there was no real reason to play again.

Love it but.... Great concept. Very enjoyable to play. Addictive. However, I would like more variety when it comes to beating/finishing the game, perhaps different achievements, etc. Expansions or a version 2 with added difficulty would be fantastic. Keep it coming!

Amazing!. This game is very fun and I love figuring out how best to balance your minion assignment and making your room and corridor placenta the most efficient it can be. This game has a great minimalist art style and synth soundtrack, but make sure you play with sound! If you aren't paying attention and you get attacked when you aren't ready, you will e quickly destroyed. All in all, amazing game, completely worth the money as each game is different with the random room and corridor sizes!

High End Game but... (Monoliths). great game with good gameplay mechanics and objectives. But the monoliths in the game felt a bit rigged and unfair. You spend ages building corridors, researching for heaps of rounds but the compensation you get from all that research is rather disappointing. I mean it did help that my dudes could move faster so they could return to the weapons room faster, but one i felt was rigged was the one that slows the onslaught of enemies. I spent rounds in the 20’s trying to research the monolith every wave and barely getting off easy and in the end, i researched it and the red waves came... AT THE EXACT SAME SPEED i felt cheated and i ended up dying a few rounds later after trying to get a bigger range. These monoliths definetely need reworking - moving them closer - reduced research time - more than 3 researchers at a time - percentage time of monolith reduced - newer, better abilities (stronger weapons, instant engineering/food service time etc.) i would love to see these but last update was 11 months ago so i doubt we will see these in the future. Overall, i had really enjoyed the game. Its simplistic geometric art style, puzzle-shifted base building, objectives and missions to reach and cute little minion buddies.

Pretty great... But pricey. The game is great to play, looks great and sounds great. My only complaint is that it's a bit short and there appears to be a bit much to it after the first couple of games.

Great game. Really good game but just a little bit pricey but for a iPad game really good if you are willing to pay the price.

Great game but.... Good game wish there was a mode with no enemies because it's so annoying and kills me every time

Good game but short. Great game... But finished with 1 hour. Why is there not at least some different variants/levels/challenges built round the game? Disappointed.

Has huge potential. Great game really impressed with the interface and unique design. Would be great to see multiplayer, where users could control attacks on other bases. Some more variation would hold my interest. Special attack minions, different weapon stations, shields, etc would be really cool.

Good. But short lived.. Love the style and feel of this game. But after a couple of plays it's boring and done.

Nothing but praise for this game. A great soundtrack and beautiful geometric graphics, combined with gameplay that not only requires brains, but also skill, make this an absolute must have. It starts off light but becomes more difficult as you progress, ensuring the players interest is kept throughout the game. Don't even give this one a second thought. This is one game you won't regret purchasing!

Super slick, totally worth the price. Beautifully designed experience, I completely lost myself in this game. Easily worth the price.

Please let me listen to my own stuff!. Love the game, love the soundtrack, but sometimes I want to listen to my own stuff! Please allow that and this will be 5 stars.

Good but needs more. Had lots of fun at the start with it but it is getting a bit repetitive. Other than that the graphics, music & most of the gameplay is great. Can't wait for something 'new' in an update!

Awesome!. This is truly a fantastic game! I don't normally buy Apps or Games but this one I made an exception. It is really addicting and the graphics and sound track make it even more addicting. The only problem with it is, and sadly it's a big one, it's to easy to start a new game. I just finished playing for an hour and then I accidentally hit the New Game button! But don't let that put you off from buying it, download it now!

Great game but.... (tl;dr) Let me be clear, this is a great idea with nice clean minimalist execution. If you have money to burn then it's worth about 2 hours of your time. The problem is there is absolutely no replay value, because the waves of enemies quickly become unmanageable and the game becomes pointless. I played this for about 3 hours in an airport, and after completing all objectives I was supremely bored for the last hour, then I gave up trying to find something else to enjoy about it and haven't been back since. The big problem with the replayability is that the tetris-style randomness of the building blocks have almost no bearing on the outcome. Every single time you play will be almost identical, even though the building block shapes will be slightly different. A recent update added a Zen mode which strangely removes all the enemies and level progression- this means you literally have no reason to do anything. Why build anything? Why build armoury rooms when there's nothing to shoot at? Why reach the monoliths and get upgrades when you aren't building for any reason anyway? The update also added a hard mode, which is basically an even shorter version of the normal mode. All that happens is you reach the more-minions-dying-than-minions-being-born limit quicker. The final issue, that was not fixed in the update, is the minion AI. A typical problem is when you have about 12 minions all carrying a power block to the same room, but the room only needs 1 power block. As soon as the first minion reached the room, all 11 others just dropped the blocks and those blocks are now lost. It's like the minions have no idea what is going on around them, and they all think they are the only one working. Either give the minions better AI, or give me better control over them.

Simple and very unique!. I love this app! I think it is very unique and simple. Who said a game has to be complicated? I have been playing it for a while now and I think it is amazing! Thanks for the new update!

Fun but too short for $5. Finished missions on second try, and there's only 1 'level'.

Seems easy, but then…. If you don't build correctly at the start of the game, you pay for it when the waves get quicker. On my second game now and trying a different strategy.

Great game. Really enjoy this game

Simply amazing. An excellent game. Definitely worth the money!

Rymd-however you spell it. Great game, love to see more content though

Needs work. I have enjoyed what I've played so far, but ... If you're going to build an entire game around removing the player's direct control from the AI (which I fully support) then you need to ensure that the AI doesn't do frustrating things (e.g., walk from one side of the map to the other when a valid destination is right nearby, OR everybody picks up a unit of resource when only one unit is necessary). I'm also concerned that the game is quite limited, with a single dominant strategy that will win in all situations. Where's the variation? For the premium price, I'd expect a little more depth than what's given. Will an update solve these problems for me?

Great Game. Good fun, but needs to last longer for a $$ game.. Games in this price range last a lot longer, at the moment good for an hour or two (maybe longer if you skill level is lower) but great idea needs to be expanded... A few different levels, a few different modes etc. Good fun almost worth $5 but not just yet...

Little Replayability. There's really not too much to this game... Once you realise that there's only 1 map, and the whole "survive until the enemy completely destroys you by spawning too quickly", the game gets boring very quickly. Also, unit task assignment is really poor.

Great but needs.... I love this game, but I'm a "creative" person. It should, like mine craft, have a creative mode which is OPTIONAL and has no fighting. When you start a new game you should be able to choose!

Such wow. Yes

I want more. I just want more this game is great tho

Wut. Visuals are great. Very simplistic, and great interface. Downsides were not knowing what to do and not being able to choose the shape of the path/building you want. Maybe you will enjoy it more than i have

Ordinary. I bought this app on a whim. I wish I didn't. It is an ordinary app, and an ordinary game, for an astonishingly large price. The price begets seamless, uncomplicated graphics something along the lines of Scandinavian Simplicity, but end up looking more like a Ikea coffee table assembled incorrectly. This isn't a game, its a one level challenge. Be advised, spend your money elsewhere!

Addictive and creative. Can you really ask for more? Simple, Addictive and the artistry is excellent. This is probably one app that will last longer than all the other apps on my phone.

Great Game... Need more levels.. I have only played for about an hour... And this is by far my favourite game on my iPhone. However, more game options and features needs to be added. I can already see that the game could be finished quite quickly. For $5, these features are necessary.

Fantastic. Completly original but after a couple of plays its a bit repetetive

Great game. It needs some work as only one game mode really limits replay value

Great game. It will be great if it asks for confirmation before starting a new game. I just pressed "new game" accidentally and I had to start over again after playing for an hour!

Sweet but short. What a great little strategy game this turned out to be. I really enjoyed all aspects of it; the clean austere but superbly functional graphics, the careful balancing that must have gone into the game, sound design etc, it is all very polished. There is however one criticism I would like to put forward, and that is that after you've finished the three challenges, there is very little replay value. However, the 3 to 4 hours I've put into the game so far have been well worth it. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes base building and resource management in RTS's and would like to see how you can combine that with Tetris in an ingenious way.

Soooo good, but not enough content!. This game is fantastic, so simple and elegant but challenging and fun. I really wish there were more levels or a randomisation element or something though, just to give a reason to keep playing after finishing. Not a great deal of replay value otherwise.

Love it - needs a few note features tho. Costs too much but love the game tho. ++ wld love more levels & different strategy goals (current goals achieved now so game is no use & boring) - Wld be good to be able to save the game at different points thru the game so wld then be able to choose where to restart from. - Also needs a pause button - too often I'll be thinking where to build the next room or corridors and before I know it another attack wave has come thru & obliterated my minions - pls add more to give us good value for our $4.49 spent purchasing it +++ overall a GREAT STRATEGY GAME. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Hadn't been updated in ages. Long overdue.

More content. Pretty awesome game, but needs more in it. Add more platforms to build, maybe a new mode, perhaps new types of enemies. Stuff like that

Wonderful game. Great game! This game has great potential, but too short for the moment with only three missions (where 2 are almost the same). Congrats on this great game!

More to the game. It's an awesome game I've waited A LONG time for a game like this, but could you please add more like we get our own space thingy like the evil ones but for us and can u add different enemies and more resources all so be able to upgrade our things and can u make able to play multiplayer

Not worth it. Was good but not worth $4. I beat all the missions in like 40 min. Not really any reason to play again.

Not worth it.. This is a fun game. The strategy aspect is weak though as you cannot control individual minions to man certain weapons blocks. This makes it very difficult as the game progresses to expand or do much of anything as the attack waves are so frequent. I would be less disappointed with this game if it didn't cost $4.00. In my eyes it is not worth it all.

Few Problems. I really love this. Like others have said the AI needs improvement. I'd also love to be able to place storage rooms, so that I don't need to spend a lot of resources just to have easier access to my resources.

Good but Short. Great game but too short, I beat it with all the missions on my third attempt :/ please update with more?

Difficulty modes. Can we add different difficulty levels? I wanna be able to build a base without the attacks.

It's a really fun game.. But, gameplay doesn't last that long, and would be great if there was a peaceful mode and infinite world. The gameplay overall is great, just has the potential to be improved. :)

Great idea but way way too short. This game is fantastic but it look like a demo for a bigger game. As soon as you get the hang of it you get to end it. Imagine a classic game like syndicate but with just one stage. Great idea and five star game but it needs to be developed more, otherwise it's not worth more than 99 cents. I seriously hope updates are planned.

Good game. It is a really good game (except ⤵️) I don't have any pink thing left, so, I can't build anything now, I just can defense my place, there is N⭕️ way to have the pink thing back. I am kind of stuck :/ (I'll need to restart the game 😡) 3⭐️ because I am stuck and I never taught it was possible. You should sell it 0.99$ not 1.99$ Be careful to not be stuck 😌

Best three dollars you can spend!. Good job you guys well worth the purchase!

Warning! Unplayable on iPhone. The gameplay requires dragging from the top of the screen, which brings up the iOS Notification Center in later iOSes. Be warned, this is fully game-breaking.

Amazing Game. This game is AMAZING. But it needs more content.

Great but a little short. Really neat concept and a very relaxing base building game. There is strategy at its heart and I enjoyed the whole time I was playing. Unfortunately it lacks depth and you're done after an hour or two.

Ok. Like the simplicity. Beat it on second try. Need more levels.

Great but way to Short. Great game, very engaging. However, it is way to short for an pay app. Please develop more levels.

Tremendous...but needs more. Awesome RTS game with brilliant aesthetics and controls. Really hope more maps/features are added as it's pretty minimal as is. I beat all challenges in about 5 play throughs. AI needs updating too, as minions can be frustratingly inefficient

Good, but. Slow pace, a bit too slow. Good game though. The upgrades from the monoliths are disappointing and not enough palatable.

Sorry I spent money. In this game you can control what you build but you can't control the builders (minions). It makes this game not only unnecessarily difficult but a matter of chance because they decide how and when to do things. Don't waste $4 on this.

Something to clear up. Is that the game is short but it's hard to beat don't give up it's really hard but relaxing until all your minions die I strongly suggest buying if your looking for a relaxing but challenging game.

Awesome on the Ipad. Tricky on iPhone 11. Love this game when i can play it.

Bad. I was downloading clash of clans when for some reason this downloaded with it... I didn't want it but it still charged me $4.47 for it and I wouldn't even have been mad if it was a good game

Good mechanics, poor price. I enjoyed the mechanics of this game, but I was shocked when it ended after only three missions. For the price, I expected a lot more content, and I feel a little ripped off. If it had been at a lower price point, I would have given it four or five stars easily.

Great game! I want more!!!. Amazing game and well worth the two coffees in my opinion. Cute design, responsive (although the minions could get a little smarter), great pseudo-economy, great timing for challenges, and with an awesome sci-fi-ey twist! Just one thing - it needs more challenges, more buildings, more modes, and maybe multiplayer? Giving this 5 stars in hopes it'll come out in an update.

Great game, but .... only ONE level for 4 bucks, seriously? This game has great potential, please develop it!

Great but. Great but I think it needs more content different guns for the defenders is my favourite idea

Awesome! But needs more content. Awesome game (thus the 5 stars) But it is kind of short. Needs more content for sure - even if it was something I could purchase.

No updates. Hasn't had an update in 2 years.

Freezes constantly iPhone 6S. Updated from 1 star to 5 stars. Game was freezing a lot before, but figured out all the freezing was due to not being signed into Game Center. Apple changed Game Center in the latest iOS update. Have to sign in in the Settings menu.

Why can't I put this down!?. It's really great how it balances expanding a base with defending it against waves of enemies. My only suggestions would be to not let the player "skip" piece shapes by build cancelling, and maybe have a hard mode where there's no red bar building to show an approaching threat (just the warning klaxon)

Fun times!. The game is great , but AI is extremely dumb, would be nice to see it fixed. Also seems no matter of the strategy always die between lvl 35-37, mostly because of the silly minions

Great original game. I love this game it's up there with other IOS originals like Year Walk and Out There. I am hoping for an update addressing some of the concerns of other posters. Smarter minions, new maps, new objectives. This wonderfully original game deserves an equally wonderful update. Heatmiser

Rymdkapsel. Great game, but too short. It would be cool if you could have random generated levels, update please

Great game but extremely short. Hope there is an updated in my 3rd attempt in playing I beat all of the missions. Still worth a download and update will definitely make this a must download!

Please change. I recently got the new iPhone XR and have downloaded rymdkapsel as it is one of my favourite games. Although it can get very frustrating when you try to move your minions from station to station and it is nearly impossible to play. It would be greatly appreciated if there could be an option to move the controls so it could work better on the newer iPhone as the home button will soon be gone from all iPhones. Thanks.

awesome but only one level. beautifully minimal game ... but only one stage?? just when I thought I was about to get to the "next level" the game was all like "THE END" .... four bucks?? c'mon.... new stages plz!

Beautiful little game. Really great. A pleasure throughout. I'd love to see it expanded.

Alright.. Cool, short

Interesting game at fair price.. It's worth the money to not be constantly bombarded with requests for more money, as most good games these days sadly do.

Short and sweet. After you've played three or four times you'll probably have seen everything there is to see, and you know what? That's okay.

Très bon mais.... Il manque de tableau

Playing on iPhone 4. I wanted a sci-fi game and this game sounded like it from the description. I love building games and in space?!? Alright awesome!! Love old school games and this games art looks so simple and clean. It's just great. Somewhat like an Atari game. The pics and sci-fi aspect really got me to buy this game. Anyways now that I have it it's fantastic. Just what I wanted. I haven't beaten the game yet cause I lost but still has that replay value that you can just pop in and play so I'm gonna try again later. Music is so good. This game is pretty original and I absolutely love original games. That's another reason why I bought the game. It's really unique. Anyways this game is totally worth it.

Crash. The game crash on IOS11 when i research a monolith

Super addicting. Great game. I can't wait for more levels. I do wonder why my minions are so idiotic though. I press defence and the pass by weapons stations to go to the furthest one. Press research and the minion right beside it isn't chosen it's the guy across the map.

Awesome. It's awesome but if they could add a mode were there is no enemies and more of those pink square things. So you could build the biggest base ever c

More ways to play?. This game is definitely worth the money. I find it very addicting but the games are short. I would love to see a sandbox type mode come out where you can just build your base without being attack or choose when the enemies attack and how many

Proposition (Fr/Ang). (Ang): 5/5 Very well designed original but I think for future update should be with another type of mission, several kind of guy (builder, fast walker, shooter) and a mode where you could play saved our part to provide much change our environment.

Unplayable on iPhone. This game cannot be played on iPhone. Any attempt to drag the units on to the play board causes iOS Notification Center to pull down instead. I will contact the developer for a refund.

Good but not Great. Is the game fun? Yes Is it worth the money? Yes Will you play it very long? No Is the AI beyond stupid? Absofreakinglutley You'll enjoy the game until the learning curve is over, then you'll become really frustrated by the HORRENDOUS AI of your minions, and by the lack of a way to speed up time in the beginning rounds. That being said the game is worth the money due to its originality, and NO IN APP PURCHASES.

Good but short. Needs different levels/layouts after you've mastered the one & only.

Warning: addictive. Love this game even though I can't pronounce it. It would be great if they continue to expand on it.

Really?. I hated every second of the ten minutes I played it

Cool game, not much replay value. I love the game concept, but there's really only two (very long) levels. I was hoping for more and more variety. Anyway, it was interesting while it lasted.

One of the best. Probably the best RTS on mobile. Thank you for the update

Very fun! I recommend this game!. I bought this game yesterday and it is very fun to play! A lot of freedom to do things the way the user would like, but yet refreshingly simple. Great game! There are a few things I would like to point out though. The workers are not very efficient. They waste a lot of time carrying two resources for a building that may only need 1. So when one resource is delivered, the second worker instantly stops and his resource disappears because the specific building he was carrying it for has been completed. Even though there may be other buildings that could use the block. The workers seem to be in their own world trying to complete their task, without any communication with the other workers. Which isn't very good when trying to get things done quickly. The efficiency of the workers could be much better! The play area/map is rather small. It doesn't take long to fill it up, so then there's nothing else to do. It would also be great if we could choose what kind of blocks to place, instead of it being random in zen mode. I think it's part of the challenge in normal mode, but zen mode shouldn't be challenging, just fun! The purple or pink resource fields run out too quickly! They seem to run out rather quickly, and there is no way to replenish them. If they had a bit more in them, and if there was a way to replenish them, that would be great! That leads me into my last comment. The game gets very tedious quickly. Mostly due to the fact that there isn't many things to do long term. Not to mention the resource fields deplete quickly, with no no way to replenish them as I mentioned above. Very fun to play, just not for very long. This is a great game and I'm happy with my purchase! I just wanted to give you my input and honest opinion! Best wishes! 🙂

Needs optimized for iPhone X. The commands at the bottom of the screen are near impossible to use without minimizing or changing apps

Fun but too short. Play through in 1.5hrs. Done. No replay variation at all. Not worth the money.

Stellar. strategy game—elegant design, beautifully minimalist visuals, and compelling gameplay.

Unplayable on iPhone X. The game relies on the controls at the edge of the screen, where the swiping action for the iPhone X is located, and you literally cannot play the game on any new iPhone. Seems like it would be a fun game though

Very hard to play on iPhone 11. The bottom bar is just too fiddly, so hard to smoothly direct minions. Please, please, please fix it!!

Not worth it. The game is very fun but only for like an hour. Once you’ve figured out how to beat the game it loses all its fun and you can figure out how to win very fast. It lasts about an hour of game time and not much more.

A brilliant alpha at best.. This game has the sleek style and great vision of an app that could be expanded on. Having said that, in my opinion it's not ready for primetime. It's also not worth the price at the level of development it's at. As people have stated in the reviews, the minion AI is In serious need of rethinking. And I'm sure that that's absolutely doable, let's hope the developer jumps right on it. There's also the issue of goals. Right now this game is simply a survival mode game. Its goals are all based on seeing how long you can last which gets dull quickly. After you've passed level 20, you more or less just have to keep running back to your battle stations as your minions get whittled down by increasing number of enemies that come in far more frequent waves. Pretty dull. The game mentioned something about the exploration of space, but what could it possibly mean? Once monoliths are all decoded it's just a battle game. In my opinion, this game is alpha stage. With some thought applied to missions, goals, expansion of concept, this game could be wonderful. It also needs a real look at game balancing so that it isn't just a repetitive puzzle game. It has the potential to be so much more.

Beautiful, well thought. But with the dumbest minion logic ever.. Beautifully design visuals and soundtrack. Interesting challenges too. But the minion logic is just so dumb - and its just not convincing that you would be using minions this dumb in space.

Piece of garbage, don’t buy!. I can’t pass the tutorial because every time I try to drag anything from the top of the screen to build my base, the iOS notification thing comes down! Waste of money, don’t buy!

Good game, but crippled by design flaws.. Good game in theory, but absolutely crippled by obnoxiously stupid pathfinding AI and the complete inability to directly interact with your minions. Entire waves of enemies can come and go while one minion makes its way across the map to a weapons room to defend itself, while passing unoccupied ones along the way; other minions will cross the entire map to a construction site, while minions sit idle directly next to it. There is no way to direct which minions go where or in what order their tasks are performed, and when combined with the non-linear difficulty curve (whereby it becomes effectively, and abruptly, impossible to do anything except to sit and wait for your game to be over after wave 22), it transforms a pleasant, meditative strategy game to a tooth-grindingly infuriating waste of time. Devs: perhaps add a difficulty slider, and/or adjust time intervals between enemy waves; also, obviously adding minion directives or other direct minion-by-minion interaction introduces a gameplay element and mechanic that was deliberately left out (for some reason), but at least fix the pathfinding and unit / task selection prioritization. If there's a monolith being researched, a fully manned weapons room immediately next to it, and another weapons room all the way across the map, seriously? You're going to send the farthest possible one to the monolith while the ones right next to it sit idle? C'mon.

Game Over - Restart Whole Game. You'll get tired of the game every time you restart when you lose.

Good. I will say that the game is good. I can never get past wave 21. I wish there was a relax mode so I can just play without any attacks. There isn't anything to do after you hav built all the rooms and gotten to the monoliths. The attacks come to quick and you don't hav time to travel that far. I unlocked the 'faster minion' one and it didn't do anything. My minions were still as slow as they normally are. I also don't understand y my minions don't go into empty war rooms. They walk right past the closest one and the minion farthest away has to travel to the other side of the place. I also don't understand the whole thing in the middle. Sometimes I hav materials there and other times I don't. I ran out of materials and had to end the game. I also dont like the fact that you cant build on those. You can only build from one side which makes the game boring. You start with the same shape as a corridor EVERY SINGLE TIME! It would be cool if you could choose ur shape. Is there any way that you could fix these problems? And the pink floating things. Can you get them back? Or once they r gone, they r gone forever? I hope you release many more updates to fix everything that everyone has said. I feel that then the game will be a perfect 5 star game! :)

Lot a lot of content. It is a great game but I bought it and Injoyed it for about an hour than got Bored because once you do well then there's nothing else to do

Major bug. This game could be great, but as soon as I complete the first mission by researching the monolith, the game crashes. Every single time. Do not buy this game until they fix this bug. There is a lot of potential here, but unfortunately it is unplayable.

Great first 30 minutes, later it isn't fun. For the first few waves, when you actually have time in between each one to enjoy the game, it's amazing. It's a very fun but simple strategy game that I quite enjoy, with a small attack I have to put up with intermittently. Later, expecially on waves 15+ it gets to the point where you can't even do anything between waves. It's just sitting there between 20 second waves watching your hour of hard work die, knowing there's nothing you can do. It's a rather limited game in terms of longevity, as you only have I think 4 resource piles to collect from. After that you can't really build anything, because you have no way of gathering pink squares. If there were difficulty options, different amounts of difficulty scaling, or a peaceful mode, that would be very fun. Also, as everyone else has said, the AI isn't the strongest. 10 minions will all gather a cube for the last one a room needs, then when the first one to arrive places it down, they all turn around because they brought 10 when they only needed one.

Game is fun but becomes unplayable after wave 20. Game is fun but becomes unplayable after wave 20 where you are attacked constantly. You have no time to do construction or to make food.

Play this to waste your time. I stopped playing this and picked it back up and remembered why I left it. Deeply unsatisfying gameplay where you LOSE no matter what.

Please update zen level. Please update zen level to have limitless extractor fields

Finally an update!. Thanks so much for the update, keep it up!

The game is not broken. This is actually an easy game, once you figure it out (and by the comments not many do). It's all about productivity, how fast you can farm and how fast you can make new minions. Making the right rooms close together, the right order of monoliths to research, the right moment to start the defenses, it all makes a lot of difference at the end and take time to master. At the present moment my best attempt was 32 waves, in 69 minutes. I had more than 50 minions, my device crashed a few times thanks to that! Hehe. To those having issues I suggest to start making the minimum, then start to produce minions, once you got some idle, start making more kitchens and gardens to make MORE minions. Do the other constructions and the research with the extra minions while the first ones are making more and more of them. Make sure to construct the defenses around the center of minion production, don't be afraid of keeping some minions there all the time. And there should always be minions making minions even in attacks (after you have like 10 of them), they are protected inside the center while the other are defending the frontier. Losing a couple minions is not as bad as losing production time. Make minions, lots of it!!! About the minion AI, there's a few annoying things, like they often do the exactly same task and when one completes it they all drop it and go to the same one again next. It's hilarious to see 30 minions all carrying food to the same quarter that can only receive 4 of it. Although that's annoying, if you put a cap, you may end up with a task stuck with the most far minion just because he was the first one to be idle. Funny enough that's exactly what happens when you call minions to arms, the first one you drag will pick the closest to him, and so on, the last ones will have to take what is left, and sometimes what's left is in the whole other side of the map. If you change it, you'll end up with lots of minions running to the same weapon, just to realize it's full and lots of minions running to another one and so on. That would be even worse and completely uncontrollable. The AI is actually perfect, you just need to know HOW to deal with it. Here's how: 1. Make clusters of kitchen, garden and quarters, so minions don't travel much, they'll stay in that same area. 2. Make the weapons in the outside, around that center of minion production. 3. When calling for an attack, first drag the minion doing research (since they are the most far away), then constructors (that usually are all over the place) and then the farmers and cookers (that are suppose to be all in the middle of the map and equally close to all weapons). The minion don't ignore an empty room, is just that that room is already taken by a minion you called to arms first. You can't expect the game to recalculate the paths and weapons they'll take every time you put more minion on weapons duty, you'll end up with lots of minions changing paths all the time. What could be implemented is a "all to weapons" button, that way all the minions would be calculated at same time and with the best outcome. And after it was done you could hit it again and they all would go back to their exactly jobs before. That would be handy. To devs, give more challenges! :D

App crashes repeatedly. The app crashes every time I research and complete a monolith. Very poor experience.

Not iOS 11 compatible. Unable to complete monoliths on iOS 11.

Nice concept bad execution. Concept of game is good. First level is easy for learning. But 2nd level exposes many flaws in game programming and makes game play pointless. Not worth the money

Lovely, meditative, currently crashing. I love the game's state of drowsy terror, its simple and novel interface, and the basic premise.

My favorite game. Of all time

Unplayable on IPhone 11. This app uses the swiping from the top and bottom as controls which triggers the command center and app changes, making the game unplayable.

Fun for five minutes. I appreciate the goal of this dev, to make a game super streamlined, but he overdid it. Once you're done with the tutorial, you just do the same thing over and over again. Needed more complexity.

IOS 11 update its causing it to crash for me. The game worked great and was fun before I updated to ios11. Now it consistently crashes in normal gameplay after I research the first monolith.

Great Game Marred By A.I.. The greatest sin committed by this game is imperfect path finding and non-existent A.I. co-ordination. If you're not going to give the player direct control over their units, the the computer MUST make smart decisions. There are way too many occasions where a minion allows himself to pass over an open and near weapons room. A weaponless minion is a dead minion. Furthermore a lone armed minion often won't survive either... So one false move can knock out two of your workers. The construction portions are also affected by the A.I. I found myself throwing up my hands as 4 minions all grab a pink building item, go to the same part of the ship where 1 pink item is needed to then try and scramble back across the ship where three of them probably should have went to begin with. As the time becomes shorter and shorter it becomes impossible to stay staffed as the computer can't facilitate the quick, coordinated dance of slime to kitchen, food to quarters. The A.I. almost always picked an inefficient quarters relative to the kitchen. More annoyingly sometimes two items of food were delivered to two quarters, giving you no minions. Remember what I said about a lone minion? Right! So the inability to produce minions efficiently eventually costs you the game. I'm not gonna hit it with one star because the game is limited, not broken. However I think most gamers will see the failing and probably won't cut it any slack.

Crashes every time. Crashes every time I complete the first level on my iPhone 7 plus. Tried restarting level, game, phone, etc. stay away until patched.

Great game but.... It REALLY needs a fast forward button and maybe some variety in the enemies.

Unplayable. The game is currently unplayable with the play down menu

New update pls!!. Come with one more update guys !! Cool game nice strategy

Starts out impressive.... but quickly feels like a never ending "Level 1". Very frustrating AI and very small playing field. If there were 9 more areas with different layouts and enemies this would be 4-5 stars. Very shallow as it is now.

I love it. Awesome game

Sad af. Does not work for iPhone 11 Pro Max the home slider is in the way

Please update. This was such a fun game. One star because it’s impossible to play with the way app switching works now.

Instalove. It's my favorite game on iPhone. I've played a lot of games.

AMAZING. I love this game it has a bunch of strategy and decions I really have fun playing it

Eh. Aesthetically pleasing except hard to watch after a while since it's so small. Add some way to speed up the game. Enemy spawning is too frequent. You end up just spending most of the game in the weapon centers instead of building. AI is bad. Can't believe it was $4. I mean it's not a lot but compared to other iOS you don't get much content.

Needs update for new IOS. When playing on new iOS, it is impossible to switch tasks of minions without clicking on virtual home screen. Game is unplayable without a simple fix.

Another unfinished game.. Could be a better game with better AI and more intuitive interface. Hope the next version fixes this issue.

Ok but with glaring flaws. I will be brief. The basic concept of this game is quite fun. However, it has major flaws. It's repetitive, no new constructs are introduced as you play, no new goals are created, there is no exploration, you cannot control individuals you can only order individuals out of a group - without the ability to select which. You can build different facilities but you cannot specify which of the multiple facilities of one type your unit goes to. This especially goes for research, if you have 2 monoliths that you've reached, you can't tell your units to research just one of the 2, which hurts your efficiency. When being attacked, your only real option is to send all your units to a weapons facility, despite really only needing to send your units to the area actively being attacked. No weapons facilities overlap in their range, so you can't give units extra coverage. You can't delete pathways so you will never build the ultimate efficient space construct that you want.
