Vaccinations. When is the section on the app to see vaccination history. There should be a clearly marked section for this.

Seems Okay. App seems okay unfortunately from my vet’s website I got the impression that would contain my pets medical records. It only contains prescription information.

Disappointed. I was so excited to know that we had a patient portal for our pets like we have for the hospital for us. Unfortunately, now that I have had an opportunity to look at it, it does not provide test results or reports. I was so looking forward to having the information to review before I discussed the particular tests with my vet. The information may be good for some people, but I have all of that information on my iPad that this app provides.

Still missing some features. This is a good app however it would be great if when you select prescriptions you can actually see what the prescription is! The way it is assumed everyone knows. What if my vet ordered the wrong med? Well I can’t see it on here. That’s not good. Also why can’t the developer have a link to download data?

Request appointment not working. I’ve re-downloaded the app to see that could fix the issue and it did not work. The “request an appointment” section won’t show up

Cancel appointments. Wish there was an option to cancel appointments.

Horrible!. Nothing is completed on any my animals! I have no way of knowing who is due for what and when! There information is incorrect! Who invented this needs to be fired!

Daycare. Nova loves daycare she can’t wait to see her friends

Missing appointment request. Not sure if it’s the app or my vet but I’m unable to schedule an appointment from the app

Makes everything so easy!. I love this app. It makes keeping track of all my pets information, requesting medication refills, and appointment requests so easy!

Great info. Great app for your pets profile history

Lots of glitches. App freezes when I try to login using the password memory feature - have to manually enter in the password. Not compatible with iPhone’s “dark” display feature. Won’t let me enter my phone number into my information - I can’t even click on it to type anything.

Pet ID card. Need to add the current shot record to the card. It lists the coming up vaccine dates but doesn’t list the shots that have already been given.

This is all new to me. It shows everything. Which I enjoy and if I need to remind myself what need to be done I just go to pet page.

Good app. I like it. Useful—pets info at a quick tap. It’s good

Where are the medications?. I had several prescriptions with one of the DVMs I take my dog to. They have all disappeared. Seems like this app was rolled out before it was ready Only 2 stars because of this

Clean Design & Great Functionality. This app seems to offer a cleaner view of all of my pets information compared to what I can get from an email here or there. Love the ability to toggle between pets and even request an appointment without needing to call! Saves a phone call for me and my vet office. Signing up was easy and I was able to update some off preferences without any fuss too.

Love this new version!!. I can see all of my pets appointments and reminders all in one place. Loving the push notifications that remind me to give my pup his meds. Thank you PetPage!!

Getting Notifications Before Date. I actually like this app. It is laid out very nicely and I only have one dog, but this app would make keeping track of multiple pets very easily. There's just one thing that annoys me and it could be a setting that I have not found yet, but I keep getting notifications to give my dog her flea/heartworm medicine WAY before it's time. I have it set to the 22nd of each month. I just got a notification a few moments ago to give my pet her medicine on Sept 22nd.

Too many pop ups. Far too many pop up navigation ads that you cannot disable. Every screen and every section bombards you with forced navigation info. That alone makes me want to delete the app.

Clunky. At a bare minimum, it’s a vet app. Just clunky and not aesthetically pleasing. Our vet office had another app prior and I’m comparing this one to that.

Won’t let me create own password. Amateurish

Crappy app. Tons of unnecessary pop ups and directions. Barely navigable. Seriously.

This App Rocks!. I absolutely love the new PetPage app. It makes it so easy to keep track of when my pet has vaccinations coming due and when her next appointment is. I can also keep track of her prescriptions and easily refill them. This app allows for a lot more personalization than the old app, which I love. Definitely a resourceful tool for pet owners.

Great app. Great app. I’m an introvert and this app helps me communicate with my vet without having to pick up the phone.

LOVE this app!!!!. This app is so convenient and clean looking when needing to get anything taken care of regarding my pup. I am able to open the app and the information needed is on hand readily available. Quick! Clean! And very user friendly!

Does not load - Eternal splash screen. If I download and reinstall, it will let me log in. It takes me to a page with my dog and her meds listed under the name “Rover” (her name is not rover.) Nothing on the page responds to input. Eventually I will kill the app and open it again. This gives me a blue splash screen with the app logo. Pretty, but unchanging. I can kill the app or reboot, but I only get the eternal splash screen. After some number of tries, I will delete and reinstall the app…

Good but disappointing. The app is very convenient as far as accessing information on appointments and prescriptions. I find it easy to use and helpful. I was extremely disappointed that uploading pics of my pets did not work. I felt lied to and frustrated.

Canada access was taken off. I did have access and now it won’t allow me to sign on. Very frustrating and disappointing

Frozen. The "My information" page is completely frozen with no way for me to update my information and the only pet chart I can access is my dead rat's from 2015, and there's no option to add my current pets to my profile. Nice.

Works well. It downloaded easily. Setting up my account was quick. I was able to book an appointment with no problem.

Seems ok. No problem installing it. Able to login to my account and shows accurate information. Haven’t tried requesting anything yet but I will update my review if I have issues with that.

Cannot Sign In!. Impossible to sign in. Once I type in my email it disappears & the password then jumps up into the email line. It worked fine the first few times I tried. Will be happy to give a higher rating if this problem is fixed.

Wishing for more features. I love this app and it’s convenience, however, it’s missing some crucial features that I’d like to see in the future - namely, I’d like to be able to upload and/or access reports on my pet (I.e. bloodwork) and I’d like to be able to add medications as well that have been filled at a human pharmacy. Otherwise I love this app :)
