I love this game. I’ve been a fan of the franchise for a long time, and when I saw (a year late) they made a new game, had to check it out! Best decision ever, super beautiful soundtrack, amazing art style, and fun gameplay, not overly difficult and not to simple!

I hope they never stop…. I love playing this game. I hope they NEVER stop making these series of games. Beautiful and immersive I can’t stop smiling while playing this game! This is a truly a remarkable piece of art from all perspectives! Never a waste of time, always bountiful eclipse of wonder at every eureka moment… I don’t want to anytime back that I’ve played this game.

It’s fun. So I used to play this game a lot, then I lost it. I recently discovered it again and I was a little disappointed at the price. Don’t get me wrong, for a game with no adds, works your brain, and you don’t need internet it’s a good price. But I think it needs to be upfront immediate pay or nothing. Thank you!

Looking forward to MV4!. Love the ethereal feel and most of the graphics. The little boat is frustratingly slow and awkward to maneuver. Each page is less complex than previous versions. If there is going to be a version four (I sure hope so!) I would love to see a continued evolution of the storyline and graphics, and would enjoy each chapter being a little more complex like they were in the previous two versions. Thank you for Monument Valley. It is truly an enjoyable experience!

Thank you for the separate app from the one requiring Netflix - I paid for the full thing.. I love this addition to the Monument Valley games (now) series. I appreciate playing it with the Netflix subscription, but o don’t consistently subscribe to Netflix and it was annoying to not be able to play this game when I didn’t have the subscription and to know it was tied to the subscription at all - especially with Netflix. I am glad this game is available through the App Store now with the option to buy the full game. I’d pay more than what is charged for the game if the price were higher. Ustwo Games has made another beautiful, relaxing, and intriguing game here.

A truly exceptional experience. To put it simply, this is a masterful mobile game. I’ve played all 3 MV games, this one is my favorite. It is not particularly challenging, but the level design is as clever as it has always been, and the art direction… wow. This game is absolutely stunning to behold. On an entirely different level. Visuals and audio, absolutely fantastic. On a more personal note, my Dad died about a month ago. This game has helped me cope with that loss. I know this may sound silly to some, but it truly did bring me some much needed peace and escapism during this very hard time for me. Thank you to the developers for this amazing creation. ❤️ A no-brainer for the asking price. Get it, put on headphones, and enjoy!

They did it again.. They added nostalgic elements from the first and second MVs, but came up with a new game that was interesting. There were even a few moments that had me pausing and thinking. The goal isn’t to be super challenged. It’s to just relax and take in the GORGEOUS art, while solving puzzles. As soon as I noticed MV3, I bought it. It’s so worth the money. Sound design and art design and game design is top notch.

Should be half the price. Great game but not as good the first two difficulty wise and the game is to short. You should offer 2 or 3 levels of difficulty that and better graphics in the backgrounds you have ai now so you could do some wicked artwork the moves in the backgrounds we can get $20 for this title guys cmon and keep a lite version for the normies! need to be able to see chapter menu and replay any chapter I want - there is n main menu. pro: the visuals are still very good, some creative moments, although a little less sophisticated; also new tricks and smart illusions. you do,have to get pass the 10 levels for the extra games which are actually better than the 10 level ones. con: glitch control, each level is way too short and the tasks are not as challenging, and somehow lacking emotional excitement as the 1 and 2. you are going through the game just to finish the challenges, and you don't feel like you care about the little girl, which is a shame. also the layout is confusing - I thought I finally arrived at the end credits but then the boat will go to even more places if you go through another door ? the memory river boat section has np clear ending and no menu to go back and replay a certain chapter. i don't want to reset the whole game

Very cozy and fun game. I just love this game. I have played MV-1 and MV-2 and was looking forward to this edition: MV-3. What I truly enjoy about this game is how relaxing and stress-relieving this puzzles are. No rush, no worries! The graphics are beautiful and relaxing in their own right. Just a cozy way to relax after a very stressful day. I use this game to help relax before bed. I hope MV-4 is in the works already.

Thoughtful. You can tell the Devs actually care about this game. There is intention and creativity in the whole set of games and you see it again in this one. I have played all of them and they each have a similar concept but it doesn’t feel overdone. Each game feels fresh and exciting to explore the puzzles. I especially like the puzzles in this one. They are super unique and playful. Thank you for making a game that doesn’t just feel like you want to make a quick buck! I bought the full game before playing because of y’all’s reputation for making worthy games.

I will always pay for this game. Worth every penny. Beautiful graphics and music, challenging levels (but not impossible). My only wish is for more — keep the coming!

Please add to Apple Arcade. I really like this game but I hate that the free “trial” is only two levels and then after that you have to pay $6 mind you the other two games combined are $6 I really enjoy playing the other games and I was really looking forward to getting to play the third one but instead it told that I had to pay in order to unlock all the levels. Either the price of this game needs to go down or it needs to be added to Apple Arcade, please.

Best choice to Relax. I have just start playing this game while I am staying home because of injury. It’s has been the best choice of games I’ve ever had picked. It is both beautiful and challenging and very calming. I As I said, that I had an injury, it has really helped the pain go down. I just really wish that there were some new challenges to overcome and stuff like that. One world could be like galaxies and stars, planets, and more!

Do I have to pay twice?. I bought this game from the Google play store but now I have an iPhone. Is there anyway to restore my purchase or do I have to pay again?? Honestly I would!

Another Great Game. Have been a fan since I was a kid and played the first Monument Valley! I love how the creators try new things with each game. This one has a lot of water motifs which made it very memorable. I think some of the levels feel a little too easy, but it’s often trading level difficulty for a more immersive experience. I will continue to play these games as long as they’re made!!! ❤️

MV series is a massage for your brain and 3 turned up the essential oils!. I stumbled on MV1 back in college 2017 and I would play a level to relax after studying. MV2played the same role. Now a father I am playing with my newborn asleep on my chest and it’s just as relaxing and fun to play now. They have added little elements each game to make it new without messing with what made it great. With MV3 they have added the most and still kept the heart of the game. Relaxing music, stunning atmosphere, and fun simple puzzles to solve while in a tranced almost meditative state. That’s the best way to play the game, relaxed and slow. If your intention is to “beat it” you won’t enjoy it. Let the game do what it was designed to do- massage your brain

Beautiful Design. What a lovely experience! Stays true to the games original concept and builds on it like a sequel should. The design of not only the environments but the UI and especially the level select feel fresh, polished and noticeably crafted specifically for mobile in a way that feels Very tactile and whimsical. Truly a work of art in every sense of the word. Soundtrack is also incredible!

Best game on the market. I've been playing Monument Valley since the first game and it's always been the best game out there. Normally I've downloaded it to play when I have a flight, but I was so excited when I saw a third game had been released. So far, it's everything and more. I’m not exaggerating.. MV3 gave me goose bumps through every chapter. The art is so phenomenal! Art history is my niche and they tapped into some of my favorite styles. The story is so beautiful. If you don’t swell up inside and almost cry…well I don’t know about you. But wow they did it again. But this one is definitely my favorite! Bar none! 🕌🌸🔑

I immediately purchased the game💙. Ever since I’ve played Monument Valley I’ve been obsessed, and I just purchased this game today and finished it today, If you need a game that makes you think but not stressful…. I recommend this game 💙. I really hope you guys come out with another one 🤞🏾

Challenging and Fun. I’ve started playing this with my [might be on the spectrum] son, Logan. This game helps him focus and challenges him in ways I’ve not seen before. Logan is only 5 years old and is wall to wall energy from the time he wakes to when he falls asleep. I feel like this game has helped his patience and puzzle-solving skills. We really enjoy playing this together!

In game purchase request. Is there a way to unlock the full game without paying the in game fee? I played through all the chapters of the game when it was released a year ago because I had a Netflix subscription and I have been waiting for the next chapters that were supposed to be added to the game before it was delisted from the Apple App Store. I still have the original games by ustwo games including the Netflix subscription game versions on my iPhone. It seems unfair that someone like me that likes these games and played them in the past when they were open and free now has to pay a fee to unlock the full game. I really enjoyed the storytelling and the game mechanics. It helps with my anxiety and depression when I’m feeling stressed out about my life and these games are so much fun for me that it’s actually therapeutic and maybe it helps other people too. Been anticipating this ever since I first played 1 and 2 years ago, definitely good so far.. Only got to two levels so far, but I’d say it is worth the wait after one and two. I love it so far!! Would rate more stars if I could!

Monument Valley 3. EXCITED - I loved the 1st 2 & really excited to see you made another- I love the soothing music on the 1st 2 monument valley & looks like you did it again - I’ve had mine for yrs & still play them over & now a # 3 I’m sooo excited bc these games are still my top #1 & I play a lot of games but keep very few & most games have annoying music so thank you for calming & relaxing beautiful intriguing games

You Will Not Find A Better Puzzle Game!. I have played 1 and 2 and their additional games 3 times. Learn something new each time. Now I’ve played MV 3. You cannot get tired of this. You may get frustrated, and even think of giving up, or “isn’t there a rescue button?”. But keep at it! Twist, push, pull, slide, and then do it all over again with a new eye. This is the best. I will continue to play over and over (you can’t remember the solutions), anxiously awaiting MV 4. P.S.-I think I just found there is more than 1 section on each level. OMG!. Excited to go back!

Help. Down loaded three times, no sound, confirmed settings, tried to purchase future episodes but apparently did not go through, I’m about to give up! Have Valley 1 & 2 without issues. Help? Everything is working fine now. I don’t know what I did but what ever it was it worked!😃

amazing! however.... tldr: good, but not AS good as the first two games I love monument valley just by default, and this game did not disappoint. The puzzles are fun, the art is a treat to look at as ever. The decision to tell a more direct story with this installment was bold, but totally worth it. And the totem boat is fun and smooth to control. However, I have 2 very minor complaints. 1: too much dialog, the first 2 game's greatest strengths was how it used a show don't tell method to convey their stories, with some ominous foreshadowing and obscure lore dropped by the occasional ghosts. 2: too many characters. Aside from the mentor and the nomad I felt nothing for any of the people I met on my journey. Except mayybe the family we rescue from the flood. But pretty much everyone was one-note, and that would be fine were it not for the post game quests pretending like I had some profound connection with these people (except for the nomad's quest that was awesome).

Better than ever!. I’ve played Monument Valley 1 & 2 all the way through numerous times, and they’ve once again delivered. The graphics are more colorful & smoother, the music is better, sound effects blend seamlessly with the music, and there are some new puzzle strategies to keep it interesting. My only complaint is that if I’d rather listen to a podcast or my own music while playing, I can’t. Even if you turn off the game’s audio, it pauses any other playing media on your device until you close the game. It doesn’t allow you to restart that media while in the game, either. This happened on both iPhone and iPad. Don’t get me wrong, the game music is peaceful and elegant- but I’m annoyed when any game or app pauses my other playing media.

Brilliant. I am addicted to games. I play Zelda on the flat screen and lots of games on my iPad. If I could only have 2 games it would be monument valley and Zelda. I can get lost in both. There’s no other game compares to M. Valley. Thank you. Looking forward to 4 then 5 and on and on!

Love the symbolism. This is my first monument valley game I’ve played—and I find it truly beautiful. I love symbolism in games—the messages of the moth, death and rebirth, being your true self, inner child, and needing each other are such beautiful messages. And I feel like the puzzles are challenging without being too frustrating—they’re always much more simple than my brain initially sees. Haha. A good reminder that simple isn’t always easy. It reminds me of Machenarium, Sky: CTL, and Spiritfarer. Truly lovely.

Knocked it out of the park. Amazing sequel! They did an amazing job recreating the vibes from the first two games, while incorporating new mind-bending illusions, varied gameplay elements, vibrant colors, and relaxing music. NOTE this is not a free game, but it is definitely worth the $6, especially if you were a fan of the first two.

Yes! 10/10 recommend playing this game!. The art, story, and characters are beautiful! I love how it feels like you’re in another world whenever you play! I hope they could make more levels for it and continue to develop it!

There is nothing better to buy with that $9. The Monument Valley games singlehandedly restored my faith in mobile game design. They’re clever, visually fantastic, they have heart, and apparently support charities, too. What can you possibly buy for the same amount, that is better?

Great game. I’m only giving it a five star review because I’ve already played this game before when it was only available on Netflix and I loved it. Then it got removed and for a while I couldn’t play it again until it finally became available here. Now that it’s available here I can play it again but not entirely. This is where it starts becoming a bad review. I have no problem with the game itself. The problem is having to pay $5.99 to play the entire game. Are you kidding me? I was able to play the entire game without a problem when it was available on Netflix. Also, the other two games were completely free to play. Why do I need to now pay to play the entire game? It’s completely ridiculous. Please, make it available for Apple Arcade so that I can play the entire game for free.

Um… hi…?. I really liked the first and second game, they were pretty cool. I just wish I didn’t have to pay for the third game. But other than that, the third game seemed really amazing even if I got to play it just for a few minutes before having to pay.

Does not disappoint. Have been playing this series since it first came out and was wary of another version so many years later. It has exceeded my expectations. My all time favorite game.

Wasted potential. I wanted to love this game, but I have so many problems with it. I love the original games, and this is a significant downgrade. The excessive dialogue definitely undermines the tone. I found myself missing the sense of mystery and wonder from the other two games. The environmental storytelling is weaker overall, especially since the story is relying more on the dialogue. I noticed a number of bugs/visual errors, which broke the little immersion I had in the game. There are jagged shadows and lines, you clip through characters that follow you, and in one level I actually glitched onto an impossible platform and phased through the character you speak to at the end. A lot of the level designs also feel uninspired. They don’t evoke emotions strongly or at all and most of the puzzles are too easy/repetitive. They don’t effectively help us connect with the characters or convey emotional story beats. They often feel like filler and have a sense of being disconnected. I think the story itself could have been good if portrayed correctly. There are a few moments I really liked, but they felt unearned and my lack of connection to the characters cheapened everything. The pacing is choppy, and the game feels very unpolished, which was a big problem for me throughout my play-through. There are good elements in the game. There are some levels that I liked visually, and there are parts of the story that I liked, but the overall execution falls flat. I can’t properly describe the wrongness that I felt while playing. It feels hollow and lazy. The story, the puzzles, the visuals, there is something wrong with everything. I spent money on this game, and this is what I got?

A beautiful masterpiece. I’ve had the first two games for a several years, and I love both in their own ways; the first is a good challenge while I love the second for its story. I was SOOOO excited when I saw they released the third for iOS and I still can’t believe how they made perfect mix of simple and challenging puzzles, AND such a sweet and powerful story. This game takes a more lively direction compared to the other two games (who emphasize loneliness and emptiness, which works perfectly for their stories), which I absolutely love because it makes this installment stand out. One thing I’m so happy they included was being able to do more puzzles after the main story, so now there’s more to look forward too! Overall AMAZING GAME, the flute, acoustic guitar, and harp and all the visuals and colors just tickle my brain perfectly!!

Awesome game. I’ve played all the series, and they’re consistently excellent. These games are highly sophisticated and intellectually stimulating, challenging your logic and perception. I wholeheartedly recommend them and give them a perfect score of 10 stars.

Corrupt game and company. No matter how many times apple doesn’t let me write a review I’ll still try. This third installment is not worth the purchase if you played and paid before. Its like EA they’ll show it, get you all excited and have you play with full progress just to hit you with micro transaction. Which is what happened here, they’re greedy and predatory if this how they conduct their games and business which wasn’t how it seemed before but this was a slap to the face. To have people need a subscription to netflix, not make any announcement about how its actually not needed anymore and to fully remove the game from the app store, put it back under a different format and have people to unlock it via purchase again with no progress sounds like not worth the hassle of ever enjoying the franchise ever again and I regret showing it off to family and friends, its like I tricked them into a MLM and theres constantly a new tier to unlock.

Open seas open journey. Bring me back so many memories first, you became a queen, second you became a mother, and now you go in the ocean. But not just a character but the puzzles I love those kinds of puzzles, especially Nomad. Keep up a good work and probably I will see you in the next mystery or puzzles.. or the ocean whatever you choose

More Content than I Expected!. This game definitely takes the previous editions and kicks it up a notch. I didn’t find the puzzles too difficult, but I’m not sure if that’s just because I’ve played Monument Valley several times and have improved at it. The levels are beautiful as always, and you now get to pilot a boat in certain levels. Once you complete the 10 levels, you can explore a large lake and play a variety of bonus levels. My only complaint is that starting a level is slow; the animations are gorgeous but take a long time, and you often need to walk or travel around a map to go to the level you want, rather than use a menu.

Very disappointing. I really enjoyed MV 1 and 2. I waited a long time for MV 3, only to be really let down. I don’t like the fact that it cost money for MV 3. I expected it to be more difficult than the first two versions, but it wasn’t. I felt like I was playing the same puzzle over and over. The boat was too slow and difficult to manipulate. The graphics were inferior to the previous games. I wish I could have my $6 back.

Beautiful, relaxing and almost meditative. A true bargain.. This game is a breath of fresh air. it’s creative and relaxing in a way that is grounding, almost meditative. The story is at once dreamlike and inspiring. Hours of relatively wholesome gameplay that is well worth the price. No ads, no commercial a break from in your face commercialism. Thank you!

Epic game. Really cool, extremely imaginative, adorable, and so much more. Have played monument valley 1 and 2, but I think this one is better. The developers never run out of ideas. Money was worth it. Relaxing and creative game. I especially like the freestyle sailing and the cute decorations.

Only one complaint…. Is that the game ends. It is absolutely brilliant. The way they pay attention to design, encourage discovery, the sound design, the stories, everything. This is a perfect game to me and it feels so good to play it. I’m so impressed by the minds behind this game. I hope they never stop making these. I would gladly pay for future versions of it. Serious congrats to the folks who made it, looking forward to many more!!!

The best game ever!!!. This has got to be the most incredible game. Please please make more. I know it takes time but there’s literally no good games outside of MV. The graphics, the puzzles are amazing. Such talented creators. I keep checking App Store hoping to see a new MV game. I’m replaying all three over and over. Just amazing!!!!

In App Purchase. Update: I’m only on level 4 and the thought and craftsmanship that went into the 3rd game is stunning. I standby the criticism they should allow direct purchase without the sample. I haven’t even started playing and I’m giving a 1 star review. This is a ludicrous step. If ustwo games wants to offer a separate first few levels for free option, and an option to purchase immediately, fine. However, I almost didn’t get to continue my all time favorite game, because I thought there were “in app purchases “.

The Design is Unreal. The designers who worked on this game are gods. They should be worshipped and prayed their minds are amazing and beautiful. The gameplay is so mesmerising and captivating. The puzzles are just so well thought out. I instantly fell in love with Monument Valley 1 and 2 but 3 is just a whole another level. As a fellow illustrator the graphics in this game just blow me away. Noor has been made proud, every penny spent on this game is worth it.

Definitely increased to 5 stars. Thank-you! I was really looking forward to this game.. so much I paid without playing. I really enjoyed MV 1 and MV2 so I didn’t think there would be an issue. Unfortunately I cannot get past level 3. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, reset and replayed. I can get to the end and the shape just hangs in the air. Nothing I can do to make it end. I’ve emailed the developers 26/04/26 with no response. So… yep. Disappointing. EDIT: 13/05/26 A month after emailing the developer, I’ve finally been contacted and asked to raise a ticket with another email address. See what happens.

Broken game. I purchased and played the first 2 - for the 3rd installment/ The game allows a free try - so I tried the 3 rd installment for the free trial - at the end of the first chapter it says tap to complete and nothing happens - stuck - no moving forward no explanation - not sure if that’s the end of the trial because it doesn’t say anything - but it appears to be a glitch glad I didn’t pay for this first then play - too bad - I liked the series and would have paid for the third.

Breathtaking Addition. I have now played all 3 of Monument Valley games on my iPad. With each one the storytelling and puzzles keep getting better and better. The art work itself is so captivating. I have my finger crossed there will be a 4th Monument Valley.

Problem with sound. Sound doesn’t work

So fun!. Such a good game for a chill afternoon! The only downside? That you get hyper fixated on it so fast! Like a good book, you can never put it down. My opinion? Pick a good rainy day, hot chocolate (or coffee) and a blanket and play some Monument Valley!!!

Stunning digital environment. From what I’ve played through the free version, this game, though simple, is beautifully done and very relaxing. From its geometric and clever puzzlescapes to its calming and cheerful musical details, definitely a favorite, may just buy the full game!

Game graphics. This game has become much more attractive. The only problem is that level 4 does not have good graphics.

Honestly. It’s so hard to find an intriguing puzzle game. But this. This is My absolute favorite game. Beautiful. The music. The artistry. The puzzles. I love everything about it. I was so psyched to see there was a third one.

No sound. There is no sound/music. I’ve reloaded the game twice and checked all settings, and still no audio. My phone audio for others apps is working fine. Disappointed.

Forced Mute. Super annoyed I just bought this game because I won’t be playing it. I turned off music in the settings and now instead of the game music I hear…nothing. Not the music I had playing on my phone, no podcasts or audiobooks. Why would the options available be game music or nothing? Apps which dictate what you can and can’t do with your phone while using them are trash.

Great game, major issue. It is pay to play. It is supposed to be a calm game but it lets you do 2 chapters and then you need to pay. Also it is a new character then the one we love. (S)he is like an apprentice and like what are you doing? What is the story?

Another Gorgeous Game. I hope they never stop making Monument Valley sequels! This game is beautifully designed, but I think it's too easy. As a happy paying customer, I want a more challenging gameplay.

Love the game buttt. I love monument valley 1 and 2 and when 3 game out I was super excited so I played for a few t then I have to pay to continue 😩and so question later will it be free later to continue or no? :)

Dreamlike. I forgot this was a game, I thought I dreamt of the first game but then the series popped up. I love these puzzles. They make me think but the visuals are adorable and appealing and satisfying. I cannot recommend enough.

Best Puzzle Game Period. This game is the most challenging puzzle game I have ever seen. It is a brilliantly conceived architectural puzzle platform. The game also has beautiful music and a sweet storyline. Worth every penny and then some.

Not as good as 1&2. Very fast play through.. under 2 hr to finish. There are a few new ideas but most puzzles are rehashes of earlier games. The story is like an attempt at a story but disjointed and weird. I hope they try harder if a 4 comes out.

Why. I love the monument valley series but I need to pay $6 just to play the full game so ima download this on my tablet and see if it changes anything I really really really want to play it so I hope that you make an offer to play without paying so people can play this

Passable. The playtime is too short,and the content doesn’t justify the price,but the gameplay shows innovation compared to the second part.

Worse than first ones. It fails to impress compared to the previous versions which were more interesting and original. Also the chat texts are silly.

My new favorite game. monument Valley is a beautiful fun and unique, calming game I give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I thought six dolors was a lot but it is totally worth it I played the first game and I loved it so I thought I would try it no regrets totally recommend! LOVED IT!

Amazing game. Wow, this is good. I’ve been a fan for years, and i’ve beaten both 1 and 2. I’ve also beaten the DLC and other extras. I’m not even done with this game and it’s AMAZING. Would recommend.

Stunning!. Absolutely gorgeous from start to finish. The quality of the levels combined with the underlying story is just immaculate.

Nice Expansion. MV3 was good, and difficulty level was between 1 and 2. But the Garden of Life expansion is even better, and reminded me of MV1 levels. Can't wait for more MV games.

Glitchy controls. ❤️ LOVE ❤️ all the Monument Valley games. But the controls are glitchy in this one, in that I have to tap a location three times in order to move Noor, and if that fails, go backwards then forwards again. Would have rated a 5 otherwise. Using an iPhone 13 Pro Max, w/iOS 18.5

Love Letter to Humanity and Nature. This game is a visual and auditory masterpiece! There’s nothing quite like the Monument Valley trilogy, especially as far as mobile gaming goes. It’s well worth the $6. I might even pick it up on Steam too. Please support human artists :)

Not the same. I loved MV 1 & 2 but 3 not so much. Game play speed is slower and the puzzles are not as challenging (maybe this is because I had lots of practice with 1 & 2??). I don’t mind the cost but I was hoping for something more.

This one is okay. I love it,I remember when I used to play this calm and relaxing game,then a third one came out! But the only problem is you can only play TWO CHAPTERS then you have to buy the rest of the chapters I love monument valley,but I want you to enjoy it without spending money!!

I’ll be waiting for this to come out on Apple Arcade like the first two.. They’re all great, beautiful games but not long enough for 6 dollars.
