Terrible App and service. The app is slow to respond, keeps telling me the password is wrong and locking us out, we can’t make outgoing calls- most of the time the line drops. The service with Bell is also awful that this partners with. They don’t care. I’ve put in a ticket 3 x with no result.

App incomplète, manque de finition!. Il faut choisir entre appel en mode cellulaire (celui-ci ne affiche le numéro du cellulaire au lieu du no connexion totale) Sinon mode donnes. Il affiche le numéro du compte connexion totale. Toutefois, bug majeur, si on reçois un appel sur le cellulaire, l’appel est coupé!!!!! Ordinaire

Only 1 device allow ?. Able to log in from laptop to change preference, but unable to log in the app to use as phone ?

Keeps Crashing. I can receive call and sometimes make calls. It always crashes when accessing voicemail and when pressing to return a call. Is there a plan to update this app?

Glitchy. Drops calls now and then.

Since 16.4.1 update not working. The app no longer allows outgoing calls since the most recent iOS update. It’s a problem for my business that for sure.

Doesn’t work with iPhone 5x/6. I’ve been using Bell Total Connect on my iPhone 4 and it worked quite well. I have co-workers that have tried to use it on iPhone 5 and I’ve seen it crash. I’ve upgraded to an iPhone 6 and BTC app simply dies whenever you attempt to log in. At the moment, it’s unusable and in need of an upgrade.

Bell Connect. Dysfunction in an App.

Terrible. Have to give one star solely because this app completely bypasses any “do not disturb” settings on iPhone.

Glitchy. The update seems to have made the app very glitchy. It sometimes works and most of the time does not. This app has a lot of potential but it’s frustrating when you are using it for business and it’s not reliable.

Simply Dreadful. I have been a Bell SNR user for as long as the service has existed. I have been forced into the use the new service and app, which is largely non functional. I smell a class action law suit in the making

When it works, it’s ok.. Very buggy. But when it does decide to work, it works as expected. The app will always crash when I try answering an incoming call when my device is asleep (screen off). We’ve been using the app for over a year now. With a little love and attention this could be great. Come on Bell!

Not a great update. Before this recent update, I could answer the call through the app and be able to screen before I picked up. Now I don’t have that option and I have to either decline the call or answer it. We get a lot of spam calls from US numbers with dead air when we answer it. I would like the option of ignoring it and knowing before I answer.

App Not Working after Update. After I updated to iOS 16.4.1 the app started crashing which is a problem. I can’t make outgoing calls.

App ne fonctionne plus. Suite à la mise à jour, l'App ne fonctionne plus sur mon I Phone. J'en ai besoin pour télétravail.

Broke the app. The update in April 2020 makes the app unusable for me. The app now seems to force the integration of your cellular phone service with the Bell BTC app. I can’t seem to disable this integration. Frustrating.

Not working with iOS 16.4.1. As I updated iOS 16.4.1, no longer working. It’s a real problem for my sales

Much improved as of April 2020. Appears to be much more “baked-in” to iOS. No more issues with dropped calls or having to unlock the phone to answer.

Does what it supposed to.. Does what it is supposed to, make and receive calls. Corporate directory works fine, although for some odd reason accents don’t work in the Caller ID. Ummm Canada is a bilingual country Bell!

Please fix this app!. Unfortunately I have been using this app since March 2020 and it has been glitchy since the start. Dropped calls, horrible reception, have to log in and out of app to get it kick started. This is not good for business and I am beyond frustrated with this app! I am surprised it has not been fixed yet given this is a bell product. Disappointed is an understatement!!!

Hello Glitches. If you want to make sure your communication start glitching in the middle of nowhere or miss a dozen of calls because the app does not ring anymore... that the app to use

You guys need to update this app. App keeps dropping calls and sometimes it doesn’t even ring. 2 years since the last update!!!!

Problème application avec iPhone et iwatch. Impossible de répondre sur un iPhone verrouillé, lorsque j'ai ma iWatch j'ai une notification sur celle-ci mais la seul option est de refuser. Lorsque j'ai un appel sur le iphone le temps que je déverrouille le téléphone et que je démarre l'application bell, l'interlocuteur à déjà raccrocher. Au final j'ai revoyez mes appels vers ma ligne cellulaire et je me sert de celui-ci pour appeler via le btc.

Garbage!!. Bring back SNR!! What was bell thinking!! Bell ruined a great thing!

Featuring new stuff for kids channels on demand on bell five TV app And a new feature where you can access your TV shows that are playing on the TV guide from days ago and to access them before the time they come on on the TV guide days before 😊😊 And to access TV shows before the day they come on for on-demand and to have 4K sport channels on bell app to bring to the platform for more opportunities for 4K sport and to bring a new look to the TV Guide for colour on Bell TV app because we don’t get the opportunity to have more of these features on Bell Fibe app to bring more opportunities for these features on bell app for more

Has it been an update in a long time?. There hasn’t been an update in a long time for new stuff to bring to the TV guide for Bell and new ways to watch TV before the time they come on for TV shows and movies to access TV shows and movies before the days they come on and colourful TV Guide 😀😀 thank you for making bell TV app so amazing with all the new features and a new feature where you can view all the live TV channels that are playing on the TV Guide and watch them from anytime for that channel you guys are amazing

Won’t let me log in. I’ve tried my work logins, the same for my desktop and it still won’t let me log in.

Not the best. I have been using the APP since August of 2016. It relies on a "Callback feature" to route back to a land line (to get the best long distance rates to the US or Internally). For no apparent reason, the APP loses its setting meaning that the Call Back function stops working. Moreover, the connectivity itself seems poor, when I have managed to make a call to the US frequently the person I call cannot hear me. I will likely go back to skype or some other service. Frankly, I expected MUCH MORE from a large established company like Bell.

Glitchy. App disconnects current call on a different app when I get a call on btc. They can’t still figure out how to make myself unavailable from the app.

Terrible. Can’t even login, not good for business use at all

Please make an update. This app is terrible and I use it for work. Half the time it says “calling” but the phone doesn’t ring or anything. No wonder it has 1 star..

Worst VOIP App ever. Bell spends no time or energy. Trying to fix the problems. Do not invest in Bell Total Connect as I did with my company of 120.

Disfonctionnel. Cet application dois non seulement être actif mais votre téléphone dois l’être aussi! Si il tombe en mode veille car il est resté trop longtemps sans activité, vous ne recevrez pas vos appel mais vous verrez que vous avez manqué des appels! Alors c’est un bon application pour vider votre pile! Merci de corriger ou d’améliorer!

Crash - Ne fonctionne pas sous IOS 13.2. L’application n’ouvre même pas sous IOS 13.2. Très déçu car je voulais m’en servir pour former mes collègues au bureau.

Impossible to connect. I can connect through my desktop, but not on the app. Considering Bell is the biggest telecommunications company in Canada, a simple app should be efficient… not this one apparently…
