Always extra charge. I am with bell long long time recently every bill they charge me roaming with I don’t know where does come from and every time I call them they said you use roaming I don’t know how I will soon switch to other carriers

All good. Fast and easy to use.

Takes ages to open. Every time I open it, i have to wait ages before i can use it. Hey Bell: pay actual $ for a real app, not this crap

Tooth pie. Easy to navigate and pay bills track usage etc plus live chat if you get bored🙇🏼‍♂️

Double charges. Garbage app and service. Stay away. Total garbage app and service. I started a new line and they charged twice. Their website and app are both total garbage and I can’t see what’s the additional charges are for.

Glitchy log in. Can’t use without a connection to wifi. Even though my account is set up for auto deposit it does not work. Have to pay manually through the app. Can be glitchy.

Lag, lag, lag. Be prepared for the app to load or not

Payments. Have had an account with you for 5 yrs. Up until 3 months ago I have been able to pay my bill through your app with my credit card no problem. But 3 months ago your app and your website started telling me it could not verify my credit card or that the security number was wrong and to contact my bank. My bank told me they did not even see any kind of transactions coming from you. They saw nothing from you so it has to be on your end. My bank was even nice enough to send me a new card and it is still the same issue with you. Can’t verify card info. With your last couple of updates you screwed something up. I have always payed my bill on time but now I have to download a copy of the bill, and take it to the bank to pay it. If this is the way it’s going to be you need to give me a huge discount for the trouble you are putting me through. There are other companies out there with service just as good if not better. I can always go there. I complained about this months ago over the phone and never heard anything back from you. If I could give you no stars I would. Your customer service is atrocious.

Easy to use. Living in the USA, this app makes paying my bell bill very easy...

Poor service. Whenever I am not connected to the internet I hardly receive texts.

App says I am at 103% of my days of my billing period. AND charges me data overage even though it impossible to be at 103% days of my billing period. Useless tool and has cost me overage more than once as these guys tell us to use this to monitor our usage and it is TOTALLY ERRONEOUS.

The slowest app on my phone. Takes forever to open, doesn’t remember my card info. It works, but it’s by far the least efficient app I have on my phone.

Over charge. Disappointed on Bell policy concerning (season users) who have to suspend service instead having it done automatically.

Good app for most common requests. Sadly, there are still too many times when you must call Bell. They try to be helpful. They promise a solution, and the bill rarely resembles what was committed.

Functionality not working. Trying to add data but the app or mobile site will not let me.

Inadequate internet. So I was connected to my bell WiFi and I couldn’t connect to the app on my phone. So I disconnect from WiFi and get on to pay my bill. I can’t wait for the new internet service provider Ontario east to connect then you can come pick up your garbage equipment at the road.

Absolute trash. Be prepared to top up every five even if you never use your phone. Any service is better than that offered by Bell.

My Bell. Very easy to view and use.

Slow to load be handy and useful. It can take awhile to load but it’s nice to have easy access to my usage and pay my bill through the app.

Great app. Works like a charm.

Worst company. App show a $599 fee and I don’t know why. I am not looking forward the 2h+ call I am going to have to do to get it credited.

John Fortin. Bell has been screwing me since July 2020 when I entered into a two year agreement, after being promised certain conditions, in writing!! Since October they maintain that those condition were wrong, but I must still live with the agreement, now they can’ t understand how come my bill is not being paid even with a per-authorized, card registered on the account for auto bill pay, I need to figure out what they are doing wrong!! I want out from this lousy slow service and agents that can’t fix these problems!

Easy to use. Really like the app. Everything I need at my fingertips. Makes bill pay easy!

Easy to use and easy to read. Unlike many other apps which cram as much details as possible into a single screen, the MyBell app is clean and easy to reasd and use.

Terrible payment management. Made payment arrangement with bell, they did not take the money out and ruined my credit

Awful at updating password. After more than a dozen attempts at updating my password on my computer, I finally used the app on my phone and paid with a credit card. I still can’t get into Bell on my laptop. Count me as “frustrated and looking at alternatives.”

Bell. What a Joke! You should think that a business of this size and pedigree would have the best app in the World, but No. The main reason Bell has an app is to get paid. Thanks! I expected more… My Mistake! I would give you negative stars, if possible!

Incorrect and barely functional. Don’t believe what it says.. Account information particularly usage data is delayed for hours or more giving a false snapshot of your account which can lead to extra charges. There’s no reason to delay account information other than to try to fool people into a sense of security so that bell can rack up extra charges. Very poor business practice in my opinion. UPDATE: data doesn’t even track on the app anymore. If you check the app and it says you have used x amount of data. Apparently that may or may not be correct depending on whether or not it’s in bells favor. Their suggestion was I check their website or call them to check on my usage. But when all three come out different. Which am I supposed to believe?

Poor performance. I had to log in twice to get my bill to display.

Ironic. The only thing that works well with Bell is the app to pay your bill. Funny how that is the most functional component of Bell’s services.

Lacks features and has poor design. It is okay app. If you compare with T-mobile or other apps it lacks features and app flow.

Payment from Cadian bank not an option. Which Bell should I pay from Scotia Bank ? Cannot tell from your bill Used to pay from Scotia bank but cannot tell which company to pay???

Need a lock card function. Lost my card and couldn’t turn it off through the app. Waited 39 minutes on hold for CSR and during that time my card was used. Do better and add a lock card function to the app

Hopefully Fixed. Have been losing our Fibe internet often. 3 or 4 new modems, new line ends, new drop connector and today a new drop line to the house. This was our 9th repeat, 5 th or 6 th technician, perhaps 20+ phone calls with customer service. During this time our internet life span has gone from 1-2 days to as much as 3 weeks prior to the last failure. We are hopeful that all is good now. I found that the majority of techs and certainly the last one have been polite and helpful. I have found the telephone help to be hit or miss, with probably 30% being able to make me feel they are committed to getting it fixed. The other 70% tell me to get yet another new modem. This solution has NEVER worked. I ALWAYS needed a tech to get me going again, even if until it failed again days later. The repair robot voice is almost a waste of time. You have to demand escalation and urgency if the problem persists. You would be treated better if you were a new customer vs an existing one. Been a customer with Bell since the 70’s. Now, when the Fibe goes the house is dead. Phone, wifi, internet, security… everything.

Service médiocre. Après avoir tenté de faire des changements pendant 4 mois, le service a la clientèle par téléphone est aussi mauvais, j’ai temporairement abandonné et je paie jusqu’à ce que je trouve un moment pour changer de compagnie. Jamais capable de vous rejoindre et, quand on y parviens, on se fait dire de rappelle car c’est black friday….Nous n’avons pas trop de choix vu la localisation de ma demeure, c’est plus difficile d’avoir d’autres services mais j’ai bien hâte de ne plus avoir à faire affaire avec vous.

Itinérance. Au Mexique pour 30 jours, je découvre après des heures de recherches que le passeport voyage à 60$ pour 30 jours n’existe plus. Il a été remplacé par “voyagez mieux” au coût de 16$/jours. Donc pour 30 jours c’est 480$ !!!! Hallucinant! Si c’est pas de l’arnaque je ne sait pas ce que c’est. Que fait le CRTC ? J’en appelle à tous de dénoncer les pratiques de banditisme de Bell. Ça va faire l’impunité. Et de ce pas je vais me trouver une carte SIM maintenant qu’on m’y force.

App Crashes. They made a new update and forced us to download it, it doesn’t even open the app. Cant see my services or anything else.

Bell is terrible. I hate everything about this company. It makes it ridiculously difficult to solve any problem.

Update required. Please fix usage meter on app, since last update it does not read the actual data usage.

Customer service. After 21 years being a customer I left for lack of customer service, third party service was horrid being farmed out to India and other Asian countries, asked for follow up on poor customer service, diddle, went to Rogers

Bell a tech company?. Fix your app. It sucks.

New app doesn’t work. Trying to log into new app to pay my bill. Tells me my log in info is wrong so I reset password and finally get into the app and there’s no accounts. Click the button to add an account and it tells me there’s no account with my account number? Exit app and go to to log in again and it tells me my credentials are wrong again??!

Disgusted with your calls. Today I got a call to pay my bill. I knew I didn’t pay my bill yet for last month but was waiting for my cheque to come tomorrow, so things have have been very tight with Covid and I didn’t want to use my credit card. I keep my service for my parents to have o my for that it would of been long gone. The lady that called me today asked me to pay not my amount outstanding but my new bill which only came out two days ago. That is not over do. I don’t think she even got it. I am totally disgusted that someone called to ask me for the amount that is on my mew bill of two frigging days. I told her I was going to pay the outstanding part and at least three times she asked that again and to make arrangements to pay the mew bill. Seriously. As I told her do not call me looking for a current bill ever again

Account changes and “new” customer offers. Bell continues to have heavily discounted attraction rates for new customers and existing customers are rewarded with standard pricing. This appears to be also reflected in account changes section of the app. Downgrading services often has price tags more expensive then higher grade services offered to new customers. This only drives customers to cycle back and forth from the limited other suppliers.

You people just remove what i dont use.. Am tired of this network

Rate increase. Not happy about a rate increase without notification. Minor increase but the principle of the matter stinks. I guess the loyalty plan only works one way

Bell. The Bell system as a whole sucks, especially when you call support 10 times and the issue IS STILL NOT FIXED. Promises made and never fulfilled.

-5 never has worked. If I could give this a zero star rating I absolutely would this is the stupidest I’ve ever used and has never ever work in the 5 years I’ve used it

RIP - OFF. Complete RIP-OFF company. My internet speed went down. Infact I should say the people using internet in my house a day is now less than before. This all happened right after an agent from Bell called & try to sell me a package more than what I pay now. I told them I m happy with what I have now and I have enough speed. A week later it started showing all sorts of issues.

Return. I returned my modem as you requested. I am now being charged for it. I called and was on the phone for over an hour was transferred to 2 different departments and then I was told I had to call another number as the wait times were too long. Not impressed with you at all. No wonder people hate bell

Not happy with my bill. I sign a contract of $128.00 of your promo , but price goes up up to $130.00 then to $140.00 ten this month i have a bill of $163.00 , if i dont complaint for sure inwill have aminthly bill again of $160.00

Disappointing first attempt at using. Downloaded the app to check my statements and update my credit card info. A waste of time. The app would not allow me to update my credit card number. The field was not enabled so I could not type the new card number. Back to the web browser version; I don't trust buggy apps.

Piece of Garbage. For many reasons I chose the prepaid plan. You’d think that after being a monopoly in Canada for 100 years they would have ripped off enough customers to spend some money on a decent app. 1.I was deceived. .I was told even on a prepaid plan I would get 5G speed. Instead ,I got LTE at miserable 10m/s in metro Toronto . Slower than 3G! 2.Who needs a balance on unlimited messages and phone calls?You can check this useless info on the app. The app help pages tell you that the data balance can be checked on the app. However, they fail to tell you that this is not valid for prepaid plans. So how can you check the balance on the remaining data? Very easy- you go on chat and after being asked 10000 questions about your great great grandmother and in 30 min a very nice agent (indeed) gives you the balance. I’d love to know who are those brainless idiots who decided to go this way 3.The pricing is obscene. It would be cheaper with Elon Musk’s satellite service. I ditched Bell 20 years ago and threw every promo material in the garbage ever since.I regret giving Bell a chance. I thought nothing would be worst than Rogers but Bell proved they can be. Isn’t it a shame that for 25.00 euro per month I can access BELL’s 4 G data-unlimited! With a VODAPHONE ITALIA SIM card?
