App does not work. App hasn’t worked in months staying a network connection error. I’m a public beta tester for iOS and I assume there’s an incompatibility somewhere. Super frustrating for an otherwise useful app when it works.

Welp v2.0 is awful. Profile page doesn’t work, blank screen every time. That’s a third of the app. UI not as intuitive. I guess I lost all of the cool biking stats I had about miles for the year etc. I was one of the few employees who used the old one, I don’t see a purpose to this anymore. I can’t even see where I get the emergency ride home option. Try bug testing this app next time!

Well designed. An upgrade from the previous version. This app makes it easy to manage and log all of your commutes.

Still invisible. How can they keep releasing bug fix updates and not fix the invisible text when logging in bug?

Very easy to navigate. It is one of the best app, easy to navigate. The design was very well done, the color coding is very appealing to the eye. Although it was easy to navigate, it wasn’t straightforward where to include new car license plate number in the web version. However, the app version is fantastic.

Basic Functionality - clunky UI. Basic functionality, clunky UI. Keeps logging out. Doesn’t allow editing reservations - have to cancel and rebook if you need to change. Keeps pestering about writing a review.

White letters on white background. Work recommended Luum. But how secure can it be if the data entry fields use white letters on a matching white background so I cannot see what I am typing. Am uninstalling.

Never been able to get the app to actually connect. Major bugs, needs to be addressed if you expect people to actually use it.

Errors about “internet connection”. Will not allow login due to “network connection” despite Wi-Fi and cell service working just fine.

Buggy App. I have been locked out of parking reservation for WEEKS. One day I accidentally chose 12:00 AM instead of 12:00 PM as my parking reservation start time, and I haven’t been able to book parking since then. The reservation button will not show up on the dashboard. Whenever I try to book parking through calendar the App will crash. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and nothing could fix this bug. I submitted a bug report but it didn’t look like they cared. Hopefully they’ll care about a one-star review on App Store.

As a amazon employees I cant use Lyft code. The Lyft code doesn’t work.

Sometimes QR codes do not work at the entrance. QR codes sometimes do not work

The old version was better. The new version isn’t as cool as the old. It’s downright boring and Saturday April 11th won’t even let me put a commute option on it so my streak will be messed up. I can’t see the benefits of alternate commuting anymore so that’s no fun. Normally new updates are better but this update was a step backwards.

Works great so far. UI works well and data sharing between info logged on browser seems to work fine. Will double check after first pay period. I love that the total trips, co2 saved, and miles traveled are tracked.

Lyft coupons it generates are not honored. This app generates wrong codes

App doesn’t allow parking anymore!!. Before a recent update I was able to use the app to park. Not anymore. How did they make something so simple so confusing? I’ve tried all possible buttons and menus, still can’t figure it out. Nice.

Great!. Super easy to navigate this app. Very happy with it!!

I thought through applying to my employer’s provided luum commute benefits would save me at least something on my daily commute but seems like this app “luum” is so unusable! So disappointing and discouraging… hope they fix the issues regarding all the problems surrounding the useness of this luum app for goodness sake… :(

Carpool. We have free parking for carpool and there is no function to add riders.

Worst update. Since the update 6 days ago you can not tag your riders or convert from parking to carpool. Reached out to our parking services that requires us to use this useless app and they said remove and redownload so I did. Same effect. If your not required to use this app — DON’T!

Dysfunctional app. This app is very unreliable. As I write this review using this app I cannot see the letters im typing. Seems appropriate… works fine one day then I will get logged out for no apparent reason and it will claim I’m re entering wrong password. Despite the password being saved into my devices. Full of random glitches, it’s va very poorly built, unreliable app. Thanks!gu

What did end parking time do to you?. After latest upgrade, selecting parking duration only support select start time and duration, not the end time and calculate the duration for me. Seriously guys?! So every time I need to choose a parking window I have to calculate how long it takes by myself? You do know not all commute parkings are for people who need to park for x hours, but more like people need to park from x time to y time, dont you? This idea is so dumb, makes me feel it came out of someone that never use this app as their daily commute parking. What is the technology difficulty for this app to support both? In the release note it says parking reservation enhancement. I think you have misunderstandings about the meaning of that word. This is oppsite of an enhancement.

App crashes. For corporate account, we get 5 free Lyfts per year for Amazon. Anytime I tap get the code for free Lyft, app crashes. Been this way for months with no fix. Was not able to get my free rides because no one at Luum cares enough to review feedback to fix bugs.

Can’t find “Day Off” option. After updating this app, I can’t find “Day Off” option.

Unusable. Literally not usable. Crashes after clicking “Reserve Parking”. Don’t even know why this still exists.

Luum login problems. Cannot sign up for Luum, whenever I put in my work email it says that it doesn’t work.

Doesn’t Work Anymore. This app used to work great, now I cannot log in using my work email any longer.

App crashes. App crashes whenever I try to view my parking reservation, defeating the purpose of the app.

No auto commute option. Developers: more than happy to provide 5 stars if you add an auto commute option. Our office recently switched from auto refund to using this terrible app which requires every commute being entered.

Sub-par user experience. I’ve found this app nearly impossible to figure out, and incredibly frustrating to use. Even when I know precisely where I want to park, and when, getting the app to make the reservation is maddening. I’ve given up twice in sheer frustration over the last few days.

Not woeking. After i login via employer portal it stuck at a white screen and i can no longer access. Tried restarting phone, app, still same result

Invisible text when initializing. On dark mode for iOS 13, text is invisible when entering email on initial screen.

Broken update?. Recent update removed parking reservation function?? Now I can only see commute input.

Can’t turn off notifications. No matter how many times you try, the app always turns them right back on after you close the app and open it again.

Hardly ever works. 99% of the time this app does not connect or function properly I have called IT many times with no help. The single sign-on does not work and I can only get in by spending hours clicking continue and cancel until it connects 1% of the time. Once in the app I have to click reserve multiple times before a reservation works. I have not been able to go into the office on many occasions because of the inability to reserve parking. Even sending this review isn’t working

What a piece of c***. Worked fine the first time I installed it, but now it just logged me off and I can no longer connect. Seriously, the time wasted in 2022 to book a simple parking slot…

Bug - No QR code after making online reservation. Looks like recent update is having bug. I don’t see QR code for today and yesterday reservation. IOS device with latest OS

Ok but not great. This app works ok but it has arbitrary rules like you can’t reserve parking more than 5 days in advance. This means you can use Friday as your planning day for the next week, bc the weekend is included in the 5 days. These types of defects mean you often don’t have reserved parking when you need it.

OHSU easy transportation. It is great app to facilitate access to OHSU and time-management.

Map feature not very helpful. The parking map is the default parking view on the luum mobile app. However none of the lots are labeled with their name. There is only a price. How is a user able to confirm he or she is picking the right lot? You have to click a separate button to bring up a list of the lots. Then they are listed by name with all pertinent information. It would be more useful if the list were default. If I am parked I the lot, I do not need a map as to where it is.

Crashes on Reservation Management. I’m honestly surprised an app with this large of a bug would make it through QA, especially considering this app is used by one or more very large companies. Every time I try to open my parking reservation the app crashes back to my Home Screen. I’ve even tried it on another device. Painful.

Hoping for smoother process. I’m occasionally logged out and hard to log back in. Reach a dead end. Able to log on next day with same process that failed previously. Unable to confirm a ride that I forget to do on the day. We used to be able to mark late confirmation in the last. This resulted in non-payment on some of my days.

I can’t manage my reservations.. Anytime I try to go to the reservation details page, it glitches out and closes the app.

Awesome. Keep improving. Takes time when I mix cycling with bus. Need a simple customizable pick list where I could put bike both ways or bus bothbeays

Can’t login. Was recommended by work to use this app. Can’t login and can’t get assistances to log in. 👎🏼
