FSAFEDS Comments & Reviews 2026
Too Easy!. I downloaded this app onto my iPhone, somewhat skeptical about its usefulness. But once I used it the first time, I became a sworn believer. This app literally took what was a pain in the backside process and made it too easy. Five painless steps, and the claim is submitted. Make sure you have a hard copy of each receipt before beginning.
Inconvenient. I am a new user to this program. I signed up to make things easier for myself. I have not received ANY copayment reimbursements from copays I have paid since the start of the year. Thankfully I do receive reimbursements for the medication. I find out I have to gather an EOB for each individual visit and submit this to receive credit. The EOB do Not even show the copayment I paid, but the receipt I attempted to submit shows everything. What is the point of the auto pay option?? I am a very busy, working single mother and if I knew I had to go through all of this I would not have signed up for the program. Every single time I speak with a representative I get different information. After making several attempts to resolve this on top of having a sick child who needs frequent medical attention I hope things go through so I can receive my reimbursements. If I’m paying for the service and not getting it, it’s pointless and hurts me even more financially. Smh!! I will NOT do this again next year.
Ability to enter type of care on iPhone. This is a very convenient app and kudos to FSAFeds for developing it. What has happened, though, to the ability to enter more than a very small list of types of care or supplies? While there is a + to allow entry of new providers, there is no similar ability to enter types of care. Possibly some recent iOS update overcame it? Thanks again for the app, though.
Handy app but a weird notification bug. This is the first year I’ve had an FSA and I’m glad I downloaded this app, it makes filing claims quick and easy. My only issue is there is a weird glitch with notification badges. If I get one notification in the app, the red badge on the app on my Home Screen shows an absurdly large number every time (currently says 23,599 when I have one notification). It does get cleared when I read the notification but it would be great if this was fixed. I can’t find a way to report the issue through the link the “app support” button takes me to. That’s a minor hiccup though and won’t stop me from using the app.
Great App!!!. This App makes submitting claims a breeze. Years ago I would have to login on my computer, print a form, fill it out, gather receipts then fax everything and hope I was reimbursed. Now I can see the status of everything I submitted right from the App. I basically take a photo of the receipt with my phone, push a button in the App and all is submitted right away. It is so simple my Grandma could do it. Well done FSA!!!
Tracking Made Easy. Now when we submit something, we can track from start to finish anywhere. The app is easy to navigate and keep up with all the submissions. Just to keep us updated on our progress.
Was pretty good but getting worse. This was a great app to submit claims with ease from my phone. Now with recent updates I can’t use any other verification method other than a text message. Face ID didn’t work. Now the latest update as of late December is this extra ID verification. App keeps rejecting my ID photo even when the pictures are crisp and clear and taken according to their instructions within the app. So the other option is to personally go to the Post Office? I actually feel like 1) that’s not any more secure and 2) a waste of peoples time.
App is unreliable. This used to be a useful app but now many times I keep getting redirected back to the login screen in one big loop. It would also be helpful to be able to do pick and process without trying to navigate to the website through the app which often doesn’t work when everything else seems to be functional. Seems like the login or session tracking process is inherently broken and just keeps getting worse.
Super app for claim submission and tracking. I use this app for submitting all of our health and child care claims. It’s very intuitive, easy to use and allows to submit claims with receipts as well see the status of your claims once submitted. The great feature of this app is when submitting a claim you can either choose to take a picture of a receipts or submit already saved receipt in your documents. Very useful app with customer in mind.
My feedback. Very timely!!! Communications are great!! While health issues can become burdensome and heavy, your team helps lightened the load, it makes me feel that we are not alone and help is there. The teams helps us not to worry about the financial side. This program is definitely God sent for me as this is my first time coming aboard of the program. Thank you!!!
LIFE SAVER. When I tell you FSA is a LIFE SAVER, that’s what I mean. You are seriously missing out if you don’t have it, especially if you have children. Honestly I forgot about my FSA until a co-worker asked if I had to use it yet. A light bulb clicked in my head and I’ve been submitting ever since. I Love It!!!! and will continue it over with the same amount for next year.
Submitting receipts. The function for taking a photo of the receipt and submitting for reimbursement is ridiculous. The first time I used it, over half of my receipts/claims were rejected because even though the photo I took was of the complete receipt, only a portion of the receipt was uploaded. Therefore the date or provider or some other mandatory information was missing. Since then I reopen the receipt photo to double check and most times have to delete and retake multiple times. This is a needed function and needs to be fixed.
The recent update ruined the app. I am unable to submit health claims since the update. After entering all the information, it won’t submit asking you to complete the requested information. I believe there there is a faulty field “enter the remaining service detail” that won’t take any entries, does not functioning, I believe it should trigger a drop down list like the website. But you can’t fill it out and can’t move any further without filling out this field. Basically rendering the app unusable to submit health claims. Please fix it!
Ok but . . .. I really wish we had the FSA cards like we used to and so many companies have. They were fast, convenient and easy to use and keep track of. We didn’t have to “front” the money and then get reimbursed. The monies just came straight from our FSA fund. I miss being able to use my FSA card!!
Too dark. The functionality worked fine but the screens are not very inviting. The text is black on white text and sometimes hard to read. They need to make it look like the actual website. This looks like a an app in mock testing phase.
FSA a great deal! The app not so much. The functionality of this app seems to shift every time I open it. Sometimes I am allowed to find the service for which I want to submit a claim for and others I’m only allowed to select the services that are “most common”. Figure out how to have your app provide the full service and not require me to figure out whether I can use the app or find a desktop.
Limited input makes it useless. There’s no function to allow for mileage like the webpage, so you can’t get reimbursed for that unless you go through a tedious listing on a form that you manually have to do and then take a photo of. Also you can’t put in more than one document upload per claim. Many times you need to put in a product description as the receipt doesn’t have a good enough one for the claim to be accepted. If you just have a simple claim it works well just don’t try to add mileage or any complexity such as an additional receipt or documentation
More categories needed. The app is easy to use, but more categories need to be built in. It seems like I am always having to use other for sunblock and then it is denied. It causes more trouble to have to call to have it resubmitted as what it is. Also hand sanitizer should be in the frequent categories in the app as well.
Having issues. Don’t know if it’s the phone or the app but I can’t use the fingerprint ID to open. And today, the screen showed option to select existing pic of Receipt, but never showed pics to access & select. Minor items that I got around but not consistent with the convenience I’m used to. I gave you 3 stars today, not 4.
Easy and Fast. The FSA app is so easy to use. I don’t end up with a pile of receipts to submit because it’s such a fast and simple process. There are no no forms to download and figure out. Just add or select the provider, type in the amount, take a quick photo of the receipt and submit. It’s great.
Easy to use. The app is easy to use and speeds up the process. I wish there were more options in “type” of service used and there was a comment box. Sometimes items would get rejected and it never was clear why not. On the phone they said it should have went through but on the app someone rejected it 3 times.
So easy to submit!!. I just used the full website yesterday to submit a claim online and it was a little confusing and cumbersome. I had another claim to submit today and noticed the app is available. What a difference!! It was really easy to submit including creating a new provider and using a picture of the receipt. My only complaint was that the cropping function in the picture required all 4 corners to get adjusted. Minor issue. Love the app!!
Great functionality but needs improvement. Give an award to whoever thought of taking pictures of receipts with a smartphone and submitting claims through an app. That being said, why does it make me take a picture twice when I’m submitting a claim? Also, I’m not able to apply a more specific description to what I’m submitting. Just one of the “most common” descriptions. Hope my claim isn’t denied because I had to put “Other.” :/
Great app for a great benefit program. App is very easy to use, easier than on my home computer. The fsa program is a terrific program to use pretax $ to pay for healthcare expenses. I was initially concerned that I wouldn’t use the entire $2700 election, but used almost all of it and was happy that what remained could be rolled over to the following year. Reimbursements are made quickly with deposit directly into checking account. Great service that saves me $ by letting me pay expenses with pre tax $ while also reducing my taxable income.
Competently built government app? Believe it!. This is a extremely functional and intuitive app that does exactly what it should. It’s such a departure from the user experience under the previous vendor that it’s almost hard to believe it serves the same program. I had to knock off 1 star only because the notification counter on the app is broken so it’s constantly showing me a notification counter in the tens of thousands instead of the 4 or 5 actually notifications that is actually waiting for me.
Was okay but worsening. Good concept to upload claims from phone. Recently though, app will crash at point of uploading claim receipt jpg or pdf, losing all progress. The app does not fail gracefully as there is no draft auto saved and you lose all progress. If you need FSAFEDS, strongly recommend using the website to avoid this issue
Worth the investment. For a while, I’ve invested into the healthcare FSA and, for two years, I’ve enrolled with the dependent care. It was so worth the investment!! When I thought we wouldn’t spend up to the amount elected, we ended up needing the extra cover for an unexpected expense - you know how does happen!! I was doubtful about the dependent care at first, but, over the course of the two years, it feels good that I can get back portion of daycare expenses instead of just paying with no return (except the actual daycare, of course). With the reimbursement program, not only am I getting back the hard earned money I’ve worked for, but also simultaneously reducing my tax impact to help my family. It’s well worth the investment for sure!
Missing “other services “ on the app. Since the beginning of this year app doesn’t show option for “other services “ only “common services “ therefore claims are being denied when you choose to use this app. About a month ago I submitted a concern with the staff over the phone, but I can not follow up if the issue was forwarded to IT department. The issue is still not fixed, therefore I put 1 star to get attention to the problem.
Cuts off receipts; no message functionality. A couple problems with the app: 1. The app gives an option to take a photo of receipts, but then crops the receipts arbitrarily (both before and after submission). Then FSAFeds denies the claim because the receipts don’t have the necessary information. 2. FSAFeds has a “Secure Message Center” to communicate with FSAFeds, but the app doesn’t give access to it. The website lets you access it via a very roundabout way. This would be a bigger problem if WageWorks actually read and responded to the messages in a substantive way. But they do not.
Submitting receipts. I have tried to submit a Multi prescription reimbursement and I’ve taken four separate pictures and try to upload seven different times and it consistently failed over the course of two weeks what a huge waste of time
FSAFEDS easy/up to date - 5 star. If you are worried about “use or lose” this app will help your anxieties, I PROMISE. Easy, accurate, and updated daily. You can keep track of everything about your reimbursements and how much money is left. In a “Dave Ramsey way” this can be a tax bracket helper, Christmas savings account or simply end of the year money present. I recommend to all FED employees.
Better than nothing. This app is just alright. It’s great that there’s a way to submit claims on the go, but here are my major pain pojints after having used this app for at least 3 years. (1) you cannot select all of the options for the type of claim you’re submitting (eg; acne treatment is missing), which means you have to select other and hope the reviewer selects the right category. They don’t always, which leads to denials of claims and having to either appeal or try to resubmit on the website anyway. That they only let you select from like 10-20 categories is crazy and should be an easy fix if they wanted to make the app better. (2) you can’t see what you submitted via the app. You can see how much and the category and the status, but you can’t see what you attached. You can through the website so this is super annoying when trying to figure out what was denied or approved. (3) one of the things FSAFEDS markets is “pick and process” where they see the claims from your health insurance and let you submit for reimbursement without anything else. This is great! Except you can’t do it from the app. Still better than nothing, but lots of room for improvement.
Claims processing. I am not very happy with having to pay upfront for my medical services and then submit a receipt for reimbursement. I have spent over a month trying to get my money back. I keep getting denied stating I was not covered when I was. I have spoken to customer service representatives there and they took the time to check and reassure me I had coverage. Now I am resubmitting for the third time to get all of my monies. Do you or will you start providing a spending account card again. It is much more convenient and accurate. Thank you, Florence Brewer
Just use the website. This app is atrocious. I’ve attempted to reinstall and use it 3 times over the past 5 years, and I always immediately delete it because it’s useless. If you have your phone display set to dark, you can’t see the dates to pick the right month or day when submitting a claim. The expense types to choose from are extremely limited. The expense type search doesn't work, you only have about a dozen to choose from and they don’t like you to submit expenses as “other” when they fall under a defined category. Using this app could risk getting your claim denied. Trying to attach files makes the app crash. Overall very frustrating and time wasting user experience. Just use the website.
Use to work but not now. This app use to work but unfortunately with the latest update every time I try to log in I am prompted by a “Forbidden” message. I can log in on my computer, and browser, but with this app I am now “Forbidden”. Not if it was the latest update of the app or iOS update but the problem now persists. I tried reinstalling the app, sought help with the App Store, developer, and FSA Feds Support. The App Store and developer don’t have any tech support for the app and FSA FEDS support only solution is to stop using the app and just log in through a browser.
So easy to use. I didn’t think I would like anything beyond actually faxing my information in. But this app has made a believer out of me! So easy to use! I get a notification that a claim has been received within minutes of sending it in via the app!
Seamless and convenient! Love!. The federal government credit rarely gets credit when it’s due, so I feel compelled to share how much I love this app and the program in general. So many things are eligible (even fancy sunscreen from Sephora or anywhere! Tampons! Glasses!) and submitting claims are a breeze. Just take a picture on your phone from within the app, and fill out a tiny bit of info). If you have your FSA FEDS account connected to your health insurance plan, many of the claims are paid automatically without any work on your end (you may have to initially connect them on the full website though, not entirely sure). Well done, FSA FEDS, we’ll done!!
Efficient and Convenient to File Claims. During this Work-at-Home period due to covid19, I do not has access to a scanner to scan in receipts for claims. But I do have a mobile phone. Using the FSAFEDS application on my mobile phone is very efficient and convenient to file claims. Bravo for creating this application for mobile phones!
Easier and faster than before!!!. Just used the app for the first time in 2018. I’ve had FSA for 3 years now and sometimes the previous app was disappointing with the picture and selecting the right type of claim. This app has clearly been FIXED with sensible and clear options and submission options! Love it!!!! It took less than a minute to submit a claim plus all my previous options and selections were available; like a “favorites” feature!!! LOVE IT! Try it. I hardly leave reviews especially not 5 stars but today this app impressed me.
Great app but doesn’t show all the categories of the web site. A lot of the various categories to file claims under are not in the app. It’s strange because it is a great option to be able to scan your receipt on your phone and upload it. I am forced to start the claim on the web site, select the right category, then go to the app and upload the receipt. Please allow all the categories to show up in the app! Otherwise, it’s great!
Something that functions right in the Fed. This FSA App is the most efficient and functional thing in the federal government. Can the developers fix the VA too? This app makes it so easy to upload receipts and submit reimbursement claims. One thing to improve is the options available for description of item/service; kept having to select “other” instead of being able to pick the specific item/service. Fix that feature and this app is winning!
Very Convenient App. I absolutely love this app just for the convenience alone is huge. I can submit my application in sixty seconds flat and i can check history of all the submitted claims. The only reason why i did not give it five stars is that there is always room for improvement. One is that, they do not provide enough detail information about the medical claims such as what exactly was the service and telephone numbers of the requesters. Also a way to inquire about the claims. Still, i love the app for what I’m able to do with it. Thanks.
Always leery. I have always been very hesitant to sign up for this FSA service. I thought just swiping a card would have been easier. It’s not bad though. Since I put in my regularly seen physicians it is very easy to receive my reimbursements. You guys beat me to entering my receipts most of the time. Especially dealing with scripts and visits if my physician is already listed. Loving that. I get my $$ back before I can miss it! Thank you! We are getting a lot of medical issues handled now because of this.
Horrible. This is the most ridiculous way to do FSA. I have been doing for nearly 20 years. This is the worst. I have always received a credit card. If there needs to be submitting I would be asked. Now I send in a service that was done the therapist put invoice date which she said is the only way she does it. It was in the DOS. Same date as the chiropractor that said I should see her and same office. Denied because the only form they give says Invoice instead of DOS. Also denied other supplies that I needed that were OTC. I was coughing so much with illness this year that I would pee. Ordered some incontinence pads and they were denied. Ridiculous. Coughing has now stopped and so has the peeing. I provided everything from the company that they were purchased.
Great app. Very easy to use Once a claim has been submitted, no need to do anything for future bills from the same provider. I just wish the process can stop once the yearly limit has been reached, so I don’t have to keep getting notifications of claims submitted when there is no more balance in the account. $2650 a year is not a high amount for healthcare these days.
Good, but could be better. Why force people to snap a picture of their receipt on their phone, email it to themselves, save that picture on a computer, then log into fsafeds just to upload a receipt for a service that you don't have listed on the app. Which is the majority of services. How hard could it possibly be to just have the entire list of approved services on the app? It would make the app way more valuable and convenient for those of us who actually want to use it.
Awesome Easy. Unbelievably intuitive app. Well done. It always seems that Government agency’s websites and apps are the worst. I was not expecting much when I downloaded this. In the past I would have to send all the documents in the mail. Wait for weeks. Sometimes to be denied...(lack of documentation)...Resend more documents...with fingers crossed. Frustrated, I stopped withholding an FSA...This year I chose a small amount to check it out once more. Now I’m all in! Great Job!
Submitted a claim with ease. I cannot believe that I held off submitting claims on line. Over the past few years, I used to fax all my claims, until I found a new way. Today was my first on line, and there is no going back. That said, the App makes it so so so easy to submitting a claim and many more features at a push of a button. Thank you so much, David
Works as it should!. The claims people who review are hit or miss, sometimes allowing things to go through without proper documentation. It would be much better to just have a debit card and let myself figure it out with the IRS. System works good though. It’s just frustrating having to pay out of pocket up front.
FSAFEDS lite and Powerful. Using this app is so easy. I prefer it to my home computer. Easy to log on and one in, quick and direct links to see my activity or submit a claim. Take a pic of your receipt and upload directly from your device. Please accept my thanks, I’m not normally a guy to take the time to review an app but this one deserves the kudos!

Easy to submit claims; hard to see denials. The app is extremely easy to submit claims with. I recommend logging into the website to check to see why claims may not have fully processed. The app is not good for looking at denials or requests for additional information.
Not bad. You can’t do Pick and Process from here, which is all I really want, but there is a link that takes you to the website where you can do that on your phone. So it works for what I want to do. Haven’t tried other features.
Limited services. Why am I limited to what I can submit for a reimbursable expense to those items categorized as “common items.” Why can I not select, on your app, those items that are common to me??? I am so sick of the contractor telling me what is most common. I am a male. I am single. I do not need a common item for me to be listed as menstrual product. I find this app and the categories to be very discriminating.
Much improved. This app works so much better than it did a few years ago. It works better on my phone than my iPad but that’s fine. I wish the categories were updated to reflect the CARES Act changes.
App Not Equal to the Task (Useless for Mileage Claims). The title says it all: After I entered the service claim, I selected the mileage claim and was prompted for a mileage cost—no prompt for from and to addresses or even total mileage. I cannot imagine that anyone would consider this app better than or even equivalent to the web-based claim form. A huge disappointment, considering all the notices I’ve received suggesting I install the mobile app.
So much easier!. This is the quick and easy way to submit a claim. No more waiting for a computer. Submit claims in the middle of the night. Easily see account status. One of the most useful apps in my life. Saving me so much energy and time.
Easy to use. We are all busy and don’t have time for long processes where we input the same demographics over and over. This app is very easy to use, and quick!!
Amazing. Super easy to use and I no long have to hoard my claims until the end of the year. I really appreciate being able to take a picture of my receipts instead of emailing them to myself.
One of the best online submittal service. FSAFEDS is absolutely wonderful! So easy to navigate and submit claims. Payments are paid very quickly. If there is an issue FSAFEDS notifies me immediately. Not sure who created and/or manages this program, but keep up the great work. Thank you staff and management!
FaceID, website link broken. Like many other reviewers have observed FaceID no longer works (says must be activated in settings but settings sends you back to the app) and the link to the website is dead. I got no response when I sent feedback about the FaceID issue. It’s a great program but a poor app.
Great App Overall. The App is usually easy and quick to use. Sometimes it has its glitches and you get all the way to capturing the photo then it crashes. One just has to try again another day.
The app is good but.... When you're on the page for taking photos of receipts, you can't read what the choices are. The lines are so close together the words ride on top of each other and you have to guess what you're selecting. Other than that, it's good.
Great App. This is the first time that I have used this app. I just submitted my child care dependent receipts and it was very easy to upload the receipts from my phone. I do not know how soon I will be reimbursed, but I am very pleased with the ease and convenience of this process.
Fantastic interface. Having completed childcare reimbursement forms for years I can say the process has progressively improved but this mobile interface is the best yet. Thank you for making paperwork as easy as possible!
Great app, not that specific. Having trouble figuring out how to enter specific info about my medical related expenses. Masks for example are not listed, and it seems I can only choose from the list of Common Items, so I chose “bandages and related items”. Hopefully that’s good enough. If so, I’m happy with the app!
FSA Feds makes life easy. Since I’ve used the app, filing claims is easy! The site is quick, well-designed, and makes filing for reimbursement from out of pocket expenses a breeze. The site uses your camera to upload receipts or allows you to use an emailed receipt.
So Efficient!!. This app makes it so easy to send in all my claims for Health and Dependent Care. I am able to do everything from my phone as soon as receive any receipts. I love this app so much and recommend it to everyone that is eligible for FSA benefits!
Easy to use and dependable. I have been using this app since I started FSA two years ago. It has been nothing but great. It is easy to use and the app sends me alerts and I can upload receipts and check on my reimbursements. I love this app.
So much easier. Using this app is so much easier than faxing receipts. Receipts are often different sizes or double sided which required photocopying before faxing. If the proper settings weren’t used, the copies could be unable to be faxed. A photo is so much easier.
So easy now to file claims.. So easy to file claims now that there is an app. Before I always forgot password and it was always a big hustle to submit claims. Always waited till the end of the year and searched through receipts.
Super convenient. This app makes claim submission super fast & easy! I also love being able to access a copy of th claim submission at a later time. The only request I have at this point is to allow the mileage reimbursement to auto calculate with the medical claim like it does online. Thanks!
Very simple app to use after first time. Once you’ve navigated the app for the first or second time it becomes super easy to use, including uploading claims for over the counter items. It does redirect you to the website which seems unnecessary as it’s the app, but it works out in the end. The alerts are nice, plus you can track your expenditures and balance. Submitting all qualified items (of which are listed) is super easy for any out of pocket expenses.
Works Great! Unless.... I love this app. It’s stable and really streamlines the FSA claim process. The only down side is that there is a glitch regarding the iPhone X — facial recognition will only work 4 or 5 times, then it throws you out and you need to fat-finger your password in, in order to submit/review claims. Other than that, it’s awesome!
Filing Claims. As I get more comfortable using the app, I’m loving it! Filing my claims on my phone app is amazing and easy! And being able to see when the claims were paid is so helpful when needing to call the doctors office when I’m still being billed! Thank you!!
Sending in a claim. When I send in a claim and for some reason you deny it you don’t show me what was wrong with the claim I sent in. You used to show it, but now we don’t know the reason for your denial unless we call in ,and when we do, they tell us it needs to be reviewed and they don’t contact us to let us know what was wrong. I’m probably not going to apply next year. You have too much control over MY money.
Excellent App. This app makes submitting claims a breeze. I’m so happy that I decided to take full advantage of my FSA. I would highly recommend it and have told other coworkers about the ease and flexibility of the app. I’m very pleased and have absolutely no complaints.
Ease of use. FSAFEDS app is terrific! Being able to submit and review claims right in the palm of your hand is super convenient-most times I am able to submit while still in the waiting room before my visit. Highly recommend this app!
Generally works well, but FaceID issue needs fixing. This app makes submitting claims easy. The FaceID is buggy though. When I try to log in using FaceID, it appears to work at first, but then the app me kicks out and requests a password. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it didn’t fix the problem. What’s the point of having FaceID if it doesn’t work :(
I love this app!. It is so easy to submit a receipt for reimbursement now with this app. I used to have to take the receipt to work and fill out a form, and fax it and the receipts in. Now I fill in the information in the app, snap a picture of the receipt, hit submit, and it is done. This app is great!
Get a card like normal fsas. I am already having a great amount of money getting taken out of my check for these expenses.. and to pay the bills first then file for reimbursement causes a strain on our finances. No providers for anything I have ever done want to wait for a “pay my provider”. Who’s to say it will come, how long it would take, I completely understand why they would not want to.
User friendly- glad I made this choice. I was reluctant due to bad experiences with reimbursement of health savings account funds. This app has made things ridiculously easy due to being so user friendly. Glad I made this choice!
Claims made easy. Thank you! Claims are a breeze compared to web based process including previously have to scan, save, and upload receipts. Now I use my iPad and easy-breezy to submit.
Uploading receipts is difficult. I thought it was my phone, but I had the same issue with my tablet. Recommend using a computer to submit vouchers, which makes the app worthless.
Changes everything. This app has saved me hours of time and reduced the wait times for reimbursement. The best thing to happen to this program in my 10 years as a federal employee!
Very handy, but Face ID needs fixing.. Very easy to submit claims, being able to take pictures of receipts is very handy. App provides good feedback on claim status. There is a major bug with Face ID. As noted in other reviews, it works sometimes and at other times, it starts logging in, then fails and requires password.
No time wasted!. This app is the way to go nowadays! Just simply log in,(accepts your fingerprint too), take a photo of your receipt and submit. It only took 2 business days for reimbursement of my last claim. Very user friendly!
Ease of use. I never wanted a spending account because I heard about how difficult it was to submit a claim and the general cumbersome of dealing with the systems, but to my pleasant surprise this system is so easy and accessible to use, glad I signed up
First time user. This is the first year I have used this ap. I have found it to be very user friendly. And most recently being able to have my receipt emailed to me and using a pic of that was awesome.
Doesn’t work most of the time. This app rarely works, from being unable to open, unable to submit a claim, when it will allow you to start the process, then you get to step 3 where you have to put the description, it won’t let you go any further, nothing shows up in the search box, so basically it’s a useless app. Use the website. ALSO SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS OR TAKE A PHOTO because it has lost/deleted receipts I’ve previously uploaded for a claim.
Great Product. Always room for improvement.... It is amazing how convenient and user friendly this process has turned into, from back before the App times. Thank you! Now, it would be great if there was a message type in option to elaborate and or clarify any concerns when claims are denied due to lack of proper/clear documentation. As it stands, I have to write the question or statement in a piece of paper, take a picture of it and submit it with the rest of the docs. Thank you and keep improving!
Easy to use but needs a little more. Like the app it’s easy to use!! I’m concerned that the inability to either find or write a description for items not listed will lead to claim denial. Example, sunscreen, an approved reimbursement, is not listed and there is no option to write in a description.
Game Xhanger. The FSAFEDS app enables efficient and swift claims submission that facilitates quick and timely payments. This is a win-win-win for the provider, claims manager, and the patient. Everyone can win when we create an environment for mutual success rooted in efficiencies and 21st century solutions.
Photo cropping on the App. 1) Though I adjusted the image as shown, what ended up submitted was still not the whole image I want it to be. You can’t see my whole transaction with my name, address, and the products (hand sanitizers gel) that I purchased for my claims for March 9 and March 17. 2) Though I selected, at different times at different locations, the photo of my receipt, the tool does not really show my photos, favorites, recent, screenshots, etc. to let me choose one to attach.
Wonderful app. I wish I would have found this app sooner. It makes submitting claims so much easier. Especially now with working from home and not having access to a scanner.
Easy to submit a claim. This is great intuitive software. I just submitted a claim and it was quick and easy. All the really hard stuff auto populated and the picture taking receipt aspect is really cool and it self adjusted to grab the receipt from the background. How cool is that?!
FSAFEDS App. WOW! Get this app now! I just downloaded the app and submitted a claim for a prescription in less time than it’s taken me to write this review! In less than 3 minutes I had the claim filed! I always thought taking a picture of my receipt, then emailing it to myself, creating a claim online, saving my pic to a FSAFEDS file I created to save receipts, then uploading that image to said claim was a bit lengthy. I was soooooo right! Get the app now! You won’t regret it. Learning the hard way since 1962. So you won’t have too! This Old Dude
I have never had issues until this week. I keep getting this message saying that my account is invalid. However when I log into the computer it’s a different subject. I can log in and see my account information. I have had this app since it went live. I would appreciate if the app developers contact me to fix this issue.
Phone app works great!. I have faithfully submitted receipts for reimbursement for years. The phone app makes it much easier. I no longer have to scan a receipt with my ancient scanner/printer. I just use my phone to snap a picture, and I am done!
Fast and easy. Love the app so much. It’s so easy and so fast to use. I love the convenience of being able to access and submit a claim from just about anywhere using your phone.
Great app. Convenient. Straight to the point. Hopefully intuitive in that it assumes I want to use up last year’s allowance since the app didn’t ask for which Year I wanted to claim and since I am within claim deadline of April 2019. Let’s see.
