best ever for my 4 kiddos !!! 2019. My kids loved it they all want to be well behave by the time Santa comes down to our home for Christmas 🎄🎅🏼day! So far their all on the nice list!! I know my four children are good an well behaved their just kids! Hopefully that they will all keep eating all their vegetables! Santa really helped this momma out today they ate all their green beans Yay❤️🎊🎉🎄🎅🏼🤶🏼🎊🎉! Wonderful App five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!! Our Family love this app!!!. It’s so magical to be able to speak to Santa directly! We all love texting with him and getting special calls sent to us with so much detail! From Christmas jokes, turning us into elves and bearded folk, seeing and speaking to Santa, flight testing his magic sled and checking his list to see if we’ve been naughty or nice, this app has everything you need to bring solid joy and wonder to the Christmas season! I recommend this app to anyone celebrating the joy of the most wonderful time of the year and the love of what Santa Claus brings! I rate it a million holiday stars!!!

Suggestions. For the future I'd love to see face recognition for the Santa scanner so that it will be a bit more consistent (uploading photos of your kid then designating naughty or nice) and then it would also be helpful to be able to select more than one child at a time because often siblings are calling together. Also some way to indicate that they are siblings. It would be nice if when you added names to the naughty and nice list it wouldn't just put them on the top but dispersed among the other names so it looks more convincing. It would also be helpful if when you are scheduling the messages you can see the last message so you don't have to go back and forth. Also I love that Santa shows that he knows the child but he says the same intro like every time. If there is a way to make him alternate which fact he mentions that would be great. I'd love for more details to be added. Also you could add elf and factory noises in the back to make it seem more real.

Keep them believing!!. I love this app because it adds to the child's imagination. It amps them up motivating them to be good or as Santa would say NICE. It truly is a genuine experience for a child allowing them to really have the belief we as adults have lost. My children love it and it really helps that they have a feature of things you can recommend santa to tell them to work on such as poor behavior. My Favorite though is he actually says their names and if the name is not available you can request it to be added on it really gives the experience a kick. I highly recommend to parents.

Pretty Good 👍🏼(Updated). I got this app for my brother (I'm ten years old lol) and I think it's amazing! It's got everything you can dream of... Texts, calls, even mini games! I do wish that it is a bit harder to make/change a password though so kids don't make one and realize Santa is... well... just your parents. Maybe make an algebra problem and the ascending order question or something that little kids can't look up on Google or solve. Just make sure older kids (7th Grade and above) can solve it because they may already know Santa is for fun. Otherwise, amazing app!

A great Christmas app. Customizable with decent detail ( name, age and present) when you purchase the app. I purchased this app 2 years ago and it has been a great thing to use on Christmas Eve. You can also set the naughty or nice option to which ever outcome you wish to make the child believe they are being either or when acting up. A fun app all the way around.

Cooooool!!!!!👌👌. I love the way the whole app is set up I like the “disconnections” and fuzz like the video has trouble connecting, which makes it seem very real. Being a parent, video calls with Santa is a big deal when it comes to making the vid actually seem real. And does this app achieve this goal? YES! I like how you change and edit the child’s profile if like he or she liked carrots then likes potatoes better! I also enjoy how my children like the mini games too. I like the reindeer updates of how they app tells what their doing. And on Christmas Eve, it tells where Santa is. Good job y’all! Hope y’all still make great apps like this! Keep it up!!!💪💪🥇🏆

Fantastic App!. Thank you for making a great app for parents and kids to use at Christmas time! My kids love calling Santa and getting texts from Santa. I think it's great that they are able to check the nice and naughty list (which is usually very accurate! *wink*). My son used another Santa app and tried texting with Santa but he was aware that it wasn't the Real Santa because the responses were not correct. You clearly have a pipeline straight to the big guy! Keep up the hard work! We were MORE than happy to upgrade and support your app for all of the extras and perks that came along with it. It was better than last year's app, if that was even possible. Thank you for the time and care that you put in. It builds the magic in children's hearts and that is invaluable. Also, your team is very responsive to emails, thank you again!

Awesome App!! :). This is an awesome app I am a tween and I love Santa I send him messages all the time and the app always works perfectly! I don't know about you but you should buy this app if you have as much respect as me for the jolly old Kris Kringle! Love you Santa Claus!! You are the best and one of my favorite guardians!! Wonderful App!!!. I discovered this app on the 21st of December. I wish I would have known of it sooner. We have already used it several times today. My four-year-old was so excited to talk to Santa and hear information that confirmed that Santa knew all about him. We have been using the Naughty and Nice scanner to get him to behave. It works like a charm! We've used FaceTime, texts, and calls. He loves it. He was especially excited when Santa acknowledged that he has started school this year. The developer has put so much thought and effort into this app. It is worth the $5. I usually don't pay more than $1 for an app, but I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Merry Christmas!

Kids Love It! But...... Gave it 4 stars because it is a bit cumbersome and too many extras to purchase. No, I do not have the lite version. I bought the app for 2.99 and still add ons! Plus, it’s not real kid friendly if your child is under 18. The games are too complicated, the joke generator doesn’t read out the jokes to the kids (so I have to read them to my grandkids) and it makes my grandkids mad because they want to do everything themselves. It has a few kinks but it was worth the price. I just wish they would have thought a few things through so it is actually age appropriate for the ones who it is geared too. You know 0-10 years old that still believe. Sorry for the monologue😂but I used to write policies and procedures and test materials. You have to make sure what you are selling is written correctly from the beginning to the end.

By far the best tracker we’ve used but name change was confusing!. App is really full-featured. Don’t have to buy a lot of add-ins. And you can have some predictability in the “list” unlike a random scanner-so you can use the list to your advantage! I’ve been using this app for years. Can’t recall if I ever paid for it. I think it was minimal but I’d rather pay up front than constantly being asked to pay as I go. Includes everything you want-tracker, lists, calls, games, personalization.

Christmas Magic!!. This app is magical, I love how it keeps the Christmas spirit within children and helps them continue believing in Christmas and the tradition to Santa Claus. This app helps us keep my son motivated to do his best in everything and be motivated with homework, going to sleep early, brushing teeth. You can chose the reason why Santa calls example one hour before bed time so Santa can remind the child it’s bedtime. Def worth buying. And I have never left an app review that’s how much I love this app!

Great App!. Update: I'm so impressed with how fast the response was to adding all 5 of my nieces and nephews names to the santa call list. I'm so excited for the next time they call Santa! Great job! I downloaded this app a few years ago and come back to it every year. This year I was so excited to see the Santa Call feature. There is a preset list of kids names for the calls, but if you contact the email provided by Dec. 17th they can add any name that isn't currently on there. You, yourself can customize any names for the Naughty/Nice list. My niece and nephew love checking out what's going on on Elfbook and reading Santa's blog! We were also excited to see the sleigh test flight simulator! I love everything about this app and I'm sure you will too!

A Must Buy for Christmas with Children. I got this app just on Christmas Eve and I wish I had gotten it long ago. The kids loved the call from Santa and were blown away that he knew their favorite color and where they lived which is part of the free version. I just purchased the full version and looking forward to using it throughout the year as a too to help the little ones stay in line so they will be on the nice list. Thank you for such a great app. It would be amazing if you could actually use my GPS location and show on the morning of Christmas that a gift was delivered to wherever I am on Christmas morning. This is beneficial as it would be a proof to the kids that Santa did come to the house and the gifts aren't just from Mom and Dad. Just an idea that would be fun. Thanks for making this app I highly recommend it for all!

I love the Santa!. Me and my sister called Santa! And it is so fun 🤩! Then a few days after he called us! I also like the Elf ball and elf wrestling! The Santa is the nicest person in the world! SOO GREAT. You can track Santa all day if you want to... you can also call and text Santa... even FaceTime!!! ( No glitches ) The app is available all year ( I downloaded it November ) and still... So much fun!!!! Not only can you do all of this... You can play Elf games... look how many Hours Minuets and Seconds till Christmas and Christmas Eve... Listen to fun music while you can and make Santa go on a test ride so he can get prepared for the big day... You can also chill and read Santa’s private journal... MESSAGE ORDER. The messages to Santa used to have the most recent messages on top, but now you have to scroll all the way down to see most recent messages. This doesn't sound like a big deal if you only have a few messages, but my children have been using this app for about 14 months and they have HUNDREDS of texts and replies to scroll through. Please fix this bug Santa Tracker and revert back to how it used to be. Thanks!

Great app! So many options!. Let me just say this app is amazing! You can not only track Santa but talk to him! You can do a naughty and nice scanner and it is not programmed to just pop up as nice, you can be naughty if you make a mean face! This is a great app. And I hope you get it. It is so fun for kids and the creators of it do such a great job, it is really cute for little kids. You also can see what the reindeer are doing!

There is a problem enabling camera. There’s no option to do this on the pro version the free version has the option to click to enable camera in settings but the pro version doesn’t! Why can’t you all fix this before Christmas is OVER!

Amazing App. I love this app and all of the amazing details and little personal touches. You can select your child’s name from a list and if your child’s name isn’t on the list then you can have it add. Also, you enter a few quick details about your child by setting up the child’s profile and answering all of the questions then that info is added to the call with Santa so he can find your child’s name and info on his naughty/nice list. Additionally, it has other features such as one to arrange a call with Santa for reasons such as to check the naughty list, report when your child has been naughty, and/or report when your child has been nice and you can even put reasons for either one!This app is really worth every cent because there are tons of other features!

Everyone Loves it!. We have tried over 5 apps of similar use however, this app tops it all. Many different options to use that fits the season which we use daily minimum of 6 times. We love how Santa can call us back on demand. You can even request adding a name if not on the list, awesome! We highly recommend it.

Best Santa Tracker There Is!!!!. There are many Santa Trackers out there, but this by far is the BEST!!!! There's a menu that you can do so many different things with such as make a phone call to Santa and your children can put their Christmas Lists' To Santa so he can them as well!! Of course the best part is the tracker itself, very up to date and the beautiful background music really puts you in the Christmas Spirit!!

Magical!. Update!!! Four years of using this app and my 8 year old has been asking to speak to Santa again this year. We have five kids 12,8,6,6&4, this will really come in handy during the 2020 holiday. I found this randomly and have been having a great time with it this year. My five year old loves it and asks me to check it hourly. "Santa" sends us texts and keeps us informed on how he's doing throughout the night. Love this app!

Great Santa App for Children. I found this app last year and was too late to have the name personalization. After seeing the look of joy on my 2 year old’s face as Santa told her what her favorite color was, you better believe I wasn’t going to forget this year. I really like the features such as including favorites in the “personalized” messages. The newly added FaceTime feature is sure to be a hit. We really appreciate this app as it does help to motivate our child to be super excited about Christmas and to remember her manners. Like a few other reviewers have said mix up the introductions so that it is more realistic; kids today catch on quickly when things are repeated. Thank you for this detailed, easy to use app that brings joy to so many.

Good fun. As with so many apps of this nature, it is a fun way to enhance Santa's storyline rather than replace parental narrative of Santa. My only future request is that multiple children be made available in a single call. While this may be less interactive for children, all too often, multiple children are in on one call. Otherwise, it's a fun addition to our Christmas narrative and I'd recommend it.

Kids love it but. When you do multiple children for the videos or call While Santa gets all the names in initially he only refers to one name multiple times later in the video leaving the others out. Other than that issue it’s a great for the kids

My kids love this. I have twins that are 6. They love it! I’m still trying to figure out how Santa incorporates the details about them when we call it’s so real when Santa mentions my daughter likes grapes (even though I filled that out)she looks up at me Like wow confirms Santa does see all.. how do you all do that ?? I love this app and I didn’t have to do elf on the shelf.. you can keep the video I send to grandma she thought wow how cool. Great app.

Worth it!!! ❤️🎄. At first I was I was hesitant to pay for an app that was only going to use for a month...but wow I was wrong!! This is by far one of the best Santa apps. I did have some issues with setting up and emailed the creator directly and with in a couple of hours he got back to me, updated the system and I was all set to use with my nieces. I love the fact that the app gives options to be on the “naughty or nice list” and the reason why.... ie: they never want to go to bed on time: lol thank you crating this!! Merry Christmas everyone🎄❤️

Few crashes. This app is wonderful and my children and I have had a blast using it. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because every time we use the Elfifier and the beardifier the entire app crashes on us. If there’s little things like that here and there it’s not major and the app is still definitely worth the 4.99 if you have kids. The video calls with Santa are awesome, there’s just a few little annoyances with the crashing. Other than that it’s phenomenal!

Very worth it!. This is priceless. I requested the unique names of my daughters to be uploaded and they were up with an update within a few days, the girls believed! They believed! And this is priceless. This has different features to text, video call santa and while they are doing so it’s recording. I will forever have this videos saved to show to them when they grow. Thank you for making this wonderful app.

Best Idea ever. My little guy is so excited about Xmas and Santa thanks to this app. This year has been a flop in many of our celebrations however this app is soooo amazing it keeps the spirit alive daily. You can get text messages from Santa, video chats, voice calls. I’m using all of them to keep my little guy happy and looking forward to the holidays. This morning he received a wake up call video call from Santa , this afternoon he will get a text message, and tomorrow he will get a voice call and you can change each and every call to serve your needs. I love it !!

Excellent Santa Interaction. This app creates such a magical experience for my four year old daughter. She always asks me if we can call Santa to see if she’s on the “Naughty” or “Nice” list. Very well constructed app. Great Santa voice and interaction. She really believes she’s talking to Santa because he addresses her by name. Someone put a lot of time and effort into this app and if you want to create a magical Christmas experience for your child then download it this holiday season.

Magic!. This app is pure magic. I have 6 year old twins and a 3 year old, all with not so common names. I paid $5 for the app and Santa video called them all at the same time, pronounced their names correctly, and made their night (and mine, and their grandma’s too!). When there’s so much garbage going on in the world, it’s really nice to spread a little bit of cheer and joy around, and this app did just that. I just wish I had found it sooner (today is 12/21). Thank you for making this, I love it.

Perfect!. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP! Well worth the $5 with as many times it has helped and brought joy to my kids!! They all love it! Ages 18 months all the way to 11!! They each have profiles and truly enjoy each video and voice call! It works WONDERS as a disciplinary tool as well! Lol. When my 3 year old daughter starts her day off with a tantrum, we simply check the naughty/nice meter and for extreme situations we give Santa a video call! It usually straightens her out (for a little while at least) I LOVE LOVE LOVE the specific reasons and responses, love the personal information he repeats to the kids! And my FAVE was the choice of not believing in Santa!!! Recently I was questioned by my 9 year old son if Santa was real! I responded with the good ol’ “Don’t believe, you don’t receive” I then jumped on the app, with the click of a few buttons, 5 min later santa was calling JJ to say he heard JJ questioned his existence!! Worth it!. Bought this last year for my sons and they’re still obsessed. We call or FaceTime Santa often, even when it’s not around the holiday season. Well worth the few dollars I paid. pretty cool. The app is pretty neat love how you can talk to Santa on Christmas Eve on his sleigh and how he changes what he says each time you talk I only wish you could use all the features after paying 7 bucks I don’t want to pay another 5 to unlock everything it still has a lot of features available though so yeah still pretty cool if they could put a feature where Santa can say yes to a question that would be awesome my girls keep asking if he liked his cookies and he doesn’t answer lol

Used for 3 Christmas Seasons. My nieces and nephews love to scan one another. Even yesterday, 4 days after Christmas, they are still obsessed with scanning and really sad they couldn't watch Santa's sleigh ride around the world. This year my friends are all over so we took pictures and send them greetings when Santa was near where they were visiting. Fun for all ages!! Looking forward to next year's fun!

So much fun!. We have had the app for less than a week and my two year old keeps asking, “Calling SANTA?” I do not ever spend money on apps and I purchased the full version of this - so glad that I did. I requested his name be added and was totally shocked that it was done (shows how skeptical I am). Developer was SO NICE! I haven’t ever reviewed an app before. I hope this convinces you to purchase this one.

Add Name. I love Christmas and this app help me to teach my children how cool is Santa! I wanted to add my son’s name but it didn’t appear, so I wrote and email like the app say to ask if they can add the name and they did it. It was so cool to receive the email back telling you that the name was already on the list. I really appreciate that they take the time to improve the app and think about the people who use it!

Really great, but.... I have been using this app for years and it’s really amazing. I would easily recommend it to anyone looking to track or call Santa. I do just have one beef with the app, and that’s that only the free version has the games. I remember years past, when I could play elf wrestling or soccer, but now those options are gone. The games are still on the free version, though and I’m wonder why I payed $5 for less features. Besides that, this app is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone. Edit: Recently, when Ive tried to open the music option, the app just crashes and closes.

Awesome!!!. This app is amazing. We’ve never had any problems with it not working. Also adding your child’s name in the name bank (if it’s not there) is so simple. It looks like they’ve increased the interactions with Santa too. I think the best thing about it though is the naughty or nice scanner. It doesn’t matter what time of year it is, if my kids start to act up I just tell them I’m going to scan them to see what list they’re on and boom they’re the most behaved 4 and 5 year olds. Also the Santa tracker and the video call from the sleigh on Christmas Eve are pretty cool for the kids. It’s just a great app and worth every penny!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CHRISTMAS APP!!!!!. I absolutely LOVE this Santa app. My daughter actually listens better and her behavior has improved since I have started using this app again. She loves getting calls and messages from Santa. Her friends think that she is soooo cool because she gets calls and text from Santa. Her and her friends along with my granddaughter and grandson think that it is absolutely so amazing to see their names on Santa’s list. They even behave better if they see they are on the naughty list. Lol. This is a really fun app. I would recommend everyone that has children to get it. You will really enjoy using it. And your children may even behave better like mine have when they see their names on Santa’s naughty list or when Santa calls and talks to them about their bad attitudes and how they need to change them so they can get on the nice list. It’s just a really really fun and cute app. Me and my kids absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

Good Christmas fun. We’ve had this app for many years, my daughter has always enjoyed it. Even though she is 15 I still keep it on my iPad and we still look at it from time to time and read the blogs LOL. Many fun memories with this app. Wish you would keep the music previously used and just curious what happened to the elf soccer? Any age will enjoy this. Santa does a great job. Gotta get separate interaction with the reindeer somehow, especially Rudolph 🎅🏻🤶🏻

Excellent. Edit: I have to downgrade my original score. Turns out, there’s a bug in the application. I’ve selected different scenes/calls. However it keeps playing the same one. I’m super disappointed. ——— The look on my kids faces at the end of the call said all I needed to know to give this a rating. Hopefully functionality is extended. I couldn’t really play multiple calls because the repetitiveness was going to ultimately give away the fact the app is fake. But if you limit it to one or two calls per child, it’s excellent. I purchased the upgrade, but there are additional packs to buy to extend functionality. So given that the upgrade was rather expensive compared to most apps, I should have been able to do more than just have Santa say their name. But overall, it’s a great app. It falls just short of five stars only because of the upgrade cost vs what’s actually available after the upgrade. But the app itself works very well

Just wonderful. Absolutely brilliant. We have a little guy that is autistic and has cerebral palsy and has struggled to make friends due to large periods in hospital and a fear of ppl he doesn’t know. For him to be able to speak to Santa - over and over again- and have Santa address him by name- each time we change the settings slightly without him seeing so he thinks Santa knows lots of different things about him. It’s been MAGICAL watching him express himself to a Magical being that he adores. Thankyou SO SO MUCH to the developers. BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT for parents of special needs child EVER.

Love santas tracker. Incredible app!!! We have loved playing with pics and turning each member of the family into elves. With Santa tracker we now know exactly how long it will be before Santa comes! And the best bits of all... Santas elves are on elf book. ( elf face book) hillarious updates and we get txt messages each night from the big guy himself!!

No response.. Paid for full app, used ‘request to add a name’ feature supposed to be added within 5 days, 3 weeks later, nothing.

Santa needs to get straight to the point. Great app but my little person is only 3 so Santa tends to lose him when he waffles on too much

Name requests. So pleased that my child's name was added to the app just in time for Christmas! Really appreciate this app. My boy was so happy when Santa said his name! I have 5 babies with really unique names so I appreciate that there is an app that caters to them as well! Worth every penny! ☺️

This is a very fun game, and it always convinces my younger brother that Santa has really written things on his blog, or that the naught or nice list is real, etc, etc. But, I don't think it's worth $6, it's worth $2 or $3 at the most. Other than that, amazing. Great graphics on the map as well!

Very Impressed. I am very impressed with the app as it has made my twin girls have a pleasant experience with Santa. I also requested that one of my daughter’s name be added to the list. In a few days it was. Now she can enjoy the experience along with her sister. When they hear their names been called out, their faces light up. This app helps my children to develop their own special bond with Santa. The app has definitely helped bring the Santa magic into this household.

Best Santa App!!. I’ve used this app for the last 2 years for my son. He absolutely loves when Santa calls him and gets to video chat with him. My son uses the app to see Santa and track him. Santa app. Awesome app!!! My 7 year old son was beginning to not believe until I got this app and then all of a sudden he received a phone call and a video chat and it has restored his faith again. He’s so excited, and I’m enjoying watching him be so happy to have Santa coming again.

Personal info not included in message. We purchased the app (not the Lite version) and completed all of the information for my child. But when placing the video call the only personal information was my child's name. Otherwise it sounded like a generic message. The same was true for the voice call. So disappointing. Especially since our child has been very naughty this year and were hoping that a good scolding from Santa might turn her around.

This app is the absolute best!. This app is the best Santa app for your money! Santa can video chat, text, and call. You preset your child’s info and Santa does all the rest of the work. Has potential. I bought this app and thought it was a great idea for my three girls; 4,6 and 8. During the calls the pre-recording mentioned to check out other features within the santa app. After the call ended I was bombarded with questions about if santa called within the app and how they doubted it was even real. After using this my kids are questioning the authenticity of Santa. I wish I never bought or used this app.

Little Helpers. I tried the lite version originally and my son loved it so much that after two years I switched to the pro to have the addition of Santa photo editing. My children have very unique names and I was able to get them added to Santa’s list this year!

Wonderful app. We have been having so much fun with this app. The telephone calls from Santa have been wonderful. We have been having so much fun with the elf and a beard makers. This app made our 6 YO question santa. Pretty much made our 6 and 4 year old not believe in Santa anymore. We tried multiple times to “talk to santa” while the kids were gathered and the app would always pause on “ I see you’re learning to play the...” our kids do not play an instrument so we selected “ none” which clearly paused the video. Every time we tried to connect with Santa, he says the exact same thing and pauses at the exact same moment. Pretty easy for a 6 year old to pick up on....

Great except..... This app is great except during some of the calls Santa refers to “the app”. My boys, 6 and 4, are fairly sophisticated (being raised in a tech environment) so this reference caused raised eyebrows. 🤔 I panicked a bit knowing they were suspicious (we don’t tell lies and here I am fleecing my own flesh and blood! 🤦🏼‍♀️ ) if the developer could remove references to purchases or links to apps etc I’d give 5 stars.

Very cute. This is very cute. And my 6 year old granddaughter was thrilled to get a call from Santa. But, I scheduled a video call and there wasn’t any video. When she looked at the phone all we saw was her. So as a result I don’t have any memory video. Santa’s voice was loud and clear and he called her by name but unfortunately she couldn’t see him.

My kids love it!. The app is super fun for me and specially the kids. The enjoy talking to Santa and have a lot of fun making themselves into elves. The naughty and nice scanner is super cool. Of my 4 kids 2 of their names weren’t on the list, I requested their names and in less time that expected their names we’re added. I love the customization of each of my kids.

Really cute!. This app is great and my 3 year old loved his FaceTime call with Santa! The only reason I did not give the app a 5 star rating is because during our call, Santa told him that he sees he’s in the United Kingdom, which we are not. I have the app to allow location and the map even shows us in the right spot so not sure why the FaceTime got it wrong.

Eh. I used to love this app when I was little, and I still love it as a teenager (don’t judge me) because it’s entertaining. I would say though for the “Santa calls” the symbol for this app is in the background so I would change that to get rid of any suspicions, and get into the parent section, it’s very easy, so maybe make it multiplication facts or something to make it harder for kids to figure out.

Santa App. When you make video calls he asks you questions and if you don’t respond it plays along as if you did. This used to make me wonder if he was actually real because it would always just be a video no matter how many times I tried. It’s a great app though you can see the reindeer and you are able to see where Santa is on the radar.

Pro Version is worth the price. Our family has so enjoyed the many custom options the Pro version offers. Customized messaging, push notifications, video calls, scanning, and more. This app has added to the “magic” of the season in my children’s lives. Highly recommend.

Too $$ for what you get. Sorry - whoever created this idea...you had the right intention, but your execution falls short. Santa talks WAY too long. Sorry...Santa RAMBLES way too long. Kids lose attention right away. The customization options are limited. My daughter is 3....she doesn’t like any sports yet. Yet I am supposed to choose her favorite sport? Not sure if the creators thought of the variables involved. Pretty poor product. Note to the developers - once you have kids yourselves, you might want to fix the flaws.

Interaction.. I wish there were a way for the children to interact with Santa. I know it’s hard, but thinking basic things like if the child says hi Santa says hi back. Or if they ask about one of his reindeer something like that. Yes I know that’s not likely but that’s what o think would make this that much better. Oh and can we get a Santa with a REAL BEARD! 🧔

Use this every year. My son and I have a tradition of calling Santa in his sleigh while he is out delivering presents. My son was already asking if he would get to speak with Santa again this year. I love what this app does for my family as a tradition for every Christmas.

Ruined the magic. This app ruined the magic. Setting up calls hardly works your way. The message is repetitive in each call. It was NOT Worth it at all. I set up calls and the only way they come in is by having your app open. The app I used last year was better. The calls would come in like a natural phone call. I also set up a call a day after Christmas so Kiddos could thank Santa for gifts. Well this app would repeat same message as it was before Christmas. Frustrating and disappointing.

The best Santa!!. This Santa app is the best! I bought the upgrade and the video call was so realistic and Santa addressed my two toddlers by name and talked about some of their favorite things and discussed their behavior. They were so excited! My son said, “He’s a cute Santa!” when they got off the phone.

Speak to Santa. I gave three stars to a 5 star app because the music that continues to play while I’m setting it up is a little much. I want to be able to mute it so the actual ringtone is a surprise when Santa calls. As it is, the ringtone isn’t much different than the music and the children don’t realize it’s Santa. Once you add this ability I will be more than happy to change to all stars❤️

Best Santa App. I love the personalization of this app. Worth every penny. They didn’t have one of my children’s names on the list, but it was so quick and easy to get it added. Love this App!. We have been using this app for 3 years and my kids LOVE it! I also have used the elf ball game as a reward when I’m providing speech therapy to elementary aged children.
