This Game Helped Me. Upon downloading the game, at first glance it seems to be a boring game. Just an obstacle maneuvering game. However, the titles of the levels, and the narrator speaking is so soothing. This game has helped me a lot with anger issues as well as depression. Duet takes my mind off real life events, and places my attention 100% on the two orbs. This game has also taught me patience along side of teamwork gets the job done. You can’t play the game with one finger, it’s really hard. With that being said, please keep updating the game.

This game is what I imagine having a dad is like.. As someone who grew up without a father, this game makes me imagine that this game is what having one is like cause of the quotes every time you start a new level, this game is hard but somewhat supportive.

A Fantastic Story. Duet is a game that is truly memorable. The music fits the gameplay just perfectly and the story captures the player in a way that pulls them in. The way everything fits together is beautiful. Nice work!

Worth the money. Beautiful

One of the best. This game has been one of the most enjoyable for me. Not too much of a fan of the music, but the gameplay and smoothness is astounding. Those platform runners don't stand a chance.

Get ready to suffer. Been playing this game since it came out. Always go-to game on any apple device where I can play. Developers did an amazing job. Timeless game.

Best mobile game I’ve played. I’ve had this game on my phone for 10 years. I always come back to it.

Challenging and fun. I never write reviews on games but I felt this own deserves it. If you love a challenge, this game is for you and not only that the style of the game, the soundtrack and therapeutic nature of the game make it better than any game I’ve ever played

Amazing!. This game is worth to play! Sometimes you rage but still gotta try so basically i love this game and even bought the encore chapter! Already beat them all! Hopefully new updates will arrive :)

Classic Phone Game. Playing this game feels like you are a participant in ‘Dancing With the Stars’ doing twirls and spins to the rhythm of the music as each level gets progressively faster and more complicated. By the end, you are asking yourself, “How did I get this good?” It is a minimalist arcade game that I consider as one of the seminal games for the smartphone. Challenging, sometimes frustrating, and fun. Great music and narration.

Need more levels. Love this game but I really wish they would create more levels for the story and challenges.

Sometimes Relies on Memory. Been having a great time but Depression 6 is really getting on my nerves. The quote is “I don’t want you to keep going”, which feels accurate.

Duet. This Game can really change the way of our thoughts.

Random quotes popping up.. I'd love to give this game 5 stars but there seems to be a glitch where a screen pops up asking you to play or exit out mid way of playing it happens back to back sometimes causing me to lose my flow ending the segment.

Still profound. I played this game years ago in high school, around 2017 or 2018, and thought it was a perfect combination of challenge and beauty. I am returning to it now after picking up an old family iPad, and wow it is still great. Wonderful game for both free and paid users alike

Incredibly addictive!. Amazing game. Amazing soundtrack (use headphones!). Even after all these years I still find it fun to pick up!

Exceptional game. I never review mobile games bc they just dont peak my interest to be honest i havent found a good mobile game with good structure that isnt filled with ads since the early 2000s. There just arent any good mobile games anymore all of them are clones of eachother that are filled with ads and micro-transactions, anyways this game is different. One thing i want to point out is the system I ABSOLUTELY LOVE that it doesnt brung you to a menu when you fail and you just start again it takes away the frustration and makes it feel like one long loop. I also am very fond of the level designs and music it never feels like a chore or a annoyance to complete a level. And they all feel very diverse and different, never feels like im playing a repeat of a previous level. The design is simple but pleasant and the voice that moves the game forward is soothing and nice to hear. I like how there arent any scores or timeframes you just play and learn until you complete the level. Its strange because its almost like I subconsciously knew how to play this game, i would complete a level and not even know how i did it. Its very fluent and natural. Overall i love this game its a great game to just relax and play a few rounds if u got the time 100% worth the pricetag, having no adds really enhances the experience i thank the creator for this great little game its nice to see something playable and interesting on the app store. 5 stars. - happy player

Wish I could give it more stars. I’ve played through this game every time I’ve updated a device. So about 5 times in total in the past 8 years. I love this game and it’s sound track. Tim Shiel did a amazing job of it and still makes great music to this day.

Endless fun 10/10. I have literally played this game for years it’s addicting and mesmerizing 20/10

Really cool. can‘t stop playing

Astounding and Captivating. I found this game-experience about 7 years ago and it has remained one of my all-time favorites. The soundtrack, almost schizophrenic and disorienting voiceover, the sound effects and visual simplicity all combine to make an elegant and complex mind-warping entertainment. The initial “circular mindset” is fun to discover, but where it goes from there... Get ready to be astounded at your own abilities as you unlock the increasingly complex levels of thumb-tapping and pressing navigation. Thank you to the developers for creating this game-experience. This is what games are supposed to be like!!

EXCEPTIONAL!!!. Like i don’t usually play such games. But this is the best indie game so far AND maybe amongst the best mobile games ever created. Beautiful and mesmerizing, sophisticated in every aspect. It is art!

The only game I play years later!!. The only game I play years later!! It’s THAT good.

I beat the entire game.. If it seem impossible... it’s not. 10/10 would beat it all over again.

More than just a game.. Duet is great for passing the time, but it also is more than just a game. Discover the deeper meaning.

A masterpiece. Truly one of the best mobile games of all time

All time favorite game. 5/5 completely addictive and relaxing. You’re so focused on the words and completing the level, you’re not aware you’re 5 levels in. When it got to the disappearing level, I don’t even know how I passed it but I’ve finished every level including the encores. My absolute favorite.

Great game and worth spend. This game is simple and brilliant I was amazed how the time flies when playing, I recommend to buy this app and support the developer who created an enjoyable creation

Fantastic Game. This game is so much fun and exciting and frustratingly hard at times and I absolutely love it. I actually like this game so much that I chose to write a review about it without being asked by anyone. I actually searched for the rate this app link because I wanted to give it 5 stars that badly. Having said that, i must write this disclaimer: I don’t think this game is for everyone. Some people will not like it, some people might even hate it, but I love it so much that it’s going on my list of top 5 favorite games. Not just too 5 games on my phone, but from any console. I think the game is genius and a lot of fun and I don’t want to ever not have it around. Okay, review over. Thank you for reading. I hope you enjoy the game!

Best the best!. I have played this game from the scratch and this is so fun! But about 2 years we haven't seen new levels. Please add more levels and make it superstar

Stunningly beautiful, makes me smile. This game is absolutely gorgeous. The visual style is compelling, the music is banging, and the story mode is brilliant in how it uses the stages of grief. This game is delightfully minimal in its game mechanics, and it consistently puts a smile on my face.

Every flight I’ve been on since 2015. I’ve had this game since 2015 or so and played in on a number of flights over the years. It never gets old. To me, this is perfect level of simplicity and challenge that it keeps you wanting to come back. My favorite game ever on iOS. I’m almost in a state of meditation when I play this.

Controls not responsive. Game is great but later updates (phone support?) sometimes leave controls unresponsive - changing a beautifully elegant game into fumblecore

Update needed. Please for all that is good in the world update the game devs. I LOVED this game so much when I first got it. I’ve Never purchased Anything in an app before but this was my first and last time I ever would. This game really resonated with me in a way I didn’t think it would and at a time I really needed it. I would enjoy playing new levels or Anything involving the game. Thank you for your time

MORE DLC. Asking for more DLC probably isn’t smart considering i cant purchase encore, yes im asking you to fix the store so i can give you money. This is the only game i find my self actually going back to and enjoying. Still playing this game years out of highschool... i still love it please more DLC

Never giving up!. Best game ever! From the daily challenges to the chapters I battle through every morning, this is the game that gets my blood pumping and I’m never giving up!

Simple yet challenging. Who knew rotating balls could be so fun. Great music.

It’s like an interactive Mandala. The more I play this game the more I move deeper into my own mental abilities. It is very enjoyable

Review. This game is absolutely beautiful, I would recommend this 11/10

Good gameplay, but I’m taking off stars for two reasons. The gameplay is smooth and very fun. I loved the gameplay. However, -⭐️ The music is disruptive and very irritating I ended up turning it off and had a much better time -⭐️ The final chapter being on a paywall. There is no reason for it. Just make it part of the game. It didn’t take me that long to complete story mode. This game doesn’t really have a story. So shoving what’s basically final levels behind a paywall looks bad.

I need more speed). My favorite zen game! Although, I’m constantly feeling the lack of speed. I would greatly like to see a new kind of “flow” - like “Continuous” but with an ability to manually set the speed of your session. But not like the “Speed run” mode, where, if you make a mistake the speed of the run drops. Instead, that you would have a constant speed, without it dropping on a mistake the speed, which you would set according to your likings. And speed increase could be up to 300%, then maybe the game needs to run on much higher fps. Once again - Great Game! Thanks!

Amazing game. Just about the only game I’ve kept on my phone for more than a year. I play it when I’m super stressed because I find it really relaxing and it’s helped me out so many times. The peaceful music and narration and hypnotizing movement is just something else. Would give more stars if I could

Absolutely Brilliant Game. Once you find that point of flow it seems as though the game it slows, and you simply go. It’s incredible how’s not playing it for awhile you forget that point, and how good it feels to remember the feeling—returning to the story line, returning to that place within yourself. Anyway there can be a practice level that allows you to control the speed without reduction? -Thank you immensely for this game

Therapy game. I playing this game more than 5 years! I like how she talking with me. What she said and how she said. It’s a mix of meditation and psychotherapy. I hope to find some other game like this. It’s very simple and pure genius. Thank you all people who made this masterpiece ❤️much love

Enchanting. I played this back in 2015 when I was going through a hard time in my life and it was a great distraction. It also helped take my mind off things and ease my anxiety. With it’s entrancing music and the overwhelming feel of calmness from the voice over, this was so easy to get lost in. I’ve been looking for this game since 2016. I couldn’t remember the name of it and was completely bummed. The other night I opened the App Store and there it was, and I was so stoked. This app is well worth the play through if you’re going through a hard time, or even just as having a fun, time killing game on your phone.

Incredible. One of the greatest mobile games ever made. Soundtrack of the gods

awesome!!. As good as it was years ago BUT it is stuttering on a new phone. This needs to be optimized and updated. Please don’t neglect this wonderful game.

Best game on mobile. I play this for years and still in love with this

A game beyond a game. This game is remarkable. It taught me not only by the insights it gave but by making statements that I disagreed with, therefore making myself aware of what I was doing in life. The game is like a metaphors for challenges that this world throws at us. As the blocks disappear in the later levels, it’s as if the game is saying that it, too will disappear, and to carry over how seamlessly I can get through the levels into my waking life. Brilliant game, amazing music, and I’ve never written a review before, let alone rated an app. I actually went out of my way to rate this and review it. By giving this game a chance, for some of you, you’ll be giving yourself a chance to start again.

Very hard!. Great game but very very hard stuck on the first level!😩😩

The most fun you can have with two thumbs!. So, I started off this game trying to do it with one thumb. It didn't last long. This is an amazingly addictive game, and it's great fun. The soundtrack is particularly enjoyable, and the game stumped me at several points. Now, I feel like a pro; a duet pro. I crave more levels. Encore: Competed. I want an Encore of the encore!

Really sad. I'm not sure if you guys have realised yet, but these are the stages of grief, I'm thinking that the person who made this had lost someone or something and when you loose something or someone very close to you, at first you don't believe it then you deny that it's possible then as you realise it's happened, you start to feel angry, like it was someone's or something's fault, then you bargain with a higher force, like god, then you blame yourself, after all that you just simply don't want to talk to anyone and then after all that time, you finnaly start to recover and get on with your life. This is a rather depressing game... The two dots which you have to look after also show this. Maybe he was looking out for one person only and as he looked after him really well, the other fell behind and... Died ):. I'm sorry if this is true );

THIS APP IS AMAZING. MUST DOWNLOAD!. The app is perfect! The best $2 I have ever spent! The music, the levels, the background illusions, it's so calming and so addictive, I highly recommend this app! It really puts you in a state of mind, I played for a bit, doing tricky levels, and I got a phone call and just felt me come back to real life, it's so amazing. ANYONE WHO IS READING THIS, DOWNLOAD IT. YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Best game of last years!!. I don't usually buy games nor write reviews, but this game deserves it. Its atmosphere is what I love about it. The soundtrack by Tim Shiel is just mind blowing, and the whole concept of the game with messages at the beginning of each level is what I love the most. It makes me think and evaluate my inner self every single time. When I face a hard decision, I play this game, and somehow afterwards I know what to do. I just love it. It's more than a simple game. 10/10.

I'm dead from its simplicity and beauty. This game is the only game id ever use my precious time on. It feels as if I should be bettering myself at this amazing skill within the game and it's so satisfying when you pass a level, you just want to keep playing and look like an awesomely skilled dude

Frustrating yet so good. There's that one level you get stuck on that you just wanna give up on but just gotta keep going, and by the end you feel so accomplished you keep doing other levels. That's true form of addiction.

Perfect. Game.. Addictive, challenging, fun, rewarding, new and innovative. I got it because it was cheap and the reviews were good. And now I'm glad I didn't pass it buy even though it wouldn't have been my first choice at face value this game is art and my whole family of non gamers love it

Amazing. I never write reviews and own soo many apps but I decided I had to review this game because it is the best! I can't stop playing, so addictive, can be extremely frustrating but rewarding at the same time. Buy it now

Worth It! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Got it while it was for free and ended up buying the encore version for $1.29 money well spent totally worth the minutes/hours playing. Got me reaching for my phone while I'm waiting around or just wanting to zone out with an awesome sound track.

I am now a savant. I've been playing this sublime game for half an hour now and I think if you asked me to calculate a differential equation or solve a non-Euclidian four dimensional puzzle in my head, I could do it. Such is my newly enlightened sense of zen. Become a higher order being. Get this game.

Fantastic. I love this game it is a good way to keep your mind going and one thing i need more levels fun fun fun game just more levels needed I can't pay for thing in games but another one of thease games or more levels i love it so much

Beautiful. A smooth and elegant game with a mesmerising soundtrack. The calm music can sometimes be taunting as you fail the same level over and over again, but the rewarding feeling of finally completing the level is like no other.

Excellent. Fantastic gameplay. And as a previous reviewer said, these ARE the stages of grief/depression, which is a very morbid background concept for a popular game. (Albeit still an awesome game). The music only adds to the sad feel, it is extremely good music though. An excellent game.

Fantastic game fantastic music. Perfect game. Controls are perfect and do not get in the way. Music adds so much immersion.. Can't play without it.. After my phone went flat from my first session with this game (iphone 5 from 25% - took hours, non stop, in a dark house.. Was light when started.. missed dinner) I immediately found the charger and downloaded the album.. :)

Awesome.. This isn't an entirety unique game (there are a few similar on the App Store) but I tried it because it was made by Kumobius. It's amazing. It's lovingly designed and even though it's tough as nails, the game encourages you on through a story. As all the other glowing reviews have said, it's the small details about the game that make it so good.

Simply, amazing. Absolutely 5 stars and a half.. This game is so wonderful... The art styles and the music is just epic. I really like the idea of this game... It makes it challenging and makes you want to play more. Although very rarely frustrating at times, the game still draws you back. And the music calms you down. (If you get that angry). The sentences it says at the beginning are quite cool, and smart. Overall, this is probably the best app I've ever played on my IPod. This app is worth the money by FAR. Great game, compliments to Kumobuis. Now it's time for me to go back to playing it.

Rotated Orb. Didnt hit block

Requires patience, never boring.. Duet is an extremely satisfying arcade title with an alluring geometric style and a ripper of a soundtrack. It can get quite challenging and may even cause rage amongst those with slower reflexes. However, it never outstays it's welcome thanks to a varied soundtrack and groovy background animations and effects.

Absolutely Amazing!!!. An amazing and intuitive puzzle game which entices the user to play more and more, sometimes activating them when they can't defeat a certain round, but after finishing it the satisfaction just can't compare to many other games, only complaint is that sometimes the words the robot says is strange and out of place, but other than that, amazing!!!

So addictive. I've spent at least 2 hours straight playing this game it just proves how addictive this game is and when you finish a level you calm down a bit and reading those little messages kind of help you with staying calm. I love the game and give it a 10/10. I recommend this game and I know that you wouldn't regret this choice. Also I want to know where I can get the soundtrack.

Enticingly challenging. A very new feel to a game which feels like a breath of fresh air amongst all of the other disposable apps that we are seeing today. It's gameplay isn't it's only standout feature, I have not experienced any glitches or bugs thoroughly this game. It runs like a charm.

Impressive.. The only problem I have with this game isn't even the game's fault. My phone can't run a game about boxes falling from the sky without lagging about the place, which only really adds to the pleasure of playing. This game rapidly devolves from mind numbingly slow to blinkandyouvedied, it's a strikingly immersive experience.

Amazing... This game is truly deep, it goes through different stages of guilt and depression while still having incredible gameplay. It's really satisfying completing a level you were previously stuck on. I'm addicted and I've completed EVERY single level 😊

Excellent game. Excellent interactivity; good selection of motivational quotes coupled with a good set of music sound tracks. It would be nice to have a random colour changing for 180 degree arc circles; i.e., pink and yellow, green and red, etc ... To make the game mode more harder it may be worth while experimenting with randomly changing colours of each circle, and at one point make one of the outer circles on the arc disappear for a brief moment.

Bit too hard. You know how in some platformers, there's a bit where you just don't time a jump right, and you fall to your death, and then have to restart some ways away, only to again fall and restart and fall and restart again and again and again until you ragequit? Well, the makers of this game have boiled that experience down into a concentrated pool of frustration, and named it Duet. Nice soundtrack though.

Challenging, addictive, mesmerising. I've played through the main challenges, I found the game very difficult at first, but it didn't take too long for me to get used to the flow of the game. It's one of the most beautiful and mesmerising, almost hypnotic games that I've played in some time and highly recommended on its art/music style and level of overall polish alone. The gameplay is fairly fast paced and somewhat challenging, but very satisfying when you pass a level or get a new high score. A simple game, but one of the few iPhone games that have held my attention for so far well over a week. Well worth the $5 or however much it costs if you want a beautiful action game.

A brilliant concept, masterfully executed. This game focuses on a simple concept- two dancing orbs connected by a circle, and surrounds it with a soundtrack worth listening to on its own, clever exposition on the nature of emotion, and stunningly simple animation used to full effect. Buy this game, it's the best the iPhone has to offer. 10/10

Originality at its finest. Simplicity at its finest, duet achieves what many other simplistic games don't; the feeling of reward and success as you complete each addicting level, training your muscle memory forever until you realise you played a bit too much... Great mechanics, visibly gets harder every level, an addictive rage game, however needs more game modes and updates to keep us on.

Simple, innovative and addictive. Simple and addictive but a bit too difficult as well. You gotta keep trying again and again until you get used to to the stage

Another Great Update. Yet again, Kumobius brings out another awesome update for a game that seems it couldn't get any better. The coloured backgrounds bring a new look to the game. Still can't decide whether I like it or not, but you can easily change it to the original grey backgrounds anyway so there's no way to lose. For a little bit of cash, you can get the encore chapter, which is just exceptional! Seriously, if you haven't bought this game already, you're missing out.

Great update: No encore endless?. Love the encore levels, although it seems if we have to pay there should be a few more of them. So much fun getting used to the new style, and having finished the levels I want more! Please implement an endless encore style mode!

Hard but Fun. Duet is a masterpiece both visually and gameplay wise. The visuals are refined and simple but also elegant. The gameplay is fun but extremely difficult. It is perfect to play in the odd 5 minutes here and there in your life. This is what mobile games should be more like. Plus the music is excellent and accompanies the game fantastically!

Absolutely love it! A sequel please:). I love this game! Over 500 daily challenges in a row proves it! I’d love a sequel!!!!!!! Thanks.

Perfect with no bugs or glitches!. Absolutely flawless with no bugs whatsoever. It's hard finding games like these nowadays since most of them crashes! I do agree that it is better to play this game with earphones, because somehow I feel relaxed while listening to the music. Gameplay: 5/5 Sound: 5/5 Overall a great game definitely worth the download!

A great game. Simple to learn, a life time to master is the best way to sum up the games rules. It's highly addictive and enjoyable from the first minute along with being something new at the same time. Well worth the download do not let this game pass you by. The new updates only make the game an even stronger challenge. Thanks to the creators for making the new set of levels. The Epilogue endless challenge is a good one to play also. Fair bit harder than the standard endless game. Encore is worth the in game purchase also if you need it even harder.

Amazing!. This app is amazing! It makes you think differently all the time! No words can describe how fun and amazing this game really is! To anyone who wants to buy this, it is a must have, it is a lot more fun then what the pictures show! It's not a waste of your money!

Simply the best. No fancy graphics, no limitations. The experience is unlimited. If you ever can't get your head around anything, or maybe stuck on logistic of things, why they works. Then this is what it teach you. The colour choice and the music used are just sucking you into another world of imagination. Worth it!

One of the most original and addictive games out there. I can't put this game down. It's frustratingly addictive but at the same time aesthetically and audibly stunning. Even losing is fun because it paints a picture of where you've gone wrong. Love it so much

Great app. Love it so much and we need more update plz

Awesome Game. Got the game during free app of the week and absolutely love it. Completed the first Story within a week or so, and am now onto Epilogue and the challenges. A game both addicting and enjoyable, yet at times quite frustrating. Certainly different to any other brain game I've experienced. A must have game for anyone that loves challenges and brain stimulation.

Best game I've played. This is one of my all time favourites for phone or iPad, it seamlessly blends an emotionally charged campaign with limitless replayability and a competitive push to get better at the game that keeps you coming back to the campaign, the daily and nightly challenges and the extra content they release. Great game and I have no complaints but the thirst for new mechanics and more levels, but I'm sure they're onto that already.

Zen-like. This game is excellent. I've found that playing it and needing to remember the different movements of the blocks is helping me improve my memory, while flowing with the movement of the block rotations has an almost zen feel to it. Getting frustrated with the game won't help - it requires repetition and practice which deliver the flowing synchronous movement you engage in that feels like a game version of tai chi to move around the obstacles - anger at the game will not help you beat it, you have to immerse yourself in the game, accept each splatter/rejection, and let it flow around you.

Incredible. This game is a masterpiece. Ona visual level it is basic and so is the concept, and gameplay. The narration makes it interesting and the music makes it stunning. I can only say positive things about this game. While some levels are easier than others, one shouldn’t become overly confident. Some levels are tricky and I found myself frustrated and exhausted by them. Completely immersive. A great game.

Awesome Intense Puzzle. I played an earlier version of this at PAX this year and have been super excited for the release ever since. Definitely pick this up if you get a chance, extremely tight gameplay that feels so rewarding once it all clicks.

Outstanding. I never write reviews, in fact this would be my first for an iPhone/iPad app. But this game is worth the review, such a simple and neat game that increases the complexity and challenge as you progress but never feels frustrating at any point. Well worth the money

Chill out or fire up. I love the way this game encourages you to get in a groove with the music. Takes a bit of practice, but the movements are in turns satisfying and frustrating as you try to visualise the perfect path through the game. Technically, the game is responsive and actions feel fluid. Splashes from collisions add layers, and become helpful markers for tricky spots. Chill out to the soundtrack and get in the zone, or fire up and push on with intense concentration. Either way, Duet is plenty of fun.

A simple genius. This is a cracker of a puzzle game. Seemingly along the lines of other 'dodge the blocks' games, the rotating element takes this to a new and amazing level. Ignore anyone that says it gets too hard too fast, they just have no patience. Worth every cent, and the lovely soundtrack from Faux Pas adds a nice electro-zen element

Wow this app is amazing!. One of the best touch interface games I have played! It's ridiculously difficult sometimes but not frustrating.. I find myself playing it all the time.. I'm loving how difficult it can get.. Then I learn a new way to avoid the obstacles and all of a sudden the level is easy.. This happens on each level

Surprise me with new content!. This is already an amazing game. Just when you think it can't get any better they introduce something new and innovative! This is fun, frustrating and makes me want to come back for more. Everything I can ask for from a game.

This game!. I love the addictive play style that you adapt while playing this. It's addicting in the way it's so good, it's not like any other stupid app. This has a rage aspect which is fun and engaging and I love it. Stunning visuals and amazing soundtrack that helps with playing. A must have game app!

Amazing. This game is definitely worth buying the new chapers. i have spent so much time playing this game. The music along with the narrtor seems so hypnotic. Love it

Great game btw. Just realized some levels are named after Kubler-Ross Model's stages of grief. Amazing. And I love the guitar music in level Grief. It's softening.

Fun game. Good challenge. I’ve really enjoyed this game! I also wanted to report a bug. Several times now after opening the game, after it was fully quit, when I go to play the wheel thing that you spin will just be spinning on its own. It will still respond to input and spin the opposite way but as soon as I take a finger off the screen it just goes back to spinning. It will stay this way even if I switch levels. If I force quit the app and re open this problem goes away so it’s not a big deal. I’m on iOS 11.1.2 on iPhone 7. I haven’t found a reliable way to recreate the bug.

Love it. It's a really good game.

brilliant. Minimalist, perfectly crafted.

Vrm bon. Le gameplay est très bon et les messages que le jeu te dit font réfléchir( si tu fait l’effort).

Rip off. This is a rip off of duet

Best soundtrack. The soundtrack in this game is amazing and the storyline is really deep even though they’re all one liners.

This game has a special place in my heart.. I found this game when I was around 13/14. It resonated with me very deeply. I don’t know how and exactly when but I remember not being able to play it anymore but it’s been in the back of my mind for years, and I haven’t been able to recall the name. I even tried to look up “spirit ball game” or “floating spirit game” one time and found nothing. I got kind of sad at the thought of it not being available anymore. A few minutes ago I was scrolling my iCloud purchase history and my heart jumped when I saw the iconic thumbnail picture. It’s like I got back a piece of me that’s been missing for a really long time. This game just speaks to me. I’m grateful that it was developed, that it exists. It brought profound peace to my early teen heart, and I think I carry that standard of peace to this day as a 19 year old. I don’t write long reviews like this but I just had to. Thanks for being one of the good things in my poor-quality childhood.

Awesome Game. Really cool concept, awesome music, easy to play, and hard to master. This is one of my favorite apps on the app store

Love it!. The game is crazily addictive.

Kumobius. Awesome game, you can’t go wrong

Wow!. This is a game of challenge! It keeps your mind sharp and really helps to drive in the point to never give up!

Okay .... Awesome game! But I think the invisible mode is kind of stupid ... When the two dots are lined up vertically and you have to squeeze through a small gap, it's possible to picture where the blocks are so that the top dot can pass by, but for the bottom dot you just have to get lucky. And for the longer levels that means a lot of luck ... The invisible mode doesn't really require any skill and kind of ruins the fun .. Just my two cents.

Superbe. Jeux à la fois simple et complexe, très esthétique...

awesome game. both music and game are fantastic.

Unique Game. One of the best games available for iOS.

Excellent + Updates pls. An addicting, excellent game. I've been playing for so long and just wanted to drop a review for once because it's been such a great game to pass time with. The soundtrack is wonderful and the overall atmosphere of the game is elegant, contemporary, and futuristic. In the beginning, you're gonna look at the challenges and think it's ridiculously hard. Now, I've played it so much that the only levels that truly excite me nowadays are the epilogue + encore combination stages that are so few in number in the continuation mode. This might sound selfish, but I can't help it. When will the developers come out with new levels and modes? The potential of this game is endless. How about levels where the incoming blocks change the angle they're coming from throughout each wave? Or randomly changing the speed of the two dots? Maybe reach and try something that changes the position of the two dots in our control? Perhaps I've played too much lol. But truly, a great game and if you're planning to spend money on a game that will require patience and focus, and give you a great load of accomplishment by the time you're done, Duet's the way to go.

Hands down my favourite App Store game.. Beautifully difficult yet relaxing. I love the different play modes included and 100% recommend the in app purchase for the expansion. Makes you think while relaxing, but definitely put it down if you start getting frustrated with a level.

Terrific game!. Beautiful visuals, immersive soundtrack, simple yet responsive controls. What's not to love?

Great soundtrack!. The app is fun and it helps me to relax. Try it!

Like no other game. Stunning in its simplicity

Mind bending. Absolutely great fun. Concept is simple yet challenging. Thank you!!

Best game ever. Very entertaining and enjoyable

Fun game!'. Yay

Impressive. A master piece

Love it!. Mind bending fun

Beautiful in every way!. Worth every penny, beautiful storyline and voice over, beautiful soundtracks, I have them on my spotify playlist even! My favourite soundtrack is Crater with the Ben Edgar guitar, which is the song that plays during the “Depression” stage. This is one of the best games on the App Store.👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Brilliant. Best game on the app store, get it, buy the extra lelves, it's the only mobile game worth your time

So addictive!. This is awesome! So hard and yet doesn't make you tear your hair out in frustration. And the levels you beat are still fun to go over.

Amazing game!. This game has made me more frustrated than any other game in my life. That being said, it is a great way to kill time. I usually played this game a bit at a time, but when I went on a 2 day trip for a robotics competition I was able to beat the last couple sections in a few hours. Definitely made my ferry ride more entertaining. I would highly recommend this game over geometry dash as the games are certainly comparable in difficulty.

Great game. So addictive and still addictive

Simple but awesome!. It's a very simple game, but is a lot fun!

Fun Yet Aggravating. This game is addicting and has super awesome music to boot! Just try not to get to frustrated!!

Very unique. I love how this game taps into your unconscious ability. After a while, I find I amaze myself. 4 stars cause the game doesn't update save point for me anymore after Hope-V.

Stylish, innovative, and so much soul! :). This game is great at helping you learn to problem solve using your reflexes and visual stream. The designers build in layers of difficulty progressively that build your skills up as you play. It's an awesome puzzle game that involves precision timing, great reflexes, and a certain degree of cognitive flow. The the tastefully done electronic score suits the game perfectly, and the inspirational and #wisdombombs that the narrator drops everynow and again with reverse reverb on them is a nice touch! Bottomline: very fun and intuitive yet challenging game. If you want an easy game tho, look elsewhere. If you want something that's different and makes think about things in a new kind of way, then spend your money on this - you'll be glad you did just for the experience.

Very addicting lol. Just started playing now I can’t stop

Amazing. Wish more levels could be released of a greater challenge. Love continuous mode just beat wave 1000!!

Remarkable for hand-eye coordination. Duet is a surprisingly addictive game whose music and increasingly complex patterns and rhythm ceaselessly stimulate you to develop ever-better hand-eye coordination.

Elegant. It's a simple concept that's hard to master but fun to play. Beautiful design.

This game is insane. This game is for your mind and soul. Big applause for the team

Great game.... worth the price of admission.

Good. Trop hot !

Issa greeeat game. Def worth the price n don’t make the mistake o playing without sound. Pretty epic ngl

Pretty good. Pretty good but maybe a bit too hard right of the bat. Also gets a bit old after about 10 min, and the whole design and music could be brighter, starts to feel dark pretty fast. But overall a great idea.

awesome game. i played this game a lot when i was a kid and have revisited plenty of times, playing the game is super fun and addicting. I love the music and the way when you die the paint will stay on the blocks until you complete the level. The whole vibe is super unique, I vividly remember the words of encouragement between levels. I think technically speaking the mechanics and the way the game increasingly becomes more difficult as you play is very seamless and feels super natural. It’s also a good game because you can step away from it and come back later and still be able to hop back in and continue progressing. The game for the 3.99 that i paid is definitely worth it. There is plenty of main content in the story mode and there is a whole epilogue as well. Aside from those gamemodes there is also challenges for endless mode, and achievements if you feel like going hunting for a 100% completion. All in all i think this game is pretty worth it and would recommend to anyone who felt like committing to try and beat a difficult somewhat strategy/arcade game.

Crazy Game. Good way to pass time!! Keeps you on your toes

Great Game. It's a masterpiece of apps, with an amazing soundtrack.

Very fun, nicely challenging. Not frustrating, usually, but certainly not easy. The music is also wonderful. These folks deserve your money. Let's also give a round of applause to a game developer who does not pester you with manipulative in-app purchases or begging for ratings.

Solid game. This is a deceptively simple game that is quite addictive. Very challenging, but done in a way that makes you want to keep trying to beat a level over and over again. Cool soundtrack that does sound good with headphones as recommended.

One of my new top iOS games.. And that's in part b/c of the psychological themes present. Two spheres rotating on a fixed axis to avoid descending obstacles is such a simple yet creative concept. In the "Story Mode", there a number of levels for each Part, which are named after stages of some psychological process, with each level starting off with an interesting introspective line pertaining to the respective stage. And as you go through these levels, its like your fighting through this deep psychological issue, all the way to its resolution. Well, you can choose to look at it that way, or as just a really simple and fun, yet progressively difficult game. There are also so much extra levels/content in this - all for free. And by the time you finish it all and still want more, you can unlock some extra levels for only $0.99 more.

One of the all time greats. Fun and challenging.

Brilliant. Absolutely loving this game. It is very challenging but has that "just once more" quality. The ball leaves a paint mark as you die which is genius because it gives you a little victory each time you pass it. Once you get in the flow you will be avoiding obstacles which previously seemed impossible due to the elegant way the pattens build upon each other. Once you beat the levels you can still aim for a perfect by doing the fewest number of moves. The endless mode is great as well. Instead of stopping after one death, you have three hearts which slowly recover. This gives you a chance to learn the patten and recover. The music and atmosphere is beautifully done. Highly recommended if you enjoy a challenge.

A welcome challenge among mobile games. This game is clearly well made. It has a great learning curve from the first level and starts out simple and works its way up in difficulty. Then it gradually ascends into challenging awesomeness. No lazy joyride of a game here. This game is mentally stimulating in a good way and ultimately hinges on your hand-eye coordination. Go as far as you can handle, but beware it is addicting to desire to keep challenging yourself and beating the next level. I like that after just completing a level chapter, then you can find out the "minimum" required actions to beat it and go back again and challenge yourself for extra credit achievements. I know this game advertises using sound and audio, but honestly I play it without because it is still super fun with no sound. The music and voice is only bonus ontop of an already fun game

Great. Hard but great 👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Meh. Not sure who is being paid to write reviews to boost game ratings but it's an app store issue and this game is an example. People call this game (which graphically could have been achieved on an Atari) "breathtaking" and beautiful etc. It's OK. Worth the 99c sale price but that's it! Relentlessly difficult and I usually like these kind of games. I tried "Two Ball Game" or something like that which was free and an obvious ripoff of this game and based on the reviews of that game figured this game had to be somewhat different. Barely. This, Impossible Road, Pako, etc. how many runner games with left and right controls can be called "original" before enough's enough. Well ok game, don't think my review matters much anyways. Would rate it 3 1/2 stars for semi addictive gameplay but its too hard and too tired of a control mechanic (oh you don't say, you tap left and right to move? Groundbreaking). I would round up to 4 but get a bad vibe from the amazing reviews this game has, dubious if you ask me. 3 stars.

Why do I like this game so much?. I don't like games with ridiculous difficulty, requiring repetition after repetition to complete a level. Yet I find myself chuckling every time I have to repeat the same chunk again and again. I like strong characters and interesting stories, but here I am enthralled with a game with neither and only a slightly haunting monologue delivered one short line per level relating to loss and suffering. I like interesting visuals, but here I am gushing over a game with rectangles, two dots, and only four colors. Things that I think lead to me really looking forward to each play time with Duet include the fact that levels are all short. Punishing, yes, but mercifully short. When you die the splat left behind from your dot stays there for the next time, and the time after, until you pass. Creepy, but fun. The controls are intriguing and perfectly responsive, so you never feel like poor controls contributed to your loss. Overall the experience is simply everything you don't think it has any right to be. You'll love it even if you don't like this kind of game, just like me.

Life Changing. You may find yourself at the beginning struggling to keep up with the game, but it is only because it is slowly changing your way of mind. It will give you a circular state of mind, and you will eventually be able to play through the game without having a second thought. The game even has a life lesson to go along with it. The music too goes along with whatever chapter you are on so it bends your will to that feeling. Overall, get this game, it gets extremely difficult, and you'll be glad once you beat it. I remember when I got this over a year ago, the chapter transcendence only had two levels, for level 2 and 3 were all one level. That was the worst 4 hours spent on a single level in my life.

Another Stunning Update. I had just finished all of the levels for the previous version when I saw that it was updated. I was both excited and terrified at what it might present to me and I was not disappointed on either front. This game is definitely a challenge, one you sometimes have to put down and come back to after several hours, and the new levels make it that much more difficult! But the graphics, sounds, and MUSIC make this game wonderful and unique. I've never played anything else like it. It can be so frustrating but the game rewards you with an incredible sense of accomplishment with every level you complete. I highly recommend Duet to any person who enjoys puzzles and wonderful soundtracks.

Really impressed. I got this app thinking that it would be another flappy-bird-esque style game. Something with which to occupy my time when I'm extremely bored and have nothing else to do. But it's honestly so much more of a mental game than flappy bird or any of those mindless apps. There's so much concentration necessary, and it's ridiculously addicting at first because you want to see the new blocks and obstacles that you must navigate. Now, I've finished the story and epilogue, and I'm seriously considering buying encore because I'm just playing the endless games over and over again. If you have free time, get this game. If you're extremely busy, be warned: You will find yourself making time for Duet.

Best mobile game I've Ever played. This game still amazes me every time I play it. Never has any other game been able to make me feel focused, confident, and frustrated all at the same time. The difficulty in this game increases perfectly as you go along the levels, giving you new challenges with each level, and providing you with the skills to progress farther down the road. Each chapter has its own unique gimmic, making the game faster and more chaotic. Even the soundtrack managed to blow my mind. As I tried focusing on my game, the music would still provide an atmosphere that portrayed the chapter that the song was assigned to. And every time, my heart would skip a beat as the music took me by surprise. All-in-all, this is honestly the best mobile game I have ever played. I highly recommend ruining your life by getting addicted to this game!

Update. This is an amazing game but it needs a update, game keeps glitching on me

Been plying this game for years!. “Pound for Pound...” Duet is the best minimalist game on the App Store!

Undeniably Incredible. This game is much more than a game. It's broken up into multiple different chapters named after feelings associated with short phrases before every level. The one to really resonate with me was the chapter "Hope", right after the chapter "Depression", which gave incredibly driving words of wisdom that gave me a sense of drive and focus that I've never experienced before. Though this game certainly does get very difficult, very fast, so be ready for that and keep both earbuds in, or keep your headphones on, because this game forces you to focus with all that you have, causing you to really meld with the amazing visuals and music, and making you see flying blocks when you close your eyes and calculating maneuvers to avoid them. I absolutely love this game and recommend it for anyone, as it makes you extremely focused and aware of the world around you.

Interesting and Beautiful Game.. It's got everything you'd want in a mobile game: the ability to just pick up and play, a charm that grabs people, and the perfect amount of ingenuity. When I downloaded the game, I was thinking that the cryptic messages were just a little side note. As I progressed, however, I realized they meant something more. I can tell the effort that the developers put into making each and every level. You should take care to read the text that appears at every level, because they really mean something. This game can get ridiculously difficult, but each new challenge that's put on the table just adds to the fun instead of frustration. I never would have thought that controlling two dots could make for such a beautiful, captivating, and just plain amazing game.

Best. Best game i have ever played in phone

Not your average arcade game. I downloaded this game because it was the app of the week. I thought it would just be another one of those minimalistic arcade games. Boy was I wrong. The app has fluid touch screen control and gorgeous graphics for its simple design. The music is awesome and the gameplay is addictive and fun. I myself finished both the "Story" and the "Epilogue" in less than 12 hours. Good thing the app has two endless modes, two daily challenges, and a few additional challenging levels to play! I am also considering purchasing "Encore," which is the next installment in the narration. Ah yes, the narration. Where to begin? The narration is, along with the game, super simple, with a narrator speaking about one sentence per level. I thought almost nothing of it at first, thinking it was just a tutorial thing. But it wasn't just that. The narration was outstanding and creates its own story line in the limited time it has. I felt myself getting attached to the narrator and by the end of "Epilogue" I was crying. The narration provides thought provoking sentences, each carefully constructed to fit the level. It really made me think about life in general and I enjoyed the theme the game had in both its "Story" and "Epilogue." Download this game. You won't regret it. It is astounding.

Where did they go. Where piece out, bean dreams and bean’s quest go?

Absolutely Fantastic. With beautiful graphics, smooth controls, lovely, haunting music and just the right amount of difficulty, this game is perfect. Wonderfully challenging and undoubtedly addicting, it is the epitome of all I enjoy seeing in a game. While I beat the story, epilogue and challenges within a few days, I continuously go back to previous levels to attempt to get "perfection" and I never get bored, however frustrated. The only complaint I have is that I have gotten perfect in all levels in multiple categories, but cannot seem to get the achievements. Other than that, the game is absolutely delightful and I look forward to more levels in the future!

Loved this. It's between this and Monument valley for the title of my favorite all time app. It was by far Monument valley but this is right up there. In fact, this probably took over that distinct title by a hair. This is definitely my most addicting app I've ever play right up with my iPhone game, Cube Runner. Loved the variety of levels and love endless mode. Keeps me playing for hours at a time and even after completing all levels, the challenges keeps me coming back for more. Some levels are frustrating but the fact they're challenging is what makes this enjoyable. I got this as the free app of the week but this is one I would of bought and am looking forward to buying and playing the new "encore" levels. Keep the updates coming.

This game is crap. The bottom of the app page states,'This app is optimised for iPhone 5, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.' So that means this must be a terrific game with fantastic graphics right? Wrong. Duet is a game that uses a lot of concentration but that doesn't seem the case with my iPhone 5. The game is either finishing levels for me by itself or I can't move the red and blue balls. To be honest, it works better on my brother's iPhone 3GS, and my girlfriend's iPhone 4. We've been doing a race to see who can finish all the levels the quickest, excluding daily challenge, endless, etc. My brother is winning the 'race' and my girlfriend coming second. I can't play this game on my iPhone 5, which is updated to iOS 8. Please fix the game play and the game description. This game is fairly good to play (I played on my girlfriend's phone because she felt sorry that I haven't played a proper level yet!)

Almost Perfect. This game is one of the most addictive, beautiful, and - most importantly - FUN games that I've played in some time. A simple concept but executed in such a way to make it impossible to put down. To the guy who complained about the in-app purchases: I agree that in a lot of cases, in-app purchases are annoying and included because the developers are greedy, but I don't feel like that applies in this case. The Encore add-on is an entirely optional purchase. It doesn't actually help you beat levels or give you any special powers, it just gives you more levels to play. Unlike other apps which sometimes force you to buy items to continue playing, this feels more like an expansion pack than anything else. The concepts introduced with Encore are devious. I love it. If 99 cents every once in a while will keep the fresh levels coming, I don't think I can complain about that.

Freaking incredible. Suggestion: make this available on the XBox One and Playstation 4...people need more challenging videogames than crappy stuff like Call of Duty. I have no complaints. I don't think the app has even crashed on me yet and I'm using a 4th gen iPod touch. Like everyone else is saying...flawless, simple, smooth, etc. The narration is cool, especially with the stages of grief thing. THIS IS THE HARDEST VIDEOGAME I'VE EVER PLAYED but it's amazing that way, because the challenge it presents is one you feel compelled to meet over and over, and the repetition is not boring at all. Each level definitely prepares you well for the next, something that I really appreciate. I felt super accomplished when I beat the game...and then you came out with an update--a freaking excellent update. Keep going.

BEST GAME EVER.. It is simplistic yet captivating with the music and messeges. Calming yet incredibly addictive. Simply put, the best game i’ve ever played.

Top 5 apps I've played iPhone or iPad. This game is one of the most difficult yet frustratingly enjoyable game I've ever played. It seemingly requires both sides of your brain to work in unison as you try and maneuver this red and blue ball on a spherical axis to avoid these white blocks that I would love to smash in the face if I ever met one in a bar. I thoroughly enjoy when I'm tested by an app and when I fail it doesn't even affect me as much as I thought it would because this game might have the best music I've heard on an app. It wills you to complete the levels, as does your inability to let the level defeat your spirits. Grade A app and will check out the rest of the apps offered by this production company. Side note: I never really rate any apps but I felt compelled due to how great this game is/was. Kudos.

Truly Beautiful. This app has to be the best game I've ever played. I could literally go information hours about it, but here's the short version. The graphics are simple, yet amazing. The backgrounds themselves are worth a dollar. It's such a simplistic design, but it's so beautiful. The music is overall incredible. It just fits the levels so perfectly. I don't know how we got it for a simple dollar alone. Also, the game is so much we deeper than meets the eye. The stages are named after the stages of grief. The messages, while so simple, really make you feel like what you're supposed when combined with the music and the speed of the play itself. Overall, this app is perfect. The play is seamless, and somehow really emotional. The only things that could even be considered flaws are the fact that the paint disappears slower than the platforms in acceptance and transcendence, and the credits play after both acceptance and transcendence. However, these are most likely intentional. The paint to let your mistakes guide your way through, as you learn from them, and the credits as victories. Accepting is as much a victory as transcending is. Overall, I would say this game is well worth the dollar, and I would pay ten for it. It is the metaphor of metaphors, about life itself. It is the closest you could get to perfection. There are some achievement related bugs, but that's due to Game Center, not the app itself.

Absolutely... Purely... Perfect!!. I have been playing this game nearly daily for years. It is probably the only game I still play. First of all, the basic mechanic is probably the most unique/creative thing I’ve ever seen. It’s simplicity makes me jealous that I couldn’t ever come up with something like that. Then, after absolutely knocking the core of the game out of the park, the developer has created an absolutely brilliant style. The background graphics, the simple geometry, the rhythm of gameplay, the level names, the narrator... all of it, simply brilliant. Finally, to bring this game from “greatest game you can purchase” to “greatest game that could possibly exist,” the developer collaborates with Tim Shiel to produce an absolutely incredible sonic experience. I have genuinely downloaded the album from Bandcamp multiple times. This game is so, so, so inspiring, as an aspiring game developer myself. The developers have outdone themselves and the rest of the industry, as far as I’m concerned. For gods sake! They, after producing this gem, went and made it feature packed, as well... I so enjoy the speed run feature. The first time through took me a few weeks, now I can do it in a few minutes. The perfection system makes it possible for me to play the game as much as I do. The daily challenges, also vital to replay-ability. I understand games/projects come to an end, but remembering that there will probably never be new duet levels to struggle against is akin to remembering we will all die someday. This is such an accomplishment for the people behind it. It’s very sad that good things come to an end.

OUTSTANDING. Okay, so I usually don't write reviews for games. But this one is different. I've had this game for about a week now and it only just asked me for a review (hence why I'm here). I first saw this game a while back on the App Store while just looking but I think it was .99¢. I looked back and saw it was free! I haven't seen a single advertisement so far, and it's kept me engaged all day. It's simple control scheme is easy to learn, and the levels start off easy, letting you breeze through the first few while introducing the mechanics of the game. Then it punches you in the nose and stops you dead in your tracks. You want to put the phone down and take a break but you can't. You want to quit but the game is mocking you and you won't give in. I found myself wondering what new challenge I would be presented with in the next set of levels but dreading it at the same time. This game is simply outstanding. Why are you still reading?? Download it!!

“You will need a circular state of mind”. Love this game.

Absolutely Astonishing. BUY THIS APP. I never write reviews but I've been playing this game for 15 minutes and when that common "would you like to rate this app" thing popped up I had to. This app is beautiful. I'm in love. The design, the music, the text - it's ridiculous how much this game improved my mood. I was bored, frustrated, and sad when I went on the App Store looking for something to occupy my time. I bought this and started playing it. Just when I started getting mad at a level, I beat it, and the game told me to channel my anger, as if it was on cue. I calmed down, channeled my anger, and beat the level. I kept repeating the text that said "this does not define you." What a beautiful app. I don't know how they made this but it is brilliant. I want to personally thank the creators because this kind of mind/mood/game/challenge can be applied to all areas of life. I want to work on things like this when I get out of college. I don't really know how else to describe it. Perfect app. 5 stars.

Throw your phone at the wall in frustration. This is such a good game!!! It's difficult enough to play that when you in finally beat that level, your mind jumps from your skull and screams YES!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!!!!! Tip: use horizontal mode on your phone so you're thumbs don't get in your view of what you are doing. It works so well!!! This game is so beautifully put together. It's so simple and modern/futuristic looking. The music is really cool. Oh! And You can turn on invert colors in just the app! I like how much cooler that looks! The quotes at the begging of every level are a bit well... Have you ever seen the meme "no really?" With Nicholas cage? lol But, sometimes they help encourage you not to quit! However the only downside is, if you don't have a whole lot of hand-eye coordination, you're doomed to fail continuously. So I wouldn't recommend this to someone with a short temper because like I described before, it's throw your phone across the room in a fit of rage that the stupid blue dot just smacked into the block!!!!!!

Duet is a Change... Embrace It!. I've played quite a few abstract and bizarre puzzle/indie games in my life, but none have ever resonated so much with me in the way Duet does. Duet's concept seems simple enough. Just guide blue and red through the course. And for the most part, it is that simple. But the obstacles are, while simple, thought of and come at you in refreshing ways. You'll have to really think on the fly, while at the same time you must remain calm. When you do fail a certain wave, you'll get to try it again, and when you get to the point you failed, a splash of red or blue will remain on the obstacle as it comes down, which to me is just beautiful thinking. Jojo Petrina lends her voice to an already amazing game, and it complements the game quite perfectly with her tone. Tim Shiel injected his talent into the soundtrack of Duet, making this an acoustic experience as well. Overall, the game is well designed and very satisfying. There's a level of replayability and buying the Encore pack is something I'd do in a heartbeat. I give this game nothing short of 5 stars.

Immerse yourself. This game is different from others. It will change your mood. The objective of the game is to get the two "paintballs" to the end while dodging different obstacles. But the hard thing is that the balls are connected by a circle, so you dodging obstacles by moving the balls in a circular motion. Before you play it always says a message. I also have noticed that each chapter is about ignorance, denial, etc. like each chapter is for a certain mood you are maybe going through, so it gives you motivational messages along with the gameplay and music perfect for that mood you are maybe going through. This is overall a game like no other, and I definitely recommend it. But you will have to try it to believe it.

I'll give it a calm 5 stars- I'm not Raving. I got this game as a Starbucks free game of the week card over 365 days ago. I played it, liked it, found it very difficult, then left it alone the majority of Twenty-14, but the maxims did resonate with me… This game is very well made, and I like the spiritual and mental philosophies and maxims that it slides in (I'm sure many people deny that part of the game; eg.,"…but where do you end, and others begin?") I like the electronica music, too! The daily challenge and the constant addition if variations, wound up reeling me back in, and now I've been playing it a lot more. Even so, I don't feel OVERLY enamored of this game the way a lot of other people have expressed. I just appreciate the developers' evident acknowledgement of the repetition of the game, and the possibility of that becoming mundane, and they did something about that. The Encore in-app purchase is a further exhilarating step toward that intention! It is worth it! It's just too bad there are some people out there who complain about in-app purchases, rather than simply CHOOSE not to but it, and keep their grievances to themselves.

Worth more than they ask. This game is really easy to play but very hard to master. Just click on the left side of the screen and the right to try to avoid the troublesome obstacles that come your way. It requires really good hand eye coordination, timing, and most of all patience. This is one of the first few games that are challenging for me but not impossible to the point where I want to delete it. You know there is a way to pass each level and sometimes it is just beyond your grasp because you miss it by half a centimeter and other times you get nervous and miss it by a lot but no matter what, you want to keep trying to get to the next level which is always more challenging than the one before just so you can get better. Great game from people who just need to kill time to people that love gaming and want to improve their reflexes and reaction/coordination.

Very Pleasantly Surprised. I was skeptical even after reading so many positive reviews with what seemed to be such an elementary game. But after hours of playing so far, it doesn't seem to get old. It's simplistic yet challenging. It takes a lot of dedication and learning of your own behaviors and curbing your natural reactions. And one of the best parts is the sense of accomplishment you feel after you beat a level that you're really stuck on. It's not too difficult for anyone so don't read too much into those reviews. Just stick with it and change up your patterns. Look different places with your eyes, adjust the pressure you use to touch the screen, change how you're holding your device. There are endless things you can change about the way you okay to gain an advantage. This is one of the best games I have played.

This game. Jesus, who knew that this game would teach you so much about the five stages of grief by talking you through them as it forces the grief down your throat with one of the most tightly-controlled, challenging 2-button game that has ever existed. A+, I truly felt that at the beginning, I would be in denial about how hard this game would get, followed by anger over why I wasn't doing better, eventually bargaining away whatever they would want just to get me to the end of the game, pushing through sadness as I just couldn't understand what I've gotten myself into or how deep, and finally accepting that I am just garbage and this game has won. This game has toppled empires. You won't win. As much as you try, you won't.

In a simple sentence. This is the AppStore’s best game

Great fun!. The idea behind this app is incredibly simple, but it works surprisingly well to create a challenging game. The controls are simple as they can get, so they are intuitive and responsive. The challenge is in learning to navigate the various types of hazards, and developing the timing and control to execute your maneuvers to make it through. Some areas are pretty tough, but the game is about recognizing patterns, adaptation, and maintaining control, not seeing how quickly you can tap madly at the screen. As a result, it maintains a balanced pace and is geared against frustration. I just completed Anger, which took me a bit, but I enjoyed making my way through it. The music is entertaining, and the splatter effects are a fun reminder of how tricky an area has been. It is then quite exciting when you forge past heavily-stained surfaces and reach pristine, white blocks, marking your progress deeper into the level. If I had any suggestions to make right off, it would perhaps be rotating the colors occasionally for more colorful splatter patterns. Of course, the colors are fine as they are, but it would enhance the visuals while revisiting the same hazards continuously. Overall, I think it is a great game, and it was well-worth the download. Additional tracks and as suggested by others, a track selection feature, would be nice.

Elegant Simple Fun. Be prepared to try many times, Duet demands perfection. Super fun.

New update displays ranking backwards on daily challenge. Love the game. Buy it, totally addicting. Have finished all levels. The latest update comes with a b-side screen that let's you play either the endless mode, or a new feature called daily mode, a 3 stage puzzle of varying difficulty based on the day of the week it is released. I finished the first day in one pass, but noticed on the ranking screen that the more passes it takes someone, the higher they are ranked. Perhaps it is based on number of touches? It only shows a single number. Mine was a 1, the number 1 position was a 25. I don't actually care, just was checking out how the new thing worked and noticed the problem. Great game. Now I wish I could figure out how to do some of the levels I the number of moves required to get perfect. Many of them I simply can't see how it is possible, but I'm assuming I am missing a technique.

Music keeps cutting out. Fun game, but the music keeps cutting out and it really takes me out of the game.

Challenging. Very challenging, but a great interface makes it fun

app is unable to download. just purchased the app but it won’t download at all

🔵 ⬜️ 🔴. This game is just so amazing, Challenging, Relaxing, Stressful And just plain fun! It’s kinda like meditation I think 🧘🏻‍♀️ Just go and buy it, totally worth it! 🔙🔜 NIcole P.S I love this app so much huge thanks to the creators ♥️

It's app the week right now, so get it!. When browsing through App Store every once in a while, I came upon Duet. This was a long time ago, probably about a year. It cost $2 then, and I wasn't really allowed to spend any money, so I vowed that one day I would get because it looked like a great game. Then, recently I saw that it was app of the week. I got really excited and installed it immediately. At first, when I started playing it, the controls seemed completely different from anything else I had ever played. I failed countless times at the beginning, but after a while I got the hang of it. I slowly progressed through the rest of the levels in the story section. I knew it was going to take me a while to finish the entire game with challenge, epilogue, and encore. By the end of the first day, I had gotten half-way through story, and I thought I was doing okay. The spinning blocks were fun to figure out, and the music in depression almost made me want to give up. The disappearing blocks in acceptance were a surprise. If you're still hesitating, it's only free for probably only a little while more, but until then, there's nothing too lose!

Best Mobile Game. This is by far the best mobile game I have ever played. Right down to the last pixel it is amazing. Worth every penny and more. I got the game about a week ago and just beat the Epilogue (already beat atory) a few minutes ago. It is an amazing concept. Very innovative and unique. I enjoyed every second of it. I would rate 10/5 and I'm not just saying that as an exaggeration. The games graphics are simple and beautiful. The gameplay is simple and enjoyable. You could have stopped there and gotten five stars, but this game went above and beyond. The soundtrack is extremely important and complements the game well. Headphones are extremely important in my opinion. The voices and messages in between levels are a great bonus. I loved listening to the story progress. I am also so glad there is an endless mode and challenges so that the game does not end here for me. I would pay 10 dollars for this game. I would recommend it to anybody who owns a Smartphone.

Symphony of truth at 2:24AM. Duet has amazing visual and audio aesthetics and gameplay unlike anything you've seen before, but it's the piece's universal wisdom that makes it a game worth everyone's attention. It didn't "change" the way I thought, though I'm giving it time, but it showed me things I haven't thought about in a very long time. It's profound yet sparse proverbs will stay with you for the rest of the game, and are like our neglected thoughts that once again call for our attention. I call them "universal truths," because they are the after-lives of unsaid and unheard thoughts and sentiment, the explanations that escape us in a world that demands our immediate attention. I love this game and I believe it's worth having on your phone if you love video games, ambient trace music, philosophy or minimalism, and even if these things escape you, everyone should experience this, and this is more than the sum of it's parts. It's a game you can't understand without experiencing it.

Accept the situation and move on. I felt like I was moving through the game at a reasonable pace until I hit a wall at "Anger V". Maybe others have a similar experience... but I realized at this point that the levels lost their flow. There's no "intuitive" way for me to continue through the game - the way to win is to fail so many times that I start playing the game by rote. This feels like a result of the level design - it leans too heavily on surprises and near-misses instead of implicitly learned patterns. The levels didn't scaffold my expertise in the game at a smooth enough pace for it to continue feeling fun as the levels got more difficult. Then the game mocked me, "accept the situation and move on". Well, okay. ;)

So fun. This game is so fun because there are weird obstacles like these:there are spinning, invisible, squares and sharp obstacles!🤗 l love this game!!!!!!!!!!
