I love this game!. I frickin love this game! The graphics are extremely pleasing, the loading screen visuals are gorgeous, the way you can pick up speed is insane, But, a comment on a old game, PLEASE bring bean dreams/beans quest back! That game was my childhood, and I am extremely disappointed that they took it down to replace it with common/borderline games like wall kickers. PLEASE bring it back, I’m begging you. EDIT: as much as you guys like to think it’s a boring unoriginal copy of tiny wings, tiny wings’s map is boring, never changes, and doesn’t have any powerups. I bet you would choose this “knockoff” over tiny wings. Also, I heard the AI in tiny wings is hard to beat, at least this game doesn’t utilize that.

Simple, but great. This is a great game that I recommend to anybody who’s ready to play for 5 hours without realizing it. To people who say that every time you play, you use up cake, please try the FREE surf solo option. Overall , this game is very good and deserves more attention.

Let me down. I Love this game! It was addictive and very simple yet fun. One small thing ruined it for me, clearly the currency is 246 orbs per say equals only 4 pieces of cake. This was a diabolical ( Sorry just finished watching 1989 Batman Movie ) plan to make money by than encouraging the player to pay real money to buy pieces of cake to purchase costumes or whatever. So I was reluctant to pay money so rather than pay real money I decided to slave away and spent time saving up for the cute little astro cat. To my dismay my numbers from 468 dropped to 168 and I was shocked only to find out that every time You died it would say continue? With a big green arrow so of course being a human attracted to bright colors I agreed but right below that not very bright nor big was the amount of cake it would cost. So here I kept clicking the button until all my funds nearly ran out! Than I nearly hit my head feeling stupid but who could blame me? Here was a big green arrow in finger reach and in the very tiny top left hand corner was the home button which didn't cost any cake. So back to the chalk board!

A mobile game with all the right components. Ok first impression is this game is FUN. It is easy to pickup and quickly rewarding. It has many things I would expect from a good game. multiple Levels, unlockable content, visual cosmetic upgrades that also have real bonuses that really impact gameplay. This allows for a lot of customization not just to look cool but also specialize in bonus abilities which suit your play style. As you play you earn Cake Points ( best currency ever) and this also means you have a choice on which upgrades to buy when( with cake currency) So you could buy everything as you can afford it OR save up and buy an expensive one. The rewind feature is fun and may sound overpowered but also has a reasonable limit of usage tied to collecting powerups so you cant use it infinitely. Overall, an impressive in depth system of character upgrades and abilities I would not expect to find in a mobile platform

The best time killer. First off, paying for extra in game currency (cake) is an option, it is not required unless you want to but another costume or something, you are also charged certain amounts of "cake" if you want to play with a pet that provides bonuses. People who play with pets run out of money faster cause they don't know how to ride solo, they most likely jump right into the game. Second, tiny wings is definitely not better than this. I've played, and it it seems like a waste of money now. Don't get tiny wings. Finally, Overall the game is awesome, I love the costumes but it could use more!! Also more maps, and fairs. It'd be really cool though if there was like a sonic the hedgehog costume, you guys should like talk to sega about that.

Not Bad. All I have to say about this app is that I think it’s great. One of my favorites. Although I just wish it weren’t so hard to get the cakes. Maybe have them move a little less?

Great game for places without wifi. This game is simple fun and overall one of the better endless runner games. The feature of rewinding time without costing you a rare game item or real money is nice and I also like how you cant just spam it. It's one downside is the missions. Some of them are a fun challenge others are easy but still fun. But others are down right impossible. I remember being stuck on a single mission for a week. Other than that it's a good game that deserves more attention.

Amazing. Period.. This game puts you in a Tiny Wings style game. But this isn't a copy, heak, this is a whole different game. The style is different, even the game mechanics are not the same as Tiny Wings. You try to avoid the end of the universe and dodge enemies. You mess up? The game has a time travel feature. You can travel back in time and renew the mistake. But the game is still really hard! The game never crashes, runs very smooth, and has very good graphics! If you like retro-style games, this app is for you! Fantastic game! I recommended this to you!

So much fun and I love that you can almost right off the bat buy some of the outfits and vehicles with your "cake" (the in game currency) I'm excited to show all of my friends and see who can get further in this classic arcade style game!!

One of the few games that don’t have ads that ruin everything!. I’ve been playing this game for a long time, a very innovative and colorful game. I just want to mention how pleased I am that this game still does not have ads that ruin the users experience. Keep it up!

Good Game but.... Well first off let me clear up what some people have been saying. You don't have to pay to play, however there is a feature in this game that uses cake as a currency. Whilst playing the game you are given the choice of picking new 'pets' which contain different abilities or power to help you but every time you take them into your game it will cost you between 10-50 'cake'. However I don't care for this system as it makes it feel more like a grind to get cake if you want to use the pets and get new characters. But at face value this game is a gem, It's music although may get repetitive after awhile will get stuck in your head and the gameplay is overall very fluid. Addictive and Simplistic retro chaos at its core it's a very fun title. It's the same concept as Angry birds but more challenging and rewarding at the same time. I give it 4 stars due to the fact this game encourages in app purchases to buy cake to allow you to use power ups (pets) more often. Seriously enough with the in app purchases. But like I said if you've read this far then I encourage you to make your own decision whether or not to buy this fun game. Cheers!

Addicting, yet frustrating.. This particular game has been on and off my phone for the past five or so years. The game itself is very fun, providing addictive gameplay and unique time mechanics. However, the game could be made better. Despite the enjoyability of the game in its current state, it proves overtly frustrating at times. After you reach a certain distance, the game shifts focus from “escape the end of the universe” to “avoid the godforsaken spikes”. Albeit, there is a solution to this! If a “zen” mode were to be introduced, in which there are not spikes, aliens, or asteroids every 2 seconds, the game would improve vastly. I am not calling for a simplified version of the pre-existing game mode, but rather a different, more tranquil game where all one attempts is to pick up speed and escape the end of the universe. This improvement would drastically enhance an already fun game, and would result in it remaining on my phone for many more years to come. Therefore I urge the developers to consider implementing this addition, or lest let this suggestion rot away in Apple’s endless run of unread user reviews. Thank you.

Make Time For Time Surfer!. If you like simple, two-button arcade style games, then you'll want to check out Time Surfer. It's Tiny Wings on steroids, and yet it's much more than that. With the ability to rewind time and retry areas that didn't go so well (provided you have enough energy to spare), it definitely adds new strategy to the game. Add in all the power ups and pickups, as well as the unlockables, and you're in for a good time!

Yes, It’s 8-Bit Retro Tiny Wings…In a Good Way.. It most definitely plays like Tiny Wings. The graphics and music play a large part in the nostalgic playability; but the randomness of obstacles and the seeming inability to avoid them gets frustrating, as does having to “rewind” to the very beginning every time you die…from an obstacle you were propelled directly into and couldn’t avoid. The rewinding time feature is a mixed blessing—you will likely have a very limited window to save yourself and if you fail, yep—all the way back to square one. The “pets” are definitely mixed blessing, because you’ll likely die from the peril the pet you specifically picked CAN’T save you from, and now you’re down cake.

Deeper than it first appears. Yes, the core mechanic of the game is like Tiny Wings, but no, this is not a superficial clone. The rewind ability adds a totally new element of strategy, not to mention all of the other little mechanics that they've managed to tie together. The more I play, the more interesting it becomes, which has not been my experience with most other infinite-run games. I've noticed a few other reviews complaining that the game requires you to buy cake (in-game currency) to keep playing, but I want to clarify that this is not true. Cake is only needed for purchasing optional bonuses, and you can collect it by playing. TL;DR: Awesome game. Ignore the haters.

This game is incredibly amazing, from the areas to the pets, the costumes to the vehicles, this game is so fun you won't want to stop playing! And I traveled back 15 minutes ago to see that you are playing this game and loving it! So what are you waiting for? Get off your Candy Crush and start playing this game today! Knockoff for Tiny Wings. There was a popular game called Tiny Wings, which priced at $0.99. It was a great game although some people might not have tried it because of the "not free" tag. Here this game called Time Surfer came out. I could not think of a positive feedback for this game because I hate knockoffs. It's my personal preference, but I would never like it. Regardless rip-off, the design alone of this game is just so rough that can't arouse any interest. It's so ugly. Lastly, Apple's Editors' Choice use to be carefully selected apps and games, such as Monument Valley. From when Editors' Choice would promote such awful games? and how much the company has to pay to get the Editors' Choice label to be on the front page in Apps Store?

Great but.... It’s been a ton of fun so far, but there’s one achievement that it won’t let me get and it’s the “Grind 2 planets without landing” and I’ve done it at least 20x and still haven’t got it even though I’ve done the exact thing each time.

Ripoff of tiny wings with a different feature that has issues. Here is the problem with mobile games these days, they all are the same with maybe something changed. The gameplay in this is extremely repetitive and boring and the only saving grace to it is the time rewind feature which is a concept that still needs some work. It was very buggy for me and on one occurrence I had a hard crash of the app. If you are going to rip off a game and try and make something different get it to work first. App was not worth the download or the space so spare yourself another time waster.

Better than most games like this. But not by much...having paid the 99 cents for it I don't know if I'd recommend you do the same. The little "pets" you unlock hardly do anything. The game is outstanding at first but it gets real old real fast. I suggest the game makers find something to spice this up or they won't have any long term players. Also considering reducing the price to free. The only reason I bought this was bc it said editors choice but I will look more into these games next time. Fantastic game, but DEFINITELY are better out there. Sorry.

Best endless arcade game on the market. I’ll start off with the cons. 1) the game is very basic. And that’s pretty much it. Pros: 1) simplistic and addictive 2) visually pleasing 3) good cosmetics, mixed in with minor changes between each skin so that you can play based off stats or visuals 4) great core game along with 3 other modes 5) good music 6) the time rewind ability is creative and fun to toy around with 7) beautiful loading screen art

Broken mechanics, and not original. Gameplay is very similar to Tiny Wings and GraviTire. Rewind feature makes it feel easy and removes any challenge. It's a "rogue like" game but allows you to reverse your mistakes. No. That shouldn't be the case. It isn't in Spelunky, or Binding of Isaac, or any rogue like game. Final complaint is that it does't make sense. No, I'm not taking about the Christmas trees outside of the Universe, but I'm talking about how to escape the Universe. Eventually the Universe catches up on you, and apparently the only way to surf faster than it is to stomp on aliens and asteroids. Going on speed boost pads and getting good momentum does not move you forward. I do not understand why you would stomp on things to go faster than the Universe, but traveling at maximum speed in the game doesn't do anything? Gameplay keeps me for about three runs then I quit because of this dumb mechanic.

Amazing!. The app is a great way to revive the hill-type endless runner games. It was great execution even without the rewind feature. It feels accomplishing to complete the missions, without you getting frustrated. The rewind feature is great for a game like this where you can't see ahead of you and makes you feel like it's not all your fault if you die. It's fault if you run out of crystals, so you have nothing to complain about. The app is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

Better than what it copied from. It's not a tiny wings rip off. It's a combination of tiny wings and ski safari, first of all, it's better than tiny wings, way more features. good way to pass the time, and high scores that are hard to obtain only take a minute or two to get to unlike ski safari you have to be playing for 15+ minutes to attempt to beat your score, not worth the time. This game is a lot better. Worth the dollar but I got it for free.

BUY THIS NOW!. Time Surfer is a fun on again off again app that eats up 1-10 minutes of your time throughout your day. I've gotten all the costumes I wanted already and just keep coming back because it's a very satisfying distraction. Time Surfer's gameplay is very similar to Tiny Wings for its endless hill riding mechanic. Thankfully there is enough new added to be different enough to pick up and enjoy if you have already have Tiny Wings. What's new here? The ability to rewind time to survive longer and correct your mistakes for one. There are also obstacles in place now that you need to pass/use to move forward. Making using the rewind is essential here for getting past some tricky areas. The course is completely randomly generated which adds an extra fun bit and spice to the game. If you want an insane challenge there is always the "Hell Zone" mode to try. Don't expect to get too far, it's just fun distraction in the game. It has in app purchases but you don't need them at all. This isn't pay to play, the IAP's are there if you just want to hurry up and get those awesome costumes ASAP. The game never pushes you to buy anything, nor punishes you for not buying

Fun to pass the time!. This is a great game to just start playing whenever you're waiting on something or have a little extra time. Some of the missions that you receive are actually pretty challenging and make the game that much more enjoyable. Certain characters will be able to complete these missions easier than others which allows you to try out different play styles. It is pretty repetitive but is still one of my favorites. More characters and flares would be nice in future updates as well as different game modes or even some sort of multiplayer would make the game even better. New obstacles would also make the game more interesting as the aliens and asteroids get pretty boring after a while. Overall this is a pretty good game and is worth the download.

TINY WINGS CAN GET PLUCKED!. Sure you may see the similarities here with other games you've played but this goes so far beyond what you ever imagined. There is so much greatness going on here and I'm seriously having trouble putting it down. The Easter eggs and bonuses here are a pop culture geeks dream for sure. I'm telling you now you better get this one fast and get in on one of the most fun I've had in a long time. A+++++ and 5 stars all the way baby!

BEST GAME IN APP STORE!. This app is amazing! I cant say ANYTHING negative about. Its not to easy or to hard and the time feature is handy abd useful. This game is so much fun i play every day! The only reason why this isnt in the top charts is the graphics. I love the graphics and would be okay with updated graphics. Alot of people judge the app on how it looks. They think that low graphic quality = bad game. While there still and I personally love it but other people might not like it. Hoped this helped! 😊

Most Awesome Survival Game of ALL TIME!!!!. What I meant by "survival game" back up there was that you have to go as far as possible while trying to dodge the spikes and avoid falling in the pits. But that's just one thing that makes this awesome. There's more below: I think that was a pretty nice touch on that rewinding time (I use it a lot). Very convenient. And the power ups! You get boosts, time power ups, gems (also to collect time power), and they even added a little way to collect more space cake! By the way, I only have like 50 space cake. But it's challenging to get the cake because it zig-zags. But how do you get it to do that? Also, the pets are useful little living bonuses. Heehee. But they are useful. They got some for speed boosts, protection, and I heard that one of them even causes chain explosions! But why do you need to cough up cake to use them? Oh right, they are living things! All living things need to eat! Anyways, they were good ideas! And the decoration! You can change the flair, vehicle, character, and aliens! And I really like that Arrow of Time flair! But I like the default best though. This game is pretty much a combination of Ski Safari+Tiny Wings+Subway Surfers=Time Surfer. Even if you do have to pay to get more cake, overall this game, like I mentioned above in the title, is the best survival game of all time! Good job on this game, Kumobius! Great game. One of my go-to games on the iPhone. First, the soundtrack is amazing (I also listen to it on long drives and runs). It reminds me of old Mega Man games for NES, but even better. The game itself is a simple platform style, but the keyword here is style. With all the different options to deck out your character and ways to score points and power up, when you get good you almost feel like a maestro conducting a 16-bit symphony. This game deserves to be mentioned as one of the great mobile games alongside classics like Osmos and Eliss.

there is an impossible mission. theres an impossible mission that says "collect all gems in a sky constellation without using a magnet bonus" i have been trying to do it for so long and theres no way to complete it

One thing that's different from the past, however, is that the game's loading screen doesn't fit with new devices, so I really hope the author can update and fix it!

Hyper speed space travel. This game is so awesome! Once you start to get fast you never want to stop! Edge of your seat, edge of the universe, high speed excitement. The art and graphics and gameplay are fantastic I'm hooked. I want to go further and faster and faster and I go there, flying through time.

My single favourite app of all time. I've had Time Surfer for several years now. I love everything about it, from its simple yet enticing gameplay to its vague Commodore 64 aesthetic. The music is reminiscent of UK games of yesteryear, and there's even a David Bowie sidekick. Get Time Surfer.

Gorgeous graphics paired with unique and intriguing gameplay!. I absolutely loved Bean's Quest when it came out (it's still one of the best games on the App store) and although Time Surfer is a very different type of game, it's clearly a labour of love. The same beautiful care and attention to detail is present here. The music is atmospheric and very well suited to the game, the art is gorgeous and the gameplay is fantastically addictive! Highly recommended!! :-D

Radical. Sick of the "like tiny wings" reviews so I thought I'd write my own. The game is nothing like tiny wings apart from the hilly ups and downs. The joy here is the ability to kill bad guys, pick up speed boosters and other perks and to dodge spikes. It's not just go up and down and have the sun kill you. Layers. Like onions. Brilliant stuff! Well worth your petty less than one dollar. I have been addicted to this for a loooooong time now. It gives you an addiction that is a kind of nerdy grossness but secretly satisfying. Highly recommend this one.

How good is the music in this game?. Imagine you were in a room full of cheese burgers, melting cheese everywhere, with a milkshake fountain in the middle of the room. All the cheese burgers maintain ideal temperature eternally and never go bad. They all drip just the right amount of sauce as you eat them, but that's ok because you have endless napkins to wipe up with afterwards. That is how good the music is in this game. The rest of the game is also pretty awesome. A++ would bang devs.

Wow! Awesome game with vintage undertones. That's one awesome game. Reminded me of days of old in games such as dig dug and sonic the hedgehog. You can really see this taking off - pardon the pun. Definitely worth the download.

Muddy. What do you get when you combine braid, tiny wings, and the progression system of jet pack joyride? A game that tries to do too much, has too many ingredients, and unfortunately suffers for it.

Alright..... I don't know why everyone says this is an addictive game. Sure it keeps things entertaining by adding goals for you. But by making the pets you strive to unlock, then make them cost, that's just a cheap way of getting money! I feel like I'm wasting my cake by using those pets. It feels like I'm just playing the same thing over and over again just with small adjustments in the way I look. Although the element of being able to reverse time was a good add-in. But the occasional frustrating map where the gaps were SO far apart really made it frustrating.

This game is awesome!. I love this game. It's kind of like tiny wings but way better because the player can fix up their mistakes by using time travel and bouncing on monsters. Also the designs amazing! Looking forward to future costumes. Five stars

Nothing spectacular, but pretty fun :). Time rewinding similar to braid, but limited by amount of power you have. It would've been easily 5-stars if time rewinding was not restricted.

Fun but challenging. The title says it all a BIT to hard in some ways but very fun love the 2-D graphics!

Phenomenal. Extremely good game! Its like they combined Jetpack Joyrides Items with the Tiny Wings Gameplay and made them both 100% better! In future updates you could maybe add items that have use instead of showy items like characters.

Abusive system.. The "cake" system is abusive.You easly run out of cake, what you do after? NO i won't buy IAP as i already paid for the game and it's crappy reward system AVOID!

You don't need to pay cakes. Cakes are only used to buy new characters and to play WITH pets. Every time you play with a pet you have to pay cakes. If you DON'T want to waste cakes with pets then at the beginning of the match you have to put surf solo. Moving that aside great game worth so much more the buck than the 3 bucks for tiny wings.

Better than Tiny Wings. Yeah, I went there. If you're tempted to write this game off as derivative of Tiny Wings, don't. It adds in a new mechanic that changes how the game is played in a big way (the ability for short time rewind bursts if you die from a hazard, 'Prince of Persia'-style), and has amazing visuals and music to boot. Highly recommended!

Dont have to pay. Cakes okay are not actually paying u have to swap your things not to go to pets but swap it to old surfer guy then once you do that you play without paying cakes the reason u are look down an look your on a pet that your paying because the ppl bring u over to the pet spot and if u swap over dont need to go to surfer right away

Surfer. I bought this game when it first came out and loved it. With the last few updates it just keeps getting better.

Pretty Fun. Once you get the groove of the surfing, it's pretty enjoyable. I think that a little too much happens when you get airborne sometimes, like a pinball machine on a crazy bounce/score run; I felt a like I lost control and didn't enjoy it as much. Sometimes you could just sit back and watch things happen to the surfer, without any input.

GOOD ADDICTING FUN. I've been playing this game since I got it and it is a lot of fun, though i think it could use some updates (more trails, characters etc.). I also think there should be a time trial or zen mode that sees how far you can go in X amount of time.

Amazing game!!!. This game is basicly tiny wings but with power ups, a store, enemies and a whole lot more! Get it. A lot of people think it costs money to play each game YOU DO NOT. You have to pay if you are using a pet which are things that give you extra perks during the game. However if you just scroll over to solo surfer then it is 100% free.

illuminati. Apparently, this game is addicting & mind controlling because illuminati is in this. They watch you. The aliens have one eye. The tree in the back there is one eye, & when you play hell zone, there is one eye when you go down & up on the mountain thingies. illuminati made me lose a game because I turned off the music. I can't concentrate with any music at all because that's just me. I tend to do much better without music while playing any game, but this game is I don't know. Something else. I would rate this 0 stars.

A Phenomenal Game for Anyone. Well, I'm twelve, and I love this game. Sure, there are a lot of obstacles and it can be tricky to beat, but that's what makes it fun! Well worth the purchase! Plus, it's a time travel game, which makes it even better. 😀

Awesome. So fun and addicting this should be number one in app store not that other junk. Takes a bit to get used to the controls. Once you figure out it's so addicting.

Good. It's fun. Definitely something anyone can hop right in and just start playing, which I really like. Only complaint I have is that whenever I turn the music off or exit and re-enter, it never plays again. I have to turn my phone off and back on for it to work.

Fun mashup of other mechanics. At first I thought the time rewind mechanic was just a gimmick, but after playing quite a bit more i realized how interesting it is. The missions do a great job of guiding the player into using the rewind mechanic skillfully.

Time surfer. This game is fun! There's more to it than you think, and it is easy enough to play without getting frustrated. This kind if game works well on phones. I have been playing it off and on since I got it free at Starbucks for a couple months now. Still fun.

Great game, classic concept. Tiny Wings wasn't the first game with this type of gameplay. It's been a game style used for ages, but this game here revolutionized the entire genre itself. With the addition of time travel not only does it make it easy but also adds a bit of challenge! Funny huh?

I've only played 3 times so far and have improved each time growing more and more delighted thanks to the game makers. Is is a good one !!

Real fun and original!. This game is a true definition of retro and classic in all its glory. The sprites look beautiful along with the environment and sound. It's a one step to a masterpiece of a mobile game. A few could achieve this, plus it's not that difficult. Really user Friendly the controls, plus the music is too good!! Keep it up guys!

Such a great game. I was lucky enough to get into the beta, and played for hours. Such an addictive mix of fast-paced action and time-rewind strategy. Would highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoyed tiny wings, jet pack joyride or braid! And the new holiday update is *adorable*! Candy canes and presents, so much fun :D

Fun and addicting!. The first time I played I was hooked in. I played the missions to get new pets and higher scores,I play this game at least once a day because it's so fun and addicting! Definitely get this game.

Gimmicky. I find this to just be Tiny Wings, which I love, with the added gimmick of reversing time. It doesn't add a lot and I find everything else to just be meh. Also annoying is that the reward system makes no sense. I don't understand what any of the upgrades do, except for the pet system, therefore making it not something I want to seek out. I will just stick with tiny wings.

Really fun! But.... I love this game. It's fun, feels good to play, and when you complete a mission you feel like you accomplished something amazing. But, when you die you start from the start of the world you die on and there is a part where it essentially becomes flappy bird. I really wish that I could get past this one world but the game is absolutely amazing!

Love the new update!. You guys did a fantastic job with this update! Gameplay is a lot smoother, the bgm is more vibrant, and still as colorful as ever. The difficulty seems to be toned down a bit, but that's why we have hell mode right?

Get this before it costs money again. This is honestly the beat game I've played from the App Store. It doesn't harass you with ads and money like others do. And it's fun and really replayable

Awesome game. When i downloaded the game I wasn't sure if I would like it or not. But when I started playing,I liked it. The graphics were smooth, there isn't a delay when I press the controls, and the music is awesome!! I think this game is amazing and even though it is a straightforward game it has an awesome twist.

Fun game to kill time. This is a very fun little way to pass the time. The game is simple but has layers of complexity if you want to push yourself to get higher and higher scores. The graphics are colorful and fun. I find myself returning to it again and again when I have some time to kill and just want to have fun.

Must buy. This is a fantastic riff on Tiny Wings. The addition of the rewind mechanism really raises the bar for me on the very clever but difficult to master game play of the original. Then there is the excellent mission system and plenty of unlocks. The cherry on top for this game is the wonderful pixel graphics and chip tune music. Brilliant game, but not surprising coming from the developers of Bean's Quest. Bravo!

Think tiny wings, but on steroids. This app is amazing not only does it have amazingly simple controls it also is so smooth and vibrant. Colorful worlds grace your screen and are so great! The pop culture references are adorable and make me want to play it more to unlock all of them! The rewind on death is great as it adds a whole new level of gameplay to the game. Best app I have seen in awhile. Try it out guys

decent take on tiny wings. i like that i can rewind time to pull off maneuvers more accurately than i would have been able to do on the fly, although the game's a bit stingy with the rewinds. but its main flaw is the consumables, which are mostly cheats and don't really add anything to the gameplay. they seem like a half-assed attempt at squeezing more money out of me even though i already paid for the game. if you like it i'd really encourage you to play tiny wings as this game borrows heavily from it and it doesn't have consumables

Awesome, but....... It's great, truly great but it could be better. Add some kind of scoring system. I keep killing aliens and breaking asteroids but I am a visuals kind of guy. If I do something like that, throw some points in. All the costumes and vehicles you can use are good but it needs something to separate it from other games of its type (the time control aspect is cool, but needs a little more).

Totally Awesome!. Don Terry has the best power at the cheapest price! 1/2 of the other pets have powers that you can already use rewind to avoid! To the reviewer who thinks you need cake to play-- you can fly solo for free, that's the leftmost selection of pets. More weird cheap pet options please! A mega Don Terry would be sweet

Great! But it's like Tiny Wings. It's a good game, and the gameplay and concept is cool being able to go back in time. On the other hand though, they copied the gameplay from Tiny Wings and just added different graphics and bonus stuff. Still great game though.

Wow. I got a card from Starbucks with this game on it. So I downloaded it and I am now very addicted. It's one of those games that you can sit there and play for hours on end. Love this game but the picture you see at the beginning could be better.

Don't waste the 99 cents. I usually love games like this, however, this game is a rip off. Every time you press play the game spends your in app currency (which for some reason is cake). Basically they try to make you spend it all so you will buy more cake with in app purchasing. I don't have a problem with that when the game is free to download, but, this wasn't free. Just go download tiny wings which is way better. No doubt in my mind that the good reviews for this game are the developers trying to con you further.

Great but missing some things. First off, I just wanna say that I really enjoy this game and I would have gave it 5 stars if it had these features. This game has no music or sounds which is meh. And I think there should be some kind of multiplayer racing or something of that sort. Otherwise; this is a great time waster and a lot of fun :)

Great game, don't listen to bad reviews. In response to everyone saying that playing uses your cakes, it only does that if you use pets, which aren't necessary. You can play as long as you want for 1 dollar, and it is not difficult to earn cakes in game.

Fun. I like it a lot, I just started playing it & can't put it down. I'm going to try to keep playing without running out of cake as I have heard you have to use IAP after that and like most people I can't stand IAP. I personally like it better then tiny wings and I think it is definetley worth .99 as long as I don't have to purchase anymore. Well I must get back to it so Good Day!

Read this. First off, this game is great. Don't let the 3 star review fool you. Defiantly get this game. But you have to change the fact that you have to have cake to use the pets. At least make it easier to get cake, or make the pets worth less cake per each use. Also add some more costumes, goals etc. also maybe some more game modes in the future. But first fix the cake thing.

Whoa...I'm glad I picked this up!. Time surfer is awesome...It has fun cute visuals, solid replayability, cool unlockables, and is missions based (a must for endless games) I can definitely recommend you get this if you like your games simple but hardcore. The time mechanic adds an element of strategy to the game. Since I always take into the consideration the size of an app since my iOS devices reach capacity on a daily basis, I have to say the size is perfect, lol.

Amazing. There's only one problem. Some of the challenges seem almost impossible to beat. If you could pay space cakes (the in game currency) to skip them, that would be great.

The only thing I would like to have added is the choice to race against other people,whether it's two people using the same tablet or through GameCenter. Very well designed game. Reminiscent of Tiny Wings but with the additions of enemies, obstacles, and a well implemented time rewind mechanic. Yes, it does have in app purchases, but you can easily get a lot of the in game currency by playing the game; the only way micro transactions should be done in mobile apps.

Did Not Fetch Me at First, Now I Play Often!. It takes a little practice, then you cannot stop! Want cute silly things and keep playnig to earn points. Do not have to buy, if you play enough.

Very Entertaining. Time Surfer is reminiscent of games like Tiny Wings in a very positive way. I dig the art and music in the game and the controls work well. Having the ability to go back in time has proven fun but challenging as well since you have to be careful to stop it at just the right point. No glitches or crashes that I have run in to yet.
