Not recommend. Does NOT work at all !! The new update says "fixed some bugs"... What bugs are you fixing, huh? Fix that obvious problem/mistake !!!!!!

I'm not Korean. Works but the language is in Korean and there is no option to change it to English....👎 I've tried redownloading it and all the app setting stuff but still can't change it.

Can't open. I phone 5s can not open this App.

Missing some features. App is easy to use. Just missing features like, letting adjust photo to your preference. Instead of cropping it by default. Overall great.

Please make it more useful.... 1. Please enable iCloud with this. 2. Enable location detection and add an option of a frame with the name of the place, current temperature and weather of the day (Useful for travellers to remind them of their trips). 3. Add business card printing feature.

Broken. The app used to work fine, but now framing the picture is more difficult and the borders are unusable because they don't stay on the border.

What happened?. Never had issues with this printer before. Now every time I want to print a photo, it opens my photos but promptly kicks me right out. I love this printer. Please fix this bug. Would hate for this to become a paperweight

UPDATE NEEDED ASAP. This app needs an update ASAP. It doesn’t seem to be compatible with the iOS 11. I just updated my phone and now I cannot use my photo pocket. It’s highly frustrating! Other than that it’s a great little printer. But update it already!!!!!! Some apps are annoying because they have an update every week. Lol this one last update was a year ago!!!! Come on you guys!!!

HELLO?? Where are my pictures???. Just got this printer foe Christmas 2015 and only 121 pictures from my photo library show up in the app's display. I have an IPhone 6s. Useless! What a shame! No support online.. Can only call Hong Kong!! Really?! I will be returning it TODAY!!!

Does not work since iOS 11. You would think the developers would update the app so that the printer would stay connected. Nope. Now I have a useless photo printer until they update this.

Practically useless. Does this NOT work with the iPhone 6+? I have the iCloud photo thing turned on and well out of my over 2000 pictures this app only picks out 24 ??? What crap ! What use is it if you can't see all of your pictures ???? How stupid.

iOS update makes app useless. Recently updated the iOS on my iPhone and now I cannot open the photos to print. Hopefully they come out with something ASAP so I can actually put this to use...

Useless!!!!!. This app is useless!!!! I bought my LG photo printer today and after I downloaded the app, I couldn't open it!!!!!! This is stupid!!! I bought the printer but I can use it now!!!!! So So So So ridiculous!!!! I am so mad!!!

kate t.. all my pictures won't sync and I can only choose from 65 of them when I have 600 more and it won't let me choose those and I just got this for Christmas and I was so excited to use it and everything but I can't choose my other pictures I really hope you guys fix this!!!

No iPhone 6+ connection. The LG printer will not connect to my new iPhone 6+. It worked with my old iPhone 5, but will not connect to my new phone. It also will not connect to my iPad Mini. I have updated the printer, but still no connection. Very disappointed.

Keeps crashing. Like the app and the printer but the app keeps crashing!!! Please fix!

Disapontment. I was not sure the Pocket photo printer from LG is compatible with my Iphone5s or not. When i found this app on the apple app store, believed apple store and the developer , that having this app, means iphone can print photos using this app and the mentioned device ( the LG photo pocket printer). App crashes almost every time. After my first 2 photos printed on May 1, 2017, I haven't been able to print. Try collage option; app crashes. Make edits; app crashes. Photo printer has awesome potential...if I could use it. Please give this app some love and attention; hasn't been updated in years.

Cannot access photos. Of the 200+ photos in my phone, this gem can only display one. Please fix this, as the printer is a very expensive paperweight right now.

Really good app. it's amazing i love it but only problem i have is why aren't all of my photos coming up? i have over 220 pictures and only 44 come up and i can't print the ones i want to print.. please fix this issue, other than that i love this app

Stupid. I feel stupid because I bought that printer. It is useless because the f... app just doesn't work properly. So, you do yourself a favor STAY AWAY from this app and that printer.

Frames?. None of the frames are in the right place- they are all pushed up so that the top is out of shot!!! Fix this please!!!!!!

Good. Fairly quick, responsive, and straightforward to print photos. 2 stars off because it and the printer are very finicky about which pictures they'll actually print. Something to do with the size and resolution? Seems like the app should scale appropriately.

Just great :). I got the lg yellow popo photo printer as a Christmas present and I love it. It's simple and easy to use and it's a great Polaroid substitute.

Hateful Pink Scheme. Very glad to see the update with redesign! However, as a man, the PINK icon and UI are really unacceptable. Do you only care female users? Please rethink about it and make some changes soon.

Zero star. My girls both have this printer and we still have 5packs of papers but everything’s useless because the app wouldn’t work anymore. Yes I have the latest iOS, restarted the phone and the printer, etc. This is how LG treats their customers and it’s the exact reason that I don’t use any of their products. Absolute garbage.

Perfect iPhone Toy. I am a big technology lover… This app connects to the pocket LG photo printer and allows you to print instant prints from your iPhone, Let me tell you... at a party, on a cruise, in a bar… you should see people freak out when you take and print their picture from the iPhone. The printer device is easy to get via ebay and other US retailers. The paper… At first I was only finding Korea, but now Target online and other online retailers are selling the paper. I have had no problem getting new paper supplies (actually have a large stockpile of it). LG did a great job with the app allowing you to add boarders and other custom changes to the pictures prior to printing. Can’t say enough about how much I love the toy that goes along with this app. Works off bluetooth… also supports NFC (but the iPhone does not yet). I am hoping the next iPhone will support NFC so i can also use it with the LG printer….

mediocre. cool app but please update the frames you can choose. not many to choose from and makes it not as fun. also, please make am update that can allow users to upload all pictures . this app just seems like its been left alone for quite some time . will update to 5stars once you fix the issues myself and others are having. this app has potential so please read your reviews and make us happy customers :) thanks

Photos don't Sync. I just got the printer in the mail and I was excited to use it but the app won't sync properly with my photos. I can only choose from 4 photos on the LG app while I have a good 1,000 photos on my phone. I'm really disappointed and I hope there's a fix for this.

please fix the app. this app have been broken now， plz fix the bug! It will shut down imeditely when I open it. Plz fix it. Otherwise, i cannot use my pocketphoto!!!

Useless. The pocket photo does not connect to my I phone 7+ or my I pad, bad quality poorly made product would not recommend.

Not able to pair via bluetooth. Any update?

Device won’t connect to app. If you still have time to return the device, DO IT!!!!! Although my phone is on the latest software update and I have a recent released phone (iphone13), the app has a hard time connecting with Bluetooth to allow the printing to occur: when I go on Bluetooth, it says that the printer is connected to my phone but when I go on the app it says otherwise and wont recognize the Bluetooth connection is activated. I’ve gone 10 long minutes trying to turn Bluetooth on and off and redownloading the app to see if it fixes the issue but I still manage to go on the same loophole. I’m so fed up with this printer. So far it’s only printed photos with horizontal streaks going across 🥸

Doesn’t work on latest iOS. Keeps crashing and won’t open albums. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still can’t use it. Has reduced my pocket photo printer into a pink paper weight. Not happy.

Disappointed. I updated this app and since found a previous review saying it doesn’t work on latest iOS. So disappointed I didn’t check first as it is constantly crashing and can’t seem to access camera roll (only albums). What is wrong with companies that create great products which are rendered almost useless when firmware is not compatible with upgrades? If firmware upgrades are known to have problems with latest iOS release then please put people onto the problem to fix it!

it can’t print photo now. Somehow it doesn’t show photo in print page, can’t print anymore

Cannot connect to the machine. after I update the app, my phone cannot connect to the machine. Bluetooth does not work. Even I successfully connect it, the app just show it doesn’t!

App desperately needs update for iOS compatibility. LG photo printer works fine on my Mac via Bluetooth but does not work at all on iOS! This makes the printer and app useless LG please fix! LG really need to update their software game falling behind badly compared to peers!

Love this!. Just bought the LG pocket photo! It's simple to use and the printing quality is great! This app allows us to edit the photos before printing. Love that it's small enough to carry around in my bag, and I can use it when I'm travelling! Definitely recommend this!

It does not support ios 11. If you updated your iOS to 11, you cannot use your pocket photo anymore as this does not support iOS11. (This review written on Dec.04.2017) They’ve had plenty of time since Apple released iOS 11. What do they have until now? Plz do your job, guys.

Love it, but show a wrong time. It is convenient to add time in 2D code, but it has 8 hours of time difference.
