Can't login anymore.. I am having the exact same problem as RELAURIA. I wish it would get fixed soon. I really found this app useful. Has anyone else had success using this app?

Kaiser Balance tracker. This has exceeded my expectations as it is simple to use and file claims from home. Very happy customer here. I would recommend this app.

It's fake!. I have been trying forever to log into this application to take care of my bills and such on my iPad. Not only could I not login, but when I tried to send an email (via the apps contact page) I get a return to sender email because their email address available on it IS NOT A VALID ADDRESS. Don't bother with the app. Just use the website.

Kaiser and FSA accounts. Kaiser will not use your FSA first for payments. You have to watch them carefully. It’s like they are playing a game with you to try to keep that money because they know it does not roll over or get refunded. When I have time I am going to file a complaint with their regulator. If you are also having this problem I encourage you to file a complaint as well. Stop the grift!

Not ready.... ...for prime time: it's useless if you can't sign in.

Great App!. Just downloaded this app, and it is so cool! I can track the balance of my HRA, and can send my documents through my phone by taking photos! This app is going on my first page on my iPhone. Great work Kaiser.

So easy to use!. I love this app because I am able to easily see my HSA account and submit claims.

Doesn't work!!!!. It doesn't work. It won't take my username or password! I tried several times.

Problematic. This app is awful. It constantly forgets the Touch ID option, so I have to reset that Every. Single. Time. Or it will tell me that my password, which I know is correct, is wrong and I have to go through the password reset process AGAIN. If you do manage to log in, it’s extremely basic. It’s a far cry from the actual KP app, which is pretty good and really should just absorb this one so I can check my balance and payment history in the same place I make appointments and payments.

Can’t log in. This is a horrible app, and the second time I’ve tried in 6 months. Always get an error saying invalid uid or password. I log into my KP app regularly and never have an issue. And what’s worse is that of the 12 reviews, most say the same thing. But it’s not being addressed. Pathetic.

App doesn't work. I give the right credentials but it won't sign me in. Worthless.

DOES NOT WORK. App does not allow you to login despite the login working on their other app. It can reset the password but then you still cannot login with the new password. COMPLETELY USELESS

Can login, but not much you can do with it. You need to have an hsa/fsa account to login, different account from kp.org. It can show transactions but that is pretty much it.

Doesn’t log in. On the website it says to use the temporary username/password, I tried several times to login following the instructions and also tried my regular kp.org UN/PW and it does not recognize that either. This is my 3rd time downloading over the year to try to use this app but it is unusable. Please fix your App!!

P. Unable to sign in. Where do you go for that info?

Can't log in with kp.org credentials.. Does this app require a special kind of Kaiser plan or service? My Kaiser website username and password do not work for this app. What is up?

Can’t log in. Used to be able to log in, now am unable. Using the web-based site to log in instead.

Doesn’t fail to disappoint. I downloaded this app to see if it is really as bad as almost every review indicated. It is. I couldn’t even log in - despite having no issues with the main Káiser app. Disappointed that I will never know if it is was even worth trying. Deleting the app immediately.

Fake, don't download.. Apple needs to remove this app! Don't download or try to log into it with your personal info. Just use the website.

login problems. call the number under help, and do it every year. will not work till you do. it actually works better than talking to someone

Not able to login. App does not function since I've never been able to login.

EASY!. Makes it very quick and simple to manage account along with submitting claims.

Needs improvements. We’re unable to add, remove, replace old attachments to a claim. It makes it difficult to properly attach and organize the requested documents. We’re also unable to edit claims. It’s difficult to ensure everything is accurate. Also, can’t see if miles were added in a previous claim.

Worst app ever. Security levels of Fort Knox

So easy. Easy to submit claims. Accepts photos and documents.

Unable to user. I cannot sign on at all. Useless app. My emails to everyone involved refer me to the other. Took 2 weeks to show my deposits. Terrible app.

Won't open. Anyone else having this problem? It opened when I first downloaded it. Now when I try to open this app it goes to a blank black screen for about a second then goes back to home screen. I have an iphone 6 with latest ios version and have deleted and reinstalled the app and have done hard reset to no avail. I've tried contacting Kaiser and no response. Failed app. Would be so convenient to track expenses/file claims etc if it actually worked. Anyone have suggestions?

Useless App - a waste of time. The App did not recognized my Kaiser login and password. Useless!

Horrible App!!. Haven’t been able to log in for weeks - keep changing my password, etc and can’t access my account balance. This thing is worthless.

9 days is Way Too long for funds to clear. Why do I have to wait 9 days after you receive the funds from my bank via ACH to have them clear and be available?? Ridiculous
