The messages section of this app doesn’t use basic features that I’m pretty sure are built into IOS. Phone numbers aren’t automatically highlighted and tap-able. Copy and paste isn’t working between the messages section and contacts or the IOS notes app. Frustrating when you realize you can “look up” in the web and then copy and paste from there... Apart from that, the app has been improving, and is faster than before.
No mobile identification for Northern California which 90% of the reason why I wanted to download the app.
Just like the title. Kauser is way behind the curve on smartphone services...
Soooo for some strange reason I’m not able to schedule an appt thru the app. I always have to call. I go through the steps and I’m assuming when it’s time for me to pick a time and day, the page don’t load. Plz fix
Can’t send messages. Doesn’t let me pick my PCP.
The app is full of glitches and stops working when scheduling appointments. I attempted to scheduled a physical but the app would not let me move forward. Prompting me to schedule a different type of appointment if I had an issue needing evaluation. Very frustrating. Please fix this
Don’t understand developers who don’t understand exactly WHO THEIR USERS ARE!!!!
They expect to read doctors note as they understand them with out giving you any clarification on what is what and Touch ID always turns off on its own....every fn time.... but please tell me how it’s my fault when I never tweaked the app just out of nowhere it started messing up 👎
I have to log in every time I use the app? Please save my login credentials or support Touch/Face ID. Thank you.
This app is awkward and nonintuitive to use in many ways. And I’m tired of blank screens when the app is confused and you can’t tell whether it’s just about to update or whether it’s toast and you need to restart. Kaiser, get yourself a better app dev team!!
My problem is with the newer version of the app. I have an iPhone 5 and this app cannot be downloaded to my device. It says I have to upgrade my device. I say bull_ _ _ _, I'm not going out to buy a phone just so I can update an app that should have been left alone.
The app is slow, I can’t make an appointment online because I keep getting an appointment not available message and its only designed for landscape on iPad - really?!?!?!? The best thing is being able to message my drs. Needs a redesign for sure.
Please fix Touch ID for the iPhone! It resets to off every time you close the app. Very frustrating and deters use of the app. The available information and function is great, though. Please fix Touch ID so it’s easily accessible.
I had a colonoscopy with a female doctor. I got a great clear instructions before the procedure. The day procedure I couldn’t ask for better and nicer nurses. They took care of me from the minute I walked into the minute I was fully recovered. They were constantly checking on me. The procedure Went well with no issue she then came and explain to me her findings. I am fully satisfied with Kaiser care and service.
We used to get results very quickly from labs and other testing. We also used to be able to print out the results. I needed the lab results from my husband’s last bloodwork to share with the VA doctor. The only past results I could get was from 2017!
The app doesn’t let you schedule even though the option is there. It just shows you an alert to call 911 if it’s an emergency but no way to move past that message and actually schedule.
Would like to see SoCal Health Records support for Apple Health app. I see Denver and Oregon have it. Also, would be nice to have my digital card on Apple Wallet.
Now Broken for iOS 9 & 10 users. Thanks! The final nail in the Apple coffin for me.
This app hasn't worked properly for several months. I reported issues and got no response. It got even worse when I switched to iPhoneX. Finally last week they fixed it, though I haven't had the chance to check all the functions to see if it's still glitchy.
I love the app except you can’t see your past visits on the app you have to login online to see that information.
