Not worth $10. Every time I try to search for something on this app I end up turning to Google anyway. Couldn't even find dobutamine under drugs. When you try to do a general search for a term it'll just take you to a tab for the internet.

Quick, Easy to use reference. Simple and easy to use and navigate as a reference

Quick reference app with total access purchase.. The time I save looking up what I need via this app is worth the 9.99 total access fee. Would like an easy way to send a word or procedure to be added though.

Requires an overhaul. An app that doesn’t deliver the features it claims.. appointments using the app are not acknowledged and when you follow-up you are told that appointments using the app is not working and you need to call. Last time it was updated is two years ago!!!!!!

Honestly great. This app is not only useful but super easy to use. It's one thing to have a dictionary (terrible to swipe through for one piece of information) and another to have... well, this. I'd definitely say it's worth a shot to download!

Premature Request. I have just now downloaded the app and received a message asking for a review. It appears to meet my needs but unable to write a comprehensive review until I have actually used it for a period of time. Suggest you change timing of your request for a review.

Lab info at the tip of your fingers. I have half a brain, and half of that half of brain is used to remember things like when I need to be to clinic and when I need to pick my kids up from school. For some reason I have the hardest time remembering labs, which is crucial in this line of work. This app is literally a life-saver. I love it. Well worth the download. Thanks to the developers for this amazing clinical tool.

Best reference guide. This app is one I tell all my friends new nursing students or old nurses to get. It’s is a wonderful place to go for info on how test react.

NOT sure if it is worth it. It is a good idea to have all information you need in the same app, but it usually does not work. It is usually lagging and I feel it lacks a lot of important information. May be I don't know how to use it correctly yet, but I expected more of the product for the price.

Search not robust. I enjoy being able to read the articles, but trying to find what I needed was more cumbersome than I expected. Well worth the $9.99 upgrade from free.

Worth it!. If you are a PA/nursing/medical student then you won’t regret downloading this app.

Paywall. I use this app very infrequently...not enough to warrant the price increase from previous versions. I only use this as a quick reference tool for lab values and that feature is now a paid feature. The app design and interface is great. However, for infrequent users, the cost of entry is a barrier that will force me to delete this app in search of better options.

Poor Memory. Just coming out of nursing school and being older, it’s safe to say that my brain is fried and I’m having a hard time remembering anything. This app is really useful and has saved my gluteus Maximus many times lol.

Great resource. Need a quick and easy to use reference, this is the app for general medical needs in the acute care setting. It will be utilized often and you will consider it effective.

Some mistakes. I like the layout, but there are some incorrect lab values. One example is RBCs: the male and female values are switched. There are probably more incorrect values, but I haven’t used this app for long enough to find them.

Excellent student resource!. I'm currently a nursing student in my final semester and so I'm currently functioning as a real nurse for all intents and purposes. This app is SO comprehensive and helpful. I really recommend it to any student.

Needs updating and gets stuck. Would be great if it was updated and if didn't get stuck on the screens. Sometimes you can't get into the app. Cannot click on any of the differential diagnoses. Nothing shows up at all

App downloaded. After my purchase l started getting annoying notifications from Life Support. However on the positive side the app is great

Possible fraud?. When you download this application it presents you with a number of screens. The last one as you sweep thru shows 3 choices “accept” to make a payment and upgrade. “Restore” and “not now” If you press accept it charges you $9.94 and then the same screen remains. Nothing happens. The you press restore and says OK but nothing happens. If you persist it eventually asks you for your AppleID password

Overall good. Good overall functionality for quick reference at point of care. Only reason not 5 stars is because every so often it seems a bit laggy or closes.

Amazing work and effortss. I have literally just did an overview of the app and by the wonderful reviews people put, didn’t even hesitate a sec to hit download. Great Reference!. As an RN, I like to stay on top of current information, and this app really helps you do that. The Lab tests explains what the test is specifically looking for, and the normal values, so you know what may be the patients problem. A great diagnostic tool!

Good resource for students. I use this as a quick reference while studying in med school. I especially like the prefix/suffix section.

First glance. Havent fully used it yet but so far it looks great. Also the way they came about asking if i can review the app really made me want to helo out. I hope thw app continues to make me as happy as it has.

Great first. I don't trust meds today, even those my Dr prescribes. This is a good way to check out meds before agreeing to take them. Enjoy just scrolling through and reading!

Junk. Absolutely worthless. Open app, Index comes up. Only to find each item you “can” select, is on top of each other. If you manage to select a subject line, it tells you it’s premium access only. As in you have to pay for it! I certainly wouldn’t buy this app, if they can’t even layout the Index page correctly.

Very Help. Great resource but after initial purchase some features locked out forcing purchase upgrade. Upgrade should be an option, not taking away what I already had to force purchase.

Only good if purchased. Free version is ridiculous! You get 5 to look at every month. Click on a list or topic & that's one, chose a site to search through & that 2. Or it doesn't load & still takes out of the 5.

Great cheat sheet. Good for studying purposes because textbooks take too long to flip pages. Also great because it allows u choose US measurement or international

Great app but missing some of common meds. Just downloaded and I noticed some of very commonly used meds in medical units are missing... metoprolol and cloxacillin right off the bat..

More helpful than not. I think this app is a decently formatted reference guide, but I wouldn't use it for "first time learning". Like said before, this app references Wikipedia which isn't very reliable. I haven't come across any misinformation yet, but that doesn't mean it isn't there. I would happily pay much more for an app this well organized, but it would need to be resourced by much more reliable mediums. Overall, I am not very impressed but I am also not disappointed.

Useless for a physician. I needed a drug reference app. This is useless. No dosing for adults or pediatric, just pill formulations given. Referencing Wikipedia in the app? Really? Who is this app for?
