Pleased. It took a few minutes to learn how it works. Using it to time eye surgery first left then right eye two weeks later with 3 different RX. Works very well.

Does the job. There's nothing buggy about this app so don't think this momicehl actually uses the app may just be a plant to do negative reviews so some other product looks better. Too bad people can't make comments and get rid of fakes. My expectations were higher based on the description as I think it was over sold. It is however just fine for you to type in the name of the drug, the start and end date of a dose and then the times of the dose. It doesn't make sense why on the drug screen it asks for quantity (required) and the measurement type (mcg,mg,grams...) and it never asks the size of the dose. Then when you go to schedule it asks you for the size of the dose and NOT THE NUMBER OF PILLS. Pros: schedules and banner shows drug to take. Gives ability to say when it was taken or select current time, or on schedule. Con: no sound or alerts. Doesn't know any drugs. Cannot calculate a dose. Is strictly a data entry system; no intelligence so don't look for it to show you what the pill looks like, tell you the quantity, let you change the quantity, or tell you it's too early or late, or change the time for rest of scheduled items if say you were to take something at 6,12 Am/pm and you too a dose at 7... It will not update the schedule. Need to be able to enter the dose "actually" taken and not just the scheduled. Sometimes with like pain Meds, insulin, injections, the dose can vary but not the schedule.

Love it. I just had a kidney transplant and am on a slew of new meds that have to be taken like u breathe in order to keep the kidney from rejecting this app reminds me! And I ck it when I take them it keeps track. It's very cool! Thanks for creating this app it's a true lifesaver!

Sound Alerts don’t seem to worl. Other than that issue I think this a perfectly good app for people that need to be a little more aware of their pill times and doses.

Most Flexible and Practical Med App. I have 22 drugs, some are liquids, some are injectables, and some are sprays - and Pill Monitor is the only app available that handles all of them. I'm definitely a power-user, and have used Pill Monitor for 3 years - faithfully, every single day. I take it everywhere I go. For complex drug regimens there is nothing like it.

Pill Monitor. This isn't a user friendly app, but it does the job of reminding you when to take your meds. The backup interface was useless. I have been assisting a cousin who takes lots of meds. After we laboriously entered the meds and times, we had a difficult time figuring out use the app, then some how we lost all the information. Fortunately, I had backed up the data, I could not restore the data, so we had to re-enter. The alarm was great and didn't require us to have the app open for it to function. This was a great help to us because she frequently has to take medicine. The diary is great, particularly to record the side effects and to have as a record of medications. Overall, as a reminder and a history, this application works and I would recommend, especially for the price.

Good app. I tried this and another app at the same time. I kept this one. Very useful. I suggest that we be allowed to print directly from the app. so we could take a list of medications to the doctor. Dosage needs to be added to email section (non-history). Also, please add non-prescription medicines, like vitamins. A prompt that would pull up the medication with information about it would also be nice.

Great App. Easy app to use for medication reminders. Helps when I go to the doctor and need my list of meds.

pill reminder. it was a little tricky to learn at first but now understand it...it works pretty good...i have another pill app that i use....this one is for my invalid mother who takes meds at several different times....i would like it better if after i check off the meds that were taken that it wouldnt go into a history that you have to delete....just check off as taken and that should be all.

Efficient. From what I could gather after you enter all your medications, this was a very useful app!! I did not get to use it as much as I wanted to but believe it would have been very useful!

Very Useful. This program can help avoid mix ups and makes it much easier to keep dosages on schedule. It is user friendly and particularly useful when taking a large number of medications.

Best pill minder I've found. I really like this app, I am a veteran and take many different meds, vitamins and creams. I don't forget to take any now. I have also set it up to tell me when to check my blood sugar levels and blood pressure. I have added all the prescriptions I get, not only the pills!

Sync not great. If your looking for a one device pill reminder, this is it. But if you want one that syncs between 2 devices (iPhone, iPad) it does not without manually syncing, which is a let down. If you get a reminder on your phone to take a pill and clear it, that same reminder does not clear on the 2nd device.

Used post surgery. Perfect to keep track of my meds post surgery. Just insert the different meds then its ready to go. You can add a dose & it marks the time for you or use the reminder function.

Helpful App. Helpful app and works. A little tricky filling out pill info (fields could use pop up explanations or examples of what to put). Just wish there was a place to fill in the dosage instructions such as take 1 tablet three times a day, or I-2 tablets/pills every 3 hours as needed for pain, etc. I would like the list of medications entered to have the information on the prescription label so if a family member is dosing you, the can read how much & how often to give the medication. Other than that, the reminder is helpful. I suggest it's easier to use the reminder system and let the software enter the data into the "history" otherwise you can get duplicates and it will look like you took a medication twice or with minutes of eachother. Better instructions could solve this problem.

I love this app. I needed to keep track of meds after surgery, this did exactly that. Easy to enter meds and keep an on going list.

Perfect App!. Thank you! This app is an absolute life saver. An elderly friend has been having problems and has had many new medications added that has to be taken 5 x daily and others at odd times. He has trouble keeping track of it and this helps me remind him and double check to make sure he has taken his medication. If it keeps working as well as it does I will gladly upgrade.

Easy to use. Help button would be nice. I would like to set the order of the pill list or defer to alphabetical if necessary. Wish it could track more than one person. Entering history was confusing with the two windows. Doesn't allow you to set 12hour time. Still useful!

Ads ads & more ads. Start throwing a ton of annoying ads at me before I can even start to enter any data and your app is getting deleted and you’re getting a one star review. Kapiche?

Very helpful. This app is extremely user friendly. The only thing I would change is how long the reminder alarm goes off. My mother had knee surgery and needed to take pain pills in the night. I missed one dose (by two hours) because I over slept the alarm (due to several nights of interrupted sleep). Otherwise, this app has been wonderful!

Ok app. The reminders that I receive in my push notifications are very helpful. I don't get why I have to access/exit the app from the same wifi network. Maybe that phrasing is wrong but I do have to open the app through the App Store to operate within in. The app will not stay on my desktop. Maybe the paid one is more fluid in operation. I am not impressed enough with the free version to buy the paid one. Overall, it does what I need it to.

Could be improved. When managing RX for more than one person, like for parents or nursing homes, this app does not support more than one patient profile. I need something that is more user friendly, can recognize drug facts and reminders for more than one person.

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS APP. Not user friendly! Entering a Medication it won't take what I type it auto corrects to something totally wrong. Found it impossible to enter the strength of the medication. On a personal note I take MEDICATION, not drugs, the tab you click to enter MEDICATIONS is labeled "DRUGS". When that tab opens it says "DRUGS" again. A more polite, general, and non insulting tab title could have simply been "MEDS". On a positive note, this app is a great concept and could be very useful. With some fixing on its workings, making it more user friendly, and changing a tab title I would seriously take a second lake at this app. I will be watching for it with its updates!

Locks up too often. This app freezes up when I try to acknowledge taking my medications. It does this almost every day. Very annoying. Also, I loaded this on my phone too, but there is no way to link both versions - so I had to set up all of the same reminders on both my phone and iPad. I plan to remove this one and try a different pill reminder app. Don't waste your time downloading this one.

Greatest help. This app has helped me so much. I take so many medications each day and it can be very confusing about when or what I have taken. This helps me keep a historical data for my physician, prescription list for work, and also helps to make my forgetfulness never get the best of me.

Pill Monitor for IPAD. Great for reminding me to take medications on time.

Pill reminder. I like the app. Set up took a little bit, but operation is easy. It makes keeping track of multiple meds a snap. I would pay to upgrade to dump the ads.

NO ALARMS! That's Alarming!. I usually write pretty detailed reviews, but this app is so quirky that, without working along on Pill Monitor while you read, you wouldn't understand, anyway. The interface looks beautiful, but it turns into a maze. You enter all your data so the app will remind you to take your medicine, but... The only way it will is if you open it several times a day. Because not a sound will come out of your iPad. There's no alarm; there's not even a whisper. The truth? I've gone back to my little paper pocket calendar.

A Big Help. I tried to keep track of my medications by jotting down notes. The notes often were lost or forgotten to do. It was essential that I find something to keep track of my prescriptions and their use. This app does that and gives me notifications. It is a big help.

Helpful. A friend told me about this app and so far it has been very helpful. I only wish the alarm worked when my iPad was off. I set the alarm on my iPad too so I will here it.

Pain meds. I have been using this for about a week now. Im using it to track my pain meds. The app is simple. I wish there was a way for the app to take away the pill that I have taken. I can use it on the IPad 1.

Fantastic. Really helps track my meds.

Worked great for me. I have a terrible memory and take meds that are 1/day, so the ability to go back and see if I had taken my dose for e day was great. One thing that would improve it is a drop down list of side effects that you can select from; I got tired of entering all the considerable side effects my medication provides.

Five Stars. Thumbs up for this application, just wish you could have more than one reminder on this version.

Don't download this free app., please read below. This app is average, HOWEVER, after you add all your medications, after 50 medication reminders which the app delivers, they force you to buy the program and if you don't, the app has NO utility. I think these folks are a bit sleazy in that they claim you only need to upgrade if you want password protection which is BLATANTLY false.

A Very Useful Medical App.. I have had this app for a week now and have been VERY PLEASED!!!! It's a perfect way to organize your medications and get an alarm when it's time to take your prescription. I haven't figured a way of printing your med list directly through the site though. I printed a copy for my doctor yesterday by emailing it to myself and then printing it from there. I suggest a way of printing from this app if it is missing. I would recommend this to friends! Sbk

Does what I need. I use this for my special needs granddaughter to track her meds, does a pretty good job of helping me track her prescriptions and when to order refills.

Easy and convenient. The app makes life easier. The free version is limited in its storage of medication history, but simply deleting it allows to continue use. This great as I only what the reminder to take the medication, not see what I've taken.

PERFECT APP FOR ME. after spending 2 months in the hospital i am on A LOT of new medications multiple times a day. I am 32 and recently diagnosed with MS so this app makes it easy for me to remember all my meds. Email them or any changes to my multiple doctors. VERY user friendly

Pill App. This is the best one I have seen so far. It keeps track of all my medications, dosages, times, and reminds me with an alarm of my choice. Then, I have to mark if I have taken it or not. Great app! Highly recommend it. If you don't want to take your meds to the Drs to show them, just take this.

Love all of the upgrades. Love everything about the PillMonitor app. I use this app three to four times a day to keep track of my pill intake. Everything is beautifully set up for this especially being able to keep daily notes on the type and times each medication is taken. Wonderful app. It does all the things I need it to do without being bombarded and overwhelmed by ads that get in the way.

Excellent - easy to use. Just came out of hospital with asthma and needed something to both remind me what and when to take, but also allows me to save the notes to a spreadsheet so I can plot my peak flows against medicine intake. Thank you, will be upgrading to the full version soon!

Drug monitor. This is a useful idea. It takes quite a long time to set up but it's easier than starting from scratch. I found it tricky to edit when dosage or frequency changed in the middle of a course. I seemed to end up with duplicates in the history, and confusion about timing. But I will continue to persevere as I think it will be worth it.

Nice app. A nice app. It would be good if "Today" was shown under the current actions list for any medications due today. Otherwise if you don't know today's date, it's not so clear.

Awsom. Great little app really handy for those with memory difficulties, not only can you schedule the time to each individual pills but it also advises you on the dosages.

Needs portrait orientation. I use this on my iPad which I rarely have in landscape orientation but this app only allows landscape, which is annoying. Functionality-wise, it’s pretty good, does everything I need. It could be a bit more user-friendly, particularly around the UI/UX for reminders, but as a free app, one really can’t complain!

Great ap!. I'm super forgetful, this reminds me every day, but sometimes dosage changes for me so when I say I took the medicine, it doesn't give the option to say if I took same amount as reminded to..?.... But otherwise.. Pure awesomeness!

Great app. Would like to be able to choose a ring tone

Very Easy. I am a relatively young chronic back pain sufferer. I take several medications, but my LIFE is my Pain Medications, and I mean this literally! If I don't take it on time, I suffer, and have absolutely no life, with no functionality at all. BUT, on the other hand, because of the strength of my medication, if taken too often, it can also cause death. At the current strength, I would be very scared to take more than 1 pill every 4 hours. THIS, is where my problem arose, I have no concept of time, and more often than not, I was taking my medications late, causing unnecessary severe pain. Because as I said in am kind of young, I didn't want to give in to pill cases, reminders seemed too much as well. Finally I decided I had to do something to track these pills, just so I can be sure in any situation, that I never take more than what I am supposed to take. So I downloaded 3 different "free" apps to check out and see if they would work for me. This App is absolutely awesome. Enter your meds one time, and it is right there. Simply open my iPad, press 2 or 3 buttons, and a record is there for next time, so I know when, and how long it has been. I will, sometime in the near future purchase the full version, the only difference I can see at this point is you can only have 1 reminder set for the "lite" version, where in the full version, you can probably set as many medication reminders as you would like. Before I go, I want to touch on the other 2 apps I downloaded. 1 was so confusing that I immediately sent it to the recycle bin, the other was just too detailed for me. It is not necessary for me to track pharmacies, prescription numbers, dr's, etc...

Stinks. Not a good app. You can't put dosage. And how are you supposed to know the side effects of your drugs, I mean really. Not user friendly. Will look for a better one.

Very helpful. Using this app post tonsillectomy. Life saver as far as minding what meds when you have more than 3 at different intervals.

Pointless. It's no use if you need more then one reminder. There are free apps that will let you set multiple reminders. Don't waste your money on the full version.

Didn't work for me. Downloaded app to my ipad. Opened it to explore. Reminder came up barring my entrance. Was able to access settings but no need at this point. Reminder screen remained. I had nothing yet to be reminded of. Tried to get reminder off to no avail. Will now delete app. Not for me.

Doesn't work. In order for this to work, I have to be able to put in the dosage and the time. When I try to put in the dosage, the keyboard is set for time. There is no obvious way to put in the dosage.

Medicine tracker. Extremely helpful, but One thing missing is you can't take photo's of medication, or I don't see where you can. Other than that its wonderful.

Bad scheduler. Will only schedule two meds.... :(

Ok app for tracking Rx info. The app works to keep track of medication and Rx numbers which are great when ordering refills but after a few days use all of my history was mysteriously deleted.

Can't exit some screens, won't allow for unit "drops". It locks you in; you can't exit some screens. It won't allow for unit "drops", it won't let you schedule hourly. It's not suitable for meds after a cataract surgery. Otherwise, it's almost intuitive but it's useless to me.
