ElectriCalc Pro Calculations:
• Work directly in and convert between Amps, Watts, Volts, Volt-Amps, kVA, kW, PF% and EFF%, and DC Resistance
• Calculate wire sizes per NEC® 310-16 and 310-17; Copper or aluminum, 3Ø/1Ø, 60°C, 75°C, 90°C insulation ratings and 100% or 125% of ampacity. Can also adjust wire sizes for ambient temperatures other than 30◦ C and more than three wires in a raceway
• Integrated voltage drop solutions. Find minimum VD wire size, maximum length for any given wire size, drop percentage, actual number and percentage of Volts dropped
• Conduit sizing for 12 types of conduit. Plus, it gives fill percentages, cross-sectional areas, remaining areas, and more
• Find Motor Full-Load Amps per current NEC®. Works in 1Ø and 3Ø with the newly expanded tables for 3Ø induction (to 500 hp), synchronous (to 200 hp), and DC motors per NEC® 430-247, 430- 248 and 430-250

Note: Electrical math is universal. However, code-based sizing solutions are based on the US National Electrical Code® (NEC); users in other countries should check with their local Code Officials for applicability.

Great Electrical Technical App. I have owed the hand held calculator for years and I swear by it. I am able to design wherever I am with this. The price is well worth it. My ability to solve client issues on the spot only enhances their faith in me. There is a slight learning curve, but once you learn the process, it will be seamless.
Not worth it if you have the actual calculator.. Had the actual calculator and decided to buy the ap instead of getting the upgrade kit. Surprise, surprise we are in 2016 and the app does not come with the current 2014 NEC. It is not worth it if you already have the actual calculator.
ElectriCalc Pro. Excellent app!! once you become familiar with all it’s uses,it will save you time. Well worth the price!!! I would recommend to anyone in this field!
issue with Conduit size calculation. Every time we ask it to calculate conduit size (by pushing cone size button) the app closes.
Well designed, useful, but.... ...for $29.95, the app should have been delivered with the current NEC. The user shouldn't be forced to fork over another $9.95 for the 2014 update--not when we're at the end of 2015. Other apps with perishible data--state and federal laws and regulations, for example--are supplied with the data current at the time of purchase, and the user chooses what to do when *later* updates are released. Why not with this app?
Great calculator!!. Just like the handheld version only on my phone! If you do design build work, you need this calculator it will save you hours of paperwork and math by hand. Will calculate voltage drop, amperage conduit and wire size, you name it. Highly recommend. And great support.

Best Electrical Calculator ever!. I have been using this app for years as I started with and still have the original calculator. I have been providing electrical designs in many industries and this is a great fast tool.

Recurring monthly or yearly cost 👎🏻. Can’t stand these apps that have the recurring costs. What happened to pay once and own it. They say we’ll own nothing and be happy about it. They didn’t tell you how much it would really cost.
Just like the handheld Device. I have been waiting for this to come out for a long time. I have been searching for it quite often. This app operates just like the real thing. Thank you for finally offering it. It does everything I need it to do. The original device does not do conduit fill but it would be a good addition. Wire ampacity not working in latest version. Wire size calculation crashes the app. Please check.
