Garbage, has never even tried to work. I don’t know what the issue is but the app works for most of my friends but i literally can’t authenticate my device. It has been broken for over 2 years now and it’s infuriating

Worst app ever created. I despise the fact that my university uses this app because it is the most poorly created app I have ever seen. I have never made it past the log in screen.

IT DID NOT WORK. I downloaded this app then look for my school. When I tapped on my school nothing happened.

Uses Bluetooth apparently but can’t connect?. Let me start by saying the app has worked for me a few times, so I know they way I am using it can lead to it being successful. The vast majority of the time, though, it says the reader is too far from the phone. My phone could be touching the reader, and it still has this error.

I’m going to throw my phone at a wall. This app is so unbelievably bad. I cannot even begin to describe it. I do not know how any university can spend any amount of money on this service, in fact, I am ashamed that part of my tuition goes toward this app. Why doesn’t it work?!

Terrible. This app is horrible and the fact that the company doesn’t care to update it and make it better is equally bad. And I’m sure they won’t read any of these reviews

Worlds worst app. The only reason why I’m using this app is because of my math class, but coming from a CS field I know this isn’t the hardest thing to do. It’s a VERY Basic app, but it can’t even get past the login page. I can’t explain how frustrating it is when I have to go up to my instructor every class to tell him this app didn’t work so he can mark me down for attendance.

Worked once, Apple wallet interrupts. So the app worked for me once and it would be very useful if I could get it to work again. The thing is, I hold it up to the reader and my debit card pops up. Now I don’t really want my own apartment to have a cover charge, so I think it would fix the problem if you could put the virtual access card in your Apple wallet. That would fix this issue.

This app is suicidal. This app hates existing more than unsupervised infants. There are 100,000 ways it can stop working and it will never tell you what the problem is. Sometimes you’re too close, sometimes you’re at the wrong angle, sometimes you need to be BEHIND THE LOCKED DOOR in order for it to function. (I love doing laundry here) I will forever remember “Error executing command - An error has occurred.” as a waking nightmare of a phrase. My terseness betrays my anguish. I’m currently locked out of my room at 1:00 am after a very very long day. I am tired and would like to go inside and not have to walk all the way to the help desk wearing a t-shirt with no bra in January. This is why we can’t have nice things.

Simply does not work. I am not able to login or reset my password without getting an error message. It looks like the developers haven’t updated the app in at least a year. Why does any apartment owner even use this app???

this app is ****!. i forgot my pin, so to reset it i had to press the ‘reset app’ button, only problem is, ITS BEHIND THE KEYBOARD SO I HAVE NO WAY TO PRESS IT. honestly i could spit on whoever coded this god awful app. a student in any sort of coding class could make something better. you honestly should be ashamed of how bad your app is.

Truly the worst app ever created. This app has screwed me so many times it’s not even funny. I’m writing this as I am locked out of my dorm at 2 am because this app won’t let me verify my credentials. Giving my final presentation on no sleep should be fun though. Good luck to all others that are also reading these reviews because they app has also similarly screwed them.

Nearly killed me. Wow. This app constantly gives errors about being signed into 2 devices. Almost got locked out of campus but police saved me. Horrible app. Fix it.

Horrible App. I have tried to use it like 30 times and it has worked ONCE. It barely works and constantly says it’s too far away from the reader even when your phone is right next to it. It is an awful app. I hope the developers figure out what is going on because there is no point in having this app when it never works. Genuinely the least useful app I have ever owned. Would not recommend in a million life times.

Hardly even works. You would think that an app this simple would have hardly any room to go wrong, but somehow they proved me wrong. The app hardly works, has an non-intuitive interface, has many bugs, and is simply a horrible app. It struggles to log in, constantly has network errors, it’s an absolute pain to use. Come on, can you do any worse than this?

Horrible App. This app was working great until recently when it just abruptly locked me out. I repeatedly contacted the administrative office and IT support but nothing helped. I was either directed to an answering machine or told that there is nothing they can do about it. Where is the help when you need it?

Need a Watch App. An app for the Apple Watch would be super helpful for in case I forget my ID card and phone and can’t get into my room.

Love this app!. I’m not sure why the ratings are so bad for this app. I’ve used it for over a year, it works great, and I’ve never had any problems with it!

Would give -5 stars if I could. This is actually the worst app to ever exist ever. It almost never works. Sometimes the whole app is just down and it becomes unusable! Worst UI ever, literally couldn’t be worse. Whoever built this app deserves to be beat by their parents.

Has never let me register. I have deleted and downloaded this app dozens of times and it never lets me register. I put in my school’s server url, hit authenticate my device, and it takes me to a blank screen. I have tried to contact customer service on several occasions and have received no response.

Great app would recommend for college students. Never failed to work for me when I couldn’t find my ID to get into a building

Extremely buggy. I am a college student. This app has helped me before when I am locked out. Unfortunately it is extremely buggy, has a horrid user interface, is cumbersome to use, and is completely ineffective when used for any door that doesn’t have a keypad. Great idea for an app, though with the advent of NFC technology in smartphones since like 2017 it’s mind-boggling that they haven’t implemented an NFC card. If your app adds any sort of near field communication technology it would instantly shoot my rating up higher.

Terrible. After trying again numerous times after closing and redownloading the app, I was still stuck on the loading screen after authentication.

It’s not a very good app. It sounds like it may be a very useful app but it’s failed to let me back in my room almost every time I use it. They need to fix it because it’s let me down too many times.

Bugged out after like a week. I have to go up to my math professor every class to explain that the app won’t work, so she can manually take my attendance. She then tells me to go to the IT department where they cannot fix this. I have to deal with this every single time I come to class. Y’all gotta fix this

Worst Experience With An App Ever. I don’t typically write reviews for apps, but this program fills me with such a deep-set rage that I can’t help but talk about it. I used this app religiously for the first month of school at my university. Because I am someone who often forgets my physical ID that I have to swipe in order to get into my dorm building or other various places on campus, this was perfect for me. However, there began to be a stark decline in the app’s quality, or I guess I should say, it stopped working altogether. I tried everything—deleting the app, using only wifi while using the app, using only Mobile data, restarting my phone, etc. I even ended up getting a new phone for Christmas, and I still cannot access the login page like I used to. The only thing I can do is open the app. It won’t even allow me to click anything, or if it does, it doesn’t process the fact that I tapped the button. It’s so beyond frustrating because something that has been developed to make my student life easier has become the cause of so much stress and frustration. I don’t understand why this works for other students and not for me. I hope that these issues can be addressed and remedied for everyone who uses this platform to have a more productive and positive experience.

Worked for a few days.... When I went to unlock my door, my ID card said that my door was not in range, when I would be standing right next to it. Funny part is, it worked for a week, then it just stopped.

Plain Abysmal. Every time I use this app to open a door it crashes the next time I open it. I have to delete and redownload the app every time. I had to use it for a day when I lost my card and I hope I never have to use it again.

try this if it isn’t working for you!!!. i couldn’t get this app to authenticate me to use it for a solid 10 minutes, but i found if you drag down on the duo authentication notification to approve instead of clicking on it so it takes you out of the app, it actually works! seems if you exit the app it won’t finish the authentication process.

It’s a game of chance. It works, if you have full service signal and 3 bars of WiFi. Most of the time it depends on your luck. I never knew one could get such anxiety trying to open a door till I was given this app.

This is really unreliable 9/10 times. Every other day it would simply not work. I’ve been locked out of my building once because it simply refused to work. Don’t takes these reviews lightly

Has potential. This app could be so useful but it’s has too many bugs and won’t work for you about 80% of the time. I wish they made major updates to this app and fixed their problems because there are a ton. I could be in front of the reader and it will still say it’s far away, it’ll say error and the best part is having to constantly authenticate my device even though I have done it multiple times and in doing so I have to sign out and come back into the app or just fully restart it.

Add 3D Touch support from the home screen?. It works sometimes but I'd be nice to be able to use 3D Touch or Apple wallet so I don't have to actually go into the app every single time

Works for me!. I installed this app and It works great. I haven’t had any trouble with it at all unlocking our parking garage or our elevator or our door.

Good!. idk why there are so many negative reviews! this app is super convenient for me because i’ve locked myself out of my room and building and it’s been able to work every time with getting back in and i don’t have to call campus police!

Unreliable. Saw the negative reviews so I tested it out every once and a while to make sure it still worked. It always did, until I actually forgot my ID, then I was suddenly unauthenticated and unable to do anything more than look at a blank page when I tried to log back in. Pathetic.

Logs you out & won’t let you re-authenticate. The app repeatedly logs me out and then when I try to re-authenticate it tells me to “try again in a couple of days” because my authentication limit has been reached. Um, stop logging me out then?! It’s useless to use to as a mobile ID if it force logs you out and arbitrarily won’t let you log back in.

Does not work. Gave me a ton of trouble logging in, and when it finally did let me in it wouldn’t actually work to open my door, just said “error” a bunch of times. Guess I am sleeping in the common area tonight

Will Not Work. I downloaded and re-downloaded the app so many times, and it would never go past where I put in my school’s URL. I got a new phone, and the same thing happened. Would love for it to work, a great concept in theory.

Horrible customer service. Called the corporate center. The phone microphone on their end was barely audible. Lady I was speaking too was rude and not helpful at all. I never write reviews but had to say something due to their terrible service.
