Vegan food vendors. Please add descriptions to your food vendors specifying things like vegan options, as well as any allergens being used to prepare the food at that vendor! Things like peanuts, nuts, soy, sesame seeds, etc. It would be extra helpful if you listed specific menu items that are vegan so ppl can chose the healthiest one (I can’t survive a 3 day festival by eating crap, I need my veggies whole grains and lean proteins pls)

App won’t load!!!!!. I have 2 devices. One on iOS 13.5 and the other on 14.6 and both of them don’t work with this app even after the last update. I can’t connect my band to my account or anything and nobody is helping this work. I can’t update my iOS versions because I need to keep my phone on the current iOS I am using for work applications so updating my device is not a option. Even last year both of these devices had no issue being used with the older version of this app but now they don’t. PLEASE HELP ADD SUPPORT FOR IOS 13 AND 14 DEVICES NOW BEFORE EZOO STARTS!!!

Map blows. The map only shows food vendors. Doesn’t label anything else! Pointless.

One of the worst events in the world. I thought all EDM festivals were unique in their own perspective based on location, theme, characters etc. But I was wrong because Electric Zoo only has 3 stages with absolutely NO artwork, No sound proof wall and dome structure so ravers can hear music from the other couple of stages. There’s also no water stations to keep ravers hydrated to avoid dehydration. The security staff are poorly trained and couldn’t tell the difference between artwork as supposed to a real deadly object a raver brings in. I can bring my Kandi necklaces to every other EDM festival including EDC Las Vegas and Ultra Music Festival in Miami, but not Electric Zoo because the security staff are idiots and unfair because someone else managed to bring in a totem pole that is literally a swiffer stick. Instead, avoid Electric Zoo in NYC, but instead attend events from Insomniac, Ultra and others that treat us ravers fairly.

Loveeee this App.. But. This app is great, especially since you can make your own schedule. But two things. 1.You should be able yo choose the filter before you take the pic so its easier. 2.You should tell people to update the app when changes are applied, like new times for djs

Probably the best festival app. You usually get a little handbook with the lineup and set times at these festivals, but having an app with all of that information, plus a map of the venue and a list of the food options is so much better. This is great addition to the festival experience and I wish more festivals invested in a feature like this. It's one the many ways Electric Zoo has offered a better experience than other festivals since its 2009 inception.

Needs update for 2021. all the current year communication says to still use this app for 2021's fest but the info is outdated

2014 Ezoo update. Almost a week left! Let's update this app!

As of August 13, the app is still using 2017 data. The festival is in less than 3 weeks and the app is still using 2018 data. The developers should atleast give a warning that the set time data is from 2018.

Zoo!. I've been waiting for set times and it's great I have them in an app that lets me make my own schedule.

Keeps Crashing. Keeps crashing after the third step when I open it. How am I suppose to use it!?

Weather looks way off. Shows 65 degress as the high for Saturday!? And 55 as the high for Sunday.... Definitely not accurate

In this times that everything is thru an app to access information quickly I’m surprised this app hasn’t been updated yet for 2021, specially with everything thats is happening and restrictions being mandated or lifted, misinformation spreads like fire and people have more questions than answers

This app is garbage. This app is garbage. Couldn’t load money into my wristband, and also being forced to load money into the wristband to buy anything is really inconvenient, friends had to wait in line for 30 mins to load money into theirs at electric zoo Friday. They only do this to try to get you to spend more and they also charge a $5 refund fee for any unused money.

2014 update. When will the app update to the 2014 map and line up? Ezoo is in less than 2 weeks..??

Map not labeled. The rest of the app works but the map still doesn’t show any labels for the stages, food vendors, etc. and it’s less than 24hrs before the festival...

Not working. When you try to open the app, it does not work. All you see is the green background on the screen.

Poorly designed, poorly executed, nonsense. It only needs to work 3 days a year, and it crashed exactly when everyone, predictably, needed to use it. Couldn’t register, couldn’t verify account, couldn’t add funds (the only way to buy food and drinks). Nonsense UI decisions even if it did work. No notifications of any practical use, just promotions. Nothing like information on djs, transportation, safety.

It’s 2018. Hey Ezoo - you told us to download this app when you sent the wristbands. The festival is less than 5 days away and still has none of this year’s info. SOS

Stupiddd!!. Putting in a valid phone number and it says I am not putting a valid one in .. So it won't let me get past the registration part! Meanwhile I have already registered and watched the video about a million times!!

Phenomenal. Wow very impressed at the quality of the app. The radio, schedule, map, vendor list, everything. Makes me that much more pumped for EZoo, and i didn't think that was possible! Great work guys!

Please Fix This App!. The App is useless if you already registered your wristband. It doesn't allow you to get past a certain section if it is already registered prior. Please fix this.

Dates are wrong for 2017. The dates are September Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd, and Sunday 3rd, the apps have them a day ahead
