Need to expand. Hello all, Merry Christmas. Wish you guys would add new goals. I am down to collecting the2 pieces of gold so that I can expand what my cities can produce. Want to play more.

3.0 update massively broke balance. Contract length used to be based on real time: if you set up a contract that would take 12 hours it would be done in 12 hours and you could go to bed or do something else and 12 hours later it would be done. Now a 12 hour contract is 12 hour of playing the game: if you leave the app, your phone goes to sleep, you get a phone call, (or your phone battery can’t play for 12 hours!) the contract will take much longer... That sort of logic would be fine if contract lengths were measured in minutes, but when you consider that the shortest contract at a workshop is an hour, and a good locomotive uses thousands of parts, anyone who has a job or does anything with their phone other than play this game is going to find it far too “slow” to bother with.

Wish for new updates!. Started playing a long time ago,haven’t had a update for years 😡. Will the level ever go higher than 45? Please let me know,I would hate to delete this game for no more updates. Thank You.

Doesn’t Work. I played this game a couple times and got rid of it because I needed space on my phone. When I finally got more space, I downloaded it again. Now I can’t play it. It says that I need to connect to internet, meanwhile I’m standing right next to my router, connected with at least 3 bars of service.

Just another 'pay to speed up' format. Just wants to you spend coin to speed up every little thing. So hard to find a good time-lapse, goal-oriented sim like the old Railroad a Tycoon. And the 'guides'?! So demeaning to women. Bulging cleavage and thongs? Please. Not what I come to a game to find, and not something I'm willing to put up with.

I love it. I love it just wish it was easier to repair the trains, ships, & air ships. I under stand the cost to build but the repair cost in my opinion are to high, maybe add a maintenance yard that if you put a vehicle in it auto repairs but takes time to repair that gold can speed up.

Fun game but missing 1 big thing. I’d give this game 5 stars except for one glaring omission. It does not have the special events that the facebook version has. These events allow you to earn rare equipment as rewards. Pros: You don’ have to purchase in game currency to experience everything. I do anyway to reward the devs of games I like. Leisurely resource management - if you like these kind of games Cons: Crafting high end equipment takes an enormous amount of parts you need to collect. Playing casually I estimate it will take nine months to collect all the parts for the highest craft-able locomotive. Other than the main story and opening new territories there isn’t anything else as far as game progression.

Transport empire. I love this game but it has a lot of bugs. My last phone warned me to delete the game because it detected an anomaly in the game. When you click on the customer service help button, a page pops up in some foreign Russian language, and it just returns to the game. No way to contact the game developers. And lately the audio has stopped working entirely no game sounds at all.

Good for by passing time. Playing this game is good for bypassing the time, not hard to catch on.

Deceptive. I have been playing this game for months and I'm at level 32, the graphics are great as well as the story line but in order to advance there are many things that need to be done as you play along, in order to keep things running you have to build mines, quarries, warehouses, towns and many other things to keep up on supply and demand, this supply is used to maintain everything, not only does it take a long time to get the maximum amount, you have to use these resources to repair the buildings, trains, tracks and make upgrades as well as making parts, everything breaks down and must be rebuilt quite often using more resources that takes more time to make because you have used all the supplies from that source and you have to start from scratch which also comes at a cost of silver and or gold which is the main purchase item, if you want to advance quickly-it will cost you dearly. I liked it until now because I am going no where fast, it is no longer fun and is getting annoying because of the cost of supplies to maintain everything is just ridiculous. Also every time you start an operation the screen zooms in, very annoying. I would like to see lower costs of recourses to maintain, build, craft and make upgrades and expansions. Ta ta for now.

Big fun. The game is great when your head needs time off for some down time. I discovered that using an iPad for play, will require an apple product w at least 64 plus memory in place. Just got a 128 gig and the play functionality is much better w no shut downs so far. Play this game in a conservative manner. Speed will cost real money so mind your progress.

Pay to play, all day!. This game is totally skewed in the hopes you’ll spend real money to thrive. What a shame. I played it years ago and don’t recall it being that way. Also, in that time, I lost much of my progress. Don’t waste your time. UODATE: Most recently realized that time does not elapse if you’re not actively in the game! Ridiculous, as some tasks take up to 8 hours to complete! FIX THIS!

Huh? What? Why? Oh... MONEY REQUIRED!. I'm a fairly smart guy, degrees and I'm fairly technical. But this game threw me a curve ball! I couldn't figure out how to play it! You can't do this or that because you have to do a "quest" first. Can't do anything because of one thing or another, so I just kept pushing buttons and checking stuff out. I kept ending up at the "buy gold" screen. I'm not opposed to spending money on a game... If I like it. But this is the FIRST game I've ever played that looked free but then wouldn't let you start playing without spending real money. Most let you start,meet you interested, and then you spend money. At first I was thinking now way! But yes, you must buy gold with real money to play. That said, what I could see looks wonderful! The game has great graphics, pretty scenes. And looks like it could be fun. Maybe I should have played more instead of deleting the game after a few hours (several attempts on different days), maybe I should have paid money to check it out. I guess I'll never know. I just felt cheated, or tricked. Why don't they just charge .99¢ and give you a started pack of gold? I don't know. But y'all should know that the game isn't free. You can't play it at all for free. Period.

Bait and Switch. Horrible game. Fraud. Even with the earliest quests, the criteria for completion keeps changing blindly. You complete the requirement for a quest, more requirements added without completion. If you hate your money, it might be fun. Will never download another product from this team.

Fun for a few weeks. It’s fun for a bit. I bought the starter package to make things more quicker. Most games stop selling you in app purchases after you buy something. Not this one. It’s almost constant. The higher you go up in levels, the longer it takes to accomplish a mission. They would prefer you use the gold, that you must purchase with real money, to speed things up.

Love the game. This is one of knit two games I play consistently. I've never made real world purchases. I may not advance really rapidly but I can choose how much I want to play daily.

Requires real world purchases. Don't be tricked - this game requires in-app purchases. By the time you're ready to unlock your fourth territory (which only takes a couple of days) you have to lay out a ton of gold which requires real world cash. Sure, you could get a little gold from the daily giveaways but you only get gold once in 90 days. Even the ads which you watch which are supposed to give gold only give gold about 10% of the time. It's a shame, this would be a much better game if they weren't so overtly greedy.

No support. Well I am an iOS user... no support available in English in app, unable to even make the purchases anyways and I assume this is from the lack of iOS support now, but can’t even communicate with customer support to resolve the issue or verify... Well good luck, off to find another app.

I love my trains. I am so hooked on this game I just love it. I love watching all the trains and boats moving around. I love the Challenge that that they gives us, so far I haven’t been able to get to the end. When I do get to to end will be a sad day for me, but I will all over again.

Love this game, but one issue needs fixing. I’ve loved this game since i first played it a few years ago, but when i try to buy gold or the silver coins a error occurs. If you can fix that problem then this’ll be perfect

Time problems. Downloaded the game to see how things changed with the 3.X version and discovered that the contract time only goes down when the game is open. Their website provides very little information and no opportunity to save /restore progress.

2.2 Has HUGE glitch. I downloaded the newest update 2.2 and when I try and do the quest to learn about the new maintenance men, the game freezes on the trains screen and completely locks the game up. It's sad when an update can't even get past its first most basic quest.

Love it'. I love this game....... It's addicting and fun to watch the trains and boats do there thing. I purchased a few trains and carriages, to increase my resource gathering and avoid breakdowns. Highly recommend if your into trains.....

Dead game. Update: despite the most recent updates, absolutely nothing has been added to the game. In fact, it appears some features/functions have been removed to keep the game iOS 14 compatible. No new content has been added in more than 4 years. ************** While the game has great graphics and an intriguing storyline, it appears the developer has stopped supporting iOS devices. Their Facebook page shows a lot of activity and updates, but none have been made available to mobile device users for several months. Entirely new features and adventures have been rolled out to Facebook players, but no one else. The only players getting the updates, including news, are those actually playing on Facebook. When I inquired about the next iOS update to their support staff I was told "No one but the devs know. The rest of us must wait and see". Hopefully there will be a new release soon, but that's not how it looks at this time.

Time waster. Total waste of time. Takes several minutes to load, then crashes after just 30-45 seconds of playing. Two more minutes to reload, and crash! Crash! Crash! Don't even bother to download this game.

NO MONEY REQUIRED!. Transport Empire does not require money! When the mine dries up, sell it. You then get a new mine - no money required. This is one of the best games ever! I am not one of the programmers.

Fun game. This is a good game of this type. Nice blend of steam trains, ships and aircraft with an underlying steam punk storyline and look. I am at level 10 with multiple trains, a ship and an aircraft without spending money. Optional tutorial prompts helps get you started.

Unobtainable Requirements. The resources needed to upgrade and advance are impossible to achieve. Unless you’re willing to spend a whole lot of money it would take years to advance past the early levels.

Transport empire. The graphics are good and the story line i good as as well, but the repair costs on trains, carriages, steamships and airships are prohibitive and things need to be repaired constantly. Makes it extremely difficult to expand without spending huge amounts of money. So unless that is something you have no issue with I would not recommend getting this game.

Math. So this developer doesn’t understand economics for a game that’s runs on economics. At lvl 21 you still can produce the resources to open lvl 18. When you contact “tech support” they don’t understand the math. This is a game I’ve enjoyed on tv nights buy I’m not going to spend money to open parts of the game 3 lvls below where I’m at. I would imagine if I wanted to spend hundreds of dollars buying gold bars this game would be better. They need a better understanding of XP

Nice job.. The graphics and gameplay of this game is smooth and satisfying. I enjoy playing and it works my imagination from time to time. Keep up the good work!

Missing a key feature, but good game. Can be better!. This is a great and fun game. Simple and entertaining! BUT-if you have it on ONE device and DL’d it again on your other device, then you will have TWO separate games. NO cross compatibility exits by design by the dev’s. I discovered and discussed this at lengths. So pick your device, or computer that you will solely use and then enjoy. If a iPad/tablet so be it. The next downloaded device you will start from the beginning Level, sadly to report. But please enjoy.

Pretty Fun. Lots of depth, addicting and only gets better the more you play

Content refuses to download. I downloaded the game, but was never able to get much past the starting video because the game refuses to download the content. It downloads some quick stuff in a second or so, but then gets to 23 or so larger assets and errors out. Someone is not minding the store here.

Crashes too often. I like this game. This update got rid of the possibility of getting advanced parts and they are needed for repairs. It is impossible to get enough small parts to build the complex parts needed. It still crashes too often on iPad mini v1. A game crashing two minutes after it opens is just not acceptable. I hope they can fix the crashing issue and parts imbalance soon.

Money. Not for fun.. I’m playing for years, and I’m planning to do it occasionally since they make it harder and harder to complete tasks, and the only possible way to do it in acceptable time is to spend money. They do everything to charge our money, but not to make the playing enjoyable.

Really fun. Only downfall is having to spend money to get way ahead but overall best game I have played.

It’s turning into a slog.. The game is fun, but the story progression has slowed to a crawl. Acquiring parts takes too long, and is making the rest of the game rather boring. What is the point of upgrading my engines and resources if the gameplay just gets slower from this point onward? Also, I’ve upgraded all of the clay pits, but I keep receiving clay pit experts from the airship contracts. I would appreciate an option for retraining my experts to solve that problem.

Stop making it worse! It was great.... History: had this game for 4-5 years, maybe longer, and I’ve almost unlocked everything as F2P. Hundreds of hours micromanaging over thousands of sessions. This is the greatest transport/train/delivery mobile game I’ve ever played. But... Today: The last 2 updates (which I hoped would reinvigorate the game since it had been such a long time since the last one) brought game quality way down, first with constant crashes during loading, and now the contract manager is terribly inconvenient and illogical. Once the game loads, it runs well usually, but starting it a 50/50 situation. As an example of the contract manager issues, sorting by “Time Left” for a few of my current contracts shows restarts as 6h36m, 2h01m, 1h43m, 5h56m (in that order) then shows the remaining completed and running contracts combined, listed by time duration, shortest to longest. It’s a big pain in the neck to watch the contracts jump around and search for them in this new crazy order. If you can explain the new order and want to keep it, fine, but please call it something else (maybe “Sorting Roulette”?) and give us back the previous sorting, which kept things that were complete and ready for restarts together. Overall, I’ve spent lots of time on this game, including watching hundreds/thousands of ads, because it’s been a great, almost always. Please keep that going and my review rating stars will go back up. Cheers.

Gold. The game gave me 3 times my order of gold and now they accuse me of cheating? Have no idea how to fix it. No English support. Love playing though

Was fun till I realized it’s cheating!!. I’ve throughly enjoyed this game until now. 3 people in my family play Transport Empire but NO ONE can make the support work at all. It never loads and mine is not in English, but another language. That’s ridiculous!! 😡 I can’t communicate about problems or suggestions and I have no way of fixing this stuff. I’m so mad!!! My current problem is I have 5 coal mines and 16 coal mine managers. But when I try to upgrade a mine with managers it tells me I don’t even have 1!!! That I need 10 more managers to do it. My husband’s game is the same so this isn’t some fluke, the games is cheating! All the upgrades I’ve done to get more managers was a waist and worthless since I can’t use them. And because I can’t use Support and contact you, I just fume. FIX SUPPORT!!! AND FIX THE GAME!! I’ll take down/update my review when it problem has been solved.

Alright. As a railfan, I was looking for a game about trains like Sid Meier's Railroad Tycoon, and from a technical standpoint this game is very deficient. The creators obviously DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH, with small-yet-annoying grammatical errors and ZERO knowledge of US (or British) railroad terminology. For example, there is no such thing as an "open boxcar"; it's called a gondola. And the way basic parts combine to make advanced parts is just silly. On the positive side - good graphics and that you can get pretty far for free, I guess the other reviewers didn't have enough patience.

Great Game But..... Love this game and have had countless hours of fun. My only complaint is that the developers have stopped supporting the game. Too bad and so sad.

Great. I've only just started I rate it highly as I believe the concept art graphics are great easy to use layout tho still a bunch to get a handle on I look forward to spending much time on this one. 👊🏽

Too hard. With the new way of building every thing with parts it has made the game a lot harder. You seem to have plenty of some kind of parts and not enough of others. It always seems like you have plenty of what you don't need and not enough of the ones you do. Eg. It took me a month or two to build an airship to get experts. PLEASE fix and I will rate you five stars, Trina. PS please go back to being able to buy everything with money, so much easier. I mean, if you buy a car in real life you don't have to build it right? Sorry, but I just don't play this game as often as I used to. Trina.

Money pit. This game will do anything it can to bleed you dry. You use gold, which if like me you are foolish enough to buy, will disappear in no time paying for managers for your sites and mines. The developers have very cleverly introduced a nice little earner to this game, after you use your gold, which remember you have paid for with your cash, to buy your managers, they then take them away. Today 75% of the sites I had close! lost their managers! disappeared into the ether. Gone, shuffled off this mortal coil. They ROBBED ME. Have you got it yet. I am not suggesting you shouldn't play the game, just that perhaps keep your money firmly in your pocket. Enjoy

Okay, but frustrating.. I’m enjoying the game. I’ve always enjoyed this style of sim. A couple of things annoy me though. Aside from getting one gold bar at a time playing the random adventures, the only way to get gold is through in-app purchases. There also seems to be a bug with the city screen. The menus at the bottom lock out, and I can’t get back to the map view. I hope this gets fixed in an update soon.

Another Money Grabber. I love the game but why can't you just be able to buy it outright and enjoy it?

Watch screen. I get a blocked train, which then asks me to watch an ad. When I click on it to watch the ad, it just goes black, but I can hear the trains. I can not get out of the black screen and have to reboot my iPad to clear it. Happened twice so far in 2 minutes.

4 year old. I know one that just loves your game. I read the hard parts to understand and he does the rest😇

The Game. What can I say, I love the game but all the bugs and problems in the past month has nearly driven me away from the game... I am close to opening the last village but I am hoping there will be more to this game because one the last village has been opened and upgraded well there will not be much point in playing.... Great but I would not use real money to play the game considering how many villages there are.... Well it has been a few months since I wrote my review and I will not retract what I have already written but things are starting to get better with the game :-) but the crunch is there are no new levels yet or new towns which would be great. I can only hope this will change considering the costs if you want to but the special trains and boats. Like I said on the last town now and I am working my way through the upgrades in all of the cities and for the trains, no upgrades for the boats or carriages. At least they daily gifts are handy and every week there is a bluster gift :-) like the train and the gold :-) I am getting fed up with being asked to rate the game as I have already done so it should stop asking. As for the problems every time the game is updated there is a new problem that has to be fixed because of this I am getting very tired of the game

Prepare to give up your life for this game. Takes so long to level up. At this rate it will be another month to go from 3-4. Plus I've got the faster trains and now one of the missions is to have 3 slow trains... Why?! Now I have to sell the fast trains and buy the slow ones to pass the mission. There is no way to get more space for trains because it is impossible to upgrade the station without gems. Gems which cannot be bought and are presumably available in level 7...

Fascinating game. Great game and I think the designers have listened to the users - much more user friendly now, still taking the managers so mines are inoperable but providing the Engineers to fill the gaps. I can recommend this game now. The graphics and concepts are excellent.

Poor Performance. Every time we get an upgrade something else goes wrong. My requests for help from my friends don't work very often and my daily gifts rarely work. The game doesn't give out mine managers when your mines becomes exhausted so it looks like the developers are trying to force your hand and get you to spend real money. I would rather delete the game and play something else. It's a good little game when it works properly but that is so rare it's not worth downloading it.

Overly complicated and unenjoyable. As usual GI has overthought what it takes for people to enjoy a game. I have played many much simpler games and had so much fun that I had to buy as they were not continually pressuring me, so I could advance. By the time you get to level 5 you are continually hit with ongoing costs on your resources that it severly affects progress. I have been asked to Build the Warehouse which entails gaining massive amount of Popularity that I have spent the best part of 2 days only getting 10% of what is needed, making the game extremely tedious and boring trying to get resources that keep on getting dwindled - A FORCE TACTIC BY GI TO MAKE YOU PURCHASE. If you want to enjoy a game, steer away from Game Insight.

Transport Millionaire. Takes a bit of time but enjoyable. Now it takes twice as many pay items to advance. Might not be able to continue soon without paying money.

Levelling up is way too long. I am having no problems with crashes. But I am finding it increasingly frustrating with the amount of time it takes to level up. Upgrading buildings within the city gains no xp, small amounts can only be gained from doing contracts. The quests give you good amounts, but once past lvl 7 & 8, you can't really complete the next quest until lvl 10. At this rate it will be at least a month or two just grinding before I can complete the next quest. I agree with all the other comments about social networking. Games should be for the individual and not those who have to be "connected" all the time. Game Insight has a history of releasing potentially good games but always seem to fail due to their greed. To put it into perspective for myself, I don't mind spending some money on these games to say thanks to the developers, but they require you to spend more to get the most out of it than a PS4 game costs which took hundreds of people to develop and actually immerses you in their world. Time for a reality check here I think.

Update. The latest update includes watching videos to gain items which is a wonderful idea. Well, it would be if the game didn't freeze after watching so you don't get the reward. Please fix.

Promising start but now disappointed. Started off ok. Am now halfway through level 10 but now can't progress because I built the wrong thing in a city and can't delete anything. Also now only able to use one coal mine at a time due to no managers so takes very long time to accumulate resources. Needs a major upgrade.

Pushy game, I hate pushy games!. I can't pass the tutorial simply because it won't let me wait the 15mins for a building to complete without spending in game money to speed it up, if I want to wait then let me wait. But in this case the clock is not even counting down, its stuck unless I choose to speed it up. What a dumb way to convince someone to play a game. It has potential but as other Game Insight games, you hit the wall too early in the game and pretty much give up. I can't stand pushy developers. Game Insight, relax a little!

Prev was better. But great game. This is a really awesome relaxing passive game. Train fan will enjoy. Sadly the game was a lot better before they brought in ‘parts’ and the excessive amount of refined good. I now fine the game very stagnant and doesn’t progress.

Game. This app needs more features

Needs work.. First of all, I can't get the update at all. IOS 8 update won't download at all. Second, when you tap on a building and all the money and stuff comes out, if there is a character dialogue, all the earnings disappear. Third is that watching the tiny trains crawl across the map is way too boring. So possibly add a camera option where you can zoom in on a locomotive, boat or airship and get a 3d view of that vehicle as it travels. Back to the point. Fourth and final is that icons are way to small for IPod and IPhone users. It has thrown my sense of perspective off now!

Fun but ends up expensive. This was a fun game at first but as you expand it ends up costing too much $. The bugs were also very frustrating & I almost didn't come back. I have decided not to spend any more $ on this game since the bugs were fixed & currently have most of my mines without managers & inoperable

Complicated, expensive and crashes all the time. The length of the tutorial belies the over-complexity of this game. And once you get through it and have more than just the four routes running at a time, performance takes a huge hit. It's odd that a game about transport hasn't paid attention to crashes. They have, though, put a lot of work into the in-app-purchases which you pretty much need to get past level 8 without grinding for days.

Transport Empire. Just started playing the game , I seem to be enjoying the game at the moment 😀

Fix parts. The balance of parts is still wrong. There is no reason why I should have 237 screws and no cylinders. If you're going to make something required for every upgrade and repair, make it more common in the parts boxes. In a proper economy I'd have some way to get rid of all these useless parts, either selling or melting back down; as it is I am wasting all my resources on things I don't need.

Updates badly needed. Crating new parts is ridiculously slow as you have to tap the screen literally 1,000s of times. This takes an absurdly inordinate amount of time when the sensible options are either a sliding bar or a text window where you can enter the amount you require to craft and BAM: you have the required amount 2 seconds later. Map expansions would be great, too. Been playing this game for what must be getting close to ten years now without any additions to the map.

Frustrating. Alright game but have lost my patience with it! don't ever receive mangers with out paying for them. Also can't move on because I got a quest for an area that requires lvl16 and 13 and I'm lvl 8. Also had to restart from scratch when my quests wouldn't complete even when I had finished the tasks. time to delete i say

Disappointed. Well I pushed on to level 20 at some expense only to find the game becoming totally glitchy. I have pop ups offering in game discount purchases in Cyrillic script, pop ups are unresponsive and when finally they are moved off screen game play for the current session is not saved. I give up. Very disappointed as I invested quite a lot of dollars in getting this far. Seems greed got the better of these developers.

Slow and fantastic graphics. Hmmmm, I've just hit the Level seven bug, - I cant run the second coal mine without inviting friends from Facebook. Like theres a flood of people playing this game! Grrr! The game runs smoothly for me and I'm enjoying it. I really love the graphics! The game is VERY slow placed to play. Tip for newbies: - ONLY follow the quests to get you started, otherwise you will run out of money. Just do what the big green arrows point too, and you'll get along fine.

Greedy $$$$. This game is boring as hell. Same old, same old. Quest to build two new engines, need heaps of parts that are never showing up. Not enough basic parts to make all the more advanced parts. There are up to five levels of parts with each successive level requiring parts from the previous level. Used to have parts contracts at craft shop that meant the longer contracts would yield higher value parts. Ha! Now the shortest contract 1hr costs $1000 silver for one lot of five basic parts. Go to a higher contract, (developers of this game can't do math) spend five times the $$ and five times as long and only get three lots of basic parts. It has been two months now of continuous playing and I cannot Aquire sufficient parts to complete a quest to build two Gladstone engines as I need the parts to keep my existing fleet in operation. Have now given up on this game it has taken me nearly two years of playing to make it to level 33. Cost for expansion are ludicrously outrageous, far too high

Enjoy. I enjoy the game it so good to play but it toke me so long to get through because of the money you have to pay or what, and having to what because I did note have money made the enjoyment so good instade of the best game I have ever played.

Not what I was looking for. I guess somewhere in the description I was mislead into believing this is a re-imagining of railroad tycoon. Don't know how that happened. This isn't railroad tycoon at all, routes are pre set and there seems to be only one map

Promising. Interesting to start with, but I would like to see limits put on the social networks changed... Not everyone likes the same kinds of games, and the link a friend or pay to continue to play is a bit insulting. In addition a number of quests or tasks are mislabelled. Like buy another puffing billy locomotive... When it appears that the quest was to buy a rocket locomotive. You just bought a new train that wasn't required, .... Stuffs things up.

Total rubbish. I was level 7 in the game and I hadn't done a single thing on my own! The game keeps making you do things in order and you can't progress without following their storyline and it's boring as hell. All I did, the entire time I played, was just randomly click things that had a green arrow on them. I didn't learn how to play and there was a heap of cut scenes that didn't seem to have any point. It looks super complicated, and I don't know how long you need to play until you can choose what to build and upgrade or which contacts to sign on your own, but I'm not wasting anymore time on it. It's just awful.

Sir. If you like agro in your life then this is the game for you!! You spend a minute loading the game, then less than five minutes playing the game and it shuts itself down. Another minute reloading the game and then it shuts down again. Save yourself the time, aggravation and money and don't purchase this game.

Still need fairer parts. I still don't seem to be getting to many Complex parts or Top-Grade parts even though I'm selecting those contracts. I only seem to be get parts mainly from Nut to Value. I would hope & expect if I selected: Set of Basic Parts to get Nut, Stud, Screw, Spring &/or Cylinder; Set of Ordinary Parts to get Link, Cogwheel, Rope, Piston &/or Value; Set of Complex Parts to get Crankshaft, Gearing, Chain, Pump &/or Thermostat; Set of Top-Grade Parts to get Chainwheel, Reducer, Turbine, Longeron &/or Superheater.

Love the gameplay, hate the bugs. This game is extremely addictive which in turn makes it extremely frustrating when it constantly crashes. It take 2 mins to load, and when it crashes 3 times within a minute of playing, I give up. Annoyingly addictive, but not enough to put up with the constant crashes. Worst part is, looking at other reviews, I'm not alone with the head thoughts,yet nothing has been done. Why would we pay for expensive in app purchases when the app keeps crashing? Time for a new game and it won't be one from this developer.

Very disappointing. I should be giving this 5 stars, not the 1 star that I am...I was loving this game. I have made one in-app purchase which I was happy to make because I felt the game was worth it. I am on level 34. Or should I say, I WAS on level 34. Opened the game today and it's gone. I'm back on level 1. All that time and money wasted. Very disappointed. Addition: I managed to retrieve an older version of my game from my cloud and continue from there. Since then I have played my way up to level 39...only for the game to restart back at level 1 AGAIN. I play offline and as a result my progress is not often saved to my cloud. Yes I have been able to restore it again but I have still lost several weeks worth of play, for the SECOND TIME. Plus I lost one of my premium trains as a result. NOT HAPPY. I'm actually considering deleting it now.

Fun but annoying. I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years, and while I enjoy it, there are some frustrating parts to it. When you rebuild a facility, often the new site pops up behind an existing site so you can’t tap on it to work it. When you look at a “movie” to get a reward, sometimes the movie doesn’t load or when it gets to the end after 30 seconds or so and you close it by tapping “X”, sometimes you don’t get your reward because it says you didn’t watch it to the end. Also, when you do the gamble lately, the odds of you losing is now much higher. The game is becoming a rip off.

Fun but expensive. I really enjoy the city building side of the game it's quite challenging getting the resources. I am not going to pay to purchase trains or gold etc I want to see if you can finish the game without it, my feeling is that you might but it will take a lot of perseverance. I understand the developers need to be paid for the game eventually but I'd rather buy the app or have the option to upgrade to a paid version than pay as you go. I would like to see more fun side quests like there where in the beginning, at the moment on level 12 it's quite boring. On the whole fun but I'm wondering how long before I get stuck and can't finish the game without buying something.

IAP Ruins a good game. I have been playing for 2 weeks and have made some IAPs to support the game. However now my game has ground to a halt because of the way the mine system is structured. You need a manager for a mine. You need to buy one, or find one (good luck with that). Even if you buy one, the mine's resources run out after a couple of days, you have to sell the mine, then your manager leaves! It seems they just don't want anyone to progress in the game. I now have 6 mines that need managers at 25 gold bars each. Even that would be ok if you could somehow earn gold bars, but the only way to get gold is to level up and you can't do that without mines - catch 22. Very disappointed with this.

Forces you to connect to facebook or pay. I previously rated the game a 2 star, now it's become a 1. When your mines resources get exhausted it collapses and you need to build a new one; I can understand upgrading the whole mine to level 4 again but I don't understand what happens to the manager. The only way to get a manager is to buy one or connect to facebook or hope to find one which is extremely rare. Make it so the managers can transfer to newly built resource bases.

Great but too full of bugs. Probably the most unstable app I have ever run. Constantly crashes, sometimes every few seconds. Shame because the basic game looks very good, but it is so unstable that I gave up and uninstalled it :(

Train game from game insight. It is fun and easy and what I love about it is that you don’t have to be constantly on the internet to play. You can do it everywhere. The game is fun and exciting to try to make it as a good businessman and save the family name and the company it represents.

Not like you care anyway. This game is a trap. In the beginning it seems fun, you can make decent progress in the story missions and upgrades. But once you hit a certain point, everything stands still (unless you’re willing to pay lots of real money). It takes weeks of playing non stop just for enough resources to make ONE upgrade in your cities. This game got really boring really quickly. Send trains out, come back in a couple of hours to collect, resend trains out. There’s no progress anymore and it sucks! What’s the point of playing if you can’t get anywhere? 10 springs for 1 rope, need three ropes for a new train, but can only get parts once every three hours and MAYBE you’ll get ONE spring. Things take way too long and I’ve grown bored. Too bad because this has the potential to be an excellent game, too bad the developers don’t listen to the players and make improvements. Uninstalling this one.

Disappointed. Friends told me to try this game. Seeing all these consistent 1 star reviews following the recent update has made me decide to delete it. Consistent complaints of the real money costs to keep the game going. While I don't mind spending money for an upgrade or cool thing here and there, I am not interested in a game requiring dollars to be invested for basic play. Sounds like someone made a bad call at the game company. Good luck!

It makes me think. Most games don’t require much brain, this game has so many different resources and it keeps introducing different things as you go along. It gets to the point where I am thinking about where to invest my current resources in order to maximize my gains down the line, it’s just me trying to allocate my resources properly so I don’t screw myself over. There is just so much to describe that I’ll need a video essay to tell you how I feel about this game. 9/10, I would like if we had to make our own train tracks to add a bit of complexity to the game, maybe add it to Transport Empire 2.

Used to be great. Very interesting at the beginning. Different then other games, sophisticated, strategic, fun... But when you get used to it you alway lack Ingénieurs ... you start to pay, it is worth it, but rapidly you realize that you would have to pay a fortune constantly. Used to be great! Ad server is busted. Used to be a very enjoyable game. I paid some money to buy a few upgrades here and there, and recently anytime it says to watch an ad as part of the random events, it just goes to a black screen and locks up and you have to kill the game. That pulls our a chunk of the game play and bonuses. Very disappointing they orphaned one of the best titles in the genre.

Not impressed. When I first started playing this game the tasks were time consuming but were able to accomplish. After not playing for a year i started fresh and found that there are even more steps now that have really frustrated me. It has become a game about making money to advance the most simplistic task because you don't have enough parts. Come on guys. Too much run around and endless wastes of time.

Gets better and better. At first I felt like the graphics were too small to focus on and the instructions were coming at me too often, but now that I’ve got a handle on things it’s really fun! I would have given it four or five stars except the women’s costumes are oversexualized. It bothers me because the men are dressed historically and then the women are fantasy flavours, very distasteful.

Do NOT expect quality games here.. This game is much the same as the rest of the games by the same company, not worth starting. Many of the bugs seem to be purposely engineered to make players spend more money. Events rarely show up with enough time left to complete them even with in game purchases. I have played a couple of their games for a long time hoping issues would get resolved but there has not been any resolution(s) or real fixes in the three odd years I have played their games.

Okay game. Fun game, much improved. It's strange, the resource metrics are backwards though. In most games, the shorter the resource collection duration, the better the return rate. But in this game the longer the duration the better the yield. For example, for the same coal payment, brick yields 3x more when set for hours rather than minutes. In other words, players are encouraged not to play this game. If you want to progress in the game, you'll get there faster by not playing (just set collections and leave). Seems backwards to me. Game logic/design needs some rethinking.

My Game Teview. Transport Empire is a game that one can quickly become engrossed in. However, the graphics have pretty much reached the limit of my CPU's ability to process. Because of this, the game tends to lag causing me to have to wait while the game processes commands. I alternate between the iPad 2 and the iPhone 6 to play this game. One must have patience while playing this game as it takes forever to graduate to the next level unless one spends money on the game. If you do spend money on the game then use your gold sparingly. Overall, it's a pretty entertaining game with good graphics and decent role play.

Wreckage Yard. This update does not integrate with the rest of the game at all. Your transport empire now becomes a broken down wreckage yard that you can't afford to repair.

2.0 a disappointing rip-off. Save your money. They make the equipment break down and you need parts to repair it that cost so much you can't open new areas to enjoy the game's full potential because you have no coins to buy the territory. Shortcomings galore: -- the tutorial is terrible...when it was over, I had no idea how to play the game (and I'm no dummy) -- the tutorial REQUIRES you to hurry tasks, spending (wasting) resources, but doesn't give you resources to cover those, so you finish the tutorial in the hole -- do we really need a scantily clad woman as the character on the gold-spend-confirm screen? I have been playing this game since it came out. Are used to love this game and when I switched over from my old tablet to a new iPad this game pulled over and I started to play it again. I noticed right away that since I had played it there were a few changes. Then I realized I wanted to leave feedback to let them know that in my opinion they broke the game. Then I realized I did not have the latest update, so to be fair I updated and played for a while. I did this prior to writing this review. The game is terribly broken. I cannot get enough parts to keep my trains running and at this rate I will not be able to even possibly get enough supplies out of my trains to upgrade to get the appropriate parts that I need. When I first started there were no parts. I like the idea of having to make parts but they are so difficult to get unless of course you want to pay a lot of real money for gold and do updating in that way. Immediately I noticed a new feature to me which is apparently not very new, regarding the collection list. I liked it OK but when I did the latest update it does not seem to work very well at all. Lastly it is all zoomed in and I can’t get it to zoom out. Playing in the old format it is very noticeable to me and was better the way it was before. If I want to be able to zoom out and see more of my world I should be able to. I was able to until the latest update. To me the game is not even playable until they make parts more readily available. Please fix this so that I can continue to play it was a very fun game until you broke it. I will happily upgrade to a five star review if these things can be fixed.
