Love the game but.... I’ve been playing for over a year and really enjoy it but the last change on the matching puzzles makes no sense. I enjoy playing the matching puzzles in the different locations but now they’re all the same in every location, doesn’t make sense. Until you go back to your original matching puzzles with a different one in each location I won’t be playing them.

SO MANY WEAPONS - NO TRADE OPPORTUNITIES. I have collected over 200 weapons which CANNOT be used for any available trade in the city. Then, when I do finally get one I need for a certain trade, that trade opportunity disappears. I have been playing every day and am extremely frustrated by the inequality of trade items/weapons earned to opportunities to use them. I will be deleting this TOTALLY NOT REWARDING GAME but wanted to post this review first, to warns others not to wast their time. Items earned are not a reward for successful play if they just collect in inventory and cannot be used. Plus, the amount of energy required to search a place, when compared to the useless items and the excessive time (or $$) needed to restore energy is just nothing but another layer of frustration. Games are supposed to be fun. This is not fun.

Fun!. I’ve only been playing this game for two days but it is really fun so far. I am a working mom of two so I can’t sit on it all day.. which is a good thing because it requires time to allow for energy to reload. I look forward to the next levels! The graphics are reallly high quality and reminds me of a PlayStation game!

It can be frustrating. I like the game ok, but it’s very frustrating that when I watch videos to do anything (spin wheel, get more time, battle) over half the time when the ad ends it results in a blank white or blank black screen. Waiting does nothing and I’m forced to close out the game and restart and sit through the long loading process (which I’d be ok with if the game didn’t force me to do it all the time).

Considering deleting. I’ve been playing this game for years & invested more money than I should. It used to be my favorite game, but I’m considering deleting it. What is the purpose of Mirror a World? Even though it’s pretty boring due to the limited number of games available, I managed to get to level 14. But for what benefit?? Apparently none. No new games. No nothing! I would advise new players not to waste time on this game.

Alison Wondering. Just started playing a few days ago and so far I like it. I will not pay to play and advance in a game which is why I quit many games. This one seemsgood so far but I've only been playing less than a week.

Used to be fun. This used to be my favorite game. I used to play hours at a time and didn’t mind spending some money here and there. Now I play out the 30-minute energy freezer they started giving during the pandemic and leave. The recent changes have killed the game. They cluttered the interface needlessly; they reduced the effectiveness of the bomb hints by 20%; they increased the resources required to enter a space; they quit giving intermediate prizes in the competitions; they haven’t fixed the video function in months; they started using the Mirror world modes in the non- Mirror world; they reduced the rewards for successfully finding all objects in a space. Their customer support is worthless. They are interested in monetizing the game, and that’s all they’re interested in. I understand the need for profit in a business, but they’ve become money hungry to the exclusion of every other aspect of good business.

Prompts you to pay too much. The game is fun, I always like the Alice theme. The higher level you get, the you need to spend real money to keep going. What is very annoying is the constant ‘buy me’ pop ups. When you log on, after you finish a puzzle, or anything, pop up, ooo a sale, the sale isn’t even worth it. Holiday events, unless you are willing to pay money or if you have been play a long time and saved, you can’t really do them. Made it to level 26 and you usually have to unlock the new area. This requires either gold to buy a key or collecting objects that have never found yet. There were probably at least 6 places I wasn’t able to unlock for different reasons. The game is good, but the constant pop ups and the crazy requirements this game wants is why I changed my rating to a 1. I want to keep playing, but I am tired of the disappointment.

I'm Not sure it deserves a star 😕. I have enjoyed playing this game for several months (Daily) until today! I have spent 40+ crystals to defeat Nuff (today) and when I used the items they did nothing. So not only did I lose crystals I lost the items used to defeat him! The game also takes way to long to earn coins to move forward. I also believe that if we have already turned in a collection we shouldn't have to collect or try to collect the items needed again & again. Believe me when I say that I understand it's a game but I'm frustrated at trying to level up & open new buildings to explorer.

Fine at first. Game can be enjoyable - especially at first. But the multitude of simultaneous quests makes the story and difficult to follow. Game requires a lot of grinding and not all the characters stay on the map so even that becomes difficult. Further, several quests require “friends” which is a problem for solo-players. This is not at all like the Mystery Manor (same company) which has attractive graphics, a clear storyline, and is fully solo.

Bad updates. Hi! I played this game for 5 months. I really liked the way it was until the game changed. I didn’t like the new stuff that’s why I delete the app. Also, there are days that no matter how long you play, the game doesn’t give you what you are looking for. Jugué por 5 meses, pero cambiaron algunas cosas que más me gustaba del juego. Por esta razón lo eliminé. Hay días en los que por más que juegues y uses amuletos, hay objetos que no se pueden encontrar.

Favorite iPad App. This is by far my favorite game on the iPad. The details and artwork are amazing. Yes, it can be a bit frustrating to go through and play if you don’t put real world money into it - but it’s not impossible. Every once in a while they throughout missions and extras that help speed things up. And I really like the addition of a 30 minute energy freeze when you open up for the first time in a day. More if you’ve been gone longer. I am majorly impressed with their customer service. If you contact support through the app for any issues, they have a bot that tries first, but if that doesn’t work I can request talking to a real person and they usually respond within a few hours. I am very impressed. They are always updating and changing things, which makes this interesting. Love this game.

Takes many months or money to open areas. They have made a great game ... but very slow to get anywhere and costs a fortune if you want to progress. Ironically they would make more money by charging less because more players would stay. And WAY too long to make progress in opening new areas unless you literally spend hundreds of dollars or play it for YEARS. They don’t care that areas cost huge sums of money to open.

Ann not happy. I am and been playing this game for a long time and in a decent level right now. From some reviews that I agree with, I see this game is going for money only!!! Some places require a lot of energy that can take everything we accumulate in 24 hours! I have an old version iPad, when I asked the support system if I can witch devices what’s the proper procedure? He said you are going to loose all of your friends!!!!!! Really? Why? I have over that a 1000 friend!! And like a previous comment here someone said he can’t get gifts or request items anymore! Why? My old device is preventing me from playing certain rooms and I can’t get a lot of prizes too. Some bosses we need to defeat right? And you are thankfully giving us 500 points if we watch a video but every time I hit the button to watch the video I either get a frozen screen or crash the game immediately!!!!!!! Why? And I know now no matter how many times we complain, all we get is contact the support center, in which they won’t do anything but ask you to change devices or buy something. Look, this game made for us to have fun and get out of our busy busy lives not to stress us, by doing this you are losing people gradually and one day you gonna end up losing the app! Consider what I said please!!!

Fun, but .... A bit confusing, but they help you along. A year later adding to my first review, not getting very far. It takes sooo long to get anywhere. I'm getting tired of it now. Still don't understand the game. So many characters that when I finish a search I forget what I was trying to find to complete the task. They point you to a place to find something you need, then after finishing the task, you don’t get what you wanted. Very disappointing you are forced to try to complete tasks and you never get anywhere. I keep thinking it will get easier, but it doesn’t. Again I say I really don’t understand it. It’s way too expensive to even think of buying the things you need.

Fix the stupid Facebook issue!. I lost all my progress this was my favorite game but it doesn’t even have tech support!!! You deserved to be bankrupt putting all the blame on Facebook for the issues instead of your app issue is dumb. Your taking everyone’s money without even earning it! I can’t believe you dropped the ball this bad! Shut the game down entirely if you are going to be this way!

About 2 years in. I’ve had this game for a long time now. Recently it crashes, all the time. It either completely makes you restart, or it shows you the board completed, however will not allow you to take any actions, and does not show the building names. Prior experience was great. Wish it still worked. Platform; iPhone 7s

Great game. I love this game except that I haven't played in a while when I changed iPads and had to start over. This time I can search two or three rooms and then have no energy because they get anomalies too quickly. ANYTIME I go to watch an ad it boots me out. Did make one purchase this time but if it stays like this I'll stop playing because even though I love this game so much, it's become frustrating instead of relaxing.

Enjoy Playing!. I enjoy playing the game .... graphics are great .... But I can’t afford all the things that make for greater game progress. The other problem is that with each new appliance you start the game anew. My iPad is old & on it’s last legs ... the technician said he was surprised it was still working! With my new iPad meant a renewal of the game ... other games uploaded just fine ... is there a reason this game is not keeping up with technology ?

Need help. I love this game but right now my screen keeps getting stuck on the florist event. I’ve tried shutting the game and reloading but it gets to the screen telling me to look at the goals and then it gets stuck. Update I’ve never gotten past this issue and just restarted my game. Now my issue is the new classroom scene. It says it requires textbooks to play but when you play another location it gives you school uniforms for the classroom.

Albion. The game is fun, but sometimes hard to follow. I don’t always know where to go next. As with most of these you are almost required to make in app purchases. That’s one reason I like Big Fish! You pay one flat fee and play as long as you want without more money. The in app prices are way too high and on Social Security, I cannot justify spending that money.

Great game.. I really like this game because it keeps bringing new places to search, but I had a bad experience with this game. When I updated the game it brought me down 10 levels of experience. I lost level experience, coins, and crystals. I contacted the customer service and they help me to recover the coins and crystals, but not my experience level. It’s very disappointed and frustrated because I invested a lot of money to reach the level I was in.

Survey Comment. Takes to long to move forward and for the energy to replenish. It's a game that people are suppose to enjoy. Why does it have to be so costly to move forward? Yes the graphics are beautiful but does that mean we have to pay? Please make it easier and less costly to move on.

Fix app crashing. Love the game. However app keeps crashing when I play in the backstreets. So I can’t get past certain goals. I contacted support but heard nothing from them. Plus there are so many goals that pop up with time limits that you can’t complete them all. Even when I try focusing on just one it still seems impossible.

Update Long Overdue. It is the day before Valentines Day and looks like no event for it. I read sometime ago players were being pushed towards playing on Facebook. Many don’t use nor trust Facebook. I am one. If there is nothing for Valentines Day I will Off Load this App and eventually Delete it by Summer. Apple was supposed to remove Apps that didn’t do updates. I know it has been over 9 months for this one. The developers either need to update or put on their website no more updates for this game. In fact a few weeks ago I was on their website hoping to find something about this game. This game wasn’t even listed. Apple make these Developers keep up to date or kick them off the Apple Store.

Stuck Sales Pop Up. I recently started the game and it’s taking me to mirror world to look around. Cheshire pops up and says to leave, when I click take reward another window pops up saying “congratulations you found a wand!” And is prompting me to buy something. Except I can’t click okay or the X button to close the window. I am stuck on that screen. Closing the game and restarting does the same thing.

Mirrors of Albion. I am angry to say the least! Too many glitches, very slow! Game reset my level! Rooms I unlocked are locked again! Worse, my diamonds are gone! I had at least 1300, now I have 110! So how do I get my money back? Everywhere I go, it shuts down!

Mirrors of Albion. Used to really love playing. I could play for long periods of time a day. Now I play for 5-10 minutes. It’s taking me longer to write this review. They made so many changes recently which are horrible. Cost to much to explore rooms energy does not replenish quick at all. They want you to spend real money which is ridiculous for us on a budget folks. I had to change devices twice and I lost all my friends over 1000. Now I dont receive gifts back nor do I get items I need when I request them. I’m not sure who is running this game. But really? It’s just NOT FUN anymore Such a BORING GAME, nothing fun about it! .

Alice in mirrors of Albion. I am not happy with you love the game been playing on my iPhone since 2016 was almost to level two hundred had almost all the rooms open except for three was not able to play for a few days came back and everything was gone back to the beginning. At this time I have not been able to get all my levels and rooms back

Mirrors of Albion. I used to love this game but recently it takes so long to replenish energy it takes almost 24 hours. Haven’t even been able to open it since the last update 3 days ago. I contacted support and got the canned response but nothing else. If I ever get it to open up again I will use what I have invested and probably delete it😡😡😡😡😡

Requirements and Upgrade. The latest upgrade is greatly flawed. Often unable to open a location to search, unable to banish, sometimes the inventory won’t open and other issues. I enjoy the game and play a lot.

Abandoned Game. No point in playing anymore, as the developers have completely abandoned this game. The last two seasonal events won’t allow earning required items to play. As someone else here pointed out, the month-long classroom event required uniforms (stacks of shirts), but only useless books could be collected. Now during the cemetery event no exploration of locations will yield the needed torches to play, even with amulets. No point in playing if you’re locked out of seasonal events!

Money, money, money. The premise of this game is fun with fun locations and graphics and quests. I was really hooked when I started playing and enjoying it but as I went along it became frustrating. New locations became impossible to open unless I wanted to spend a great deal of money and then keep spending money to explore it. I realize that I am never going to make progress in this game because the purpose of it seems to get me to spend as much money as possible. Sad really because it could be so different. Too greedy!

Love it. I really love the game it’s time consuming and the graphics are great it’s filled with suspense but the mad hatter throws me off in the movie he was crazy here he is just another guys that likes hats and backwards watches but overall I love it.

Love this game. I really like playing this game. Have played it on several devices. My only complaint is after while it’s hard to get things to go further in the game and becomes monotonous.

Frustrated. I love this game, but it cost real money to level up. I was going on vacation so I bought crystals that brought me up to @ 1,800 crystals. I was at level 50 & had unlocked several locations. I put a note on my wall to let the friends that I play with know that I will be away from the game for a week. When I got home from vacation I was at level 45, only had 133 crystals, several of the locations that I had unlocked are now locked & the note that I put on my wall is gone. This has happened to me before but they always fixed it, this time they haven't. I'm not sure if I will continue to play this game.

Steals your money. I’ve been playing this game for a while & have had 2 incidents of them taking my payment & not giving me what I paid for in the game. Both instances, the game crashed on me & shut down AFTER I bought my items. The first time it happened, they gave me my items after a long going back & forth with them & I had to submit screenshots of my receipt from Apple. The 2nd incident, few days ago, I tried to buy items on 5 different occasions, & each time I purchased an item, the game crashed & shut down on me & never gave me the items I purchased. I submitted my receipt from Apple to them & still waiting for my items which I probably won’t get back. & another thing, the game lets you get coins but rarely ever has any useful items you can buy with them. Rather, they force you to buy crystals if you want to get anywhere in the game.

Always crashing. I love this game but it is always crashing! At times it will even crash and when I open it back up it has taken me back a level or I will lose coins or crystals that I have just bought or won. Not sure how much longer I will be playing because while it is fun it is extremely frustrating!

Fun, but never enough to get anywhere but the basic rooms. This game is fun to play, with great graphics and interesting modes for the searches. However, as much fun as the holiday themes are, one can never complete many of the challenges or find the required items to banish monsters. And there’s a perpetual shortage of gold stars, whether it’s to search rooms or banish creatures for complete those challenges. It’s a bit of a money grab. I wish they had fewer new creatures to banish, more rooms to explore (that were possible to open without needing to complete 5,000 challenges that aren’t possible), and then needing more items to search the rooms that just took a year to open. They need to limit the new creatures to a few and not dozens. Allow challenges to open rooms, but then allow those opened rooms to Be explored. And then not have the gold stars be required for everything. It’s a huge money grab. I wish there were a subscription option (say, $1.99/mo) or a basic game fee ($10-20?) versus paying $99 to buy some stars to keep playing. Money wasted.

Mirrors of albion. Do not like the new updates . You made objects very hard to find. You changed the way the objects look, from the way they use to look. I have played this game for years. You cancelled my accounts, so I have to keep starting over, no wonder you have a lot of bad reviews, I don’t pay to play games, because of this reason . You also sent a message from the developer, which I did not receive.

The game seems nice so far, but. The graphics are nice and crisp. I haven’t played long enough to talk about the storyline so far. It seems like it will be a great game, but each time I solve a puzzle and return to the main page it locks up. Sometimes I only have to reset the app, but a few times I’ve actually had to reset my iPad. Hopefully they will look into this and fix it soon

I agree with Sashim- i agree with Nov 30 review- terrible game😡😡😡😡😡. Too many critters/ not enough bonuses or gifts to be given to us the consumers. Plus, i do all my own counting on the items to be found in any room & your game is behind on the items; yet it still throws me out & says i didn't find all the items, which is not true! I think your game is tricky and cheats a player out of succeeding WOULD BE A WONDERFUL GAME IF YOU WOULD JUST FIX ALL THE BAD THINGS ABOUT IT😡

Very pricey. I use to love this game but now you have to spend tons of money to play it. I’ve lost my progress three times and I used to be able to add more than 100 friends, now with all of these changes I am not so encourage to spend time on it as I used to do not to mention that to acquire weapons it’s almost possible now.

Review. While I like the game I don’t like all the ads constantly popping up wanting players to buy something for the game. There are people like myself who like to play these games who are disabled and spend a lot of time home bound. I find the game interesting and the graphics are colorful but the objects could be a little larger.

Intriguing game. I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying the game. Thus far I’ve had no trouble navigating, the characters are enjoyable, and I haven’t been left wondering what I’m supposed to do, which have been my experiences in many games.

Mirrors of Albion. I use to love this game, but that being said.... be careful how you spend your $ss!!! Would have rated 5 stars but still having issues with a few things, like being at level 103, logging out then logging back in a few hours later only to find out that I’m at level 3!! Waiting on support to make things right. If they make things right, I’m going to play this game even more than I did!! Will change the rating soon, I hope!

Mirrors of Albion. This is a really fun game! Good story, great graphics!! Some people say it’s too expensive, and I wondered about That so I tried another similar game!! Well that one was not as interesting, the graphics not as good, and it was a lot more expensive! So I gave that one up and came back to this one! Some people play this without spending any money! Just know that this game is a long term game, and slow moving!! Don’t be in a hurry!!

Fun game but can get expensive. I enjoy playing but the lives run out a bit quick. It is over sometimes before it gets going or the cost to keep it going can become expensive. While i do enjoy the game I don’t like the aspect of needing friends to pass certain levels. I also was unhappy that when i opened the game on a new computer i had to begin all over when i had made significant progress. I asked for help to sinc with my original game but did not get a response.

Fun!!......but. Ok, so it’s an fun game. I do like that it’s not creepy and boring! However why does different places have to cost 25 energy? And I personal don’t like that I’m limited on how long I can play, like once all the energy is gone I can’t do anything else. I do Thank You for the fun though 🤓

So, Cute!. How could you not love this game! The graphics are just outstanding; it's like being in a fairytale and the mini games and of course hidden objects gets more challenging as you go up in your levels that's how it should be. I think it's a very entertaining as well as educational for kids in away. You won't be disappointed playing this game; I assure you.

Unfortunately, like all hidden object games by the same makers, there is a need to keep buying energy rather than wait for it to build up. Sorry guys, I'd rather wait, this is promoted as a free game and should be just that. So while this energy builds, I'll go play one of their other games. A good way to spend some veg out time though.

Confusing and complicated. The hidden object scenes in this game are good. However it takes ages to earn enough energy to progress through the game and to actually play the hidden object scenes. More difficult scenes cost more energy so you are less willing to play them because it means you get less games. There are so many things to earn that it gets totally overwhelming and confusing. I have no idea what the overall aim is and the storyline is so confused that it drives me batty. I think there are more satisfying hidden object games out there that aren't so convoluted and painful.

LOVE IT!!!. Extremely fun game, my energy can't come back quick enough. I have it on 2 other devices in my home so once my energy runs out on my phone app I can go to my tablet then to my sons tablet and keep playing lol. However, for all the good things about this game, it is very frustrating with the length of time it takes to gather necessary items for collections and to open new rooms or places to explore. I play this game as often as my energy levels allow me to and I have so many other places/rooms available to explore but just can't get items quick enough. Love it but frustrating at the same time 😄

You should get more sticker designs. Can you get stickers of other characters please Thx ❤️

Ups and downs. While the game itself is fun and entertaining there are a few problems. Crashing after entering a room resulting in loss of energy, crashing as you leave resulting in loss of rewards - usually the Ones needed for a collection, and occasionally failure of the app to open. This last fault caused me to reinstall the app only to find that I am back to level 1 (from about level18) and all the stuff I had actually paid to gain has gone. Lesson: don't spend real money, just play a little at a time and enjoy it at that. The concept is fun and getting better as they fix the bugs. Looking forward to getting back to a higher level (but at least rooms cost less energy at the start).

Good if you love in app purchases. Graphics nice but simple gameplay & the only way to really progress is to spend lots on buying energy crystals via expensive in app purchases. Somehow this made it onto a top 5 list of iPad games i found; I think we can all agree NOT! Developers, you should be able to earn small amounts of energy with gold or trading objects you have multiple of, hopefully finding ones you need instead.

Great HO'S. Hope you're felling rich though! Requires online purchases to make any kind of advance in the game. You also need to have lots of friends on board. Just when you think you've opened a new area...guess what...you need to find a phenomenal amount of stuff to actually open it. Unless, of course, you can afford to buy your way in. Some of the graphics are of dodgy quality making it difficult to find some of the objects. A bit of fun but be prepared to either spend lots of time in a few sights or lots of money.

I love it...BUT.... I love this game, I have been playing it for about a month now, but lately it has been shutting itself down & doesn't save any of my progress, so I go back in, try do the things I did before it shut down, I get different results (trading) & then it shuts itself down AGAIN.!!! It is doing it constantly & I'm not enjoying it at the moment, because I fear it'll just shut down again, it does it all the time (after about 2 minutes of playing)... PLEASE fix this bug.!!! ☺️

I find it a nice game but I would suggest not to link it to Facebook as further in the game it constantly takes you to the fb page wanting you to share your achievements with your friends even if you don't want to! not allowing you to go further in the game, very annoying!!!!!! Also the energy goes very quickly forcing you to buy some more if you want to continue playing Over all it is entertaining

Frustratingly addictive. I love the game but its frustrating because you run out of energy too quickly and it takes a long time to build up gems and dollars to proceed with goals unless you want to spend money to buy them. I'm starting to get a bit 'over it'. Graphics are really lovely tho. And the challenges are good. I'd really like to get some new rooms to explore but that's taking a long time too.

Where's the energy?. A great and beautifully created game in the style of Mystery Manor, however frustrating as easily collecting coins with progress but halt repetitively as energy runs low to continue exploring without the gems needed to replenish energy to continue! Play consistently forced to stop as energy depletes with each explored room/location, and forced for some hours or even overnight to await replenished energy levels to continue! Random banner messages to return to game slightly annoying as I haven't forgotten to return. Overall a well presented game just frustrating as stop and go progress with energy levels, otherwise would achieve 5* easily.

Great Game!. Great game but like others have said it can be very difficult to pass challenges / unlock levels as not enough gifts are given when trading. I had to replace my ipad recently and lost all of my friends and couldn't add them again which is a pain. It take a long time gain experience too as energy doesn't last long enough! Great game though :)

Greedy for real money. I would have liked this game but was disgusted that gems that I earned go into a piggy bank which can only be unlocked with real money. Some items can only be purchased with gems. So, use real money to buy gems, or use real money to unlock the piggy bank. Phooey! Probably won't bother playing again.

Very Addictive. Very Addictive and time consuming without paying a fortune to buy the items you need with cold hard earned iTunes cash. But that said its still great and with some patience and finding some friends within the game to help you along makes it that bit more enjoyable. The developers are listening to the players feedback. (surprise. . . Surprise). It's now easier to "earn" crystals besides levelling up or having to buy them.

Good fun!. This game is fun. I enjoy the fact that there is something different every time I play. The only problem I have is that it can take a long time to collect the items needed to open the next area to search and some items are only available on levels that are so far ahead of mine that it is ridiculous and none of my friends are further than level 90. It's also annoying when your friends don't upgrade and you can't trade with them until they do. I'm still playing for the moment but if it gets too frustrating I might quit.

Totally addictive. I've been playing this game for a couple of years now, I really like collecting things which is what this game is all about. I also enjoy the fact that you make friends along the way they post that they would like to join your team. You put in requests on their wall, by asking for an item your need for your collections. They also post on you wall what they need your help with for their collection which you give if you go into their game sight you collect 100 gold coins each time you visit which helps you purchase things along the way.

Mirrors of Albion. I think the energy doesn't last long enough and then you have to wait ages for another go. Also the quests are almost impossible to achieve because it takes forever to collect all the items unless you pay for them. The game is great on the whole just think these areas could be improved on. More incentives to help you complete quests easier or quicker to keep you interested.

Great Game. Love the graphics in the game fairly priced for in purchase power ups. Excellent hidden object game.

Too many faults after updates.. This used to be a fun game. Now it is just frustrating! Beware of updates they often leave the game unplayable and developers either don’t care or lack experience to fix.

Great game. Love the game but it is very frustrating that you have to find such a great number of the items before you can complete the quests. Would be a much better game to participate in if you were able to find required items to complete quests when you have successfully searched the required area. The latest update is the best one yet as it has lightened up rooms. Keep up the good work. I am becoming very frustrated with the game as you have to find far too many items to move forward. When you search the appropriate area very rarely do you find the items required. I have really enjoyed the game in the past but not so much now . Why is it that since the latest update when you play mirror chess the tutorial activates and when that has completed you are unable to finish the game as you are unable to make any moves as it just freezes. Please fix asap.

Disappointing support. I was enjoying the game until the latest update where I lost my profile. I was at level 100 and had unlocked most areas. Support is unable to restore my old profile and therefore I have to start again from level 1. Very frustrated and will probably delete the game.

Challenges require too much. To complete the challenges requires too many parts to get anywhere. If you are not playing full time they cannot be completed in the correct time frames. To get 50 of one thing, 20 of another and other things as well is impossible and I am no longer even trying. As to fix the ship- same issue and problem. Lessen the requirements so that you have a vague chance of completing while only being able to find an hour a day to play.

One thing lacking. I am enjoying this game very much. I am looking forward to when it can connect to Game Center (I am assuming that one day it will). It is more fun than other hidden object games I have played (but maybe I am just getting bored with the same old ones). The game keeps trying to connect me to Facebook which is Most annoying and is stopping me from enjoying it. I DON'T want to connect to Facebook. If only I could play without being continually redirected and then be able to open either the game or Facebook app without it. I have even had to restart the apps at times.

Fun but frustrating.. A fun addictive game, but can be very frustrating and confusing. Characters seem to come and go without explanation. You can collect items to banish characters that you don't have access and can't collect items for characters you do have, which seems silly. Since the update I hardly get any items from searching locations any more, which is very annoying when you use over 100 energy points and get no items in return. Quite often all I get is a gold star and nothing else or just one collection item. The quests are mostly impossible to finish in the time frames given, especially when you hardly ever get the items needed. Gaining access to locations is also difficult unless you spend a lot of real money. I still enjoy playing though, but a few improvements would make it a much better game. It takes a while to try and figure out how the game actually works.

Continually redirected to Facebook. I used to love this game but since the last update the game barely starts and it gets redirected to Facebook, numerous times! Frustrating as all hell. If I want things posted on Facebook I'll do it myself, I don't need a game trying to automatically post continually! I'm not playing anymore and would suggest unless you like continually posting to Facebook your game status, don't bother with this game until the creators can fix (although I don't know if they will as they say to fix I need to give all this info to them first).

Crashing problems. I have played this game for a couple of years and have lately become very frustrated. It is presently having problems with crashes after you have solved a room and does not pay out the prizes you won. Your energy has been absorbed of course but you get nothing for your efforts. I just launched amulets as I was near to reaching the next level but they have now been wasted. Please fix this problem. ONCE AGAIN THE CRASHES! Maintenance must be low on this game as there always seem to be problems with it.

Won't launch :(. Update- it wouldn't launch becuz my iPad was a version behind what was needed at the time just fyi. After I upgraded to a new iPad I had no issues. However, despite the amazing theme and characters I didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped I would. I love hidden object and mystery detective games but this ones didn't hit the mark for me. There was so much reading needed for each action to convey the story that it bogged it down. Plus the repetition became a little much as u need to keep researching the same boards for new items. I upgraded my review to 3 stars becuz its so well done regardless of my enjoying it. It's a beautifully rendered game but I wish it felt more like an Alice inspired story with less words and more flavor and action. I played this awhile ago though, so it may be different now. But one things for sure...we need more Alice themed games out there! Old review- Am I the only one havin issues with it even launchin? It gets to load screen, with that wicked pic of characterz, scrollz upto 100% then crashes. This game lookz wicked, I luv the mix of themes. The graphics and quality of illustration is impressive. I luv anything Alice in Wonderlnd inspired. I tried deleting and reinstallin twice to mo avail. so while I strongly suspect this will b a 4-5 star game I will never know unless this bug is fixed.

Crashing. Twice now I have tried to enter the shoemakers shop and as I pay my energy of 230 and use my chits to get into it the game crashes and I lose everything I just spent. Frustrating as it takes a while to get enough of both of those things to enter the shop. I love this game but when it takes my stuff I’m getting more upset about playing.

Used to be great. Game has been abandoned by the developers due to bankruptcy. Don’t spend money on it and next to impossible to progress now. Beware. Still fun to play but not like before

MAJOR ISSUE. My game randomly crashed and when I reopened it everything was gone. I had been on around level 59 and had played for nearly a year but now everything is gone and I’m at level one. Please fix this major issue and restore previous progress

Most frustrating game ever!. You can't progress in the game. Can't turn in collections, can't get items needed to move on, can't unlock new scenes. Play the same scenes over and over but get the same useless rewards every time. Unless of course you're willing to shell out big bucks. Cluttered screen. Need a magnifying glass to even begin to see some items. Sadistic!

Update. They posted updates to fix bugs and defects, however now it will not open. It is just locked and will do NOTHING. I’ve asked for help countless times to NO reply.

Can’t pull up game after recent update. I just downloaded the recent version that came out yesterday and now it won’t let me log in to play. I click on the icon and it keeps taking me back to my app screen. Any ideas what’s going on???

Too long to wait. I like this game but it takes too long to get energy and I’m not about to spend my own money on this game. Too bad, I love the art and animation but it’s too frustrating to wait for energy. I can play one time then no more energy then I have to wait all over again. Not so fun.

Cocochillin. I love this game. I’m hopeful that it will be more stable on the iOS version. I don’t however find the graphics quite as pleasing. They are soooo small.

New update is horrible. Been playing this game for years and version is still from Christmas. Have t been able to accept any gifts or give gifts away as I’ve been apparently at my max for days. The daily gift is finally back but I cannot accept anything passed day one... bummer

Good game but glitchy. I got this game today and had spent quite a bit of time playing it. Was really loving it until it just started going to a black screen every time I tried to touch anything on the screen. Tried exiting the game and uninstalling and reinstalling still the same thing. I can only assume it was not meant to be played on iPhone X. Would have loved to continue playing this game. 😔

Support players progress please!. I had to reload the app and my progress wasn’t linked to cloud or Facebook. Every other game I play does this. Otherwise the gameplay itself is completely enjoyable.

Alice. I like the game but it’s a bit confusing. It’s also eats up your crystals trying to get in the drive then doesn’t let you repair it. That is a grip. A dirty gip at that.

Can’t get far without paying real money. I enjoyed this game for a few days, nice graphics, fun searches, but the constant pop up to buy this or that is annoying. I can’t access some of the areas without spending money to get all of the items.

Great fun. I recently downloaded this game but I’ve had nothing but fun. The only small downside is that you use up energy too quickly.

Tech support. I have had several tech issues with playing this game. In the past the issues were resolved in a timely fashion. The last issue I was told (several hours later) to download the latest version from the app. That didn’t work and tried contacting them several more times about this issue. It went ignored.

Stella. Some parts are fun but there’s too much reading but yet no directions on how to go about doing this or that. One is just supposed to know? I’m not spending any money, I just wanted a search game so when I get sick of not accomplishing anything I will delete it.

Love this game BUT.... Customer service reps are AWFUL and useless 99% of the time. The newest update (June 2021) is horrendous!! I’ve spent tons of real money only for this new update to change everything so I lost hundreds of dollars worth of stuff yet they gave ZERO compensation (after fully admitting it was their fault). Game itself is awesome but the company gets a legit F!!

Making The Search. Harder and harder. Now I am not be the smartest but I know when I’m being scammed. This game is not honest and it’s getting worse. Now they show puzzles that you could not possibly see because it totally hidden. The thing is they know it and it gets worse the more money you put in the easier it is.

Alice & Albion. I love the storytelling, the atmosphere; I especially love the Mad Hatter. He does seem to resemble one of my favorite rock stars. Nikki Sixx bassist for Motley Crue and the Mad Hatter look very much alike. Both of them mystify me. Keep up the great adventure. ♏️ 🎩👈

Fun game. This is truly a fun game and so different from other hidden objects game. But it is way too expensive to keep playing. You never earn enough diamonds so you continually have to buy them. There should be an easier way to earn diamonds, stars and cash. If these were resolved this would be a perfect game.

Game won’t load after recent update. Game gets stuck on the loading screen after opening the app and won’t go any further. This started after the recent update. When the app actually functions, the game is fun.

Albion Alice. I am very frustrated! Each time they are reminded that I had a higher rate, they want me to press yes, then they always take me back two. I dislike this. This is them cheating! Very angry! I like finding hidden objects, but don't like loosing my status without a choice!!!

Albion. 👍👍👍Love the game! I’ve been playing for a loooooong time and my biggest complaint, the energy regeneration is too slow. It can take over a day to fully regenerate in one of my games😩.

Allison’s Mirrors. The real excitement is in finding the items hidden in the pictures. Less “mystery” verbiage and more “hunting” will always be better.

Most beautiful game. My favorite next to Monument Valley but I don’t seem to get anywhere and feel all over the place with no direction. Almost too much to do but will try to do more things in order this time!

Fun, but a bit slow. Graphics are good but the storyline seems to veer away from the search for the girl. Also not enough energy to spend any significant time in game.
