Good but glitches. It's a great app with great effects, however the zoom feature bugs out a lot and zooms out in the middle of a task which becomes very irritating. There should be a sharpness feature for the effects and a way to either zoom in more, or bring a feature where you can soften the edges of an effect. I know it can be done with the masking effect but it's not that accurate. However still a very fun app

Still a go to.... It’s been 2 years and this is still a go to app for me. I would like to see if possible, space debris and satellites. I think that would make the app complete. Keep up the good work!

LOVE the update!. I am in love with the updates to all 3 of your apps! What a change! They went from almost one-dimensional, flat effects to multi-faceted, layered spaces to create almost anything. Despite adding many features from each app to all the apps, it is still quite clear what the purpose is for each app. Alien Sky has always been my favorite of the 3 and the one I use most often. Now, it's a tougher choice about where to go first. I head to Alien Sky, of course, if the effect I'm after is out of this world. The choice of tools in this (and each) app seems to have multiplied by a thousand. Alien Sky already had the most to offer; now, I feel like a kid in a candy store when I use it! What adding the extra features from the other apps did most is to create workspaces that feel familiar and to make all 3 apps seem to work like members of a team. It increased the ability to identify your apps just by using the workspace, leading to an increase in cohesiveness among all 3 apps. Most of all though, it gives users some mighty powerful tools that they quickly become familiar with and are able to use more effectively and with greater speed. The results in at least what I'm creating is light years apart from what I used to be able to accomplish with these apps. All 3 apps used to be relegated a rarely used, highly specialized folder. Now, I will be keeping them front and center in my iOS digital art arsenal! Thank you for the improvements!

Love these apps!. I would give this five stars if the fx selections were in the same direction as my photo. When I have my photo loaded and then go to select the effect, they are all upside down to choose from although they place on the photo correctly. I an using this app on the iPad 3, so perhaps that is the problem. I have LensFlare and LensLight and they work correctly. When this is fixed so that all screens are oriented in the same direction, I will happily give it five stars!

APP won’t download. I bought it but it won’t download. It downloaded 75% and stayed stuck there on my iPad 2017

5 stars. This app makes amazing realistic looking cosmic images. Sure some will look stupid if u just throw a giant Jupiter on your image, but if you take time to get the colors and tone correct it looks jaw droppingly realistic. One concern is most of the objects require a very dark background or blue sky background (in which case the objects show up white-ish like the moon) so it is harder to do more creative edits on multicolored bright backgrounds or overlaying other objects. Anyway great app

Awesome Editing App. I’ve been using this app since 2014 and it’s still unique. You can add planets and stars to your photos and even change how transparent or bright they look. I’ve contacted the developer in the past too with issues and they address them quickly.

A must for photo editing. Ten stars!. Being an app creator myself I am super picky about what apps I keep on my phone. AlienSky is always a keeper. I love the realistic moons! I use them all the time to enhance my images to storybook levels. I highly recommend this app for those wanting to create out of this world images.

Unable to open photp. It does not even let me open photos. I click on the + New button, scroll through my library, select the photo and nothing happens. Takes me right back to the + New button. Stuck in a loop. I've tried everything, closing the app, clearing the RAM and restarting my iPad Pro, nothing helps.

Border. I love it and it’s fun to play with but there is an invisible border around each photo I use that prevents whatever image I try to insert from going all the way to the edge. I’ve updated the app, too.

Superb. I got this so as part of pack of 8 apps. All of them are fabulous. Easy to use and delivers amazing results. I paid $11:99 for the pack of eight apps and would do it again. Not had any issues. If I would add anything it would be a luminous ring effect. Very happy!

Aliensky. All of the brain fever apps are made with really quality graphics and an interface that is pretty easy to understand...the bundle I bought, and it is really worth it ... If you want to see what you are able to do...follow them on Instagram.....It may have taken circular app idea from tiny planet, but it has so many more features that are all mede with the highest quality graphics....Its great!!!

Still one of the best. I don’t know how I lucked out getting this free years ago, but this app is ridiculous. It’s so worth the $2.99 as well. I’m super bad at editing pics but pretty much anything stupid u decide to do on this looks nice. Also surprising to me, it doesn’t look cheap. You’d think these sky type of filters would look corny but they look really nice. Basically can make any photo at all into a flyer or advertising for something. Again, price is beyond fair.

Works Great!. The tools are well designed and easy to use. I wish their were more options like weather and smoke/fog. I would happily pay for this app (one-time not subscription) if it had more transparencies and filters like “Lens Distortion.”

Great fun. Super fun and has a lot of choices, how about adding two things, the ISS and Elysium Or something close. ;)

A lot of fun!. I have had a lot of fun using this app. I think it could be improved by putting more choices of colorful planets, especially the ones with rings. If there’s a way to color them myself I haven’t figured it out yet. Also whole planets vs half and quarter. I do like it though and have done some great edits with it! Would recommend for anyone, particularly sci-fi fans!!

Isn't another app you'll find 2 compare!. Well I think my sentiments are the same as already expressed B4 getting to mine. I don't know how long I've had this app, but think about a year or more & apps come & they go & when it comes to editing or manipulating pics, there are MANY & man is it hard to find the Great among them! It's a $costly process, but one that's remained since the day I bought it along with it's family members LensLight & LensFlare & just noticed your other LensFX I wasn't aware of but will add 2day, are all a league of it's own! Thank you 4 thinking of your supporters who Love your product & not having them pay more 4 one Hell of an update as so many others do! It's how costumers become Loyal supporters! Take care of customers & it will come, don't & look 4 the quick $$ & you'll fade as fast as you sold it! Take care of those who love the product as you very well do, and you'll be a force of your own & in my book, already are! Amazing Product!

Love the App. Use it a lot - I love it but now this upgrade and give us for free the two other package - is there a way I could get a reimbursed on it cause I just bought it last week and now it's free - or at least I could get credit on downloading another app from ur company, that would be nice..... But over all the app is GREAT!

Pretty cool. This app is a lot of fun but the biggest problem I have for so many pictures I try to use this on is that the opacity of the moons and stuff cant be full strength. Meaning that if I put a moon on a light sky it disappears. It's still transparent. I wish you could make them solid for certain images. I have just about all of the apps they make and the lens effects and textures are all the same between them. I think the $2.99 ones are a little pricey. All in all they create pretty cool effects and I'm glad I bought them. They Don't look cheap. Edit, there is a way to make the planets opaque which is great! Might have always been there and just hadn't found it. I ended up buying all of the apps he makes. They are all high quality and do great things. It's nice you can send an image you are working on from one app to another really easy. I've made some really cool stuff with all these apps. Edit, this app along with the rest of the ones they make are at the very top of the game. These are a few of the Best apps you can get right now.

One little thing. One of the greatest iPhone app ever!i use lens flare on my Mac too also in after effects from videocopilot everyday!very big fan of them!only one little thing that also have LensFlare app that how you move the effects around in the app!(flares, planets...)it gives me a hard time placing the effects into the right positions where I want to!i always have to put my finger on the pics where I want the effects but how can I do that easily if I don't see the exect spot under my finger...?instead like space paint app that my finger can be wherever on the screen and just push the effect into the right spot so I see exactly where I want it! Love all your apps just this little things sometimes is really frustrating!if you could change that I would really appreciate it!thanks for all your work!

After reinstall, app works normally. Initially the app didn't work for me, I reinstalled it and now it's working perfectly fine. A lot of really cool features which I'm happy to be able to use now. When I emailed the app contact about the problem they were very quick to respond with assistance! Thanks!!

Always great for quick realistic edits. I have this program for over a year. It’s simply great. I’ve used this on a few album covers to enhance my art work.

The best galaxy FX app out there!. I'm a graphic designer and either edit photos or create works from scratch on my phone. I have over 100 apps to do that with and I find myself using AlienSky all the time. It's a powerful and beautiful app for adding stars, planets, galaxies, moons and all kinds of other intergalactic visuals to your images. It allows you to mask, export PNGs for higher resolution pics and much more. Whether you're a photographer looking to add very subtle nightsky effects to your photos or a digital artist looking to create cosmic themed pieces, this app will not disappoint you. They're also constantly adding new features to the app so I know that it's always getting updated and cooler. Just love this app.

App does not save pics any longer in iOS 13. PLEASE FIX THE SHARE FEATURE!! The app WILL NO LONGER save pics you’re working on. This has been a favorite app for quite a while. PLEASE UPDATE WITH A FIX!! Same with LensFX.

Good support. Couldn’t figure out how to scrap a project and start over. Emailed support. Received an answer right away on how to fix. Icons could be more clear.

Boring app and nothing new. Only photo 🥱😴

Enjoyable. It’s fun to use but can be difficult due to glitches. There’s no button to lock a layer down. You have to add another layer and then delete the second one in order for the first one to get locked down. Occasionally when zoomed into your picture to do fine detail work, you’ll be unable to zoom back out. Frustrating. Other times the app just crashes. The instruction page isn’t very informative. But that seems to be the thing with all post processing software.

Glitchy for iPhone X?. You should be able to zoom in while adding these effects, Bugs out sometimes while I play music

Wow!. I bought the whole pack with all the apps. Love the fact that you can save from one app to open right up in one of the other apps in the pack. It did not take me long to create really cool composites with very cool effects! Thank you!

Apples new software crashes AlienSky. Installed Apples new os 12.3.1 and now AlienSky won’t open any photos from my camera roll. Hope this can be fixed soon.

Professional update. I emailed BrainFeverMedia with the request to have .png export and they have delivered. This means you can add as many effects as you need, by importing the same file over and over again, without compression artifacts and quality degradation. Having 10 layers at a time instead of only 6 is a definite bonus. The developer is very responsive and cares about user feedback. Great app and awesome developer. I'm a professional digital artist and this is one of my favorite apps.

Great app just gets better. This is an excellent app with beautiful space effects to create with. The IAPs aren't required to enjoy the app, but since they are all done exceptionally well, they are worth the price if you will use them. The new masking feature is just the cherry on top of a wonderful app. It's great to know I won't have to use another app in the future just for that task.

App does not after new update. This used to be a great app. Completely stopped working since new updates to iPhone

Cool... but a couple of suggestions. **Update 2** Please add vertical and horizontal flip to the elements. Sometimes pieces fit better flipped. Thanks. **Update** Dropping it by one star only because it's way crashy. I've lost numerous images that I'll never get back. :( ------ This app is really cool. It needs a couple of things to make it great. One thing is that you can't see the left side of the screen when trying to adjust the color or filter strength. The window is in the way. Another thing that would be helpful would be the ability to mask out areas of the effect you are inserting. For instance, I had a sunset shot, but the objects in the original photo (like a fence post) appeared to be behind the effect I was adding. If you could paint out the parts you don't need, it would make the fence post appear in front of the effect where it belongs. Maybe the ability to set the fade point on each effect would help? I still say get it. It's cool.

No sharp. The additional fee for another pack that I already paid is not cool. The effects like the galaxy, moon and etc I run this to snapseed to add more details and beauty it turn out really bad. All my edit I run this with snapseed to make it sharp and vibrant and it work perfect and it reveal the real beauty of my edit, but in this instance your moon, galaxy, stars look so cheap and trash to run on snapseed. I think you should increase the image quality of this feature so this will look awesome if we run this to PHoto shop or Snapseed. Add some feature if we can place the effects foreground or background of the photo. Then I change this to 5 stars for now this stay 2 stars.

Lots of fun!. I’ve had lots of fun with app. I like that if the original picture is too bright for planets/stars to stand out, it has filters so you can darken just the upper half or add a vignette so it’s darker. And the variety is good - there are lots of options to customize the sky, so it doesn’t get old after editing several different photos.

Simply Amazing. Go outside, lay on your lawn and take a picture of your house. I live in a second floor apartment so I took a picture of my apartment from the sidewalk. Make sure you have plenty of sky in the picture. Then use this app to add planets, exploded moons or alien space stations into your sky. This developer makes another app (Sky Lab) you can use to remove the sky entirely and put in a star field and planets using this app. It’s a lot of fun and you’ll get lots of likes on social media. It’s a cool creative way to spend a little time.

Awesome. Had some good laughs. This app needs some improvements. 1) bigger buttons 2) when moving the effect, it starts where you press instead of pushing it into position. 3) the images are not full size. 4) needs an undo button 5) ability to add 2 effects at once I would give this app 4 stars, but I am giving it 5 since I love the concept behind it.

Great app. I purchased this app for starry effects and it included just 5. The only thing they need to fix is the ability to erase part of the layer, not just move and resize it. It will be so useful to produce more realistic photos.

Will mostly be removed by Apple. This app looks like it has potential but for the luck of me I can’t seem to find out how to put it behind Buildings and objects when I press bring to front and bring to back and it doesn’t make the first photo you first start out with a layer

Great but???. All their apps are great, but as we are moving into a more pro environment of iPads pro, the developers should begin to support larger JPEG and even raw files.

Update sixe of the objects. Great app, but would be more great if u could change size of the objects to your picture size, otherwise saturn or sun takes 3/4 of the picture and does not look real! Keep on going !

I am liking this app quite a bit so far, but I think it would be a good idea to allow you to place the alieny effects and drag them around, because the current system won't let me put my galaxies right up To the sides or corners without over half the effect being in the picture.

Needs more alien things.. Great app, you can make heaps of cool stuff. But it really needs alien space ships and a solid option for the effects, so it's a full colour not its backdrop. But great app.

A class above. The whole series of is different to other phone editing software out, different in a good way. Now all that remains is a bit of photoshop style layer masking xD

Great app. Just one problem, you can't see what you're placing because your finger gets in the way, if you could move the effect without having your finger directly on it but having your finger placed somewhere else on the screen, that would be great.

Annoying. I mean he affects are sweet, but apparently I won't let me access my photos in my album... Even tho in the beginning I tapped "ok" when it asked me if it could access my photos in my album. ._. And I can't fix it in my settings either.

Not as good as it used to be. I loved this app and used it often. But since some recent updates there are bugs not yet fixed, and the new ‘save’ feature is less efficient than it once was.

Freezes with new update. This used to be a great app but with this newest update it seems to freeze every time I select anything other then a lensflare. This obviously ruins the app for me.

Who needs Photoshop?. Absolutely fantastic app. My nine-year old son and I love it. Can't imagine ever tiring of it. The ways in which you can manipulate the images/effects are virtually endless, creating pictures that look stunningly real. Kudos to the designers!

My Favorite App. I love to play with my pictures and are always looking for new ways to do it. Aliensky makes it so easy to do and to give the pictures a very realistic look even with alien planets. Withthe new update it is even better. I can only highly recommend this app.

Wicked pissah. This is an awesome app with tons of features. With some imagination, some pics can get edited to crazy limits.

It's a good future app... This is a great app but it does need some major upgrades. If upgrades are given then app would be great. I'm number one!!

You hang the moon.. Literally when I wanna hang the moon or stars I go here to do so. I post a lot of work under capone_thedog via Instagram ..and I use that app often and a lot . It is one of my go too apps when I want to make something stellar and cool ...so go get it ..want it ..and make it yours :)

Hubble-like visions. The Alien Sky app provides everything you need to create amazingly realistic pics of the cosmos. If you are intrigued by the beauty of the universe, you'll have a lot of fun creating incredible pics limited only by your imagination. The tools are there to work with.

Love the Print Option. Loving the print feature! Excited to see my work on huge canvases! Nice addition!

Nothing compares!. Nothing can compare to this app or should I say program? (: You have so much control of what you're putting into your photos! If you have a creative mind, you can make some outstanding photos with this program.

Just One Thing.... Although this is a great app, one feature I want implemented is the ability to change brush sizes for masking. It would make pictures of things like cloudy days easier to work with.

Simply great.. I wasn't sure if this app was going to be a keeper but it really is and you can do a lot of creative things with it. A few additional in the filters section would be nice.

One way to get more moons!. Have you ever wanted a second moon in the sky? Wanted to watch rings rise on the horizon? Yearned for a tiny universe in your hand. This is your app. Of all the accessory apps (as in I use painting apps to create and these to add beautiful effects) this is the one I recommend the most. Have fun.

LOVE THIS. Very smooth. Very fun. It's easy to use and has a lot of choices. You can take a photo or choose an existing one from the photo album. Effects can be scaled, rotated, placed, and layered. Awesome app.

Cool app. It's really unique and enjoyable to mess with photos, but why are the space objects always transparent looking? I can't figure out how to change that.

Really fun and feature packed. Great app for adding special effects, layers are nice, some textures, very flexible adjustments. Highly recommended.

We need to talk about your flare. It's like having Knoll Light Factory on your iPhone! Excellent flare presets. You can even use the preset flares to create your own. I don't have much use for the planets etc. but the flares alone are worth much more than the price of this app! Great job!

Are you serous !!!!. This is freaking cool. I have over 200 photo apps and use them all. This is the new favorite.

Top quality and creative FX!. I have many photo effects apps but this is currently my favorite. You don't even have to be trying to create an alien environment, it can turn something average into something stunning.

Well done. I've got two photo effect apps from this maker and both of them work great. Simple if you want, but also plenty of adjustments to all the effects to make them look even better if you want. Well worth the cost. Would like to see more "normal" stars / skies options... but then again I guess they wouldn't count as "alien" eh? :-)

WHAT AUDACITY!!!. To charge more for certain features already paid for the initial purchase of these apps!!! I WAS excited to learn there would be a few new effects. But MOST of which I had ALREADY had with the original apps! I once was a VERY happy user, and I left reviews to state that. Now, since greed has gotten the better hold of the developer, no longer. Such a pity!

Fast & Cool. This software run very fast on iPhone and it also has some very cool effects. The splash screen is also really really cool.

Fabulous. I own all of Brain Fever Media apps and they're all great. I use them for textures in photo editing, or directly if using the light leaks. The quality is top notch, and with the layering/masking functionality within the app you can do quite a bit of editing in-app as well.

Awesome app. Has some cool effects that really are unique. The lens flare effect is particular is really impressive. I contacted support about a question and got a response back right away. Well done.

Used to use CS5. It seems like back in the day I was using Photoshop CS5 to create these types of photos. It used to take forever. Blows my mind you can now do this in seconds and have great results on an iPhone. Sophisticated enough to allow significant options in the end product. Great job to developers.

Update please. Issues with bringing images to from to others, or reverse, also these images are so transparent, you can't use against daytime photos. Would really love to give 5 stars. Please update.

Fun app. I really enjoy this app. I have used it to enhance photos I've taken and just pass the time. There's allot more I want to try with it.

Cool app but. I love the idea most of the objects to drop in are great. Would like to see more nebulas. It would also be really great if the images were vector. I don't really understand why they're not. Most of the designs come out rather blurry unfortunately.

GREAT APP!- Create wallpapers easy!. I used this app, and within 3 minutes, I had my new wallpaper. There are so many cool filters and covers the possibilities are almost endless! I got this app for free limited time, but I would have definitely paid for it! Great app and download now!

Trouble opening app.. I've always had trouble opening this app. Sometimes it would take 5-6 attempts before it would actually open successfully. Now that I have updated it, it won't open at all. Although, when it actually does work, it's pretty awesome!
