Nice app. I really like this app! The thing that would make it great is if we are able to have the option of submitting a percent for commissions for buying and selling. The commission would be configured by the percentage X sales or purchase price. That way we could run a a few scenarios without having to manually go in and change the commissions.

Nice App. I have been in the Real Estate Business for many years. Tried many different apps. This one is Great! Converting your notes and Expences into PDF Spreadsheet is priceless. The Notes section need some improvement. Otherwise highly recommend if you invest and Flip Houses. Support team is great and very responsive.

Great App for Flippers. This app is great for allowing you to enter all expenses on your flip project. It is easy to use and even calculates your carrying charges. This is extremely useful and efficient. Tech support is top notch - I emailed at 11pm and had an answer in less than 10 minutes. A+++++++

Not intuitive and not flexible. An app for this purpose at the cost of $4.99 justifies the saying "you get what you paid for". I should have paid $19.99 for the other one instead but thought $5 was a small risk.

Awesome app!. Love this app so far! The only thing I would change is to have the option to link properties with another app user. This would make it possible for multiple investors working on the same property to access all of the financials on their own device.

Not impressed. I am a realtor and an investor and have asked for a refund on this purchase. This app is in my opinion not sufficient for sophisticated investors.

Excellent app!. I'm R.E investor and I was looking for an app that I allows me to be more efficient when it comes to do the numbers...and I finally found, THIS IS IT. I believe this is a must-have app for all R.E investors out. The only thing that is missing this app to be perfect, it's when generating the PDF report it does not gives you what time-frame was used to calculate the holding cost(e.i 3 months). So when we share the report the other person knows. Keep up the good work!

Great app. I use my iPad for everything and now I can analyze and track flips. It's a great report to send to our investors. I contacted support at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night and had an answer within minutes very good response

Very useful for real estate investors. I've been looking for an app like this for a while. It is genuinely useful and better than a long spreadsheet. I can fill it in whilst walking through a property. I contacted the support email address with some feedback and received a very prompt response. I look forward to the next version.

Very useful. This app I use everytime I go into a new house. I go through it before I leave and enter all the info I can then when I get to the house I can see the profit margin change as I enter in construction costs. I would like to see the time bar at the bottom with labels or a drop down instead so I don't have to look at my holding costs and do the math. It isn't a real useful feature as is. The other thing I'd love to see and would get a 5 start from me would be if when you entered the address of the property it automatically set the average construction costs, labor and materials, for those items. That would make it the best app. Other than that it's still quite useful.

Issues with the create a PDF and Email features. The app doesn't allow me to email pdf reports. Really disappointed because it's the reason I purchased the app. When I try to email the pdf report this message appears "Error devise is unable to send email in its current state". Besides this issue it is a really useful app. Please fix this issue and the app will get 5 stars from me.

Flip. We have flipped 13 houses so far and and this little app has made us so much money. We can walk through a house and come up with a decision in minutes on whether the house will be profitable. We are usually within a thousand dollars of the profit. So easy to use. Love it!!!!

Very limited app. Does not do any financing or repair costs even if plugged in. Only calculates purchase price and sale price. Can not contact support. Financing does not factor in even if you plug all factors in and hit save. If you have atleast half an hour to calculate everything yourself then maybe you might like this. If you are looking for a flip calculator that does most of the work for you then this is absolutely not the one for you. I’m honestly very surprised how bad this is especially since it actually costs money. Contacting support has been discontinued on the app so I can not get a refund. It’s only $5 but for how bad this app is I have to say this is a total scam.

Awesome app. I love this app! They should be charging more for it.... There are budgets for everything and anything, and they help you think of things you may have forgotten. The report generation is excellent for presentations and handouts. Its easy to see if your project is on budget and profitable. Only drawback is that the address fields are currently only available for zips, no postal codes in Canada - but I'm sure they will fix it very soon.

Pocket budget!. This is a great app that helps with property flipping budgets. If you want something easy to operate and is quite detailed, with reports, then this is what you need! I'm am an active invester
