Was a 5, after the new update a 1!. My daughter loved this app. Completely frustrated with the new update that times out and shuts down when the screen goes dark. 7/10 - response from the publisher and app is updated. My daughter won't go to sleep without it.

Great, but needs a sleep timer. My son loves this, but I really wish there was a way for me to set it to turn off after one meditation, or a certain amount of time. I don't like leaving the iPad playing next to him after he's fallen asleep.

Awful. Three mediations that we’re not engaging at all. In fact, the beginning of one of them frightened my children. Waste of money. There are free apps that do a MUCH better job!

Awesome. This helps my 7 year old daughter calm down and sleep like nothing I've found in 7 years prior to this one. It also puts me right to sleep, which is an added benefit. The only annoying thing is that I inevitably wake up and have to turn it off. For $5, you would think that it would come with a timer - or just quit after the story ended?

Love it!. My 5 & 7 year old boys love this! My 7 year old has some sensory processing difficulties and finds this app really helps him relax. Ms Kerr has a very soothing voice. Only wish there were more stories.

Just so so. I was hoping for a more relaxing voice/interesting story or relaxing background voice. This one is Just average

Great App!. I got this for my 7 year old who has trouble settling down at night (and other times). It and it has been super helpful-- quicker sleep times & less popping up. I played it recently when she had a friend sleep over and they were both asleep within about 15 minutes (a small miracle as anyone who has had a 7 year old sleepover can attest :). I like that it continues through the different stories instead of ending abruptly. My only complaint is that I wish it had more than 3 stories!

Amazing. This app is amazing! My 6 and 8 year old sons love going on the guided meditation adventures- I hope she releases more like this!

Such a find!. I downloaded this taking a chance as it had no reviews. Not sure what fast voice the other reviewer mentions now, mine is perfect and very slow! We listen to the first story mostly and my 5 year old LOVES it and it puts her to sleep so quickly. We listen every night I love the little story too! Thank you for this!!!

Wonderful app but wish there more recording. There are only 3 recording but they are truly excellent. My 5 year old has a hard time turning his brain off. These meditation were very engaging an relaxing. I even fell asleep!

Meh,it could use alot more stories and a new activity!. I was super exited to use this app my therapist requested it but when i finished all of the stories it got a little boring...i would like it for there to be at least 1 or 2 more stories! But on the other hand....this app is great 8 fall asleep wven before the story ends! It is a good but bad app at the same time!

My sons favorite. My 7 yo son started listening to this via CD when he was 6. He loves it and was so happy when I found it as an app! Now when we travel I don't need to worry about the CD! He listens most every night. The women talking has a nice calming voice. I do t think he's ever stayed up to hear the end of it!

Fantastic app but it loops endlessly. My son loves listening to "his lady" before bed-he's 7 and has been listening to this app for about a year at bedtime. I rub his head until she says "close your eyes", then he sends me to bed. The only issue is that with one of the later IOS updates the "loop" slider button doesn't work so unless I remember to turn off the iPad in his room, it keeps looping all night until the battery dies. Please update this awesome app!!!

Overpriced. Is that I don’t know how to access everything this app has to offer or does it really only have 3 tracks for $4.99? My kids are already asking for something different.

Just bought this. I just bought this to try out on my grandkids tonight. I'm disappointed that I spent $4.99 and it tells me the app needs updating to work with future iOS updates 😢

UPDATED Review 7/10/17 back to being a favorite. Thanks for fixing the issue with the meditation shutting off when screen goes to sleep. We use this app every night with our 9yo daughter. She will ask for it if we forget to turn it on. It is the right combination of soothing music, easy visualization for children to follow, and the wonderful voice of Christianne Kerr. It also puts the grown ups to sleep as well! We have recommended this to so many friends as well as our pediatrician. Prior review: These meditations are great, but new update causes meditations to shut off when screen goes to sleep. Please fix

Thank you! Thank you!. Since I started using this app My kids have not appeared in my room in the middle of the night to announce they can't sleep. They are falling asleep faster and staying asleep! This app is magic! I do wish it had a timer to make it stop and I'd love more content. I would happily pay! This app has changed my life.

Great find. This has become a really important way to get my kids in bed. We used it to transition out of needing mommy to wait in the room while my 2 kids fell asleep. For that I'm forever grateful to Christiane Kerr. They look forward to it and don't always fall asleep during it, but it gets them centered, quiet and calm at a time that I'm normally about to lose my cool! A great find.

Great app! But why only 3 stories. Overall this app is awesome! I always fall asleep before the end of each of them. These stories have helped so much, but I wish there were more. I hate that there are only 3 stories, I wish there were more. I enjoy this app lots, but I hope they keep writing stories.

Please add more. For the price I paid I thought I was getting more tracks and continuous play options... Other than that it would be a five!!! I pray they add more! I need more stories they need more than three an atleast this one you get 30 mins per track enough to last to get your kiddo to sleep not like the dang mermaid and fairy dust 2 that stops every 8 mins..... Grrrr

Save your money. I need a refund for this. The woman who takes you on this "sleep" journey speaks so quickly we all got stressed out trying to keep up with. Save your money on this one. :(

This is magic. I've tried this out on myself...and I never make it longer than 10 minutes!! Now I use it every night for me. With my 4 year old daughter camping this weekend we turned it on just as meltdown was about to happen....and all three of us were asleep in 10 minutes. These are amazing and I wish there were more to buy.

No longer functions. My son has been using this app for years. Since the update the story fades out when when the phone goes to sleep. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and tested it on my phone as well and the same thing happens. Please fix this.

Enjoyable. I am a 41 year mother and I bought this for my 7 and 4.5 year old daughters. My youngest daughter does not like the background music and will not listen to it. I have used it myself for the last week to fall asleep to and I really enjoy it. Will try it on my children again in one month.

Same complaint as others. For a $5 app I expect this app to work as well as when I first downloaded it. It really helps my anxious, spirited kiddo go to sleep but it is very agitating when it goes quiet when the screen shuts off. I've learned to change the setting to leave the screen on, but that really drains the battery. Please fix.

Made my 4 yr old very anxious. Can’t say why but the stories my son terrible anxiety. He usually loves podcasts. I wish I could have sampled the story before purchasing. Found the stories quite soothing myself but bummed to have wasted the money as it’s quite expensive for only 3 stories that we can’t use :(

Brilliant!. My daughter has been having trouble sleeping & this app has helped her immensely. The content is brilliant and her voice is very lovely also. I selected the 'by the sea' and it played and stopped with out any problems. I highly recommend this app it has helped greatly with my daughters sleeping issues.

Great, but.... The content of this app is brilliant. It really helps my daughter sleep. But the functionality is terrible. No auto play and no options to change settings! For the price I would expect a better designed app.

Amazing. My 7yo son has a huge imagination that is never his friend at bed time. After trying many different thing I thought I'd give this ago and was pleasantly surprised with how happy it has made him and how well he is now falling asleep. This is my new favorite app.

I'm kinda shocked it worked!. My kids are hard to get to sleep, the 3 of them play off each other and bedtime takes ages. We listened to the stories tonight for the first time and the 3 yr old had trouble settling in but by the third story she was calm and still and asleep before the end. The 6 yr old thought it was fantastic and kept herself awake to hear them all lol but when I started it again she was gone in mins. I'm convinced that tomorrow will be easier and it'll just keep getting better. An hr might seem like a long time to some but not here, and the were calm for most of it. Def a win for us :-) I would love to be able to choose to play all or one story to play, and have the option of plain music (even just a loop of the story without the voice) for when the story is done. 15/20 mins story with 30 ish mins of music would would so perfectly here. Otherwise I think it's a great product and will be telling my friends about it :-)

Great, but doesn't autoplay. There is an autoplay feature on the free version, but the paid version doesn't have an autoplay version. I've got a five year old undoing her relation by yelling for a second track! Truly though, ths is a wonderful app. It's worth every cent.

My favourite sleep app!. This app is so wonderful! Christane’s voice is so calming and her imagery is so beautiful. I bought it for my kids who love it, but have found that I love it too. Sends us all straight to sleep every time. We have had an issue where the tracks loop through automatically with no way of stopping them, but hopefully this will be fixed in the next update.

Meditation for kids Bed Time. Just bought the app version of this instead of the CD. Big mistake!! The content is superb but the app plays one story straight to the next with no way of playing just one track as you would with a CD. So each track has an introduction which reawakens sleepy children. It would get 5 stars as an app if you could select one track only. My children were very relaxed towards the end of the first story, drifting off to sleep.. Then suddenly "Hello, are you ready for bed?" loud and clear and kids wanting to hear next story.

Wonderful!. This has been a huge success in helping my son clear his busy mind & relax at night. I highly recommend it to kids having a difficult time winding down, or being afraid at night. My only wish, is that there was more to choose from. He loves it so much, yet is getting tired of hearing the same 3. I keep searching to see if there's been more added, or a new update- or even a new download geared to older kids/boys. Hopefully one day :)

Brilliant app for children. My 3 year old loves this app. There are three stories that are about 20 minutes long, with background music and the soft lilting Scottish tones of Christiane's voice. She asks for them regularly and often falls asleep by the end or shortly afterward. Thank you Christiane, more stories please!
