So good. I love this app. I have problems with sleeping. This app helps me fall asleep so so so fast. Although I love the app i Cinda am a little disappointed that most stories are 13 minutes butt as I said it is amazing, I recommend this to you it helps me and I used to be up till 10:00 most nights know who’s the app the latticed is only 9:00!!! You have to get this app. It is unbelievable that it is free

Doesn't work. Tried repeatedly to download stories; I can't get anything to work even after purchase. Waste of money.

Bedtime life saver!. My 6yo night owl was a terrible sleeper, stayed up late, awoke frequently, had nightmares ... Now he's asleep by 8:30 and stays asleep and is so much happier and well rested during the day! He loves the stories and they've helped him relax and get himself to sleep! The app is a little confusing and you do have to pay for the stories, but they are worth the money! I wish we tried this years ago!

Very helpful. This app helped my 7 yr old get ‘out of his head’ at bedtime and relax. He couldn’t stop thinking about his day or scary thoughts and the free nightime meditation story helped him to think about something soothing and calmed him.

AMAZING. It's weird you have to buy but that's okay it's totally worth it and her voice is outstanding thank you so much this helped me get over anxiety! I am 11 and I had a habit of sleeping with my brother or mom but now I'm fine her voice makes me feel like I'm not alone THANK YOU!!<3

Force closes. Loved it. Spent $18 on the in app selections. Loved them. Updated it and now it force closes every time we try to open one on my iPad. Contacted the developer and they ignored me. Save you money and get a podcast.

Lovely. Sweet, gentle voice. Wonderful guided imagery. Basic relaxation techniques beautifully adapted for children. A delight.

Wonderful app. This is such a well presented and crafted meditation. My 10 year old daughter was having trouble relaxing before bed. These stories and techniques put her instantly at ease and had her sleeping comfortably. Christianes voice is very soothing and well recorded. I hope she produces more meditations.

Force closes. Please fix this. It was a favorite app but now all of our in app purchases are unusable. I see by other reviews we aren't alone. We really want to be able to use the meditations we purchased.

Sleep Magic. Calm bedtime routine to help kids sleep. My active 10 year old is away with the fairies in 5 minutes.

Calms my children. My daughter is 6.She has Disruptive Behavior Disorder.I also have a very active 3 year old son as well.Every night my daughter will ask to listen to the meditation.I am so happy I downloaded it!My son listens to it as well.He talks quietly when it is playing.My daughter is usually asleep befor it is over.I really enjoy it,too.😊

Wonderful and relaxing. My 4 year old son and I listen to this and others by the same woman every night. He loves to pick his journey and he falls asleep by minute 12. My only suggestion would be to have the music at the end continue for 30-40 more Minutes.

Bug fix. Great content, my kids loved it, however now we can't use it - force closes. Please fix it!

Not worth it. You pay for everything but some little 13 minute meditation. I know it’s a “free app” but you pay for everything.

Kids Meditation Sleep. Great relaxing app. Helps the kids calm down.

1 free story provided. This is a great bedtime story to calm kids down before bed. My kids fall asleep within five minutes most nights. There is one free story provided- go to "library" on the bottom & you'll find it.

Best preschooler meditation around!. The is exactly what I was looking forward to introduce my four-year-old to meditation. He hasn't napped in more than two years and this gives him something to focus on while resting his body. Excellent quality and visualizations that will serve him well in the future. Worth every penny!

Written by my 10 year old. This is my favorite meditation app of all time! I love the one meditation that takes me on an adventure the best. The travel imagery is so descriptive and I can see everything. I also love this meditation because her voice is so soothing. I wish she would make more of the travel meditations because I’ve listened to these so many times. This app helps me to sleep better than all the other apps.

Confusing. It is hard to find the free sample that's included! When you click on library you choose the sleep meditation and you have to download that within the app. Once I got there I kept losing it and had to click around to figure out how to play. The woman's voice is not very soothing and her accent is distracting to me. The music in the background is great though. I also don't agree with telling children to clench their teeth! Eek. Mine hurt just thinking about it.

Relaxing for preschoolers. My daughter loves hearing "the lady" at bedtime. Soothing and calming for anxious kids.

Works like a charm!. I had to lay in their room for the first few nights to remind them to lay still but it didn't take long and they are sound asleep.

Force closes :(. The content of this app is excellent, however after spending $8 on in app purchases it force closes 85% of the time we go to use it. Such a bummer when my girls really love the guided meditations before bed. Please fix this.

the people that need to pay for the stories and said there werent any. for the ones that says tou cant listen to any, there is one, you have to but the rest, but one should be in youe library or on the list

Great. I am I kid who suffers from anxiety and migraines and sleep loss. With this app I can meditate and calm down plus the sounds helped with my migraines. I stay up till 10 o’clock trying to sleep but within I am falling asleep at 9:15 maybe 9:30 but this made it better now I can think and sleep more calmly

Does not come with any stories. You have to buy the stories. I'd rather pay for an app and get stories than download a piece of junk and not know what I'm getting.

AMAZING and FREE!!!. My 5 year old has a brain that is non stop. He spent the night with my dad and came home begging for this to be part of his nighttime routine...begging! Two stories in and he's peacefully asleep every night! And the best part is he actively participates with the meditations!

Shuts off. The app is great EXCEPT that is shuts off when the iPhone goes to sleep. How can i stop this?

No Family Sharing of In App Purchases. This app has been so helpful for my daughter in falling asleep. She loves it so much that I paid for all the additional content. But when she got an iPod I was disappointed to discover that there was no way to transfer that content to her device using our Family Share plan. Apple now allows developers to permit in-app purchases to be shared in Family Share. Please update to allow this so my daughter can listen on her device and not have to use mine! Without that issue my review would be five stars!

Just lovely. Thank you for such a great app. My 7 year old daughter suffers from intrusive thoughts and has a hard time calming down at night. I had been letting her listen to one of my relaxation apps, but then she asked to me to try to find something to "help kids with their worries". This app worked wonderfully for her. I will consider some of the other apps too.

Has made a big difference in our bedtime routine. My daughter has an exceptionally hard time winding down for bed. She has a very active mind that keeps her from falling asleep sometimes even when she is exhausted. She loves these meditations and is most often asleep before they finish. Her 6 year old brother enjoys them too.

Horribly clunky, but meditations work well enough.. It desperately needs an interface update. My children would never figure out how to get to the purchased meditations. There's too much searching and scrolling Lately it's started force closing.

This is awesome!. I am a child that has suffered from night terrors in the past. This is when while you are dreaming, you are talking/screaming, and can also involve sleep walking. I also suffer from anxiety, so this app has really helped me to sleep. I mean I'm an average 12 year old kid with a fear of... Well sleep. So i recommend this app to anyone who needs help falling asleep or just relaxing.

Frustrating and not worth it. Couldn’t load any meditations and then when trying to attempt to look at “FAQs” you have to answer a math question then try and chance the bubble answer over and over again! So frustrating, deleted straight away

Wonderful. This has been enormously successful for my busy can't-switch-off 3yo. She actually has asked if we can listen to 'the story where I am a bee'. And falls to sleep listening to it! Fantastic.

Not what I was expecting. I downloaded this app for my 9 year old son who has trouble relaxing and falling asleep. There are really good elements in the audio tracks on this app but it didn't deliver quite what I was expecting. The titles of the tracks don't really describe the content: 'Balloons' is about bubbles that you blow to carry your worries away - I would imagine this is great for kids who are anxious or worriers. 'Super star' describes floating in a bubble full of love and spreading that love to family friends and communities. Nice but nothing relating to super stars of any description. 'Floating in a Boat' was the one that that I thought my son would love but this turned out to be about a honey bee gathering nectar and pollen to feed it's babies. Not a boat or a drop of water in sight. 'Calm and still' was my last hope and I foolishly played this to my son in bed without listening to it first. It started off really well but we rapidly collapsed into fits of laughter ( not the desired effect) as he was asked to imagine himself in a floaty dress with butterfly clips in his hair joining the rest if the flower fairies in the garden, he was neither calm nor still by this point and we stopped the track then and there! I am glad I didn't pay for this and although there were good elements I wouldn't risk my money on any of Christiane's other apps as I found this sample to be more suitable for girls and there is no way of second guessing more boy-friendly content from the titles.

auto play good.. i like the auto play feature on this one BUT, everytime my iphone goes into screen lock the app stops working. so unfortunately this app is essentially useless for its purpose which is to play without interaction while my child goes to sleep. disappointing, as my little girl likes the meditations. please fix it.

Excellent. My daughter is 8 and really loves this at bedtime. It's very relaxing and really calms her.

Excellent. My daughter was getting very anxious at bedtime. She was worried that she would have bad dreams. It culminated in her getting out of bed repeatedly, telling us that she couldn't go to sleep. This app had her looking forward to bedtime. She found it a bit short, and asked for it to be played multiple times, so I bought the full version.

The ultimate kid tranquilliser!!!. It only takes 7 to 13 min and my 4yo is fast asleep! She loves her sleepy stories. Peaceful easy nights.

Love it!!!. My kids are always asking for the balloon sleep story, or the fairy story. They normally go straight to sleep, but even if the don't, they're calm and peaceful, so they normally sleep on their own. So glad I found this app.

Pointless to download. Says it comes with samples but doesn’t ask you right off the bat to restore purchases? Feels more like a scam of an app. Don’t waste your time.

Love this app. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator and I have been using this app in my classroom of 3 year olds for the past 3 weeks. The first couple of times we were unsure if the children were listening, but on the third day 2 children asked if they could hear 'the balloon story'. Now 12 of my 15 children are sleeping before this meditation is finished. We love it!

Upset but ok thx. Deleted after downlaoding a year or so ago re downloaded and tried to restore to sound tracks or whatever there called but it wouldn’t let me ended up buying one of the two I used to have and it wanted me to pay twice then downloaded on my phone which is connected to my I pad ( original device ) and it wants me to pay even though phone is same ac as I pad don’t re download unless u want to pay other than that great app. 🙄😬🤭

Good first track. My six year old enjoys the free track. The voice is like having Mary Poppins lead you in meditation. There are a few different images used over the 13 minutes. The transition music is very soothing.

I love it. I Lisbon to it a lot at night and to go to sleep I think is really amazing and I can not stop thinking about it

Great, but.... The meditations are wonderful and my son loves them! However, it crashes on the iPod touch all the time! Also, the interface is horrible. My gosh for the money you spend on it, the developer could put some work into it to make it an app and not just some version of a website. Very disappointing. I also find it disappointing that they are obviously not listening to the crash complaints and continuing to sell it as is. Meditation is to reduce stress, not cause it. Come on Christiane, if you have your name attached, make it more professional.

Free version no good, over priced. The free version cut off awkwardly without a natural closing ... the voice just stops. It left my daughter feeling more unsettled than before, had the opposite effect of what I was looking for. So the free version is no good, and I find it overpriced considering what you pay for each option.

It helps all my family I don’t like how much it cost but It still does the job. Good stuff

Not "free" and no preview of tracks before purchasing. Nice idea but it's far from free, you'll have to purchase every single track and maybe I would if I could at least preview what it sounds like or let my kids listen/pick ones since they will be using it. All in all a good idea but w just one track in the "free" app with a voice that sounds like an old English school teacher .. Not exactly a soothing voice either. Needs improvement, include American/Canadian English and offer previews, even 1 minute clip to get an idea..

Crashes all the time. This app crashes all the time which is disappointing since I have paid for 3 different versions please fix my son loves this app

It’s not that good. To me it is not that good. At first you only get one thing to listen to and sometimes her voice stops in the middle of her talking and it's just music. And you have to pay for I would say about 95% of the things on there.
