Terrible app. I have been trying to get into this app for months. When I put in my cell number it tells me I have multiple accounts (not by me) and enter my email. I enter my email and it states email not found (only one I have). There is no way to reset it or anything. I have emailed and tried calling to get it resolved.

Review. This is a great app- It has so many things that are so helpful would definitely recommend

Annoying App. The app deleted my PSAT score without warning! It wasn’t linked to my college board account so that score is gone. As a homeschooler, I’m not sure if it will be to receive the information I need from the school where I took the test.

Won’t allow me to log in. I have been trying to log in to see my score, but it won’t allow me. I’ve been getting messages that says that I my scores has been released, but I log in with my phone and it won’t allow me to join with my phone number, and I put in my college board email and they say it’s not found? I don’t know what to do and I’m freaking out

I cannot get into the app.. I have an account on BigFuture but I’ve recently gotten a new phone and have to log in again to see my new scores. But every time I try to login it asks for my recovery email and it tells me it does not exist. I use the same email for everything so I know for a fact that it “exists.” I have also talk to my fellow classmates with the same issue. We have called support and received different nonsense answers. I hope that this issue will be fixed in a future update or something. Not being able to see my scores because your app can’t recognize an email that already exists in it’s database should not cause this much stress. Fix it now.

Easy to use and very helpful!. Im very grateful there’s such an easy to use, modern app to connect me to and show me my PSAT scores! I’m going to use my results to practice for the real test!

App doesn't even work. I have the same problem as other people reviews. When I put in my phone number it says that it is not valid, even though I know it is the right number, and when I try to click on the email alternative it does work.

The app is poorly designed. The scores don’t go through. My psat still hasn’t been shown even though I was texted 3 months ago that I should have received it. Then on top of that they logged me out and won’t let me back into my account. Their support email operators are a joke. You can provide them with everything and they still won’t help you. I’m disappointed and annoyed

No score report. I downloaded this app so I could know my score. Well, I’ve seen it on collegeboard website, but it’s been six months and it’s still not on the app. ??? If the main purpose is to deliver scores, then why the heck has it been SIX MONTHS and no score? Defeats the purpose… 😑🙁

Need help. I can’t view my most recent score anywhere and I had all the correct information. I can’t access the app now, because it asks for my recovery email after my phone number, which then shows up as an error.

Can’t login. I took the SATs in about April and I know that I took them because college board sent me a text saying my scores were ready to view, but since then I cannot view my scores because they say that my number is associated with multiple accounts. I only have two email accounts and I already tried them both. I made sure the spelling was correct but they still say email not found. This is very frustrating not being to see my scores. especially since I am a senior now trying to apply to colleges

No scores and just an overall bad app. Why are they gonna email me that I have my scores with the email I’m signing in with and then they’re gonna say unable to sign in. Also, when I signed it, I kept on refreshing the page and I couldn’t see my score. Also, if you see all these bad reviews about this bad app why don’t u just FIX IT or EMAIL the grades likeee let’s be for real. I wish there was an option to rate it a 0.

Amazing resource!. My high school doesn’t have the best college resources, and BigFuture has been amazing throughout high school. From test study resources to college connections, BigFuture is a service that I cannot recommend enough!!!

Terrible app. I have the same issue as another user who left a review. Yes, I did put my number and email when I was taking the test. Yet I still get the same error when putting my phone to sign in saying multiple accounts linked. Then when I put in my email it says “email not found.” Very frustrating issue when you need the app to work. Many others who took the SAT with me are experiencing the same issue.

I can’t sign in. I got all my scores but when I try to log in on my laptop it won’t take my password and when I try to change the password I don’t get the email no matter what. I have used 5 different emails to change the password and nothing gets sent

Email not found. I was already using the app for months. When I did my first SAT it made me authenticate everything and said ‘multiple accounts linked, email not found’ I don’t have multiple accounts w my phone number plus I was already using the app when I took the PSAT and then the SAT, still I can’t use the app

Can’t log in on mobile????. For about a year now i haven’t been able to log into the big future app. it just says my phone number is associated with multiple accounts and i need to use my recovery email. i know i entered the correct phone number, as i used to receive texts from big future about my sat scores, but it has since stopped. I was not given an option to enter a recovery email and whenever I enter mine it says email not found even though it worked s at first. This is incredible frustrating as I have reached out before and not received any help.

couldn’t even sign in. I downloaded the app to keep up with AP classroom assignments easier, but I could not log in. The number i presented was correct, but it stated invalid. I went into my account on my browser and changed my number back to the same number, just to see if the system would properly register it. It still did not work. The email recovery doesn’t work because it’s linked to the number you have to try to sign in with.

Unable to login. Whenever I attempt to login to the app to review my Sat and AP class scores I am told my phone number is invalid. I’m using the same phone number that is listed on my college board account so it isn’t as if I changed phone numbers. When I select the trouble logging in option there is nothing for what to do if your phone number is dubbed invalid by Collage Board.

Very useful app, but a few issues with connections. I just took the psat for the first time as a junior, and I got to the app to see my scores and if any colleges have messaged me. The thing is, about every single one that has is a Christian college or colleges with anti-queer or trans policies. AS an atheistic trans person this is beyond annoying because every time I get interested in a college that messaged me I have to immediately go on a hunt to see if they’re incredibly religious or literal bigots. And literally every single college I’ve been interested in that’s messaged me has been one of the two. It would be INCREDIBLY helpful if there was even the most barebones option to stop AT LEAST religious colleges from messaging me. Or idk, have some very obvious indicator that says if a college is Christian or has anti-queer polices. This really shouldn’t even be an issue that needs to addressed.

it dont work .. this app is extremely frustrating. i sign in with my number theres no scores there i try to go through my email and it says i cant log in. the app doesnt even give you an option to log in through your email which would make this whole process easier we were supposed to get our scores in MAY here i am in JULY still unable to sign in because of this faulty program.

Nonfunctional App. I need to sign in to see my scores, so I put my phone number in. It says there are multiple accounts: okay, my bad. I put in my email, the one I used to sign up, and the one Big Future messaged me on to tell me my scores are released. It says it’s not a real email. I try literally every other email in my household and they’re all invalid. This is disgustingly unacceptable. I desperately need help.

Suggestions. I like what you’ve done, but there are some improvements I would like to see, especially in the newly added career explorer, I think it’s great, but here are my suggestions: More career options, Save data to bring up more careers personal to each user, guides on tips to get closer to goals in those career paths. It would be more beneficial to students if you turned this into a full guide to help picking careers instead of just exploring, maybe tests to narrow down your interests.

BigFuture Mobile App. Amazing App!!! It has helped me so much to explore new colleges and career opportunities, AND it shows me my test scores along with my strengths and weaknesses! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Good interface and Helpful. The interface is good until it brings you too the website and have to put in the login info every time you login. Helps look at college statistics too

Love it. Amazing app totally awesome and worth downloading especially for high schoolers of any age. My only thing is I wish that the links for colleges did not take you to a website out of app. I would prefer it to be in app but other than that I love it

Just bad app in general. As a lot of other people on here, whenever I try to log into this app, it always says I have multiple accounts linked. I put in my email and it says, ”Email not found” even though that is the email associated with my account. I’ve tried emailing about this, but I got a “We don’t have access to student accounts” response. Please fix this I just wanna see my SAT scores to see if I have to retake it.

Phone Number Change. I recently got a new phone number but there is no way to change it on BigFuture. It’s not a huge problem because I have a recovery email, but it is a pain since my email doesn’t work every time.

Keeps logging me out. When I’m browsing through colleges, it keeps making me login over and over again, and its quite annoying. Overall not a terrible app though

Can’t login. Hi! Im in 11th grade and i couldn’t view my scores for the longest time just because i have to do it through this app that I can’t even open. When i try to log in with my phone, it asks for a recovery email address, which I don’t understand, but ok. It all would’ve been good if it actually excepted my recovery email, but it doesn’t. So now after trying all the emails in my house, even my confused grandmothers, I can’t even open this forsaken app. Maybe it is the greatest app to exist, but I wouldn’t know, since I can’t open it. Please help me with this since I actually want to view my scores. Thank you in advance.

Input Info On Testing Day Unable to Access App. Like many others who are reviewing this app, I took the test and input my information saying I would be interested in this app. But when I go to sign in it’s saying it’s unable to send me sms. I’ve already called the support line and they were wildly unhelpful. Its ridiculous to have an app that so many students are supposed to rely on for accurate testing information so impossible to access and not user manageable.

Big future. I like this app but you can’t see your scores on the app I became a ambassador to help my small school learn more about what the app does to help you prepare for college this app helps a lot

Phone linked to multiple accounts???. I’ve seen some other reviews like this but it’s saying that my phone is linked to multiple accounts (it shouldn’t be) and my email address doesn’t work to recover it even though I have logged into this app before. Fix your app.

It doesn’t work. I’ve emailed support about a week ago and have tried everything but it still says “There was a problem loading content from the server. Please try again later.” I’m sure the app is nice but I would have no idea because it won’t let me use it.

Great app!!. This app is great because you can easily access your scores and areas you need to review (for psat), but the app also provides information about colleges, scholarships, and learning opportunities. It’s a great app, and the only complaint most people have is about not getting scores fast enough, but that has nothing to do with the app itself. I would definitely recommend the BigFuture College Board app, it’s a great resource for high schoolers.

Wont let me log in. I took the PSAT on October 23rd and on the 12th of November I got an email saying that my PSAT scores are ready to view. When I took the PSAT, I provided my number and an email, but when I enter my number onto the app it says “please enter the recovery email associated with your mobile number to access the app.” After entering that email, It says that it was “not found” and I am not able to log in. It was the same email and phone number that I had used last year to view my score so I am confused as to why it is no longer working

No Scores. They keep saying “your scores are now available,” but every time I open the app, it says that my scores will be “arriving soon.” This has got to be a joke. There should be NO reason for an app that THOUSANDS of teenagers are trusting with the very thing that can make or break their potential attendance of college to not even be able to do the ONE THING that we ask of it: GIVING US OUR SCORES. I did NOT spend weeks upon weeks pouring my blood, sweat, and tears over notes, study guides, and textbooks, preparing for the SAT, only for some poorly designed app to withhold my score from me. Why do you guys think this is okay??? I genuinely want to know what your though process is?? Update: Nevermind, it works. I had to wait several hours, but it eventually worked.

Won’t allow scores in PDF form. I cannot access my scores in PDF form even after creating an account on the college board website. It seems the app and website don’t communicate because the phone number is the same for both but the website says “no scores available”. I can look at my scores on the app but need them printed off.

No scores and can’t login to app. I took the SAT in march at my school and was excited to see my scores today since all my friends were texting me about it. When I tried to login to the app (that i previously had access to for my psat scores) it said email not found even thought they sent me an email about my scores the same day I tried logging in. I also tried viewing my scores online but they are not showing up. Two of my friends are also having the same problem and who knows who else. I also checked my account information and the phone number and email that I put in to login is the same so I don’t know what to do.

Cant see anything. So, ive seen this app work before. Ive already had my results and everything but I went back to check my messages to look for potential colleges, suddenly it says im not connected to the internet. I double check my wifi and cellular data and everything seems fine but this app. Please fix this mess, its obvious many others are having other issues regarding the app recently.

Logging in. I can’t even log into the app. When you open the app, the first thing it asks you to put in order to access your account is the number it’s tied to. But when I do this, it keeps on saying that my number is invalid, even though I literally copy and pasted the exact number from my account. This is also the same case when I try accessing the app on my phone and my computer.

Can’t even log in. I’ve downloaded the app multiple times. Deleted it and redownloaded it over and over again to just try and sign in. Every time I try, it says my phone number is invalid (it’s not. And my phone number registered just fine on the website) and I cannot even click on the button that allows for the other option of using a recovery email. This is incredibly frustrating as an AP student who needs this app.

Good, just could use dark mode. I am a student and a great advocate for dark mode. I like this app, but I don’t like being blinded by the dark mode to light mode transition. Please add dark mode to protect our eyes.

Useless. The only trying you can do is see your PSAT and read articles with obvious information and/or information you can find elsewhere. You can’t use it for any other college board feature. There should be access to SAT scores and AP classroom at least. Also, when I took my PSAT, the scores didn’t show on the app till hours after the website

Horrible. This app is terrible. I take my PSAT and they asked for my number. I gave them my number and they texted me after I was done to send me a link to the app. I downloaded the app but it won't even open. Everytime I click the app it closes me out. I have downloaded it multiple times. I tried to troubleshoot and just make an account online. I made my account with the same number I gave them originally and they texted me with originally. I can access the website but it doesn't have anything on the test I JUST took. I know it is too early to see my score but it should atleast show that I took the test. Although it's not the SAT this is still something that affects my future and is important for me to see, wouldn't you think? After this I deleted and redownloaded the app and it STILL will not open.

College board is a horribly run company. College board doesn’t not let you sign in and their password reset buttons do nothing. After I had reset my college board account, after being on hold for an ungodly amount of time, the same day it wouldn’t let me login again. In addition the prices of SAT are biased towards richer students as they can retake as much times as they want till they get a perfect grade making richer students have the ability to get better Sat practice grades then poorer students. I don’t understand why college board holds the keys to millions of students futures when they can’t handle creating a website.

This app. This app is actually helpful and so good for you to know what college is available for you or you are interested in and it also tells you what you need to have to get in to that college or university and that’s good because it’s like you are preparing yourself to go to college or university this app is worth it and helpful

Account Recovery. I have tried downloading this app multiple times, but it never works. I have an email and a phone number I use to send my scores, but every time I attempt to log in to the app, I get sent to the ‘Account Recovery’ screen. From there, no matter what email I put in, it claims I have no account to find. While I think this app is smart, it’s much too difficult to navigate and has frequent problems. The execution for this was relatively poor and disappointing.

Needs work. I used this in 10th grade without issue, got my scores and everything right on time. But this year, I took my PSAT again and all of a sudden it can’t find my email when I try to sign in? Doesn’t recognize the email or number it messaged? Please fix it, I’d like to know what I got on my PSAT 🙏

Can’t access scores. This app is good, but not when the exact information for both the app and the website are both declining despite being the exact same. I’m trying to see my PSAT scores but they aren’t showing up anywhere and is even saying that I haven’t taken any PSAT’s before, while knowing I have both last year and this year. help. why can i only log in using a phone number? and it wont even let me change the county for it so i cant even put my phone number.

Cannot see score. When I log into my account through my phone number, the score portion of the app is completely blank and has been that for over a week.

Awful. If youre gonna run a monopoly at least have a good service or at the bare minimum have it work.

CANT SEE TEST SCORES. So I got a email saying my test scores will be available on May 2nd, and nothing the app doesn’t show my test scores and how does this happen!!! I worked hard for my SAT and I don’t even get to see what I got. SO RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

Unnecessary. It’s stupid that we need to download an app just to view our SAT score. College Board already HAS a website they can post scores on. Why make this extra step college board?

Doesn't work. Every time I've tried to log in, it says that my phone number is not valid. I've tried multiple things to change this, but it won't work.

App is useless…use your computer. Everything the app promises, the website delivers. Until it’s fixed, you must access the website to get your scores, save colleges, etc.

Can’t see scores. When I log in it says the right name but I still can’t see my score. I got an email saying I should be able to see it today but there is no score there.

Never gave me my score 😂😂. I took the PSAT in what April???? It’s SEPTEMBER. THEY NEVER GAVE ME MY SCORE. I was able to access it just fine through a personal CollegeBoard but come on man.

Wouldn't show me my scores. I took the PSAT 10 on April 11th this year and have recently recieved an email saying my scores are out and to see my scores I'd have to download this app. In curiosity I open the app and whoa and behold there is no score. Don't play with me BigFuture School.

Hate this app. I would NEVER download this app again. I can never see my scores every test I have done my scores have never shown up for me. This app and its creators has a problem. I hope no one ever has to download this app. Fix your app.

Nothing good to say. This app is a waste of time and frustration. It doesn’t let you log in, even when you reset your account. Tech support doesn’t help either. Schools, please stop making us use this especially for scores🙏

Cant log in. Ive tried so many times but I can’t even log into the app. It says my number doesn’t exist, and when I try to click the email option it doesn’t even let me.

NO SCORES. it’s april 23 and i took the sat test about 1 month ago and can only see my psat scores. All my friends at my school can see theirs except me and i only have 1 account. I even went to teachers and they said they can’t help me. HORRIBLE app.

Sells your phone number. Entered phone number to sign in and now I get spam messages every hour. Check your SAT/PSAT scores on the collegeboard website, not here.

Number I put on test day isn’t working. I’ve been needing my SAT score to apply to colleges it isn’t working at all.
