Easy to use app. Score was right on the front page and easily accessible.

Won’t let me log in. I enter my phone number and it says “multiple accounts linked” and tells me to enter an email address. It then says none of the ones I try are correct. It’s worked in the past; I don’t know why it’s not working now. Can someone help me log in???

Can’t log in. Same problem as everyone else, I can’t login even though I put the correct number in. It keeps saying can’t validate even when I click on use recovery email, it doesn’t work.

No Scores. They keep saying “your scores are now available,” but every time I open the app, it says that my scores will be “arriving soon.” This has got to be a joke. There should be NO reason for an app that THOUSANDS of teenagers are trusting with the very thing that can make or break their potential attendance of college to not even be able to do the ONE THING that we ask of it: GIVING US OUR SCORES. I did NOT spend weeks upon weeks pouring my blood, sweat, and tears over notes, study guides, and textbooks, preparing for the SAT, only for some poorly designed app to withhold my score from me. Why do you guys think this is okay??? I genuinely want to know what your though process is?? Update: Nevermind, it works. I had to wait several hours, but it eventually worked.

No score report. I downloaded this app so I could know my score. Well, I’ve seen it on collegeboard website, but it’s been six months and it’s still not on the app. ??? If the main purpose is to deliver scores, then why the heck has it been SIX MONTHS and no score? Defeats the purpose… 😑🙁

Wouldn’t even let me log in. Would not accept my phone number to let me log in (I put it in correctly like 5 times) please fix your app my phone number is not wrong and I need my scores. I see answered reviews about how it won’t work if I didn’t put my number in at the beginning of the test, it never gave me that option, nor did it give any of the kids in my testing room the option.

Annoyed. I literally cannot sign in, it’s saying the number I’m using is not going through and it won’t let you use your email to sign in.

it’s works well... seen my PSAT score perfectly fine, and also other things such as colleges that are interested in me as well as some news about colleges and helpful tips.

BigLiarSchool. When I got the text saying “your test scores are ready” I had never checked an app so fast in my life. But it lied. It lied like my parents when they told me Santa was real, and I have never felt so much disdain for an app. My friends had all seen their scores without the app after they came out on Thursday. It is SATURDAY and I am still unable to see my score. It’s telling me that I should be taking AP classes based on my score, but it can’t tell me my goddang score because it’s “still being processed”. I’m gonna have to resort to going onto a website to find my score now. Thanks for NOTHING BigFutureSchool.

Horrible terrible despicable app. If I could give a 0 I would. They made me download it and my scores not even there. Why did it take a whole month to get the scores and it’s literally 3 pm and they’re not there yet how hard can it be

Terrible app. I have the same issue as another user who left a review. Yes, I did put my number and email when I was taking the test. Yet I still get the same error when putting my phone to sign in saying multiple accounts linked. Then when I put in my email it says “email not found.” Very frustrating issue when you need the app to work. Many others who took the SAT with me are experiencing the same issue.

It wont let me log in i stg im about to delete this app.. I legit cant log in. It asks for my phone number and that fails. I then click on the use recovery email but it just keeps asking for my phone number, not my email. It also has an awful UI and is buggy.

Why won’t it show me anything?. So I got the text to sign in. Downloaded the app, did everything it told me to. The messages say my score was posted, but the Scores section says it will be posted soon. They’re supposed to be out already, what is going on?

Awful app. Considering this is an app all about college, iy functions like it was developed by a group of freshman. Just go to the website

Annoying App. The app deleted my PSAT score without warning! It wasn’t linked to my college board account so that score is gone. As a homeschooler, I’m not sure if it will be to receive the information I need from the school where I took the test.

not great. Granted, I usually have negative interactions with anything relating to my school but I got deadnamed and in order to change it I have to call a customer support line Not to mention the whole fact I downloaded the app was from an automated email that said I could get my test scores… why do I need an app for that! I don’t even care about my score anymore Go away forever

Great!. Got my PSAT score today and was able to view it, along with other information, with ease 😃👍

Over 100 schools are interested in my phone number.. I received an email from bigFuture that some colleges are interested in me, so I assumed that it was because of my psat and act scores, because big future is how I got the results from my school, so they already had my test scores. I downloaded the app because I wanted to see the messages that I got cause I saw that Miami University sent me one. When I opened the app I put in my phone number and all that, and I went to try to put in my email so my accounts would be connected, which I couldn’t do, because apparently it that’s not an option. So I went to look at the colleges that were interested in me and there were so many colleges that were interested in me based on my phone number. I didn’t trust this because they had no information whatsoever. Don’t trust this app.

Pretty Useless. I downloaded this app specifically to view my PSAT/NMSQT score. I checked the morning the were supposed to release and the app said they were still processing my scores. I then checked the website and the score was there. I came back to look at this app a few days later on the scores still weren’t on the app. So overall, pretty much no reason for the app.

Impossible to troubleshoot login issues. Incredibly frustrating. Error when submitting my Gmail, saying “email not found.” Email should be the same that I used for collegeboard. My entire class had this issue. App needs serious updates.

This app is so untrustworthy. the one good thing about this app is it’s UI. I provided my phone number when I took the PSAT/NMSQT, and it never sent me a text to sign in to the app. I tried downloading the app and entering my phone number, and it said it was invalid. A few weeks later, a couple days before results came out, I put my phone number into the app again and it worked. Also, I got my PSAT score through the college board website at around 8 am, but it took until 6:30 PM for it to show up in the app!! Seriously what is wrong with this app??

No scores and can’t login to app. I took the SAT in march at my school and was excited to see my scores today since all my friends were texting me about it. When I tried to login to the app (that i previously had access to for my psat scores) it said email not found even thought they sent me an email about my scores the same day I tried logging in. I also tried viewing my scores online but they are not showing up. Two of my friends are also having the same problem and who knows who else. I also checked my account information and the phone number and email that I put in to login is the same so I don’t know what to do.

I can’t sign in. I got all my scores but when I try to log in on my laptop it won’t take my password and when I try to change the password I don’t get the email no matter what. I have used 5 different emails to change the password and nothing gets sent

The beginning of the End. College board is my one true enemy. The hardships I have been put through due to college board is excruciating. The mere thought of the app is like a stab through the heart. My will to live has been shattered by those who advised the creation of this app. Those who are involved with the college board have been captivated by the devil. Such anguish I have been caused. Just bad. Would not show my sat score

IT ISN'T WORKING. I'm actually about to start crying, it said my SAT score was out but it won't even let me log into my account and it says my email that I literally use all the time is wrong 😭

Useless. Why would they make an app that your going to use for only 2 days a year at most and fail to deliver its service

Doesn't work. Every time I've tried to log in, it says that my phone number is not valid. I've tried multiple things to change this, but it won't work.

Late PSATs. I took the PSATs last month and didn’t get the scores until now which is a couple days after I was texted it was scored and said on the app itself it was scored even though it wasn’t. To people who see this, it doesn’t share false information but it is really late. People saying it’s false sucked at the PSATs and are complainers.

Great!. Great app! I hope people realize that some scores take a while to load but other than that amazing!

User friendly. It is a lot easier to use and straight to the point, compared to the college board site which is a little messy.

Sooooo frustrating to use. They text you that your test scores are ready and that you can see them now, and then you go into the app just to see that was in fact a lie. Then they have the gall to ask if you want to enable push notifications for them to tell when you can see your test scores when the only reason you’re here is because you got a text saying that your test scores were ready!!!! Big future school is also a really dumb name for an app…

Ugghhhhh. The app literally won't even let me sign in. I type in my phone number, check multiple times to make sure it's correct, hit send then it says it's unavailable. Then when i try to hit the button that makes it go to my email it continues to say "this SMS is not a valid user" . I'm not even putting in my phone number so what??? Then I'll take th phone number completely out of the box and then the letters for sending an email link go grey and I can't click it. This app is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

WORNG PSAT SCORE!!!. I got a 1520 on my Psat, i know it. I knew evrything, but this dumb app gave me a 920!!!

What idiot made this. I can’t view my scores despite being told they are available. Should have taken the ACT.

Poorly Designed, Outright Manipulative App. You need to use the same phone number you used with your PSAT on test day. And no, that doesn’t count as the phone number on your Collegeboard account. Collegeboard forces you to install this otherwise useless app to see your scores earlier, just because you chose not to enter your phone number to be bombarded by the scam advertisers they sell your number to on test day. Once again disappointed but should not have expected more from the acorn shaped for-profit education monopoly company.

Won’t let me side in. I downloaded the app so that I could receive messages about colleges and it won’t even let me sign in. It says my phone number is invalid but when I log into the website it shows my number as being saved in the server. When I tried to click sign in with recovery email it won’t load and keeps saying my phone number is invalid. The app has too many problems, signing in with the website on a computer is more useful than using the app.

Unnecessary. It’s stupid that we need to download an app just to view our SAT score. College Board already HAS a website they can post scores on. Why make this extra step college board?

The app is poorly designed. The scores don’t go through. My psat still hasn’t been shown even though I was texted 3 months ago that I should have received it. Then on top of that they logged me out and won’t let me back into my account. Their support email operators are a joke. You can provide them with everything and they still won’t help you. I’m disappointed and annoyed

Doesn't stay logged in. One of the main points of this app is to notify you when test scores are released, but every time I open it, it requires me to sign in again, so it's hard to believe that the push notifications will work.

Quit using this college board. It’s useless and doesn’t even show your score for months later what’s the point in hiding a multiple choice test? It’s auto-gradable if TSI can do it you can too. I got a notice saying my scores would be lit in a day and it has in fact been two days.

Can’t see PSAT score. I got this app specifically to be notified as soon as PSAT scores were released and be able to see them quickly and easily. Scores were released yesterday for my school and the app still only shows “your results are still being processed” which isn’t true because when I went to the actual College Board website I was able to see my scores immediately. The overall app isn’t terrible but it doesn’t work for the single purpose I got it for. Just look at the website instead of the app, you can see the same stuff and at the least website actually works.

Overall bad experience. Downloaded this app to check psat scores, only for it to say that they didn't have it yet. Yet when i check the website, it's already uploaded there yet the app wouldn't give me the score. Very disappointed in college board for such a disappointing experience, especially since the app is very important since everything's online. If psat scores don't come out properly on this app i worry what would happen to the scores of other tests and other functions of this app. Not to mention this didn't happen to only me but also to many of my other friends who got an email that the app was where the scores would be posted

definitely an app. To be honest, its not as bad as people are saying, but it is pretty bare bones. The layout is good, but there isn't as much as there is on the website. Ideally, just add support for things like AP Classroom and it'll be better. Also, it would be awesome if the wait time for test results was shorter since we're now taking the tests virtually. 3/5 could be better

psat score. I just got my psat score in spanish class and i open that sh up and my eyes start welling up with tears im now in a mental ayslum and currently going insane. they most def did this bc im mexican. this app gave me dyslexia as well.

Gave me trauma. I was reviewing my scores when… I saw a number too low to be true. I immediately felt like I was seizing up and I nearly died. This app is a danger to all.

Not showing scores. I can see my scores on the college board website but not on the app, it even sent me a text saying it was here but it is not.

Not worth it. My score came out faster on the website than on the app which defeats the whole purpose.

I’m not a transphobe I promise. I put “nuh-uh” as my gender for my PSAT not in a transphobic way more of a “screw you” way and now I’m scared this information might prevent me from getting into a community college one day 😔

Login. It won’t even let me login with my number even tho it’s right. Also on the website it says PACT scores are out yet you can’t even see them. Disappointed

may cause stroke. upon opening the app i was greeted with anticipation of yet another victory royale for the og, taking down the sweats.. the imposters among us! the imposter turned out to be my psat score that had a negative sign in front of it. this caused me to suffer from a seizure that locked me up in mr beast’s apartment. i am now forced to watch r34 chica from five nights at freddy’s until i get a good score. please help.

Barely works. Reviews came in significant later than the website. Just use the site, the app is not worth it.

Terrible. I saw my psat score and I was absolutely terrified. My score was absolutely atrocious and devious. I almost died of a heart attack. I will not be opening this app ever again.

Future millionaire. The way I got a 274… are you serious? I may have slept throughout most of the test by accident but I tried my hardest. My parents are immigrants so my life isn’t easy.

Honestly. In the test i could’ve sworn i passed the questions were so easy. So there’s no way my score should have been that low they probably only give good scores to rich white kids!

it created a new account for me. i’ve taken 3 psats before this and so i assumed that when i put my phone number in for this app it would put my scores into the website. nope! it made me another account that i had to email college board to get fixed. definitely won’t be doing this next year to get my scores 2 minutes quicker.

Didn’t get my scores.. I took the psat last semester (fall 2023) and got my paper copy of my score on time but I went to check on the app ( it’s about to be summer 2024) and it says that my scores are still pending.
