Meh .... Many issues ... Firstly, only the first category (25 games) is truly free. If you want to play the second category you'll find yourself here writing a review for the honor. All other categories must be paid for in order the play. Secondly, the game gets annoying because you are forced to touch a letter numerous times to successfully move it to the guess section. That gets frustrating as it really slows you down. There are many words you will play only to find this game does not consider them words--again, very irritating. I found a lot of words can be played over and over again. HINT: Adding an 's' at the end of words will take you far. There are no hint options and a few of the words will seem foreign so venture a guess if all else fails. I've had to look up the meaning of one or two three-letter words because I've never heard of them before, which can be a mix of frustration and an interesting challenge. I really like the shuffle feature and found it quite useful when all obvious words ran their course.

Fun & relaxing😃. This game is like "Text Twist" without the time limit. There are several different categories that have to be unlocked. As soon you guess the 6 letter word, you can go to the next level. If you guess all words in a level, you can get all 3 stars (kind of like "Angry Birds"). The more stars the better. This game is great for anybody who likes word games or enjoys games they actually make you think a little bit.

Excellent game and very difficult at times.... I love this game but there are no solutions for some of the puzzles. For instance, in the FOODS puzzles, I get all the words except for the most important one. I'm a long time cook, no slouch in the language department, and have found words that are not in any dictionary! Still, it is a fun game and a great way to pass time in traffic when someone else is driving or on a plane.

Too Easy. I think this game is great for kids and adults that are lousy spellers. I unscramble much harder words to solve a puzzle called the "Jumble" in my daily newspaper. Maybe I've just trained myself to put together common letter combinations like 'ing', 'th', and 'tle'. I actually find it harder to complete all the 3, 4, and 5 letter words. To make the puzzles harder, I think a person must solve all the words to move on to the next puzzle, not just the starred word.

Good brain game!. I really enjoy this app. I would give it five stars except there are a couple of puzzles that did not accept some of the words I created that we're spelled correctly. It happened three times in one game so that is why I gave it four stars. But it does not happen with most of the games and even if you cannot come up with all the words in a game it is still lots of fun to play and exercise your brain!

Addictive & Hard. The game starts of easy, but really gets tough as you go along. REALLY TOUGH! It's nice that there aren't any advertisements embedded into this app, but the downside is that there is a limit to what you can play for free. You'll get 50 free levels to start off with, but additional stages of 50 levels will cost you .99 cents each. Overall this is a well running, habit forming, cleanly presented word game app that will eat up your time.

Not bad, missing a lot of valid words.. I have always liked anagram type puzzles, always played them on paper. This one has nice features for drag and drop, clean graphics and clear/shuffle. There are a lot of missing words and repeat valid guesses are not differentiated from first guess of the same word. Would like shuffle for selected letters rather than remaining letters and option to default last word instead of having to select; also letters in bin slide left, this is annoying. 25-50 words is not a lot for free play. Won't purchase after free play is finished.

New game for me, Like. Love word games so decided to give this game a try. Works well so far. Surprised by words not in their dictionary. If can't get all words In a level, love that I can continue on and then come back to games not completed. Usually that time away gives my mind time to reset and the few remaining words come quickly. Would recommend to others. Not constant ads is a huge plus.

Need a 6-letter answer to number 49 in ARTS!. I am stuck, as I presume many others are, by my Googling, on the fourth 6-letter answer to ARTS number 49. I've tried Anagram Twists' cheat site, which I use when I'm really stuck, and it's 4th word is not being taken!! Huh?? I've tried several other anagram solving sites and those that had more than 4 words using the letters 'artist', none of the other words are the answer Anagram Twist wants to complete the puzzle! How puzzling is that?? I love word games and really like this app, but it's frustrating when the app isn't accepting any word to complete this puzzle! I can't find a way to contact the developer, either! Anyone have the answer?

New fav game. I've been searching for a game like this and am so happy to find it! It could get five stars with some improvement: add hints, add a give up option which would show the missed words, add more words, there are so many more that could added. Maybe add a feature to "hold" the valid letters, but that's probably a whole other game. Add a clear feature for when you've solved a puzzle as the free version has only 2 categories. Maybe offer more on the free! There may be other improvements that I haven't found yet, so keep working on it and I'll re-review!

Good, could be better. It's a simple word scramble game. I like that you can move letters around individually after they've been placed, and that you can shuffle some, but not all letters. Those are pluses. But the big flaws are that the game's lexicon is too limited (a lot of legitimate words are rejected), and the game does not show you answers you fail to find, so you cannot see a completed puzzle unless you are able to complete it yourself.

Fun, but glitches. I have completed all of the available levels. I like that it had more challenging words, but it was clearing annoying that it accepted some words on one level but not another. Most frustrating of all are that there are several puzzles in "arts" that cannot be answered. I think I have 5 puzzles that stumped even the online descramblers. Or, just didn't accept the available answers. Frustrating. Maybe the team needs to spell check a few things.

Could Be Better. I was looking for a game similar to jumbline2. It is that, but more like the kid's version. To apply your selections is tedious with all the tapping instead of swiping. There's no way to report a word that is bogus. I wish it had an option for timed games if you choose, which I find more challenging. And there's no way to reveal the word if you do decide to throw in the towel. It is addictive and could be so much fun with some of the aforementioned adds.

Clunky. It became tedious to have to tap the letters multiple times before they would activate to be included in the "guess" word. Sometimes when you tap the letter it just moves around and snaps back to the holding row, which is difficult to understand because there's only one thing you want that letter to do when you tap on it and that's to jump up and be part if your guess -- not swim around the holding tank. Also, and this seems to be a shortcoming on all of these anagram games, you get a shortened list of word possibilities because you're trying to fit all of the results onto a single screen. So words that were valid in the previous puzzle are not valid in the next because there are too many correct words to fit on one screen. Why couldn't there be a second screen for the spillover? People know how to use forward and back buttons.

Awesome game. I totally loved your game! I so was addicted to it when I started because the puzzles were so challenging I was determined to solve all of the puzzles. Right now I am finished with the hobbies puzzle and I am moving on to the holidays puzzle! Totally love it!!!!! ; P All of u should play it!!!! The more time you play the more determined you get to play more of the game before you know it you have bought all of the other puzzles and eagerly finishing them. It is more funner than yo think it is and let me inform you this game is not only for geeks it is for us awesome people to. Play This My Awesome People!!

Pease read. I thought this was going to be a bad I idea from the start. But it turns out ( if you like words games ) this is a great app! I am so addicted to it when I get on my ipod I come to a game I could t finish and then find myself trying to solve the puzzle! I think it is fun and if I were you I would give it a try before you go ahead with all the other bad reviews

Thunk. Potentially fun game, ruined by the creators' highly idiosyncratic sense of vocabulary. I hope you like the deliberately annoying "thunk" sound it gives you when it decides you haven't spelled a real word, because you'll get it a lot. It's kind of shocking what the creators of this game don't consider to be legitimate words. In one puzzle, for instance, you get THUNK for "drag," for pity's sake. To make matters worse, they're not even consistent. In most puzzles, "ort" is a word. Then suddenly, in another, THUNK. After a point, you're not playing a word game anymore, you're playing "try to read the designers' minds." No thanks.

Fun, but limited.. It's addictive.. Not every word is accepted when u discover a word with the letters, but the guessing game is fun. Wish there were longer and shorter main puzzle words. The playability is great; allows you to shuffle letters and clear the board and shuffle the letters u want, and start with last word posted. Wish there could be options for timed rounds and riddles or trivia that would reveal the letters you work with etc. all in all pretty fun and addictive..

Dr. This game really stretches my brain. Not so difficult that they can't be completed but challenging enough to make you sweat a bit. My one criticism is that I've come across several word (that are definitely words in the English language) that the puzzle does not recognize. Bummer. There are also a couple of word from other language that are part of familiar English parlance. I think it would be okay to use some of the more obvious ones (i.e. Voila). All that said, I would be content to play this game "as is" every day. Thanks for the chance to test drive it.

Eijjdnwk. I'm already on the nature category I am stuck however on puzzle 20 in the food category! I can not come up with the big word! I even tried searching a ton of web sites and even a app ! They all give me the words krona and Loran no 6 letter word! This is so frustrating and I feel I can't move on until I have the answer please help!

Meh, it's okay. I like this game, especially since its free and I'm super into anagrams but there are some things I wish they'd fix or change before id be willing to pay money for it. First, many real words are not in the list, even words that are fairly common, not just arcane ones. Second, there is no button to reveal the answers or even get hints so if you're stuck, you are stuck. Maybe the pay version is different but the free version doesn't include an option for hints or quitting. Based on the free version, I wouldn't pay for this game but I won't delete the free version either. Final verdict: meh, I'll keep it but it needs improvement.

Twist words to strengthen your Brain. This game, anatwist, challenges the brain to create words from a fixed set of letters . It creates a larger vocabulary which is an enormous benefit . Use this , it's beneficial This ge is exciting. The most important organ , the brain , receives an enormous amount of exercise. The left hemisphere becomes active and sharper from playing this game. You'll enjoy this !

Addicting!. Challenging if you like these type of word games and I love it but it has not been updated for 2 years, I've gone as far as I can and have been waiting a very long time for new categories to be available to unlock...two new categories "Places" and "Business" have said "Coming Soon" forever. I love the game but now it's just taking up extra storage on my phone...😏

Good not great. The premise of the game is much like text twist. I think text twist is better, especially because more words, obvious as they should be, are used in each puzzle. There were many puzzles where very basic words weren't allowed as an answer. I do like that there's no time limit but I wish the option was there. Overall it's a good game and helps pass the time as well as helps to increase vocabulary.

This game rocks!!!. Wow, I typed in " unscramble " on the search for the App Store, and this game popped up, along with some others. I got every free app under the name of " unscramble" I tried every one of them and this one was the best one of them!! If you are searching for a game that isn't impossible to do, but still makes you kind of think a little bit, I totally would recommend this!! They have a wide variety topics and phrases that you can solve. I ❤ this game!!!!!!!

Another "meh" vote. Definitely do not like the "pay by category" functionality, especially since they do not tell you how much each one costs when you click to buy. Also the letter click is a little off, and there is no way to "solve" if you can't figure out a word (and as someone else pointed out, their dictionary is a bit off). If the functionality was better, I would have bought more categories, but as is it isn't worth more time. It was fun while it lasted, but not a keeper.

Pretty good. Enjoyable way to pass time between meetings, waiting for appointments, or on those nights sleep is elusive. Nice selection of categories. Some repetition of words. Has preset list of words so you often type legitimated words that are not accepted which can be frustrating. Not timed so you can start and stop several times. Does not always hold your place. You can return using the game selection screen and pick up where you left off.

Great..almost perfect. Awesome, addictive game..the only thing that would make it better is if it was easier to single tap the letters into place..almost every time I try to tap them, they start dragging instead..if it was only possible to drag them once they were up in the guessing field, it would be a lot easier..im constantly having to stop and slowly, carefully tap or drag the letter into place...fix this, and ill happily give this game 5 stars. :o)

It was fun... But not as fun as I hoped.. I started out playing this game on my sisters iPod, and when I first started then it was great fun, but I then went to play it on my own, and suddenly all of the faults stood out to me. The fact that only one pack is truly free and you can't even unlock any more by getting all the words right is just bad game designing. There were many instances where I was frustrated with the game because of very uncommon words or words that should be in that weren't. Other than those faults which I have listed, the game was pretty fun, and if there were more packs to unlock without paying, I would have been much more satisfied.

Fun game. Challenging, not difficult to the point where I give up and put it down or feel dumb. Gets more difficult as you play. Only downside is that it only allows you to play 2 categories. Granted, there are 25 puzzles in each category, but you can only play 2 of the many. After that, it asks you to pay .99 to unlock the rest. Not a whole lot to ask for, but I'm not into it enough to buy it.

Awesome!. Totally addictive. On a trip was playing, my daughter saw game and immediately downloaded. Flying home we were both playing and woman sitting next to me had one regret, could not download app while we were in the air. She did make note of the name and was going to download when she was home. Amazing, she was enjoying watching me... addicted and hadn't played her own game.

Anagrams. This game is both addicting and frustrating. I like puzzle solving, I'm not great at it mind you, but I like it. I enjoy the scrabble like feel of the game tiles and the jumble of letters. However there are some drawbacks. The puzzles are preset with the answers... if you find a word that is not one the these preset ones its not valid. (no extra bonus points for spare words :( bummer). Sometimes the letters when tapped will not jump to the spelling board they sit there and shake at you. These are not so awful that I wouldn't recommend this game it is fun and I find it amusing to play when I'm with my family it soon draws them in! ;)

Good, could be better. It would be great if you could unlock more puzzles easily, there are some words you find and it won't accept, so maybe make more words to fill in or extra points for extra words. It helps that it's always in alphabetical order, so if you are missing a word you can narrow it down by finding what fits alphabetically.

Waste of time. Zero stars should be an option. First off, you get 25 puzzles. Give them a review and you get 25 more. Problem is, it's selective. It gives you six letters to make words between three and six letters in length. Will ask for two five letter words when a dozen can be made. Have fun guessing which ones they preselected as being correct. Gameplay is awkward as well. The whole "tap this letter to select it" technology has eluded them to date. Here's the true test. NOBODY IS ADVERTISING ON IT. If nobody thought well enough to spend money to advertise in it, then it's not worth it.

Like not love. I like the challenge this game presents. When I think I've exhausted all options the remaining blank spots remind me there are, in fact, at least a couple more - like dangling the proverbial carrot in front of me. I like the "shuffle" and "clear" options. It would be nice to include a hints option as well as more viable word options. It can get really frustrating to try using words that are accepted in other game apps only to find they aren't valued in this one. Keep working on the app and you'll have more satisfied gamers.

Fun but incomplete. The game is missing some rather strange words. "nag", "drag", "ranged" to name a few. It's also a little irritating that entering a word will not change the order of the letters on the bottom. You have to drag them or shuffle to change that order, and the drag is a little too sensitive. If you type too fast, most of the letters will try to move instead of being sent to the word area.

It's ok.. It's a nice word whomp style game with no timer. The way to select tiles is a little awkward. I don't like how it removes the word if it is correct and you have to hit the "last " button. It doesn't recognize some words. I don't know if that is because the word is not in the category or not, but there doesn't seem to be any reason for the category. It is a little awkward how it gives you the "correct" word animation for a word which was already found. Not bad though.

Good, not great. I like the game well enough. I fell in love with Text Twist and I like that there's no time limit on this game so I can challenge myself to find every word. I DON'T like the fact that they don't actually have every real word possible. When I type in a word that should work and it doesn't, it's frustrating. I won't be paying for the full version unless they make some improvements. And I'm certainly not paying for it if I'm going to play my way through all of the available games in just a couple of weeks.

Great game!. This is a great game. I enjoy the challenge of smartly developed word games and this one fits the bill. Easy to learn and fun to play. The only criticism I have is that I did not recognize some of the words the game was looking for. I consider myself knowledgeable of the English language so some of the choices puzzled me. Nonetheless, don"t let that stop you from downloading this app. Overall you will be challenged and entertained.

Luv it!. Love this game. I like that it isn't timed. I also like that you can go to the next puzzle without completing all the word (as long as you've gotten the longest word). That way you can work on more than one at a time, especially if you are stuck. Coming back later helps to see more possibilities. Reminds me of Text Twist without the timer.

All I Need. It'd be nice if this ap let you have more levels without buying them or figuring all of the earlier puzzles out, but it has 25 puzzles at a time which are challenging but not insurmountable. It's not too distractingly designed and I love the shuffle button and how easy rearranging letters is. However, I rate this ap 3 stars because of needing to buy upper levels (a forgivable offense) but the words accepted are not complete in some puzzles. Maybe there wasn't enough space on the tiny iPhone screen to fit all of the words in, but on one puzzle it wouldn't even accept "rag" let alone words like "tome." On the other hand, it required me to come up with "ado" to complete the puzzle, a practically Shakespearian word. But other than that, a fun game for word nerds!

No music listening, over priced additions. Really fun. I think some words might be missing but I could be wrong. My biggest complaint as far as the program goes is that I can't play and use iTunes or pandora. Content wise there is much to be desired. You get 25 free. Then for 25 more you have to write this review. Then 25 puzzles cost .99. I'm not going to buy any because by the end I will spend $6 or more. If I got everything for $1 I would buy. I might buy for $2. $0.99 for every 25 is too much tho.

"official" dictionary not so thorough. It's not really free. You get two categories free, each with fifty puzzles. To get more you have to buy them. 100 puzzles may sound like a lot, but this game is really easy. Once a puzzle is done, it's just done. It takes me 15-30 seconds to do each puzzle. I don't think I've spent more than 2 minutes on the harder ones. The most challenging part of this game is actually just frustrating: whatever "official" dictionary they've got is a pretty terrible dictionary. In just about every game there is an obvious, common word that isn't included in the puzzle, as if it's not a word. It's well-designed in a simple layout. Not a very complicated game.

Needs update. This is a great game to pass the time. The biggest challenge I have is after purchasing the game and completing all of the levels you CANNOT reset the game. So there isn't really anything you can do with the game. It's like having a dead app...totally useless. Unlike some apps I've purchased if I have deleted and reinstalled them I can play again without having to pay again. Mistake on my part. I've also written the developer regarding the updates for added games with no response. So now I can play the first two levels for free, delete, & reinstall if I want to play it. A BIG disappointment!!!

Nice, but. I love the Text Twist like arrangement. I like the ease of rearranging the tiles. However, the tiles often click, but don't move. And I would prefer to see the answers that I missed before moving on. Also $1 for each new level is a bit steep. I would pay $2 for all the other levels with more to come, but I dislike paying and paying and paying. Unless that changes, I will delete when I reach the end of the the free ones.

Good not great. Nice program. Words are generally not obscure and it is untimed, which I like. Also, it saves games automatically, so you can play till you get all the words. Two suggestions, the game is not fully adapted to IPADs, as it only operates vertically, not horizontally. Also, I'm not sure that I like that it never tells you the right answer, so giving up on a word is not an option.

Good, but.... This game is indeed challenging. However, I've noticed some of the puzzles are repeated--as if no one would notice. Also, in the Arts category, Number 49 and 50 are a few puzzles ..I think it's in the Six-letter sections that are "sticklers." It accepts the words, but then when you go back to it later, the word has disappeared--what gives?! We're paying for this? Come on now, developers needs to get their acts together. Still, it's a good game. Wondering when the new categories will appear...need to hurry for your anxious customers! Still waiting a few months now. Guess developers are vacationing?

Limited Word Bank. Three stars because this game is fun and easy to learn yet still challenging. I took two stars off because the game word bank doesn't include legitimate anagrams that can reasonably come from the collection of letters given. For example, from the letters in "mentor," one can make "mort." Mort is a noun meaning a great amount or a death--most specifically the death of game in hunting. However, the game does not accept "mort" as an anagram that can be derived from the letters in "mentor."

Greedy writers.... I enjoy the game, but their hands are out all the time insisting on more money. Each set of new words has to be purchased-- I was blackmailed into writing a review instead of purchasing the 2nd set. There are side games where you finish missions in order to get points and some of them are to - yes, you guessed it- buy something in their store with points you either earn in games or purchase in-app. You cannot go forward in the missions without shopping first in their shop. Really tacky approach. Sad to spoil their decent game with these greedy gimmicks.

Like this game a lot....LIKE, not love.. I'm a big fan of word games, and while this game offers somewhat of a challenge I have to agree with other players that the "official" dictionary needs a major update. I've learned that to get the most out of this app, you really need to go ahead and finish each puzzle completely, not just go on to a new one after figuring out the 6-letter. Also, an app shouldn't boast itself as "free" when you actually HAVE to spend money to advance. If I were going to do that then I would have spent the $2 on TextTwist (which I used to play on the PC as a teenager and still to this day love). The layout is nice and easy to navigate. Decently fun game, just needs to be redesigned to give players more FREE options and puzzles. All around, I'd give it a high 3/5. So for ratings sake, I'm rating it as a 4/5.

KMA. Fun and quick. Good way to pass a few minutes. However there are a lot of words that are not accepted which is frustrating, and a few words which are accepted but I question their validity.

Worth getting!!. Awesome word game! Definitely worth downloading! Great to fill in any waiting times. Only criticism: dictionary needs expansion, as words I suggest are often rejected & I'm certain these words are correct. However, maybe this is intentional & the player must guess only the previously determined words?? Perhaps different difficulty levels would be beneficial. Other than that; 4 out of 5 stars. AWESOME! Not bad. You get one section free, where some obvious words aren't included. To get the next section you must write a review. Then you have to pay for any other categories you would like to do :( needs more free categories

Define. Love this app but would like to have seen a definition button as a learning tool. I can use alphabetical logic to solve some of the words but still don't know what they mean.

carolyncll playing anagram. This is my favourite anagram app, this app us easy to navigate, and the graphics are clear and appropriate. I highly recommend this app to everyone who enjoys word games!:-)

Brain Teaser. Terrific brain teasing game. A little frustrating that some obvious words are not included in some lists (esp 4 kids) but once you get the hang of the alphabetical ordering, it certainly helps to work things out. We have fun with this one as a whole fam!

Interesting. The game has some good aspects, it's a major brain teaser and defiantly takes up a lot of time. However it's a bit repetitive and some real words are not always correct. 7/10

Awesome. Love this extremely addictive game. U fortunately I have completed the series and am waiting impatiently for the new series to be updated. I am still waiting for more games to be loaded and have been since August 2016. What's taking so long.

A real thinker. It's a great game to really get you thinking! It allows you to expand your vocabulary and is a great for when you are trying to wind down after a long day :)

Anagram. Totally addictive. Loving 'Anagram'! User friendly, as in I can come back to any game at my leisure and have another go at it, and still move on to other puzzles in the meantime. That's an awesome adjunct to this game. The fact that I can keep playing and not have to complete before I move on!

Good. Good app, the best anagram maker I have come across yet. I only wish there were more anagrams to find without paying!!

Words. Best word game around once you start you just can't put it down!!

Cool. This is a cool app I wish you could get hints or at least have everything unlocked but it is still a good app and you should get it if you have not already

Great. What is especially good about this game is that it doesn't have any of those weird words you've never heard of so there's mental effort involved not just guessing.

Fun & challenging. Enjoy it. Makes you realise just how many small words there are in big words!

Fantastic. Can be as short or long as you like. Have similar game but this one is far superior as your looking for words that are everyday ones. So really wouldn't matter if your from USA, UK or Australia you will still be able to do the anagrams.

New Addict. Enjoying this game but find some legitimate words don't register and some others not in my English. Still fun and keeps the mind active. Would like it if the letters stayed where they were after logging a correct guess so I can just add to instead of using LAST and would also like a different reaction if I use a word I have already logged. Great game for beginners like me.

Doesn't recognize all legit words. Mostly a great game but frustrating at times as it rejects some pretty everyday words that are in the dictionary. Ruins the fun when you can't fill in the last word or two because of it. Conversely, many of the words accepted are archaic. This maybe desirable to some folks, but simply further the frustration of others.

Irritating Lack of Words. Overall, the game is okay. However, I find it quite irritating that a number of common words ("darn", as in "to darn a stocking", being one example from Hobbies Puzzle 24) aren't allowed, which makes some of the puzzles rather frustrating to play, because I'm entering words that I *know* are correct English, and it's not accepting them. So, three stars because of that issue.

Fun pastime. It is such a great way to spend time with the kids that we finished all of them and started over three times.

Anagram. My nine year old daughter and I love this app. She creates words and can distinguish between nonsense words and real ones. Even my six year old is getting involved and can make real words. Thanks for a great app. I only wish that I can get answers for the ones that I can't figure out but it makes me keep trying!

Good word game. It's a pretty good game - gives me what I want to pass the time and keep my brain doing something smart. However some of the words that are obvious words you can create aren't valid - it's frustrating. Also I haven't figured out yet if you can be shown the solution if I can't figure it out. All in all tho its a pretty good jumble game.

Best game ever. This a good game there is only one level that's unlocked the rest are locked. The only way to unlock the holiday level is right a review which is why I am writing a review the rest of the levels you have to buy with real money which are like 1.99 but again this is a good game.

Fun up your down time. Enjoyable way to pass the time waiting for the film to begin or the server to bring the food. Might be improved with a set table time limit, and I'd prefer to be able to see the completed game before the Woot! Sign covers and then dismisses it. It's great fun, and it keeps the synapses firing!

Fun and simple. A fun and somewhat addicting game that is very simple, an easy way to pass the time when you're somewhat distracted on a phone call or something. My one complaint is the game doesn't recognize a lot of words that are definitely words--"drag" for example didn't count in the last game I played.

Fun and Addicting. Nice app. I like not having to play against the clock all the time, like most other games like this. Could do better with more games per paid set. Also, a few bugs, I think, because one of the puzzles didn't accept the word 'rug' and a few other, super-common words. Don't expect this app to accept all the great Scrabble words you know. Nice interface.

Anagram. Pros: It plays well Cons: Misses some common words either because they're not in its vocabulary or there isn't enough screen space. Unfortunately there is no way to know what the words it will accept until you try them. Also you never know what inflections it will allow for which word.

Ugh!. I would probably rate this higher if it wasn't for one HUGE problem.... I hate that you're forced to rate the game just to open another category. And watch, it'll be the last "free" unlock able category too (if it is, I will be deleting this app & will never bother with it again). Sad that the only way you get ratings is by forcing one into doing so!!! Hate being forced to rate a game!!! If I love a game, I would willingly rate it without any force able measures!!! What's the saying "If you build it ....". Make a good game, they will come!!!!

It's.... ...Monty Python's Flying Circus! Nah, this is a pretty fun game. Difficult and it gives you a headache if you play too long. It's funny because your brain stops wanting to make words out of what's there, even if it's a three word ensemble and you're staring it directly in the face. Major plus though, it works on my first generation iPad like a dream, and I gotta have something to do while the wife snoozes! Anyway, I rated four stars because to unlock the second level you have to review here on the app store, and because the puzzles themselves don't really relate to the category. Limited use. I find it annoying that I must review the game to access additional puzzles. I also find it annoying that all of the anagrams are not listed for each puzzle, and I'm not even referring to those crazy words Scrabble lovers use that no one has heard of. Otherwise, the game is fun and entertaining.

Ms. Love word games but I'm having a very hard time with some of the words that they use for their lists. There are so many words that the average person wouldn't know that it becomes very frustrating to play or to go onto the next level, so for that reason I rate it a 3. I wish I would of known how complicated it would be before I paid for the full access to it.

Lots of fun!. Easy to use and rarely have problems with the app. Two negatives i have are one I can't listen to my music while I play. (Lame) and two the volume doesn't work on it. I turn it off on the app and it still plays The sound but if I go back and redo it then it works. Small price to pay for a fun, FREE app.

Scrabble anagram. Fun game. I like that there isn't time limit and all the words you guess are in alphabetical order. However, a few words that really are words are not the ones that are selected for the game. Keeps my mind working. I like that. I'd like to see a definition for the words they choose for the game. That would a great vocabulary builder.

One of the better word scramble games. The only thing it's missing is the ability to show the real answers if I want to give up. That's how I learn what the game is looking for. I like the ability to rearrange the letters after they're selected. Nice job. When will the rest of the puzzles be available?

A good way to pass the time.... ...if you enjoy a bit of a challenge with word games. However, there is no time limit so you're not racing against a clock and you can go at your own pace which makes it less of a challenge compared to some of the other word games out there.

Only okay. It is fun and I find myself addicted at times but it also frustrates me a lot. It's not a matter of coming up with all the valid words; it's a matter of coming up with the words it has somehow chosen for that main word. For instance take the letters in the word "create" - it won't accept "crate", "trace", "cater" or "react" as any of the 5 letter words. Very frustrating. And I wish there was an option to have the game provide the solution.

Anagram. Everyone, this is AWESOME!.. I love this game it will make you think really and it is satisfying. Some are so easy you can guess at once but there are words which it needs deeper thinking to be abl o get the word needed! Still it is good. You will exercise your brain...

Could be better. I love anagram and jumble puzzles but this's one has a few frustrating issues. For starters it doesn't accept ordinary words like "trace". Some puzzles will accept a word like "ars" but the puzzle after it will not accept it. I would like a dictionary to look up words that I stumbled upon but don't know the meaning. Finally, a solution should be provided if you are stuck.

Disappointed. I love anagrams but this version is so disappointing. Some well known words are not excepted as answers and some of the words you finally use to complete the list are pure guess. In some of them I've had to cheat and go to an anagram solver and the I just go down the list and try them because I've never heard or seen them before. I'm not even sure they are English. Will probably delete after just buying the rest of the lists. So sad.

Really not good. If you can get past the first and last letter being annoying to place into the 'guess' bar, then you'll be stuck guessing a lot of words that are actual dictionary words not being included in the list. Extremely frustrating, especially since I haven't even heard of a lot of the three letter words that are used as part of the puzzle. It's really not a good game.

Good game. Our family does like this game, and for the most part it does what it says it will do, but we have found some inconsistencies. For example, a word that makes the list in one puzzle doesn't always make the list in another puzzle. Also, some puzzles do not include all possible words. In general, however, it is a good game.

Pretty Good. This game is simple and there aren't any lives or coins, which is nice. Also, ads don't really pop up. My only complaint is that they can list only so many anagrams, so sometimes when you type in a legit word, it doesn't count because there isn't room for them to list all of the possible anagrams.

Fun Word Scramble. Good, fun word scramble app. Only complaint I have is that there's apparently no way to "give up" and get it to tell you what the missing words are. Also found one puzzle that omitted several fairly common words. Also, it does not rotate, which means it's hard to use it while my iPad is charging. Otherwise, a very good word scramble app.

Not bad. Pretty cool game if u like word games, only prob is I went through a round where obviously there were a lot more words u could make but those weren't the words they were looking for (obvious words like "drag" and "rag"). Would also be nice if there was a hints feature for when u her really stuck. Only reason I knocked a star off. Otherwise a pretty good game

Great App!. This is a great app, I'm only giving it three stars though.. because, it needs to have some sort of timed random mode. Where it gives you the letters and you have to come up with EVERY word you can spell with that combination of letters witting a time limit. Maybe the time goes up a little every time you get one correct. And of you spell out the word using all letters you can progress to the next stage. (Very similar to text twist)

Lagooney. Addicting! Self-paced and great for play when time is short or hours to fill. Doesn't use much battery and so far no ads interrupting play. Easy. Locked categories are annoying though. You can skip from one puzzle to another and back as much as you want and not lose what you've done. Good for learning spelling. Easy brain exercise.

Decent word-making fun. Pretty good way to find out how fast your mind goes "blank", trying to create a bunch of 3-letter words (forget all the other possibilities) from a group of six letters! Took off a star because it doesn't recognize a number of legitimate words, and comes up with some I've never heard of.

Very good. Nice that there are no nonsense words you have to come up with, only problem was a puzzle or two that had something not in alpha order... Took me hours to figure it out. To make it more challenging, they could have an option to not put the words in alpha order. Otherwise, great job.

Great app for young and old alike. My 1st grader, who is better at apps than spelling, found this to be a fun app to practice spelling and word recognition. My 4th grader is working through the puzzles and having a blast learning! Now if I can just get my phone back, I'll let you know how I do with the words! :o)

Nice game; fun controls. So far, this is a fairly decent anagram game. I love the tap or flick to create and rearrange your words. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the allowable words are inconsistent (allowed on some boards and not others) and the dictionary is terrible (is RANGED not a word?). With a few improvements, this could easily become my favorite game!

Simple, yet fun. This game is great. It really makes you think hard, especially when you're down to that last three letter word that you need to fully complete the puzzle. It may be something you would never guess, like ode or emu. Mind straining fun for whenever you get bored. Plus, it's free.

Not great.. I was enjoying this game at first, but then I noticed that some common words were not accepted, even though a few less common ones were. Then, I came across a different level where one of the previously unaccepted words WAS accepted. Glaring errors, no real challenges, and you only get the first 50 somewhat unimpressive levels before they tell you you must pay if you want more. No thanks, it's not worth my 99 cents.

Best Anagram Game. Great game to give your brain a little workout! There are a few frustrating times when a legit word isn't included in results and it tends to be repetitive but otherwise it's great. Interface is easy to use, doesn't include those annoying animations between actions and you can hop around all the puzzles whether finished or not.

Underwhelmed.. I enjoyed that it has untimed, casual gameplay for a lax non-flashy time killer, however the design and functionality of the actual controls and tile selection/placement could reeeally use some work. I find myself getting very frustrated as I am a "tapper" not and "drag-and-dropper" and the game frequently does not process my tap as a tile selection, but rather disregards it as if I simply picked it up and put it right back down. Annoying.

Falls short of a really good game. My main criticism of this game is that it does not accept many common vocabulary words that use the given letters in each set. Another issue is that one cannot save the game if the starred answers have not been solved. Finally, the fact the only 2 puzzle groups are unlocked is rather stingy even for a free app.

Awesome and funny. I love this game it has some funny categories and not just that but it also supports IOS 4.2.1 wich is great it is one of the very few apps that you can get with iOS 4.2.1 and it also has some funny but yet weird words LOVE IT!!!

Stupendous. This is a simple application to start off and uncover your abilities to solve these puzzles, it gives you the great opportunity to realize how reliable your anagram decipher skills, by solving several puzzles with different genre types. A good pass time as well and a very intriguing game, try it!

Great game. I thought this game would be boring, but it's actually a pretty good way to pass the time. It needs to update the dictionary or something, because when I put in words like "sang" or "drag", which could obviously be pulled from the available letters, they don't give credit. Other than that, it's fun.

Great game lacks basic terms. The game itself is fine. My biggest issue is that it doesn't use the most thorough dictionary to find some very common English words. For example, It doesn't recognize 'drag', 'again' or 'rid'. I think a small update to fix these simple word oversights would make this perfect.

Challenging Fun. My first impression was that the game would be too basic, too simple. Right, UNTIL I get stuck on the last few words it takes to complete the puzzle! I have to re-visit puzzles over and over until those last pieces fall in place and I finally finish the whole thing once and for all. It's great fun and I love the challenge!

Fun App. This is a fun, challenging App. Your challenge is to find a number of words given a time constraint. The words are anagrams of selected letters. You are also finding words that are related in a given category. Categories like, Holidays, and Hobbies. Most of the categories are "locked" and you have to pay to unlock them.

Anagram. I love this game and the way it is on alphabetical order, but sometimes confused at the words that are not included. Don't like that it includes all words that are plural with just an s added. I love a game that gives you a word and asks you to find a certain amount of smaller words inside it, which is essentially the same game. Thanks!

I like it, although.... It's pretty addicting if you like word games. However, I don't like the fact that I type in certain words for certain puzzles and it won't accept it (ex. Puzzle 24 In the hobbies category wouldn't accept the words grand and drag). Also this app on the droid shows you the definition and it doesn't for the iPhone??

Ana twist. I like being able to keep going back and try to fill in words I missed, and trying to fill in all the stars. But it is frustrating that sometimes I enter a word and it is not recognized. These are simple, everyday words like "gander." Some words are accepted in some puzzles and not others. overall, fun.

Great, but.... I wish you could unlock more categories for free. Also, since not every word is used, it gets frustrating when you type in a word that you KNOW is a word and it isn't in the list. Great otherwise though. Some sort of dictionary option would also be nice for those who want to learn what some of the words actually mean.

findtheking. This is a really cool puzzle, and comes with 25 free" hobby" categorized puzzles. However, "thriller" and "flying" arent hobbies, unless we all turned into aliens without my knowledge, and the rest of the games are NOT FREE, you have to buy them. 25 more can be unlocked by writing a review, like i am now. Still, great game or else i would not be doing this, i say why not play?:)

Missing Words in List. Lots of words are missing in their list of blank words that the player is trying to find. Sometimes they include words that are more obscure in their list like "RET" and sometimes they don't include even very simple words like "RANG". There is no rhyme or reason to why they include a word or not. Sometimes one list will include a word like "RET" and another list will not allow it. It's frustrating to try to figure out which words are arbitrarily included on which list.

Not great. A few things are wrong with this game. The words that it will accept seems to be totally luck of the draw. Today I was playing ad it refused to take gander, rag, and nag. Three very common and well known words. I also don't like that only two of the puzzles are free and the rest have to be purchased. It isn't worth it. And finally I wish that before going to the next level, the answers you missed would be shown.

This game stretches my brain!. I thought it would've been easier, but it's absolutely maddening sometimes trying to find one more three or four letter word! If you get too frustrated, close the app and revisit an hour or so later. That's when the words sometimes hit me. It really is quite a challenging game, and very fun if you love word games.
