Confusing radar. The radar map has an overlay when opening that only moves out of the way when in motion. Also the ad at the bottom with the roach crawling is disgusting.

Kinda disappointed. I used this app for my weather area but, lately it's been disappointing because for quite some time every time I open it to check the weather for my area, it opens a different location (and it's the same location) every time that's many states away from me. Please fix it but, in the mean time I'll not be using it.

One wish. Your app has all the information I need, when I have time to properly make use of it. If I could change one thing, it would be your teasers. Instead of teasing with a question, I wish you would give the bottom line up front. Then, as I have time, I can look at all the information.

Hard to find the current forecast. Not posted at the same time. Not always the first video

Shame. I am saddened to know that a channel I’ve watched since a child is forcing their employees to be experimented on as a condition of employment. They will not escape justice for being with the crowd pushing this indefensible “therapy”. I will seek to avoid spending my money with their advertisers and will be letting them know so.

Fix our salinity please???. Hey I am sure you’re getting the right salinity but for heaven’s sakes please move your salinity check point! We are crabbers, and residents of gautier and rely on the salinity level! As so many people!

Future cast. I love the app but lately future cast freezes up half way through.

The app only works once in awhile. No alert to update versions

Flooding but app no help. Downloaded this app trying to get real time updates on dangerous flooding occurring in my area. However, the app kept crashing and I wasn’t able to see anything I needed to see. I will continue to use google when I need quick information.

Bad radar and future forcast. The radar on this app is almost always wrong, 9x’s out of 10 it is delayed or completely inaccurate. If 2 people pull up the app at the same time they both get different data. Needs complete overhaul or partner with someone else to look at new tech.

Best for checking by weather. Allows checking severe weather conditions

Room for Improvement. Sometimes the videos don’t load. When they do, a long loud commercial comes up. Would rather see text on top with brief update with an option to view the video below.

Weather and news. So happy with this app since I can’t watch channel 13 even if I do live in Hancock. Keeps me up with weather and news. I feel like it’s better than TV. Thank you, Nelda Stockstill

The previous versions were better. Since this app updated to the current version and style I don’t even get all the stories that should be on it. I also follow WLOX on Facebook and I see stories there that I’m not even able to find on the app. Also, previous versions had a picture beside the heading of the story. This version is just a bland looking story title. The current version is ok if local news isn’t much of an interest to you, but if that’s the case, I recommend using another app that’s better organized with less ads.

Radar. Not as it is happening

Just OK.. Could be a lot more user friendly. Needs easier to find daily stats. Cluttered with older videos that have no application to current or forecasts.

Good app. The app is rather easy to use. My biggest complaint about it is the weather forecast videos just cut off and cycle to the next video seemingly halfway through the original video. It would be great if it actually finished the weather forecast video before the cycling to the next video.

“Thank You”. I utilize (and very much appreciate) WLOX’s weather radar app, as well as the constant video updates! You are truly “saving lives!” All of your dedicated meteorologists are most certainly unprecedented in my 64 years on the MS. Gulf Coast! “GREAT JOB!”

The ad. For checking your everyday weather it’s fine but if there is a severe weather update that could be concerning for your safety you must first watch this ad before you can watch the update. Bravo. Surely our local weather station makes enough money to support an App without the use of ads before important weather updates. Edit: now there is a beautiful Walgreens ad dead center of the screen. Time to find another source.

It’s a weather app not car dealership. I’m trying to get an update on the weather not buy a car. Can’t get weather updates or check a sever weather warning without first having to sit through some guy telling you all about the cars he has for sale.

New Weather Team. Excellent and has brought me back to your station great selection for chief meteorologist. He is doing a great job and hope he doesn’t get stolen by another station.

Buggy. Great app and I use every day and there seems to be some issues that could be improved for this app to be top shelf for locals. Lags and the radar seems to always stop about halfway.

Frustrating. It seems like every time I attempt to use this app there are more adds. Now there is an add in the middle of the daily forecast that requires a finger the size of a fairy’s to close and if you don’t get it closed it just keeps jumping up & down on the screen. I am deleting this app & going to the WXXV app.

Good with a few bugs. Sometimes app fails to load Also, the radar fails to load when everything else works fine But overall an excellent product

Gulf Coast weather. Channel 13 is an invaluable aid to my outdoor activities. Although weather changes frequently, the weather team does their best to help me plan from hour to hour.

It’s acting weird. I’ve never had problems with the radar but the past month or so it has been acting strange! If and when the radar actually wants to work, it is delayed but most of the time the radar won’t work.

WLOX Weather Forecast Rocks!. I cannot survive without WLOX weather app. As a retiree, it allows me to plan all my daily and weekly activities and errands efficiently and effectively well in advance. Thanks WLOX!

Allen Toyota must sponsor this app. When I look for a weather app, especially one that is supposed to offer targeted, local, and breaking weather stories, I look for something that gets to the gist of the issues quickly. Having to endure 15 seconds of the same Allen Toyota video(which cannot be skipped) causes this app to be less competitive than other mainstream weather apps. And after the mandatory advertisement video, many concerning reports are simply a repeat of the weather forecaster. Updated information is slow to come by. I think I’ll change to weather underground again.

Weather. I always rely on WLOX 13 for keeping me up to date on the weather. I can go on line anytime to see where storms are located and what is near my residence. The weather crew is excellent also.

Top shelf local station. I’ve been on Ms. coast for 33 years and have always been impressed with the job WLOXWEATHER does. Thanks for the dedication. Keith from Gautier

Hurricane Francine Coverage. Great coverage and the frequent updates were very helpful for us in Pass Christian, as well as the entire MS. Gulf coast, before, during, and after the storm. Especially the tornado warnings. Great job by the (obviously expanded) WLOX team. Thanks to your whole team for a job well done!

Bothersome notifications. Turned off all notifications on my iPhone in phone settings and app settings (left severe weather on only) but was still receiving the less important ones from different meteorologists-did not want if it wasn't severe weather. Uninstalled.

Still a horrible app. I had deleted this app in favor of other weather apps that actually worked. After 3 years, I decided to give it another try...still slow, still freezes..obviously no attempts at fixing so deleted again

Great weather map. Love the weather map. The app is extremely slow and needs an option to remove the horrible advertisements that further slow down getting weather updates.

Amazing,. Has crazy as our weather can be, WLOX is always giving the most accurate and enjoyable recap

Takes forever for app to open.. It takes a good 20 seconds for it to open which is very irritating. Because of the slow load up, I often go to The Weather Channel to quickly see the forecast. I will say that once the app opens, it turns into a very nice and user friendly app.

Hurricane updates. WLOX DOES A WONDERFUL JOB KEEPING PEOPLE UP TO DATE AND INFORMED. I use to live in that area. I now live in Gilf Breeze. Alan Strum is the name of the guy in charge of weather in my area of. FL. He is seriously lacking and I still have to rely on WLOX. He blew it with keeping us informed with hurricane SALLY. Your area is blessed to have great people.

Used a lots!. WLOX app is used by all our family even my 96 year old mother!

Commercials during Warnings... It’s sad that there’s commercials during Tornado warnings. Here I am trying to pull up the video all while Toyota commercials are the only things that play without lag. I will never purchase from that company now. It’s concerning you allow commercials & then try to stream at HD when people’s lives & homes are at stake...

Weather dad. I always keep the WLOX weather app on my phone. Proves to be useful all the time. We have a kid in high school so band events after school rehearsals Friday football games Saturday competitions etc. and this app always helps me to see how old address and how to be prepared for those events. Thank you WOX. And I always watch WLOX in the morning also.

Horrible. I’d say they’re correct about 25% of the time

why isn’t the blog?. like this APP but if i want the current BLOG for the the day’s weather… why do i have to go to either the HURRICANE CENTER or scroll down in the HOME section to regular WEATHER to get the BLOG? shouldn’t it be in this APP?

Radar. Seems the radar only works when the weather is nice! Everytime it rains in my area, comes up “ app not available in your area”....guess the outdated radar system here is affected by the rain.

Love it. I love the new update it's more accurate! tells me how close lightening it to my current location it loads the map faster than ever! Great way to step it up wlox!

Ap download. I tried to download he AP but it just sat there. I want something I can depend on!

No way to exit the settings page????. On the last several updates I'm surprised no one has decided to introduce a way to exit the settings page, the only way I've found to get out of it is to exit the app and force the shutdown... Will somebody please fix on the next update

WLOXWEATHER. Great app - use it daily - always right on.

Better, more up-to-date radar and faster alerts than TWC. The radar feature is much more accurate on this app than it is on the TWC app. When there's really bad weather coming through, I want to know exactly where the worst of it is going as soon as possible, and I want to continue to keep an eye on weather systems as they arrive. This app does a great job with that. The alerts also work better and faster than other apps - even faster than my university's warning system. Thanks WLOX!

Noisy app!. Would've given the app 5 stars but for the irritating noisy ads that you can't skip or turn off. Otherwise the app is a great improvement over the initial app that WLOX put out. Wanted to view the various thumbnails for the possible depression that will form in the Caribbean but the ad keeps repeating with each varied thumbnail. 😡

Great but one suggestion. It's an awesome app, but there's a little app called fahrenheit that shows the temp on your home screen in a little red notification box. If this app could do that it would sell me completely.

Not the greatest. I can NEVER get a video to load it tells me “video error- can’t load video” ???? I’m giving it three stars because I can see the hourly forecast. I loathe the Allen Toyota ad.

Don’t like. Don’t like as much as old weather, missing humidity format-just not as good.

Crash problems. iPhone 5c with iOS 8.0.2. App keeps crashing every time I open the app. I would have emailed the complaint but have been unable to locate a contact. Please fix because I enjoy using this app.

Continuous repeat alerts regardless of proximity.. Downloaded this for just under two hours, then deleted it because of continuous 'alerts' of the same 'warning' in the next county. Adjusted settings but still received the alerts. Annoying after the first 10 repeat alerts. At least it isn't like their FB page 'tune in later for updates'.

No Video Sound. I like most everything about this app! The one and only issue is that the sound doesn't work when I watch the videos. Otherwise, it's a stellar app!

I love it!. Gives me the weather, and it tells me everything I need to know about the forecast. I flip out over weather all the time. I kinda am right now. I'm writing this comment because I am trying to find something to get the bad weather off my mind. My name is Chelsea Cox, and I live in Mississippi. So my station hits close to home! Weather app. Wlox weather and news apps have to much J Allen ads, every video has add when your trying to see important items.

Radar doesn't work a lot. The radar on this app only works some of the time. This morning thunderstorms are threatening and the app does not some a single shower in the entire u.s. Also the location markers on the map are so large that in some cases they actually cover up rain storms.

Radar does not work during bad weather. !!!

Unreliable. Half the time I get a "network error" and it doesn't work. When it is working, it isn't reliable. For example, the overview for the day will say a high of 75 but then if you look at the hourly, the forecasted temp never gets above 70. Something is wrong.
