Decent counter. This counter keeps track of Commander Damage, Poison Counters and has support for up to 4 players and starting totals of 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 life. I bought it solely for the Planechase features it advertised, but was disappointed that it doesn't actually come with more than a 6 sided die with 4 blank sides, a planeswalker side and a chaos side. I was hoping for something a little more, but what can you ask for 99 cents? For 1 on 1 games, I prefer 20 Life. The interface is cleaner and more intuitive and keeps track of commander damage, poison counters and planeswalker loyalty and does so with no ads. For 3 or 4 players, though, this is more than acceptable.

Great App for MTG!!!. This app is great for Magic the gathering. I really enjoy the extra features that you can use for different types of gameplay, and how you can even change the background to make it look cooler.

Good app. Poison counter doesn't work I turn it on and go to all done and it doesn't show up, I go back to it an it's automatically off...everything else works great 'cept the poison counter

Amazing. Purely.. Undoubtedly the most extensive and useful life counter I've seen. I've never run into a crash or bug. The poison and EDH counters are great to use. Thank you for an amazing piece of equipment for my Magic-playing necessities.

Great MTG Support App NEEDS CHANGES. Suggestions to make app better. Change skull to a minus symbol, allow player to enter starting life total in starting screen from options menu instead of limited selections. Change the blue arrow (menu button) to a rectangle that says "menu or options or settings" or use a cog wheel instead of arrow. Add an option that includes buying the app with all options for say 4.99 so I don't need three or four charges on my account

Best counter ever. The adds are not in your face plenty of features built in high life totals this has everything any magic player would want.

Just a life counter. The functionality is the same as many other free life counters. Paying 2.99 to remove the adds does not expand the display it just creates a big black bar at the bottom of the screen. WARNING: paying $0.99 to unlock planechase does nothing but unlock a die. The planes are not displayed or included anywhere in the app. The life counter is fine but between removing adds and unlocking "planechase" I feel like I just wasted $3.98.

Just what you need. Keeps track of damage, poison and commander damage. You can change the starting life. For those of you who complain about ads, if you turn off wi-fi, there are no ads.

Love the app. A while ago I was looking through most of the free magic life counter apps, this is the only one that was in any way good (not to say its bad). The only thing I would like to see is changing the poison / commander options wouldn't reset when the app turns back on, or defaulting them to on would also fix this problem.

Pretty good app. Up to four players, includes infect counters. That's basically why I got this one. Not sure why 30 isn't one of the available starting life totals though. Makes two-headed giant a tad annoying. Otherwise a good life counter.

Works fine. The counter does it's job, the poison counter works well and is a nice addition. The app crashes occasionally and I have iPhone 4 with the most recent software.

Great app for more than one player.. You can play with up to 4 players and it's great for those times you only have three people playing. Helps keep it all in one place!

Does everything a life counter should. So this does everything other free life counters does but with a couple added things. it has buttons that go up by five or down by five life. other than that it just looks cooler which makes it better.

Very nice. I haven't seen or experienced any bugs myself, and everything is where it should be. And it's well looking visually, and they did a nice job of having themselves exclusive backgrounds

New version will work on iOS 5 again. It's already submitted, and the issue is fixed.

Not facing right direction. The two scores of facing the same direction and it’s supposed to be facing Different ways but otherwise this app is really good I

Solid. Really easy to use and much better looking than most others!

Not bad. Cluttered and busy interface but does more or less everything you would need. Only exception is you can't assign commander damage from your own commander (which can happen if somebody takes control of it).

The best out there. This life counter is the best that I've used.. the only thing that I wish is that the buttons could be a little bit bigger, I give it 4 and a half stars

Great. Go beyond a simple life counter. This app takes into account poison counters AND commander damage as well! Wonderful app. Only issue I have is that it only goes up to four players. Would love to see more in the future.

The best mtg life counter I've found!. The only thing that could be better is if it could support more than 4 players but otherwise it's perfect for my needs :)

Awesome life counter app. This counter is amazing. No problems no lagging, no weird glitching. The only problems I would say are the accidentally clicking on stuff I don't need (which I could easily pay to get rid of) and the fact that it is not completely designed for a real magic match the player 1 and player 2 life counters need to be facing away from each other so that each player can comprehend their respective life numbers

Very useful. The App is good for casual play and commander games. You can keep track of counters, commander damage, and planechase apparently,if you upgrade. I had three friends download it after seeing me using it. I saw a guy’s review saying it doesn’t work on his iPhone. Works on mine just fine. The only thing this app could use, if it’s even possible to program, is a way to make and save player profiles.

Love it!. This is by far my favorite MTG life counter on the apple store. All i would add is an arch enemy mode and an ability to track counters on individual cards i run a hydra deck and this would be extremely helpful for decks that run +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters

It is what it is.... Awesome. It's nice looking, easy to use, and isn't bogged down with too much unneeded junk. It quickly became my life counter of choice. The changes and additions coming up are only going to make it better. Get it already.

Really good life counter. This is a really good life counter, my 10 year old daughter loves it. I wish there was an iPad version that would rotate and a versions without ads.

Greatest app for magic since sleeves where made!. Absolutely the best app available for mtg. Life, poison, general damage from multiple sources, rolling, even a coin flip for those of us who still use them! Hands down the best, wouldn't pass this up, I've used it every game I've played since I've gotten it.

Great, but has memory issues. I absolutely love this app, but it periodically runs out of memory, crashes, and looses my scores. It they could be resolved, it would be. 5/5 for sure! I bought every feature, and they were all worth it.

Easy and Convienient. The +5/-5 seems minor, but use another counter than only does single points and you'll appreciate it.

Coffee?. Is there really an upgrade to buy the programmer coffee?? And where are you getting this cheap crappy .99 cent coffee?? Overall though great app! I don't see the reason to spend $5 to get rid of the ads. And i have no reason to upgrade anything. It's a great counter!

I love this app!!!. Great app! I recommend it to everyone. Some suggestions, however: add an offline-accessible rule book. I've had other apps with organized rule books for checking the legality of actions while on the go. This amazing app would be perfect if one was added to it. Please do it? Also, why not just make $3.99 to unlock the full app, instead of buying bits at a time for a total of $4.99? A dollar is a dollar, plus this makes more sense. THANKS FOR THE GREAT APP!

Replaced all my old life counter apps!. This is by far my favorite of the magic life counter apps on the market. I'm glad to have an option to remove the ads, although they were well placed and not intrusive in the first place. Well done, gentlemen! Very well done!!!

Great app!. Its a great app! My phone doesnt go into lock while using it although if you could make poson counters as the base feature when you open it would be nice instead of having to remind ourselves to turn on poison counters in the settings

Sick life counter. I like it very user friendly.

Good but…. Could use the option for a timer and alarms for the timer for how much time is left (eg. 5 minutes) and when timer is up.

Smooth interface, gets the job done. Quick and easy to use. Only complaint is that it doesn't point the other players life total at them.

Best life tracker. The app is the best life tracker currently. It does have a couple issues. It sometimes has issue going multiplayer always reverting to 2 players only. Also if you exit briefly it will lose the info sometimes. But is still the best option available.

Misleading. No Planes just a die.. Spent 0.99 cents on a planechase die. Wish I had known that's all I got for my dollar. Would spend more if I got access to all planes but I'm turned off app by first impression. Thanks for nothing. Enjoy the buck.

The truth. Awesome! Life counter is correct. It actually is awesome, versatile, and adaptable. I use it in every commander game.

Great for Free for alls. This is a great app for 2-4 player FFA magic games. It needs some two headed giant support, other then that, it's one of the better magic life counters on the App Store.

Technically Great. Functionality, the most important thing for a life counter, and this one does deliver. The Poison counters are a little out of the way but not to the detriment of the program. It could use some more aesthetic options besides scary trees, but that's being pedantic, it does it's job and does look good. But when the only bad thing to be said is "it looks good but could look better", you know you have a winner!

Simple clean. It's aesthetically pleasing, easy to use and figure out. It's simply the best magic life counter, and for free it's a steal.

I like this. A lot, just never change the option of having one player, there was three others that did to their apps and trust me, that is the primary reason why I didn't purchase it.

Counter works great!. This counter is awesome! It's the best I've seen so far! The only thing I have a complaint about is how busy the screen looks. It could use a simpler, sleeker background. We dont care about the detailed background, the awesome counter and it's attributes are all we need!! ^_^
