Broken. A# only works when I press to the right of the button itself, and beyond that only B and C work, pressing anywhere else on the screen triggers these two notes.

I always wanted an ocarina. I got this app the other day and since have been learning to play some awesome songs that came with the app, and also learning some of my favorite video game songs. I can't wait to impress everyone!

So far.......okay. I like it so far I would like to download all the songs but it cost to much.

Neh... It's quite confusing, and since I have the iPod Touch 4, the microphone is not at the bottom. Even when I blow it right, it still doesn't work quite as expected. I got the app for the Legend of Zelda tunes, and was quite dissapointed when there wasn't a song for it, at least a free one.

Zelda. Would be even better if Zelda songs were on here!

Could be fun. Awesome technology. Sounds great. First, I have no music ability. Makes it moe difficult. Plus I find it difficult to hold the phone, look at the screen and press the dots.

Terrible noises. Okay. So for whoever wanted to play an ocarina, don't buy this. I know I sound like a whiny baby right now but look, all that this app has is an ocarina that beeps instead of play, and there is an awkward delay between playing the note and it coming out. This is a problem for people who want to be experts at the Ocarina. Also there is an awkward blowing pattern to this, as it takes your mic and measures for loudness, so if there is a loud background, expect some terrible noise.

THIS GAME ROCKS!!!!. This is my fav app! Im playing The legend of Zelda Ocarina of time and hearing the music this app has always makes me think "Am I in Hyrule?"

Crappy. When it wants to work the sound quality is poor at best, do not waste your time! The app is not worth the time it takes to type in your password!

This is suppose to be a orcarina?. I started playing it and it doesn't sound anything like an orcarina. More like a 8 bit game from the eighties! I know that it's a free app but it looks like they spent more time on the gui then the sound for this app. I also still can't figure out how to make the blowing option work. Very disappointed with this app.

Does not work.. iPhone 4S users: this app does not work with your phone. I have blown as hard as I can into the microphone and not gotten a single note to play. Playing without the microphone is awful and not worth it. Please update this to function with the 4S.

Ehh. This seems to be a good app but from my perspective there are a lot of apps much like this that are a lot better/successful. I bought smule in replace because it sounds a lot more realistic and it's a lot more coopritive

This is fun!. This the only free ocarina app on the first row when you first search it. I'm so happy I got this, I actually got the other three apps by them. They're still loading though.

Doesn't function. Sound is based on how hard you blow, but you can also change sound output level in the menu. I tried this and it still didn't make a peep!

Pretty good. I like it except the feature to blow in to the mic doesn't work. I don't know if there's something is wrong with my phone or the app is just messed up :/ but besides that it's great :)

Ocarina. Ocarina is educating because u get to learn a new instrument and u get to find out what other countries have for instrument!

Full featured, bad sound. Again, synthesized sounds from what should be a natural sounding device. Grrr. Tinny, thin, and synth. all the rest of the features are top notch.

Good. Its pretty good but only if u could play all the soiritual songs!!!

Ocarina. It is the best game I have ever played. Who ever thought of this game should keep on creating games like this.

Interesting. This is an interesting app. I think someone might actually be able to learn from this. The sound is ok on my ipad, after all, this is sort of a primitive instrument.

Sorry, but.... I know, I know...so it's a 'free' app, BUT I had to delete it after two minutes, the sound quality is terrible...it's like they sampled a Simon game, you know...from the eighties! It seems as though they spent more time building the customizable GUI than a musical instrument.

Get a real one. Seriously? This thing sounds terrible! I have a real ocarina WITH Zelda songs, and it sounds way better than this! Thank goodness this was free so I didn't have to regret paying anything. I still regret getting it though. But it's gone now.

Easy to use. Wish the starter "pack" had more than 1 song but its easy to use

No Sound. I seem to be having the same issue as a few other people, with the blowing in the mic and no sound coming out. Would be nice if there was a feature that made it make sound without blowing. Tried deleting and reinstalling but that did not work. Too bad, because this app is an awesome idea. If this bug gets fixed, I'll re-rate.

Ocarina!. I love this app! My advice though is to be able to change how many holes are on it because I have a six-holed one and I want to learn how to play it.

Not great. Needs to either be restricted to iPod touch 3Gen+ or fixed Did not play right notes and after you change a setting it will not play sound for about 5 minutes

Not good.. The big problem is that it does not sound like an ocarina. My daughter had one. The app is no where close. The little problem is the way it does ads. I don't mind apps with ads but this app occasionally pops up a full screen ad with a giant go to the offer button that bounces around the middle of the screen and a little tiny hard to see close the ad button in the top left. It is kind a funny that offer button covers part of the ad. I have been downloading apps for almost four years. As far as I can remember I think this is the first negative review I have left. Most of the time I just delete the app and move on. If you are looking to relive the days of Link playing an ocarina this is not the app. Over all this app is as bad as my grammar. That is bad. Daniel sample the sound of a real ocarina. That would be a great improvement.

Looks okay. Just got this and it looks okay. A little weird to blow into my phone though. Wish that I could download music separately.

Great App. This app works great as an ocarina. If you really want to play Zelda songs look up the ocarina fingerings on the Internet and set the base tone to "B". Just learned the song of time. :D

Waste of time.. I thought maybe the reviews were just a competitor leaving negative comments. Nope. This app doesn't even work and there are glitches everywhere.

Not that great. It took me awhile to finally find the button that lets you actually blow to make a sound and then I found out that it is upside down for iPod touch users. IF YOU DOWNLOAD THIS APP AND YOU ARE USING AN IPOD TOUCH THAT HAS A MICROPHONE IT IS UPSIDEDOWN! It makes it very difficult to play and you have to blow really loud for it to make any sound. If you want one that works, go with smule! I know you have to pay $.99, but it's worth every penny!

Autoblow c:. I like that it has the autoblow option but it doesnt let me push the buttons!!!! Its all off please fix ittt!!

Seems legit.... This really helped me decide whether or not I should go admins buy a real one. Yeah, I have to. Amazing sound quality! Whats funny though is it seems to work better when i talk rather than when I blow. So every now and then I'll pull this out in the middle of a conversation. :3

It was okay.... I got Ocarina Free With Songs earlier today. It's okay, the only problem is that you HAVE to use AutoBlow to play anything. I use it to play songs from Legend of Zelda games, and they sound similar to the in-game melodies. So I think you should get it if you are a fan of the Zelda series.

:). It's great that it teaches you how to play if you don't know how. I like it a lot It's very fun to do when I'm bored.

Not worth it. This app was quite disappointing. I downloaded this it looking for a good ocarina app so I could play the legend of Zelda songs but this doesn't even sound like an ocarina! My friend has a real ocarina and this sounds nothing like it. The lack of built in songs to learn is also what has made this app bad. There is only one free song, twinkle twinkle little star, the rest cost $5.49! There are a lot of songs but the price means I would never pay for the rest of the songs. All their music apps I've tried are like this and it's put me off downloading their apps again The apps in this series are really disappointing and I do not intend to install anymore. I gave this app the one mandatory star, a star because it works without crashing, and a star because you can play your own songs if you know how.

Its ok.. I guess.. I wouldve gave you no stars, but you cant, so I gave you 1 star.. I want a real ocarina, this is gay.

Do not download. When I looked at this app, it looked great, but after using it for 5 minutes I have changed my opinion. First of all, it sounds nothing at all like an ocarina should. Also, did I mention that to get the rest of the songs in the starter pack, you have to complete stupid offers? Because you have too. Terrible, do NOT download this app if you are reading this.

Meh. Great idea, but still has bugs. Though an update was just released for fixing the microphone problem, I mine still won't work, and autoblow is not preferable, especially for a former flutist like me.

Nice. I like, a lot. But it doesn't sound natural, but VERY pixellated. Also, fix this: every time my iPhone sleeps/hibernates or goes black screen, the ocarina won't play and I go ALL THE BACK to the menu and press play AGAIN, and ONLY THEN will it work. Idk... U should prob fix that.. Overall this is great if you don't have 99 cents for smule ocarina :3

Novel, but no. It's kind of fun, but it's not even a consistent sound flow. The tone is wavy and it crackles. Fun became annoying by the second time I used it.

No, just no. I've played Zelda ocarina of time so I at least know what an ocarina sounds like. They're supposed to sound very gentle and calm, not like a low pitched alarm clock.

I love Zelda but not this game.. I wanted to learn how to play the 12 note ocarina too. And other legend of Zelda ocarina songs but they only have the basic little kid songs.
