Amazing. This is the most helpful app ever!

Broken after update!. Love it but all my shortcuts are broken and freezes when you try to remake with personal image. Please fix ASAP! So much for the update help for the better :-/

Too simple. Am I missing something or are there only like 10 stupid looking images to choose from and no photo import feature?

Freezes Up. Works well unless you want to use your own icon/photo. It freezes up and you can't do anything else with the app unless you completely reboot your iPhone.

Ok. Works great for me so far. Was free came with my galaxy just had to tap my screen and add. Had to pay for this one Apple is $$$ not a lot of free apps.

Nice but limits.... I applaud the developers for creating a pretty cool new way of making custom icons. Sadly due to the nature of what it creates (a web bookmark) you must be passed through the web first. It's seamless but slower than alternatives. Unless of course you have data turned off then it won't work at all.

Preferences. Even though they took the preferences away, you can still do preferences with the custom option. All you have to do is go to the custom option and under URL you enter the path in the settings using this: prefs:root=settings&(1st root)&(2nd root)&(3rd root)=(final root) Example: prefs:root=settings&general&about=ab-out This will send you to about in settings

Good app. The app does exactly what I wanted. It provided a shortcut to WiFi and Bluetooth screens and has worked flawlessly. I have had no issues/problems and couldn't be more pleased.

Used to work ..... This stopped working sometime in Feb 2014. The links created won't work and when you try to create new ones, it just crashes. Bad....

Actually, it works beautifully!. While it's true that all this app does is create shortcuts, it allows you to customize the images of shortcuts to websites, as well as to your contacts with options to email, call, text, or place a FaceTime call to them. For contacts, the app imports the existing contact's photo as the default, then gives you options to replace that image or to add a shiny button finish, a border, or a badge to it. This app makes elegant work of a task that other developers have handled by having you download pre-made buttons for tasks such as "email mom". With this app, you can quickly create and delete customized shortcut buttons according to your needs. I'd highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to add shortcut buttons to their home screen.

Update please!!. The app even hope reflects the problems corrected soon.

DON'T UPDATE!. Why would you remove the most beneficial features? Please tell me it's to have the ability to revamp the setting options all together and then bring it back with more added options.

Terrible. Why in the world did you get rid of the preference shortcut, that was the only thing I used the app for? I would have rated it 5 stars easily but after the update it honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star! The app is basically pointless to me now, unfortunetly.

Seemingly a BETA test for paid app.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... Get "Iconizer" instead... Nowhere near perfect but a lot better then this. At first it just seems lacking.. Then you read the reviews and how they basically took out all the best features... My guess.. They used this as a Beta, found out what people used most then took them out and built a similar paid app with them..

Why cripple this app with the newest upgrade?. Why did you crippled this app by taking away the "preferences" shortcut feature? Being able to make shortcuts to settings such as Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I love this app the most. By simply upgrading the feature was killed. Why? Why take away such a good feature? If you at least post a response in the app description as to why the "preferences" shortcuts feature was removed ill switch my one star rating back to a five star rating.

Great for GoodReader files. I wanted to put the link to a GoodReader file on my homepage and this did the job. Within GoodReader, hold as opposed to tap on the file. Get the link from the file manager on the right side of the screen. Use "custom" in step 1 and this link as the target in step 2 to create an icon that links to the document. The document doesn't open in a flash. Tapping on the link appears to go through this app, then opens GoodReader, then opens the file. This takes about 3 seconds on my iPad, but this is still quicker than I could tap. Thus, I give credit to this developer as find a clever if not ideal workaround to the lack of ability in iOS to do this directly.

Exactly what I was looking for. My 3 year old always wants to call people. Now all she has to do is tap the icons I made and she can call them. It's a good thing I don't pay for minutes. 😊

Takes too long. It takes forever on my iPhone 4 to go through the several steps it takes from pressing my contact's new button to opening the app to opening the Safari browser to loading their linked page to actually getting the call (or text) to go through. Tedious. The worst part is when I open Safari the next time, it picks up where it left off and opens up the phone app to call (or message app to text) my contact again. I have to quickly try to delete that open webpage so I can use my browser without accidentally calling someone. I will probably be deleting this app and sticking with opening the phone and text apps directly. Sure, I won't have a button with their face on it-- but it's quicker the old way!

Great idea, sometimes fails to work. I'm amazed at how few people understand how this works. It's a shortcut to a target in the system so it's not going to act perfect. It's a very clever workaround the fact Apple doesn't let us have these sorts of desktop icon shortcuts. So in that regard its a great achievement to be able to do shortcuts to people or settings (it can still be done) without jail breaking. However, I just tried 3 times to make an SMS shortcut icon and it just fails at icon creation, so it's not always reliable. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

Dials phone from home screen icon. The configuration and operation are a little clunky, but it's functionality seems fine (with iOS 6.0.2). It will access an Exchange contact during setup; and you can create a green phone icon on your home screen. You tap the icon to dial; when the call has ended, it returns you to the home screen.

Refund. I would like my refund back it only does contacts i dnt want the contacts i want the regular msg n stuff icons

Pass. Works ok but is not very smooth. I used it for a wifi shortcut. It goes to a black screen and then to the wifi menu... Kind of clumsy looking and not very iPhone like.
