Terrible terrible terrible. Every time you click on the site to see what do you want to read it’s not the one that shows you everything that you want to read it shows you everything else but the site half the time you click on it it ain’t they’re very terrible a scale from 1 to 10 zero

Love channel 10. Grew up watching Aldus Roger on Saturday mornings. Many great reporters in the field, behind the scenes, anchors, weather men. Many greats like Maria Placer, Blue Rolfes, Jim Olivier, Darla Montgomery (still there) and so many more. Keep up the great work KLFY Susan Christ Eunice

Canecutter. Cannot open app.

Update more often. The only thing I think needs improvement is the updates. One particular story stays on the app for too long of a period!

Nothing like on TV. Way to many repetitive comerials after one short and also repetive news clip!!

New app. This app has not worked in several days.

Great crew!!!!. Love all the crew at TV 10!!! Love watching Caroline, Megan, Gerald, Chris and Ben!!! Ben is the only one that has his suit coat buttoned which I like!!! (The way it is supposed to be worn) He has style!!!!

Late and limited info. Most reports are old news or just a sentence / statement. Kind of like, your only doing enough to say, "we have an app, follow us" Not much longer and I will be deleting the app. Tired of opening to very basic or non sense info. I can get better news info in other sources. If you want the app to work, put more effort to it.

What you need. This app helps you get information you need tells when prepare for the weather tells you things going around United States

Advertisements. Don’t care for them. Can do without them, just get me to the live.

Poor Navigation. To get to the (lacking content) news, is like an easter egg hunt which I was never good at.

Channel 10. I like channel 10. Best new and weather. I live in New Iberia so out of all the other stations they report the most news in my area. Keep up the great work.

I called the station. Instead of waiting for the app developer to read the review I called the station. They are aware of the issue and "looking into it"! On my iPhone 6 Plus I clicked on setting; on 1st screen I scrolled down to app; clicked on app; clicked on Notifications and turned off everything in Notifications. This cleared the 6 (aggravating) Alerts that had accumulated on my screen since I downloaded the update.

This is a great app.. I get alerts and updates on latest news stories...I love it !!!

News and weather news team!. Channel ten news stories and weather reports have always been told just as the situation arose. When the news teams and the meteorologists get the reports and the results in, then it is all brought to the public. Thank you channel 10 news and weather, for being the number ONE station in Lafayette! God bless each and everyone of you richly each and every day!!!

The Best Channel 20 News. I love channel 10New because they Give all the details at once so you can .understand what is going on

klfy news app. It freezes every time I click on a news story...

Liked it...but. I really liked it but since the new version when I tap on my notifications on my locked screen it no longer brings me straight to the storyline like it used to. Please bring back to the straight story and don't be like the other station where you have to go searching for the story and most of the time you can't find it.

News Reported. News that is 1st reported accurate news

Thats it?. Other local app. have a better page front and alot more local news. I'm happy klfy-tv 10 has one now but there was little thought put in to it. Also a time stamp on the news story would help and pictures next to the story.

New version is terrible. This is a Lafayette, Louisiana local news station. The new version is PRETTY. But when I click local news, it's aggravating to see news for New Orleans, Tennessee, and almost anywhere but Lafayette, Louisiana...same thing for local sports. Click on local sports and it's mainly articles about the World Cup. Very little about out college teams or high schools. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Information. Has a ton of information, local and national. A pleasure to read, thanks...

KLFY. Umm.. their ratings went down, its not the SAME.. people are going by their looks , instead of , NEWS!!

Constant repeat alerts. I like this app but there is only 1 downfall. This app keeps alerting me the same breaking news over and over. Please fix and update this app to stop this from continuing.

terrible app!. This app sends you a notification about a story, and when you click on the notification it just brings you to the app and the story is no whwre to be found. 👎🏻

Update. The update you did has messed up and now I can’t open the app on my iPhone. I used to open it and then on Saturday morning it would not open. Please try to fix this issue

No signals. Why is Klfy station off the air so much. Right now Big Brothers is playing and the station is off the air. I have Directv. I may have to change providers.

News 10. I love watching News10. I especially love Heath Morton, He’s the “Big Clown” of all. Love My weather guy!!! The only thing is I wish Heath would repeat the winners name again for the “ Umbrella contest bc sometimes I don’t make it home till after 6pm. Thanks Tammy Hebert New Iberia

News. Can’t post on my Facebook page unless I go on apple page then it takes me to log in again I don’t want to any to log in again

If It Ain't Broke.... All changes are not necessarily good or for the better. The update is a perfect example of this. Stories are hard to find, read, misidentified, and/or non-existent. It seems the new news app is all flash and no substance. Until it changes, I have moved to another local news source. Sorry, I liked the previous version.

Glitches. Better since notifications are fixed. Now, as I'm reading a story and try to scroll, the story will glitch and it will start to go up and down really fast. I have to scroll all the way back to the top and try to start over.

This app freezes up. This app freezes up too often I can’t go five minutes without it freezing up

Up To The Minute. Love staying current with local events!

Crawfish. Fake news

No new News. The reports are always the same. The updates are always behind time. The news reported is not updated in a timely manner. The stories are just repeated daily. The new format is not user friendly and it seems like no matter the tab you choose National Local or State the results are all the same.

Distraction :. We welcome the news and weather. My family has always trusted and respected KLFY. But lately KLFY has a major distraction. Tracy W . needs to stop flagging her hands. They are all over the screen . Very distracting.

Subpar application, from a subpar news station. Continuously crashes and freezes. When selecting a news notification to read the full article it will bring me to an advertisement then back to the home screen instead of viewing the what I want to.

App,. I have to agree with the other comments on the page, in all candor this site is my second choice due to the difficulty navagating the site. Michael E Rackliffe

Like watching, app is lacking. I love watching TV 10 on television, but their app leaves much to be desired. The previous design of the app for news, as well as the one for weather, was much easier to navigate. The stories are not updated as often as they should be and trying to get an update on the weather is difficult. I use the app on my smart phone so maybe the problem is with that version of the app. I preferred the layout of the old news and weather app.

Updated often. They update the app all the time. Easy to use. Tons of up to date video. It's a must have for the Lafayette area.

If I Want to Watch News I’ll Use my TV. I like to READ the news when I’m on my phone but, just about every story that you tap on opens the news clip that I don’t want to see and hear forcing me to hurriedly try to stop it. And, the information they do provide has minimal information beyond what you read in the headline. Pretty worthless app in my opinion.

Pop up ads. This site is nothing but pop up ads. Too many lawyers screaming they are the best to get you money. Ever wonder why your insurance rates are so expensive???? Remember big brothers and big sisters are watching your next move to sue you!!!

Go to show. I’m a big fans of Passe Partout! Ever since the days of Jim Oliver when they played Cajun music from 4:30 to 6:00, they should consider bringing back a French speaking section of the show!

Acadiana news. Great local app!

Hate it. Can't see the 7 day forecast or the 14 day extended day forecast any more. Why is the radar gone from the weather forecast?

Reset. Fix app to clear notifications from lock screen. Not all stories are of interest to all users. Do NOT like nor do I like wasting time trying to find them to clear. Please reset app.

What Happened Today. Used to be an ok news app. A little slow at posting things. Now its just like a bad mobile website.

So so. Ch 10 cheaped out again. Why not spend the money to get an app compatible with the Retina Display? Come on KLFY, no one wants a low res app!!

Reviewing KLFY. Pretty good but unstable

Old news. I thought the news video was current. On June 3rd I discovered I was watching a news video from May 16th...a bit old.

Too much. In today's world, you can't do anything on a device and not be bombarded with ads. Why is it that if I want to watch a video on KLFY's app, that I am currently using, do I have to watch an ad about KLFY?!!! I already chose your app! Why do you feel you need to convince me more? Enough already. KATC doesn't do that.

Weather reporting at 1:20 pm Sunday.. Terrible reporting. Get your thoughts together before you come on the air. Very poor amateurish.

Bad app. There is another news app in lafayette that is good. This is not it. Hopefully whoever does their digital media reads this and copies off of them. Oh and thanks for the local updates once a week!

No video. Live video doesn't work. No support feature that I can find.

Try again. Open the app and a full screen ad appears trucking the user into navigating to the ad site? This app is just as horrible as the KLFY news station. No wonder KATC is destroying you guys in the Lafayette market.

Notifications. Cannot clear notifications off the app, I have OCD. the rising number on my screen is driving me nuts and is at like 38. FIX!

New version. It's terrible. Can't even get a good 8 day forcast. Old format way better please fix. I'm just using katc right now.

Finally. I have been waiting a while to see KLFY develop an app. KATC has 2 of them out. Glad to see KLFY catch up to the times. Can't use it on my iPhone 4 though app the app crashes. (Running iOS 5). How about a little iPad love?

I wouldn't call this an app. Wow no sports updates since last Sunday's saints game. Guess Katc made up all the Friday night high school scores. Pathetic example of an app! Maybe run off a couple more reporters and hire someone to manage your app.

Go back to old app format!. Terrible App! and no one gave it a 4 star rating!!! Stop rigging the ratings, the app stinks!

Hard to navigate. I get the alert about a news story. I swipe the alert and can never find the story on the app. I guess I'm a little spoiled because other apps open to the alert I swiped. I usually end up going to the competitors app and reading the story there.

I like the app.. It is much better than before. More information.
