Only one alarm ??. good idea for an alarm but needs the multiple alarms and different days of the week feature.

Didn’t work. The alarm didn’t go off when I set it. And the app is so basic it doesn’t even really give you the certainty whether it’s on or not. I want a refund

Seriously great concept but only one alarm. I bought this app thinking that I could set more than one alarm and has a great concept but who only needs one alarm. I bought this because I have multiple medications for my brain that I have to take throughout the day for a condition that I have and I needed this because I need to make sure that I don’t just snooze my alarm thinking it’s another phone call or another calendar reminder. Next time I have to sit and read two bunches of reviews to make sure that this is another app or only get to set one alarm. Please fix this bug and make it to where I can set multiple alarms. Otherwise this is a great concept and I’m glad I found it however next time I would prefer I don’t have to spend money on something that I can only set one alarm.

Complete Crap. I found not her the recording to go off. I finally just had to delete the app. What a waste of money.

Zero Stars-Does Not Work. As of 07 January 2017 this app DOES NOT WORK! A waste of money. If it weren't for my backup alarm clock I would've overslept for my appointment!

Voice Alarm. Doesn't work at all. False app

This app did not work for me. I couldn’t get the app to accept qnd save my recording even though I could play it back. Went for support and found nothing on the problem

Big disappointment. I have three kids who never hear their alarms, but my son remarked that he always hears my voice, so I thought recording my voice in a wake up message would be great. This doesn't work. If you have it on progressive, it seems never to kick in. Then if you get it to sound , you can't shut it off by pushing the two buttons it says to push. Then to make matters worse, the sounds doubles up in out of sync layers as if you'd wake ip message were some sort of musical rounds from a horror movie like the cxorcist!

Does what it says. Read the directions. I presume the negative reviews relate to an old version.

Ugh. Great idea but....i have one alarm recorded to get up and jog in the morning, wanted to record a second to get up and do my taxes....no dice giving me an error code. Too long? Too loud? No indication why there is an error closed and reopened App, turned phone on and off....

Alarm did not sound. I believe I followed instructions Set time; recorded my voice. Pulled up record my voice I turned off all other apps. Plugged in iPad. Alarm didn’t sound at designated time Too bad! I hoped this would work

Used to be perfect, no longer works. I loved waking up to my own voice message but with the most recent iOS update, the alarm on longer works. Please update!

Not great. I couldn't complete a setup because it seemed to lock up.

Buttons don't work. First time I open the app and the buttons don't work, definitely I don't want to keep trying this is a waste of time and money - I totally don't recommend this app :(

So disappointed!. Who the hell wakes up after 1 alarm? And if you set another alarm before this one, it won't even go off!

Not worth it. App only allows one alarm to be programmed. You can record multiple recordings for different things, but each time you have to go in and select the recording and change the alarm time it prior to needing it. And only works if app is left open.

Only 1 alarm. This would be great if you could set up multiple alarms - was easy to set up one but so not worth it for just 1.

Disappointed. I also bought this to help with my husband’s multiple medications and EyeDropAlarm reminders. I saw the one review listed; however, the subject line seemed positive. Even the screen shots of the APP had different messages and I thought I had a winner and could relinquish the responsibility of reminding him of these tasks throughout my work day. I give you no stars because this APP is useless to me. Please be transparent with your promotions. You have wasted my time and my money. GRRRR

Darn. This is exactly what I was looking for... I wish it actually worked! Can't even set the alarm, have to keep restarting the app

Would not even open :/. Can't tell if this alarm clock works or not, the app would not even open.

Just what I wanted.. I wanted an app that I could record my voice and tell myself to get my lazy a** out of bed and go for a walk to improve my health. And this app did it! Sure, there could be improvements, like multiple alarms, so I could yell at myself all day long, and also being able to close the app or not be the last app opened and have the alarm still go off. But an app is always a work in progress and hopefully these features will be available in the future.

It works, here’s how:. It took a couple tries. You have to leave it on and turn off all other alarms. Put your phone down with only the My Voice app open and go to bed. It wakes you up with your recording. It works and I’m glad I bought it for .99

Frustrated. Alarm doesn't sound. 2days..no alarm. I tried again just now..made sure app was open..sound on. Nothing. My phone goes into standby when idle, not sure if that makes a diff .. If so, oh well. Wish I read the reviews before I purchased..

I love this idea - please make it work!. I saw the rating, and pressed the “buy” button anyway, because I want to give you the dollar to make this app work, even if it is glitchy at first. But I couldn’t even get it started, because no keyboard appeared when I tried to change the alarm time. No recording screen came up when I pressed “New Recording.” Please do a new release, and make this do what you promise. It will be a great thing.

Only one alarm?. I was excited to find this app, but I'm disappointed that I can only set one alarm. It would be perfect if we could set multiple alarms. I have a very difficult time waking up in the morning need to set several alarms, so while it was only $.99, it isn't going to be of much use to me :( Please add feature to set several alarm times.

This is awful!. I purchased this app recorded my voice set the alarm and it never ever ever goes off in the morning!! This is the worst app I’ve ever purchased!

Outstanding!. Downloaded this after searching extensively for an alarm that would simply play a recording of my voice. IT WORKS. I have zero complaints about the simplicity. Its January 3rd 2019 and I am using an iPhone 6s Plus. Definitely recommended using with a power source however battery useage isnt awful. I can now quickly and easily make a recording of my own voice to remind myself that I need to run an errand or two before going to work, for example, whereas when using regular alarms I tend to ignore the alarm tone or tune and snooze through. This app has prevented me from missing important errands and tasks and forces me out of bed as desired! Its great that it allows numerous recordings to be saved. It would be great to have an “advanced” version that allows multiple alarms for several times on the same day, for example. Great app!

DO NOT BUY - APP IS FROM 1800s. This application has never been updated, the interface is still formatted for the first generation iPhone. The app DOES NOT FUNCTION. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APPLICATION, IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY AND YOU ARE BETTER OFF LITERALLY OPENING YOUR TRASH CAN AND THROWING AWAY $1. STAY AWAY.

Exactly what I needed. I’m glad I tried this app despite the low rating. I wanted an alarm that would allow me to record voice reminders to wake myself up and this is exactly what this does. The only suggestion I would make is for the app to give the option of making multiple alarms set instead of just one (I need it). If you don’t like the app that means you DIDNT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS/FYI’s before buying!

Update fixed bugs. Love it!. Perfect app to create your own voice recordings to wake up to. Works like a gem! The app developer is very responsive to feedback and even emailed me after he updated the app to let me know that the bugs I reported had been fixed.

Barebones, but does the job (and nothing else does!). Sure, this is a basic app with UI that is a little rough, but I've spent an embarrassing and frustrating amount of time trying to figure out how to implement voice recordings as daily wake up alarms. It's absolutely shameful that iOS doesn't have this feature natively (not via clock, shortcuts, routines etc), and the other apps I've found launch a notification instead of an alarm, or require a monthly subscription. This app simply let's you record a message , and then it plays at the designated time. Thank you for making this app! Really helps me in my life! You made the world a better place.

Not functional, surely if you’re paying it should work. Set alarm, counted down from 8 hours. When 6.30 rolled around alarm didn’t go off, just started counting down until the next alarm in 24 hours was due to go off. Luckily I set a 2nd alarm in the case it didn’t work!

No good. Doesn't function when not open or store more than one alarm at a time

Simple to use but limited functionality. It’s easy to set an alarm with your voice recording but I really need multiple alarms with different recordings which the app can’t do currently. It also needs to be the last opened app to work so it’s easy to miss if you forget and open another app.

Doesn’t work. The voice alarm never goes off??

Can only set one alarm. You can make a lot of recordings, but only set ONE SINGLE ALARM. This is ridiculous! I want to set multiple alarms for different parts of the day. Literally you can only set one single alarm and you can’t choose what day of the week. It’s just on or off. So useless. Unless they change this, don’t waste your money.

We’ll see!. I just loaded this app and the formatting of the interface is all off and I’m using an iPhone 7. The actions work but it’s hit or miss trying to find where the button is on the screen! I somehow made a recording and set an alarm so we’ll see if this works.

Finally. Loooooovvvvve this app! Works perfect. I can change it up as needed. I got up!
