Cannot log in or verify account. Print subscriber, tried to view the digital edition on my phone and iPad downloaded the app and basically added a useless icon in newsstand when trying to access login with my account details basically just prompts authentication error, don't waste your time until they fix the app.

$7.99..... Really?. I know technology costs money, but $7.99 is a rather exorbitant price to ask. My advice; go to your local news stand and pay about 1/2 the price of what they get here. Think of it as a buy-one-get-one free. Too bad, and what a shame (sham).

Bad News. Impossible to login; no restoration or access to purchases. Long time subscriber & really disappointing.

Doesn't work yet. So this app is a great idea but as of right now it's completely flawed. It doesn't allow me access once I'm signed in. And if I go to the library bar it signs me out. It seems this app was released prematurely. Please fix it and I'll rate it accordingly.

Can't download the magazines. This app is poorly developed. The quality of this app does not match the annual subscription price of this magazine. This is an expensive magazine who need to put more effort developing an proper app for the readers. I found the following issues: 1- "Error during download" message, which prevents downloading the monthly issue. 2- Loading the app contents when you open the app is very slow. I hope to see a prompt response from the developer or the magazine to fix this issues.

Arthur Williams Robb Report Review. Great app & keeping you informed luxury living

Love it!. I've been reading Robb Report for years and I was so happy when I realized that it was available for the iPad. All the enhanced digital content makes for a really interactive experience—seriously, I think this is the best digital magazine out there. It offers way more interactive bells and whistles than Wired, Vanity Fair, etc. A great addition to my digital library. Thanks, Robb Report! You guys do an amazing job.

It does not work. I paid the subscription for the magazine. Issues don’t download. I tried restoring the purchases, uninstalling the app… nothing worked. I don’t understand why something that sure be plesiosaurs is simply torturous

Quite honestly, I would expect nothing less. This app is a great example of brining print media to the iPad. Others have mentioned an option of going purely digital, that is a good next move that I would strongly consider. There is only one caveat, the size of the file that is downloaded is over 400 mb's. If you are on a space constrained 16 gb iPad, like me, then there is only so much that you can do. However, with the quality of the pages and the extras, that is to be expected. The 'Best of the Best' issue is one of the largest issues, so other issues should be smaller...I just wanted to give some word of warning. Other than that, outstanding.

Sad. I have had the Robb Report magazine app for about 4 years. For the most part it has been an awesome app. There was a revision a few months ago and it went to GARBAGE! It is very sad to see because I just loved Robb Report. It would not download and when it finally downloaded properly, the PDF function did not work. Each time of a screw up, I would have to contact Customer Service. They would get back to me, but, just tired of the back and forth communications every month. For the money I pay out for the subscription, the quality should be first class. It used to be. I have heavily suggested they go back to the older version. After this subscription runs out, I will not be renewing. Very sad.

Does not work.. I registered but it will not let me log in. Problem seems to be hit or miss given other responses.

Great. It’s the one magazine I look forward to the most in reading. It’s much fun. Love this way of looking at it too. Digitally. Much better and easier for me. On my IPad or IPhone. 👍👍👍

Really?. $7.99 per issue and it is not even designed for the Retina display? Photos look like crap and the text is barely legible on the new iPad because it has to stretch everything since the format isn't updated yet.

Poor User Experience. Despite sending multiple emails to your support center, this is probably the worst app I use for magazine content.

Needs Update ASAP!. Won't open in iOS6. How could a High End Lifestyles Magazine be stuck in last years Operating System? For the price we pay for Magazines, this should be one of the best working apps in Newsstand. Get it together Robb Report, you're becoming a relic.

Surprised!. I gotta admit, my expectations were set pretty low when I downloaded the digital version of this glossy magazine. Robb is not known as a real thought leader in technology, no matter how good their reporting on all things luxury. However, the organization, quality and depth of content, in slideshows + videos, make this a worthwhile app!

app doesnt work, why bother?. 1. how can you login with email and password when one was never created and the main site doesnt create one, nor have a way for you to create one? 2. How can you login with account number and zip when their is not zip field om the screen? 3. How can you login with email and zip when it isnt found by the app? Having 3rd parties create and maintain something only works if thers a common SSO for authentication. There shouldnt be these issues for what should be a premier product.

Unfair. I don't think it's fair that you can restore the purchased magazines ONLY if you are a subscriber. I have bought a couple of editions as non-subscriber in order to see whether I want to be a subscriber or not. But after an update, all the magazine that I have purchased went missing. Each edition cost me $7.99 unlike the $3.99 a subscriber pays for. So, a subscriber pays less AND gets to restore the purchased editions. Whereas, I, payed a lot more and cannot restore the previously bought edition. That is truly unfair. Evo Magazine on the other hand, actually "remembers" all the magazines I buy, which makes it possible for me to restore them. And only for that, I have become an EVO magazine subscriber owing to their fair and honest business conduct. Unfortunately, Road & Track, T3, Automobile, Robb Report, and Car and Driver Magazine are all the same. Actually Robb Report is even worse because one edition of Robb Report cost me $7.99. I rarely take time to write a review but this time I felt ripped off and had to share this with others.

Robbed Report. This was one of my favorite magazines to read on my IPad, then they changed it. I was robbed of the simple solution of reading a magazine without the paper. It went from an improvement over the paper magazine to much worse. Please change it back.

Lousy App. I subscribe. I follow RR directions. Still can’t get content via the sorry excuse for an app. Just a terrible app.

Crash! Crash! Crash! It now Works! Works! Works!. The 10/18 update fixed the problem! Looking forward to the retina support. The app won't even open since upgrading to iOS 6. I'm a paid subscriber and can't view the app. Hope this gets fixed.

Horrible experience so far. I have tried to use this app for a few weeks and have been unable to access my subscription.

The Best of the Best. I absolutely love Robb Report, this app keeps me up on all the latest of the best. I get the actual magazine delivered, but the app allows me to show others what they are missing. I tell them get your own..

Glitches. Says my subscription is active, but app won’t give me access to check content.

New issues not appearing since July. I have a hard copy subscription; however, sadly the new issues are not appearing on the app. Very disappointed.

Can't log into my account!!!. I too am a print subscriber. After successfully linking my print account to this App, I was repeatedly unable to login to my account. Please fix this and I will give it 5 stars as well as the previous reviewer. Thank you.

Poor. I paid for a subscription but nowhere to sign in. Only can get the 3 free minutes. Awfully expensive.

Great Magazine But Awful App. After the last update is really complicated to navigate in this app... I really suggest for prompt adjustments dedicated to facilitate and enjoy the reading of its fantastic content

Failure to receive on time , failure to load.. I have reloaded the app four time still can’t open October issue, to a page.

Paved with Good Intentions. The Robb Report has been my favorite periodical for nearly five years now. That I could get it on my iPad was a delight after years of waiting impatiently by the mailbox. I am compelled, however, to denounce the current version of the app. Issues are navigated only with the greatest difficulty, now that the option to scan pages at a glance is gone. Furthermore, touch links on the cover of the magazine are gone. Supplemental issues - such as the 2016 Host's Guide - have mysteriously disappeared. I received the February 2016 magazine in the mail now four days ago. It has yet to appear on the app. This version of the app disappoints in nearly every facet. I suppose I shall have to go back to waiting by the mailbox until the new version is replaced.

Generic authentication error 4011. Went through the steps to gain access to iPad edition. Setup user name and password, tried to login via app and nothing but an error. Tried to recover password, says no such email address exists. Fix this and I'll update my rating. As for now, it's just taking up space. No digital issues are able to be downloaded because of your error.

Nice Mag, needs retina support?. It is nicely put together and the interactive videos and extra pics are cool. But the download speeds are terrible through the app, also it's needs to be updated to take advantage of the retina display.

A downgrade. The switch to Maz Digital as the provider is unfortunate, as the new app is a clear downgrade in terms of design, navigation, and functionality. Overall the feel is much cheaper. Not to mention the numerous bugs with current and past issues not showing up (despite use of the restore purchases feature). Hopefully Robb Report will fire this new provider and revert to a working platform. I've cancelled my subscription after seven years. Cheers.

Be honest. You’ve stopped putting new issues up. Be honest and tell people and refund the money. Scam.

Works great.. I had several problems with this app last year. The bugs have been fixed and works like a charm. Had excellent optics and clarity for reading offline.

Older app was great. I have years saying the same about this new app but nobody cares. The older app was very good, I have not buy any issue since this new app has been released. Before I always buy magazines from Robb Report now I have years without buying anything and I will not buy until they understan how bad this new app is.

Forget it, go with print. So, for $7.99 per issue (same as the newsstand price), I get a low-res copy that doesn't capture the beautiful scenery the way the print version does, and I cut out the middlemen such as the printers, delivery guys and newsstand operators (American jobs)? No thanks. Plus, I can't leave out my iPad on the Robb Report to impress my bourgeois friends; I need the print version to do that. Fail!

Customer Service is Horrendous. I'm paying for a digital subscription for which I do not see any issues. Tried calling and emailing. The company seems so nonchalant which strikes me as odd because I expected classy service for a classy magazine. There hasn't been an app update (which was promised by the company's Director of customer service) to resolve this issue and the issues do not seem to be updating. Ridiculous.

Free App? Right..... Free app all right. Open the app and to see any content you have to buy the current issue for 7.99. I'm fine with charging for the content, just don't advertise a "free app". Uninstall.....

Great 3 min trial per issue. Quick glance at each issue helps me decide whether or not to purchase. Used to buy these at airports whenever I’d fly for work, but after Covid, I started enjoying the app. Miss the nice paper :/

Robb Report. After all these years, the Robb Report app remains problematic. New issues won’t load, web links become unsupported, and Top Reads hasn’t updated in years. Not very luxurious…

Horrible Update. I cancelled my subscription because of this app update. Luxury shouldn't be frustration. For all the work this takes to read I've decided to find tastemakers to follow on Tumblr for free.

Needs Retina Display. Long time reader who was excited to see iPad app. Disappointed that still no retina display. Gets 5 stars when they do

Poor Customer Service. I purchased this iPad version for $49.99 and cannot even use it. I called Robb Report several times for customer service and they just tell me to update my iTunes. Obviously, my iPad 3 is already updated and now they have no answers. Pretty much stealing, I think. Very disappointed, especially given that I've been a long time print subscriber.

Awful. For a magazine about Ferraris, this app sure performs like a Fiat. This app hasn't worked in months. I'm sure you will be refunding my subscription costs.

Seriously?!. Low resolution (non-retina) magazine for the "rich and luxurious" lifestyle? And, no restore if not a subscriber?! Completely destroys the value of what is otherwise a great publication. I won't be buying anymore until these issues are resolved.

Doesn't even show up. Downloaded the app, it says installed, but my iPad still doesn't show it so i can't even delete or use it. Bad app.

Waste of time downloading. Don't waste time downloading this app. It is garbage. I've never once been able to download a magazine and 9 out of 10x it doesn't work. Terrible

Yearly, I don't think so. My Yearly subscription only work for two month and third month could not download. No customer service at all only automated reply. Think before you sign up for yearly subscriptions.

Latest release left the content unavailable.. The last release created a loop with an "notification" alert that is in a loop. The app now crashes every time I try to get to the content.

Non-Responsive. I subscribed to Robb Report. I downloaded the app, entered my email address and zip code as instructed, and received a reply that there was an issue. I emailed MAZ Support, received an auto reply that my “request has been received and will be reviewed by our support team”. Three days later, I have not received a response to my email and still cannot access my subscription.

Do Not Use This App. Just purchased a new iPad and tried to install and upload my previously purchased Robb Report Magazines. Paid $49.99 for the one year subscription three months ago. Unlike all of my other magazine apps this one does not allow me to get my previous magazines and is wanting me to pay another $49.99 for a subscription. When prompted for an email account an password throne I recorded in Password+ is not working. Trying to find support on the web site is a waste of time. Use Zinio if you want to be able to recover previous magazines. I had a subscription with them before I switched and I will be going back. They also give you the Robb Report Collections with your subscription which is not available in the app.

Seriously good. This app is great. Very pleased to see the upgrade
