Useful. Very useful, but it keeps adding the number of appointments and that is annoying. Unable to erase or clear past appointments.

Useful Calendar App. This app is especially helpful with the different "repeat events" options that aren't in the Apple calendar. Would love it even more if the daily view would would automatically go to the current time on the calendar instead of requiring me to continually scroll down from the beginning of the day.

Nice app.. Works well for me. Like being able to see the whole month, but of course the text is very small.

Nice!. Keep making the iphone version closer to the wm one and you'll get 5 stars (a snooze 5 minutes to 1 day option would be great)!

Calendar. I absolutely love this app. It is so much better than the others I have tried.

Not Recommended. This all-in-one app (after in app purchase) is feature rich and allows under the hood customizations. The layout is professional and visually appealing. It includes a calendar, reminders, lists, contacts, and notes (limited). Update: after multiple attempts to contact the developer were unsuccessful (app will not sync), this app has been downgraded to two stars. I'm now back to using Note HD (A note) which I recommend.

It's all about the templates, baby. This is a fantastic app. It works in conjunction with the built in calendar and synchronizes seamlessly. The ability to create and use appointment templates makes it well worth the cost.

Very visual. I like the month/week/day/agenda choices to view from. Easy to change tasks. Could use more icons & alarm choices.

Awesome. When i update or pay more i get it to work the way i want it and its awesome. I like that i can use icons as part of my tracking activity like my work out etc. love this app because i can organize my brain. Give me a piece of mind and keep my life in track that keep me productive all day. Good job developer!

Finally.. Finally found a calendar app that allows me to see text on my monthly calendar view instead of a bunch of dots. Very intuitive and easy to visualize my month.

Appointments not saving. I likes the app. Just downloaded last week and have been happy with layout and functionality. But won't save new appointments any more. I need to be able to rely on the app. I can't at the moment.

Even! with limited reminder sounds.... I like everything about this app except for the alerts/alarms/reminders. There's just one sound that goes off. There's nothing that tells what the alert sound is for. I end up having to go in to figure out what the alert sound was for. I have copious alarm and reminder sounds (from various apps) because my mind needs them. The state of the audio notifications doesn't keep me from using this calendar though. I thought it was amazing a few updates ago. And now even with updates it's only gotten better. The customizing capabilities is one of the big things for me since I have to look at every other hour. At one point there were only a few icons to choose from. Now the selection is very workable. You can set up to be reminded at multiple preset times. Make templates. Make lookups of places and people/destinations. It's nice to have different views to choose from. I won't list any more since it's in the app blurb. It is worth the $$ in my opinion.

Excellent App. Looked at a few but this ones been the best.

Good BUT. Great looking app BUT it crashes 98% of the time. I contacted the vendor who said to delete and reinstall. It worked for 24 hours then crashed again. I did the clean install again. It wouldn't load. I have done over 10 reinstalls. Sometimes it works but only for hours THEN it crashes again. Stay away until the developer corrects this problem. I wish I had listened to the other reviews

Best ever. My mother has Alzheimer's and this app has been a life saver for helping me keep up with dr appointments

Good app but.... It needs a little work to get a higher rating from me. The most upsetting thing that I experience is interruptions from notifications. If you have any kind of notification come in while using this app, it kicks you out or at least back to the current date. That's very frustrating when you are ready to save your entry and need to start over. The app is also very sluggish and needs to pick up the pace. Works really well though... all things considered! Please figure out a way to stop the interruptions and this would be awesome!

Good app. I've been using this for several weeks with no issues. I use an iPhone 3 and haven't experienced crashes that I've read about. App has great features, is well organized and straightforward to use. I really like that is gives me day, week and month views along with the agenda page. Good stuff!

Me. It's a good app. Does the basic things. It was good to opt to add part of the description to show in the calendar, but it takes away the icon from the calendar. This defeated what I thought it really did. I would love if I could add pictures to the notes for like a diary for the amount I'm paying for a calendar that is not really extreme. Otherwise it is a good calendar and does much more than the standard calendar that comes with the os.

Best calendar I could find. I downloaded several calendar apps before I found extreme calendar, I think it's the best available. I love the icons, the weekly view screen and its on the cloud. Love it!!

Great app for staying organized!. I highly recommend this app! The calendar part of this app is great to keep all details of a busy household organized! I use this on my iPad so have the family calendar with me where ever I go. Very easy to set up new events, create repeating activities and change the date/time if needed. Using the templates, I standardized different icons for different activities or family members, so can know at a glance what is happening for everyone on a given day. I keep it in month view with the day's detailed info enabled down at the bottom (do this in set up). It is great that I can differentiate between work and family activities, dr appts, kid's sports and school functions, exercising, volunteering, etc.! Another plus is that you can schedule into the next year and beyond, like a dr appt - unlike paper calendars/planners that are 1 year at a time. I later purchased the full app ("extreme agenda") that included the tasks, contacts and jot lists functions. The tasks function is a checklist type entry within the calendar and can be very handy. Contacts is fine in all the fields for info you can capture, but could be improved in its interface (you only see the name and phone, not email or street address, in the alphabetical listing. You have to tap on edit to see the full record.) The jot lists is also useful for tracking info quickly - but probably this function could be done with any notepad app. Not sure if/how it interfaces with the calendar directly that makes it a vital part of this app... My main negative comment would be that the icons, templates and a few other "menus" are not alphabetizable or sortable, so you have to scroll through the whole list each time... a pesky problem at most. Anyway, I have used the calendar app for about 5 months and continue to find it extremely useful!

Bugs fixed, works great. Great calendar, the bugs have been fixed and they are constantly making adjustments to improve.

Disappearing Event Issue. I never responded to the last Birdsoft developer response (thank you for that!), so I thought that I should finish off before any next steps. 😌 I took your points and appreciated almost all of them, although I do not know that it is fair to speak of my expectations for “all” apps. I just know that when I buy one I want it to continue to work. That is just the nature of being a client or consumer, and understandably so. However, I did understand what you were trying to convey. • I expect that you did send out the app update that you mentioned, but the version of Extreme Agenda I was using was the add-on that I purchased through Extreme Week (purple icon). So I did not receive an update there. • Anyway, since I really like that product I am happy to try out the Ultiplanner (sp?) and possibly purchase it. I just hope that this new app will allow me the same ability to display my engagements as icons (instead of words), and that the “Categories” will also sync across all my iOS devices along with the other data (which Extreme Planner just never did somehow). Looking forward to the experience! •••••••••••• 3/1/23 There is an ongoing glitch with this calendar that occurs while you have a window open and are configuring an event for the first time (so it is not saved yet). Although the original version of this app did not have this issue, the window that opens when you are creating a new event is quite “bouncy.” By this I mean that the entire date configuration window display can be pulled downwards just by touching the screen and dragging your finger downwards a bit. Then when you let go, the window pops back up to the top of the screen like a rubber band. In the process, anything you entered into that window almost invariably gets erased and you are left with an empty default window. It is as if you had just opened a new event window and had not worked on it yet. So you have to create your event again from scratch. This is a problem not because you are going to intentionally pull downwards on the window while you work, but because it is so easy to do so accidentally. So you have to be so careful about how you touch the screen now and this is like tiptoeing with your fingers. As a user, this is uncomfortable and unnatural. • It occurs to me that perhaps this is what some users were referring to when they mentioned “disappearing events” in their reviews of this product. • I should note that this issue did appear to be fixed at some point two years ago but the problem returned again after a week or two. I just never said anything about it until now.

Best I have found so far. Could use some more options for alarms and more icons

A pretty good app. I've been using this app for a couple of weeks now and am impressed with its potential. I am amazed that so many features can be packed into a simple app, but I guess I am learning that apps really aren't all that simple! It still seems to be a bit raw, though, and somewhat caprecious in its functionality. For example, the first recurring task I put in would not recur. Still hasn't. But all of the ones I put in after the first one worked just fine. Strange. The task categories come prefilled, and I put in my own and went to delete the prefilled ones, but here is one, "Businesses", that, whenever I try to delete it, it shuts down the app. I finally just left it. Other things are kinda shaky, too, like, I added an event directly in the iPad calendar, but Extreme Agenda didn't pick it up until I did a total shutdown of the app and then restarted it. And I'm not too sure how much support is out there, either. I sent several emails to the developer over a week ago, and as of yet have not yet received even an acknowledgement. All of that said, I really do like the app and would recommend it as being much better than the competition in the price range. Mostly I am trying to say that, if you get it, don't get discouraged when a few odd things happen. Most of the time, it does a wonderful job, and the odd things can be worked around without too much trouble. I do look forward to future updates for some of the issues already raised by reviewers, but also for what this developer might come up with on their own!

Good App. Works fine for me on my iPad 2 and iPhone 4s

Frustrating. Really enjoyed the app when it worked but continously crashed and refused to load afterwards. Would have been one of my favorite apps if it worked!

We can't remove a full calendar. The user in the other review must have filtered his calendar to hide it, it will not allow you to remove an entire calendar. And it is a normal calendar app so there isn't anything difficult about it...

Don't buy it. Horrible . Erased my entire month just a few minutes after putting it all in. It also is not used friendly. Even my very skilled computer friend was annoyed with it while trying to use it. Don't waste your money like I did.

Looked good. I thought this was the answer to my calendar needs, however after purchasing and upgrading the program became unstable and would not open. Contacted support and they were fast with a reply. Deleted app and reinstalled and all working now. Guess I had to many contacts. Give it a look.

Great. I am new to the app world but wanted a calendar so read the reviews and tried this one. I agree, this is a very easy colander to use. I would love to see bigger icons.

New problems. I have been using this app for a few months without many problems. However lately I have not been able to edit or change some of my recurrent events. I like the app and the ability to schedule recurrent events by day, time frame, day of the month, etc. Very flexible but with this new problem ...

Dies when used. First my calendar wouldn’t work on my iPad; it would blank out, then it started doing it on my iPhone 8! WTH!

Good job. This app works great but would like the notes to show in the monthly screen. I have classes everyday and would like the thing we are going to cover for that day to show in at least the weekly view. Other then that, it does everything I would like it to do. By the way, where can I find more backgrounds and icons?

Support. Support gets back to you very quickly when you message them. Apples iOS updates may mess up the app but support helps you figure out how to fix it. Thx

Icons need improvement. I paid for the upgrade expecting better icons but just got a bunch of useless random ones. I like the app and it works well for me. I would give 4 stars if had better icons.

Sabotaged account. Paid for the app several years ago. Nothing but good things to say about it. Until September 9, 2023. My app suddenly disappeared. Removed from my Apple account. No longer appeared on my phone. Purchased the app again. And all of my calendar events suddenly reappeared. But everything I saved for repeated use was gone. Information I saved for several years. Now had to be re-entered. And at the cost of re-purchasing the app. I am out raged. But who cares right?

Works for me. So far so good. LOVE the multiple alarm capability and the option to create an alarm DURING or after the start of the event (i.e. on a full day event, I don't want to be notified at 12am, but I may want to be notified at 10am on the day, which technically makes that AFTER the event has begun). Navigation seems a bit clunky, but maybe I'm still getting to know it. Best calendar/organiser I've used so far - THANKS!

Awesome. Love this calendar enough to upgrade it to the extreme agenda. They made me write that! But it really is awesome, so worth the extra few bucks.

Works well for me. I like this calendar much better than the one that comes with the iPad. About the only thing I find annoying is that some of the navigation could be a little better. The ability to update entries by just hitting them or changing appointment times by just "dragging" would be a lot more intuitive rather than trying to work out what the icons mean or having to go thru levels of "sub-menus". It also would be nice if "today" was easier to get to and a bit more prominent. But apart from those things it does what I need it for quite well and I am basically happy with it.

Nice agenda!. Practical app but I would have a suggestion, there should be more room to write or see a daily event. I only see a few letters and would like to see the whole title.

Good but not great. I really like the way this calendar program looks and the fact that I can save templates for items I have to add all the time. However, I find that it does not sync well between my iPhone and my iPad, often times with some items syncing but not all. If this bug could be fixed it would be a great calendar program!

Doesn't work for me. Save your money, I found one for a third of the price that works a lot better. I can not get this one to sink between my two IPhones and my IPad. The tiny calendar automatically sinked the three together and was only $2.99. I could not get the app to work, I wish that I had spent more time checking into this app and saved the $12.99. Deleting the app and reinstalling tiny calendar.....
