Nice App. I enjoy this app and I am getting used to it. It has a few quirks from time to time. The biggest one when trying to add a task or event. It doesn't always allow me to choose the subject. Shutting down and coming back in has sometimes fixed it. Of all the apps I've used, this does the most and is closest to doing what I need. Keep improving the functionality of what is here because it is a great app.

Really Disappointing. I purchased this app after reading several reviews indicating that this is a great app for busy professionals. While I agree that it's got potential, there are some major, frustrating flaws. One problem is that task reminders don't work. I've tried a number of times in a number of ways to turn them on, but the slide on the alerts form doesn't move. In addition, there are several touch features that seem to be off. As an example, every time I try to navigate from the month view to the menu view, it creates a new event that I can't delete. I end up with tons of untitled events and the only way I can get off of that screen is to hit the home button and re-enter the app (which restarts at the menu screen). I have tried to communicate with the developers to no avail. This was one of the first iPad apps I purchased, and as of now it was a big waste of money. I would not recommend the app as is.

A++++ Don't Believe the Others.... To describe this app in one word is near impossible, but fantastic will suffice. I have no idea what other users are complaining about. I get ALL notifications I set alarms for just like in the native iPhone calendar. This calendar is reciprocal with iPhone's. That is to say what I enter in one shows in the other. The interface is easy to learn even without any built in help screens. You have so many options as how to enter appointments and even daily events like picking up kids from school, only a designer of another calendar could complain. It has a very attractive and stylish display that is highly customizable, unlike the other calendar apps I have tried. They just can't measure up to this one. To those giving bad reviews: What is bad about this app? It makes the other apps fall way behind!! The intro price is right and as long as the developers follow through on all there promised updates it can only get better!! If you can find a superior calendar then quit complaining and go but it. Remember this, there are many calendar apps out there. I say go ahead and try them, at least the free trials. Then buy this one and you be the judge. (Even the DayTimer app is lousy if you ask me) Keep up the fantastic work!!!

Pretty good. Currently use calengoo and saw this which has a nicer interface but missing a few options to draw me away for now. Missing are white fonts and contact address mapping. There is no apparent way to have a contact mapped for appointments. I would use this for on the road doing estimates and need to get directions to the next client. Also use dark background with white print to be more visible outside or in car. Besides those improvements this is a stellar product. Also could not find a way to contact developer thru app.

Too much glitter.... This app has lots of cool features, but none of them work very solid. The alarm sounds come from the local calendar alarms from the phone--pretty weak!!!! gotta at least offer more alarm options, like maybe a snooze feature? plus I tested the alarm feature in this and for one, when the alarm goes off, there's no banner that shows on the screen so at least you know what the alarm is for, i don't even see a notification the in the iPhones message center for this application; I did check to see if all the necessary features were tuned for this to happen in the settings.... This app is not even worth the 7$ they charge you.... Do not buy!!!!

Extreme agenda. Great app . I love that you can finger slide. Like icons. Would Iike less kiddie/cartoonish icons. Love color variation. Love repeat in weeks 1,2,3 etc and everyother day. Like indicator of agendas on front page. I have recommended it . Very adult, business, social oriented app. Like Option to see text on month view. Thanks looking forward to future updates. Love this app!. I have tried so many calendar apps and this is what I have been looking for. I like how the pics show up on the calendar for birthdays and anniversaries. Love the agenda, month and tasks views. Great app I would of gave it 5 stars but I don't like how when you put in an appointment and want it to repeat multiple times it kicks you out. When I went back in it didn't show that I wanted the appt to repeat multiple times. It did appear when I went to look at my appts the next day. Best calendar app out there!

Very Good, Very Promising. The appearance of this app is very pleasing and makes excellent use of available geography to include all relevant information. There are a few minor needs that I'm sure will be met soon, including improved sorting of tasks. Others -- hopefully -- will include syncing between iPhone and iPad, extending categories and icon to repeating events and being able to repeat tasks. This app gets my approbation not just because of its appearance and utility at present, but because of its potential to be at the top of its category, as evidence by the developer's skill, imagination and excellent customer support! This morning (a Sunday) I received a response to my questions and suggestions in a little more than an hour's time. If one intends make this a pivotal application, this kind of potential and support are musts.. My recommendation is to spend the money, get familiar with the application and look forward to the revisions that will make it soar.

Very sharp.. The look, elegant. Works just fine, no problems. Have paid far more for an agenda app which isn't as easily functional & looks cluttered & unattractive. Needs a direct link to the contact list & todo/task list. Works well with appointments through the native iPhone app. Also need to dial a phone number right from an appointment. Should be a killer app in short order. Great app. Keep up the fine work.  This is fast becoming the finest app of its kind! It certainly is the smartest looking. Almost 5 stars. The developer knows what he's doing & does it well. Updates coming out 2-3 times a month with new features, etc. And when it comes to customer support, there is no better. Okay, now this rates 5 stars. Things became super useful with the pop-up toolbars. App's almost perfect, just a few more functions & it will be. Probably the next update. Keep up the great work. And it looks cool too. To the person wanting to add holidays easily, just add a 2nd calendar (from Google) of holidays.

Meh.... Does what it advertises, but not what I expected. Limited icons and backgrounds. Despite having ipad in landscape orientation, program always opens in portrait mode then rotates into landscape mode - got annoying. Toolbar controls in different locations depending on what screen you are in. To add new events you need to find the new + button as you can not simply tap on the time or date slot. Similarly with contacts and task lists. Nice having a complete PIM manager (i.e. calendar, tasks, and contacts) in one app, but i found it lacking in terms of controls, customization, and execution.

Extreme Agenda is awesome. This is the best app I have on my phone. I have a day runner organizer in case I lose my phone (or it is stolen) but I use Extreme Agenda more because of the multi-features such as being able to put icons with specific tasks, set alarms to be notified, categorize each task by color and the ability to have pictures with birthdays! I will always recommend this app to anyone looking to organize a chaotic life like mine!

Give it 4 Stars. Love the program. One problem - after I add customers that start with the letter "S" I try to put them in the business category. Then the screen pixelates and I have to exit the program to do anything. I end up putting a different letter in front of the customers last name so it adds it to a different letter. Then I can add it to the business category and change the name back to the letter "S". Contacted tech support and they wanted a screen shot but the IPAD could not capture the pixelating. Took a video with me cell phone and sent it to tech support a week ago. Have not heard back.

Not worth anywhere near the cost. I found this app difficult to use because of the interface, particularly the small fonts and awful month view that doesn't use the full screen unless I expand it every time. The month view doesn't support landscape mode, so I can't compensate for the truncated portrait view. I inadvertently converted several appointments into untimed events with no confirmation or recourse. Positives are the many custom settings and responsive Technical Support. I regret purchasing this expensive app. It isn't worth the money. For the cost, I expected a polished app that helped me keep up with my busy schedule. I went back to Calendars 5. Live and learn.

Widget!. Make this avail easy as a widget! And you’re golden

Pretty good. Overall it does what it says. I have been able to get recurring events put in well enough. I can see what there is scheduled each day. My wish would be for a function to overlay a list or 2 on top of the daily or weekly or monthly pages. I am a list maker. I always have a To-do list going, and these are not items I want scheduled for a specific time. There is a jot list function, but you have to leave the calendar to look at it, and on the calendar it leaves huge red checkmarks, which clutter things up and defeat their own purpose if you have them on every day. As a calendar/scheduler, it is good. I just need my lists!

Not bad. Has nice functions

Using it more on iPod. I originally bought this for my iPad but didn't use it that much. Recently bought an iPod and like it much better and definitely use it more. Had a similar app on an older windows phone but no longer able to use it on the newer version. This fits the bill very nicely. So breaking it down, 5 star on iPod , 4 star on iPad. Either way, very nice app.

KEEPS CRASHING-PROBLEM FIXED. No more crashing! Thanks to birdsoft for trying to help fix the problem. An Ipad forum suggested to turn the ICloud calendar and contact settings to "on" & everything works great. So happy I can finally put EA to use. Just bought this app after reading the reviews. IT KEEPS CRASHING!!! I have entered one address and one event and only have 3 contacts so what is the problem. iPad2 is 4 months old and the only thing I use this app on. HELP FIX IT or I want a refund please.(I doubt that will happen)

UPDATE TO FIX!!! HELP!!. Updated review: After downloading the 2nd iOS update to 13.1, the makers of my favorite calendar/agenda app have done an app update & thank goodness I can now save new appointments and save updated/changes to appointments that had to be changed. I am so grateful this has been fixed! Thank you. Been an app user for many years, but ever since I downloaded the iPhone iOS 13 update, I cannot SAVE anything on the Extreme Calendar app. Cannot save new appointments or change existing appointment date, time, etc. Also app crashes when I click on “email support”. Please help ASAP!

Great Update. The new update - version 3.1 - is a great improvement! I love the tabbed interface. I'm delighted to see that you can now edit or delete an event without going through an intermediate screen. Bravo! One small request, for the next version: it would be wonderful if you could select which views appear in the tab bar, so you could go to all the ones you use without going to "more" first. Thanks for the fine job!

Excellent!. 06Sep2016 - In this latest version (Ver. 5) the developer has knocked it out of the park! Scheduling, contacts and tasks are all there and access is intuitive. This is my favorite calendar app. Extreme Agenda provides all that is required to keep one's busy life on track. All of the information is right there without the need to switch out to another app. Too, the functionality exceeds that of the native iOS apps (especially the iOS calendar that is worse than lame). I have tried other agenda/calendar apps, but always return to Extreme Agenda. Highly recommended! 01Oct2015: As with my previous review l find this most recent version (4.31) to provide an excellent calendar/task app for the iPhone. Recommended without reservations.

OK and could use some work.. Pros: has good user interface and can set appointments with contacts. Adds contact pictures to calendar. Cons: Tasks don't sync with iPad reminders (reminders sync with my corporate Outlook tasks) and doesn't sync with Toodledo. Could use work on tasks to make it consistent with GTD (Getting Things Done). Pocket informant has the tasks but no contacts, which is why I bought this one. (Currently, Pocket Informant tasks sync with Toodledo but not with inherent Reminders)

Great Looking App!. I love the aesthetics this app. presents. Even though I am still figuring out all the bells and whistles, there is one improvement that could really enhance it overall. In your "List" section, I wish you could not only enter your tasks, but also categorize it in an outline format with sub-categories as well. The app. "Things" does a good job at this. Currently, when you complete a task in the "List" section, you cannot even tell if it's checked off or not because the color of font is too light. And you cannot add any notes to your task. Although, you can do so in its "Task" section. But overall this is an excellent app. which I highly recommend.

Extreme Agenda. At the app works and does a lot of stuff. It is pretty easy to use. However, it can not handle recurring tasks, which is a major weakness. I also had problems when I wanted to make a change to a recurring event. Ended up with duplicate recurring events and neither of them were changed. Contacted tech support about both items. Was told recurring tasks will be included in the future. Months have passed and still no recurring tasks. Never got a response for the recurring event issues. I have moved on to a better app.

App is okay --- good start. The overall function was appealing to me,and it seems to suit me work style. A couple of things : holidays? Would like yo be able to populate those in to the calendar,and the blue color to select date is a bit annoying. I do not see any way to access user information and details to change settings . The foundation is good, but I am not finding some of the features that were listed in the app description.

Excellent tool, not perfect, but still excellent.. I am constantly being pulled in 1000 directions at once. This allows me to prioritize more easily, and allocate my time efficiently. The built in documentation is a little weak. It largely assumes that you are already familure with the product. The use their screen names is annoying in that it is not easy to determine which scream they are talking about. Best advice I can give is start working with it, and keep trying. If you do that you will eventually figure out what they are referring to. Once you figure out a few of the key screens, the rest rapidly falls into place.

Best app of this type. Finally, I found what I was looking for. I love the ability to add colors to the calendar, and the features in general far surpass the other apps of the same type. I am picky, and I'm happy with this app. Now, a couple of suggestions for Improvement would be more text options for the calendar events, it's not very big or dark. It would also be great to be able to add a background pic to the calendar. I will say the selection of icons that can be added to the events is great, all around love it!

It does work. This is a good calendar and reminders application. Apparently, creating a calendar and reminder's app is very difficult. There are a bunch of them and most are bad and/or don't work with all the iDevices and/or have some other bad oddity. Not all features work in all screens. Example: Drag and Drop only works with the "Interface" of Tabs in the Month calendar view. Then only by selecting the day and from the day section (upper right), select the event or reminder, by holding it and then draging it to a different day. This means you cannot drag and drop to change the time, nor can you drag and drop from any other view in any other interface. Be prepared to do a lot of editing to get the esthetics to your liking. The developer(s) have made a huge error in providing many cosmetic options for this app. By providing the options it is easy for a user to get lost in the verbage. The option labels are not clear ("Back Color" & "Cal Back Color", I could not figure out which one changes what.) and not all possible options are available (no text color option). It would be a big help if the developer would hire a designer. Then remove the cosmetic options and leave a small number of themes. Also, they should remove the "Interface" option and just pick one, that would make testing all the themes easier. As is, not all screens work with all themes/options. My guess is the developer is trying to be everything to everyone with this app. Frankly, the end result works, but it is a mess. March 31, 2017 Reply to developer comments; My review is three years old and I stopped using this application at that time. It deserved two stars because: one, you created it and two, it worked. Yes, being able to set every color is flexible and with flexible comes complexity and confusion. Having two, maybe three GOOD themes is flexible and easy. Less is more. Professionally designed tells me nothing. Did you have at least one user experience engineer, at least one user interface engineer and a user interface designer work on this application (at least 3 different and qualified people)? Craftsmanship. Cannot explain about the drag n drop, as too much time has past. But, if it is available in one view, it needs to be available in every view. That is consistency. As this is a calendar application, I cannot understand the difference between "Calendar Background Color" and "Background Color". Both would indicate the same value. Using the application type as part of a description appears to be redundant. Good short descriptions are difficult to create. Another good reason for simplicity. The goal is "It just works" and to achieve this don't make people think. Simple to say, difficult to execute.

Great - until it strips the categories during Outlook sync. Was a great app, and I was actually recommending to people, until I couldn't figure out why I was having such issue with "lost" categories and icons. It is listed on the website under "known issues" but not reported. It happens and if you are trying to schedule for multiple people, categories are a must, having them disappear during syncing is a major issue.

Love it.. After I initially downloaded this app it would not sync with my Google calendar, but I contacted the developer and it eventually was fixed. So, what I am saying is, if you have any trouble with this app, contact the developer, he is very quick to respond and he strives to make sure you are happy with his product.. As far as the app itself, I love it. It does everything you could need to manage your time, and the user interface is aesthetically pleasing. Kudos to this developer!

Extreme Agenda. This is so far the best calendar I have found but still lacks a few features. I came from using palm products to an iPhone and like most of the apple features, but the calendar is weak, so that is why I use extreme agenda. Would like to see the copy an appointment or calendar entry a bit easier. Also modify an event often deletes all my data by accident when going into edit mode. I would like to get a detailed manual or on-line help feature. I think other features may exist but I just don't how to use. I rate a 3.5.

Disappearing Events. Update: heard the saying better late than never! LOL. Well these guys live up to that. Received a response to my first review 2 and a half years later!!! Yes you read right, no grammatical mistake! I had no idea what they were even talking about, had to find review and read again. Still laughing, and just had to write about it, too funny. Guys I moved on a long time ago with my issue. You should have too. Maybe you were bored and needed stuff to do? Who knows!?!? Had to update stars for this great effort on the part of the developers for answering two and a half years later. Ha-Ha. Maybe my comment was lost in cyberspace and just found, or maybe I was just light years ahead of them. Lol. Anyways nice product. Since I updated to the latest version some of my events are disappearing and my icons disappear also. I have imput the same event about 8 times and every time I open my calendar the event has disappeared. This happens to more than one event. Getting very annoyed. Also I have added icons to many events and when I open calendar again the icons have disappeared but the event is there. Please fix. Worked great until this last update. Don't want to delete calendar but if my events keep disappearing it's useless to me. Love this calendar when it worked. Just looked back and noticed all of my events that I have entered for the whole year have all disappeared. Very upset now.

Growing Up Quick. I'm giving this a 5 for the Update & for Development...The app itself is probably still about a 3. After using it for a couple of wks now, there are quite a few bugs in the new features (at least on iPod touch), but the fact they've been implimented, means they only have to be fixed now. Probably more testing across the board & devices would be beneficial. Will still take a few feature additions to make it my go to, but it's getting there. Agenda view & vertical support are huge improvements & Jotlist is sweet (just needs to be fixed) If the past is an indication....get this now...it'll be full blown before long.

Love it But..... I have used this for 2 years because it will allow me to tailor information in my calendar as I need to. Way better than iPhone calendar for someone that is detail oriented & on a time schedule. It allows me to keep up with all my work, personal & family appointments. But, the pics are just ok. They could be a lot better so I just don't use them much anymore. And I really don't like that is always reminding me that I didn't sync my contacts with it. I don't want to & one time of telling it should be enough. Other than that its the best I've found!!

Perfect until last software update. I have used this app for years and love the customization with categories and colors. However, since the last iOS update I am no longer able to add new calendar items. The option to save a new entry is gone. I would give this app 5 stars as soon as it is working properly again.

Extreme agenda. If you are looking for the best agenda / appointment app , you have found it. I would spend twice the price for this one because it is easy to use, and allows you every function you would ever need. You can live in no fear of not being prepared with this one From a simple birthday to the meeting of the year you can have times , notes , alarms and the warnings so that you will have everything on time, organized, and without fear that the app doesn't work. I live by this app. It has never let me down. Thanks

Extreme Agenda Almost There!. I wrote the following review a week ago and now every time I open this app, I get the "Write a Review" pop-up. How do I get rid of it?! ****************************************************** While this is the best calendar app I have found, it needs a few improvements. The great thing is that it syncs with Outlook and the Apple calendar app nicely. It would be nice to be able to more easily see all appointments in a day without opening the day and I am not fond of the tasking function. i do not like all those ck marks on my calendar page.

I like it. I believe that this application can eventually be great. I like the simple features and being able to use tasks,calendars, and contacts, all in one app. It performs well compared to others I've tried. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a simple, all in one app to stay organized throughout the days and months. It has crashed on me a couple of times though. I would also love to see it develop a little more into a full GTD type organization system. I like it.

Pretty good, but needs work. I'm still getting used to it, as I only purchased it this week. It does what I need it to do, sync my iCloud calendar AND tasks across my devices. . It's certainly not the prettiest app of its kind. While there are many color choices, most of them are muted. I'd like to see some vibrant choices. But I like really the icons. The biggest headache right now is that it imported my Contacts' groups as categories. Some of them are unnecessary to have in this app, but when I try to delete them, the app crashes.

Almost there. I have to say this is almost the best there is. A couple of things to improve to be the best. First favorites in contacts, you should be able to organize your favorites the way you want and not how they appear by the alphabet. Second you should be able to get back to today date by just tapping a button whether you are either in another month or day. Third you should be able to see the location part of calendar app in today view. Also switching from screen to screen is slow and lagging. Fourth the event badge should update to how many events you have left and not stay on the number of events that you have all day. Fifth you should have more choices for making alerts for calendar appointments. You should have a scrollable time wheel so you can choose how ever many alerts you want and make it so that you can choose four weeks, three weeks before, four days before, three days before, eight hours before, seven hours before, so on and so forth. I know this seems like a lot but if you do these things no one will be able to touch you in this category. Look forward to new improvements. Thanks.

Pretty nice but lacks a few things.. I have used an app called Agenda fusion before and really liked it. (it was on an old pda...many moons ago) thought this app was pretty close to that. It definitely needs more icons but what I would really love to see are national and religious holidays pre-populated so I know when Mother's day, etc is. Hope to see that in an update. I do like the month layout. Adding events is a little tedious but not too bad.

FLAWED!. While a great deal of care was taken in the planning and execution of this program it lacks the flexibility to completely tailor the interface to an individuals needs. There is no way to change the font style or, more importantly, the font size. The writers of these programs seem to think that all users are young, have 20/20 vision, or those with lower vision have no business using there product. Last, but not least, is the simple fact that no way is provided to view days as a scrolling list with days on the left edge and times blocked off with colored bars stretching to right. I did not think that this option would be missed, but once used you realize how valuable it can be! I would advise exploring one of the many other more flexible options. The rave review for this application are simply not justified given the other programs available.

Really Useful Application. All of the application produced by this company are ver similar. I use them all in conjunction with each other. Also, all sync automatically with each entry with my other Apple devices, including Mac's. No effort is required on my part other than making entries because the sync is performed automatically in the background.

Has potential, but UI is lacking. This app was designed for an iPhone and then ported to an iPad. There are lots of wasted space. The design need to be re-thought as to how to take advantage of the additional screen real estate available on an iPad.

Best I've found to cover it all. This has turned out to be the best calendar agenda keeper I've found. It allows for creative people like myself to have a digital calendar that's not boring. The icons and template maker are great makes it easy to schedule repeat clients and event faster w/o needing to type in again. I give it 5 stars because I don't see myself looking for or paying for another calendar again my search is over.

If you like to customize and want am AllInOne Planner.... .. This is one of the best calendar/ planner apps, hands down. I have tried just about all of the popular ones available and in my opinion, for the same price or maybe a couple bucks less, you get everything else all the others offer, plus reminders, lists that can actually tally totals, every calendar view that exists, templates and nice contacts feature. In response to the individual complaining about colours, there are 37 to choose from and that's just the background. For items entered on the calendar you can choose numbers, squares, writing.. Etc.. And another nice touch is the option to choose pattern/textures which is especially noticeable on the iPad.. Oh yeah, because this app is universal too. I wish I could upload pics because the ones here really don't express the versatility. I haven't checked recently but maybe the website has better views because it can be as wild or conservative as you need it to be. I like mine black and as minimal as can be but sometimes change it up and fly my freak flag because with this app I can do anything. My only complaint is it doesn't have a Mac crossover app, to my knowledge but it's nor a necessity for me.

I’m still using this app some 7-8 years now.. I simply appreciate this app. It works within the rules/structure that Apple controls and does a beautiful job. I use this app daily. I’m pleased, nuf’ said.

Just Deleted It. Having come from Agendus on the Palm, *nothing* I've found for the iPhone is very good; but, EA is ok. If it worked with the native Reminders database and displayed past due tasks in Agenda view, it would be great. Also, customer service seems to only respond if I email more than once. UPDATE : I tried using repeating Tasks to get around the fact that past due Tasks don't display. I found that more than half the time, checking a repeating task made it go away altogether. I have just deleted this app and gone back to the built-in Calendar and Reminders.

Helpful. I've used this program before and stills works the same even tho on a different platform. I would give it a 5-star rating if the tasks worked a little differently. Since I've used it before it was easy to learn and will additionally say (or warn you) that it helps to figure out what the program means by a term and not get locked in to your own definitions for it to be a stellar program for you, too. Be adventurous and give this app a chance. You won't be sorry.

Does not sync icons, etc.. Beware: app is advertised as syncing data as with the default calendar, but it doesn't sync icons and such. So what you set up on one phone does NOT appear on another. Misleading. Makes it pointless to share calendars with anyone!

Innovative app. The app can be a bit laggy at times and has crashed on several occasions. In the contacts section some of the contacts are out of alphabetic order. It would be useful if u could schedule an event and merge data from your contacts and address book into the event. Overall it's an intuitive app with a easy to use interface.

Extremely Frustrating!. Today was the last straw! I'm deleting this app. Twice I have missed appointments because I was relying on this app, but today I lost my entire contacts list!!! This is too much. Good riddance to this wholly unreliable app.

Interesting app..... Interesting app. This app has been around for (more than) a few years. It is quite configurable. I've only just installed it. So not very familiar with it but it has some interesting looking features like templates. I want it to display more than one line however but I haven't worked how to do this or if it's possible. For the moment I'm giving it 3 stars out of the box. Would like to give it 3 and a half but can't work out why I can't... I have turned it on I'm sure. If I work out how to display more information in event views that will be worth another full star. 8-)

Developing nicely. It can be a bit on the slow side, especially to start up but the development team are very receptive to suggestions and am sure they will be working on it. Some nice features and welcome week view especially with integrated tasks. Looking forward to new developments

Love it. Just like a real diary!! So nice to have one that does fortnightly repeats, along with every other repeat you can think of. Highly recommended.

Great Calendar App. I've researched calendar apps for a long time & have moved over from PI to buy this instead. More versatile sync options, great icons and fantastic new tabbed interface in version 3.1. Developer extremely receptive to feedback and questions, and keen ti keep us happy. Worth every cent!

App review. I am revising my review. All past appointments and data keep dropping off my diary. I have no way of checking any past information. This seems to be a fatal flaw.

Agenda Top Diary App. As a busy lawyer and having tried several other calendar apps, Agenda is the only one I will now use because of its reliability and simplicity. I need my daily, weekly and monthly agenda quickly, clearly and accurately displayed on demand and Agenda fulfils all these requirements and also synchronises with Outlook on my PC with no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Agenda.

Totally unreliable. This app is so bad. It keeps crashing on brand new iphone 4S 64G. It often loses data and icons that took hours to input. Very slow and sluggish. Totally not worth the money. Stopped using after 2 days. You should use your money on something else.

Great PIM. Like everyone tried all. The best prior to Extreme agenda was cal pad. Just a couple of tweaks with extreme agenda and it'd be almost perfect. Things like a weekly view as in Clark pad and native calander, with viewing of tasks, a permanent icon attachment to certain categories like the palm pilot agenda. Perhaps more functionality with views and searches. All in all the best and most stable PIM I've used.

Not Practical - Slow - Not Worth The Money. Not Practical Slow Not Worth The Money !!!And moving an appointment is difficult!!! When you try to do so it either: creates 2 entries, 2 blank entries or you have to delete everything & start from scratch :( Epic Fail! Do not purchase!

Native note Sync. It would have been really great with native note sync. I use Siri alot!

FANTASTIC. I have been looking for a calander planner just like this for SOOOOO long. I had an issue to start with and contacted help through FaceBook as suggested and it was fixed within 2 days with a minor update. Since then, no issues. Just one suggestion though Brian. I know we can colour code our appointments etc, but is there a way to actually show the appointments as colour coded in the monthly calander itself rather than just in the daily/weekly view? All in all though - 5 *****

Calendar. Best app ever!!! Let's me do it all and see it all!! I've tried sooo many organizer apps and I keep going back to this awesome app.

Absolute Agenda. I tried the several organizer and agenda aps, there is always something missing, can't link the phone numbers, or looks like my 10 year old shook book. This one is the best, great graphics, everything you need to plan you life. Sync with all major functions of your phone and you CAN schedule a phone call that features the actual contact. Worth every cents you'll spend and the money wasted on the other nonsense. Great work!

Icons. I bought extreme and there are only 34 icons. There should be over 100. What's wrong? Fix it or I want my money back.

More crashes than a car rally. Wow...what can I say. Every time you try to view a task in depth, it crashes. No repeating tasks...no syncing.... I really expected more from a company that professes experience in this market. Very pretty interface but not much else. I guess we will have to see what they do to improve it.

Well Done. I am relatively pleased with this program. As simple or as complicated as you want to make it. A bit hard to figure out some of the linkages to other calendars, But I did get it to work. Use it every day! What else is there to say!

Review. Great new agenda program. Like the look and ease of use. Still needs some work, especially linking to other calendars. I'd also like more icons or let us add our own for more specific uses. I've used quite a few agendas, but I've switched and use it every day.

Awesome. Great update!!!! Awesome app. Best calendar I've used on my iPhone/iPad. I love how it seamlessly integrates into the default calendar. I use this app to create all of my schedules, appointments, and important dates, (it has far better recurring options) and then I use the default calendar for viewing. That works amazing me. I couldn't live without this app, my life would just be a mess.

Fix it please. Was working fine but now just crashes on start up.

Frustrated. At first sight and use this app promises to be great. Then I tried to erase an entry and found that it is not possible to do so or erasing is too complicated because I have yet to figure it out. I am looking for the update that gives the visual of a garbage can and the ability to erase with ease. Then I will rate this app again.

Agenda. Like this program it is easy to use. Lots of functions.

The organization app that I have been looking for. This keeps your contacts, to-do lists, event etc.. all in one place. I used to have two different apps for event and tasks and I love that I can have one app for both and see everything on the calendar. This has really helped get me more organized.

Task repetition. Great app! Love the flexibility in event repetition. Maybe the tasks could have a similar option in a next addition?!

Waste of money!. This app crashed after me trying to set a simple date for a task. It was the first and the last thing I tried. It's too bad cause it looked kinda powerful but come crashing is not something your Agenda can afford to do when you have serious appointments. Come on people! Sorry, but would really like a refund!

Personal Trainer. Over all I'm very happy with the program. It allows me to add details to any appointment with ease. It syncs beautifully with your contacts and other calendars. I use it everyday for all my clients I love the fact that I can make it simple or as complex as I need for each appointment. I would love to see a Pro version someday that I could use on my laptop Well worth the money!!!

Excellent App. I tried it expecting nothing. I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful layout and superb functionality.

It works great!!!!. Finally the app I’ve been wanting for so long. It does everything you could possibly want in a good calendar app. The only improvement could be a better day screen but even that’s not a hindrance. Love this app.

Complex. So many settings, many windows, very confusing. I would have preferred to try it out before purchasing, but the option was not available. Now I'm stuck with something that I'm not very pleased with.

Exceeded my expectations. Originally got it just for the lists which have more functionality and flexibility of the Miriam of list apps I had tried (gads I wish apple would stop forcing updates on me for all the clunker apps I have deleted). The more I looked at other function it provides the more I liked and switched over to using. A lot of negative reviews I see, seem to be attributable to the fact that the user isn't willing to be at all flexible and change a bit to use the app as it stands. From the beginning of computerization there have always been inflexible and change resistant people who have been unable to adapt to off the shelf software. I suggest if there is something more or different u NEED clearly write it up and submit to developer. If it's universally good, they will very likely start providing that function As an aside I've always been suspicious of reviews that say not as good as WIDGET app. I think it is another developer trying to move users onto their product so check out the apps ur self

Ok. A little hard to navigate. Needs features like being able to put work schedule in each day....and daily notes

Good app but...,,. Useful app and a good idea to include contacts and reminders. But the app takes a bit too long to load on my iPad mini and I wish there was tighter integration between the calendar and contacts.

Great Calendar App. It reminds me a lot of my favourite Palm app, Agendus. I love the use of the various activity icons, etc., but we need many more icons to pick from such as activities and holiday celebrations, etc. I would also like if it would assign a contact for you and then you would automatically have their street address if you have an appointment with them. All in all, a very nice program with many settings that I"m still getting used to.

Froze and never opened (revision, updated ver 2.1). Okay, I downloaded it while using dataplan. It froze and blanked out. I cleared memory, same result. I soft reset my iphone 4, still same result. re-downloaded it. Same result. Left it until I got home and downloaded it through itunes and tried again. Zip results. Not satisfied and not impressed. I presently use Week Cal and miCal along with my regular ios calendar. never had a problem with any of them and miCal just updated clearing up and speeding up. Give them a try first. This is not working right now. Ver 2.1 Hoped that they would have this worked out. installed-splash screen then dropped to regular screen, hereafter never even loaded the splash screen. Dumped it, turn iphone4 off and re-downloaded it, installed and then on the off chance something was proprietary I deleted all the other calendar programs I use. Still no dice. This is a piece of crap. If I could get my money back I would. I had hopes and was giving them a second chance. they blew it.

Really good app, not great!. After using this app for a while I've down graded it to 4 stars! It would get a 5 star rating if I could go back more than 3 months on my calendar. It would be very helpful to have the ability to see all my historical appointments!

Share appointments. It would be Very Very useful to be able to share some appointments with my collegue directly in Extreme Agenda without going to ICal. For now it's enough for to not using it because I need this features. Thanks.

Looks Good, Works OK. A very nice interphase with good capabilities but still needs more tweaking. Icons are nice but too many which are not applicable/usable. Would be nice to have option to create your own as the Agendus Palm. Would be nice to be able to display icons (more than one) in the MONTH view, including the birthdays in the contacts. This would provide a great graphical over view of all of the activities in the calendar and not just one icon per day, regardless if there is more than one activity scheduled. The task function is weak as it does not allow for a task to be carried over until completed, if you don't have an end date. It would also be great to be able to put names from the contact list in the calendar schedule particularly for meetings. With some more development this will be a great tool.

Extreme Agenda. Great Calendaring App, includes practical day, month, agenda view, etc. the display and layout is well though out.....clean and simple to use for beginner to advanced users.

Great app. From the short time that I have used this app, I have found it to be VERY easy-to-use, intuitive, and well worth the purchase price. I hate to say it but Apple could learn a thing or two from this app.

Yay, finally!!! Best calendar around!. How did I miss this app? After trying some more expensive options which were buggy or took to long to load, here is this gem, offering so much, for a small, small price. What I really wanted is an app that shares my iCal appts since I have a MacBook too. Bonus is the icons, (just swipe the pages to see all of them), the task list and all the cool views. Monthly is my favorite. I held off rating because I was expecting to find some bugs, but it's been about three or four weeks now and the app is working perfectly. Too bad iCal hasn't been re-worked, but I'd rather use this anyway. Going to recommend it to all my friends. Thanks for making such a long-awaited app, with thought and care behind it! If you update, more icons are always welcome!! :)

Awful. Was looking for something to improve upon 2Do and Informant, one review said this is better than Informant. Not even close, no ability to link a Contact to a Todo. Sorry just not advanced enough for me, maybe ok if you have a simple todo list I was looking for a real type PIM and still looking

Puts the FUN in FUNctional!. So many options! Updates are fantastic! Looks great & works great even for my very complex family schedule! Dropbox for back up, love the calendar icons! Alarms, reminders template events, repeating events with end dates (perfect for 1 term of swim lessons for eg.) everything I could want from a calendar app!!!

Love the app. Love the app. Much better than a plain calendar app. However just installed the latest update and now the app won't even open. I realize that I am working on an original first generation IPad but if the update was not compatible with my iPad it shouldn't have even allowed the update to install. How do I get the program back? Argh!!!!

Awesome App. This is. Great app. Veryuseful and easy to use when you learn all the details and features is has. I am a very picky person of the devices and software that I use. If I dont like it no matter what i spend on it i will not use it. But, this is a very useful app.

Prob the best planner an iPhone has. Took me forever to find a planner I downloaded and purchased way too many. I think in general iPhones have horrible planners/calendars they all have the same type of layout unfortunately. This one was the best one I could find.

Russo. Great app! Love the calendar and contacts! Easy to merge several calendars together. Wish that on the daily view it would block the entire time of the apt thru the day and not just an hour....and could use some more icons...still a great organizer and worth the price....I'm finally going to retire my paper day planner!

It exports right to my apple calendar!. I like this program though still struggling a bit with quickly & easily accessing various parts. I'd like to be able to just type in my event if I want rather than having to use the template which takes longer.

Overall I am quite pleased. I love this calendar. I use it for home reminders and I have it connected to my work account that uses business gmail, so it does connect to google calendars. Very customizable. Haven't had any bad experiences with it.

Very useful!. I like this app a lot. I keep it up, open and in front of me on my desk so I can see where I am at a glance while I use my iMac. I also find it easy to quickly see where I am in my day. I wish it would also show me the ten latest emails as well. That would make it a 5 star app.

Excellent. This app has all the features I have been looking for. It works great and has a great deal of customization. The past two updates have been made it even better. The more I use it with the updates, the more impressed I am with all it can do.

Extreme agenda. Finally! I can create groups in my contacts! That was the biggest reason for getting this app, but now that I have it I appreciate it's flexibility and uses. I've been in business for 30 years, always looking for a calendar/planner that would help me organize my time, activities,and contacts, it feels like I finally found one that does it all.

Me. I have used it for quite some time, and it outperforms all others I have tried. That said, I have to add that takes a bit of patience to learn.

VERY Disappointed!!!. I can not believe how lacking this app is. Can not add custom calendars, adding a new date to the calendar and you have to set a new "subject" if you don't you have to wait until you have saved your entry and then go back to add title. So weird. If you are checking reviews because you are wanting a good opinion please don't be fooled by the good reviews - don't waste your money!!!!! Will immediately go back to CalenGoo or my Pocket Informant or Saisuke. awful app!!!!!!!!

pleasant surprise. I've just had a day with the app, but so far I am really liking it. I love the monthly calendar view and find it to have just the info I want to see. It uses the screen very nicely to pack in a lot of information but yet it doesn't seem cluttered at all. The dark motif looks sharp on my iPhone 4. I think this is a real steal at this price.

I like it a lot. I don't know how I would survive without my iPad but more so I love the convenience of this app because my schedule is constantly changing. I agree with the ppl that say the address book & maps access would be a great addition. I would also love to invite ppl to view the calendar. I use this app DAILY.

Disappointed. I was very happy to find an agenda I have used palms in the past and loved it then I used Franklin covey and I wish they had an app My problem with this it freezes up every time I go into task I like how it interfaces with iCal I like the layout i need to be able to have task list or todo list I would like it have categories to keep track of future events/tasks

great. I really like this app. After trying a couple of other apps this really works well for what I need. I have a full time job, a home business and 2 small children. It allows me to track all those different events and projects. The only drawback I have so far is that my iPad and iPhone don't sync which is problematic.

Best out there. I've tried quite a few planner/agenda apps and this is the best by far. Has the right combination of features. Love that I can view my tasks and events in so many different ways.

Love it!. Great organizer and calendar. Would like to see icon pages turn easier. Page does not always turn when swiped, and would love to see the calendar lock. All in all it is a great calendar. I am glad I purchased it and now use it exclusively.

It could be better. I like the ease of entry, saving info for repeat entries, icons, etc... It would get five stars if didn't delete the events in the calendar that occurred greater than a month. I like to be able to reference back, but I can't.

Needs alarm clock and log entry functions. If it had alarm clock (with snooze) rather than just a simple alert it would be only calendar needed. A log function would be great also. With both, definitely a five plus!

Great Tool. This planner is great for the iPad. It does not freeze on me and I have not lost any information. The only challenge I have is not syncing with my iPhone. The tasks sync when I back up the iPad then reinstall the backup to the iPhone. However the calendar will not sync. I do not want to manage both calendars separately. I also cannot get this to sync with my iCal.

I love this app!!!. This has a little bit of everything. I like this because I needed a calendar plus note taker ( somewhere I can take down notes ) it takes a couple of times to get it figured out, but well worth it.

Sync Capabilities. Like the app, but would like to be able to sync my ipad 2 and iphone 4 devices through icloud. Would also like to see a program for my mac so I can keep everything in one complete group. Program also locks up causing me to have to restart my device. Mike

Way to Go!. Extreme Agenda is one of only a select few apps on iTunes that effectively integrates Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks. All is done in a user-friendly interface that anyone can use. Looks great, clean and as simple or detailed as you could want. Love the icons (but wishing for more!). This 5star rating is a slam dunk.

Never have to leave home without it. Luv It! Everything can be categorized and sorted. No one in our home with a smartphone has a reason to say "I didn't know we were supposed to do that or be somewhere at a certain time".

Lacks ability to invite attendees. I use outlook for everything. When I started using the iPad the only thing I was missing and I really needed was the ability to invite attendees. This was the most expensive calendar app I found and it fell short. If this ability was added It would be 5 stars. ***After using this app for a little longer I have to reduce my rating. This app is incredibly slow and crashes every time I try and pull up an event. For the money paid on this app I am very frustrated. Worst app I have ever purchased.***

One small gripe.... I've been looking for an "all in one PIM" and I finally found one. My only gripe with this one is that i'd like to be able to switch between sections; cal, contacts, tasks, without having to go back to the main screen. I could just as easily open all of those individual iPhone apps and multi-task to them.

Perfect for the busy person. Having a full time job, going to school full time, have a 17 month old, all the house work and a personal life....way to busy. This has made it easy to combine all my planners together. I had a planner for work, one for school and one for personal. Now that I have this I could not live without it.

Took some time but I really love it!. When I first got it I was frustrated because I felt like i should have just been happy with the calendar feature that came with my iPad. However, since started back to school to work on a new degree, I find that the list feature is invaluable and I am using the app daily.

Great App. This app is slowly taking the place of my standard planner, and as a training officer with hundreds of students on deck at a time, that's saying a lot. Actually quite surprised at what all can be accomplished with this. Thanks!

I really like. the set up, look and feel of this app. BUT it freezes continually. I have shut down and rebooted my iPad, I have deleted and reinstalled the app. and still it freezes. Please work on this. This is an expensive app and I would like to use it! Also auto load of contact option would be and improvement. Who want to have to do all that work again?!

Great app. I was one who was most critical. When I did get it working with great support I have found it to be everything & more than I expected. Only calendar I use now.

Great Product. Friendly and useful calendar icon system makes viewing easy at a glance. Awesome integrated contacts with birthday/anniversary reminders imported and prominently displayed so they aren't missed! Beats Pocket Informant hands down (which constantly crashed and whose tech support never helps you). Great work!

Great app. I really love the design of this app and its functionality. However I would like the ability to move multiple contacts into categories at one time instead of one at a time, other than that I love it.

OK but.... The app is OK, but there is not much additional for me to have another application to manage the diary and contacts. I already have options for both of these. What I really needed was the task list. The functionality for that is fair, it does integrate with the calendar but it would be just as easy for me to use a pad application on the iPad and note in that fashion. Would likely say to keep shopping based on the price.

Finally. The more I use this app the more I like it. It took me some time and I was frustrated at first but there are so many features and all have helped. Don't give up on it.

Ok, not great for busy family. This is not an intuitive calendar to use, once I figured out how it works it is good. I wish there were areas already set up for meal planning, phone calls and children's activities like my paper and pencil calendar had but... can't have everything.

Great for planners. I am a organizing freak so this app has been great to keep all of my schedules straight. I really like the task list and that you can check it off when it's done. The only thing is when there is a repeating task once you check one off they all check off. But it's great. It syncs with my outlook so I can have my work schedule and everything in one place!

So Far So Good. I've only been using it for a month now, but I think I'm getting the hang of it. Like other reviewers, I'd like more options to customize the day view, fonts, size and color. I do appreciate the software connection of Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks. The price of the app warrants updates from the developer.

Great App. This app is great because I have all my information in one spot, not scattered all over my phone! The customer support people get back to you very quickly if you have any questions.

Love it. Very useful. Use all the time. iPhones native contacts and calendar should be as slick. Easy to customize. Agenda especially useful for me. Add the ability to photo note would put it over the top.

Still waiting for Sync.. This app has the potential to be one of the best organization apps around but it really needs that toodledo sync. To be able to sync both iCal events and todo's without having to get online would make this my go-to app for all my organizational needs. There has been a note that such syncing is on the way for a long time but nothing yet. This is the difference between 3 and 5 stars for me.

Needs Work. Nice concept, but it falls short. Frequent crashes and when it doesn't crash, the application response if very slow (viewing calendars, switching to different views, etc.). Had a couple of tasks that disappeared... not sure what happened, but I can't find them anywhere. Wish list: would be nice to be able to group or nest taks.

Agenda. This is the best calendar program I have used. Multiple calendars (color coded), easy to make an entry if you do not use the template, icons for events make it easier to see on calendar and lots of choices. Many choices for reoccurring events. I back up the calendar but have not restored it yet. Allen

Very good. Very good program. Things that would make my life easier when using this agenda: 1. It would be nice that when adding a contact to the agenda for an appointment, the address will appear on the location or on the notes field. Right now it adds only the phone number to the notes field. 2. When adding a meeting or call from the calendar, I can't find a way to select a contact from the address book to attached to the call or appointment.
