App. Like this app very simple. Wish it included a calendar.

This is a pretty good app. The app is good, but could be great if in the transaction section you could filter not just by account, but by expense category. I would like to be able to export in a csv file how much I spend for the month on food, fuel, utilities etc. And then at the end of the year I could filter and export how much I spent in those categories for the year. So far your app is the closest/best app for discarding the old hand ledger book. THANKS!

Utterly frustrating. I wonder if the people who put this up for one of the best in UK, even used it before they rated it. Where should I start? The user Interface is not user-friendly. The progression through the app is not logical. For example, it takes one click to adjust a "time period" which you might want to do only once, but it takes three clicks to get to your expenditure chart. I find the interface to be ugly, but I guess that's subjective to my aesthetic preferences. The font is obnoxious it barely fits in the buttons, just looks really bad. I've seen better designed free apps, but I guess it is not a question of money but a question of good taste. I haven't looked for a better app yet, so don't have a recommendation, I just know that this app is a waste of time and money.

Crowded and confusing. It's ok. The app is crowded and can be confusing. God forbid you enter one wrong thing (which is very easy to do) because on this app it's easily unnoticed and can mess up your entire account calculations severely. There are better apps that do the same thing out there.

Very useful. I use it to keep track of my major income and spending, it's tough to keep track with little things unless you're diligent with it.

Excellent app! I love it!. Edit the categories to reflect your life, then every time you spend or earn money, just simply enter the log- it tracks details and provides big picture too. I highly recommend it!!!

How to configure email?. Can’t export data through email! How to configure email to export transactions? If I change the phone can I still save the records and import them to my new phone? Please help, thanks.

Mr. Good app but it will be better if simplified

Just what I need!!. This application is what I've been looking for exactly. There is, however, one tiny problem: in the analysis section, the amount of money (number) is jammed into the currency, thus the amount of money displayed is not readable. Hope you can fix it soon. THANKS!!

Fantastic!. My only issue so far is I can't seem to get the accounts balance to refresh and show the most current balance after I've made changes. It shows up on the transactions page so it's ok

Give this person all your money. This app is friggin awesome. I really needed to keep track of what I was doing with my money and I needed an app to help me keep track. It does that. It's not confusing at all, it's like a checkbook for your cash that does the math for you. I love this app. Buy it now.

Spending App. Great start . I was looking for something that told me my spending bs, budget. Income for commissioned sales people doesn't help. Looks like you will be growing the app and I look forward to it!

Spending log. Love the app but it disappeared after a year and all my data is gone. Anyone have any thoughts?

Amazing. This is a great app. It keeps all my money in the right place and all my numbers are accurate.

Not user friendly. I keep getting lost just trying to find certain screens of the app that should be quick to find. With design as the creator you might think your app is wonderful because you know where everything is. However the progression and navigation for first time users just makes it totally unappealing. Guess it's time to try something else. Do not recommend.

Functional. Fuctional is about the best you could say about this app. Input method for expenses is as cumbersome as most of the other apps in the category.

Recommended. Very useful & easy to use. Would be better if pie charts were included.

Brilliant! Could be better though. the front face UI is great! well laid out and attractive to the eye I like how everything can be neatly organised in however manner. Tracking multiple accounts is brilliant and works with my lifestyle. However... with the use of the dates, it can often get confusing. You need to treat the dates as if everything you spent/income was received at midnight. This can get quite confusing especially when you want to transfer funds between accounts (sometimes, the value is added to the new account but not subtracted from the old account because of the treatment of the time and dates. I also wish there were more settings in updating to the present day (only 2 presets at my knowledge at the moment) The laying out of expenses as represented by the categories seems very untidy...needs re-thinking. the graphing of expenses is okay but also quite untidy. Overall a good app and recommended, only a few points from 5 stars :)

Great. Very handy to have. It is helping me to keep a close eye on my funds.

Great. Very symple easy to use, I just worry about a back up. Only used for a month and is going perfect I link it with Fuel economy calculator and is working alright. I work as Auditer for a large company and I need to keep track of my espenses and fuel consuption, I will recomend to any one in my situation.

Great. Such a useful app!

Excellent. This is a very efficient app; easy to use and the information is clearly displayed I wish the information could be emailed so I could print out the expenses. As it is, I have to copy it all out. Nevertheless it has the best display of all the apps of this type I have tried.

Very good but could be organised better. Very useful in that it does what it says it does. Every spending put into categories for you to look at. Ui is nice but organisation could use a but of work. The tabs categories and time period are bit useless and should not be individual tabs. They should be under general settings and the extra tab should be used for charts or summaries because the most interesting part of the app is hidden away and takes too much navigating to get to. Not a 5 star until its done.

Simple and useful. Need a simple record of money you receive and spend? This is it. I wish I'd known about it sooner.

Heron. Excellent app. Very useful

At least it's quick and simple.... Easy to input expenses and nice that you can create your own categories. Unfortunately it's not very intuitive. Navigation between the screens doesn't flow well. And some of the screens are kind of unnecessary. There should be a settings page to eliminate the need for some of the screens and replace them with more pertinent information. A whole screen for time periods and accounts? Kinda useless. It would also be nice to be able to add notes to the transactions. Especially useful for miscellaneous categories (other) and for expenses that don't fall into any real category. Did I mention there should be a settings page? That way you could also define a reoccurring time period to reference. What's with the charts. The categories chart labels all fall outside of the frame of my phone. I have to rotate to see two, then rotate again to see the other two. That's right. Only a label for the top 4 not every one of the categories. And I paid an extra 99 cents for that. Hurting. Lastly it looks very plain and boring. I like it even less after writing this review. It's a little better than using the calculator and notes I guess

Would be perfect if User could also create SUBcategories.. Need to be able to create Subcategories. This seems to be a shortcoming of many "spend tracker" apps (i.e. not just this one). For example, under a "FOOD" Category, need to be able to FURTHER breakdown to Subcategories such as, say, "Groceries", "Dining Out", "Coffee House", "Delivery", "Bar", "Snack", or whatever a user might themselves deem an important expense to track. Similarly with, say, an "AUTOMOBILE" Category. Might want Subcategories such as, "Fuel", "Maintenance", "Tires", "Car Wash", etc. That said, this app seems better than a lot of the other "spend tracker" apps out there. Just wish it had flexibility for users to create Subcategories, too.

No frills but gets the job done. The apps simplicity translates means it loads quickly and data entry is fast. Import/export works great. Could use a few enhancements. - reporting by category - a memo field to describe transaction details - better interface to quicken

Read the Instructions. Very configurable app, that allows me to track my spending in the way that I want to. Just make sure you read the short instructions, so that you get the most out of it. The app is very fast and smooth and hasn't shown me any bugs yet.
