What the-. This app is NOT an app that you can change your icon skins with, you just make a home screen thats cute and all, but then it just saves it to your photos and you just have a picture of a home screen in your photos. I am disappointed in this app. >:(

Not what I expected.. I actually expected this app to let you customize your app icons but it does NONE of that. I highly recommend you DON'T get this app as it is not what you will be expecting. You will create app icons but only for them to be saved as an image. This app is misleading, do not waste your time.

Really suspicious of fake reviews. I thought this was going to be one of those apps hat made you rate 5 stars but it really is good and there are lots of options! I am very happy with this. Another awesome thing is this app is free! And the only adds are when you are swiping through iPhone backgrounds!

Ok not my style. It’s a great app to make custom backgrounds with app shelves and frames and has so many options. I thought it was icon skins but it wasn’t so, heads up! I made a background for my friend and she loved it so yea it’s just not my style but the app itself is great!

Why would anyone give this 5/5?. it is useless. it doesn’t change icons. it’s just a background maker and that part doesn’t even work. you can’t add the shelves or stickers all you get is a dozen basic background images that you can find on google in just a few easy clicks.

Fun and just what I wanted.. Very nice let's you use custom wallpapers. You can decorate your icons,put up shelves and even add a rose for decoration. Very nice free app

Works Good. The problem you are having is because you need to hold the shelves and decorations to move them, sort of like moving apps around on your home screen. I didn't have any problems with it.

Difficult. Probably because it hasn't been updated in almost 2 years, after you create a background design and save it to your photos, you have to continually mess around with how big you make your background in order for the background to fit your apps. It's hard to explain but if you have a newer iPod or phone I don't recommend you get this.

Great!. I love this app. It's lets you express your creativity and design your background the way you want it. However, I was hoping that I would be able to use MY photos. Unfortunately, I was only able to use the photos in the app. This is the only flaw I saw in this app. There are more features in the upgraded version.

Not Sure What to Think. Seemed awesome when I first opened it. There's some cool icon frames and decorations, but they get hidden behind the icons so you can't end up even seeing them! Unless I'm missing something, it seems like the app is just a background wallpaper and shelf chooser like the rest. I guess theoretically you could put decorations on empty home page spots? But that is not something of interest to me.

Iphone 5. this app is absolutly amazing! It lets me create my home page the way I want it and unlike other apps, I get to pick which selves go with which background. All I really wish is that it worked for iphone 5. I used it a lot on my iphone 4 but sadly I can no longer use it for my iphone 5. If the creaters could get to work on tht soon this app would be the best one ever! Thanks

Super Cool!. I was looking for an app that I could creat my own icon home screen & I finally found it! I love this app! I always try the free version & if I really love it, I'll upgrade. I just got this one, as far as I can tell its exactly what I wanted. I'll rate again later after I've used it more, but sir far...I'm impressed! Good job guys & great app! I'll definitely recommend this one! Trust me, if it isn't working for some people, they're either not following the directions or don't have the proper upgraded versions of iPhones, iPods iPads, because this app works beautifully just as they advertised! Great!. This app makes organizing so neat looking! For anyone wondering, you can make your own background! Read the instructions. All you have to do is go to the menu and select import bg. You can choose from your own pictures and upload it as your background. It takes a few seconds to figure out but not difficult at all!

False Advertising: Can NOT skin icons!. Looking for a way to customize app icons? This will NOT help you. All this app does is provide pre-made wallpapers, shelves, icon borders and decorations that you can toggle on/off. You can import your own wallpaper but that's it. Once you've selected an image, this app lets you add pre-made crap to it. It does not create shortcuts either. I don't know why so many companies misuse the word, "skin," as skinning = re-texturing of images which of course, this app does NOT do. Developer should rename app to: "Wallpaper Builder."

Ok so I have always wanted to make one of these on my own but I couldn't until now!!!!!😊 I found a wall paper app that had these on it so that you could just download it to your phone but not this time!!! It's ok.. I mean, it doesn't have the greatest options... some are kind of tacky, but its ok. At least it lets you choose a background from your camera role, but I don't like most it has, and you know, we don't always feel like paying for apps -.- I'm not going to waste my time and money so that I can always have access for the rest of the app. Can anyone ever give it a rest? Let's You Have Options. This App Let's you have the option of keeping your current wallpaper, option of shelves, and or just the option of frames. Your not just locked into certain background wallpaper's other App' would require you to choice from. Great Options!!

Excellent! Shelf transparency would be a plus. This app does a great job allowing you to take any picture and easily create excellent iPhone Home and Lock screens with shelves and other decorations. It would really be nice to be able to set shelf transparency though. Adding the ability to decrease shelf transparency in 10% increments would be sufficient. Great app!

Fun App. I love this app its so much fun creating differrent backgrounds and everything! But I had a little problem starting off and it was hard to figure out how to put things on so there should be a tutorial of how to do it..I know now but for future reference but other than that great app 

This app stinks!!!!!!. I wanted to make a special wallpaper for my phone but it doesn't fit iPhone 5's and nowhere in the description does it say that. You guys need to classify what these icon makers are good for. ✌Just kidding. It is totally awesome!!!!!!!!!! Love it... Kind of. This app is absolutely beautiful and gives you so many different ways to customise your home screen, BUT I have come across one problem that has made it impossible for me to actually use the screen I created. I have an IPhone 4 (highest update I can go) and my icons don't line up with the background. Each one is higher than the borders and it isn't very bright, making it painfully obvious that it doesn't line up. If this could be fixed to work correctly on my screen than I would be happy to give it give starts but that's nearly impossible if I can't even use it.

Love <3. Different than I expected, but definitely better. You basically create a picture that you use as your wallpaper. Sounds weird, but my home screen looks sooo cool right now. Cool. Not exactly what I mean to look for but cool. I was looking for something to cover my categorized apps. You know when you put an inside another app. I hate to see the little apps, especially when the space doesn't look filled up. It's just not perfect.

Spectacular. I may not have premium, but this still offers a good amount of features, comparing it to other apps. When I get a icon skin app, they're good, but the good ones have no shelves and such. On this app, you can make your own wallpaper. 5/5 Stars.

Very cool app. iPhone 6 iOS 9.1 works fine. I was wanting to change my icons but all I could find was short cut crap. Just not interested but came across this in my search and I am happy with the results. I wish I could add a pic but will try to describe. I try to keep my apps in folders and keep one or two rows per page. After several tries and delete finally figured I could create shelves and frames for row one and shelf and two decorated frames on row two. So as you slide your pages the blank spot is decorated. You build your creation then save it. It becomes a photo in you roll then use it as home screen. It may take a tad of pinching to size it but it fits perfect with icons. Good app. Also enough free to satisfy. Only negative is ads, video crap pops up every time you save but at least nothing pops up while working.

More Variety would be nice. Love this app it really cool. I just wish there was more of a variety of everything. I was going to do a Christmas one, but then I realized there wasn't like a snow background or even something to do with Santa, as far as the decorations or the square spots. This could be a five star for me I just wish there was more of a variety of things to choose from. - Kayla

Nice, well-built app. BUT.... Easy to make the backgrounds, well-put together program. Was very impressed at the graphics of the provided backgrounds and ease of use. However, most of the frames and the décor do not actually come above the icons when the background is placed. This is primarily the reason I got this app. There is only one décor in the free version other than the Xmas ones (I believe) that "hug" the icon and that is the headphones. Makes me a little apprehensive to buy the upgrade package...

Good. I LOVE this Builder, but I can't figure out how to buy the In-App purchases on my computer... BUT as soon as i figure it out it is going to be amazing, because it's fantastic without them! One AWESOME suggestion... If we could use pictures for decorations and/or main background. I LOVE THIS! If you are looking for a background designer... you have found it!

This is fun and an easy app!. I love it! The little box thing has zebra, red, yellow, blue, windows and much more! You can put your picture for the background or there picture. They have blue and green shelves. I enjoy this app and hope you do to! :) oh and to put your own picture for the backgrounds go to the right and look to the top and it will say menu and click import BG and click that. Then pick the picture that you want to be on you background. You can add shelves and boxes. Be creative!!

Awesome. I truly think that this is quite an amazing background creating app. I have created many excellent backgrounds and my friends are very upset that I have this app and they don't. Overall, great app. I really suggest that you purchase this awesome app.

Needs some updates but still a great app. This is not the best ever it could use some updates like more frames for the free version and that stick out around the icon because if your app just covers the cute wood thing or a purple little background what's the point this is just my opinion but I think you should take it into consideration oh also I think you should put more girl kind of backgrounds like stripes or polka-dots but besides that I think you all did a really great job on this thanks

Dont Judge A Book. This app is really cool, and it is not telling you that you need to buy the features. It shows you the features you can use, and that is it. I highly suggest this app to everybody brave enough to read the comments.

Don't know ?. You need to be more specific in your things ... Like do I use a plugger or a luffa to clean my toilet? Like all it told me to do was save a pic to my album how is that supposed to keep my toilet smelling fresh and clean like my cats litterbox

Could use some work. This app is cool and a good idea but it could use some work. There isn't a very big variety of backgrounds and once you made your " personal" home screen wallpaper the apps don't fit in the cubes where the are supposed to be. Also sometimes the app icon shelfs will glitch and they will be stuck in the middle of the screen unable to be deleted and you'll have to start over again. I have installed this app many times and then deleted it because of this.

. Best app! The only thing I would recommend is that you should add more head gear because the head phones are the only ones. I think it is a great app. Also you should try to make some expressive eyes like angry wyes and whatever. Still a great app.

Love it!!!. I love this app i use it all the time and if you dont know you can also use wallpapers from other apps and decorate them your own way! My only wish is that the shelves are a bit more 3D and not so flat. Still an AMAZING app!!! :)
